Choosing Top Tier for my sisters Lingerie Shower was easily one of the best planning decisions Ive ever made! First of all, our contact, Kayla, was on it every step of the way. Originally, we just wanted to rent the bar for the event, but when another vendor dropped the ball last-minute and couldnt provide enough plates, Top Tier saved the day and delivered what we needed within an hour - crisis averted! Kayla and the team were accommodating, helpful and efficient. We ended up asking them to provide far more than we initially agreed upon and they never missed a beat! I would recommend this vendor to anyone!

I did an event in Dallas last week and used Top Tier for all my catering rentals and staffing services. Building and organizing everything was a very smooth process because of their friendly and professional team. When my event demanded changes, Top Tier showed amazing flexibility and got me everything I needed in a timely manner. As a planner, process and commination is so important. We are working with multiple vendors for our clients, and having a streamlined process and ease of information is extremely important. Top Tier staff is wonderful at getting the right information to you quickly and being super flexible with last minute additions and changes (thanks Covid)! Their staffing for the events are PHENOMENAL. They are timely, super helpful, professional, take initiative, and take guidance well. They are there with one goal- to serve the clients well. I have no complaints about this company and their staff and cannot recommend enough!

I have used Top Tier for few of the events I have organized at my property. At each occasion I have receive at most attention from both devisions of the company. Michael, the staffing manager, has curated the staff based on my requirements (bartenders and servers) while Jennifer helped and advised when selecting the glassware with matching sets to the detail of centerpiece suggestions. I have used both the option of delivery and will call and both went smooth, not to mention the seasonal discount I received at the will call pick up. Overall I have been been very satisfied with their stuff and product selection. They are my first to go to company when I plan events.

We had Top Tier rentals and wait staff for my sons wedding on January 13, 2018. We had a great wedding coordinator and the wedding and reception was gorgeous. All the Top Tier rentals; dishes, utensils, linens, etc. were perfect and beautiful. The serve staff however was another story, they were not pleasant, professional or easy to work with. One of the ladies thought she was in control and was rude to everyone all night, even our wedding coordinator. They were rude to me and I had lots of complaints that night as well as by phone since the wedding, from both family and friends letting me know that they were rude both in the buffet line and during the reception. They told guest in line there was no chicken and then I got home with 5 pans of chicken after the wedding. The coordinator told me there were both steak and chicken available at all times on the buffet line. I had salad plates for the salad but they stuck the salad in the middle of the plates of food instead of offering the salad plates for guest, until I went out there and asked about it. They were not efficient putting things out and yelled at my family when they were doing it because guest were lined up for drinks and the cups needed to be replenished. I asked a couple of questions about where things were or if they had gotten something and they snapped at me and told me it was not my concern, they had it under control, but they did not. While a new pot of coffee was brewing, the lady told the guest that we had not provided them with a back-up pot so they would have to just wait, instead of just saying the coffee would be ready shortly. I heard that personally too!. I went to the kitchen to check on something and was told I could not be in there. They did wash most of my dishes and drink canisters and packed them up and loaded my car. However, they took a lot of the stuff left over and lied to the wedding coordinator and told her we told them they could have it all. There were several gallons of milk (we had milk on the cake table), 6 or 8 cans of whipping cream, creamers, baggies, fruit, cookies and brownies, crackers and I dont know exactly what else was left I needed to bring home for the 40 out of town guest I had to feed for the next two days. I also had things missing when I got home, the bucket for two of my drink canisters, copper spoons, tongs, etc. Our wedding coordinator had to make a list and talk to Top Tier about the items. They retrieved most of the dishes items, but the food items went home with the wait staff. If I have to use them again for wait staff I will be asking a lot of questions and making sure I am sent workers that are professional, helpful and polite to my guest. Overall it was a beautiful wedding and everyone had a fun night, in spite of the wait staff!

Michael and his staff have helped me out on several occasions and I cant say enough good things! Michael provided helpful tips and thinks of everything in the planning process for my parties so they look polished and flawless. The rentals have always been delivered on time and its such a seamless process. Thanks guys for all your help!!
