They are lazy workers who dont care about bending documents clearly labeled DO NOT BEND, just so they can stuffed them in your mail box and not walk three steps to leave them at your door. Contents get damaged all the time because of that, and no response from the management ever. Also, they do that with packages too, stuffed them in the box where I have cut and scratched my hands trying to get them from the mail box.As if it was not enough, they love to leave the mail box door open, because I guess closing it is an extra movement that the laziness would not approve.Its ridiculous how the USPS keeps whining about losing money and clients, but do not pay any attention to what their delivery people do on a daily basis.
The service at this local post office is absolutely abysmal... They often deliver our mail to different locations with neighbors frequently knocking on our door with our mail or packages... Today they just Lost my package within their facility... The tracking number provided from the shipper has it delivered from UPS to USPS a week ago and received by my post office 5 days ago.... still no delivery & when visiting them personally they just said they cant find the package....thats it!!??Avoid the SW Ft Worth Postal Office at all costs if you can...they are not reliable!!!
I have been using this post office for several years mostly shipping my eBay sales. It is a joy going into this office. The service, the attitudes, smiling faces. I am a senior citizen and they even laugh at my NEW YORK humor. Highly recommend. The workers behind the counter are MY FRIENDS.
First time having to deal with this place and have to say NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.They attempted to deliver my package ONCE. I get a notice in my mailbox not on my door.. i go in to pick it up... Lost my package, then tries to tell me they left me 3 notices of delivery which is not at all true. I have ONE notice and I was holding it in my hand. Says the manager isn’t there and then mysteriously 10 minutes later the lady who was helping me calls me as im on my home that the manager is there and has found my package. Lol. Sounds like the manager was hiding and told her to tell me that he was not there.
The supervisor Anh is no help at all and is unprofessional. He gave me the carriers phone number to try and figure out where my package is, instead of calling himself. Never responded to my service request and when I went their to see what was going on, he had no answer. The worst supervisor I have ever experienced.
Simply the worst. Horrible staff. Consistent in their mistakes and low staff available. Always understaffed. The worst location in the DFW area Im sure. Male Asian guy who said he was a manager was utterly useless. No accountability. None! Consistently awful, so at least theyre consistent. Location is tricky because of the awkward one way entrance. No one to work the door for pickups so anything you need will probably require a long wait. Any other location will be more positive so if you have PO needs, go elsewhere! This place is the reason why I cringe when people talk about saving the PO because this location shows this system is shamefully operated. Bad management.
I have not received my mail in over 4 days. I put in an online claim since I had MEDICINE that was supposedly DELIVERED on 8/3. someone called me from the post office about 20 minutes ago and told me it was because cars were blocking the mailbox. they are not my cars and i am working during business hours so i was unaware. I told the person on the phone that while i understand that my issue is that my packages shouldnt be marked as DELIVERED if they are still in the jeep 2 days later. I asked to speak to someone to report the fact that the packages are being marked as delivered instead of attempted delivery and he stated OKAY MAAM, WHATEVER MAAM and HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! I need answers NOW. How unprofessional and rude of BOTH EMPLOYEES!! I also want to add that I talked to several neighbors and they ALL are having the SAME problem. go figure.
Manager “Wayne” is useless. They consistently misplace my packages or list them as undeliverable. So I go in early to get one, and good ol’ manager Wayne tells me they have too many parcels for him to go through and I’ll have to wait, despite me showing up at opening which the officially USPS helpline told me to do. Go DHL, UPS, or FEDEX. This office won’t even hold packages for you to pick up if you pay for it. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
I am giving 5 Stars to this post office solely for Denise. I had a package sent with Signature Required and the package was not scanned after it was delivered. I was in the midst of a PayPal Refund dispute and they wouldnt refund me without the USPS website stating received even though I had written proof from the addressee confirming she received it. After more than 5 hours on the phone with USPS (both the accounting department and the 800#),submitting both a service claim & a regular claim, multiple calls to a the post office supervisor numbers whos mailbox was constantly full, she was the ONLY person who actually resolved this issue for me. Talking to her was a weight lifted off my shoulders from losing more than $500. I cant thank her enough!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place has lost my packages and they always say they have been delivered but they never deliver them. And then when you call the office the manager has the audacity to argue with you and has no customer service skills at all. She always says well the carrier says they left it but she will not bother to check the GPS and if she says she did I really doubt they are doing it. My husband works for USPS in another state and his supervisor was able to look up my tracking number andAnd show me the report that states that my package was delivered 5 miles from where I live and that is what it shows on the computer tracker. It is a hassle they blame the front desk and I am firmly believe as everybody else does that they are stealing mail I am going to report it to the postal inspector. Enough is enough!
Here we go again. This post office lost or probably stole our packages. The manager is so arrogant that instead of helping he gets upset and disrespects. The manager doesn’t even want to look for them. He is so disrespectful even to women. Find another post office because they may lose your package. Time to file a formal complaint!
This post office is the worst post office I’ve been too. They have lost not just one of my packages, but THREE of my packages. On top of that, they send me confirmation emails saying “package delivered, left at mail box” however, each time my packages are no where to be found. I’ve spoken with a “supervisor” about receiving a money order for the amount my packages are worth, and he has yet to refund me. I’ve called the post office to question where my packages may be and every employee I’ve talked to is simply useless and lazy. I can’t wait to move next month so this post office will not be responsible for my mail.
I have never had such a bad experience with a post office ever before, but this one is very bad. I dont know if it is the carrier or the management. My stop mail card has been stuffed down down in the mail box with mail put in on top of it. After m,y daughter retrieved the mail and again put the card out, it happened again. After taking the card to the post office the mail finally stopped a few days later. When returning I picked up my mail earlier than the date my card indicated and was assured my mail would be delivered regularly. I did not receive any mail after that for about 10 days, the day the card indicated. Next time I opted to just pick up my mail when I returned and this time I personally took the card to the post office. However, this time the mail was delivered to the house and after that delivery, I didnt receive any mail delivery for over a week. After a couple weeks of mail delivery I am again not receiving mail for over a week again. All of this was told to the manager yesterday and I expected to see some mail today, including a package mailed to me over 2 weeks ago. Allow these problems seem to have gotten worse in the last 3 years or so. Many of the issues in the other reviews were also issues I have had. I am going on in great length because I would hope some supervisor would check on this post office locationso management!!
This post office has lost at least three packages in the last few years. One of them was still at this location but they said they couldnt find it. They also had a subsititute carrier that did not lock the parcel lockers and so packages were stolen out of them. It took me 10 days for someone to tell me what happened. Even though it was their fault, they wouldnt take responsibility.Since I moved to my new place, three times they have attempted to deliver packages to me and said they left a notice. There was never a notice left on my door or mailbox. I had one rescheduled for delivery and I was at home all day waiting on the day, and they never delivered it.Last week they accidentally gave a package to the wrong carrier. They called to tell me the next day it would be delivered that day. They didnt attempt to deliver it until the next day and the tracking said they couldnt deliver it because there was not a secure place. My complex has electronic parcel lockers that they have left packages in before in addition to the leasing office for larger packages, which was open the time of the attempted delivery and left a notice. No notice was left and I still have yet to receive the package.
I have had my packages never delivered and when I spoke to the postmaster, he said he couldnt keep up with all the new help during the holidays. My package made it to the post office but someone stole it. Now I have another package that has not been delivered. Something needs to change soon. It is hard to get through when you call. You are on the phone for over an hour and then they act like they cant hear you and hang up.
One of the mail carriers took all of our mail out of our mailbox including an envelope with a passport in it and put it in a parcel locker with no code because our mailbox was getting full. Idk why would she not return it to the post office. My apartments and my husband looked through all the parcel lockers and none of our mail or passport was in there.
If i could give anything lower than a 1 star, Id absolutely would. Absolutely ZERO professionalism in that place. Carriers are ghetto as hell. This carrier Jessica lady lost my package and laughed to my face as if it was funny. Complained to the supervisor Denise Brown, absolutely NOTHING was done about it. Instead of coming to a resolution they blamed it on my apartments leasing office, Amazon, UPS, even with proof from myself AND my leasing office that the package was never delivered. That branch is a joke. Management needs to be replaced ASAP!
I am so disappointed in the service. The employees at the counter act like they are miserable. Nobody smiles, grumpy just oozes off them. I have gotten email delivery notices and mail/package not in box. I go ask a few days later and lo and behold, it was in the back. I thought mail was supposed to be delivered timely not when the employees decided to get in the box.The mail delivery at the home address in Feathergrass, is serviced by this post office too. Mail may come, it may not. Get email that package was left on front door. No package. Has happened 3 times. We are lucky if we get mail delivered. Neighbors get my mail, my packages and vice versa.I am not sure what is going on but the USPS service has declined dramatically. You need to clean house and get employees that understand how to deliver mail to the correct address or po box. Know how to smile and not make you feel like you are interrupting their day.2020 This location now has one of the best USPS workers I have ever interacted with, Geary. A smile, very helpful and doesnt make one feel like they are bothering them.
Every single one of the workers Ive encountered here is rude and you just get a feeling that you are being rushed. Even if its just one tiny things that i have to do... its like Im in their way. I cant stand them. I can walk in to any other post office and they have smiles and will try their best to help you. Lost package here recently with an address change and i was told by another post office to contact them about getting it from the courier. I swear. The guy couldnt wait to get me off the phone. Barely let me talk or explain the situation. Gave me one or two worded answers. Then told me Id have to wait because its not even going back to their facility. Lol. Ill just wait another week so i dont have to deal with the assholishness
A couple years ago, I hated this place with a passion because of the grumpy, unhelpful employees. Now, they have an entirely new staff, those old hags are gone. Thank God. The staff now are some of the friendliest workers I’ve ever come across at a post office. It brightens my day to mail things here! They are kind, caring, and helpful. They greet me by name. Smiles all around and great attitudes every time. (And I mail things multiple times a week). 5 stars!!!
My package was obviously stolen off the truck put in a service request to find it they didn’t even look they just told me to contact the sender.. it’s not the senders fault my package was awaiting deliver scan. That means it was in the truck and was never delivered. Won’t be using there service again. Word to the wise use amazon or don’t order anything cause it won’t get there
Missing delivered packages, staff that hides and give you the run around - issues are not resolved and nobody cares. Rude is how they respond to their incompetence. Complaint filed with consumer reports, does not matter. They are vindictive too and will further misplace your mail after you complain. I was a big supported of the post office and the postal jobs but now I say bring on the drones. They do not have the decency to do a good job I have no time to fight for them to keep them. What a shame the US had a postal system that was envied by others now we are at third world levels and you may or may not get your belongings and or correspondence.
Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a sub from my regular person they send back my packages saying that I don’t live at my address .. I LIVE HERE!!!! You literally put my other mail in the same box with the exact same name! I even left a note saying “PLEASE LEAVE MY PACKAGE” but nope. I went one time to the office and they didn’t know how to help me. I’m fed up with this USPS office and worker. Honestly use common sense.
This 7101 Bryant Irvin Rd FTW - Post Office Just Horrible rude clerks and all my mail get delivered incorrect and dont arrive at times. I be receiving other peoples mail and have to re-drop it back at the post office to go back thru the mail processing all over again. This is unnecessary. How can they operate this way totally unconcerned and hate their job. Quit your job and stay at home and mean mug the walls. They have horrible attitudes just the worst of them all......I have never seen the USPS ran this way in my life. What ever happen to rules and regulation, Kindness, Courtesy and I love my job so much to please you Mr./Mrs Customer. I avoid this post office with all cost. I dont go, I go where people are all being treated with dignity and respect all man kind.
I just checked my mail, and noticed that I had a half dozen envelopes for someone four blocks away from me. I tried to call the post office, but no one ever answered the phone. At 3:30 pm, you would think someone would be there to answer a phone. But then again, you would think they would be able to deliver the mail to the right place.
Instead of dropping my package off at my door, they took it back to the post office and left a note in my mailbox. I go to the post office and they say my package isn’t there yet but I can come back 10-3 tomorrow to pick it up. Showed up the next day and the office is closed. Thank you for not valuing anyone’s time, 1 star.
Worst customer service, the other day I went in because I missed my package because I was at work so I got the little paper in the mail saying I missed it come to the post office which I did showed the lady the paper and my drivers license and she hurried up and said that driver isnt back come back Monday and then the dude inside said just wait until 2:25. Its 12 pm so I sat in my truck until then because it was an important package for my company presentation. So 2:25 hits I get out and walk in same lady looked at me like she was discussed and said uhhh just come back Monday driver isnt here even though the drivers are all coming through the gate parking their mail trucks. So I said well cant I just wait until they get done parking its an important package for my job and she cut me off and closed the top half door like she was in a hurry. So luckily I was in a slightly nice mood so I just tried to brush it off and now Im waiting until Monday to get my package.And oh yeah not to mention. Haha I also got in a bit of trouble with my boss. All she could have done was just wait til the truck driver came in side which would have took a few more minutes and could have checked to see if it was mine but noooooo gotta be in such a hurry. Its fine. She needs to be fired or that post office needs to be shut down.I would give it 0 stars but that isnt an option so they are lucky 1 star is minimum other wise I would have put negative 5 stars
This has been my main post office for over a decade. The service has always been good, and even during the pandemic I get in and out quickly, and the staff is always knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to do their utmost on the rare occasions where theres an issue tracking down a package.
Staff is courteous and very helpful. That day, last week, I dropped the mail in left side of the inside mailbox and immediately realized I did not put the stamp!! Ooops! It was IRS mail so tension piled up. I stayed on line and when my number came mr Darin (name may be wrong) he helped me. He pulled out the mail from the box and placed the stamp. I was relieved. Then I look for money. No wallet no money no credit card . Again panicked.. That gentleman, staff member Mr Darin helped again. He said it’s ok and he paid for The stamp from his pocket. I was overwhelmed by his help and gestures.. god bless him. I am very thankful for him and the entire staff of that branch. Thanks
The previous poster recounted a bad experience, but I am countering that with an excellent experience. A certified mail had been sent to my house, but the notification had fallen off, blown away perhaps from my door. In any case, I was expecting a gift card in the mail but didnt know it was coming certified.I got the certified information from the sender and called this Post Office in the hopes that someone would tell me if it was still there. I spoke with the supervisor and he found my certified letter after some diligent searching (I could only guess at the date I wouldve received the notification) and he assured me that he would be able to give it to me that evening though I wouldnt likely make it in time before they closed.Now, that is service.
Ordered something off Amazon, in which we have prime.. supposed to be delivered today.. well we got an email saying sorry we missed you, not a note in the box or on the door! We were home all day waiting for this package and NO ONE had come to our house. We called at 10:30 am and they stated that its in route and they hadnt even been to our neighborhood yet.. so come 3 pm again being home all day, I go outside and see that the mail had come with a little note stamped 11:00 am sorry we missed you note inside. No one had tried to deliver a package. Check the email and there was another one saying they attempted to deliver at 9:40 am ... uhmmmmm ok seriously get your lies straight what a horrible, horrible system! We are new to the area and have NEVER had issues with Amazon or delivery until here!! This is maddening to the point where I would cancel my prime membership.
I went for help tracking a package that had been mailed from this facility. First I was told that the company must be lying and then I was told that it wasnt the problem of this office. I needed to call the post office on the other end - Chino CA. I asked for the phone number. We dont have that. You have to look it up on the internet. I looked it up. Same national center phone number that EVERY POST OFFICE has listed.

This place is dispicicable! How dare you employ someone and then refuse to pay them for the hours they worked? By the rest of these reviews he was your best employee in apparently MONTHS! This post office should be shut down wile an investigation is done and then the management needs to be held accountable. You handle things completely unprofessionally and even had the gull to mock accents. Well bless your dear hearts USPS because people like you karma surly does like ;)
They always lose my packages i dont know if they are stealing my packeages or are they not looking were they are placing my packages in the right address now and days nobody will give packages if it shows up in there house. Me personally if something comes in my house and I know its not mine I will make sure that I take it to the right owner.
Absolutely AWFUL. Ive had more problems with this post office than any other ones Ive dealt with. My package is missing and their excuse is we have new clerks that just put things on random routes and basically they arent going to do anything about it. If I could give it no stars I would. I dont even feel safe ordering stuff online anymore. Worst customer service ever.
I joined Google+ just so I could write this review. My experience at this post office was THAT BAD! First off, for such a nice facility it is unkempt, there was trash all over and they didnt have much in the way of packing supplies ie no tape, nor did they have a single pen for customers to write with. When I got in line there was one other woman waiting but not a single employee to be found. The line grew and grew, and there was a massive tension growing and more than a few awkward looks were exchanged because no one wanted to be that guy and yell out for help. We could hear two people in a small room next to the counter watching tv and chatting the entire time. After waiting for about ten minutes I was understandably irate but I was willing to give the woman the benefit of the doubt when she finally showed up and said something like Sorry, I kept trying to tell him that I had customers but you know... (Im guessing she was talking about the other person who wasnt doing their job.) When it was it turn we both fixed faked smiles and I told the employee that I needed my packages sent Priority. The plastic smile on her face disappeared and she passed the Priority Tape dispenser to me and said Youre gonna hafta tape them up over there and then get back in line. I couldnt really wrap my head around her inherent laziness because every post office Ive ever been to has done this for me with little to no issue, especially if they dont have tape I can buy, and they certainly never told me to go to the back of a very long line! I asked her if she was serious, she said yes, so I grabbed the tape from her. (I was a little snatchy, Ill admit it.) She told me Dont ever snatch stuff out of my hands! Like I broke her favorite fingernail. I said whatever just to shut her up because she was making a scene. She told me You might as well take those packages to the machine. Im not going to serve you. Being the woman I am, I threw the tape on the floor and told her that Its a good thing you people are being replaced by machines! and I drove straight to the post office on Alta Mesa and received excellent customer service. Id like to point out, just for the record, I served her and fought for her freedom in this nations military for six years so that she, a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE, can sit on her duff all day in one of the easiest jobs in the world that pays a salary and has great benefits. I will never return to this post office. Just go to Alta Mesa, its worth the drive.
Im not even entirely sure how this place is still up and running with these reviews! 3 years worth of bad reviews Ive seen... This place is not only despicable in the fact that they let their employees speak to customers in the manner they do, they are also clearly discriminatory against employees. Mocking and making fun of an employee with a foreign accent. Then finding reasons to fire him when he stands up for himself. They have withheld pay for hours worked and Sebrina seems to not be interested in helping solve the problem. The post master Roy is rude and disrespectful to his coworkers and needs to be fired. If this is the standard for a federal job, I guess its a good thing they plan to replace these workers with mavhines. These people have no business being in a job working with other people. Nothing but disrespect and lack of common grace.
I rarely go to this post office, the line is always almost out the door, and they only have one last working the desk who by the way is extremely rude. Altamesa location is wayyy better. Also, a friend of mine worked for this location and they didnt correctly pay him. He has a family to support and is out of money because the lack of decent management.. Despicable.
I hate coming here. There’s one whole person to help 30 people in line. Expect to be in line for like 30mins-1hour. With all the shipping fees they should be able to hire at least two more people to man the registers! Ridiculous. My least favorite place in the world. Trumps the DMV
As a former employee for this station I have been mistreated and disrespected on many levels. Over 100 hours I still have not been paid for after being terminated. Roy and Sabrina have been made aware of this situation many time and are brushing it off, denying that there is an issue or simply avoiding speaking to me about this. I am not the only one they are not respectful to. Unfortunately many employess have many complaints and other stations only have negative things to say. My big question is if Sabrina has a history of messing up hours so much on paychecks- where is the money going? The money that is not being paid? That is a big dirty question. That no one will have to ask if this money would just be paid to the employees who worked for it. Withholding pay is ILLEGAL! And it is a shame such people in management are representing a government company. You are bringing USPSs reputation down and losing respect. Management needs to change for this post office to gain respect and customers back.
Terrible post office been getting someone elses mail for a month and they still will not take it from my mail box. Called and all I get is a busy signal each time. If you dont like your job then quit and get some people in there who care about doing what they are getting paid to do. USPS Bryant Irvin Rd is not a good post office at all. Go somewhere else.
Horrible management! Disrespectful to their employees. Withholding PAY!!! Such a mess, Sabrina and Roy are unprofessionally running this place. Mess, unorganization and disrespect. To both employees and customers. Constant pay issues. Large amount of hours missing from several paychecks and they do not fix it. Discrimination towards their employess as well. Many employess and other stations have only negative things to say and this is solely based on their awful reputation.
It always takes forever to do anything here. Not because theyre busy, but because there is only one person working the counter that leads to a major backlog of customers. I stood in a line that didnt move for almost 20 minutes before I decided itd be faster to go to a different post office.
Enough is enough! This post office needs a massive management change. Theyve lost numerous packages and even argued with me about my packages not being there just to dig around in the back and find them. They constantly mark things as delivered when they never even attempt to. Shut this one down and let us use one elsewhere!
Currently standing in a line begins probably 20 people. They only have one person waiting on everyone! I feel bad for this poor guy! I sincerely think with all the money that people pay for stamps and mailing fees that y’all can afford a second or third teller! Really frustrating! Wish I could give negative stars 👏
This post office needs their management replaced asap! Roy and Sabrina are obviously up to no good not treating their workers with respect and have no understanding that withholding hours is illegal! This station needs to be inspected and management needs to be fired and replaced by professionals!
The bad reviews are right. This is the post office I use because its on my way but the workers here always have this seemingly happy go lucky attitude that in a second switches to a snappy, Do it my way or the highwayl attitude. Even simple question is anwered with an attitude. Because its most convenient for me I just deal with it and choose to practice grace when I feel disrespected or sense a bad response and yes, I even say, Thank you. Who knows what theyre going through?Dont forget your own pen and tape!Altamesa PO is much more customer friendly.
Gary was very professional and courteous, he provided me with several flat rate boxes that were hard to find and would fit my specific laptop size, he also assured me that I was packaging everything properly and under USPS standards for insurance protection elegibility.
This place seriously needs to get investigated. Probably more than 80% of my packages that go through this place are missplaced and the service is beyond horrible. USPS you should be ashamed. If you can avoid having your packages sent via usps in this area, Id strongly advise it.
Something really needs to be done about the staff here. Theres literally one nice lady who helps people the rest are always unpleasant Everytime I visit. They dont want to help and theyre out out about anything you need. If you dont like your job and you dont like people, work somewhere else!
THIS DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR...Absolutely rude rude service!!! I have talked to two different people on two different occasions and both times I have had nothing but awful service. They dont care about your needs whatsoever. To top it all off, they hung up on me. Im so mad about the way I was treated.. No wonder the post office is losing business. Theyre all RUDE.
Not getting my mail and when I do they put it in my neighbors mailbox! Called several times and they are just being rude! (Well the lady that says that she a supervisor).. and on top of that they are putting other peoples mail in box and not taking it when I put RETURN TO SENDER they still leave it in my box! FED UP!!
This post office management is not good ,I mailed paper work to India ,the person whose name is Dean send it to China ,if its sent it wrong place in same country than I can understand but it totally went to wrong country ,when I went there aftrer a week no body help me,I wait for manager for 15 min ,nobody show up ,I went there on 08/23/2018,did mail with tracking and paid 32.25 $ ,still my mail is not reached at location ,this place is no customer service
Sabrina today 2/3/2017 one of the RUDEST people ever.. why do they hire such horrible people.. Rude workers, no customer service, dont deliver packages, hang up the phone on you.. They really need to be investigated and I wish the higher ups at USPS would actually read the feedback
It is the worst post office I have ever seen , the employees in this office are thieves and steeling the worthy shipments of the customers and share those stolen mails with their manager ... they are very ugly , rude , low social and thieves ... this place should be closed and the robbers staff should be sent to the jail .

2022-04-08We came here to get some envelopes and send some mail, Typically USPS stuff. It was a pleasant experience. This store offers many products and has great employees.Did you know you can get the flat rate envelopes for free here???? They even sell tape, boxes, and cards. The selection is pretty small, but it’s just boxes and envelopes so it doesn’t matter.This place is very clean. The have many P.O. Boxes, idk the prices tho.TLDR: it’s a usps. Come here and send some mail, or don’t. 10/10 would recommend

2022-07-19Worst post office ever!!!! I have informed mail and half of the mail is not delivered. My boyfriend has went to the post office and they claim they delivered everything but informed mail says differently. I ordered a package and on delivery status it said left in the mailbox. I called and they tried to argue with me stating that it was left in my mailbox. I allowed her to go ahead and try and make her case. After she finished I asked ma’am how were you all able to fit a desk in my mailbox? Guess what the next day my desk was sitting on my porch after 3 weeks of going back and forth with them. If you don’t want to deliver mail just find another job.

2022-03-01This place is horrible. I have been trying to get a hold of them all day. They are negligent. It says my package was delivered in my apartment community parcel box but the postman left the box unlocked and left the key in my mailbox and both items were stolen! I have to wait until Monday to even be able to talk to anyone! Thankfully, the small business Insured them both because I expect this negligence to be taken care of! I would give zero stars if I could!Update- This happened Feb 18, 2022 and these people still won’t answer their phone and nothing has been resolved. Today is March 1, 2022. I will take this above them if I am unable to get in contact with someone today.

2022-04-29Listen, Im not one to leave bad reviews but this is incredibly frustrating. I get daily emails stating what I will be getting in the mail. Ive never had any issue with my mail not being delivered till I ordered a new debt card. Ive had to reorder said debt card MULTIPLE times because its NEVER delivered. Not to mention important documents that were not delivered with said debt card that was supposed to come today. Trying to get ahold of someone (or anyone) to resolve this matter has been a nightmare. Often times my mailbox is left unlocked and open for just anyone to get anything they would like in my mailbox. This place is a freaking joke.

2022-05-31For 2 years now I have had problems with a certain carrier not delivering my mail nor does she notify us our mail is being held at the post office. When we go to pick it up they say it was our request to have it held, weve never requested it to be held! Ive come in here several times trying to resolve the issue and the carrier says its because we block the mail box. We park next to it but never block and she delivers our neighbors mail which is 6in away from our box(I know because I measured it) Anh the supervisor says hell call back after trying to fix the issue and I never get a call back and Im back at square one! Ive asked to speak to someone higher than him and he told me theres no point!!

2022-07-15Put in a change of address request the first part of 7/2022, which they now charge for 🙄. Entered the start date of 7/28/22. Immediately received confirmation of the request via email. On 7/8/22, I stopped receiving ALL mail. I called customer service, which is an infuriating joke, & was told that the request has been received & processed but the USPS doesnt look at the start date anymore- they just start holding your mail from the date they receive the request. (Well then- whats the flipping point of reporting a start date?!?!?!) Customer service tated that there will be a DM sent to my local USPS (Cityview) & theyd contact me directly.Sure enough, they called within a few minutes but were ambivalent about the whole scenario stating that THEY DONT show that Ive requested a change of address?!?!?! What the...what??? The rude little girl then proceeded to tell me that the reason I havent had Mmail delivered is because there was none. I explained that informed delivery contradicts her lie. She then huffed and said that the mail showing to be delivered, through informed delivery never arrives on that day. Its always a 10-14 day window from the time informed delivery reflects the mail pieces to the actual date of delivery. What a useless liar!!!! This is why I, personally, NEVER mail anything via the USPS. Incompetence & entitlement run-a-muck!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

2022-07-16I ALWAYS have problems with them delivering my packages. It has gotten worse ! Now they just send it back to the sender “because if issues with my address “ I call bull they are so so so so lazy that they can’t even bother to attempt to deliver my package pathetic

2022-01-28Very disappointing USPS location. Its not surprising that the USPS is falling apart, I honestly dont think they care anymore.The level of incompetence and negligence at this location is unbelievable. Mail is consistently delivered late or tracking information is inaccurate by several days. Missing packages and mail not being delivered to mailbox or being held incorrectly irrespective of published USPS guidelines. I travel regularly for work but never gone for more than 3 to 5 days at a time. Staff here claims that the mail is returned due to mail being held in excess of 10 days. This cannot be possible yet here we are.Unfortunately, I am fully aware of that nothing I say or do will make a difference. They ignore the complaints and review that are left online. Formal complaints go unanswered. They just dont care anymore.

2021-12-28They have the worst service of any post office I’ve ever dealt with. I get reports daily of what mail I am to receive. I report all missing or mail that was not delivered and nothing happens. Management could care less. I have my address on my mailbox to make things worse. They literally don’t care.
