Roaches, ( if you want pest control they charge YOU) disabled vehicles left in parking spots, Parking lot dark , very limited parking ( even though spaces are marked ) management wont enforce rules cant get maintenance to come after hours

Pros: Friendly landlord, hot water, good central air system, cheap rent, they pay water bill.Cons: Roach problem, noisy neighbors, dryers take your coins unless you figure out how to work it, limited parking, very dark parking lot at night.
