Updated 6/2/2022Let me say so don’t usually do a re-review on residences that I stay in but Esmeralda has been amazing as has her Assistant . They have started to breathe new life into this complex that only months ago I was fed up with. I deeply encourage you to stop in and speak with Esmeralda or her Assistant. The apartments are under renovation and new ones look amazing they still have the classic too.Whatever you need they listen. They have also recently opened new revenoted the pool and put in grill it’s great joy for friends family and etc. They have also created a dog park. If you want a great place this is it. I know they are working on getting a new internet provider in here as well but don’t know time table. Thank you ladies for being kind and thank for befriending my autistic son as well. He thinks highly of you
My friend is currently paying top dollar for GARBAGE. Her ceiling started to leak due to a broken pipe. After TWO months of begging and pleading for them to repair it and a complain to the BBB they finally patched it. The patch didn’t last and now her ceiling has a giant hole and is continuously dripping water into her apartment. They have decided to let her terminate her lease but are neglected to repair anything until then. Phone calls, office visits, emails and maintenance requests have done nothing. The management is HORRENDOUS. Find anywhere else to live.
I love it here. Tides on Harwood is quiet, clean, and has a 2.5 times rent. Which makes more people able to qualify in these times. I needed to move out soon and in 2-3 days I was able to get an apartment here. Everyone has been very nice to me. Especially since I’m new to moving out and being on my own. It’s only been a week since I moved in but I love it here. Everything works and I have plenty of room. Glad I have a great first place.
The service in the administration is bad. They do not respond to requests from residents and the people who work there are rude and discourteous. I do not recommend it if something is damaged in your apartment they will never fix it.
Update: Weve now been here 8 months. Please read the reviews and do not rent here. Still no gym or pool. Late notices when rent is paid on time. You will see that the management gives a response to these Google complaints, but they are just empty words. You will pay a high rent, but you will get no service or amenities. We have lived here for 3 months. Update: Weve now lived here for 6 months and we still have no access to the pool or the gym. We leased here in part for the amenities. We pay the same rent, but we have never had access to the pool. How is it that? The pros: Our building has nice, quiet neighbors. The location is convenient. The cons: Like other reviews stated, the office staff never answers the phone or returns voice or email messages. The new management company has been reminding us about all the rules and doing multiple inspections, but the rental office has been closed for a couple of weeks now. The gym has had no A/C since we moved in and we could only access it during business hours (before they closed weeks ago). So were still paying the same rent, but we dont have access to office staff, the gym, or the pool. The trash pickup fee is $27 a month and madatory, but the service is hit or miss. So youll always pay full rent, but what you get in return is not guaranteed. People regularly walk their dogs in the grass around the buildings and dont pick up their waste. Also, our carpet and counter tops needed to be replaced before we moved in, but they werent.Update: July 6, 2021. It took them 4 weeks to respond to my review and their response was a canned one meant to show the public they are trying to resolves issues. If they were serious, they would have reached out directly since they have our phone numbers and email addresses (we are current tenants, never late on rent, never noisy, rule followers). Nobody has emailed or called.
Do not move here I have lived here for 14 months. Every since the new owners took over they are evicting everyone. They have no heart!! Even if you have applied for assistance. They are not willing to work with you. They never answer the phone or return calls. They lie about what your rent is even though it says something different in the lease. They are money hungry and greedy. Trying to get what they can from painting these apartments making them look like government assistance apts. They do not have any of amenities on the web site. Both pools have never been open since Ive lived here. The health department shut down the fitness room due to no Air conditioning. There are major foundation issues cracks all in the walls and ceilings. They also in force towing here. You are only allowed one car per apt. Its alot of stuff. Be aware do not move here!!!
I am a 4 year resident and want to say that the new owners/staff are getting things back in order. They took over around May 27th. Prior to new owner/management, the gates were not working properly for a while and there was also an issue with a water pipe from the winter storm that the prior owner did not address. Painting and renovations started right away, so with that being said it has been a bit hectic however, I must say overall smooth considering the task at hand. I contacted the office manager Ms. Johns about the water pipe issue and the city was here by lunch inspecting it. I truly believe the new staff does care and will get things in order again around here very soon. Every time I have communicated with the office staff, they have been very helpful and pleasant. Overall this community is quiet and convenient and I have not had any issues in the time I have lived here.
This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever had to live in. We notified management on may 5th 2021 that the apartment was leaking water from the ceiling and outlets and needed repairs done. The maintenance staff was completely clueless when it came to the issue and made matters worse by cutting a hole in the ceiling and leaving it open so the pigeons in the attic could come into the apartment. Only a few weeks later when mold was growing all over the ceiling in the living room and guest bedroom and in the carpet did they come and put a new ceiling in the living room painted over the mold in the guest bed room. They never did anything about the carpets and to make matters even worse the mold came back! Who would of thought painting over mold was a bad idea I even told the maintenance staff that was a bad idea. Here we are 07/18/2021 and the issue Still isnt fixed to make matters worse a new management took over in June during the middle of all this making online payments unavailable so me and my room mate paid Junes rent with money orders that they then lost. We provided every available document even showing bank statements to prove we paid since then we have gotten two notices to vacate when we went down to ask about the notices they say were fine and dont need to vacate asking me to please be patient then proceed to give lip service about opening the pool and getting new equipment in the gym and making to place look better by painting the buildings. I have been Nothing but patient with this complex and my patients is all out by this point. Dont move here unless you want to be treated as sub human and pay to live in mold and pest infested buildings. In the photos i had to pin a trash bag to the ceiling to prevent the pigeons from coming into the living room.
Unit 2015 has bare wire showing on the bathroom light fixture… this has been an open service ticket for 4 months… also the outside shade screen has been broken for months also
I would recommend renting elsewhere. Management is not able to keep up with your money orders. Constantly getting letters to our doors threatening evictions after money has already been paid and receipts have been shown proving money paid , but management lost them or sent out wrong notices none of the excuses coming from there mouths make sense. Oh yea and they send out notices and then close the office so they don’t have to deal with you! True definition of poor management.
Called the office, dropped by the office, and emailed the office numerous times letting them know our refrigerator is broken. Office stated they will get someone out to repair it. Noone has repaired or replaced it. We deal with a puddle of water every day. Flooring and smell now a new issue. Dont move here. Best advice I can give you. New management. Does not seem like they know how to run this place.
Ever since this “new management” has taken over, it’s been going downhill for me & can’t wait until my lease is over! Almost the end of summer and the pools stay closed. A pool shouldn’t even be listed under their amenities. Trying to get ahold of someone in the office on the phone? Good luck. You’ll find yourself having to go to the office. The new app that they will have you use to pay rent, put in maintenance issues, ect- won’t show you correct information. I know damn well my rent isn’t $950. Stay away!
Everything was great until the apartments changed owners and staff a few months ago. since then I have had my water turned off with no warning, the last 15 times I have tried to call the front office they have not answered and that is after they have said that they will only be taking calls and that no one was allowed into the front office. Very difficult to work with and will do things without prompting anyone.
I was so excited to see if these were the appts I would be able to move into, sadly with the ugly service I got from the lady who greets you right when you come in completely made me change my mind!.Didn’t seem interested in what she does. Texting while I kept asking her questions, seemed annoyed she had to work. Hopefully she’s more polite maybe the next person will actually apply..
Since new management, we have had very little amenities. Sadly a whole year with no pools. Takes forever to get a response when it comes to management, on repairs, gates at apartment complex never work. No sense in a fenced complex with every gate wide open. Rent rates are high, for such a low grade apartment.
Dont even think about coming to live here the manager Esmeralda is rude she doesnt attend to the tenants my family member has been telling her to fix the dishwasher for more than 20 days and they just go and turn it on and the house is full of water they say they just want to bother It is something that does not make sense, I beg you, do not rent there
This complex is very quiet and peaceful. Seems to be located in a very convenient spot in relation to places I visit regularly. The only problems Ive had are as follows-Yellow jacket infestation just outside my apartment, leading to me not being able to use my balcony as well as.... Indoor visitation by the flying menaces. After notifying the office, pest control dropped off a can of wasp killer, and sprayed twice over the course of two weeks. Havent had any issues since. I also noticed that the plumbing is rather sensitive when it comes to clogs. Other than that, I feel right at home here. Great location, professional staff, and quiet surroundings. Very satisfied living here.
I lived here for 2 years and they lied. There gym the equipment never works always broken. The air conditioning unit kept freezing up or going out. They were charging something totally different then what I was told on my rent and I had to get them to fix that. The ceiling in my living area looked awful because the upstairs apartment must had a bad water leak or fell through and who ever tried to fix it did an awful job. Now that I have moved they have placed a lot of false charges on my rental history. I am a very clean person even your maintenance man told me I had one of the cleanest apartments he ever seen and you lied said it wasn’t clean just to get more money. You never return your voicemail messages either. Be careful they will scan you when you move. But I am disputing all of these charges. Yes I let a mattress and a few empty boxes but that was all and what your trying to charge me is totally crazy.
I called recently to inquire about an available unit I saw online. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her with my inquiries. First impressions are everything, so I’m glad I have chosen not to pursue this complex.
No one answered the phone when we called to set up a walkthrough. We decided to go to the leasing office to see if anyone was there. We walked through the door of the leasing office and took about ten steps when a woman walked up to us and asked us if we needed help. When we asked if there was anything available since we were looking to move, she just looked us up and down, and said no, we dont have anything available. Didnt even get any paperwork to look at or go to a computer. From the other reviews, Im glad we didnt actually type of walkthrough/inquiry process because this place sucks. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else.
Look elsewhere. Lived here 2 years. Carpets werent replaced before we moved in and then we were charged carpet cleaning after we left basically taking our entire deposit. Gates are always broken. Homeless guy lives in the gym in the front. Told the complex and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Heres an idea? Lock the doors. Air conditioner breaks often. Maintenance walks into your apartment without notification. Trash is always left all over the apartment complex. Also lights within the complex are never working so its pitch black at night which isnt exactly safe.
Look its a nice place to live. Just a tiny bit overpriced but overall I havent had issues. My only issue is the management. I lived here over 6 months now and THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE! Everytime I need to know something Ill call the office only to have it go to voice-mail. This happens about 90% of the time. Needs better customer support.
Lived in this apartment complex for 3 years. I do NOT recommend these apartments. Community is very bad. Police are always there, one of neighbors had a shootout and our other neighbor had their door kicked in by the police. We lived in the front entrance of the apartments and every single day the police was at the apartments. Management are always rude. Every time i would go in there for a package, management would looked bothered for even asking. They also do not invest in the inside of the apartments nor prioritize residents needs. The cabinets fall apart very easily, the kitchen and bathroom tiles are also very cheap material and get easily detached from the floor by just scrubbing and cleaning them alone. on top of all that they will charge you for all the maintenance after you move out by slamming you with a ridiculous bill and wont even tell you about and automatically report it to your credit.
Me and my boyfriend lived here for a year when we moved in the apartment itself was nice and clean but the fridge had weird bugs. We told management multiple times and they never came to fix the problem so we spent the whole year not getting to eat food out of our fridge because it was infested. About 2 months after move in my boyfriends motorcycle was stolen out of the front spot directly in front of our apartment. They said there was nothing they could do even tho they’re the reason the gates are always broken (since maintenance doesn’t ever fix them) and they have no cameras around watching for activity. They are technically a gated community but the gates are constantly broken. I think maybe a total of a month they were fixed the whole time we lived there. After all of that mess everything was going well until we got a new neighbor. He was always playing loud music until really late at night always coming in loud and drunk at all hours and would constantly come knocking on our door trying to get us to drink with him. Nothing was done about him. We didn’t resign because the rent went up an insane amount and we couldn’t fathom living next to the crazy neighbor. Hopefully your experience will be better.
This is probably the worst placed Ive lived.•office staff NEVER answers phone-when you go in with issues they NEVER call or email back.•whatever is broken or not working correctly will take FOREVER to be checked on IF it gets checked on.-once checked out it is half way fixed and or never fixed.•Trash fee and services is mandatory however its hit or miss and they wont pick up anything not in a bag. So if anything comes jn boxes youve gotta take it yourself anyway•there are foundation issues that cause the unit to slope and nothing has been done about it even though the city has said it needs to be fixed. We havent been told of were going to be moved or when its going to be fixed.This place is trash and not worth the price point
Overflow of trash is an everyday event here. The appartment complex had done absolutely nothing to address it either. I wonder if the health department would? Pass the place on up.
As Im new in town and looking for a cozy little place of my own ,I found comfort here after speaking with Luz . She put my mind at ease and helped me through all my questions and needs. THANK YOU, Luz! You were great with everything!! ❤

This complex is horrible. We have had a cabinet door, as well a drawer fall off. Requested for repair for at least four months now. Two times, I had to argue with the office, they stated in their records it was repaired. Third time they came out, the repair man tried to unlock our door, barge in with no warning stating they were coming. Woke both my kids up, pounding on the door, never called saying we tried to fix it. Just went into the system again as repaired. The security gates are broken, at least once a month for weeks at a time. Anyone can just waltz right on in. For a place that prides itself as family friendly, dont expect your deposit back. All the carpeting is white, and even water will stain the flooring.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I HERE ONE NIGHT AND MOVED!! First rented upgraded apartment didnt get one the office was like oh well we will cant help what the new girl does. Lol the management was helping her but she is easy to blame! Then the NEW GIRL fixed it perfect and management said NO hmmm I dont think its the new girl its management only management!! I was told I would get a new apartment on the next week for the going non-upgraded rate and the right building but no now trying to no refunds on our money please. We was walked up by a guy saying hr was the local drug dealer next door to me then had a party until 5am and the wrong apartment sorry way to much for one person. Management sucks here and everyone I met said they cant wait to move all red flags to me!!!!
I’ve been a resident for a little over a year. Apartment wasn’t ready, there were roaches, a random toilet seat cover in the living room, dirty broom on kitchen counter. I have pics of all of this. Manager was apologetic and knocked off money from second month but my kids and I were still homeless for a couple days. I got over this and moved on.Onsite police officer is blatantly racist. Has given myself and children a hard time at the pool for absolutely no reason. Will come up with lies to mess with you, because he can’t come up with a legitimate reason to. He only hassles Hispanics. He had 2 out of control dogs, one is NEVER on a leash, the other tries to attack myself, my 3 kids any time we cross paths, and recently BIT our dog. He’s made contact with myself and 3 kids causing a gash in my middle child’s thigh. This particular dog was supposed to be leaving for good 2 months ago and still here. He seems to think he’s above rules and laws. His wife/gf lost control of the dog (this happens often) leading up to the attack on our dog and then proceeds to cuss out my daughter and complains we are always outside when she is. Then when approached civilly, she yells and advises me they won’t get in trouble because her husband is a cop. Then LIES about my child and somehow knows about personal info regarding her schooling. ???Rules do not seem to apply to this household. You may be ok if you don’t have children or not a minority or don’t have animals or live in the vicinity of his building. I’ve never been more miserable at a complex or felt so unsafe!The phase 2 is pool is closed most of the summer, other is crowded and dirty.There is dog poop EVERYWHERE!!!Office staff are very nice and friendly, however can’t seem to enforce rules or scared to.My car has been broken into TWICE.I have proof of everything I’ve mentioned. STAY AWAY!! It’s not worth the trouble and stress. Especially not for this price.
Have lived in my apartment here for nearly a year and could not be happier! The staff are always friendly and positive and if there is ever a maintence issue they come quickly. It has a very quaint community feel to the complex and truly makes you feel comfortable and at home. For my first place of residence they have definitely exceeded all my expectations.
Dont bother cleaning up after your lease is up because theyre just going to keep your deposit anyways its to put in a new carpet they will say or they will find something wrong. also if theres any major death in your family like your mother or your father dies and you need to get out of your lease just say goodbye to your apartment credit cuz they will do nothing to help you get out of your lease.
We moved in a year ago to a carpet full of dog hair. It stunk and had nails all over the place. It looked fine and had just been cleaned (the carpets were still wet) but it was gross. It took 5 months to get new carpet after nothing else worked. Every time anything broke that we couldnt fix ourselves it took over a week to get put on the list and forgot about. We had to call more then several times to get anything fixed. Everything ended up being alright. We wanted to stitch to a bottom floor apartment.We fonally got a bottom floor beginning of July. I walked in to find a screw forced into a socket right when you walked in! I took a picture (in comments) to show the manager (Tammie) and she looked like a deer in headlights. She had no clue what I was saying and acted like nothing was wrong. I may be over reacting, but what if a child touched that before someone found it? Im glad I found it before my child could. All I wanted was that they would acknowledge it and correct it in the future. I got absolutely nothing, but that it wasnt a big deal. We arent even moved in to the new apartment and Im ready to leave. Its gonna take someone being killed for management to do anything about anything.
These are the worst apartments ever!!!!! You spend a lot of money a month to get a crappy apartment! The gates are hardly ever closed so I hope your not looking at these for that safety feature. I have had my car broken into twice my husband got his truck stolen. Each time the office said there was nothing they could do about it because There is no lighting or cameras in the parking lot so how would they know who did it. When the gate is locked the code to get in is the same code they have used for the past 3 years they never update it even though people are always moving in and out. All the apartments were invested with bed bugs and when we went to the office to let them know the lady at the front said we are aware we will put you on the list (list was 4 pages long) and after having to get rid of all our furniture the office didnt even say sorry much less offer to pay for bug spray or discount or anything. Our sink has been broken for 7 months and yet to be fixed! I am so glad our lease is up soon to get the hell out of here!
The apartment is fine, pretty nice actually, although a bit pricey. HOWEVER, the only internet service provider they allow is AT&T (if youve never had to deal with this sorry excuse for a company consider yourself lucky).This alone is reason enough to choose another location.
The worst apartmenst and management team I have ever dealt with. Maintenance takes forever (18 months) to address certain items, hugh resident turnover and many crime events increasing on property. This company will also STEAL your deposit and charge fictitious charges against your account claiming additional cleanup - and trash your credit. City Attorny is looking into the issue. Do NOT move into these apartments - thay are a nightmare
This place is so great. Office staff is super nice and went far beyond what I expected to make sure everything was perfect for our move in. Our apartment was clean and and ready for us to go on move date. This is very convenient place to live with fur baby’s they have awesome walk trails with plenty pick up stations.
My daughter and her children live here and I have seen how their security man which happens to be a north Richand hills cop is the rudest person along with his wife. They allow their large dock out of control and attact my grand children as and daughter. They have been reported to management and they have assure they will take care of the problem but has ignored or lets say lied. This cops wife even has curse nmy 14 year old granddaughter because she thinks she rules when my granddaughter show be outside. And this is a cop whos suppose to protect and serve???????? And now given the power to bully other tenants at this complex with full knowledge of management???? I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone that are here to protect people especially children and allow and paid by this complex. This is an issue that needs to be made public
Wouldnt say I had any safety issues but I will say the maintence sucks, molded windows thay were making myself and children sick that took FOREVER to fix and required so much constant reminders, emails, pics ect to even do so. Water and trash ALWAYS went up to amounts that made no scense. In my opinion N.R.Hills all together is over rated. Over priced living for not enough in return. But the management DEFINANTLY needs to do better at this place no doubt about that at all as most of the reviews state.
I have lived here since the end of June and I love it here!. The grounds are neat and manicured. Every morning maintenance cleans up any trash that may be lying around, and I have great neighbors.
The new management is horrible. They don’t fix anything and they want to charge a ridiculous amount of money. They have roaches and i wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.
The service that they offer is terrible. I have call them during business hours and nobody answers. There is a water leak on the laundry room for over three days now.
New mgmt has done great job since they took over this year, the place looks so much better and we’ll kept and staff has been extremely friendly

I am a resident of these apartments and I am crying out for them to please fix the dishwasher and they came one day and only turned down the water and they did not fix it well and they only tell me that it is fixed I have already had that bad smelling water for a week now It cant stand it and they dont deign to fix it. I really dont recommend these apartments in summer. The pool doesnt work and the gym doesnt really work either. Look for other options if you can. Im a resident of these apartments and Im crying out for them to please fix the dishwasher and they came one day and just turned the water down and didnt fix it right and just tell me its fixed. Ive already had it. That bad-smelling water for a week cant stand it anymore and they dont deign to fix it. Today is 02/03/2022 I went to talk to the manager and she did not have the decency to listen she is rude and since I made my first comment here they have not done anything useful to fix the problem what is in my apartment do not even think about renting in those apartments I count the days to run away from there. So they errregular means beautiful so that they have crushes and rents do not fall there are better options than this location I assure you

2022-01-13My apartment is beautiful, I have made it mine and I love the layout. The area is nice and my neighbors are all very friendly and kind. HOWEVER, MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I actually liked the apartments so much that I returned to them after leaving a few years ago. Management company was bought and it has never been worse. There is ZERO COMMUNICATION. Even when you can get a response, there are no communication skills. At all. The price point is comparable to the area, sure. But we have not had access to our amenities the entire time. Dont recommend until management can make changes.

2022-07-07DO NOT LEASE HERE. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Since I have moved in it has been one issue after another. First I didn’t have a dryer for over a week. I have requested my AC be fixed on 3 different dates and it has yet to be fixed. I have been 9 days with AC in this 100 degree weather and it gets up to 81! I tried explaining this and all I get is ignored. They claim it’s within city code? That’s ridiculous. The staff wouldn’t go home to a 80-90 degree apartment so I don’t know why we would be expected to? The amenities are a joke. The gym wasn’t open for the last 3 months and finally it’s open but with limited hours. Pool? Forget it. Hasn’t been opened since I’ve been here. This place is terrible. Rent elsewhere because the management is terrible and you’ll be expected to live in unsafe conditions!!!Update: 7/6 my AC is still not fixed. I got the bill from my electricity company and it is $300… I submitted another ticket and they will not fix my AC. My mailbox door is now completely broken off. There’s trash piling up everywhere on the property and they simply don’t care. DO NOT LEASE HERE.

2022-07-07If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Please read the reviews. Do NOT rent from here. Management is AWFUL.. I dont even know where to start. I moved in last September In the past year I have had things fall off the cabinet. The back up ac line overflowing. The second bathroom toilet was so loose it was disgusting. My ac wont work properly my master bathroom sink needs to be replace the toilet runs for a good 30 minutes after flushing and I had black water in the bottom of the dishwasher that needs to be replaced and so much more. The only thing they willingly came to fix was getting the black water out of the dishwasher. The flooring for the toilet was repaired after I went into the office to make a scene and showing them videos nothing was fixed. Then the manager said I told maintenance not to fix it because I thought you lived in a one bath apartment. 1 that doesnt matter and 2 how do you NOT know what your tenants are renting. The ac line was drained after having to contact the BBB. Yet no other issues have been fixed. I should not have to go through so much work to get something fixed. Now its above 100 degree weather and my ac has not worked properly. I have a child in the home and it being 80 degrees is NOT okay. Not for anyone. Especially when my ac is set for 73. My electric bill was almost 300 last month because of this and yet no one answers the phone in the office and they are never there during business hours this place is a JOKE... there is so much more. Its unreal.

2022-02-13This apartment complex used to be a really good place to live. I still love my apartment with the attached garage with a store room. However, within the last year things have gotten bad. Security gates open all the time. Packs of wild screaming children running through the apartment hallways & property. Loud Mexican music playing during several outside parties near the parking lots. I have complained, but nothing has changed. I have called the police. Police do not come.

2022-05-12This place is a JOKE- For 2 months we have had:NO AirConditioning from the time we moved in!NO HEAT since the time we moved in!LEAKS in the Kitchen since the time we moved in!Condensation in the apartment from the time we moved in!The AC/Heater is NOT connected Notfied in writing and MANY messages from the time we moved in!The Dryer is not connected - Notified in writing and MANY messsages from the time we moved in!The door between the kitchen and laundry room does not CLOSEThe refridgerator does not open all the way because it is too big for the space and comes out into the kitchen!There are WASPS EVERYWHEREThey advertise a Pool - WHAT pool, WE cannot use the POOL, it has been under renovation for months!Everything between nothing works, marks, issues with the apartment have been in writing on the paperwork we had to complete and turn in, only to be ignored. WE have followed up more than 5 times! We are ignored!WE are expected to live here at a PREMIUM PIRCE, we leave messages, we write, we call ONLY to BE IGNORED!They take NO OWNERSHIP!!!!!!The staff are RUDE, Management could care less!!!!It appears that the owners of these apartments DO NOT CARE, and surely the Management TEAM are SADLY incompetent!!!We delivered our rental insurance and the office misplaced it or the management team lost it! Of course they want nothing to do with owning this! They refused to give out keys unless they have the document. THEY DO NOT WANT TO FIX anything, they need to be held accountable.IS there an attorney or someone that we can call, and get a group together and put these people on NOTICE???Never, never have we ever had an issue with a landlord, and surely would not have spent thousands of dollars to rent this place if we had known!!We want justice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2022-04-22Just moving here from Ohio to take a job, with not knowing the area nor apts. I have found the best ones yet! Tides on hardwood, have been so nice and so welcoming and always willing to help you with whatever it may be that you need help with! Thanks again for being great, save and clean!

2022-06-22Do not rent from these folks. I dont care how good they make it sound, these folks are bad news. Worst management team around. Broken water heater replace, sat by front door for 3 months.They will give you every excuse in the book.If you go look at the google reviews with all the Tide in the metroplex, they all have the same issue.Do your research! This place does not deserve one star.

2022-03-27TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I didn’t have a functioning fridge for two weeks. It took weeks of emailing and calling the front office to get a response. On top of that I’ve been living here for 2 months and I still do NOT have a garage for my car. Management does not follow up. My calls and e-mails have gotten ignored for weeks.Update: We have left another voicemail for apartment management to give us a return call.

2022-05-13ETA: After over 4 months of dealing with a leaking ceiling that was not fixed even AFTER it fully caved in, I was released from my lease to be able to move elsewhere. During this time, I was left with a gaping hole and the ceiling still leaking while being told the tenant above me had no problems. I had been contacted by her this week to let me know that not only was she not notified at the time, she now has mold in her unit that she reported in FEBRUARY that she was told to clean with bleach, although the lease specifically states not to clean mold on porous surfaces that way (such as walls, floors, etc.) Additionally, this has opened up her unit to be vulnerable and infested with termites that she has had to duct tape her water fixtures and floor boards to keep them from swarming in…This is the place that provides “luxury living” for a MINIMUM of $1200 a month….I have been here since the beginning of the new management, and initially, the property manager was very caring and attentive and understanding, but she was transferred to a new property unfortunately. Without going into detail, I have had very poor experience with the current office staff, but I will say that the new lead maintenance man, Will, is absolutely the bright light that this property needed. It is insanely refreshing to have had someone to address my issues with a sense of urgency and makes sure to come by and check on me and my ongoing issues, without any additional request from me. He is an absolute gem of a human, and has restored my faith in the property and the way residents are treated and cared for.

2022-03-09Been living here 3 years and was threatened to be evicted by the new owners… during covid you’d think they would have some understanding but they just want new tenants to up the prices. 2 pools and the fitness center are closed down. They completely threw away all of the laundromat area. They don’t answer the phone and when you put in a maintenance request they take 2 months to respond. Don’t live here. They are not luxury living
