I brought my Volvo XC90 to them for some A/C issues. They were able to provide me with a loaner (which the Volvo dealer couldnt do) and the entire process was seamless. Robin kept me up to date daily with what was going on / diagnostics and it ended up needed a new evaporator for the a/c system. They were honest and upfront with the work (and $$) that needed to be done and they did an excellent job at reassembling my entire dash after installing the evaporator. My A/C now blows ice cold. On top of that, they warranty their work for 3 years/36K miles. I am pleased with their quality and attention to detail and will be bringing my Volvo back here in the future. To be clear, I decided to make the decision NOT to use this business based on my experience talking with them over the phone. I am leaving a 1* review, but I encourage you to read my review and judge for yourself whether I am being unreasonable.My wife called 2 weeks ago and chatted with someone about an issue with our car. Due to the nature of the issue, we were able to tell them with 100% certainty what had happened (a part had fallen off the engine). The person my wife spoke to explained that they were happy to look at the vehicle, but that the current wait was 2 weeks. We scheduled a time for our vehicle to be towed to their facility and went about our lives.The day we scheduled to have vehicle dropped off was today. My wife called to confirm and the person on the phone told her that he was pretty certain they werent going to be able to help based on what she had told him, but he was happy to look at the vehicle anyways. However, he needed us to pay $1,500 up front and that the payment was non-refundable in the case the repair didnt work. He told her we should go ahead and get a new engine. I called back and asked him to help me understand why he made that recommendation, to which he had no response that made logical sense to me. He eventually said, Honestly, it just kind of is what it is right now. The man was not rude in any way. Honestly, he was kind, but his attempt to explain his diagnosis came across as lazy; like he just didnt want to bother with our repair.I thanked him and ended the call. We then called Christian Brothers in Woodway. He said we could have the van towed to him immediately and that he would more than likely get to it the next day. And he said he would only charge us $125 for a diagnosis, but that he was confident based on my explanation he would be able to fix it with the diagnosis only.Two calls... two totally different experiences. My opinion: if you need someone to work on your vehicle, call Christian Brothers. They may be more expensive, but quality customer service is worth a few extra bucks.Like I said, judge for yourself whether this was a 1* experience. Maybe I am wrong. I am willing to admit it if I am.
Repairs were extensive. Dustin explained what was needed and provided options for timing. It was a really good experience. Picked up the car today and am really happy with the repairs. Thank you Dustin and others that worked on my car.
Very friendly staff. We had a good conversation when I was waiting. I was only there for an inspection, but I felt like they really cared. Then, after they were done, they pulled my car closer to the door at and angle and left it running for me so I was able to pull out without having to back out of a parking spot. That was a nice touch.
Trinity was top notch and professional from the moment of the 1st call to the last. We live in Whitney, so it is a drive for us. Trinity allows drop off, and they made our requested method of return happen easily! Trinity is quick to respond to questions as well. I highly recommend them for any service you may need!
Great service. Quick work. Only complaint is I bought a new key and had it programmed and they didn’t return my old key to me, which still worked and could’ve been used as a spare.
Trinity Auto Haus has the most trustworthy mechanics in town. They get the job done on time, under budget, and properly. You can trust their work. They have a great system that text messages you with all the information, even with pictures of the problem on your car before you approve it. Really great people.
I have come to this location of Trinity Auto Haus several times in the past two years, and every time they have been fantastic! They take the time to go over what is wrong, what they will do, and even have taken me to the shop so I can see the damage with my own eyes. I never feel like I get the run-around here, or that there is any deception like I have had at other mechanics. They have done a consistently great job, and are incredibly kind. I always recommend them to anyone needing to repair their vehicles! They put a rush on fixing my car recently because they knew I needed to get to work early the next morning, and I was able to get my car back that afternoon before they closed. Definitely my go to place!

Great local business, service was timely and had a comfortable waiting area. Had my state inspection completed this time, it is by appointment only though but completely understand I had a time and waited less than 10 minutes from walking in to walking out. Did work on my wife’s vehicle before and it was excellent service, would recommend them to anyone in the area no matter the cost!

It was just a safety inspection on my motorcycle but they scheduled me in quickly and got the job done without any delays. Not much of an opportunity to qualify value or quality as no actual work was performed. I would definitely go back to give them an opportunity to shine!

They have done some work for me before on my car and were upfront about pricing and how long it would take. Gave me a courtesy ride home and on this visit even came back out to pick me up. They call and send updates if it is going to take longer than expected or changes in price. I will say if you get a coupon from them not to lose it or you will be S out of luck and they don’t have any Veteran’s discount but excellent work and friendly people. I would fully recommend them to anyone.
Took my stepsons car there when the engine self destructed. Was asked to leave it there so they could check it out. Well, the news wasnt good... options were rebuilt it or replace it. We were told it was less to replace than repair and showed us the comparison. Said it could take a week to finish....that wasnt true! It was only a few days. Its obvious these guys enjoy what they do. We agreed to those terms and asked if they had a rental while the work was done. They said no but they had a car we could use in the meantime. Gave us a newer midsize Buick! A few days later I got a call that the car was ready. Well, I filled up the tank before going to pick up the Honda and was told that I didnt need to do that! Well, to end this short story...if you want your car repaired by people with integrity and skill, go here. They love what they do.
I’ve posted a review already about my positive experiences at the main location. This visit was my first to the newer location in China Spring. Same five star work, five star customer service but 10x the convenience for me. You don’t just trust anyone to work on your Porsche. I’m not a wealthy guy. My car has to last me, and I need the work to be both excellent and affordable. Trinity recommended services today that resulted in my car running better than any of a dozen trips to a premier Porsche dealer.
Prompt professional service. Great use of technology to keep customers in loop on inspection findings, estimates etc. If repairs take longer than expected you get a company car to use!! Much more customer friendly than my car dealership ever was.
Brought my Vehicle in for service on my ac. With there free inspection they pointed out other problems that my vehicle had. I chose what repairs I wanted done and they knocked it out fast and for a good price. Very pleased with this company!
Good communication, excellent hospitality, and excellent service. I was given estimates that matched what I paid, which I appreciate greatly, and I was not subjected to upselling for unneeded parts. I appreciate the free beverages (coffee, bottled water, vitamin water, and sofas are available), and the prompt service. I scheduled an oil change on a Tuesday. Trinity went through the car to see if it required any additional repairs which resulted in the oil not being changed that day and us having to use their loaner car. The windshield on the loaner car got hit by a rock causing a cracked windshield which I had to pay to repair. Obviously Trinity cant control rock chips but this could have been avoided if the oil had been changed as scheduled instead of put off while they tried to locate more repairs to complete. Carl was professional and communicated well.
Everyone was friendly & professional. Had a small problem w/billing & they took care of it immediately...no questions asked. Trinity Auto Haus has definitely earn my business.
Brian and the team at Trinity Auto Haus have been amazing. I have been bringing my cars to Brian, even before he started his first location. Trinity has grown by leaps and bounds because they are fair in their diagnoses of issues, and treat customers’ cars as their own.
I have been a customer for many years. Brian has always been fair and clear about the repairs to my cars. He knows I keep my engine bay clean so he cleans up after repairing anything on my engine. I can recommend Trinity Auto Haus without any reservations.
I had an older car towed to them after a breakdown. They diagnosed the problem and worked with me on a solution. Honest dealing people.
Horrible service, I cant even give them half a star. Poor communication and workmanship. My vehicle was at the shop for an accident and they caused more problems to my car and wouldnt communicate with me or the insurance company. They told the insurance company that it was an issue that was previously there, but they told me they couldnt prove anything. I had to pay them the diagnostic cost and took it to a different shop and had the issues fixed immediately. When you take a vehicle to a shop that fixes cars you expect them to do a thorough inspection not just look at the obvious issues. Well that is exactly what they did, just fixed what they saw and not examine my vehicle and determine if further work was required or recommended. Causing me more money. Please if you don’t want to just throw your hard earn money and want a safe vehicle after trusting it to the experts DON’T TAKE IT TO THIS SHOP.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, had to drop it off during COVID; called me when it was done, payed over the phone, locked my keys in my car for me to pick up at my convenience, even after they were closed...for a really busy, work-from-home momma, with 3 littles, the service and ease of doing something as time consuming as an oil change, I was thrilled!!!!

I have used TAH for years at the other location. Took my car to their new location to get an oil change, spark plugs replaced, and a aftermarket exhaust system put on at the same time. It was all done the same day and done correctly. Dont have to think twice about taking my car to TAH. I know they will take care of it as if it was their own vehicle.

Do not take your car here!!! Over priced over charged me just to look at my truck!! These guys wouldn’t even put my wife battery in for her. Smh. This is the worst shop in China springs. I’ve live here for over 15 years. I highly recommend to my bulldogs an cougars please don’t waste your time an money.

Drove my truck there had to have it towed away from there the motor your mechanics said was bad was not bad when I brought it in and it is at another shop getting repaired it was not the engine that was bad

2021-10-01Excellent experience with this body shop. When I put a set of new tires on at a different shop - they remarked that my camber bolts had rusted on, and they couldnt do an alignment along with the tire installation. I looked on Google for a reputable shop, and Trinity Auto Haus delivered. They were courteous on the phone, reassuring that they would consult with me every step of the way, and in the end - their prices were more than fair for what I thought would be a major problem. They also provided a courtesy vehicle which was very convenient - considering we are a single vehicle family. Thanks Trinity!

2022-06-25I am very disappointed with this business. I dropped my vehicle off for a service and as I returned to the business, I saw employees searching through my vehicle and going through my personal belongings without my permission. I am very disappointed!! This is very upsetting and disrespectful. This was my first time at Trinity Auto Haus in China Spring, Tx and it will be my last. Initially, I had brought my car in for a flat tire around 12:40pm. As a read on the door “lunch hours were from 12p-1p.” Respectfully, I parked my car, locked my doors, and waited to return to the business until it opened from lunch. I returned to the business at 1:05p, thinking that I gave employees enough time to return from lunch. As I am driving up, I see from the road a lady going through my car with my doors open and the hood of my car is up. I instantly hit the panic button on my keys letting them know that “this is my car and that I see you going through my car without my permission.” As I approach the business I asked the lady “ma’am what are you doing and why are you going through my car? How did you even get my doors unlocked?” Her response was that “my car was parked at the shop and that usually when someone leaves a car, they normally leave a phone number or an extra set of keys.” I then begin to ask, “so that gives you the right to unlock my doors and go through my car without my permission? I told her that the business lunch hours were from 12p-1p, I returned at 1:05p. 5minutes after lunch hours to find someone going through my car, that is very disrespectful. If someone would’ve walked around my car, they would’ve seen that my car had a flat tire. She instantly told me to “get my car off of her property” without eve asking anything about what service that I needed at the time. I told her that I will gladly do so and I drove my car with a flat tire to the nearest store. I am very disappointed with this business and would advise anyone to choose another car service provider to go to. I felt that this was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

2022-02-28Had a glo-plug relay go bad on my 2002 F250 7.3L. Had to have it towed to them. They replaced the part immediately, and I was on my way. Everyone was friendly and courteous. And I wasnt price gouged for their service. Cant believe that there are still some shops out there that are truly upright, and service driven. This one was over the top. I was fortunate to have stumbled onto them being that I was from out of town. I was treated like I was a long standing friend and customer. They certainly do not need to be the best kept secret auto repair shop in Waco, TX.

2022-03-30Im really disappointed with these guys. Ive used them in the past and they were great. Then I was quoted $6900 for camshaft and lifter replacement on a 2014 5.7 Hemi. As I looked thought the estimate, I could see that they were charging me over $1600 for the lifters and over $600 for the camshaft. I called the Allen Samuels and was quoted $423 for the camshaft and $1,040 for ALL of the lifters. This is retail from the Dealership! The rest of the parts were all nearly double RETAIL price with some as much as 5 times what youd expect to pay for the BEST parts at a reputable auto parts shop. Even if they were going to the dealership and paying full price for OEM parts, they could never justify $5K in parts alone for a cam/lifter replacement. It cost me $131 to figure out that they were going to try and take advantage of me. I write this as a warning to those who may not know much about what parts cost. If you get an estimate from Trinity, you need to look up the cost of the parts.

2021-10-25Thankful for the work the team did a Trinity Auto Haus. Everything was done as expediently as possible. I had no challenges to the items I elected not to do. That was helpful. Thankful for them cleaning the engine bay, they didn’t have to do that. noticed it very clean. thankful. Wife is very satisfied with how the car drives and feels. Also very thankful for the use of the loaner vehicle, made it all possible. It’s a good team, enjoy working with them.

2021-08-31Dustin and Robin were SO kind and helpful! They called with updates and answered all my questions. Hands down the best customer service! Also, my vehicle was repaired and ready quicker than they predicted which was super helpful since my husband and I were sharing a car. It is a 30 minute drive for us but we plan to continue bringing our vehicles to them because we had such a good experience.

2022-02-04They inspected my vehicle. I could not ask anyone to be as nice as they were. I appreciate them taking care of this because they generally do not do state inspections on the day that I dropped by.
