Awful, nobody except one lady can help you and she never returns phone calls. Somehow I have paid my bill every month but the lock got changed and nobody can tell me why or help me but they keep charging my credit card every month for a unit I can not even access. She simply is not there when I call and never returns my phone calls but keeps charging my credit card. Awful service

Definitely recommend, I showed up a little after closing time and the lady stayed over and rented me an unit. Very polite, helpful and understanding.

Would give negative stars if I could. Came here for a u haul. The man I spoke with was extremely rude for no reason. Almost seemed like he wanted to fight us. First he threw his pen when I had to get my license out of my car. When I came back I gave it to him and asked “Are you sure it’s ok that we’re renting this from you?” Then he said very angrily “Are you okay?!” Threw my license at me and said if you want to start a problem I don’t have to rent to you. And literally I did nothing. Terrible customer service. Mind blowing. Find somewhere else to get your U-Haul if you don’t like being disrespected
