The whole place plus the restrooms were very clean. Staff was very attentive serving. Area outside for the smokers and for them to throw their cigarette butts. Overall good experience.
So we attended a 15era and I thought that the DJ was very unprofessional when apparently a couple of people complained about the music....He took it upon himself to get on the microphone and announce it to the attendees at the hall that it was not his fault if they did not like the music it was chosen by the 15era Father....When I approached him and questionedHim about why he that??? he replied Es la Verdad ...Yes it was the truth but as a professional DJ you should be able to take the complaints and handle it yourself not announce it to the World😡.....
I went to an anniversary party here and was pleased with all this place had. Its a nice set up in an area I never knew.
Had a hard time dancing. The floor isnt the best for dancing.Its beautiful but wouldnt let my feet slide.
This Ballroom is very nice, it is very big and spaceous. The sound system is the best sound system that I have ever heard.
The staff is rude. Very standoffish to those that didnt speak Spanish. The bldg itself is very nice though.

2021-08-10We had one heck of a party there. It was my Tios and Tias 50th anniversary. Everyone ate, drank and danced till one in the morning. All friends and family. We all lit up the dance floor after I got it started. We all slep till one the next day.

2019-02-03Great ballroom to have a wedding or Quinceañera! The place is pretty elegant-- they are pretty well staffed. The DJ did a good job as an MC and on playing music. The restrooms were clean-- which isnt always the case with partyrooms/ballrooms. The dance floor was adequate and the table of honor is well located and well lit. Overall, this is a pretty good ballroom! :-)

2022-01-13My wife and I had our wedding there. We had in the bigger ballroom. It is absolutely beautiful! Very classy. The staff was very helpful and nice. Thank you so much for helping us making our experience memorable!

2022-01-10Celebrated my Husbands 60th birthday this past weekend. We had a wonderful time. I’m so glad I chose Titanic hall for the event. The place is beautiful, clean,the owners and staff are just so helpful. Thank you for making this day more special then I anticipated.

2021-07-23Made an appointment to see the hall and get information. Place was locked. Had to call. The woman I spoke to said she is running late. We waiting for a little while and then left. Woman then calls me saying she is there now, but I told her weve already left to see another venue. She didnt seem to care and was kind of dismissive. Didnt even try to set up another time.

2021-06-03These owners are also responsible for running units for rent that are out of conpliance according to city code. I filed a complaint and the city made them fix the problem BUT the problem is way more thsn what I reported. Careful because thier units have major electrical issues to start off with on top of other issues. BE AWARE!!! BE CAREFUL!!!

2016-11-16Nice ballroom. Has capacity for two ballrooms, one for smaller events than the other one. Little hard to find, but nothing Google maps cant solve. Good size parking.
