Jacob and Skyler were incredibly helpful. They arrived to the move on time and moved things quickly. They moved me on a Saturday night with short notice and helped accommodate me every step of the way. I had heavy furniture that had to be carried up/down stairs and they did it with zero complaints. I moved into my new home today! Gage G. and Harry K. were my movers. They really made this move effortless. I was worried about moving my heavy things and thanks to them I didnt have to. Adam and Austin were fantastic! They were hard working and had terrific attitudes moving me out of a second floor apartment even when it took longer than expected. Moving is overwhelming, but undergrads moving made it much less stressful. I’m so grateful.
Jacob, Jacob and Evan arrived to our home on time. They did an excellent job moving the bedroom furniture and exercise equipment to the requested rooms. They behaved professionally and were also friendly. We appreciate the job they did and I would certainly request services from Undergrads Moving again if needed.
There was a little confusion and they showed up at the wrong place initially but we connected and they arrived at the correct location within the hour... completely my fault. Harry and Clay were nice guys. Professional, efficient and very reasonable. Using Undergrads Moving was a great experience. I’d use them again.
I asked for a lot of different quotes online but Undergrads was the only one to promptly engage in a call, they had read my request carefully and the phone concierge was over the top nice and efficient. He was concerned they wouldn’t have anyone available because it was short notice but Gage and Dyer were available and we scheduled right away, we received text confirmation, and Undergrads called us in advance to let us know they were on the way. They arrived 20 min prior and kindly waited for us. They were very polite and handed our possessions with care, they helped us unload a portable container and they did efficiently and with care. Will totally book with Undergrads again.
Undergrads Moving is a fabulous way to move efficiently and economically! I’ve used their services twice and have been very happy with the quality of service both times. Undergrad moving was everything and more. Dylan Collins and Clay Rollins did an amazing job. Coming from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor It was not easy but neither bust a sweat. Both were very professional They were very quick and very careful with my things. All within 3 hours and that is including a 30 minute drive to the new destination. Thank you guys so much. If I can give more than 5 stars I would. 🌟

Too bad they wont be on the other end of this move to New Mexico.They have many locations - Raleigh was mine, so check it out!I requested a quote online and I was contacted immediately to review my needs. I first received a text asking if it was a good time to talk. I was in the middle of another call, so I gave them a time to call back and they called on time. Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous.Flat hourly rate, how much stuff you have dictates your price... could it get easier? Nope!I did have to move my date in and add some stuff to it, and that was not even an issue! Ultimately needing to add another guy, which actually works out perfect for me bc these guys are doing their thing!I am very happy with my service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone!Huge props to the kids that moved me from the 4th floor! I warned them the gluts and the quads were gonna feel it! We used Undergrads for a truck load in the Charleston area and an unload in Chapel Hill and had a great experience on each side of our move. Charlie, Carter, and Nakil helped in Charleston and then Cooper, Hector, and Christian in Chapel Hill, and everyone was on time, friendly, and efficient. We finished in record time in both cities and were so grateful for the help. Would definitely recommend.

Our movers were Jackson Smith, Edward Shutt, and Caleb Henderson! They were so polite, helpful, experienced, timely, and professional. They made our moving experience less overwhelming and we will specifically request these three if we ever move again! They rock!
Clay and Matthew were great when they loaded my truck in Charlotte! They were efficient and knew how to properly load a truck. The mirror that attaches to my dresser was left behind so I will have to dismantle it to fit in my car.The afternoon unload in Columbia was not as smooth. Hayden and Lindor hadnt met before and did not have a good flow. Also, I think this may have been one of Lindors first moves and it was evident.
We had a piece of furniture that needed to be moved from the first floor to the second floor. We live in an old house with a tight staircase. We called a few moving companies and the quotes were ridiculously high (basically charging what it would cost to move an entire home). Called this company on a whim and they were able to schedule the move same-day at a very reasonable price! The guys (Eric and Haden) were on time, professional, and got it done in about 10 minutes. Next time I need a move, I’m calling them first! Very impressed.

The Guys Tony, Reese, Zach and Carson did a great job in the pouring rain. Moving the appliances wasA little challenging for them but they had a good hard working attitude throughout.

Dylan and Harry were so sweet and understanding of my rush to get everything moved. Dylan updated me every second of the way. In addition they were super good sports about doing everything in the rain.
Loading a truck, they showed up early, I agreed to load the truck, trusted about theyre know how, I was still getting things wrapped with my friend having some drinks, weve kept moving along, towards the end, we did not see them for a few minutes, so we got to the truck, they were chatting on the phone, so I said are we done, they said yes, they asked for 180 even though the job was done in an hour, Ive honored the 2 hrs. because of the contract. The way theyve loaded a 15 ft truck with a 1 bedroom apartment was unsafe, they didnt use the deck, threw cushions on floor when it can be used on top of couch, mattresses at entering the truck as well as couch and tvs. My friend tipped 20 bucks, WE HAD TO UNLOAD THE FKNG TRUCK AND ARRANGE EVERYTHING AGAIN,at the end there was a lot of space left which we needed it. BAD EXPERIENCE THIS TIME, GUYS!!!

2022-07-10They broke my tv and said to go ahead and email them and theyll take care of it but its been 9 months and Ive emailed them a few times and they said their claims department would follow up but they havent/wont reply.I dont think their employees even went to college at all.

2022-05-20I was quoted 2 to 3 hours, however it ended up being 5 hours - and so rushed they had to dump everything in living room in order not to exceed that time. They refused to move fridge or dryer (not kidding). Had to be told to use dollies instead of 1 or 2 boxes at a time. One guy worked hard but the other was putting out minimal effort appeared to be stalling for time

2021-04-28We were very pleased with Undergrads Moving!! We had 3 guys and they were AWESOME!!! They took great care with our things and loading them Into the truck. Everything transported very well and nothing toppled over. We had Sam Sawyer, Jacob Tester and Will Pitts. I would highly recommend these young men and Undergrad Movers. Thanks again!!!

2021-05-07We cannot Express how happy we were with our movers, Jeffrey & Preston. They arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They were polite, took extreme care with our furniture & never stopped. They even rearranged our rental truck to make sure furniture & TVs were well protected and wouldnt shift or rub while in transit. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone I know if they move. We felt price was extremely reasonable, and if we were to move again, will definitely use again. Thanks so much for helping make our short move easier!!

2021-05-14Dylan Collins and Clay Rollins arrived on time and ready to help. These two clean-cut and courteous young men jumped right in and completed the move without incident. 2021-04-27I wanted to move an oversized bedroom suite from the downstairs to an upstairs bedroom. I also had furniture to place in the garage. My movers, Harris and Aiden, arrived exactly at the expected time and did the moving professionally. They were very careful of my walls, hardwood floors and furniture. These guys were polite and personable. I would use this company again. They did an outstanding job.

2021-05-06Luke and Anthony were great! They arrived on time and got to work. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They did an awesome job moving the large items that we needed to move. I will definitely use them again if we need anything moved.

2021-02-15Undergrads was great! The scheduling team communicated efficiently before our move and accommodated us when we were running late day of. The movers Austin Wilson & Sean Ryder were friendly, hard working and careful with our belongings. Having the guys use an app that I could view, sign and receive an emailed receipt from before they left was perfect. Overall stress free experience which is hard to come by when moving!

2021-05-06It was great, Clayton and the other had come in, done the service quickly, and handled it really well. I was pretty weird but they were nice and chill overall. I do wish I didnt have to pay a minimum of two hours and just paid full hours by the start of the hour, but for 180 and a tip, I cant complain about getting essentially moving friends on a dime. Would definitely recommend for your packing and moving.
