We got 3 quotes and Titan came in the lowest AND recommended by others in the neighborhood. We waited a few months to get on the schedule but it was worth it. Great communication. Skilled installers and painters. Highly recommend.
Price was within our budget and expectations. Windows were actually installed sooner than I had anticipated and the work was done quickly, efficiently and the new windows look great. Id absolutely recommend Titan to a friend or neighbor.
Mike and his crew did a great job installing our new Simonton Platinum double hung series windows to replace our circa-1985 single pane aluminum windows. We originally planned Simonton Gold, but some of the casement windows we had planned were only available in Simonton Platinum. So, we did the upgrade for a bit more cost. Then, due to a factory availability change, Titan found a way to do the Platinum series for a slightly lower price than we had originally planned for the Gold. The windows are beautiful and wonderfully full of great features. We already feel the heat temperature drop in our four rooms - even without window blinds on. They completed the job in just one short day. It took months to receive the order due to material and labor shortages; but Titan kept us informed of any unexpected delays. Thanks Mike for your professionalism and business-minded integrity.
We had our builder grade windows replaced throughout the house and couldnt be happier with Titan. It was a very smooth experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass door, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If Id known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- its significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldnt get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. Its pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as were ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call.

I hired Titan Siding to replace all my windows, install new Hardieplank siding, paint the exterior, and install new gutters. The process was fast and trouble-free, and the quality of work top-notch - they cut no corners. Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. And they will stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
Titan did a fantastic job replacing my windows - high quality product, professional team - they sent 6 workers and ended up finishing in 1 day rather than 2. Their clean-up was amazing - probably left my house cleaner than it was when they started. When they finished, the owner came over and did a walk-through with me to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. We found 2 little issues (neither was the fault of Titan) which will be dealt with quickly. I was very happy with the work done for me, and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement.
Ive been around construction my whole life and can honestly say that Titan is one of the most EXCEPTIONAL companies Ive had the pleasure to work with. I can go on at length about all the reasons Titan is a great contractor worthy of the highest recommendation (integrity, reliability, quality, professionalism, etc..) but I feel this review would be better spent elaborating on what makes Titan an EXCEPTIONAL company.My wife and I planned / saved for 4 years to do a comprehensive remodel of the exterior of our house which included: siding, windows, doors, roof, framing soffits (for lighting), etc. We essentially were going to do a total re-build. We had a very clear vision of what we wanted and the task was to now find a company to get us there.We received bids from a total of 4 companies with Titan being the fourth and last company we met with. At our first meeting Chris Harris, Titan chief estimator, spent a couple hours with my wife and I going over every aspect of the project. Chris could have gotten what he needed for the bid much quicker but he took the time to listen and understand exactly what we wanted. Chris is very knowledgeable, no pressure and easy to talk too. Throughout the process Chris was always available and responsive (even the 4 times I modified (increased) the scope). The decision was made and we went with Titan.There is always a level of nerves and stress associated with a remodel project, regardless of size. Did I get enough bids? Did I communicate the scope accurately? Did I pick the right contractor? Not only are you making a substantial investment but your family is going to be living at the job site during the project. Hows the staging, scheduling, crews, clean-up, etc. going to be coordinated with daily life?Mike Connors, owner of Titan, understands all the concerns and built Titan on a unique philosophy that eliminates a lot of the nerves/stress allowing primary focus to be on project details. I had the WORST experience with Titan Siding. The owner Mike Connors was extremely disrespectful. When expressing my concerns Mike responded you know what its happened before and it will most likely happen again.- Mike will nickel and dime you to death post estimate on every little thing. Apparently the estimator mis-measured the house several hundred square feet. However forgot to mention our pergola would need to be removed.- I spent 3 hours cleaning up the mess the Titan team left behind including nails and screws. This is after Mike called me and personally assured me someone would be by that day to clean up the mess, but no one ever showed.- For whatever reason they felt my flower bed was the best place for storage and ruined the flower bed.- Half of the exterior lights removed by the Titan team were broken when put back up (Im assuming because they were left in a flowerbed for 2 weeks).I would strongly recommend using someone other than Titan.

I’ve had Titan do jobs for me twice. The first was at my last house. The replaces all the windows and the sliding glass door. At my new place they just did the sliding glass door. They’ve always done an amazing job. Mike, who was our original sales rep and now runs the show, is super friendly and very professional. All the workers are prompt and work quickly and efficiently. There have been a couple of minor mistakes made and Mike and team were quick to fix them. I even had the lock on my first sliding glass door stop working a few years after installation and Mike got me a new one, at no cost, and personally dropped it off. I highly recommend Titan for any of your siding and/or window needs. They will always be my go to.Update: Just had Titan out again. This time to replace all my windows and add 4 new ones. This was a big job and I had been feeling overwhelmed, but Mike did a great job at assuring me everything would go smoothly and indeed it did. They are professional and efficient. The new windows have opened my house up so much more and they did an amazing job. Thanks again guys!
This company is run how business should be! I had such a great experience using them. Too many times, these days, I have worked with companies who dont value customer relations but Titan and the owner, Mike Connors really put their customers first! They were great about the communication of the timeline and kept me apprised of changes in the timeline (due to COVID). The crew did a great job, protecting my floors and worked very professionally and efficiently. Mike Connors came out personally to inspect the job and found a couple of things that the window manufacturer left out and even said he would replace an entire pane of glass (without me asking) because there was some residue inside the pane from the window manufacturer. I really appreciated his attention to detail and assurance that everything would be perfect! The windows are beautiful!
Titan did a great job in installing the siding at our house. The painters did a wonderful job painting the siding, and trim. We have received many compliments on the work done on our house.

Titan installed new windows in my home. Salesman Lamar helped me find the right windows and made some concessions so I could get them. I was very impressed with the team that showed up. They were friendly, clearly knew what they were doing in every detail from much experience and they seemed to genuinely enjoy working together. They also thoroughly cleaned up afterward and washed the windows. After they were done the owner personally inspected everything and made sure I was satisfied and showed me the operation of the new windows. This is really how any service company should operate. One of the most impressive I have ever dealt with.
Titan is great from start to finish. Had all of our windows replaced. Didnt try to upsell me on better windows. Listened to what i wanted. Installers were great, the crew worked well together as a team and with minimal impact to working and schooling from home. Installers were detail oriented and made sure they did a quality install. It rained a couple of days and they made sure to keep inside the house clean as well as coming back on Saturday morning to finish caulking because they didnt want to put it on during the rain. Owner Mike came and did final walkthrough to make sure i was happy. Best company to work with.
Enjoyed working with Titan and would highly recommend them. They showed up on time, were friendly, efficient and easy to work with from the date I got the bid until the job was completed. Pricing for my replacement windows was comparable to other highly rated companies but Titan did not ask for any money up front - they collected when the job and final walk through were finished. Good workmanship, fair price and overall positive experience.
Mike the owner was very prompt and send us an email/phone calls regarding the update on the project. The Titans crews came out and was on time as expected. They start working on 5 windows total and completed within 2.5 hours. Good quality work and finish with a professional look. I will use them again for our next windows replacement.
I used Titan to replace all the siding on my house with Hardie Plank. From the very start of soliciting estimates to punch out and payment, Titan was the most professional, the best value, and provided the best customer service out of any of the companies I interacted with. They came in with the best bid, despite including extras like painting two exterior doors and the garage door. The project manager was communicative, the work crews were friendly and considerate, the work was top notch, and we couldnt be happier with the result! The owner even came by to check in personally throughout the project to make sure things were progressing to our satisfaction. These guys are the real deal!
From my first meeting with Lamar, who came to give me an estimate for a roofing and siding job to every contact I had with all the other crew managers and crew members this was a great experience. Both projects were completed in what I felt to be record time and the quality of the work could not have been better. One of the main reasons for that was probably the fact that Titan owner Mike Connor dropped by virtually every day to check on the work and to ask me if there were any issues or problems. The few concerns I voiced were quickly addressed. The highest rating for Titan Siding and Windows is well deserved and I highly recommend this company to others.
I had Titan Siding and Windows replace all the windows on the first floor of my home , replace my siding with Hardee plank, and paint the exterior. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience.I was a little bit wary because their bid was the lowest (like what are they hiding, what did I not think to ask about??) and I didnt have a neighbor recommendation - this was a company I found through reviews. I would have preferred to know someone personally who had done business with them. But I took the risk because I read through all the bid details and didnt see anything they neglected, in fact they detailed out some things that other more expensive bidders didnt. And the reviews were PHENOMENAL.My experience has been excellent. Excellent work, excellent communication, very tidy and courteous and professional crews. They get down to business when they are here! They left no detail unattended to and were happy to answer any questions/concerns I had. There was a small misunderstanding (always going to happen on a big job, in my experience - no ones fault) which they worked with me very promptly, courteously, and professionally to resolve.
Best quote out of three that I did. Theyre not tied to a specific manufacturer and found a way to mix and match from several based on my specific window needs. Super professional, lead times were long but forwarned (pandemic delays). They changed 12 Windows and 2 sliding doors in one day, and made it completely stressfree. Love my windows and will happily recommend these folks.
Excellent service and a great price. We had two windows and a sliding glass door in our master bedroom replaced by Titan Siding. When we first met with the salesperson, he happily answered all our questions, showed us demo windows and walked us through what we could expect. We were told it would be 6-8 weeks before we could do the install which was totally fine by us, however the windows arrived in 3 weeks and they were able to install the next day. The final product looks gorgeous and the team was both efficient and incredibly precise in their work. There was a small issue with the child lock being installed upside down by the manufacturer and Mike, the owner, personally came out the day we informed them to fix the issue. We will absolutely be using Titan Siding when we replace windows in the future.
I recently replaced all of the windows and one sliding door in my home. After receiving quotes from various companies, Titan made the choice easy as they came in with the overall best value. They have a very friendly and responsive staff, a quality product, a great price and a timely install.Upon removal of the old windows/doors we uncovered there were a few small issues as it’s an older home, but Dennis and his crew were quick to problem solve and complete installation on time. We recently had our siding replaced and I love it! Steve and his crew started the job several weeks earlier than originally projected and finished the entire project in less than 1 week. They were efficient and professional; showing up to work one day in the rain and another day in 35 degree weather . The process was seamless and the quality superior. Thank you Mike! I have a rental property and the property management company had used Titan when we had water coming in the windows. I was impressed with their work so I thought I would try Titan for my own house. I was very impressed by all aspects of the transaction. They were extremely professional, from the estimate, to the installation, to the followup. The installation was done quickly and efficiently, and much faster than the allotted time. The owner of the company himself came and personally inspected the installation, demonstrated the features of the windows, explained how the double lifetime warranty worked, and described how to file a claim. I had thought such honest and professional companies were a thing of the past but they do exist! Highly recommended.Update on my earlier review: I previously had the downstairs windows done and this time I had the upstairs windows done. Again, the installation was very professional and the owner again came out and personally inspected everything with me.
Installed new windows. We had single pane, 35 year old windows so we were very anxious to see this job through. They had a team of about 5 guys, they were on time, they were professional, and knew exactly what to do and got started. Replaced 10 windows in a 2 story home, started at 9:30am and finished at 2:30pm with a lunch. The owner came by, did a walk through and how to demonstration. The guys cleaned up the area and they were gone. Nice, clean, professional, efficient job. I would highly recommend Titan Siding and Windows, we loved the job and most importantly we love our new windows, super nice and what a difference they make in our home and what a great investment to make in upgrades, really adds value to your home.
Titan exceeded our expectations in every way. They installed 12 windows in five hours. Each window operates perfectly. After the install, we did not need any touch up to the walls, paint, window frames, sills, etc. They were professional and neat. The windows look beautiful. The owner came to our house at the end of the install, inspected each window, and showed me how to operate them (double hung and sliders). We got three quotes for Simonton Prism Platinum windows, and Titan had the best price, but we went with them because they were the most responsive and low pressure. Best home improvement experience of all time.UPDATE 4/24/18: We had a small issue with one of our screens, and we are very pleased with the way Titan took care of it. I believe the owner took care of it himself. Still 5 stars!
Recently used Titan Siding & Windows to replace the old siding on the rear of our home. They also painted the siding and all the wood trim on the house. In addition, we asked them to repaint our aluminum patio cover and replace all of our gutters. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the project. The crews they sent did excellent work and were very professional. Everyone we had contact with, from the initial estimator, to the project supervisor, to the company owner, were extremely friendly and helpful. When we encountered a problem, the project supervisor immediately got in touch with the owner of the company, who came over and worked with us to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. I definitely felt that our satisfaction was very important to them -- in fact, they dont ask for any down payment -- full payment is due only after they have completed the job and the customer is happy. I highly recommend Titan Siding.
I first would like to talk about Lamar the sales rep. Extremely professional and nice, was like working with a friend. He was willing to adjust their schedule to accommodate my night shift schedule, made sure everything was good to go from start to finish. Then there is Steve the foreman and his crew, there are in one word amazing. Had the whole house torn down and new siding up in 2 days, left the yard as clean as when they started. Steve was there for the final punch out and made sure the house looked perfect. And finally Mike the owner, on site for 3 of the 4 days that the work was going on. Always made sure things were right and that I was totally satisfied. Titan Siding is like working with great friends or even family, great price and great people. Will always recommend them to anyone need siding windows or gutters. Simply the best company to have.
Titan installed new windows throughout our home last week. We were very impressed from start to finish with Lamar (Sales), Steve & his crew (installation) and Mike (final walk through). It was a fantastic experience, and we have already started to recommend Titan to our friends and neighbors. The double-hung windows we purchased have exceeded our expectations -- they are so beautiful that we havent yet covered them up with any window treatments. They installed and painted Hardieplank on my home and did a great job.The crew knew what they were doing and worked nonstop. Our contact Josh was great he answered our questions and did not leave until everything we requested was complete. The company owner even came by several times to check with us on the work. Would highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had all of our windows replaced, and they were so fast and efficient. I was blown away that the entire project (28 windows) was finished in two days, with hardly any mess from the install. Highly recommend Titan!
The first job Titan did for me was replace my roof. It was a big investment and I was very nervous. Mike Connors was awesome. His team did the roof for exactly what they bid the job for and did a very good job. The second thing they did for me was replace all my windows and sliding glass door. Another excellent job with excellent results. Love them! And they have proven that they will follow through on their guarantee when I had to have the handle on the door replaced. It was totally free and Mike was very responsive. I would trust Mike with anything. That is a big deal to me.

Titan did a superb job replacing my original single pane windows! They arrived at 9:45 and left by 1:30, completing 9 windows. It was fantastic to watch them work. I had a wonderful experience with Titan on window replacement. Everything from the sales experience to the installation was top notch! The gentlemen who did the installation were courtesy, efficient, and very clean. They left my house cleaner than when they started! I was extremely pleased with Titan Siding team and the job they did on replacing old wood siding with Hardi-plank. The actual construction/painting was completed in just three days and the results look great. The price was quite reasonable, and the Titan folks were helpful and friendly. They kept me informed throughout process, from scheduling the job, all the way through to ensuring that the building permits were finally approved by the city. Lamar carefully explained my siding and insulation options in a no pressure style that is rare. There were a few small issues with coordinating pest spraying with the construction, protecting plantings near the job site, and pulling wires for lights through the new siding, but Mike Connors or Steve checked in on the construction every day and addressed all of these issues. Overall, I would have to say the job and the people were outstanding and exceeded my expectations.

We had a great experience with Titan. Their crew were fast and they did a great job replacing our sidings. The manager and supervisor were close and friendly and were always available for us if we had any questions. They made a mistake with the color of the garage door and as soon as we told them they came and fix it without questions. I totally recommend them.
I called Titan a few weeks ago to get a quote for replacing a bunch of siding that had been damaged during the Feb. 2021 winter storm. they were on site within a few days, quoted me about what i expected, which felt fair to me.we had contracts signed within a few days, and i had people on site, doing work, within a couple of weeks. They replaced all my exterior siding, trim, and a good chuck of my facia board. they pained everything they worked on, my front door, and my garage door. the results look great, because they used concrete-fiber siding, i wont have to worry about my siding for rest of my life. everyone i spoke to, or worked with, on the phone, over text, or on site was professional and courteous.i was kept in the loop of all decisions being made, and advised of my options any time something came up. it was no small amount of money to me, a little over 18,000$ for my 1500 sq ft home, but i feel like it was a good investment. they had some decent in house financing options, but i was able to get a better rate with my Credit Union and pay their Cash-only discount. im planning to have some windows replaced and a french door installed in a few years, and will be reaching out to Titan when the time comes.

After 40 years in the house, we decided to replace the windows and the siding. We picked Titan Siding & Windows to do the work and could not be happier. It was a first-class operation from start to finish. Our initial consultation was with Chris Harris who did a great job of taking us through the alternatives and features for both the windows and the siding. There was no sales pressure and a lot of help in determining what the best choices for us would be. After we ordered, the whole process was interrupted by the COVID-19 lockdown, and even after Titan got the go ahead for their business, we wanted to wait an additional month. Once we decided to proceed, they quickly scheduled us to start with the windows, and it was amazing to see them come in and remove and replace all 23 windows and a patio door in less than two days. We had decided to go with the Anderson 100 Series which turned out to be fantastic. Once the windows were done, the siding people came in and took about a week to completely replace our siding with James Hardie siding, and our house looks like new. Both teams of installers really worked hard, were very friendly and professional, and the work was very high quality. At the end of each day they cleaned up before leaving. Josh was the crew chief, and he did an outstanding job of making sure that everything was taken care of, constantly interacted with us when questions came up, and went through the punch list to make sure we were totally satisfied. Everybody on the job clearly were focused on producing a high-quality result. I was most impressed with the owner, Mike Conners, who visited the job site every day to make sure that things were being done at a high level of quality and to our satisfaction. We only had one real issue that came up, which was the patio door that was ordered was the wrong color, which we did not see until it was installed. Mike made that good. He also reacted to some additional work items that came up and included them in the project for a very reasonable cost. This was, without question, the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor and would highly recommend them.
Based on the work that Titan provided on our home, I strongly recommend them, and would even recommend my friends to them.Work done: siding--with some batten board accents, painting, repair of occasional areas where the underlying wood was just getting old, and a small roof repair that was extra (my request to them).Before we started with Titan, we interviewed local neighbors that had work done by them, and we read reviews and viewed at least 5 homes that they had done the siding on.Everyone we spoke to had positive comments, and the work that was performed looked good--so we went with them.I can be very particular about details & workmanship, so before they started I met with their site foreman (Steve) to review in detail what would be done, how it would be done, and my expectations.Mike (Owner) came out to check on the work, Chris (got the initial contract with us and detailed the work & pricing, and Steve (site foreman supervising workers) all worked really well together to provide excellent work product and meet our expectations.Nobody was shady or caused doubt for us. When we decided to replace our 30 years old windows I did pretty big research on this subject. Titan Siding and Windows impressed me with both, reviews and overall rating! A gave them a call and they impressed me again, this time with the price ( significantly lower than all of their competitors). Every person who I talked or met was great! After the recent hurricane in Austin, we realized we had a leak around a window due to rotten siding. We decided it was time to replace that original siding and upgrade to Hardy plank. We also decided to have our windows replaced and add some gutters along the rear roof-line. We contacted three highly rated companies in Austin for a quote. We decided to go with Titan for several reasons. First, Joel (the sales rep) spent two hours with us, explaining the process, answering questions, showing samples of windows and siding, and he also gave us a quote that very afternoon. With the other companies, we would wait days for the quote. Once, I even had to remind another salesman we were still waiting. Titan also gave us a discount for mentioning a radio ad and paying cash, so the price was better than the other two companies. Finally, they dont require anything down. You pay when the work is complete to ensure your satisfaction. The other companies we talked with required 50% down. We had to wait about 6 weeks for work to begin, but once it did, the windows and siding were replaced and the entire house was looking brand new about 9 days later. The process was very easy. The owner, Mike, came by every day and was available to answer questions. If a problem came up, he fixed it immediately. His crew also removed all the window treatments for us when they replaced the windows, and put them all back up as well. Customer service seems to be a huge priority for them, and we really appreciated that. Every member of every crew that was here was respectful of our kids and our property and were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Titan Windows and Siding for your next project. Our house looks lovely, feels more comfortable with the new energy efficient windows and they saved me some money over their competitors!
Excellent service from the estimate by the patient and thoroughly-informed design consultant Joel who left none of my many questions unanswered, through the 6-hour installation and complete clean-up by the diligent and skilled 6-person crew led by Steve, to the final walk-through and demonstration by the owner Mike. Titan replaced 14 drafty old aluminum-frame windows and 2 exterior doors in my 60-year-old house with beautiful, energy-efficient new vinyl windows and steel-frame full light doors that look and function even better than Id imagined. There was an immediate improvement in the amount of noise and heat transfer: no more loose, rattling windows letting in the extreme temperatures, rain, bugs, or the neighbors midnight backyard off-key karaoke,. Not only was theirs the lowest of 6 quotes, but Titan didnt even take payment until after the final walk though confirmed that everything had been completed to my satisfaction--something not offered by any of the other companies I contacted. Wish Id done this years ago. For once in my life, I have no complaints! Thanks to all of you at Titan who did such an exceptional job.

Out of all the work we have had done on our old South Austin home to modernize it - plumbing, a/c., interior remodels, electric - Titan Siding and Windows has been the best company we have worked with when we updated our siding and windows. The transparency and direct way they do business leaves no ambiguity about the value and quality of their work. Everything was done on time and above the expectations we set at the beginning. Its not just the main projects but the finish in the details that add value. The caulking and painting around not often seen areas is as good quality as the sidewalk view. After a lot of research, we chose Titan for new windows and siding...and it was a great decision.The window crew came first and replaced all of our windows in less than 4 hours.Our house was 95% old Masonite siding from the 70s, so replacing it was a big job. Titan came in and did a fast, thorough job. With a 40 year old house, replacing all the siding is complicated, but the Titan crew was un-phased and got everything done quickly and made it look easy. Mike and his crews did a stellar job with new roof, soffit and gutter replacement for our aging home. They did it all, so we didnt have to separately hire carpenters, roofers, painters, and gutter installers. This was probably one of the least painful projects I have ever experienced. Outstanding professionalism. We did 5 windows for the master bedroom. They look fabulous. The crew were a well-oiled machine. They were highly efficient, well organized and detail oriented. They worked in parallel and were an extremely collaborative team. I suspect their operation has had some Lean Six Sigma or other waste-removal methodology applied to their process. They were quick, yet thorough. Neat and tidy and quite. My wife and I are ready to have 6 more windows replaced. We will be calling Titan again. No one else holds a candle to their professionalism and accountability.

We got new windows through Titan - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive and the initial sit-down and sales pitch was really painless (compared to a competitor who kept us for 4 hours and wanted twice as much money). They did the work well and even stayed overtime in the rain to finish the job.
Titan kept me informed throughout the process and even delivered and installed ahead of schedule despite post-snowpocalypse and COVID-related supply chain problems occurring this year. Also stayed completely on budget. Will be using them again soon for additional window replacements.

This lack-of bad reviews stands out and is noteworthy. Titan replaced all of our siding with hardie plank, fixed some rotted facia, capped all of our facia with hardie plank, sealed our exterior, and then pained the trim and siding. They were detailed, hard working, and took great care to do everything correctly. I genuinely feel that they treated my house as if it was theirs.
After a couple of quotes we chose Titan to replace all of the approx 20 year old siding on our home. It took a little while between signing the contract and starting the work, but Titan was very up front with this when we signed. The work is significant and a pretty messy process despite minor clean ups at the end of each shift. The crew was diligent and accommodated a few on-the-fly requests such as replacing a rotten door and insulating a garage wall (i supplied the materials). I was particularly impressed that the owner (Mike C.) dropped by pretty much every day to check on the progress, see if I needed anything, describe any found surprises and proposed solutions, and instructed the crew to improve a few small items that I may not have ever noticed. The siding and paint job look great and im happy with the experience.
All of the superlatives are true! We replaced the siding and windows. Lamar gave us an estimate that included everything that he would do if it was his home. The owner Mike visited the jobsite several times and inspected all of the work. Great service! Our project manager was Steve. He was the best! He worked so fast and without any supervision. No one was home during most of the work, which did not matter. Steve and his crew worked from sun up to sun down everyday.They worked until rain stopped them and then came back on a Sunday morning to clean up, They were respectful of my yard and did everything that we asked. I am very pleased with the work performed. They resurface my new garage flooring with this new epoxy and the floor look amazing. It is none porous and super easy to clean. My husband and I got several bids and Mike gave the most thorough, fastest and best priced one. Being first time home owners were were definitely anxious about the whole process, but Mike and his team were great about answering all of our questions even late at night. Mike even came over on my lunch break to help me figure out colors that would look good. His team is extremely professional, fast, detailed oriented and great at what they do!They replaced all of our old windows and Masonite siding and made the house look brand new again. The new hardie and the windows already are making a huge difference in keeping our house warm. I dont think Ive ever seen anyone caulk windows as fast and as well as Mikes team.There are always horror stories out there about prices and horrible work being done, but Mike broke that stereotype at every turn. We didnt have to pay a penny until the job was done and inspected! Not only did the teams do a great job with the work, but they did a fantastic job cleaning up after too. They swept all our porches and ran over the yard for hours with a magnet picking up loose nails. I still have yet to find one nail, which is unheard of! No only that, but the Steves and their teams and were great with my two large dogs and my elderly father who was here the whole time the job was being done.Mike was also able to recommend a great electrician for us that also did amazing work. Coming from Mike we knew he would be good and that took the stress of the unknown out of another home repair project.Spending chunks of money on home repairs is always nerve wracking, but Mike and Titan made it such a fantastic experience! Our house was built in 1982. It was definitely time for a facelift. I wanted to update the siding but also the windows. My preference was working with one contractor so I only would deal with one person (and also hoping for cost savings).I spoke with Mike (the owner). He was really responsive, polite and spoke with pride about his work (definitely a plus in my book). Mike scheduled a time to come by the house to assess what we were looking to do and measure. He showed us some samples of siding then but recommended that we come by his office to look at the sample windows and more siding to make our decision.At his office, we decided on the finish for the Hardy Plank siding, trim and upgraded windows (from builder grade). His quote was detailed and included the HardieWrap, flashing, caulking, sealants. It also included painting the siding, trim, gutters porch ceiling and entryways.He provided us with the quotes and told us that upon signing the work would likely start within the next 6 weeks.Why them: I am always one to look for a great deal but I also have learned that sometimes cheaper cost you a lot more in the long run. His price was very competitive and I did not have to pay until most of the work had been completed. Titan siding had excellent reviews on Yelp and Angies List. Also, the owner took the time to respond to the negative comments and try to help resolve their issues. I was sold.We signed and the work actually started 4 weeks later. The windows were installed in less than two days and the results are fantastic. We consolidated 3 smaller windows in the master bedroom to one large slider and the room looks so much bigger and brighter. We love it! We did something similar in the living room and it feels a lot more spacious.A couple days later, the siding crew arrived and got started. In two days the old siding was removed and the new one was installed. On the third day, caulking, sealant was applied and they prepped the house to be painted. The house was painted in two days. The only thing was that the paint and name on the canister did not match the paint inside the canister but that was a problem with the paint store and they came back the next day to fix it and to do minor touch-up at no cost to me. Could not be happier with the result.PS: The crew walked around the property with magnets to remove nails or other metal pieces that were dropped while they were doing the work. You dont see that everyday....

Installation is beautiful and well done. the very few minor issues found at the end were dealt with quickly and professionally. Materials clean up was done promptly. Yes I would recommend these guys to all my friends, a thousand times over, because they did such a phenomenal job with my installation. I had to get a pair of french doors to replace a sliding glass door, about 2 windows that slid open sideways, a few double-hung windows, and a 4-panel bay window replaced. The job was done during the day and they were careful when removing the old windows by putting down drop-cloths and slowly dismantling the glass. Any damage that was done to the molding was replaced impeccably, and they spent a lot of time making sure everything was level and fitted correctly. They also did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves, including using the swiffer on the floor where the french doors were done. I no-longer have drafty windows and my house is a LOT quieter now. I cant stop raving about how amazing their work was and how worthwhile it was. Doing something like this is stressful and expensive but these guys make it easy and at a great price. My friend up in NJ called me for advice on doing his house and I told him its a shame these guys cant go up there and do it for him.

Worst siding experience ever and unfortunately at a high dollar expense. We had 22 windows replaced along with a substantial amount of siding. The window work was scheduled, properly done with no problem. However the siding work was a nightmare. They were supposed to call and schedule that work independent of the windows. We waited with no word but finally had to call them since the window guys started. They squeezed our work in on a weekend between jobs even though we signed a contract to do windows and siding a few weeks prior. As such the superintendent spent very little time at our home to line out the crew at the beginning. He then left and we did not see him again. The crew did not speak English, sided over old siding, broke siding and one had their wife and tiny children in our yard while they worked. Owner came to check out work at completion. He was told about the children onsite and he assured us that this was not normal practice and would not happen again. However, children came again when the crew came to fix some pieces they broke during installation. If we had to do this over we would not hire this company as we found the quality of work to be subpar at a very expensive price.

Incredible customer service and product! The hardiplank crew, painting crew, and manager were all efficient and courteous. Owner stopped by several times to check on the job and went over and beyond the scope of the work in the contract. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
I have put off reviewing this company for a while. Mostly because Im still appalled at the entire experience of the siding install. Feel like there is just too much info and pics to share. I just found a beer can in my attic with an Oct 2017 date on the bottom of the can which proves it was the horrible siding crew we had to and are still enduring (because Im still fixing and/or finishing stuff they neglected). The window crew were professional, courteous and clean. But the siding crew WOW! I have no idea how they have nothing but good reviews. I guess the standard for quality in America is less than Chinas? If you have already hired this company I would recommend you look at the work they installed a little closer. I think their plan must have been to cover up everything with paint. As I painted myself I found broken Hardie plank all over my house. They even broke more and left it when they came back for the 4th or 5th time. And try not to deal with the owner at all as he will try to weasel out of finishing his end of the deal ie regrouting windows and siding to seal up gaps. Big gaps! I argued with him for three days before he finally admitted he had to honor the contract but by then I was completely disgusted with the man.Update: 5/04/18The drip edge above our windows holds water just like I told them it would do. Since the siding crew isnt smart enough to know how gravity works, they push the drip edge down so that the water puddles against the house instead of running off the edge. This is not fixable without removing the siding and replacing the drip edge.
These guys were great to work with and their price was a third of the other company that gave me a quote. My insurance company said my value from new siding was double what it costs. I highly recommend Titan.
Found Titan on Yelp and was a bit worried about all the 5 ratings. Seemed strange. Now I realize why they were all 5 ratings. Nothing could have gone better. Were there on time, finished when they said they would, clean - no debri or anything when they left. Wouldnt have known they had been there except for the new windows. Look great. Were available to answer all my questions - answered e-mail quickly. Cant say enough good things. Definitely recommend this company for windows.

I couldnt figure out how to remove a screen in our rental property, and in the process of trying some window rails came out. I couldnt figure out how to get them back in either. So based on Google reviews I called Titan. Joel showed up *exactly* on time. Only we had been up all night with a dying pet and I was physically tired, mentally exhausted and distraught. This cat has been with us for 16 years and I mistakenly thought we were going to have to put him to sleep that morning. Joel removed the screen and figured out how to refit the rails in these out-of-production windows. It took him about 15 or 20 minutes. I offered him $40 for his time, but he steadfastly refused it and was ever so kind under the circumstances. Sometimes small kindnesses like that mean more than a person can know. He is a good man. I can assure you of that.
I used Titan for new windows in my last house and when I decided to replace the windows in my current house, I didnt call anyone else. They are incredibly customer service oriented and they do excellent work. I would definitely cal them again.

They did a great job on the siding. Paint has a very nice coat and they painted the whole house instead of painting to match. They also helped me chase out the raccoons! I highly recommend Titan Siding.

I was highly pleased with Titans timeliness, consistency and overall customer service. They were on time, at budget and did a great job to remove masonite, add Hardy board and paint the woodwork.

2022-05-23Titan installed replacement windows at our home. They did a great job and my wife and I were very happy with how everything came out.We ordered the windows in the beginning of the COVID-related supply chain issues. They let us know it would be many months before they windows would be in. It ended up being even longer than that, but the owner, Mike, kept in regular contact with us to keep us apprised of the status.When it came time for installation, the crew was very friendly and polite and they did a great job of installing the windows.Overall, we are very happy with our decision to use Titan for this work.Jeff Brown

2022-05-06Ive hired Titan over the past 10 years for various projects which includes roofing, siding, and windows, and theyre wonderful. Very tidy on projects, very efficient, very good at explaining and informing, very respectful, and very attentive. I dont bother getting bids from anyone else after I found them which is a huge stress relief when it comes to home remodeling. I really dont envy anyone having to find an exterior contractor because exteriors are critical, stressful, and expensive, so I highly recommend anyone with an exterior project to at least get a bid from Titan. Its worth having contractors you can depend on for years and years when the stakes get high.

2022-04-29Of the three companies I contacted about replacing the chimney siding and other trim elements, Titan was the most responsive and provided answers to my questions in a timely fashion to help me decide which company to go with. If a company is not responsive before the sale, I would be concerned that after I decided to go with them, they would be even less responsive. Once I decided to use Titan, they provided an informative handout on what to expect during the siding replacement work which helped me understand their process. The workers who performed the siding replacement and painting were punctual and courteous throughout the process and did all of the work as agreed upon. I would recommend Titan Siding and Windows to others who need any siding replacement work.

2022-03-30Titan was very thorough in explaining our product options and honest with their installation estimates (very delayed due to Covid and supply chain issues). The entire crew was very professional and kind, from the estimator/project manager, to the person who came out to measure, to the installation crew. The crew replaced all of our windows in one day and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them and will use them on any future projects we may do.

2022-08-23Good experience start to finish. The guy that came out to do the quote was professional and took the time to fully explain the options - something I didnt experience with other quotes. The windows came in early, they were flexible on the install date. The install itself was quick and professional, and the owner came by at end to validate everything. 2022-08-03Titan installed whole house (40 total) new windows, replaced siding with Hardie board, painted exterior, and replaced gutters. It took quite a while for our black windows to be fabricated (not due toTitan, just demand) but once the job was scheduled it was completed promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Josh, the project manager, was professional and pleasant throughout and cant say enough positive things about him. Mike Connors, owner, was great about replying to texts and emails. We always got prompt replies to questions and have recommended Titan without hesitation to others. In fact, several of our neighbors have used Titan and also strongly recommend. Pricing is fair across the board and we paid our original ticket cost despite the time we waited while Im sure costs increased with current market/labor costs increasing with inflation.Thanks for a very good experience!

2022-05-28This is one of those reviews where 5-stars isnt really enough. Lamar (sales) came out and explained replacing our siding and what our options were. He followed that up with a detailed quote documenting everything he said and a sketch of what the front was going to look like. A few weeks later, Josh (construction supervisor) came by to look over our house and explained the work to be done and the schedule. Like any construction project, there were a couple of surprises that came to light after they started. Our back door frame was rotted as well as some of the fascia. Their quoted prices to fix both were reasonable. Josh finished up the job and addressed a couple of minor concerns I had. I am extremely pleased with the finished product. If you need siding, youd be foolish to not at least ask Titan or a quote.

2021-05-17Great experience with Titan from beginning to end. My 1986 home still had all original windows & siding and I had it all replaced and did a complete change of my house color in the process. Communication throughout the project was good, the window, siding & gutter crews were professional and responsive. The punch-out guy, Jose, was fantastic and cleaned up everything/finished out all the little to-do items. Highly recommend Titan and I am in love with my new home!
