I have lived here before and loved it! I had no problems throughout my entire stay, but sadly had to move out due to being bedridden during my pregnancy and needed someone to care for me. Almost everyone I know has had problems with their apartments and management elsewhere, and we recently had issues at another apartment. I told my boyfriend that we should start looking for houses so we wouldn’t have to deal with these kinds of problems anymore, but he suggested we move here and I was all for it. These are the only apartments I trust and feel comfortable at. The apartments are so beautiful and right away feels like home. Best management I’ve seen in apartments and they were very quick to respond or follow up with us. I get a genuine feeling of them wanting to help us. I can’t wait to move back in with a family now and finally have a place to call home!
Whats up guys! Just wanted to share my experience here at Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch Apartments. First, ive been here at this complex for over two years now and have nothing bad to say at all. My time here have been nothing but peaceful. Parking is good, the pool, gym, everything just has this modern feel to it. And depending which unit you get, nice views too. So If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with good amenities, then this is the place for you. Btw the leasing staff and property manager are supper friendly and quick to respond to your concerns or questions. And the maintenance guys are second to none. They are so friendly, and extremely considerate and respectful. If I had maintenance request (which was very few) they were so quick to receive that and fix whatever it was. I honestly have nothing bad to say. And everything that you need is literally is in walking distance if your wanting to get your exercise in. check this place out guys! You wont be disappointed.
My wife and I met with Juan this past week. We will be relocating to San Antonio next March. We had gone to several complexes, and all of the associates were nice. All were well appointed complexes, and each had their good points. However, Juans attentiveness and willingness to assist us allowed Twin Creeks to stand out above all of the rest! He had all the answers to our questions, and was as polite as could be. We will definitely be moving into Twin Creeks, and Juan is a big reason for this. I believe that people should be recognized when they deserve it. Juan sure does, and he gets our votes!! Thank you, Respectfully Fred Raia
Apartments are nice, but when you leave they will try to keep your deposit. I was told they were there to make money, regular wear and tear should not count as damages. I also made sure it was clean and I was told it was dirty. We cleaned it very well. They had pictures, I asked to see them. After being an excellent tenant they treat like nothing. Had plumbing issues and pest issues while there.
I have been living at Twin Creeks since 2015 (going on 4 yrs) and I have been extremely pleased with the service and amenities they provide. The management team was understanding and willing to work with me if I had any concerns and I know could be a handful when I want to be. I really enjoyed the property for it being quiet and peaceful with a nature type feeling as well as with the amenities such as the club house, pool and gym which gives you a resort style feel. My experience here is definitely worth a 5 star rating. Thanks Mike and Team for making a long time tenant a happy one!!!!
Twin creeks was a very comfortable and safe place to live. Although I was only there for a year, my partner and I really enjoyed our time there. There was always enough parking, the staff was attentive, and the common areas were well maintained. When we moved out, the manager walked us through the process and did not surprise us with any fees. Would recommend living here to anyone.
Twin Creeks is a great place to live, my wife and I loved this place from the start. Mike and Juan are very helpful and address your concerns immediately. The amenities offered are a great bonus for living here. We love the maintenance, Richard and his team are quick to repair any issues that we have had with our apartment. Would highly recommend living here!
Moved from WV to San Antonio without ever seeing the city. I called around to, no exaggeration, over 100 renters. Twin Creeks stood out because of my initial call with Juan. He accurately described the apartment and the surrounding area and answered my questions honestly. The place lived up to every expectation both Juan and the manager Mike laid out and its awesome!! Great amenaties with the pool and gym. Apartment is quiet and very well kept! Highly recommend!!
I’ve been here almost 4 years now and it is truly an amazing place to live. Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch has lived up to the expectations. It is quiet, safe, and they are always working hard to keep the complex looking nice. The entire front office and maintenance crew are friendly, professional, and responsive. I’d recommend Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch to anyone! You will not be disappointed
Ive lived here for almost a year and Ive loved it. Maintenance is always on top of things when requested, and every leasing manager has been very kind and answered all my questions when I have them- which is always appreciated. Its quiet, and feels very safe. I havent had any issues- also the apartments are in very great shape- almost new. The amenities such as the workout room and pool are always very clean as well. Just an overall good place to live.
I transferred to San Antonio with work and was looking to stay in a good area with a high rated high school for my child. As I was looking at apartments, Mike at Twin creeks went over and beyond to help me with my questions about the local High School. This is the type of service that made my choice easy with picking Twin Creeks. Thank you
I have been here at Twin Creeks since February of this year and it is my first time to ever live in an apartment complex. I was skeptical at first to live in an apartment but I can honestly say that Juan and Mike and the staff here have made the transition easy and very welcoming for me! I absolutely love it here. I feel like I have a family here. If and when I have ever needed anything , they have been prompt with my concerns. I love the amenities , the pool, clubhouse, and workout room. I use them all frequently and have never had any negative issues. I also love the location at Alamo Ranch. I would recommend Twin Creeks for anyone and I actually do!
Ive lived at Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch for over four years. Its been a consistently great place to live. The rates are reasonable, the property is well maintained, and the staff is friendly. The location has only gotten better over the years with the addition of a new HEB, Starbucks, and movie theater all in walking distance.
I have been a tenant at Twin Creeks since Jan. 2019 and think its a gorgeous apartment complex. The facilities are excellent. It has very nice, well-maintained grounds, a large, beautiful clubhouse equipped with a convenient business center, kitchen facilities including complimentary Starbucks coffee, TVs and pool tables. The leasing agents, Juan and Lindsey are extremely helpful, friendly and eager to help with any issue and the manager, Mike is very friendly and always willing to help with any issue as well. The atmosphere is very welcoming and provides an easy transition to anyone new to the area. I highly recommend this apartment complex and am glad I chose it.
Twin Creeks has been very helpful in the moving process of both my girlfriend and I. Both Mike and Juan are very helpful and made the entire process easy. Juan has been looking out for us and has made sure we are taken care of and happy with our new home! His customer service skills are amazing! Will recommend to anyone looking to move in the Alamo ranch area as the amenities and apartment complex are very nice.
If youre searching for an apartment in the Alamo Ranch area of San Antonio, this is bar none the very best! Built new in 2016, the property is immaculate with resort style amenities. More importantly, the entire staff is incredibly professional, responsive and friendly which makes it feel like youre home! Maintenance is on top of it while being respectful of your privacy, the leasing specialists know the property well, and work extra hard to address your needs. Its obvious the property manager works hard to maintain a staff that provides the very best experience for residents. Best value around and you really do feel like its your home!!
I have lived here going on 3 years now. Mike the manager) is an awesome guy and will help anyway he can. I can not say enough good things about him and everybody at Twin Creeks which is why I went ahead and signed another lease. I had knee surgery and was out of work for several months got behind and Mike was very understanding then this virus hit which also affected my work schedule and once again Mike was understanding and worked with me while I was getting things straightened out. There was no pressure or threats with anything. He’s the best apartment manager I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks Mike!
I moved in awhile back in 2018. Just renewed again for the 4th time. The location is in a convent spot. With a H-E-B less than a 1/4 mile down the road. Not to far from town, depending on which side of town you head to. Its super quiet at night!!! The area around this complex is slowly coming together. Ive hadnt had any problems with my neighbors, and everyone is very respectful. The leasing staff have been really helpful throughout my time here, and have worked with me even at my low points during the COVID pandemic. Thanks Twin Creeks!! Looking forward to another year with staying with yall!!!
Backstory: Late last year, I learned that I would have to relocate from VA to TX. I had initially decided to move into the Falls at Westover Hills. Everything had been arranged, or so I thought. I arrived in TX on 1/19, visited the Falls and learned that neither my lease nor the apartment were ready. I was advised by management that it could be ready in 2 or 3 days, but I could not be provided a guarantee. I didnt have the luxury of waiting on a maybe because work waits for no one.In my desperation to find somewhere to live and on a painfully short timeframe, I scrambled to find apartments of comparable quality and value. Enter Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch. I scheduled a viewing thru the Twin Creeks website on 1/19, the same day I learned i was technically homeless. I arrived at the property early and was greeted by Juan. He showed me to the apartment which was/is fantastic and asked when I needed to move. I explained my situation and Juan leap into action. I completed the application later that day and received a call from Mike, the property manager regarding the usual documentation. I explained my situation to Mike and advised him that I would be able to provide said documentation, but it would take me a couple hours. Who carries around proof in income and such? Anyway, I emailed the docs by the afternoon of 1/19 and received another call from Mike. He advised that everything looked good, they just needed to wait for something to come back. He explained that it was not uncommon for out of state moves and so concluded my stressful day. The next morning, on 1/20, I received a call from Mike advising that everything was good and that all I had to do was review the lease and sign. I got to meet Mike in person when I picked up my keys not later than 10 am on 1/20. Yep, I viewed the apartment, applied, got approved and had keys in hand less than 24 hours after I initially contacted Twin Creeks.Excuse the long winded backstory, but I felt it was necessary to highlight how Twin Creeks operates. I have been living here 3 weeks (more or less) and I absolutely love it. Its peaceful and quiet, and the amenities are amazing. Everything you could possibly want or need is just a few mins drive away. Target, HEB, Starbucks, and a slew of restaurants are easily accessible. If you dont like to drive or get out, the food delivery apps offer countless options as well. Now, in conclusion: Its awesome here. The property is fantastic, but what really stands out above the rest is management. They truly listen and truly care, and thats whats most important, to me anyway.
I dont normally leave reviews, but I had to save people trouble. Me and my girlfriend lived here for a year and a half and everything was nice at first. About halfway through our lease we had dealt with many issues. First, the non optional trash valet service went from $15 to $30 a month with no notice. Then we had to deal with the issue of a man banging on doors at 4 in the morning shouting and screaming to let him in to the point where we needed to call the police. We also woke up one morning to find that my vehicle had eggs thrown all over it and all over the parking lot as well. Overtime living here has made us feel really unsafe and are super glad we didnt renew a lease here.
Truly an amazing place to live, I love the layout of my apartment, and everything they though of for space and storage, really left no wasted space. The front office is amazing and so helpful. I moved in during covid, did everything over email, and Juan was so helpful! Even with limited amenities because of covid they still truly focus on you and making sure that everything you need is being taken care of! Fully recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area!
Can I just say WOW! Never have I been so impressed and comfortable with apartment living, they’re on top of our safety and upkeep.Mike (property manager) is great and very involved unlike any other apartment complex & has the best staff, starting with JUAN (leasing manager) he’s so helpful and so reassuring in all aspects of our needs! Diego and Richard (maintenance) are very reliable, these guys are constantly up and down working, true handy men! This is why without a doubt, I’m renewing my lease! I’d recommend Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch & their staff to anyone in the market!
Ive been a resident here over 4mths.First of all I want say its absolutely Gorgeous!!!.💖Never have I been so impressed and comfortable with apartment living here!. When I first walked into the lobby to see this apartments I was greeting by Juan (leasing manager) not only is his a sweetheart but he made me feel my first time seeing this beautiful apartments an amazing experience...right away I knew this was Home Sweet Home! and now everytime I see himJuan makes feel like family I love it! Thank you Juan! ❤I had also requested a maintenance service and Mike (property manager) what a great person, he took care of that right away, the maintenance team came and took care of right away. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I definitely recommend Twins Creeks at Alamo Ranch!!💯💯💯❤❤❤I
This apartment complex is a hidden gem in the San Antonio hill country. The amenities are fantastic, and the foliage is beautiful. If you need any assistance, speak with Juan in the leasing office. Juans customer service is exceptional. Juan promptly addresses concerns and goes the extra mile so residents feel at home. For example, I would receive courtesy calls when my Amazon packages arrived. I would be greeted with a friendly smile and conversation each time I stopped by the leasing office.
I wanted to take time to brag about the great staff at this property I call my home. Juan always welcomes all the tenants that come through that door with a warm smile, is always on top of all of my concerns making sure they get corrected. Yvonne, the assistant manager, although fairly knew is very professional, and understanding. The manager, Michael, is always available to talk to the tenants to listen to them and get to know us. The facilities are outstanding and the office is pristine, perfect place to relax, catch up on work and even stop by for a great cup of coffee. I couldnt have chosen a better place to call home.
The staff in the office and maintenance team is amazing. During this past year they have kept us safe and informed with CDC recommendations and making sure we are all safe. During the winter storm they have been attentive to everyone and have been going above and beyond to make sure the residents are safe. Thank you to the entire staff.
Highly recommend Twin Creeks. The management company is exceptional and the staff is the best. My family and I transferred in from a sister property from San Marcos and the move was flawless as the staff made it so easy with the application process. During our one year lease, no issues with appliances or the apartment and maintenance was always available and responded rapidly if you did have an issue.Customer service and compassion was exceptional. We finished our lease and were due to move to another property to be closer to my wifes work however we were put in a very bad situation when the new property we were moving to failed to have our apartment ready. We were met with poor customer service at Forrest Glenn apts and told that is the way they do business and left us with the only option of signing for a disgusting apartment. We reached out back to Twin Creeks and Mr. Juan immediately rushed into action to try and provide us with a unit and called Mr. Michael the property manager who made himself available to assist on his day off and both gentleman found us a unit ready for move in and both were determined that we left that afternoon with keys in hand. On a Saturday afternoon, 2 hrs before close juan personally helped us with the paperwork and expeditited the approval process in less than 30 minutes from start to finish all while still providing the best customer service to other tenants and future residents walking in. After experiencing the horrible customer service at Forrest Glenn, Mr. Juan and Mr. Michael showed an extreme sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for my family in an awful time where we felt helpless and alone. My family truly appreciates everything you have done for us this year.
3.5 / 5.We still love our apartment after a year, but there are some small things that all add up that are slightly frustrating.Pros- Beautiful apartment- Never hear my neighbors, apartments are pretty sound resistant- Nice pool and grill area- Allows pets- Finally, a place with enough parking.- No maintenance issues.Cons- Save payment confirmations, had to fight to get a fee removed.- Try not to have packages delivered, Fedex and UPS cannot often get through the gate and leave them in the office. Office staff often do not know when you have your package there even if you ask. For amazon I started using the locked pickup location by Circle K.- Had to submit the same paperwork to office staff a few times because it gets lost.- Valet trash is not an option, and if you work at night you will miss it every day and have to take out your trash anyway. $300 a year for a service you can only use occasionally hurts to see on your bill. I try to rush home on a day off to use the service that is supposed to be a convenience.- If the rent goes through any other increase, we will just have to find somewhere else to go.- Laundry on site isnt really a plus, you will want to have your own washer/dryer... or drive to somewhere with better machines.
Ive lived here about two months and I absolutely love my apartment and Juan has been amazing! I have one complaint that I continue to work with the office (not worth mentioning) but it does seem like they are doing whatever they can to help me through it. The property is beautiful and they have taken Covid seriously with amenities closing but look forward to using them in the future!
Our family love it here... The leasing office staff is great always and very helpful any time we need anything fixed or taken care of they are always right on top of it. The complex is one of the most cleanest ones i have ever seen. I love the fact that they take great care of the facility and i am glad to call Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch our home. The pool is so pretty and the apartments are just the right size and its truly amazing.
I have been at Twin Creeks for about 6 months now. I have read the reviews and Im sorry but I do not agree. This place has been awesome! I live here with my boyfriend and we always stop by the office for coffee and see the staff quite often. They are great and always willing to help us out. They always call us when our packages arrive and always have cookies in the office every time I go in.Juan is always going above and beyond for everyone that comes in.The management seems more professional and more attentive. We would stay here forever if we could! This is our last stop until we purchase our forever home. We have nothing but good things to say about this place!
We’ve lived here for three years, and just upgraded to a two bedroom for another year and a half minimum. Never any problems here, and the front office and maintenance takes care of any problems we have pretty darn quick. The area rocks, and there’s nothing but new stuff being built every month a literal light up from us!
This is a great place to live. Apartment is great. Complex is safe and quiet. It is located out away from the city but close enough to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.Management/Maintenance teams are excellent. Quick to respond to all requests and follow-up to ensure everything was taken care of.I highly recommend Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch!!
I just signed for my new apt can’t wait to move in, Juan was amazing so nice and really took time to show me around! I had recently had a massive leak in my apt where my furniture was damaged and I was so stressed/worried about having to look at other apts, but as soon as I got to this apt complex Juan took time to show me around, he had so much going on that day people were coming in to talk to him and he did a great job, helping me and the current residents there. All the apts I’ve looked at they would have me sit and wait and help everyone and try to rush to show me the apt. Juan took his time made sure if I needed anything filing out my paperwork he was there for me and the other residents! Beautiful apt, so excited to move in, Thank you Juan for being so great!
Juan was so helpful with our entire move in process !! Any questions that I had he cheerfully answered ! The maintenance staff are very quick, efficient and helpful if you have any problems with your apartment. The pool and gym are always kept clean which I very much appreciate ! Overall, the apt complex is beautiful and very well kept with amazing staff COME LIVE HERE !
Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch has been my home for more than 2 years. Even though they have been different employees, it has been always improving the apartment complex. Always maintenance request are taking care on time. Everybody is nice and ready to help you. This is what I call 5 stars. This is HOME!
I am sorry to have to rate this place a 1. We have lived here for going on 2 years now. Everything has gotten worse since new management has taken over. There seems to be NO PRIDE in taking care of this property anymore. There is garbage laying all around the premises, pool is dirty and the pool deck area is always a mess the next day. People who do not live here come and use the pool to party ALL NIGHT. Broken bottles left near pool, broken furniture, and even Dog poop in the rocks in the middle area of the pool obviously from having dogs swim in the POOL! What has happened to this place? We pay a decent amount to live here and it truly seems like management does not care one bit. Zero communication with residents. No cordial greetings when you walk in to office or pass by; unlike we always have gotten with past management and maintenance. I think it is time to take charge and start taking lessons from past management on how to treat people and run this property. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone unless things change. (I have had 3 additional people sign leases here per my recommendation over the last 2 years) I would say RUN! Sorry but truth hurts. FIX IT! Start with asking what residents think and find out the problems. FIRST THING IS TO BE MORE DILIGENT WITH GARBAGE AND ADDRESS THE POOL PROBLEM. Be Proactive NOT REACTIVE. Its time to create Raving fans.
I am resident and very pleased with Juan customer service. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable. He does return calls, get correct answers, and does it all while smiling. I would rate him single handedly as Five Stars. But unfortunately you can’t get any help when he’s not there. It’s like no one else knows what to do/how to run the office without him. When/if Juan isn’t there, I don’t even waste my time trying to get an answer/fix. Great community and area, but I also wish someone would post a speed limit sign. As some of the younger residents speed through the parking lot. Children and elderly live in this community, and that is a problem. I wish Juan could clone himself because without him the apartment would most likely fall apart. Not sure why he isn’t the manager, but if I had any authority he definitely would be the lead manager. As he works hard and always has a positive attitude.
Wow. Im shock at how highly rated this place is. My wife and I just moved here from California. This place was all so great at first until I was told 3 different stories about how much money I needed to put down once I got approved for a 12 month lease. The first story was just $450, then two days later the price went up to $800 plus a $150 application/Admin fee that suddenly was taken out of my account in a fast quick hurry, then yesterday I recieved a phone call at work stating I needed to pay firsts months rent plus another magical $915.90 that came out of nowhere for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment. I have a 800 credit score and I have NEVER had to put down no amount of money for ANYTHING when it came down to credit. I recommended this place to my niece and she had the same experience. This was the WORST experience Ive had since moving here. Im already starting to regret getting stationed out here. This is how you treat the people that are fighting for your freedom. Not Cool at ALL!
It was with great sadness that I had to move out. The apartments are wonderful. Theyre beautifully designed and in a great location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff.. cant say enough wonderful things about them. I was in my apartment for a year and a half and had met several of the staff members. Each of them were always so extremely helpful and pleasant. Always made you feel welcomed. Thanks to all of you!!
Nothing against Juan, he is definitely a great asset to the apartments, but if inwant express my concern with feeling misled into signing another lease. I’ve been here since this place has opened three years ago and when my lease was about to expire I received an email regarding an early renewal and getting 150 dollars off the rent for renewing. My wife and I love it here so decided to take them up on that offer only be have never had it taken off and it has been 4 months since. For the last 4 months I would go into the office to ask them regarding it and every month they would tell me just pay the regular bill and we will deduct it. I even went as far as to call and was told Mike the property manager will call me only he never has. To me it’s not about the money, it’s the principle of the fact that if we have to comply by their rules and their contract, they should comply by their advertisement via email and addendum they created to have me sign for the 150 dollars and early renewal. Don’t yet know if the renewal lease is considered legal since it was on the bases of the email and advertisement that’s was provided to me and those services were never rendered but I will find out more about that.
The worst complex Ive ever lived in. Time after time the manager micheal failed to do his job, he has threaten to lengthen my lease with no actual power to do so, call the cops when I told him that he cant do so. He never called the cops n dropped once He realized he was in the wrong I’m assuming. He has entered my apartment without letting me know 24hrs in advance. Waited for months to get a door that actually opened after constantly having to call maintenance or a lock smith to get into my apartment, blinds to cover my windows after being repeatedly told for months it would be fixed from november-march. Juan and lindsay are the only people that ever got things done, once juan heard of my blinds and door problems it was fixed that same week. Im not one to complain publicly but I would not live here if micheal is the property manager.
Resident on property since February 2016 i was here from the beginning and have seen the fundamental changes made on property. For some there have been unpleasant experiences due to changes in management and maintenance delays due to those changes. The current team has addressed these issues with a manner that shows compassion for our concerns and made steps to a more pleasant experience. Highly motivated staff and residents contributed to the change we all wanted to see ! Highly recommend this place, at lease come see for yourself.
I have been here for 6 weeks and so far I have had a great experience.I love that my trash is picked up at my door each day. (esp. since Im on the 3rd floor). The office support has been friendly and professional. Juan was very helpful and timely with all my requests.
Me and my husband have lived here for almost 2 years and the management when we got here was awesome we got text, emails and flyers about stuff going on around the complex as far as fire tests, special events and other things. As soon as new management took over all of that stopped. Maintenance used to be awesome now its lackluster. They charged an insane amount for my water and when I asked about it they did nothing just copied my bill and said they would get in touch. I heard nothing from them. Not as warm and inviting as they used to be. I would really love to have the old manager back. Wouldnt reccomend this place till they either get new management or this one gets it together.
My mother and I used to be residents of this complex. All I can say is keep record of all your slips, deposit and payments. When it came to move out day. They swore to God that they never received a deposit from my mom. My mom refused to pay them and they sent to fees to collections...and we all know how that affects our credit score. We had multiple issues with management. So its a nice area to live in, I would just recommend that you have proof of all payments to show them at time of move out.
It’s very unfortunate that I decided to live in these apartments. I read the reviews and it seems like majority of them are positive, but now im realizing that it’s only due to the fact that they are fairly new and there are only 14 ! I wish someone would have told me before being stuck in these horrible apartments. I’m not one to complain about an issue without trying to first get it resolved with management first. I haven’t moved in yet and I’m already frustrated with the kind of staff the apartments have. Firstly, I was told there was a flat move in fee regardless of pets, 2 days before move in I inquired about the monthly pet fee and they tell me that I’m required to pay $720.00 in order to have pets on the premises. I explained that the only reason I chose them was because of the special they had for the move in fee and she tried blaming the “temp” that was working there at the time. I told her I would speak with my spouse about this unexpected fee 2 days prior our move in and I would call her back. When I called her back I told her that it was not about the money that i was upset it was the mere fact that they were not honest and upfront about the fees and I didn’t feel comfortable moving into apartments like this and she said so are you getting rid of the dogs or not because you already signed a legally bounded document and you cannot break it and if you decided to do so we will report you to the federal bureau and it’ll be a broken lease. I explained that I had not signed documents agreeing to additional fees such as these and she stated that it was written somewhere on there and that was my responsibility to read over it, which it’s ironic how she went over every little detail except that and then wanted to blame it on me. I told her I even listed the pets in the applications and then she flipped the story in saying that they did overlook and it might have been a misunderstanding but the fees were still due . I also mentioned that if I had not called to inquire about the monthly pet fees they would have not known she said it didn’t matter who brought it up, and All this just made me realize how very unapologetic, rude and unprofessional the staff was. Like I mentioned it’s not about a measly $720 , it’s the principal of not having the courtesy and sense of professionalism to own up to a mistake they made and even blame it on me and even suggest I simply get rid of my pets . Also they NEVER answer the phones it’s extremely rude.
I have been holding out on a review to this place. I usually keep negative reviews to myself. Yet, there are several things wrong here and I need to warn you of the following from my personal experience. Other people may have had better experiences 1.) the turn over is crazy. I have been trying to have my issues taken care of only find a new manager or new staff member every 3-4 months. 2.) no one answers the phone and they do not return your calls. 3.) there is always miscommunication within the office. It seems no one is on the same page. be sure that the one person you speak to is the same person because goodness knows they will have no idea what anyone else did on your account.
WASTE OF TIME... The complex is beautiful, that’s what grabbed my attention as well as the decent prices but then they strung me and my hubby along for almost a month. Don’t really pay attention to anything you have to say , and plain rude . My hubby and I paid are deposits gave everything they asked for just for them to tell us different stories every time we called . Management is complete TRASH. They need to work on communication skills honestly. Wish we could get are 3 weeks of wasted time and money back .
These apartments have been nothing but great. Friendly neighbors, friendly staff that actually get work orders done on time, and great rates with military discount. Literally the only apartments I’ve ever seen with gates that actually work. I moved in when they were still building them and there was nothing but forests in the surrounding area (unfortunately there’s lots of rapid construction in the area). Of course there are a few typical downsides that come with apartment living such as barking dogs and people who don’t pick up their dogs waste. Then there’s the awful traffic due to the rapid development explosion in the area, but that’s no fault of the apartment. For the most part, you are far enough away from the highway that you don’t hear the traffic. If you have reviews on an apartment where their complaints include the color of the landscaping mulch being too old (review on apartment ratings website), then you know there’s nothing real to complain about lol.
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Juan and the whole team! Juan has gone above and beyond to make this moving process much less stressful. He has quickly addressed all of our concerns and We can’t Thank him enough!!!! It was a pleasure to work with Juan and the entire team who took the time to listen and keep us informed of any changes. Very professional!
My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and the place is beautiful... but the new staff.... the worst.Their hours are not as stated. They don’t answer the phones. When we addressed a few issues they never called us back and didn’t care to fix our issues with our apartment. Staff is also rude.. so glad to be out of there

2022-01-13My wife and I have been living at Twin Creeks for about 2 years now. I can’t speak highly enough about the property, staff and support. I have lived in other luxury complexes and Twin Creeks is one of the best. Don’t hesitate to move here, as it has a great location and remarkable accommodations. Both Mike and Juan have always been accommodating and supportive. They listen when you have a need and do manage the property very well. Even through the obstacles presented over the past couple years, they maintained safety while keeping their clients top priority. It’s a very nice complex, the pool and gym stay clean and they keep the grounds up very well. They have an awesome support staff. It’s possible you may find a negative review on here, but take it with a grain of salt. If you pay your bills, are a person that contributes to society and understand that the complex has bills to pay as well, it is the place for you. Take a look at the property and individual apartments, you will be happy you did.

2022-06-16What a fantastic experience! My fiance and I toured the community and apartment units, and fell in love instantly! From the clean and beautiful lobby and property, to the high quality amenities, to the reasonably priced units with fantastic features - we were amazed! Juan was absolutely incredible, helped answer all of our questions and was so kind, sweet, and knowledgable! This is what apartment living SHOULD be like! Great vibes and energy all around. Definitely apply if you want a safe, convenient, and beautiful place to live.

2022-02-17My Fiancée and I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years, through the whole pandemic and the 2021 Freeze, and I think weve been very fortunate to have been through all that here at this property. We moved here in 2019 because the value of the space (rent/sqft) and was the best we had come across at the time. The property also is quiet, the neighbors are pleasant, and the maintenance and front office staff are as professional as can be. Lindsey showed us around when we first arrived, and she was fantastic. Mike the manager, and Juan are pleasant to work with and competent. Richard from maintenance is very quick to respond to any requests (typically within 24 hours!!).The pool and gym are perfect for those looking for nicer amenities.Alamo Ranch is a great place to live with a nice HEB and lots of businesses to boot!

2022-01-29Ive lived in a lot of apartments in my life, and Juan, was hands down, the best person I ever dealt with during a leasing process. In my experience, it is not common to find competent, efficient staff in leasing offices. I showed up unannounced, and got a full, unrushed tour of apartments and amenities, even though Im sure Juan had other things to do that morning. The application process was also quick and smooth. Communication during the whole process was excellent. I truly appreciate you, Juan, and the effort you put into your work. I ended up not living here due to some life circumstances, but I just wanted to give some recognition where I felt it was due.

2022-04-18I had such a wonderful experience living at Twin Creeks. The leasing office staff Mike and Juan were always very professional, helpful, and easy to get ahold of when needed. The area feels peaceful and safe, and the scenery in the area is lovely. I never had any issues with parking or anything in general. Moving to San Antonio and first living at Twin Creeks was by far the best choice I made.

2022-04-11We moved from the 410 circle, asked for more privacy and quieter area, and we were heard. The balcony has a beautiful view and we were located in a more sectioned off area, giving us the peace and quiet we were looking for. The neighbors are friendly and nice, and management has been super attentive since day one. Thank you Juan for being amazing, and thank you Twin Creeks for listening to our needs.

2022-07-18I am not an apartment person and so not like living in apartments. Juan has been a very valuable asset to making the apartment life a wonderful experience. Juan is very helpful and gets all issues done very quickly. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else at this point in my life. The community is very country and quiet.

2022-03-25Ive been here three years, the maintenance staff is amazing. And the front office staff are just the best. Juan was the one who helped us get the apartment and hes been a great help everytime. With every request and always got back to my emails. During the freeze we all had to endure they made sure we were informed. And it felt like a tiny community we all stuck together, got emails for updates on everything. It felt safe here. Its nice to know the management that runs where you live and call home genuinely care about the tenants. Thanks Mike!Theres been serveral occasions where Ive walked downstairs and I hear the maintenance people going above and Beyond for my neighbors. Theyre always smiling when they pass and they wave. Its always clean around the complex and theres always parking, might sound silly but if youve lived in the city Im sure you understand why thats crucial. The upkeep for the little patches of nature and trees it shows off throughout is kinda crazy, bc its constant and well i appreciate it. Lets the Cardinals and sometimes deer show though.I truly have no complaints, its well uniformed and peaceful.

2022-06-02This place is such a monumental disappointment. My gf and I had such high hopes for this place but those hopes are gone. For the amount of rent we pay here there shouldnt be exposed irrigation hoses cuz all the bushes and grass died. The walls are RIDICULOUSLY thin in these buildings so you can hear and feel every step someone takes which leads me to believe they used cheap materials. They ruined memorial day as well. Apparently someone broke some glass in the pool on Sunday and instead of having it cleaned up immediately, closed the pool for 2 days and got to when they felt like it apparently. Only been here 2 months and cant wait to leave. Gonna be a long 10 months.
