I visited the store today to get my makeshift package to the West Coast. Not only did they offer to tape it up, they took the time to help me pack and secure it. Hands down the best service Ive ever received at a UPS Store. And some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. If its great customer service youre looking for go see Derek and his team.
While trying to figure out an issue with a tracking # not matching delivery information, the woman with short hair was rude to her coworker in front of several customers and we all exchanged uncomfortable glances. I just want my packages and no drama.(Also: if you redirect packages here and get an email from UPS saying that it’s ready to be picked up, check the tracking # and make sure there is a UPS ACCESS POINT POSSESSION scan before you actually make the trip over to pick up the parcel. Otherwise it won’t be in the system despite UPS saying it was delivered there and they won’t tell you about the Possession Scan being different from the Delivery scan and you’ll be frustrated enough to write a crusty review on google.)
I work for a corporate business near by and come here for all our mailing/postage needs and the customer service here is by far, the best there is!! They make my job a little easier with their knowledge and input. I recently learned of their printing services as well and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our order. Donte is a superstar!!
I used to use this store alot when i shipped through ebay, but not anymore. I was quoted 25 dollars to send a 1.8 lb package, no tracking, and no garuntee when it would get there. The people have become increasingly more rude everytime i go in. What am i paying for??? Obviously not speed, convenience, or customer service.
Worst worst Worst experience ever!!!! , paid $74 dlls for shipping a packet they never deliver. They dont have the logistics to do international shipping—worst customer service.Stupid answers and excuses for each of my questions. How much money does the owner make a week that he cant reimburse $70 dlls?!!!
The employees are always polite, but EVERY time I have been in lately at least one employee has had their mask below their nose, even while at the front assisting customers. Please advise your employees that it is not safe for them or for customers and enforce guidelines on proper mask use.
The best customer service! This store specifically is so lucky to have Kiry and Dontae. They helped me print and cut out a custom RSVP card for my wedding invitations. Mailing and stationary is very stressful when planning a huge event and they took out the un needed stress off me and did so with great attitudes and service. Thanks Kiry and Dontae!
This was the second UPS store that I called to find out about UPS mailing services for business professionals receiving packages that are out of state. I found out from my previous call from the UPS store in Ridglea Plaza that UPS stores are independently owned. This is why this store would charge me a holding fee of $5.00 per day and not a flat rate of $5.00.I spoke to Derek, the store manager. He confirmed that his U.P.S. store will charge just $5.00. to hold a package. Not only did he inform me on that, he provided me with another option that U.P.S. offers which is, U.P.S. My Choice to receive packages without a charge.I used U.P.S. store in another state and paid the $5.00 charge. And as I mentioned above, this was my second call to a U.P.S. store in this Fort. Worth area The previous call to the U.P.S. store in Ridglea Plaza never mentioned anything about UPS My Choice to me when I spoke them on the phone about my mailing options.While I understand more about shipping with different shipping services now. I owe the detail knowledge and excellent customer service to the manager Derrek provided.I can understand why this store (as of right now) a 4.9 rating. The management of this store is more than likely reflected from Derek the manager.
I have used this store several times since they opened in December. They have handled a couple of very special packing and shipping jobs for me, and more recently I needed their help with a printing project for work. The staff has been friendly, professional, and efficient each time, and I look forward to using their services more in the future.
Worst service ever!!!! I paid for next day delivery because it was my dads heart medication. Package did not get delivered and here we are a week later and they have no idea where the package is. Every time I call they say its scheduled for delivery tomorrow but tomorrow never came. Now I have to take my dad to the ER!!

2022-05-18I have been a loyal customer of this store for over 10 years. Today, I was charged $3.24 to simply print the label I planned to use. Its a shame the new ownership has put greed over customer service. Fedex down the road charges about 0.24, usually they do not charge at all. I will be switching my companys primary shipping company at once.

2022-07-27Paid $55 for a time sensitive package to arrive a day late. I asked for the option that would ensure delivery on the right day. Looks like bad advice and bad service is what UPS is all about.

2021-10-27Came in a bit frazzled since I wasn’t prepared and forgot to print my label. The young man named Hunter offered optimal service by not only allowing me to print the label but informing me that the company I was dealing with paid for the printing. I used to visit this location on a habitual basis and I’m pleased to still encounter knowledgeable staff but also courteous. Truly value your work, Hunter. Thanks for the help

2022-01-15Went to this location time drop off a USPS package, and was told this location does not accept USPS items. After reviewing the store website it clearly states the offer USPS Services.Three other customers were told they could not provide services for their mailing needs.The employees were unprofessional and rude. They told fine customer who was trying to mail perfume, not at this store, not on or account. They did not offer her any options or alternative ways that she could have sent her package.The photos below are screenshots from the UPS site.

2022-02-02I’m not satisfied with their services. I went on Jan 31st 2022 that morning to drop off my 3 packages. 2 of them shows the estimate delivery date and 1 of them don’t. I’m so mad! Basically they ship my package without getting scanned

2019-05-11Been with this UPS store for a few years now as a permanent mailing address. Also use them for Christmas gift shipping. Ive literally left bags of gifts and they pack, seal and send. I am not a bit surprised by the 5.0 review rating. This store is the absolute best. Im always greeted in a friendly welcoming manner and when reaching out via phone they are always helpful and cordial. I recieve emails promptly when packages have been received and for box renewal. If youre ever in need of the UPS services be sure to make this location your choice youll be glad you did. Thanks South Hulen store, you folks are the best!

2019-10-05I have been waiting on (4) packages for almost a week now, one of those being a present for a childs birthday. I visited this location twice now and both times was turned away being told that the UPS handling my packages was, a different company. I have tried repeatedly to go online and call the 1800 number to modify the tracking/delivery options but have had no luck.I understand that tracking of packages and the delivery industry in general can be a logistical nightmare, I just was really hoping that the customer service end of the business would be a little more helpful. In the future I will just have to have all my packages delivered to an Amazon Locker being that UPS just cant provide professional service.

2020-08-12Stay away from this store. In addition to the issues already had with UPS and their lack of care with deliveries, there has been a change of ownership that took it from caring enough to donate free boxes for diaper donations, to the owner now not even wanting to help locate lost packages shipped through this store. Don’t blame Covid or your employees. I have been going here for quite some time and the only thing that has really changed is the ownership.
