Welp I see its gonna be a problem here I thought Omar was a bit difficult but these Tides people are doing the most to disrupt peoples lives. On a Friday at 5:39pm maintenance comes pounding my door down trying to do an inspection that was supposed to be done the day before so I tell him through the door let me put some clothes on as Im walking to my room this guy uses his key to try and make entry luckily for me I have a knife stuck in my door because theres no deadbolt so he couldnt get in then at 8:07am on this past Saturday I was in bed sleeping when this loud banging noise outside my window I jump up and look its the painters climbing up and he decides to take a peek in my window before climbing up to cover it to paint over the defaults in the outside of the property then I get a text msg and email stating that spectrum will be coming to check wiring but for what. I deal with a few mental health issues and Im freaky out everyday inside my apt because you never know when they decide they wanna just send someone over without explanation. Ive been here going on 2yrs please bring ROBERTO back Omar was ok but idk about these Tides people already creating unpleasant living situations.

Nice apartment complex thats family friendly an close to businesses within walking distance. Always has visiting parking available which is definitely convenient

Im very glad to have Cecil as my leasing agent. He’s very polite and very on top of his work. I was having a few maintenance issues and when I informed him on it he called maintenance himself and got it fixed for me. Overall he’s amazing at his job and does a very good job at keeping his residents here happy.

I called the office today to report an issue and met the new leasing agent Cecil. I was very irritated but he was able to fix the problem quickly. I’m so Glad Cecil is here. We need better service for Madison Park Apartments and for the wonderful people who live here. I sure hope Cecil will stay to get us the service we deserve and make this community a better place to continue to live. 🙏🏽❤️

The New management team is extremely amazing. Omar is so polite and hes ontop of everything. He walks the property and talks with the community people. You tell him what you need done and Omar gets it done. Before this staff I wouldve said stay away, but because of Omar its a better place to live and so welcoming!! Thank you Omar for listening and getting the job done.

Update: Ive been here going on 6 years and have seen a lot of changes, mostly with management; even randomly over night when its time to pay rent, and rent will go up every time its time to renew. Maintenence also changes often, and are usually understaffed. Children often go unsupervised with a tendency to vandalize property, gunshots will be heard from time to time. I plan to update this review before I move in a couple of months, there is more to say.

Terrible management when I arrived. I think they’re fixing it now. Gate never closes. Had a leak in my ceiling for a whole year and yet they “fixed” it after 8 work orders. Refused to relocate me to a better apartment without a leaking ceiling without paying them a $300 moving fee... for their lack of proper living conditions.Gun shots every now and thenLoud neighborsPeople yelling and screaming late at nightKids out late and unattendedI moved here to save money but it wasn’t worth it at all. If it’s all you CAN afford well that’s unfortunate but I would have paid way more to not live there and go through what that front office did10 out of 10 would not recommmed

I moved in June 2017 & stayed for a year. Any time I needed assistance with maintenance or other issues it was difficult getting in touch with staff. I had water leaking into my apartment semi-regularly for just over 6 months, only to find out it was negligence on their part as the rain drain was dumping water directly onto the side of the building near my kitchen & the water was pooling. Once they figured that out it resolved, but I had to deal with some mold & the mess of cleaning up water in my kitchen/dining room until then.Noise was also an issue - my neighbors would play loud music at 4am or from the evening well into the night. Sometimes all day Saturday. I dont mind music, but it needs to be appropriate & considerate as the buildings are old so you hear everything. Despite notifying the office & even calling security one night, it was never truly resolved until it seemed they stopped throwing such parties.The only bugs I had to deal with were some ants that got into my pantry (despite sealed bags) & laundry basket - a good bit of them so it was quite the clean up.Since moving out I had difficulty getting access to my deposit refund. Ive had to leave multiple messages at the office which are rarely returned. The staff do not seem to know the proper protocols. I ended up having to call the main office & an administrator is helping me sort that out.Frustrating all around since its a business, the office staff do not seem to take into account it is your home - but you pay for what you get. At the time it was the cheapest housing I could get with the availability.I hope this review is helpful. This was my first apartment on my own & I was not thrilled by it.

It entrance to this apartment needs to be fixed. Seems like it’s an ok place.
