They are better than most towing companies but there is a lot of opportunities for improvement. They need to bring their website back to operation.
If you are thinking about hiring them DONT!! I had them pick up a vehicle from LA- Baton Rouge to Dallas. When the car got here I noticed that the front was damaged when it wasnt supposed to be. I talked to the worker/ driver about it and he was being rude saying it was already like that. Basically making up excuses for what he did. This hasnt been the only time something like this has happened, it has happened multiple times. They had brought a car from. Kansas and when it got here the side view mirror was broken but I let it go seeing as the mirror wasnt that expensive which actually ended up costing me $100 dollars over something they did. Here are the picture of how they brought the car to me.
Purchase a vehicle out of Oklahoma City 5/3/18 called dispatch ask if they transport from Okla to Kansas City was told yes and was given an amount plus a confirmation number. I called back 5/7/18 to pay with my credit card because I was told will be pick up 5/7/18. The lady that took my credit card called back and ask where was my car suppose to be delivered to I told her Kansas City. She then said that is what she thought because all of my previous deliveries was sent to Kansas city and my credit card was from Kansas City. Come to find out the dispatch was having my vehicle deliver to Texas. So now I am being charged additional money because of someone else mistake instead of them holding the dispatcher responsible for her mistake. The supervisor was not helpful wanted to tell me what some other transport would have charge. Which I dont care about some other transport company. My complaint is how I was treated and the additional money I am being charge for someone else incompetent.
The owner Tom called me immediately after my previous post and would like to thank him for explaining and willing to try to rectify the situation. He ask me what can he do? Good customer service by addressing it ASAP... Again Thank you!
A driver hauling a full load of cars on a 19 wheeler. Had a blow out on the highway. Didnt bother to stop. Drove between three lanes almost causing a wreck win other cars. The driver didnt bother to pull over and check the status of his truck. Lost complete control of the truck. Continued on the highway for a few miles , Out of contol. Pulled onto the service road and still didnt stop. Just got back on the highway. A dangerous driver.Never use this company. May save a life. It was just disbelief to see that size of vehicle hauling that many cars , drive to reckless and show no regard for human life. More concerned about getting where he needs to be. I see people complaining about dents in their car. One of his cars was leaning and knocking into another car .

Well organized with great staff, but their translation skills were not the best. If you need a way to transport your car, this is a great company to do so in the area, though bring a spanish translator!

Very unprofessional staff. Will charge you to bring your car to there location and then charge you again to drop off car at your home or business. Staff are unorganized, never gave a straight answer.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE To this day I thought it was a serious company with good service to the Hispanic community. everything to this day that I called and I answered a woman who only told me her name is (melissa)I am a car dealer and I have been working with this transport company a little over 6 months. Every time I need to bring a car out of state, I was referring to them, not until today that I called to know the status of 3 orders that I put with them one of them and just over a week.for which Mrs. MELLISA answered me and told her that if she could give me some news she would do my orders. for which she asked me for the confirmation number, to which I replied that she had apparently misplaced it. but that he could identify me either by phone or in person and asking him for favor if he could only check me if they were coming on the way or what reason I had of my cars.but to my surprise and in a very despotic and pathetic way she told me that without that # you could not do anything or information or anything.I told him that if I could speak or introduce myself in person with the manager or with someone who could check that I am the person who placed the order and owns the dealer.I can show you my identification and payment receipts for the mentioned cars.She asked me to answer in a very sharp way that she could not let me talk to anyone since she was in charge and had already told me that without that number I could not do anything and that I would better look for him.scaring me a little at not being able to do anything. I had to contact government and consumer protection agencies to file a complaint and initiate an investigation. hoping they help me to solve it and recover my cars of which all information is denied to me by the person in charge of the name place (MELLISA).I feel very worried since you are at risk
I ordered a car to be brought and it took 15 days to finally bring it a bad service, they told me that it is already there and I only lost money to pay for the crane and it would lift it because the car did not have the service there ...
This place I do not recommend it to anyone are thieves the drivers steal the parts to the cars keys, high value parts, folders everything they look interesting in the vehicle is stolen and the manager called Ivan does not know what is there may also be an accomplice of them because when you make the claims your answer is the following I do not know we are not responsible for anything that pretty haci can steal what they want. If in all of Dallas you did not find any other means of transportation call toms, this is the last option

2022-05-13Bad services , don’t recommend they didn’t pick up the car on time and due to that i get storage fees there tow truck drivers are not reliable on picking up cars on time Bad customer service. When you call and they know its you they hang off the phone. Really bad service. And always have an attitude instead of trying fix the problem

2021-10-20Dont EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORTING YOUR CAR .Very very Unprofessional and unacceptable service . they picked up my car 7 days ago from Dallas ADESA and they havent deliver to me yet, everytime i call they mack an excuses.my customers are really mad of me and Im losing my repetition becuse of this people .they are no manager or supervisor Till 12 or 1 pm basically no one will answer you or help you out till they come to office which is ridicules .

2019-07-24Been having them transport my vehicles for 6 years. Always have them do the local delivery also. Called them today so that they can deliver a vehicle they informed me that it will be a few days. I tell then thats fine and then she responds back saying that they cant do it because they are too busy. I tell her yes thats why Im okay with waiting a few days. She then tell me that they dont want to have my car there that long.

2016-06-10Very bad Customer service. They will steel parts of your car. They stole rear bumper from one of my car and a very good hood from another one. I called them but they will not give you any answer. I requested to talk to Tom, the owner, more than 5 times but he never talked to me or called me back. Be careful using their services. There are a lot of more transport company in Dallas that can help you.
