Ladies working were very helpful. But a lot of games did not work or just took your money, not worth trying to get every point back from games that were broken, so we just used our play cards up, got prizes, & got outta there. We did get some cool prizes but wish all the games worked!
Need to do some shopping but the kids wont let you? Then this is the place! All kinds of games they can play while you finish up Christmas shopping! Excellent games and putt putt! Let a loved one watch them have fun and you finish up your list! Plus Santa is there waiting to find out what they want right in the middle of the mall!
The games are very diverse and the area its quite large. The pricing is very confusing because the cards you get to play the games are point based, and the games cost points. Theres not a clear way to see how much a game costs. I bring my toddler there often and he loves it. We splurged on the VIP card because the points dont expire so we just keep them rolling til he runs out. The prize wall is good. Nothing fancy, but better than most other arcades.
I have been going to this place since I was a teenager and that was 2004...I was stabbed in the heart when it was going out of business to see how well it came back...I mean took a good portion of the mall and became a nonexclusive thoroughfare the real ones know what Im talking about....DOMT SPLIT THE BEAMS! it has inky gotten better a true retro and new age arcade experience. Everything from 3d to bumper cars laser tag and anything with a claw. Even...tekken. they have it all. And they have some of the best pizza in town. Way better than dominos pizza hut or mazzios. Its like the movie theater concession stand plus awesome pizza. I love this place. Its a must go
Almost every game we played was broke. I was told the credits couldnt be put back on my card. The two so call GENERAL MANAGERS that worked there were Rude. Alice and Marina horrible customer service. Wanted to book my daughters birthday at TILT but I will find another place. Never going back... Now I do see where the owner replied to someone stating the credits can be places back on the card thats odd because I was told otherwise & lost about $15.00 just on games NOT working. I know to press START to get the game going & they still wouldnt work.
UPDATE Needs a new Dance Dance Revolution Cabinet. This one has a lot of issues. Small blurry screen, unresponsive arrows, and the floor is not sturdy the arrows actually shift around. Please get a new cabinet. It doesn’t even need to be DDR it could be a knockoff ITG2 anything would be better than this
A lot of their games and rides are not functioning. The stuff animals in the cages are very dirty. The employees are great and very friendly but the place needs a deep cleaning and an overhaul. Fix your rides! Put clean stuffed animals in the claw machines! Fix the freaking claws!
The Tilt is a really fun place for kids who are 6 and up but not so much for toddlers I only saw a few things that the smaller kids can do I have a 3 yr. Old grandson and we played ski ball and he rode on this thing that was like a tea cup but that was it little ones want to have fun too.
They are extremely rude everytime i have came in. Today had to be the worst of all. I called the manager while i was power walking up to him to ask why they cant let my child ride one of the rides he has always been on. As i asked one of the employees for the manager they asked for the same man who ignored me while i was trying to call him. As i explained the stituation he gave me an empty excuse of why my kid could ride the ride. When i asked for someone who could talk to a person with out clamming up she told me they was all to busy for me as i watched employees walk around just watching everyone play. I dont leave reviews ever but the experience we had today was the worst of all.
Definitely a fun place with plenty of games, young kids love it.The downsides are that its a little on the expensive side, and they seem consistently understaffed no matter what time you go. Basically, forget about redeeming tickets for prizes and be prepared to wait at least a few minutes if you want concessions, as they dont fully staff everything and instead pull employees from other areas as needed. On the upside, there is a huge selection of games and activities. The entire place has a very open feel, so that you arent constantly pushing through a crowd or waiting to play.
It was a lot of fun. Had a kids birthday party there, they all had a blast, very much ready for sleeping by the time we all left..lol. The place is really big, it just keeps going as you get deeper into the place. Quite a variety of things to do, its a great place for a family get-together.
This place has improved since I was a kid! Great place for kids. Grandson, friends and family had a good time at his birthday party. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I didnt give it five stars was because the party rooms are a little small and the mini roller coaster was loud.
Has a decent amount of games and it’s fairly inexpensive. My son and I were there for over an hour with a $20 play card. When one of the games didn’t work that we paid for, one of the staff members came over right away and let my son pick any replacement game that he wanted. They were really friendly overall. While I wouldn’t compare it to a Dave and Busters, it’s about as close as I’ve found in the area.
First time my bf and i went here! It was pretty fun and cheap compared to places like Dave n Busters. Some games had busted buttons and others were out of order but not a big deal. Theres lots of other options. Definitely must check out if youre looking for a good time that wont cost too much. Staff was nice too. We had issues w tickets and games needed attention, but they were quick, efficient and happy to help.
Great for kids but doesnt have a family feel to me. Bowling is more for 6-7 & under but other than that, nice place! Can get a little pricey and I did have an issue with money coming off of the card & the game not working several times. I would go to the food court verses eating their food because of the wait and quality. Money seems to be spent fast here compared to other similar venues. #LetsGuide
Very clean for an attraction/Arcade, ambient sound can be a little high for some with all the games and machines making sounds, but it isnt to bad.The have Laser Tag, Mini golf, Bumper cars a small roller coaster, mini 4 lane bowling alley, a ton of Ticket games and prize machines as well as linked racing games so you can race your friends. They have package specials (like a 4-pack with 1 Attraction each and 1 hoir of unlimited Arcade plays, I take my nieces here for $40, keeps them happy) as well as a pretty cheap point buying system with most games being 2-5 points, and your card/points never expire (checked with employee). Overall great fun for cheaper than the movies.
It was less then ok. All arcades are to expensive. No type of opportunity to win prizes. Packages for game cards are less than beneficial for players. Rides also are too expressive. I came from our of town. Far from this location. Other places are more attractive to out of towners. I rate this place D-
My son enjoys every minute in this establishment..especially with covid and not being able to go to other places we used to..just a tad bit pricey..havent done the math really but you definitely have tons of options as they have maybe 50 games to choose from..a food court..bumper cars..roller coaster..bowling and golf..and friendly staff who really helped
This is the best arcade room Ive ever been to. The only problem I had was the skee ball games werent giving my girlfriend tickets or keeping her score. Thats only minor though. Skee ball is very difficult to get many tickets on anyway. Places like Mane Event are better and that is because the size only. Which allows them to offer a ropes course, bowling and laser tag, etc. The new rebuilt Tilt at Parkdale Mall is still incredible. Go when you get the chance!!!
**WORTH THE READ IF YOUR CHILDREN EVER GO TO TILT**. My daughter was here today celebrating her sisters birthday with family only to be cussed by one of the workers there. Management was notified and evidently its okay to curse out kids because the employee still has a job. Absolutely ridiculous!*EDIT*In response to the owners reply that the employee was disciplined.. I never said our family was having a party there. I said that she was celebrating her sisters birthday which consisted of 2 adult and 3 kids going to your establishment. But Ill definitely take what you said into consideration. Anytime I want to book a party Ill call and make sure thats okay with yall first. But to have an employee only be disciplined instead of let go for cursing out my daughter is ridiculous. So, Im beyond sure we wont book any parties in the future since that behavior is obviously tolerated at your establishment.
This is a pretty fun arcade that is very large with a wide array of games to include a full indoor miniature golf course and two kiddy rides. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is due to the prize games being heavily rigged to the point that unless they actually get snipped they will not be honored. Dont waste your money on those machines they are a straight rip off. Play the actual arcade games.
Feels like the 90s all over again when I used to go to tilt as a kid. However, there is soooo much more to do in this new, well kept and clean Tilt. They have a mini rollercoaster (yes you heard right), bumper cars, a fun dark room laser tag, alien putt putt, and tons of arcade games...even mini bowling!!!! They also have a food area where they sell pizza, nachos, etc with drinks or icees. Had an absolute blast here with the kids and will definitely be back, it was that awesome! Id have pictures but we were too busy having fun! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Took One of My Grands here as part of his Birthday with MaMawl day. We had a great time, stayed about an hour then went and bought his birthday present, then went back for about an hour and a half. We both had a blast. He turned 6 yrs. Lazer Tag was the Bomb, we will be going back
Worse customer service ever!! Games cost to much to play!! I have been into the store several times with my kids and not one employee speaks or greets upon entering. Prize redemption people have attitudes and look like they dont want to be at work. Wish I could give 0 stars.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT attempt to win any type of stuffed toy from the claw machines at this business, the claw will either close extreme late, the wire will be caught up in the claw, or the claw tensioner will be set way to low. There is 1 claw machine that works properly, however you have a birthday here to play that particular claw machine. (Claw shuts properly)
Wow not the tilt I remember from my youth! I would put this place against big entertainment places like Shenanigans or Chuck E Cheese, great selection of games somthing for everyone. The crane machines did seem like a waste of money as the prizes were very tightly packed and weak arms made them impossible to even move the prizes.
I do not understand why people would give this establishment less than 4 stars. I give it 5 because I have a son that lives outside Beaumont and when I visit him I take him here. TILT used to be just alright but they renovated and have bumper cars laser tag and every kind of arcade game you can imagine. I, John & my son Korbin have a blast in here. Beaumont is not an exciting place so this is a gem especially for those with young ones.
Its a game in itself just trying to play the games. A lot of their games are broken. But they dont mark them out of order even when you notify somebody. So you just have to find out which ones are broken by spending money on them and if want compensation youll have to hunt down a manager so he can swipe a different game of your choosing.
Games were awesome one problem cashier at food court seem to have a attitude when ordering food i did notice that she was the only cashier but still not a reason for the attitude... And the food did take a good while 20 to 25 minutes there was a staff member trying to rush the food out..

2022-04-13The mini golf is a joke. Way too loud and hard to hear eachother. We liked the bumper cars but my Cousins seat broke when he got up. The mini golf is not cool for anyone. Hard to not stand on the green. Its like one hole that runs into the others. Super expensive if you ask me and lame prices for the amount of tickets received.I stopped here on my way from Arizona to Florida as something cool for my kiddo to do while spending time with her cousins she never met. We should have went somewhere else.Hope this helps

2022-03-16Interesting place for kids, with not many comparable competitors in the Beaumont area. It has a nice mini golf, a few small kid rides, and many arcade and carnival style games. Be prepared to spend 25-40$ per kid per visit (low end).

2022-05-10This place is great for taking my kids out for a day of fun. My son has a lot of fun when we go, but it is extremely pricey. Ive been to places like Johns Incredible Pizza and I think they are smart to give you a buffet in addition to the package you buy. I feel like the cost of each game to play should be cheaper, but overall we still have a lot of fun if we go. I recommend this place for a nice Saturday outing, but obviously not every Saturday.

2022-06-07We have been here multiple times while in beaumont. My kids love being able to run around and have a pretty good selection of games to play. The prizes are typical carnival like prizes....but they do have some really cool bigger ones, and that keeps you motivated to play more and get more tickets. We spend hours playing.

2021-03-22Huge selection of games. Many of the classics and lots of new games.Be ready to spend some money. You reload your cards at a kiosk using a debit/credit card. Its easy to get carried away in my opinion compared to putting cash and getting tokens.Had a great time with my nieces while they were in town.

2021-03-21Terrible. Started off with $40 and so many machines werent working or stopped working right after we started playing that we only played a few games. Like the air hockey, made 1 goal and the game shut down when its supposed to go up to like 10. The other air hockey, the air on the table turned on but no puck. I didnt even try to get me credit back because it wasnt worth it and I wont be back anyways. Even my 6 year old said it wasnt fun and she has fun with just a shovel and dirt in the backyard. The picture attached is the list machine we used before leaving and it also didnt work. Lights were on and everything but nothing happened. Total rip off. No wonder there wasnt many people in there on a weekend.
