Had hitch installed on my 2015 BMW 535I.1. Bumper was no longer flush, see picture.2. Never reconnected the tire pressure monitoring controller, which sits behind the rear bumper.3. There was only one guy working in the office. Hes really good but theres only so much he can do - there was always a line.It cost me $621 for Sewell BMW to fix issues 1 and 2.Bottom line : Dont take foreign cars there for a hitch. They dont have enough experience.

Renting awesome. The return not so good. We blew a tire. They over charged for a tire. When you could get the same raking tire at a tire shop for 59.00 plus tax and mounting. They charge 150.00. requmens measure tire tread deaths prior to renting. So you should be prorated at that cost and not a full price of a new one. Using their road side assistance was even worst. They send you a link to get it done faster. I believe it would have been faster to grow a rubber tree then cut it down and make a new tire ( yes rubber tree dont make tires)

Way under staffed at this U-haul location. Only one person working and he is having to run back and forth between propane, unlocking storage lockers for new customers, rent truck and trailers. 9 customers waiting for almost an hour to be helped. Checking in on line saved me no time.

I had a trailer hitch installed on my Porsche at this location. They called me early in the morning to let me know that the schedule is a bit delayed so I aligned myself. The installation was more difficult for my car but the tech knew what he was doing (I could not tell much as he was a bit grumpy and did not want to answer my questions). While I waited for an extra hour, I observed the counter, they are properly staffed with smiling and happy people, and I did not observe wait times for other clients. Great drop off place, bit your on your own, when it comes to removing the trailer from your truck....js...Its a gas station, but equipped to receive and rent trucks and trailers.

Avoid this place! On the phone and in the account it says that there is access to your Ubox on Sunday if you give 24 hr notice. we gave 48 hrs notice but when we arrive they told us that the warehouse is closed on Sundays... Very disorganized.
