Cleanest thrift store Ive ever been to and a very friendly staff!
The manager lady or the cashier Lady whoever the hell she is , is the rudest store employee I have come across at a thrift store . Bleached blonde hair and black frame glasses .She makes faces and is absolutely horrible to talk to .The stuff in that store is pretty decent . But I don’t ever want to see or talk to that lady again .You are better off not ruining your day .
Got a 100% linen outfit for $25.00. Beautiful white silk blouse for $8.00. 100% wool lite jacket style $10.00. Good quality clothing. Boutique style Thrift Store. Prices that anyone can afford.

Hi politely left the store and took my money else texas thrift on 83 the lady shouted at me because i didnt bring a mask inside its june 23 no one is wearing a mask! that’s because your employees are brainwashed about the mask and wearing a mask I’m really not fight or fuss I’ll just take my money elsewhere thank you I will never come back
Its a nice thrift store, better than most. They carry nice brands and are well organized. Merchandise looks good and clean. They have a nice layout. I would have given them a 5 star but the employee was a little rude. So just work on your employees customer service and youll have a 5 star business!!

If you are looking clothes that are well taken care of at a great price this is one stop to check out before considering passing retail. Walked out with a weeks worth to clothes for work both pants and shirts for under $50. Ill be stopping by again.
Their website says that on the first Friday of the month they offer 50% off, the first Saturday of the month is then 60% off, and the first Sunday of the month is 70% off. I had a cart fill of items and when I went to the checkout they told me everything was 50% off and NOT the 70% off as is shown on their website. The person in charge for this shift wouldn’t even try to call the manager. I showed the lady the website and how it shows these sale days. She tried to say the sale was for another store located in McAllen but then I showed her the actual storefront for this location and she still denied the sale saying she had worked there for over a year and was not aware of this sale. I went back up to the cashier and the lady in charge had texted the cashier a flat NO for the advertised sale. Obviously, there is poor management and poor communicaiton at this place. I recommend you call first to confirm any sales.
Well it is well organized but prices are to high for a thrift store. People who work there are rude. Not all of them. I have been there different times and this one lady who spoke only spanish was very rude when I asked about an item. Dont know if I want to go again most prices are not that different than a department store and those are new.
Clothes and shoes are expensive for used items the new items such as mens basics are priced just a discount retailer even the mens t shirts are priced as a new item wont be back at all one star 🌟rating
Didnt like it had good prices on some but expensive on some due to the quality it was in also found a dead frog outside that has been there a while.
Friendly and helpful staff. They store is always clean and organized. Clothing is separated by size and type, makes shopping so much easier.

U can not try on clothes and u can not return if it doesnt fit ..pretty much buy at your own risk and prices are not thrift store prices ....

I recently went in this store and I gasped at the prices for the quality. My husband was shopping in the mens section and we agreed that its time to leave. Prices are crazy high and the quality isnt that great!
The most rude employee according to her she is the manger Maria Hernandez has zero customer service skills , this company should really pay attention to the people that they hire will never shop there again!!!!!
Friendly staff, clean place and always has interesting items to purchase. Here I find many who like to collect items for keepsakes or for selling! Great Team working here.
Staff and service is ok but its a thrift store. They price items like they are New. Manager needs to retool the pricing or take thrift out of their store name.

Terrible service. The staff does not know how to treat their customers. We were just entering and a young lady who was in front, approached us and said very rudely, YOU CANNOT TRY ON THE CLOTHES. I understand that you cant, but there are ways to talk to people. I would never go back. To the lady at the entrance, I suggest that if you are not happy with your work, QUIT, because your customer service experience is the worst. The way you treat people makes us think you hate your job. Now I understand why stores are closing.

2022-04-12They seriously need too hire different personnel. Just because its apparently selling brand clothing. Why act all high and mighty. Like come on...Ive come before and the personnel on that day arent following me around or staring at me while I shop. Like seriously I wasnt the only one with kids why werent they following them around and making it obvious too them that they had a problem. I just looked on the reviews and turns out other people have trouble with probably the same fake blond colored hair female. Seriously thrift store get someone else with better customer service. Not someone that literally gives you bad looks and follows you as you shop.

By experiencing it and reading prior reviews, they have some sort of issue with children being in the store, especially that fake blonde hair lady! HORRIBLE customer service, and biased against children, this store needs better employees/management!!

2022-05-06Its cash only at the time of this review, cant bother if I cant purchase at the convenince of credit or debit. Shop here by all means if carrying dollar bills are your main means of purchasing things.

2021-12-09Came to the Store to see if I could find a Solid Color Maroon XL Mens Tie but I didnt find what I was looking for. The place is very organized and very Clean. The Staff greet you as You come in. Will come back another day to see if they have the Tie Color Im looking for.

2021-10-19I feel that this store is a bit over priced and like I could get more for my money by shopping at TJ Maxx, JC Penney, Ross or Burlington. Theres a lot of name brand clothing but its used and over priced. At this time, you are not allowed to try anything on and on top there is no returns. I have been to this store a few times but its not worth it in my opinion.

2021-04-24Overpriced. Also sells damaged goods. They dont restock often enough for me to want to keep visiting. Cant try on clothes which is understandable.They left a security monitor on my clothes. Even after the alarm went off and they checked the bag again.Dont like having to make two trips.

2021-10-26Pretty expensive for a thrift store, these brand names clothes, and not brand name have had its share of uses, dont need to try and sell it like new. Unfriendly workers, will not go back.
