Moved here in August 2019 and have enjoyed living here since. We love, love, love the location. We are within walking distance to H‑E‑B and a small shopping center that has a liquor store and great American cookies (they both provide a 10% to the apartment residents). The amenities are great with a clean gym with all the equipment you need and the resort style pool is perfection on a hot summer day. The staff is great and host awesome events like wine down Wednesdays which we’ve become regulars of course 🍷Highly recommend living here!
Just moved in and it’s been great so far, really looking forward to our time here. We moved to this complex because not only do they have great amenities and beautiful apartments, but the customer service we’ve received from the front office has been amazing since the very beginning. Everyone is so nice and helpful (I’ve only worked with Jessica and Lindsay so far but I’m sure the others are sweet too). They’re organized and work efficiently and make you feel confident that you’ll be taken care of. We were tired of dealing with bad apartment management, sketchy complexes, and awful maintenance. I really wanted to move to a place where I knew I’d be getting my money’s worth and this is the place. The community is very safe and honestly these are the nicest neighbors I’ve been surrounded by lol. I’d def recommend checking this place out. From what I’ve seen, it’s the best bang for your buck compared to other luxurious, apartment complexes. They also have a lot of fun community events/perks to look forward to!
I moved in to Tradehouse last October and have loved it so much! Before moving here, I lived in houses so I was a bit nervous for my first apartment experience but the staff here went above and beyond to help with all of my questions and concerns. The staff, facility, grounds, and amenities have far exceeded my expectations, and I am honestly very sad that I wont be renewing my lease due to relocating for work. If I could clone this property and recreate it in Austin, I would! I really appreciate the staffs promptness to work orders, friendly faces when inside of the club house area, and constant help when anything pops up. If youre considering Tradehouse, I hope this helps you make your decision to stay here.
After looking at too many different apartments to rent around stone oak or TPC areas, coming into tradehouse apartment was amazing. The apartment was stunning with upgraded appliances. It was very spacious even for a small square footage. The available amenities is great and available to all tenants. The apartment is located in the middle of everything.Lindsay and Elisa are amazing they helped me find the best apartment with all the requirements I needed. They are available whenever you call or go to them at the office. The cleanliness of the building was stunning. Will provide 1 more feedback on the closing date ! Can’t wait to move there !!
The only reason I gave two stars for this place is the maintenance department. They’re great! The apartments are very spacious and the location is great. When I first moved in signing my lease I agree to a 14 month lease first month free. In addition there was $500 off first months rent. This past December I was able to purchase a home I gave my notice this past week. Only to find out because I Need to end my lease early they insisted I pay the first month that I got free supposedly and two additional months and the remaining portion until April when my lease ends totaling over $9000. I would like for other people to be forewarned if you’re considering signing more than a year please think about this. Looking back this is clearly a loophole to their advantage . In addition that free month that you get free- it’s not free any longer when you terminate your lease. My previous experience with the staff has been OK however they are not willing to work with me on any type of Agreement when ending this lease. I’ve rented apartments in the past and have never had this happen. I would just like for others to be forewarned and take this into consideration. When I moved in the experience was overall smooth now that I’m moving out the mood seems quite different.
Moved here back in 2019 and out of the 5 complexes I’ve lived at here in SA...Tradehouse is leaps and bounds the best. The complex is relatively new and is always well maintained, CLEAN and very peaceful considering 1604/Bulverde is a block away. Another positive note, you can tell that management actually cares about the community and its residents and that makes it even more enjoyable. This is definitely a hidden gem in a booming area.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this apartment complex. The apartments and grounds don’t just look nice but were actually well made. Lots of apartments look nice but are cheap and falling apart. I haven’t had any issues so far and when small things come up the maintenance team comes the next day! It’s super impressive. The grounds are kept clean. The people who live here are quiet but super friendly! The office staff is friendly, responsive, professional and they plan a lot of events to help build community within the complex. I’ve really enjoyed the opportunities to get to know them and neighbors. It has been my best apartment experience by far! The location is amazing because you’re really not by a high traffic area but only 15-20 minutes from almost everything. Being right by Wetmore is a great alternative to get into the downtown Broadway/Airport area without getting on a highway/heavy traffic. The only thing I will say is you do hear your neighbors walking, running, etc. above you (depending on your neighbor haha). If that bothers you then definitely get a 3rd floor apartment.
6-3-2021I needed some maintenance things done, washer and a little repair in the main bathroom. They were on it asap and sent a follow up text and email letting me know it was completed I really like how the guys get on issues here its refreshing and I dont have downtime. I re signed my lease a few months ago and glad I did, thanks guys.I love living here I have Lived here since November of last year and I am really impressed with how fast the maintenance orders are completed and some of the small things that the complex does for the residence like dropping off painting kits for residence with families. Since the pandemic they make that have made some changes with the pool hours but overall the gym is amazing the and since I love to cook often I lobe the spacious kitchen.
I am very proud of the beautiful apartment and the wonderful staff. I give this place an A and I do tell other people about Tradehouse Apartments and the staff. I tell my husband thank you for moving us here everyday. This place has done wonders for my health. I could hardly walk block when we moved here, now I am walking five miles a day now. I think that says it all.
Totally RECOMMEND! I have lived here for about 6 months now and I love it! The amenities are great and I always feel like I’m at a resort with the way everything is setup. From the AMAZING coffee bar that offers toppings to go with your coffee to the towel service for the gym. Which by the way, the towels are scented y’all and smell like a spa! I’m not sure what everyone else is talking about above, but the gates have been working just fine and if they have ever gone down they are fixed right away because I haven’t seen them open. Everyone in the office is very nice especially the manager Monica, she is very responsive to email. I wasn’t going to be home to accept a LARGE package and she offered to deliver it inside my apartment with my permission. I of course said YES! AMAZING customer service and the maintenance staff has always been there to fix all the messes Ive caused. :) The cherry on top is the weekly resident events!
Best apartment complex in San Antonio! I have been living here for 5 months now, and I am thrilled with my decision to move here. The amenities are top notch, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. You can not find a better management team. Robbie, Vanessa, Nancy and the rest of the staff treat you like family. Events are arranged for the apartment community on a weekly basis, from yoga Saturdays to Wine down Wednesdays, movie nights, and potluck dinners. Friendly neighbors, clean and spacious apartments, perfect location right off 1604 and next to HEB. A tremendous value, and easy decision. Enjoying life at the Tradehouse!
I first want to say that the apartments are very nice. The pool and the other common areas are beautiful. The one issue that I had was a disruptive resident. My family and I was sitting in the pool area by the grills, there was 8 of us. We were waiting for a few more people to discuss the final details of the wedding we are involved in. There was two residents sitting with us (who we just met) and they were very nice. About an hour or so later, the few other people we were waiting for had arrived. We barely had time to say hello and give hugs, when this lady started yelling out her patio porch. I could understand if we were loud and playing music, but we were just sitting there and she could have approached us respectfully. I feel she was racially profiling us because we were a group of melanated individuals. Mind you, we are all family and close friends of the family discussing last minute details of a wedding. We wasn’t having a party. I feel that when she looked out her window, she felt some type of way and started yelling based on stereotypes in her mind about my family. She could have went through the proper channels had she thought there was a real complaint.
Don’t walk in the other direction, RUN!Since signing my lease and moving into Tradehouse at Bulverde, I have regretted it. The initial tour and look may make it seem like a pleasant place to live, but being an actual resident is far different. The first thing you may notice upon making the mistake of moving in is the unpleasant smell near any of the first floor yards. Many of the residents in these units choose these units because they have pets. However, few of them actually clean up these yard regularly because the management office does nothing to enforce this. This means you have a pleasant smell of dog feces when walking up the stairs to your unit or even walking to your car(especially fragrant on hot days). Unfortunately another un-enforced policy is these same animal owners leaving their pets unattended in said yards. This may lead to 30+ minutes of constant barking at any of hour of the day and animals jumping up at you and barking when you’re walking to your vehicle. If you don’t have a sense of smell and that won’t bother you, then I hope you also don’t mind having no sense of privacy in your unit. The astonishingly paper thin walls allow you to hear every cough, sneeze and yawn that any of your neighbors make. I was lucky to end up with an upstairs neighbor with a squeaky mattress, meaning every inch they moved at night I could hear vividly through my ceiling. My right side neighbor’s master bedroom shared a wall with my master bedroom, leaving private moments of theirs to be incredibly audible to me. I cannot emphasize enough how everything you say will go through the sheet rock and be exposed to anyone nearby. They also changed management in the middle of the pandemic, with no warning to residents. I initially saw this as a positive change, as the previous office staff were impersonal and unhelpful. The new office staff is all smiles and happiness at the surface, but truthfully full of crooks who charge fees they pull out of the air and expect residents not to notice. If you have to pay your rent late, because these are trying times, they will not reference your lease for how much your late fee will be because that would make too much sense. Instead they will charge a fee amount that they made up and become unpleasant with you when you choose to question it.I’m thankfully free from my lease at this cardboard complex, and naturally had a move out walkthrough to assess if any repair charges would be necessary. When my parents completed the walkthrough with a staff member, she assured there would be no charges and even went to the extent to joke about whether I even used the kitchen because it was in such good condition. So, imagine my surprise when I see I’m being charged a cleaning fee on my final move out statement. When I called to question it, there was no valid explanation; just that a contractor had seen a spot and said he needed to clean. There was no evidence of a spot or even clarity as to where it could’ve been.In conclusion, if you enjoy being lied to, never having peace in your home and uncontrolled animals, this is the place for you!
Highly recommend living here! Been here for one year and just renewed my leased - really enjoy the current management team and positive attitudes. Very responsive to a few of my minor maintenance issues. Great location and very quiet! We walk our puppies day & night & feel very safe not to mention the property is VERY well lit at night!!!!!! Everyone has their opinions but myself and surrounding neighbors have had nothing but a great experience since moving in. To each their own.
I’ve been living at Tradehouse almost two years now and I’ve never had any issues during the pandemic and the snow storm I really felt like they did a great a job at keeping everyone updated . Super Happy I found this place ! As a small business owner having the package concierge is super helpful for having to pick up packages after business hours !
Been a pretty great experience thus far (over 6 months).I was concerned when the property got acquired from NRP due to previous experiences, but SYNC have been really good.First management company at a property who are not afraid to enforce rules on noisy neighbors and making sure rules are followed.Keep it up!
One of the best apartment complexes Ive lived in San Antonio. I love that the Tradehouse is modern and its in a great and up and coming location at Bulverde. Mrs. Bridget and the staff are amazing! Even during this pandemic they have been nothing but helpful! And for maintenance, Ive never really had an issue with my place except I clogged my garbage disposal and they came the same day. And one more thing is that the packages you recieve are secured up front and not left at your door,i love that!
What I will tell prospective renters is, PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE. The gated community I have been paying for hasnt been gated since I moved in. The pedestrian gates, dont work either. Currently, anyone can drive through and walk around our complex. Several of us have gotten together and are planning on requesting money back. Its only fair. We are paying for services Tradehouse has failed to provide. I read the comment about the unruly tenants and the response left by management. Its not true, they wont do anything. I have tried to get them to do their job but they wont. One of my building neighbors has a scary situation going on and they told them, youre out of luck or you can pay all this money. For the money it costs, the safety they dont provide, and the clear disregard for tenants overall feelings, you can do so much better. I am regretting moving in here as are a few of the residents I have spoken to around the complex. They dont have negative stars or I would have given them a -5 stars.
I love living here! The staff is very responsive. I have had some issues with maintenance things but Randy is always on top of it and very helpful. The people in the office are very nice as well, and always follow up, which I really like. The place is beautiful too and I am really happy here!
This was a very beautiful apartment complex. This was my first time visiting San Antonio, the first time I had seen my family who reside in the apartments in a year. One night we were hanging by the pool area conversation and grilling just enjoying each other’s company. We even were greeted by other tenants who live there and we’re by the pool and sitting on the couches. We weren’t loud we were just cooling out enjoying the warm weather trying to go over last minute planning for the wedding we were attending the next day, when some lady came on her porch and was very rude. I can see if we were being rowdy and loud then I would have had a better understanding to why she felt the need to verbally attack us. After 20 minutes of her ranting over nothing. The security showed up who was just as ignorant as the lady. He didn’t try to rectify the situation he just kicked us out and stood there with a threatening stance until we left. I felt that we were racially profiled. I will forever have this memory to remind me of the inequality in America.
So. Very. Awful. Before renting here be advised the bad reviews are genuine tenants. The one from the distressed tenant that is pregnant is just the tip of the iceberg. The response from the OWNER would be sad if it wasn’t comical. She is clearly not leaving kind words and the jerks here clearly didn’t read the review because it was not good. She has had her car stolen or broken into 2x now! There are multiple gates that don’t close so anyone can get in and the car entrances are left open quite often. Management will only return emails when it involves money otherwise they don’t respond. There is a reason there are so many available units. Word is starting to get out. Good tenants don’t renew here, they run as quickly as possible away from here. This is an overpriced, poorly managed, increasingly unsafe property. Stay away.
Cheap and poop covered masking as upscale. Thats how I would describe this place. I was shown a couple of units and in one unit, I could hear the person above me because in many areas every step cause a creaking noise. I was shown another apartment and was guided through a nice path but on both sides it appeared that some dog owner had let their dog do its business and then they rubbed it into the grass so their are large black spots everywhere and when the wind hit, it smelled gross. The floor was coming up in a corner so you could see it was the really fake wood laminate flooring. The nice counter top was chipped and the new fridge was already scratched up. Finally the greatness, as I was leaving I heard a resident ask if the gate was really going to work this time. Apparently they had been their 8 months and it has never been a gated community. I drove over to Lenox and thats where I signed my lease. Its gate works, the units are nice and the amenities are amazing.
Elisa Was great!! she was very thorough and Went above and beyond throughout the whole process! She was very knowledgeable and she answered all our questions. We had planned to go look at a few properties but after touring Tradehouse, we didnt need to see anything else.! Thank you so much for you kindness and excellent service!
From the moment I walked in, too signing my lease, customer service was always their top priority. I love living here and the location is so perfect for me. I love walking through the common area as I head to the workout room. The view of the swimming pool and the fire place within the common area gives a relaxing feel and the decor is so fitting. I love calling this place home.
The hotel was beautiful, but i felt uncomfortable! On two different occasions me and my family felt unsafe and racially profiled while staying at the TradeHouse. So much tried to avoid participating in activities the place had to offer. There was one occasion where a women who was also staying there yelled at us for being outside and using the grill to barbecue. The other occurrence was when we were leaving out of the building and a man came out and started yelling at us for being black. I honestly felt that although the scenery was beautiful it’s not worth all the hassle if you’re trying to enjoy vacation. You’re better off staying at an Airbnb which would be cheaper and more comfortable. And they try to find the smallest mishaps to try to keep your room deposit. I will not be coming back!!
I have lived here for almost two months and have had nothing but a great experience. The units are extremely modern. The gym is well supplied with a variety of exercise equipment where you can easily lose the gym membership. Gas grills outside. Turf for the kids to run and play on. Luxury pool! The office staff is friendly and our leasing agent Vanessa got us the unit we wanted. Maintenance is very courteous and knowledgeable. Best part is that its right next to HEB and Whataburger, what else can you ask for!***update 04/29/2019***It is very rare I do this but I’m admitting To jumping the gun on this review. You really don’t know what kind of apartment complex you live in until you need them to help you out. Please everyone read this review carefully. I was promised security cameras. I was promised logged entry at the gates around the premises and logged entry into units. At $1700 a month for 1100 sq ft. I was expecting way better security and service than this. 1 person is still around from when I moved in. Everyone else is gone. There have been temps in and out of leasing office since I moved in. So back to security, my pick up truck was burglarized on April 25. My wife’s vehicle stolen April 25. My wife’s vehicle burglarized on March 20. Ask me what management or NRP Group has done? Nothing! But they have cameras pending to be installed since they opened the complex. I rather pay $1300 for a 1400 sq ft unit with a 2 car a garage in an older complex than here. I guess there is a reason why more than half of the complex is still unoccupied. The amenities are nice, don’t get me wrong. But the cost for what you get, it’s just not there. And to top things off, no one from management or from NRP have sent a notice to their tenants to let them know about the burglaries, even after another complex nearby (Sync at Nobi) was also burglarized! You want a complex and management group that cares more about image than safety, than this is the place!
I am a current resident and I do not recommend this apartment complex to be your new home. The sanitation is substandard, at best. Garbage throughout the hallways, vomit (this morning), garbage cans left out. Maintenance requests are not fulfilled. Very little regard to to needs of the residents. All around poor property management.
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt the need to since these reviews were so low. It’s honestly a really great property. They have awesome things like food trucks and wine down Wednesday’s. I love the pool area it has grills and places to hangout. There is some trash around the property left by other residents but it’s not an absurd amount. Plus it always gets picked up by the staff
I have had the unfortunate pleasure of living here for 4 months. I live near 3126 and I just dont understand why property management refuses to do anything to keep neighboring units from suffering. They have junk in the patio area - bags, boxes, shoes and their dogs have literally killed the grass from all the ammonia of the constant peeing in the same small space. Its a total eyesore. Making matters worse, any wind and we have the added pleasure of smelling the poop they leave for days at a time. It was really nice over the weekend but I couldnt enjoy it from my patio and I doubt anyone could. I know my neighbor has complained a couple of times but management doesnt seem to care. Every bad review you read is true. From the cost to the lack of care of the property...Dont let the bot reviews fool you this is NOT a 5 star facility. The rent is ridiculous and all you get for it are paper thin walls and poop smells.
I came here as a hotel guest resident! It’s a beautiful place, but i felt unwelcome i felt like the whole time i was there i was being watched. Me and my family came down here for vacation and for a wedding and we’re disrespected and racially profiled. On several occasions I didn’t understand why, because we were both nice and respectful to the other guest staying. It’s a beautiful place but i don’t think I’d come back our oven had several issues and they refuse to give us our security deposit but when we came to the room the refrigerator was left a mess from the previous tenants. They tried to say we stole a pillow. How would It fit in my suitcase is beyond me. I didn’t appreciate the accusations when we left the room cleaner than the first tenants. Please take before and after pictures i forgot to take my after pictures they will try to get you!!!!
When I toured this place they told me the office for printing and computer use was open after regular office hours , they did mention the Billiards room would be open only during office hours which was perfectly fine but why would I need an office with the same hours as my office work hours? I’ve tried going several times and it is closed. I tried to go study last night but neighbors had all their friends over coming from gym getting coffee making so much noise, there were actually other folks there I noticed trying to get work done and eventually I just got up and left it was ridiculously impossible to get anything done. Gates just started working after 3 months hassling with new remotes. They have nice units but the way it’s built honestly doors hit each other if you don’t close another, the walls are painted with the cheapest pain I mean if u Are trying to hang a canvas it will scratch the wall. Reconsider for the price
I Am a current resident and I wouldnt recommend this apartments to my worst enemy here why. from the start we had issues from our refrigerator not working and being told by the maintenance guys it just need a day to cool down well it didnt and as many of you know when you move to a new apartment you tend to need to buy a lot of food we had 200 dollars worth of food go bad and then come to find this was a problem they know about but didnt take the time to inform the residents or even check everyones refrigerator. I know that may sound like a lot but at that time there were only a handful of tenants so it was possible. The other major issues is this place is ant and bug infested ,which according to maintenance alot of residents are having issues with but did they send pest control to all units just as a precaution no. So I woke up with ant in my bed my couch and bits all over. this was on a Wednesday and was told by maintenance not to call until monday cause that when the pest guys come so Ive been living with ants on my wall on my dog on me. This is just the tip of the iceberg.what they are charging for rent I implore you stay away its not worth it. from cheap paint and laminate flooring peeling up to only having one pool for all its residents this place is a joke.
The Tradehouse is absolutely beautiful, I can’t argue with that. They have everything you need such as a pool, gym, central air, and more. However, I experience something that i’ll never thought would happen to me but hey!!! This is America we’re talking about. Some of my friends and I arrived to a cookout due to wedding festivities where out of no where, I heard an elderly woman screaming at us to leave the pool. I understand if we were being loud and careless but we tried to be civil with her and she wouldn’t have it. On the exact same night! A white male came out of his door and started to scream at us like an animal. So then I screamed at him back saying OK!!!!! To see what he will do, he then yelled at us one more time before shutting the door and it amazed me how my racial profile Ive experience in a place that I thought would be heaven for me. Ladies and gentleman—— the grass is not always greener on the other side.
I almost moved in here but thankful I didnt. My friend moved in and has had nothing but issues since moving in....Everything from a lovely water leak showing in his ceiling, to rowdy neighbors that management wont do anything about, to dog poo literally everywhere and so expensive for nothing apparently. Hes ready to move but is stuck.
I like this place, they have really fun community events and front desk staff are all phenomenal, but I have a myriad of issues too. This first ones a bit bizarre, I battled biting ants in the bathroom and in my bed when I first moved here. Over the months I finally caulked all the cracks in the floor boards where they were coming from and they havent been back so thats cool. But I really cant fathom why there are still unlocked gates where strangers can enter (Ive counted two, so much for a gated community!) and why the big heavy side door to the main complex is almost always open at night. Another big issue is when I finally got a next door neighbor I realized how paper thin the walls are because I can hear him snoring at night. Every night. Also maintenance is pretty lackadaisical, so be ready to call multiple times for the same issue.
Im helping my son with his rent while he is in school. Initially, I was really impressed with the complex but now 9 months later...I am really unimpressed. Almost 9 months later and the gated community I am paying for, has yet to be gated. I am almost ready to ask for a rate reduction and am wondering if others have. When you pay that much you expect things like the gate to work but it NEVER has. I stopped by to visit him recently and a guy was wandering around. He stated he was just looking but he didnt have anyone from the complex with him. He left right after we approached him. Had he not been able to get in, he wouldnt have been wandering around. Definitely wouldnt recommend anyone here, they clearly dont make safety a priority.
Unimpressed. My boyfriend lives here so I considered it for a moment. Everywhere I walked, it smelled weird or bad. The trash compactor is near his building and with the slight breeze that was going on, it smelled awful. There was also a spider web growing above someones door so I dont think they offer an exterminator. His building has a water stain in the ceiling in the walkway. (Seems a little new for that kind of thing to happen.) He had to leave his dog with his parents because its a pit mix but there is a full pit that tugs its owner around in one building and a german shepard in another that was hanging out in its fenced in area. (He could easily have jumped it but luckily he just barked at me.) Hes moving out when his lease ends because its just not worth the price. He also recently received notice that they are considering renting out vacant units like hotel rooms. That doesnt sound like a safe thing to do but Im guessing they are having trouble renting them out because they are so overpriced.
I used to be happy hereAfter the first break into my car we were told for the second time there would be cameras at the front gate. Sadly all this complex cares about is their own complex, the only camera on site is to protect their amenities and office, what about the residents here paying thousands of dollars each month? I pay $1700 for a two bedroom and I am okay with it because when we moved in our main complain to Vanessa was that our previous complex didn’t have cameras at the gates and there were 2 trucks stolen out of the parking garages, well she assured us back in October there would be cameras. Well here we are again another break in with gates working and my car was stolen. It was recovered luckily due to our own video footage and with the help of SAPD but honestly we have to spend $1200 to get my vehicle rekeyed due to not recovering my spare key which is how they stole it in the first place. It is all an inconvenience, I also will be out of having a car a few days while it’s being rekeyed. Had they had the cameras we may have caught the people who took my car and recovered my spare but unfortunately they abandoned my vehicle and didn’t leave my keys behind. Knowing where we live I have no option except to rekey the whole thing. I’m so tired of feeling like I can’t sleep at night, I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have been in tears feeling so helpless about the place we decided to move to. Amenities are great but I would give it all up for better peace of mind, I haven’t slept for two nights worrying about all this
I absolutely love this community! Been here since it’s started. I love how the gates actually work, and I feel safe and comfortable here. The staff treat you like family, the resident events they do weekly are always so fun to come to. I defiantly recommend living here!
Tradehouse is hands down the best in the 1604 and Bulverde area. I recently went to visit Lenox Overlook on Bulverde and 1604 this property is much newer then Tradehouse. However all and all no other complex can compare to price wise, amenities and staff “ Moncia and Robbie” are the best!! Yeah overlock has a better pool but that’s about it! Tradehouse goes over and beyond too make sure your living experience is amazing. If you are looking for a Apartment in the area stop and check them. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
What I love about this place is that the staff keeps us all in the loop about everything going on and how actively Involved they are with this community with community events and all. They don’t have to be this way they can be all about business but their not, they’re a mini tradehouse family here.

2022-02-05First off, I love Tradehouse! The staff is so friendly and even know us personally. We aren’t just a random tenant to them they, they have our apartment numbers memorized and not in bad way either 😂. The maintenance team is also very friendly and I like how the apartments have their pictures posted in the newsletter so when maintenance is needed it’s a familiar face coming and not random people you don’t know. The apartments are high quality with all stainless steel appliances, and very modern looks to them even in lighting. The staff here is really great and even go above and beyond to host events at the apartment complex like casino night and our own pop up shop event. The way they make you feel comfortable is the best part and makes it easy to call this place home ☺️

2022-01-28Tradehouse has been amazing. We moved in June of 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Of course, there has been some issues BUT there will always be issues, regardless of where I choose to live. What stands out to me is that the maintenance and leasing staff at Tradehouse has been amazing at getting work orders placed, the issues fixed and following up with me. I enjoy talking with the staff as well, they are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention all the incredible events they host and all the yummy food trucks that come by weekly! 10/10 would recommend.

2022-02-26My lease is almost up and I have loved every bit of the experience since signing. I love the sense of community here and the constant events, as well as the food trucks :) Tradehouse is located in a great area with a lot of places to go nearby. Many different options to choose from as far as units available and I believe the price is most definitely worth it. Management and maintenance do a wonderful job with keeping up with everything. I would never leave if I did not have to but will continue to let people know how great of an experience I had at Tradehouse.

2022-04-12We had such a great experience living at Tradehouse at Bulverde! We were very sad to leave because the staff was incredible! They were always willing to help and genuinely looking out for their tenants... that includes maintenance staff too! Lindsay always went out of her way to help us out and the rest of their team always had a smile on their faces whenever we reached out. The property is sooo nice and well taken care of. We DEFINITELY miss all of that now :/

2022-07-04Quite honestly, the best complex I ever had the opportunity to live in. No longer a resident due to a major increase in rent (this issue was just a result of the current market), but I did live here for 2.5 years and had no issues aside from some neighbors who were loud at times, but thats just apartment living. Work orders were always completed timely, the front office staff were always polite and extremely helpful. A truly amazing community!

2021-07-21I lived here for a year, and I will say that the staff is incredible, by far the best rental experience I have ever had. I would not have moved had it been an option for me to stay. The grounds are well maintained. Apartments are nice. I appreciate the effort put forth by management to provide an engaging experience for residents with weekly food trucks and events. Upon move out they are extremely fair in regards to cleaning fees and related charges. My last apartments went out of there way to try and charge residents ridiculous fees that often went into the thousands. It was a fresh of breath air living hear and renting from the leasing team!

2021-05-05I lived at Tradehouse for a year, the pandemic year, and it was one of the best (if not the best) experiences I have ever had at an apartment. The front office staff is friendly and professional. Lindsay is always willing to go above and beyond - with a smile! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the team is very friendly and keep the property looking really nice. The food trucks and community events are top notch! With my job, I interact with many apartment communities in San Antonio, and this office is a clear stand out. The apartments have great finishes, the property is very well kept, the area is developing around the complex, and the staff is phenomenal and easy to get a hold of (also a rare trait)! If youre even considering Tradehouse, stop reading this and go apply right now. You wont regret it!

2021-03-27What can I say about Tradehouse at Bulverde Marketplace that hasn’t already been said! But I will! They are amazing!! I have been a resident for one year this past week and already signed my lease for another. The staff has been welcoming and accommodating since day 1. The entire team from the front office staff to the maintenance team, etc. has gone above and beyond for us. When my water wasn’t filtering out correctly same day fix. I think one of my favorite thing about this place is they feel more like family and make this place really feel like home for us. The community events are always amazing. I love the food trucks and the community challenges they create for us. Always something fun going on here! If you are considering this place to call home, promise you won’t regret it.

2021-03-17We moved into Tradehouse at Bulverde Marketplace in October of 2018. We love living here. The apartment has great amenities and we love the community of friends we have built since being here. The maintenance staff since Sync took over is really great. My favorite thing about the complex is the floor plan of our apartment. When we moved to San Antonio, we had a relocation expert working with us. I looked at hundreds of floor plans and didn’t find anything that compared. The location is great. I love that it is out of the fray just enough but convenient to everything in the city. I also love the alpaca farm and the wildlife I get to see in the field behind the complex on my daily walk with our dog. Having H‑E‑B 100 yards away is the icing on the cake!
