Awesome technician! … I was having some issues with the house not heating properly during these past cold days. Spoke to Gabriel -Owner around 10:30 in the morning, and he had a tech out to our home on a none work day and got straight to work. Gabriel-Tech was here for about an hour and a half and he went through the entire system, and discovered a bad gas valve and was very thorough and explained everything in a manner which my wife and I could comprehend/understand, not being an AC person. My first time using these folks and i am impressed. Don’t beat your head against the wall with these other Companies looking to just max out their work order and deplete your bank account, these guys only do what needs to be done they make recommendations they’re very honest up front, trust me don’t waste your time, call these folks first… Like I mentioned they’ve have been out to my house for the first time and he was very friendly, Very skilled, knowledgeable, honest and very trustworthy so take my word and read the other reviews call Gabriel and his company first thanks guys I appreciate you Armando and Sylvia send.Tri-City is Highly Recommended!MSgt Armando Ortiz USMC ret.

I will always recommend Tri-City A/C & Heating. They saved me over a year or more ago, after I spent and wasted money on 2 other AC companies. After their professionalism, work, courtesy and customer service, I had them take good care of my girlfriend and parents homes. Today I had my AC annual service check up with Matthew and Danny, who really made sure they educated me and understood everything they did. Matthew was informative and helpful. The work completed was done quickly, professionally, and they were mindful of our home and space. I recieved several quotes (about 6) and Matthew provided a quote that was very reasonable and provided high quality product and long term maintenance. Matthew provided all the necessary paperwork to get the CPS rebate quickly and completely. My house for the first time is cool and comfortable.Update: system works great. Our technical today was Matthew R. I can not say enough good things about him. He arrived early, and completed the job by the time he was originally scheduled to arrive.Gabriel is great at getting a repair person out here fast and gets the issued resolved.We definitely are glad we are customers of Tri-City. Last night around 8PM, our AC unit went out. We got a hold of Chris and Gabriel from Tri-City and within an hour, they were at our house, ready to help. They were so kind, respectful and professional. They were able to quickly identify the issue and fix our unit. Our house quickly cooled down and has been running smoothly. After the horrible week of Feb 15, constant power surges, etc, we needed repairs so I called Tri-city. Gabriel was out within a few hours of my call when I know San Antonio was really needing help and their services must have been in high demand. When he couldnt find the part we needed at any businesses, he drove back to his shop (a good 50 miles round trip!) to get one from his inventory. They really stepped up for us, which meant so much after 4 days of no heat in the worst winter storm in my recent memory. He could have shrugged and said Ill order it for you and not driven out and back for the part. Could have hurried up and switched the breaker and been home for dinner. But they were thorough, found another area that would have caused headaches, and saved us another trip and service call. Gabriel was polite and professional at all times and has definitely won our repeat business with fair prices, transparency, and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
In our current situation of supply shortages Tri City was able to replace our unit in only three days. That being said, doing a replacement of a 20+ year old unit means alot has changed. There were wiring issues that are beyond anybodys anticipation and it added to the replacement time. Overall quality and service was excellent. Would highly recommend this company. Price was significantly lower than other companies we contacted.
Called Tri-City again (7/7/21) this time to unclog ac drain line, and my advisor was Andres. He was very personable, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldnt ask for a better technician. He replaced the clogged up drain line and explained things as he worked. Great person and great company. Im glad I found them thanks to a neighbors referral.David n Chase were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely call on Tri-City again and very highly recommend them to everyone. Oh, and most importantly, Tri-City A/C & Heating is fairly and reasonably priced--the best fees I have yet encountered from any A/C repair and maintenance service. Plus, their maintenance fee for 2X a year health check on a system is the best. Overall, I was just very impressed by the company and the people I interacted with on the phone and in person. One just knows when theyre dealing with an honest enterprise, and Tri-City is. Thank you!

I want to give a good review to show my appreciation of a great job. David installed a new UV air cleaning device and also carefully sealed some holes in my unit where cold air was escaping. He double checked everything to be sure it worked before leaving. The installation and sealed sections look very professional and clean, he clearly takes pride in his work. Now the air in my home is noticeably cleaner and it smells fresher. My AC unit is older, but he got it to run more efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
Tri-City A/C is a great company that stands by their word and backs it up. They just installed a new A/C and because of a factory delay they reimbursed me the rebate difference from a 16- -15 Seer system and they fixed portions of the plenum and duct work that improved the air flow throughout my home. They installed a Micro-Air Easy Start system that will allow me to run my system on my portable generator when ERCOT messes up. Matthew, Gabe and Chris were professional and I recommend them without hesitation or reservation!
Our A/C was broken for 7 days. My home warranty company decided not to pay to fix my A/C. Gabriel and Matthew helped us navigate financing the new system. They were so professional and kind. I would 100% recommend them to anyone with A/C and heating problems.

If your home is in need of some AC or heating repairs these are the people to look at first… I made several calls to a couple different companies and they came out and gave me quotes they were twice as much as Gabe and the time to complete the job was going to be several days. I spoke to Gabe early in the morning he gave me a quote over the phone, this may not be normal, but he did give me the quote, and he showed up on my property a couple hours later and the quote he gave me on paper matched exactly! After showing me the necessary work that needed to be completed we set up an appointment for the following day, he and his crew showed up at the time Scheduled and the work was completed by the end of the day. Gabe came back at the end of the job to double and triple check on the workmanship and to answer any questions or concerns I may have and to schedule a follow up just to make sure everything is functioning properly… So save yourself some time some headaches and call these guys first. We had an air purification system installed. The technician was very knowledgable and was patient with answering our questions. With the COVID concerns, climate change causing enhanced allergy issues along with mold and dust, we felt it wise to get this system. We were very pleased with the results and have been using Tri City for a few years and respect their work, honesty and committment to service.
We contacted them yesterday morning at about 9:30am, they shared they didnt have a technician that could come out right of way, however could get someone out at 2pm and would contact us 30 minutes prior to coming out.They kept their word and sent out a very personable young man. Andres was courteous, polite, respectable, friendly and knowledgeable!We were leary to get anyone to come out due to the COVID, but didnt have a choice.Andres showed up with a mask and ensured us he was safe as he had gotten tested because he wanted to go visit his elderly Grandmother for her Birthday.Since our system is in the attic above the garage Andres took pictures of his findings to show us and shared with us all he was doing along the way so we would know.We were extremely happy with him as our technician and very impressed by the company and the work ethic of their employees.We highly recommend Tri-City and will refer them to everyone we know.

2022-08-17We purchased a new system last year from Tri-City and were very impressed with their timeliness and work, especially on an older home that threw them some curve balls. Unfortunately, yesterday our AC froze. Tri-City was extremely responsive and came to check it out at 7 pm. It took Gabriel until 930 pm to be able thaw it out, refill refrigerant and find the small leak. He did this all without complaints and was happy to explain everything he completed. You dont receive customer service like that anymore! Kudos to you, Gabriel and Tri-City Air. We will be customers for life!

2022-06-135 star service! After a very hot and sweaty night! Called Tri-City A/C & Heating. Chris (the owner of the company) was very responsive and he himself came out within an hour of me calling and had my system running and cooling my house within 30 minutes of arrival. During a very hot season, Tri-City A/C & Heating was the only company that I found that could make a same day service despite being fully booked. I will be using Tri-City A/C & Heating in the future if/when needed. Thank you!
