Under new ownership the pictures attached are the renovations so how do you like the finished product

Im giving one star because the new owners came in and raised the rent by 300 dollars and everyone was having to move, one guy lived there for over 12 years and had to move. They dont care about the residents, they just want to be able to rent to who they want, do not recommend.
