The store is ok, most employees are nice. But the younger men need to step up and quit avoiding loading calls. Mostly the retired age men and girls load everything. Ive seen them do it many times.

What a great store. All the things you need for the hobby farm or the full farm. Great when the feed store is closed. More often than not Tractor Supply has the tools, welding supplies and feed for livestock from goats, chickens, horses and dogs and cats. Tractor Supply even has a full line of animal antibiotics, fly and pest control products. Finally the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We love shopping shopping at Tractor Supply.
Needed help getting a kennel off of the top shelf and the guy I asked was quick to drop what he was doing to assist me. He even asked did I need help getting it to the front. Got a great price and very pleased!
Returned a air compressor (under warranty) because it stopped running. They sent it out for repair and said it would be 3-4 weeks. That was over 5 months ago!! Still no compressor. They say it’s out of their hands now. Way to stand behind what you sell!
I dont like to give a negative review, but TSC is adequate at best. Frequently out of basics on the shelves, then you end up waiting to see if they have one to dig out of a shipment. Not usually easy to find help either. The people are nice, but they seem to short staff, so the workers tend to be overwhelmed. Otherwise, it is a good place for many of the things you cant get without going to Canton or Tyler, so its convenient, if nothing else.
I want a duck daddy said no and bought mommy chicken..... Im allergic to feathers all feathers. I wanted one duck he bought over 60 chickens. This place is awesome though great place to buy feed for animals and supplies for your house, farm or ranch
Bolt and screws section...had a selection, just not what I needed.Looked for a riding mower wheel/tire.. didnt have it either.Hit or miss there..unless you know they for sure stock it.Always nice staff though.
Waited for propane fill for ever . Asked twice no service . Wait , wait no serviceJust like the north carolina locations they are horrible when it comes to propane busy or not. Wow is it time to hire more people you think ???!!
Very poor customer service, they won’t fix their rental trailer, that all Tractor Supply’s have. It’s been in disrepair for Months.You can’t buy boots here, because they only put out the right boot, and they don’t have enough help to be able to get you the left boot in order to try them both on.Not enough workers to handle customers needs.
The first one Ive been to around here that actually looked for the product I couldnt find on the shelf. They didnt just walk in the back for two seconds out of sight, and then say its not on a pallet.Genuinely Friendly workers also!
Knowledgeable staff but a bit pricey. Can get a good chunk of everything they offer at Walmart or other places for cheaper. They do get a higher rating however due to the knowledge and friendliness of the staff.

Love this store, especially how nice the employees are, for instance, a couple of days ago, Ashley, cashier. Very patient with my elderly mother who tends to get muddled and hold up the line!
Watch the cashiers close, tried to charge me $55 for a 7lb bottle of propane. Another customer was saying her receipt shows a charge and was suppose to be a refund.
Lots of cool stuff. Original things that would make good gifts & Cards for any occasion too. Having a Sale right now and signed up for the rewards program for mote discounts.

TSC has just about everything for great prices. Horse stall flooring, electric winches, trailer hitches, dog food, cat foot, live chicks, fertilizer, boots, jeans, shirts, coats, cattle troughs, kayaks, 4x4 off road, snacks, nuts bolts, chains and more. If you need something practical for work or as simple as a squeaky toy for your pet - this is the place!

2021-09-20We Have always had good experiences with the staff here. They are friendly and helpful. The chicks we bought were very healthy, exactly what we wanted/expected, and we have had no issues with them! Definitely a better experience than trying to get some through the mail.

2021-10-22We have a pellet stove for winter time home heating. We buy 1 ton,(fifty sacks on a pallet) of wood pellets each year from Tractor Supply. Athens, Texas. At least we used to….Last time we bought them, we paid in advance so they would be sure to be there when we went to pick them up. We were very disappointed when we went to pick them up and our pallet load of pellets had been sold to someone else..! We put a full pallet on “Layaway” 2 days ago, paying in full less 1 penny, got a receipt so that there would be no way they could be sold out from under us again. Guess What..? Went to pick them up today and they have been sold out from under us again….!!! We took a partial pallet load, with the promise of getting the rest to us at some later date, plus there were 10 ripped and torn bags, mostly from forklift forks ripping into them from the bottom, leaking pellets out everywhere, leaked out bags that they say they will replace, who knows when….if ever…Ok I’m done with Tractor Supply. We used to buy lots of supplies and feed there, tools, big ticket items like generators, etc. but not any more…! I’ll drive the extra miles to give Atwood’s our business! I’ve not been this angry in a long time..!! If I could leave them negative stars I would! They should not even get this one star…….

2021-12-04Ive been in a lot of Tractor Supply stores from one side of the country to the other. This one stands out for two reasons. 1) lack of product knowledge by staff and 2) lack of commonly used product available at every other TS store Ive visited.We were traveling and decided to stop at this store for some Calf Mana so that wed not have to do it at home over the weekend when our schedule was going to be tight. Couldnt find it due to a strange and different store layout than what we are used to. Asked first employee where to find Calf Mana.Emp.: WHATMe: Calf Mana by Mana Pro, its a supplement.Emp.: I dunno..go ask that guy.Me to second Emp.: Where is your Calf Mana?Emp.: Is that a milk replacer?Me: No its suppliment for Horses, goats, cattle.Emp. We dont have milk replacerMy Wife to Emp.: No, its a feed for horses.OK.. we give up.Me back to first Emp.: Do you have salt blocks...all we see here are mineral blocks.Emp: No we dont have salt blocks.Me to Corp. Management right now: What do you think this store provides for your community? Certainly it is not customer service.

2021-07-02I bought a mini bike here already assembled. Tried to do a review on tractor supply about the product. I said the product was goos but assembled incorrectly and had loose bolts/nuts which is a safety hazard and people should double check everything before riding. Tractorsupply blocked my review saying it Contained Legally Sensitive Content

2021-08-22Don’t tell me that the person filling propane is on break and to come back in 30-45 minutes and then I come back within an hr and that person is gone for the day. Complete miscommunication. Every time I have gone to this store the customer service has been terrible. They never know where things are and have no idea what’s going on.

2019-03-10Searched for wooden dowels for 45 minutes. Found numerous items I didnt know i needed. Lol still spent $200 impulsively. Walked every aisle and not one CS person in site. Cashier was pleasant. She did call and was told they didnt carry. Sunday with not one person working floor. Call offs? Inadequate management?
