They worked a few miraculous feats for me this day, cant thank them enough for extra change they allowed my pockets to hang on too...
I have gone here about 4 times in total and always to make keys. They have been able to make the keys I need each time so thats great but the guy who works there Frankie(I think) is super abrasive. I usually just try to get in and get out and its still super uncomfortable. I dont know if he owns it or what but it would be great if he would just relax.
They made my special size keys with no problem. The employee was very helpful and very polite. I will go back they have excellent price on automotive fobs and keys

I only needed keys made, but Ive learned to trust the professionals. Ive had keys made at other places only to get home and find out they didnt work. Even at other professional places. Never had a problem with Tonys. Joe and Patrick have been doing this a long time and they always get it right.
If I were to get any lock and key work done in the Baytown area, I would use Tony’s. They have always treated me right and took care of all my needs. I have been here numerous times over the years and have never had a bad experience there. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and have the equipment necessary to do the work, from home and business to Automobile keys.
Lost my only master key for 2004 Camry. Called Tony and they sent Joe one of the techs out within a few hours. Was able to make new master keys, and reprogram my car. Great experience! Joe was great thank you!
Joe is the best. He fixes your problem for a low fee. He charged me only 3 dollars to make a key for my vehicle in 1 minute. Very reasonable. He also made me (2) keys for my tool box for a low fee. Very good person.
I have been coming here since the old man Tony ran it. But since his passing. His son has taken over and it is like the old man is still here. Does great efficient work just like the old man. He had one of the best teachers

I have been doing business at Tonys for about 25 years and have always had great customer service for personal and business transaction. Highly recommend.
Don’t go if you don’t call. The hours don’t really mean anything. You can drive there from wherever and find the sign says open but all the doors are locked and they are on a call. Which I understand so hire someone to work the shop while you are gone or do t have posted hours and a business that has a location and just do what folks do and be a mobile service.

Had a key made for my car. Did a good job and was very polite. Prices are reasonable.
For $5 I was made a key to start my 1st money pit of a truck , after repeated failed attempts with original key. The guy was a hero that day! Thank Tonys Lock & Key!!

2022-05-02The guys at Tonys are top notch. We have over 30 company trucks and as many tool boxes. I am in there constantly getting spares made. I have never had an issue, they have saved me countless times.

2022-02-02Ive been there twice. Once for a lost key for my spare tire holder (I think he did it from factory codes) And a second time for spare Toyota keys - He tested them himself before giving them to me. Ill go back again because he will make a Kia key with a controller fob for very much less than the dealer all in one key.

2021-07-03I purchased a used truck and there was not a key for the bed cover. They were able to make a using a impression which is a lost art today. Saved me from having to replace the bed cover. Tony’s Lock & Key was very professional and I highly recommend them.
