This is a fantastic store first thing I can say is when you walk in it smells amazing. They have all the products that I usually use and some I havent tried yet which is really nice I do have a very large selection. When you walk in you are greeted the hospitality is great they were very welcoming and not to mention this beauty supply is also a black owned so this is my go-to beauty supply now Im glad I found it.
The staff is WONDERFUL! Brandy and Shameka are the sweetest and are knowledgeable. The prices are comparable to other beauty supply stores and the store is always clean and stocked. Not to mention the location is GREAT!
All I can say is wow. Staff is friendly and soooo helpful. They take their time with you and make sure all your questions are answered. Sheneka made sure I understood how to use each product for my hair and helped me choose the right tools to maintain it. The prices are incredible too. I love shopping black owned 🤎🤎🤎🤎
When I went into the store and I was greeted immediately. I walked around the store checking out items and I was so glad that the gentleman let me shop without consistency asking if I need help, he just stood at the counter and waited until I asked the questions that I had. The ponytail that I was looking for, he wasnt familiar with, but he had me to explain it to him and he had me to look at a few items until I found what I wanted. My 13yr son was with me and seeing black owners inspired him to start a busines. My experience was great and I will definitely be going back
I appreciated the personal assistance from the owner Brandi when I inquired about particular hair care products. She graciously ordered the products I was looking for and now they stock everything I would purchase from other beauty supplys. So thankful for Unique opening their business in our community!
Brandi (owner) is an absolute joy! She was super nice and helpful. If there is something you’re looking for that she doesn’t have in stock, she’ll order it! AND there is a good selection of brands to choose from, especially for us natural girls. This will be my new go to for hair supplies! Oh and let me not forget to mention, this place prices are on point!!

Excellent customer service! I called to check on a product and it’s price. The owner gave me the price. After hanging up, she called me right back and asked if I was coming in today because there were only 2 on the shelf!! Even though their price was higher, that level of customer made me drive over there and buy it anyway!!
This store was clean, they were very helpful and understood exactly what product i needed for my hair. I will recommend this store to my friends.
I decided to give this place a try bc I had a feeling it was black owned and it was! The staff were super friendly and had everything I was looking for plus more. The store was very clean and well organized which I absolutely loved. I will be back !

Very friendly helpful guy was there (one of the onwers I believe) reasonable prices. My product was about .30 cheaper there and closer to my house👍👍👍

2022-03-24Great location, great selection and nice prices! Plus they are open everyday. If they dont have what you are looking for they offer to take your information and call you when they get it in, and they will definitely follow through!

2022-03-21First time in this store! Definitely, not my last! Great customer service and product selection. The prices were on point also. The layout of the store is clean and well organized. The owner and the entire staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! I really enjoyed both visits in one day, and the people I met here brought me nothing but pure joy. Plus the music playing in store makes you wanna dance and sing (impromptu concert vibes), lol! Good vibes only. Natural hair care for black hair can be overwhelming... I am so glad I found the experts! Thank you for reppin well!

2022-08-12Hands down best beauty supply store. I mentioned to the owner that I hated ordering my favorite conditioner online and I didnt understand why no one sold it in store. Next time I came in it was sitting pretty on the shelve! I bought 3.

2022-02-05Snow storm in Arlington had a-lot of businesses closed but I called around today looking for store open to purchased braid hair for my daughters. I contacted Unique Beauty and the guy was extremely nice and waited on us to make it to pick up what we needed. The store closed at 7pm but he waited on us after hours to pick up what we needed, I’m Thankful and we will be back soon. Ladies and Gents Black owned Business go check them out

The beautiful lady working tonight was so helpful and recommended an awesome product for my sons hair and I couldnt wait to call and let her know how amazing it was on his hair. She was awesome and the store is very clean, lots of products and close to my home so I give it 5 🌟 but if I could I would give more!!!

From the moment I had a phone conversation with Shameka (I apologize if its not spelled correctly) to our face-to-face interaction, it was a pleasant/professional experience. She is going above and beyond our expectations. We drove from 45 minutes away, but dont believe they will disappoint us.
