My apartment is beautiful, I have made it mine and I love the layout. The area is nice and my neighbors are all very friendly and kind. HOWEVER, MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I actually liked the apartments so much that I returned to them after leaving a few years ago. Management company was bought and it has never been worse. There is ZERO COMMUNICATION. Even when you can get a response, there are no communication skills. At all. The price point is comparable to the area, sure. But we have not had access to our amenities the entire time. Dont recommend until management can make changes.

DO NOT LEASE HERE. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Since I have moved in it has been one issue after another. First I didn’t have a dryer for over a week. I have requested my AC be fixed on 3 different dates and it has yet to be fixed. I have been 9 days with AC in this 100 degree weather and it gets up to 81! I tried explaining this and all I get is ignored. They claim it’s within city code? That’s ridiculous. The staff wouldn’t go home to a 80-90 degree apartment so I don’t know why we would be expected to? The amenities are a joke. The gym wasn’t open for the last 3 months and finally it’s open but with limited hours. Pool? Forget it. Hasn’t been opened since I’ve been here. This place is terrible. Rent elsewhere because the management is terrible and you’ll be expected to live in unsafe conditions!!!Update: 7/6 my AC is still not fixed. I got the bill from my electricity company and it is $300… I submitted another ticket and they will not fix my AC. My mailbox door is now completely broken off. There’s trash piling up everywhere on the property and they simply don’t care. DO NOT LEASE HERE.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Please read the reviews. Do NOT rent from here. Management is AWFUL.. I dont even know where to start. I moved in last September In the past year I have had things fall off the cabinet. The back up ac line overflowing. The second bathroom toilet was so loose it was disgusting. My ac wont work properly my master bathroom sink needs to be replace the toilet runs for a good 30 minutes after flushing and I had black water in the bottom of the dishwasher that needs to be replaced and so much more. The only thing they willingly came to fix was getting the black water out of the dishwasher. The flooring for the toilet was repaired after I went into the office to make a scene and showing them videos nothing was fixed. Then the manager said I told maintenance not to fix it because I thought you lived in a one bath apartment. 1 that doesnt matter and 2 how do you NOT know what your tenants are renting. The ac line was drained after having to contact the BBB. Yet no other issues have been fixed. I should not have to go through so much work to get something fixed. Now its above 100 degree weather and my ac has not worked properly. I have a child in the home and it being 80 degrees is NOT okay. Not for anyone. Especially when my ac is set for 73. My electric bill was almost 300 last month because of this and yet no one answers the phone in the office and they are never there during business hours this place is a JOKE... there is so much more. Its unreal.

This apartment complex used to be a really good place to live. I still love my apartment with the attached garage with a store room. However, within the last year things have gotten bad. Security gates open all the time. Packs of wild screaming children running through the apartment hallways & property. Loud Mexican music playing during several outside parties near the parking lots. I have complained, but nothing has changed. I have called the police. Police do not come.

This place is a JOKE- For 2 months we have had:NO AirConditioning from the time we moved in!NO HEAT since the time we moved in!LEAKS in the Kitchen since the time we moved in!Condensation in the apartment from the time we moved in!The AC/Heater is NOT connected Notfied in writing and MANY messages from the time we moved in!The Dryer is not connected - Notified in writing and MANY messsages from the time we moved in!The door between the kitchen and laundry room does not CLOSEThe refridgerator does not open all the way because it is too big for the space and comes out into the kitchen!There are WASPS EVERYWHEREThey advertise a Pool - WHAT pool, WE cannot use the POOL, it has been under renovation for months!Everything between nothing works, marks, issues with the apartment have been in writing on the paperwork we had to complete and turn in, only to be ignored. WE have followed up more than 5 times! We are ignored!WE are expected to live here at a PREMIUM PIRCE, we leave messages, we write, we call ONLY to BE IGNORED!They take NO OWNERSHIP!!!!!!The staff are RUDE, Management could care less!!!!It appears that the owners of these apartments DO NOT CARE, and surely the Management TEAM are SADLY incompetent!!!We delivered our rental insurance and the office misplaced it or the management team lost it! Of course they want nothing to do with owning this! They refused to give out keys unless they have the document. THEY DO NOT WANT TO FIX anything, they need to be held accountable.IS there an attorney or someone that we can call, and get a group together and put these people on NOTICE???Never, never have we ever had an issue with a landlord, and surely would not have spent thousands of dollars to rent this place if we had known!!We want justice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just moving here from Ohio to take a job, with not knowing the area nor apts. I have found the best ones yet! Tides on hardwood, have been so nice and so welcoming and always willing to help you with whatever it may be that you need help with! Thanks again for being great, save and clean!

Do not rent from these folks. I dont care how good they make it sound, these folks are bad news. Worst management team around. Broken water heater replace, sat by front door for 3 months.They will give you every excuse in the book.If you go look at the google reviews with all the Tide in the metroplex, they all have the same issue.Do your research! This place does not deserve one star.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I didn’t have a functioning fridge for two weeks. It took weeks of emailing and calling the front office to get a response. On top of that I’ve been living here for 2 months and I still do NOT have a garage for my car. Management does not follow up. My calls and e-mails have gotten ignored for weeks.Update: We have left another voicemail for apartment management to give us a return call.

ETA: After over 4 months of dealing with a leaking ceiling that was not fixed even AFTER it fully caved in, I was released from my lease to be able to move elsewhere. During this time, I was left with a gaping hole and the ceiling still leaking while being told the tenant above me had no problems. I had been contacted by her this week to let me know that not only was she not notified at the time, she now has mold in her unit that she reported in FEBRUARY that she was told to clean with bleach, although the lease specifically states not to clean mold on porous surfaces that way (such as walls, floors, etc.) Additionally, this has opened up her unit to be vulnerable and infested with termites that she has had to duct tape her water fixtures and floor boards to keep them from swarming in…This is the place that provides “luxury living” for a MINIMUM of $1200 a month….I have been here since the beginning of the new management, and initially, the property manager was very caring and attentive and understanding, but she was transferred to a new property unfortunately. Without going into detail, I have had very poor experience with the current office staff, but I will say that the new lead maintenance man, Will, is absolutely the bright light that this property needed. It is insanely refreshing to have had someone to address my issues with a sense of urgency and makes sure to come by and check on me and my ongoing issues, without any additional request from me. He is an absolute gem of a human, and has restored my faith in the property and the way residents are treated and cared for.

Been living here 3 years and was threatened to be evicted by the new owners… during covid you’d think they would have some understanding but they just want new tenants to up the prices. 2 pools and the fitness center are closed down. They completely threw away all of the laundromat area. They don’t answer the phone and when you put in a maintenance request they take 2 months to respond. Don’t live here. They are not luxury living
