Absolutely love Dr. O! He has great bedside manners, always willing to listen to every concern and thoroughly explain what is going on with my daughter, always very concerned about her health and well being. Willing to squeeze paitents in in an emergency, fantastic staff. Recently moved to California and I still fly my family out to have my kids seen just by him because he is that amazing. I cant say enough good things about this office and everything they do.
From the moment I made my appointment before my first was born the customer service and Care especially from Brittany and Dr. O is absolutely astounding. Being at the time when I made that appointment I was a first-time mother I was scared and clueless and they made the whole process simply amazing and very easy and comforted me. After I had my first child I brought her in and she had jaundice he immediately directed me and guided me on the proper steps to caring for my newborn. Even after that Dreadful call of having to go to cooks children to be admitted he called me back to make sure that I was okay which even my primary doctor and OB didnt even do. Now I had my second child 6 months ago and I have only taken them to Dr. O. I love the way that they interact with both my girls and greet Us by name every time we walk through that door no matter if its for a wellness checkup or whatever the case may be. Keep up the good work dr. o and staff we love you!
We had one appointment with this doctor and will never go back. First, when I made the appointing I specifically said the reason why we needed the appointment. At the appointment the doctor said he would not help us, referred us to another doctor, and still charged us over $200 for doing nothing. They should have just told us up front to see another doctor. Then they messed up entering our secondary insurance and refused to help out. Finally, they sent us a final bill but did not removing the discount from the insurance company.Everything about this doctor seems to be a cash grab from their patients. My only recommendation is to find a different doctor you can trust.
I have foster children and adopted children and Dr Onyeama has been a wonderful doctor for all my children. In the past Ive had issues with my kiddos being cared for properly at other locations. Dr Onyeama and his staff are friendly, the office is always nice and clean. They even have a kid friendly area in the waiting area that my kids look forward to on our visits. I would consider myself a very particular parent especially when it comes to my children and I feel comfortable with Dr. O and his staff.
We have been coming to Trophy Club Pediatrics since we moved here, almost two years ago. I have three girls ages five, three and one. My oldest two girls always get excited when I say we are going to the doctors office. Dr. O and his team are amazing! They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We recently visited for an unusual reason and Dr. O made a diagnosis within minutes of talking to him. He has a lot of experience and knowledge. I find that he demonstrates a perfect balance of knowledge and kindness. We are so thankful and blessed to have found Trophy Club Pediatrics.
Dr. Onyeama is amazing. He is very thorough. We never feel rushed, he takes his time asking questions and explaining to us. My teenage son thinks he’s pretty awesome too. His flexible hours are great, you can rarely find that. The wait time is short and the location is very convenient. We LOVE Dr. O....
Looking for another Doctor ASAP!! First receptionist is so rude, no customer skills at all, and when she try to be nice she’s so sarcastic. The PA she’s so sweet but we been dealing with my baby condition for 4 months and we still have no idea what he have. She took almost 2 1/2 months to give us a referral when he was needing earlier. His condition got worse that we have to take him to ER and they were in shock when I told them that his doctor hasn’t even send him to do labs or check something else on him, until we have the appointment with a dermatologist. So now my baby is in risk to get an infection and have some other complications and get worse, because he didn’t receive a proper diagnoses. She didn’t took his condition seriously and she was just sending him medications without even test him and see what was going on, she was just guessing “I think is this or I think is that”bla bla... for 4 months he’s been around 7 different types of medication to treat “something” that we don’t know what it his because he never got tested. So please dont waste your time coming here go somewhere else don’t put your kids life in risk.
We have been going here for years and have seen the PA all visit except for TWO, well this past week I took my two babies in bc their sister tested positive and negative for covid within 24hrs but I TRULY didnt believe thats what any of them had....WELL when I took the girls in Dr Charles O brushed us off and was VERY RUDE! HE KEPT TELLING ME THERE ARE PLENTY OF VIRUS OUT THERE, without giving me a diagnosis of what my children had. He kept saying I needed to let it run its course and we just needed to run with covid quarantine since my oldest daughter had it. Well 5 days later there was no difference in my daughters so I took them to the urgent care because I wanted to find out what was wrong.... WELL ALL 3 OF MY GIRLS TESTED POSITIVE FOR RSV, I truly dont know why NO TEST were run on my two youngest. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE
Dr.O is our favortie he has been my sons doctor for 4 years and now with our daughter for 7 months ! We have never had any issues with the place at all we actually drive about 30 mintues just to come to this office we feel very good about them . my only complaint is the waiting time it does take them a while to check you in and see them but its worth the wait if you ask me :)
The most attentive pediatrician Ive ever known! Dr Charles takes his time with my two kids, I dont feel rushed and he even asks them questions directly and listens to whatever they tell him, which make the kids feel valued. His recommendations are made out of genuine concern and I dont feel like hes just telling me what I want to hear. The staff are always courteous. My kids love him and I definitely believe that weve found a pediatrician for keeps. I absolutely have no regrets switching from Cooks Childrens to his practice. Highly recommend.
Best pediatrician I have ever had for my children! Dr. O is so great with my children and he always takes his time with us to make sure all of our questions or concerns are answered. I’m so happy we have finally found such an amazing doctor!
My 4 kids have been a patient a little over 2 years. I am a mobile phlebotomists for the dfw so my schedule is different everyday I have r/s a few times bc of my front line job well I was let go (fired) after telling them several times. In the letter that was sent to me didn’t tell me why until I called but In the letter it also stated they would see us only for emergencies we’ll I called and I got told we’ll call you back and never got a call back. I don’t even see the Dr I always see the PA. Very disappointing. Don’t come here if you are a front line worker.
Took my 10 year old for his check up the lady that was doing the vision exam was on her phone the whole time. SHE ALSO HURT MY SONS NOSE WHEN DOING A COVID TEST HE WAS BLEEDING FROM HIS NOSE
My 1st impression was not great. The person I spoke to making the appointment did not seem very competent. Asking the same questions and asking how to spell everything and hard to understand. Then upon entering the office I was disappointed in the atmosphere. It was cold and cheaply decorated. I expected a newish office in Trophy Club to be decorated better and more comfortable. Linoleum floors and Formica countertops and cheap metal chairs.The receptionist wasnt very warm or friendly. Then the nurse had to try about 6 times to get my sons blood pressure. We waited over an hour to see the Dr. and our appointment was at 10 AM. Cant imagine how far behind they are later in the day.The Dr. Asked my son how his vision and hearing were for his physical. No vision or hearing test. He looked at his nose, ears, spine and fingers and that was his physical. Really??? Thats a physical?? He then suggested 3 vaccines for my son without checking his prior medical history from his previous pediatrician. After waiting a little longer. I had a bad feeling and my gut reaction was to leave before he vaccinated my son. I just got an overall bad feeling and didnt have any confidence in this whole office. We walked out and dont plan to ever return. Ive learned long ago to trust your gut instinct and this office didnt feel right in any way. I wanted so bad to like it since it is so close, but my childs health is more important.
Expect LOOOOONG wait even with an appointment. The receptionist of an African origin needs people skills.
Dr. O and his staff are amazing! Ive been taking my four children to him for over a year now and he is here to stay. He treats my children with respect and listens to them. My children now look forward to a doctors appointment as before it was meet with dread. Keep up the good work!!
DR O is amazing! Hes so understanding, listens & cares for his patients. Hes got a heart of gold! The staff is awesome! They are so friendly & always a pleasure to speak with over the phone. I recommend this practice to anybody! :)
DONT EVEN WAIST TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! unfortunately the front desk lack of empathy and they DONT DO THEIR JOB!!!!!!! I have talked several times about a referral that they provide but never got to the doctor and when they got to the doctor was because I called them a couple of times and I have to to be the one to make sure the Doctors office received it!!! and over 2 months calling back and forth they just apologize because they forgot to call me P.A is good, just feel bad for her being in this place.. had to move my own referral to a different hospital and called them to let them know to make sure that this time they get it and when called the office, the lady that answer me was so sarcastic and just told me I can call them if I have the time next week!!!. Before calling Trophy club pediatrics, I called the doctors office to make sure they received the referral and they just informed me that they were waiting for Doctors last notes and growth chart! Just called them right know and the only information that I had was we send them all they need.. SO IF THEY SEND THE INFORMATION HOW COME IN THE WORLD THEY DONT HAVE IT????!!!!!!!!! So fed up with this and looking for a different Doctors office.. I would definitely no recommend this place at all, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
Ive been going here since 2019, and have not experienced any of these issues. Our daughter has a few health problems, and this office left no stone unturned. They have always been responsive. A lot of people are not educated well on how to navigate the healthcare system to get proper treatment for themselves or their children. I would say just try the office for yourself. Not everyone that writes a review is well informed--- lol dont even trust me schedule an appt and see.
We have been going to Trophy Club Pediatrics for 2 years and Dr. O is the doctor for both of my children and he is so great with them. I love that my children are not afraid of the drs office and they know that Dr. O and his staff will make them feel better. I was recommended to go here by a friend and I have referred several of my neighbors as well.
Yesterday the kids received their flu shots. The medical assistant was amazing and quick! Every time we come to this office they are always so sweet, personable and make the kids comfortable! Absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing a pediatrician!
Nurses are nice, and doctor onyeama is wonderful! The wait can be a little long, but I will say the doctor is always apologetic and acknowledges that patients have waited for a while. I really appreciate that about him, as some offices will have patients waiting 45+ minutes to be seen and wont even say sorry for the wait.
Weve been seeing Dr. Onyeama for the past three years and we are very pleased. He was kind and handled my 1 yr old (now 3 yrs) very well. He spends a good amount of time with us listening to us and explaining the problem and treatment options. I am happy that weve found him and I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
The staff is great, the doctor not so much! Warning!!! Bring your child somewhere else! If you care for you child bring that child anywhere else! The doctor never shows up to the appointments instead he has a nurse practitioner show up without telling you!!! Then if he dosent agree with her assement he will make you come back so he can look. It’s a great way to bill you for two appointments. Please love your child and bring your child to an office that makes your child, not taking your money the priority!
Dr. Onyeama is wonderful with my kids. They feel very comfortable with him and he takes time to answer questions and doesnt rush you through appointments. Brittney and the other office staff are great too. Office is clean.
** Update, I want to thank the new front office personnel, and the Bedford office for making this all right! As stated before, we truly admire, and respect Dr. Onyeama. Believe we have an opportunity to build a better relationship, by the grace of God, we all deserve second chances.I feel so let down by this group of medical professionals. My children had insurance back in 2017, and everything went well, and then we didnt have insurance in 2018, and were self-paid. I explained this to the office, so when an additional fee was presented that they did not inform me of, I disputed it, and despite several conversations and the office admin fighting me, they did waive the fee. Needless to say, I was a little put off by their behavior, and lack of communication. At the time I stated I would be going elsewhere. I guess in their policies this means you become inactive and are never allowed back?! Never heard such thing? Am I the only one to ever have a miscommunication, or misunderstanding with their doctors office, and then be banned for eternity because of it? I mean, the disagreement never got vulgar, nor did voices ever get raised. Its been over a year, and despite the lack of professionalism of the front desk, I truly did love Dr. Onyeama. Nope, unfortunately if ever told they will Inactive your account, what it means is they will NEVER allow you back, makes no sense, but it is what it is. Thought Id share the experience for anyone else that ever finds themselves in this situation.
Dr.O is great. Very polite, very gentle in handeling my baby. He answered all of my questions and seems confidence. We changed pediatrician because our previous pedi lacked all the qualities Dr.O has. It was very easy to get in and they have great flexibility...However after a year being with this office I found no problems except for when the Bedford location opened. The pediatrician at that location didn’t seem prepared for our appoint, and I think she genuinely didn’t care for my concerns. I had expressed to her that my one year old was having speech delays and was being stubborn, more than likely due to her being a preemie. I told her how she gets excited for certain songs and has mumbled the words before. She referred me to specialist for her hearing and a CIS. After about 5 minutes of telling her that her hearing is fine she walked away and said she needed to talk to someone about this. When she came back it was like she hadn’t listened at all and referred me to the hearing specialist and CIS.Good luck trying to bring these concerns up. Thankfully we moved to DC so I was already switch to a different pedi.
Dr. O is great with the kids. Always available to answer questions or advice to help keep them healthy. Both my kids have been going to Trophy Club Pediatrics for about two years- Best staff, always available and friendly.
The staff and Dr. Onyeama are always smiles and so welcoming. Whenever we need a quick visit they are more than willing to work with our schedules. Im so glad we have them on our side.
My kids have visited twice now. The first was a routine well-child checkup for my son, which was covered by my insurance. However, since I asked the doctor to take a look at some redness on my sons feet, and he wrote a prescription (for an over-the-counter medication!), he charged my insurance for a regular sick-visit, as well. I did not have a co-pay at the time, so I had to pay $100 for that visit, which was not discussed at the time of the visit. Then the second visit was for both of my kids, and I called beforehand and was told it would be about $100 for each child again. Well they billed my insurance $170 per child, which resulted in a $197 bill after my insurance covered what they were supposed to cover. I called several times to dispute this charge, and received rudeness from the nurse and no help from the doctor. I am not paying this amount. I would NEVER have brought my kids in for a sick visit for this ridiculous price, when I couldve gone down the street and paid $30 each. This should be a total of $80 for both kids, not $197!!!!
I dont now how they got 4 stars, but I cant here because of the reviews when we first came to Texas. The place mustve depreciated drive then because this was a big mistake. They dont even do some newborn screenings, they told be to find somewhere else to do it. I shouldve known then to leave. I feel like the Drs dont take time with my son. He had a fever and they didnt throughly check him. We had to take him to the ER. The office doesnt even have a way to electronically get paperwork to fill out. Amongst other things, dont take your kids here.
I would give less stars if I could. Went there three times and would not recommend this place to anyone. Doctors bedside manor is definitely lacking and he does not seem very thorough. Very slow, one routine visit took more than two hours. The office staff is VERY rude. When I called to notify them that we would no longer be going there, I said thank you and the receptionist just hung up. Found a new doctor with Cooks Childrens that is great and has a wonderful office staff.
I did not get today the good treatment and good practice, the PA did not listen to me when I said send prescription and I need referral. They do not have the sense of urge It could be life or death situation. I need the office manager call me to discuss the matter.
Dr Onyeama truly cares about each of his patients. He has taken great care of my children. We have been going to his practice for over 3yrs. I highly recommend!
Dr. Onyeama is very thorough. He listens and ask relevant questions. I can feel his sincerity and I like that he also asked questions to my son. I am very happy to meet him. He made my son feel better. After 2 doctors and lots of cough medicines and antibiotics from my sons previous drs, I am very thankful that he is now feeling much better taking the right medicine prescribed by Dr. O. God bless and more power!
Dr. O treats my children with respect. He is calm and serious and never condescends to them. He has helped us with a variety of issues all over the spectrum. Not to mention that his practice is open late for working parents which is respectful to me! So happy to have found this practice.
I brought both my girls here for a well check up and to have my oldest daughters hearing evaluated and my two month olds vaccines. It was a two hour wait, the MA tried to weigh and measure my 15 month old on an adult scale so it was inaccurate. They tried to take my two month olds pulse ox with an adult monitor that took 20 minutes because that wasn’t accurate either. I had a 9 am appointment I wasn’t seen by the PA until almost 11am. They gave me a referral for a speech therapist for my fifteen month old and then it was time for my two month old to get her vaccines which I wasn’t aware that MAs could administer so when the MA gave my two month old the vaccines she made her bleed a lot on the last one so much so that she soaked through the first bandage that was put on and it soaked one of the leg holes of her onesies my kids have never bled that much from a shot!! I asked her why that happened and she told me she didn’t know. At this point I was so annoyed the MA had blood on her gloves and went to administer an oral vaccine WITHOUT replacing her gloves. It was disgusting I do not recommend this place at all it was absolutely traumatic experience for me and I will not be coming back. Do not take your kids here and to add insult to injury I never even saw a doctor only the MA and the PA. Absolutely terrible experience please do your children a favor and don’t put them through this
Don’t bring your kids here. Been coming here since my daughter was born and the Dr. is terrible and unprofessional. My daughter had a checkup and was sick the day before, the doctor failed to diagnose her ear infection and I only found this out because I had to take my daughter to the hospital later that night. The wait time is also terrible. Save your time.
Dr O is wonderful and really takes time to understand the needs of my children. We have had a very pleasant experience each time we go for a doctors visit....even for shots:) He has a calm demeanor which makes the children feel extra comfortable. I have little children both under the age of 5 and I am looking forward to watching them grow at trophy club pediatrics!!! #ProudMomof2 #TCPRocks
The Doctor is caring. There is 1 pediatrician on staff, so he has a pretty good connection with his patients (young and old). I like that you actually get to see the pediatrician and not a fill in Doctor. My kids love it so I love it #HappyMom
I only write this review because I know how stressful pediatrician shopping can be especially for new the new babies and Id like to keep you aware.Weve literally had ONE visit that accomplished nothing and we WILL NOT return!!He did NOT take any notes or ask any well child check questions. He had nothing to say besides what my previous dr was doing wrong. He asked me why I allowed the doctor to make appointments in 3 month increments. Like I really knew the difference between here and there.Finally got the immunization record in and the lady sets it on the desk and says shell get it in. She then proceeds to ask another have you done this before? (walking off in gloves holding a tray) which the answer was no and tells her well let me show you real quick cause youll have to do this alone if I wasnt here. Interesting type of training that sets me uneasy.Two days after I scheduled my first appointment, I got a random call asking for all my information and I told them they will get it when I come in.Then after that first visit, I missed a call from them and promptly called back for them to ask ME why THEY called me. Then he said it must be to confirm an appointment for 2 1/2 weeks away.Sketchy business they have here so ill take mine elsewhere.I would NOT recommend them to anyone.They can save their generic comment cause I refuse to make a 2nd appoinment with them 😠
Dr. O is great! Very nice and professional. Wish I could have used him for my baby after the first week but I am moving to another state!
Dr. O and his staff are wonderful! You feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave. Dr. O is patient, thorough and extremely relatable. We feel so lucky to have found his practice!
Dr. O was our Pediatrician in New Mexico and my granddaughter loved him! He and his family are wonderful people. Texas is lucky to have him. We miss you, Dr. O and your beautiful family!
Ive been coming to this office for about 4 years and never been disappointed. Dr. Onyeama and his staff are all very professional and nice. I would recommend this office to anybody that needs a pediatrician.
Dr. Onyeama was very kind and gentle with my daughter, Zoey, who has Autism, 2q23.1 microdeletion syndrome, POGZ mutation, and cerebral palsy. We chose him as our StarKids PCP because we also needed the same PCP to take BCBS HMO for billing purposes. I was ecstatic that he admitted to Zoeys medical complexity and has agreed to help us get referrals as needed for various specialists. He tackled the biggest problems first, but says that we will eventually address her 20+ diagnoses . I agree with him that there is no way to address her crazy diagnoses all in just a 30 minutes visit. He doesnt want to just dabble in helping out Zoey. He wants to really, truly know her and help her. I love that. The office staff were also great and could tell that I was nervous about the new visit, but when I left, I felt in good hands.
Dr. O is very knowledgeable and thorough in his examination and treatment. I take my four children there and trust his expertise and experience. I love how convenient his office is and that he lives in the community that practices in. I strongly recommend him.

Finding a new Peds ASAP!!! The only thing good here is the PA, she is so sweet. The staff does not listen and tried to collect over $1000 from me while I am try to explain to them insurance issues being resolved... HORRIBLE!!

Ive been going here for over a year now and I have just now realized I havent posted a review! My kids are 100% comfortable here and always leave happy. I can ask as many questions as I like and I know my kids are getting the care they need.
This is a great pediatrician’s office. I really like that they don’t push antibiotics if it’s not needed. They care and the office is clean. They have great hours and I go to them because they always work hard to make sure we can get in that day.
My son had an appointment to see Doctor today at 3pm . But when we show up at 2:51pm the office already closed. We waited outside while my son have been sick and running fever.
The MD is sweet but she is useless no help no explanation I dont recommend this place.
Front desk girl was so unprofessional: lacked communication skills, had horrible phone etiquette, and acted as if she did not want to be bothered. People with later appointments were seen before I was; I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen but there were hardly any patients in the office. The only saving grace is the doctor but I the wait was an hour and a half just to see him. I will never return!

This doctor just told me you cannot get Malaria in the US and hes not going to test my children for strep because it is like asking to test for Malaria. He said Strep is only an issue if it progresses to Rhumatic fever and it doesnt necessarily have to be treated. He also said a bacterial infection doesnt come with congestion... I will never take my children here again.

The doctor himself got on the phone with a attitude about my sons immunization records then gave me info to the portal in which wasnt even my own childs records it was another childs records I was granted access of from the Doctor himself. DONT COMPROMISE YOUR CHILDS PRIVACY WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!
As stated by other reviews this office charges for anything mention in a well visit as consultation. This is 100% fraud. Have filed an appeal and will be leaving this office. Office Staff is combative and unhelpful. Doctor did not provide any information that was helpful.
Dr O was available for a phone consultation and schedules us within the hour after the call. He genuinely cares for his patients.
Rude staff, great doctor. Youll be in a waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour, even if you are 15 minutes early and the only person in the place. Ridiculous! We liked the doctor, but we will not return.
BE PREPARED TO WAIT!!!! I have 3 children and every time we go we have to wait.It’s a doctor when your child is sick. Not very good with children and long wait times. Wouldn’t recommend this doctor.

I found this place a few years ago and all I can say is wow very friendly staff the nurses are amazing and so very sweet and the Doctor is a one of a kind you don’t find them like this anymore if it had not been for him my grandson would not be alive today I like that he spends time with you and your child and talked about all your health and answers all your questions and if you need other help he finds it for you my grandson has a good relation with the doctor my grandson is 14/15 and he has no problem talking about his doctor and what and amazing and loving dicot he has he now has friend that see his doctor he told his friends parents about the doctor and why this doctor was such a great man and why they need to see him so I do believe he has 18 friends that go there now but yes on a scale of 1-10 10 being the best we would give a 10 or 100% he is the best we have ever went to

Horrible, don’t take your children here.They over billed us and tried to find a reason to add more cost. Please look at other reviews other than google that they have, I’m one of many they have done this to!!!!

Worse experience. they don’t care your kid. rude staff. VERY SLOW! Waited for over one hour each visit!!!! I DO NOT recommend here at all!

2022-05-13Dont waste your time coming here. First visit was well with my newborn. Then second visit she was seen by the PA, explained to her the situation with my daughters formula. She said to not give her the formula because its for babies who has rash or eczema. I came another day and spoke with the doctor, he told me that is the best formula for what my daughter has.. She is very uneducated. I come in today with a one month old being congested, she does not give me any tips or any ways on how to make my baby feel comfortable. Instead she just wanted to do a covid & flu test. I requested for the doctor , while my baby was crying for 20 minutes MD, PA & MA were just standing in the office talking.. Really wish they cared more about their patients or at least have some knowledge on what they were saying.. Really disappointed in having to find another pediatrician, I liked Dr.O.

2022-06-25I love Dr. O and his team!Dr. O takes time with us. Sometimes the wait is a little bit longer than other times but I imagine he is taking time and care of his other kids just as he does mine so the wait is worth it when it takes a little longer. I have 3yr old 9yr old and 12yr old all with different personalities and Dr.O makes each one of them feel heard and understood. My 9 yr old wants to be a Pediatrician now because he looks up to Dr. O.The assistants and P.A. Are also so wonderful as well. Some personality’s are a little more quiet than others but all of the staff is so friendly and attentive, especially Brittany. We have been seeing Dr. O for about 6 years now and all of my children have a wonderful relationship with Brittany and Dr.O.We have moved a few times each time a little bit farther away but we have made the 2hr round trip for every appointment because this is how much trust we have in this practice and team. I can not imagine that there is a better team for my kids anywhere out there, that is saying a lot because I work in healthcare myself.Thank you Dr.O , his P.A. And Brittany and team for many years of assurance and guidance and help with all of my littles. Thank you for carrying the passion you have for children’s health through all of these years!-Our Family

2022-02-17HIGHLY RECOMMEND!These lady’s are amazing, caring, helpful… etcI have just started here with my 3 kids, and my twins have autism, and they find it scary and overwhelming going into a new place with new people, but these medical assistants/Brittany took control and helped them as much as they could so they felt more in control and safe, The other facilities we attended, do not come close to the care we received here. The front desk was attentive and nice, even through there was a bit of a wait they still acknowledge us walking in, and let us know what was going on, instead of dismissing us which was highly respectable! My daughters and son will forever go here as long as the same lady’s work here!We’ve had trouble getting the twins everything they need to help us all deal with this diagnosis. The PA is amazing, asked all the right questions, and went above and beyond for my kids. She actually treated my kids like kids and not just people in here exam room she needed to get outta there. She took her time and understood that kids will be kids. She was in no hurry! She was AMAZING!The only place I’ve been that DOESN’T treat me like I “need to get a hold of my kids and keep them in line” they don’t understand and get overwhelmed easy, the medical assistants and Brittany, assuming she’s the boss she was so amazing with my kids, sat there and kept 2 of my kids busy while we were getting the other 1s vitals. This place is amazing!If you want a place where your kids will be taken care of this is the place you want to go!!The office is beautiful as well!

2021-03-27Dr. O is utterly amazing! He has seen all of my children almost all of their life. He listens and is very attentive to my children and myself as a parent. He takes his time with us and I never feel rushed or leave without feeling heard if I am their for concerns. The office staff is full of gems! Brittany, who usually mans the front desk is such an amazing friendly person who always makes us feel welcome. This place is definitely apart of our family!

2021-03-23Our kids have been part of this Dr.s office family since babies. I am not an easy mom to deal with when it comes to kids and their care. Dr. O and his staff is very attentive, accommodating and above all absolutely caring. He prescribes medicine carefully, thoughtfully and always checks in afterwards. With three kids he make it easy for me to have my kids seen at my schedule. Thank you to this amazing team. And this picky mama and little ones have been very blessed to have you all.

2021-09-09So much like all the recent reviews please do not go here. We took our daughter for a simple annual checkup. They did no hearing or eye test on her. The office staff is very rude! Plus they would not send lab results; insisting that we have to go to the office! I have my doctor send my lab results via email all the time! Needless to say, we had already decided to not go back here. Even speaking to the office manager did no go. They are inexperienced and really do not care! I think they tend to forget there are a lot of doctors out there...save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. We already did. If I could have given this place no stars I would have!

2019-07-18Every visit with Dr O is great. They staff knows my children personally. They know their goals and dreams. My children feel like family there and not like going to the doctors. The office is neat clean and not overcrowded. I have not wanted to use anyone else. Dr O has seen 3 of my children to adulthood and i will continue to use his practice for my little ones. Thank you Dr O and your staff for loving my family like it were you own.

2020-12-23We used Dr. O for our 2 children when we lived in Trophy Club. Unfortunately, we have since moved away, but my kids still ask if they can see Dr O when they’re not feeling well. We always appreciated Dr. Os compassion and willingness to listen to us when we had concerns.

2020-09-28I’m a foster parent and I was recommended this doctor because they take Medicare. Today we had a very NASTY attitude from the main doctor. I waited 20mins in my car the appointment was at 4:15p and they saw me at 4:41 for vitals and weight.The doctor didn’t go in the room until 5:22pm and said that he couldn’t see my foster daughter because I need it to wear a mask. I told them that due to my disability I couldn’t wear a mask. The doctor said it’s the law and I explain to him that’s not true.This doctor is very RUDE and has made my wife cry twice. If you are a foster parent please don’t come to this doctor.

2020-11-09I came here one time for check ups for 3 of my kids in July 2019. Its November of 2020 and they keep sending me bills. I paid my co pays when I went into the office. I only went in for a quick check up and vaccine updates. The doctor told me my insurance didnt cover them so he recommended I take my kids to a free clinic. I called my insurance a week later to find out that vaccines are 100% covered and they never even received a phone call. If you dont want to service my family fine, but I have paid over $300 now and every few months they just send me bills again claiming that I owe more because insurance didnt cover something (which is completely false because I paid my co pays and it was just a 10 minute CHECK UP VISIT). I finally put my foot down and disputed that I owed anything and they sent me to collections. So I paid... Again. Absolutely terrible service and incompetent office staff refused to help me or explain any charges. I am absolutely furious and have zero recourse other than to hope no one else gets taken advantage of like this.
