United States Postal Service in other cities:
This post office is so much worse than any I have come across anywhere in the United States. I mailed a box of sausage to my family in New York on 16th Nov. Its still missing after Thanksgiving. I did online tracking on USPS website, only says my package is in transit. I had to go to the local office where Id mailed my package, the staff and the supervisor did nothing to me. they just want to send me away. At first time I asked what happened on my package, the supervisor(Wynn)said its on the way, ask a NY agent. I said I asked, my package was still in Texas. After he disappeared a couple of minutes and came back, he said yes, its in Texas. but still nothing can do. Just let me call the USPS service number.Ive ignored too much details about their attitude, their words, their service...here. That make me still upset even now.Remember: DONT GO THIS PFLUGERVILL POST OFFICE. Find another post office to go.
Update 9/3/21Guess what another package lost and another claim filed. This location is horrible I wish the sender would not use USPS. I’m getting to the point to where I feel if the sender is using USPS I won’t place an order. If I could give zero stars I would a rating of one star is to good for this location. They keep losing my USPS packages. This is the second time this has happened to me. First time tracking showed my package was delivered went to check mailbox no item. Had to call USPS customer service and file a claim. Package was delivered to my porch by the carrier the next day. Now my current USPS tracking package information yet again is showing delivered but but guess what item is not there. Had to call USPS customer service and file a claim again. The carriers need to be paying closer attention to address details when placing packages into the mailbox. USPS has become really unreliable lately at this particular location.
This is the most unreliable location! Our business location has been affected by the lack of service from not picking up mail to daily delivery of mail. We had our mail sit over an entire weekend due to the inconsistency of the postal carriers. Days during the week where no mail is delivered also resulting in no mail being picked up. Absolutely horrible service! Only one postal carrier for our area is dependable, reliable, friendly, caring, hard working and on-spot but when that individual is out, we all suffer due to the irresponsibility of appropriate back up postal carrier employees for the Pflugerville Post Office. No one ever answers the phone so that says a lot about the customer service. Improvements at this location need desperate attention!!
I would give Pflugerville USPS zero stars if I could. I lost count of how many items have been delivered to the wrong mailbox. Today, my prescription medication (priority mail) was delivered per the tracker but low and behold it was not in my mailbox. How do you mis-deliver this??! Not to mention someone else now has my medication - HIPAA VIOLATION. I am unable to request a missing mail search because it hasnt been 7 days and they dont do prescription medication searches. Cant file a claim until 15 days has passed. My medication will be ran out by then. Called the office about 12 times all afternoon and no one answered. Now what? Maybe a lawsuit for HIPAA violation and you can pay for my 3 months worth of medicine. Unbelievable!
I completed a mail forwarding on 8/26. I ordered something from an online store which should have been forwarded to my new address but it was not. I have called the local post office everyday for the last month and I cant reach anyone. I am in Maryland now. I dont know what the heck to do! I even called the customer service with the USPS and had them send the package to the local post office so my friend could pick it up and the darn box was still sent to my old address. I even received a confirmation number stating that the request was made and it was good. What can I do? Do I have to submit a complaint to BBB? How can I get my mail?Separate issue. I ordered something before moving. Completed mail forwarding on 8/26 and the package was delivered to my old address on the 18th which should have been enough for mail forwarding to be activated. I can see the tracked package was delivered to my old address but the tracking number doesnt work and when I call the automated line, the robot will not send me through to customer service without an active racking number. I have called and called over to the local Pflugerville post office to no avail. They dont even answer the telephone. I am in Maryland now and would like resolution to this issue. How can I get anyone to assist?
Yesterday I went to the Pflugerville post office to find information about establishing mail services for a new ABA therapy clinic. The man at the counter, Joseph, was succinct, straightforward and incredibly helpful with my questions about the process. Thanks, Joseph!
The bad service everEspecially with the passport2 times happened with meFirst time I apply for application for my self with photo service and after i submit my application I get a mail form agency it says the photo not for passportHOW CAN THE DO THAT THERY ARE NOT KNOW THERE JOB(post office employees)And now same case for my son i submit the application by them and have same issue with not authorized from post officeHow can the do this !!!!!!Please replace then for new employees the need training
I’ve had so many of my packages misplaced from this post office. The carrier on my route has been horrible and the post office is even worse. They are always understaffed and when they are they are rude and rush you through. I barely get anything done when coming into this post office. I get so frustrated that I leave without getting my business done. Just a cluster F of a post office.
There is a major problem with erratic delivery to my daughter’s neighbor in Pflugerville. 2 cards and 1 package have come back to me in the last 2 months. She’s in a newer neighborhood but has been there since Jan 1st, 2021. The address has to be listed as legitimate because they get some mail, but not all. This is shoddy service.
I wish I could give no stars. I’ve never had so much difficulty with the simplest situation. We’ve been told every couple of days since April that our lock will get changed, there’s a lot of blame shifting and just nonsense. It’s the most dysfunctional group of people. One day I tried to get my mail and they were half paying attention because their coworker showed up with McDonald’s and so they were digging through the bag. It’s the stereotypical movie scene of dmv/office setting when the employees hate the customers and don’t get anything done. Mr. suit decided to talk today, not introduce himself or anything but “explained” that he’s just now finding out about this issue *again, since April* and that he’s just dealing with things as they arise because he doesn’t have a list. I hate this place.
By USPS standards, this is a very good post office. The employees seem competent and knowledgeable. As a small biz, we have shipped hundreds of packages at this location and they have never lost one. Reliable shipping without excessively bad service is a win at any USPS.
This is a collection of the most absent minded, unhelpful, lying group of humans you can find in any given building. We have a new home build and and have been trying to gain access to our mailbox for TWO months! We have been up there 5 times, been given three sets of keys and still can not get our mail. On our last adventure, the Manager Eric came to talk to us and assured us that he would personally go an exchange the locks himself that evening. Well, a week later, still unable to get in the mailbox. After making ANOTHER trip to the post office he said he gave it to the mail carrier and didnt do it himself like he promised, Unfortunately, we are forced to use this facility due to the fact that we live in Pflugerville. Thumbs down to this entire facility and especially you Eric, you have failed miserably at life and your job.....
Really bad for passport services.. African American lady who was helping us had such a stuck up as if she was doing huge favor on us on doing her job for which we were $35 service fee.. she created drama with gentleman in front of me too.. won’t recommend for passport services!
I called them regarding a missing package and the staff was very patient and helped me track my package. I have also visited this post office several times and found the staff very helpful, for regular mailing as well as passport services. I live in the Spring Trails Neighborhood, and the mail carrier is very professional and takes extra care and goes beyond her basic responsibility to deliver packages.
Shout out to Joseph for being the nicest, most professional clerk of any post office or store for that matter. Actually all the staff are reliably the best of any post office I’ve been to. They even apologize when you wait in line. Not just one; they are all nice. The wait time is always minimal. Very helpful. Surprising for a gov. office.
It seemed they had changed employees for the better but went in 2 weeks ago mid afternoon. The line was very long and was moving very slow. One worker was allowing people with questions to skip the line ahead of other people who had been waiting much longer. When I finally got to the counter I couldnt understand anything the gentleman was saying. I asked him to repeat several times and he made no attempt to slow down. I asked about the timeline for priority versus regular and he said my envelope could be mailed for $ .70 cents or $8.00. Really?? I ended up going with the $8.00 route because I thought it would make it in 2 days. It didnt. It got delivered on the regular mail timeline of 3 days which I know this because Ive mail things to this location before. Incredibly poor service and poorly managed.
My family and I went to this post office with our newborn during Covid. We had two passport appointments with Yolanda. She was absolutely terrible. I made a mistake filling out the application - instead of offering to help us she wanted to turn us away...after talking to her for 10 minutes I was ready to leave but she then told my husband she would process the passport applications anyway. We thanked her. When it came to taking my husbands passport photo (we extra did it at the location to make sure biometric guidelines were met) she took a photo with his eyes closed and wanted to send that in!! I told her to please redo the photo - begrudgingly she did. Then she submitted both passport applications to the department of state - which photo did she submit for my husband?? - yup, you guessed it — the one where his eyes are closed!! We can now apply for a new passport thanks to her terrible customer service and lack of knowledge. Avoid Yolanda at all cost.
Truly want to thank the staff here. The clerk with the blonde hair was so kind in helping me with my case to find fwd mail. I cannot thank her enough for helping me with piece of mind and she checked four different places to help figure out a solution. Incredibly kind.
I got 3 packages that say delivered (2 on 11/29 and 1 on 12/2). They never came. I’ve been to this post office many times asking about them. I’ve talked to our post man about them many times. They were “delivered” when he was on vacation. The person who was subbing for him was deaf so he says he can’t ask her what happened. I wouldn’t be upset if it was delivered and someone stole it from the mailbox (we have a community mailbox). However, that seems unlikely with two separate delivery dates. What really gets me is how many times I’ve been over there just trying to talk to anyone and I keep being told a manager will call me and no one calls. I’ve filled out physical and online complaint forms. The company won’t refund me or send replacement. My only option is to call the police and file a report about stolen mail but it just doesn’t seem likely. I’ve never had a problem with packages except for when our normal mailman went on vacation and now these are missing.
This post office cannot seem to get mail in the correct mailbox. At a minimum I have 1-3 pieces of my mail put in someone else’s box or vice verse EVERY month. The latest, my son’s graduation card. Seriously, PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU’RE DOING!! I had one piece of mail I kept returning and finally wrote on it ‘look at the address’. And they wonder why no one wants to use USPS.. Oh, I tried to call them to discuss the issue-no one answers the phone. Worst. Post. Office. Ever.
Horrible service. I requested a package intercept on Tuesday and found it was cancelled on Friday. Called the post office and no one could tell me why it was cancelled. I asked if a message could be sent to the carrier to have the package held at the facility and was told it would probably be too late. The representative didnt attempt to contact the carrier. This is not the only time I had issues with this location. A few months ago, a temp carrier consistently delivered the wrong mail to my mail box, I had other peoples W2s in my mail box and I had to contact my employers to have my W2s sent again. THE WORST post office I have ever dealt with. TERRIBLE!!!
I’ve been going here for a little over 2 years, I’ve never had a single problem and every single employee that works there has always been polite . I ship almost 10 packages a day and they never have a problem doing them for me . The scales I can assure you are not broken , I ship constantly the same things in the same size box , and the cost is spot on. This is a very nice facility and well organized. Like every other place ever if you go at lunch or right before they close they are slammed but if you put some thought and plan when your gonna go it’s painless, I 100% recommend
No one seems to answer the phone. Im on the 4th call and the phone has rung 67 times. Are you trying to tell me that there is NO ONE there who can answer a phone? You would think after 67 rings someone would pick it up. Im calling because the locks on the parcel boxes where I work are rusted or in need of oil. The keys dont work and I cant retrieve my parcel. My next call is to the national office in Washington DC. I can guarantee that the post office gets a call from DC they will answer the phone.12/2/19 - Once again Im trying to get anyone at the Post Office to answer the phone. I let the phone ring over and over until it hung up and would redial for a total of 140 rings. The locks on the communal post box is rusted and Ive reported it on 3 occasions, yet they do nothing about it.
Hope you are not receiving a package.... watched one In tracking, said out for delivery. Never showed. Saw the mailman put the mail in the box though. Checked tracking next day said no access. This has had happened multiple times. Itll take an extra week before itll finally show and if you try and call to pick it up.... HA! Good luck...
Customer service on 0. Went to pick up my keys for the P.O. Box that I had paid for and reserved online. The lady who helped me was so nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the man that was there was extremely rude. She asked him to make sure that the locks on my box will be changed. He just snapped at her which was very uncomfortable to watch. He said it would be changed by the end of the day because he was so busy. That was first thing on a Monday morning. I gave it a few days because I too was busy and even waited until the end of the week to have a small package delivered. On Friday afternoon, I went to check my mailbox for my package and my key does not work!!! It was a few minutes after 5:00, but the window was still open and I saw a frustrated customer being helped. So I waited and got to ask the “manager” to tell me why or give me an estimate of when it will be done. Her reply was I don’t know but we closed at 5:00. As she tried to close the window, the same rude man that said he was going to change the locks 4 days ago said (again very rude) that it takes 3-5 days before he can change a lock. So my calculations tell me it should be done by Saturday. His response to that was “maybe”. The manager again repeated that they were closed and closed the window.Horrible communication, horrible customer service. Again the ladies that help you at the counters are lovely and polite but everyone else that actually has to do the leg work sucks!
Worst post office I have ever been to. Thei drop off box has been out of order for weeks now and if you come before or after office hours, there is no way to drop off packages. On website and door opening hour is 8am, but I am here at 8:50 am and they are not open yet. Just waiting here for someone to ahow up and accept my packagesz. If I had time to show up during office hours I wouldn’t waist my time off hours. There is a reason drop off boxes are located in post offices and it is super inconvenience when they don’t bother to fix it. Very disappointed by this location.
Pflugerville post office employees are very nice and helpful. I went to the Pflugerville Post Office a lot just after I published my first book to mail out books to customers. The employees shared my enthusiasm for my task! And even more, they were patient and helpful with my package is going out.
A package was said to be delivered at my mailbox the other day, but when I went to retrieve I found no package nor key for the package containers. I called the location, they investigated, and that same afternoon there was a key in my mailbox for the parcel I was expecting. I suspect the carrier just forgot to leave the key initially.Mistakes happen, no big deal. Their quick turnaround to resolve the issue is what really counts here. Thanks so much!
Worst post office ever. Our neighborhood mailbox was damaged over 5 months ago. This forced a block of neighbors to have to go and pick up their mail from the post office. Currently, were in lockdown during the pandemic. They finally replaced the box, but didnt inform anyone. Im guessing that my new keys are at the post. Every time weve gone here, the line moves *extremely slow* Ive had panic attacks in there because the service was so awful. Now were in a pandemic, and I cant pick up my package (which should have been dropped at my door, but thats another mistake they made) because the lines go around the building no matter what time of day. I hate this place so much, they turned me into a Karen.
Duston W might be one of the worst usps supervisors leading to the post office failures. He damaged a package of honey bees then at one point blamed me for not picking up fast enough, I was there before they opened to pick up. He killed thousands of bees and I lost hundreds of dollars. Bees have a long list of things that kill them now the post office is on that list
We had to book an appointment months in advance just to get a new passport and then they cancel on us AN HOUR BEFORE and tell us they can’t reschedule us and we have to make a new appointment which is going to be another few months away, they’re a holes who don’t care about anyone they serve. they didn’t even try to reschedule us for a sooner day they just told us to find an appointment ourselves, what jerks.
Getting my passport renewal this location was the great, Quick and easy process!.There was Zero waiting time 10:50 am. Literally shortly after I had arrived from the round rock location which by the way it’s a no bueno place.I was attended by miss Yolanda. She was kind and polite. We review ALL the documentation and money orders that was requested for my renewal. She Made it pleasant and simple! Thank you ma’am. You made my day!
USPS has tools for you to schedule a re-delivery, but the local post office probably never take a look at it. You can see from tracking status that a re-schedule request has been made, and then after a few days, nothing happened. Called the 800 number (i have to request a call back because every time i call, was told 1hr+ waiting time) and was told all calls will be taken by the call center, not local post office. So you have no way of contacting the post office except for a walk in. So my suggestion is if you miss a delivery that requires a signature, dont bother go with other options listed on your note, just go to the post office and save some time.
Very disappointed in the LACK of service. I live in OH but my sister lives in Texas, and I frequently send her packages. I called several times to ask about the tracking # for my package, but no one answered. My package transferred delivererers from UPS to USPS, which Im accustomed to, but the tracking # that USPS gave to UPS which I received said my package went to Michigan! Im fairly certain that I was given the wrong tracking # but I have no idea where my package is! As I write this review, its Monday. The package was to be delivered 2 days ago on Saturday but nothing has been delivered! What the heck!!!
Not sure why this place gets a bad wrap, it’s the only post office I use and they’re SO nice every time I go. This morning there was a huge line, I had three large packages and my two year old. I’m not sure her name, but I think she was maybe a manager? Anyway, she suggested I use the self service kiosk for sending packages and walked me through it all. As I was entering information she was even talking to my daughter and keeping her busy. She was so kind and could have easily showed me to the kiosk and walked away. I was in and out in five minutes. Thank you so much for your help!
This place is TERRIBLE! In the past month they have lost SEVEN of my packages for my customers. First I set up pick up from my home and the mailman got upset because I put the setting to ring the bell and I would give them the packages. He was upset because I set it up this way, he told me I needed not to waste (his) time and leave them on the porch. He was extremely rude about it. Stuff gets stolen around my neighborhood im not doing that. I stopped doing the porch pick up and started dropping them off everyday at the drive up drop off box so I wouldnt have to deal with the rude mailman. I have now had two Sundays in a row, after talking to one of their employees and being ensured that it would not happen again- that have left seven of my packages lost. This is a huge loss for me and I promise the post office could care less.**Follow up looks like some of the employees are stealing packages! Saw the news article. Im sol because they were never scanned in, thats $1200 down the drain.
What in the world do I have to do to make sure my mail carrier ACTUALLY comes to my house to get the signature for the package when it needs one. This is the 5th time in a month in a half that the mail carrier never came to my house to deliver the package and get my signature and just wrote that there was a delivery attempt... never mind that my mail carrier has delivered to the wrong house twice. How do some of these people have jobs. Your establishment is an absolute joke. One or two missed deliveries or stuff like that is expected in a job like this one but 7 issues in a row is a pattern and something needs to change. A pigeon would probably do a better job at this point getting my packages to my house than this crew.UPDATE: They still have yet to come to my house to get my signature. Still on a hot streak!
It has been nearly one month since we moved to our new house. The post office still has not given the mail box key. Every two days, I have to visit the post office to grab the mail. I am waiting on a long line at this time (4:45pm) and am not sure if I will be lucky enough to get my mail. Not very encouraging in 2021.
This place isn’t trust worthy nor do they care. Hold time for live person on phones is an hour. This is probably the reason it’s so easy for them to scam people out of their packages. I have ordered items multiple times from amazon, and every time an item is sent via USPS we never receive it!! On occasion the mail carrier left the key in my box for the partial mailbox, and was cracked opened with no package inside? Also on multiple occasions I have rec’d mail for my neighbors and their packages! So irritating!!! They even send my mail back saying wrong address! Why can’t they get their sh*t together!!!
Update: March 25, 2019The mail guy had marked my package delivered to individual at address but, I never saw or received my package from him. He usually scabs the packages since it is the delivery day but, then I dont get my package till next day. This guy needs to be fired! I am sick of this. He collects a pay check for half @$$ work.----------------Today package marked delivered but there was no key for box where package was left. I have heat sensitive items for this package. I have had issues with the postman leaving the key in the keyhole to the box for packages and was left cracked open. Anyone could have taken my package and left with $150 worth of stuff. Postman also shoved everything beyond the size of the box and tore some mail. What happened to having a nice mailbox at home and having packages at doorstep? Are these people just lazy and dont want to get exercise?Update Mar 7, 2019: So within 4 months I have had 2 items that were marked delivered. They were packages. Items were not in mailbox nor key. Today I encountered the second occurrence. To make things worse, the mail man was talking to someone on the side of the road with all mailboxes opened and told me box is below your house number. So I could have taken any mail that was there. He didnt even pay attention or asked for ID to confirm my address. He just kept talking to the woman. From their conversation, I say he was talking for about 10min before I came by.He should have been doing work instead of leaving everyones mail vulnerable. So this is the quality of government ran postal service. If my package is not here tomorrow, I will be calling boss of the post office supervisor. This guy continues to place mail of others in my box and vise versa. Not paying attention.
We had a passport appointment for my 2 year old. I have to say, I was expecting a wait and maybe some difficulties after seeing some of the reviews here. But the experience was actually really awesome because of Yolanda. (forgive me if thats spelled wrong). She helped us process my daughters passport, took her photo, and also took my photo for renewal, even though I wasnt scheduled. She helped us correct some form errors that we made, and she was extremely nice and helpful. She really knows her stuff and had everything done within 10 minutes. At the end of the appointment, she brought a box of new toys and books to my daughter to select a prize for cooperating for the photo. We asked if those were donations, and she said no. When we pressed her to find out how she gets the items, she said she buys them for the kids! Now that is above and beyond! What an awesome person! My daughter selected a new barbie in the in the package. We all walked out of there happy, and very thankful for Yolandas service. By the way, Im willing to bet she deals with some pretty difficult, entitled people on a daily basis. So if youre one of those, YOU better be nice to her. Thank you.
1st package given to another house but was able to get refund from sending company. 2nd package was walked over by a neighbor that was given my package. 3rd package I received a delivered email called company which told me to call USPS since I never received it. Called several times and no answer. I guess I will have to take time off of work to go down there for 2nd time and hear how it was delivered to me. My husband and I are only ones with key to mailbox so I know it didnt just walk away from our locked mail box.
Dorothy and Missy- THE DREAM TEAM!!! Are amazing Lol 😂 I have never been to a post office and leave with such a big smile on my face and very satisfied with my service. They made what seemed to be a very nerve wrecking, anxious situation, super easy and smooth flowing that I literally felt like I want to go there all the time haha. Thank you both so much for helping me out with my passport and helping me feel more comfortable about getting on an airplane, I thought i was going to need to take one of you with me on my flight to help me calm down, but even just the smiles and laughter you rendered to me and out of me was enough to make me feel safe and satisfied on my vacation.Great Service!!! PS.. YALL NEED A RAISE!!!!
I own a business and this post office is the worst I have ever dealt with. 2 weekends in a row I was supposed to get a package. I waited at my business from 8 am and at noon got notification that the package couldnt be delivered because the business was closed AGAIN. 2nd time in 2 weeks. The lazy mail guy never even attempted to deliver. And when I called the post office the guy was so rude and said i cant tell you when he will be there to deliver it, but you need to be there. Like I plan my days around my mail, come on now , and I paid extra to have it delivered and it was a medical device that I NEEDED ASAP!
I came in to get my mailbox keys. There was a VERY long line. I checked the list of things to use the Quick Door for and it did not include key so I stood in line. When I finally got there the guy told me I had to go to the Quick door. I was really aggravated and asked if he was serious as the list did not say keys or I would have saved myself the long wait. I went to the Quick door line and waited. Thankfully the sweet lady Dee at the counter called me back over and said she would help me after standing in line and apologized for the man. THANK YOU MS.DEE!! You turned a bad day into a good one YOU ROCK!
This bad review goes to the mail people that do the mail here in Pflugerville Highland Park. Not the nice people that work the front. Countless times of getting mine and other people’s stuff switched simply because either they don’t read or care. It is insane and simply annoying. 4 years of this gets old. My package right now states delivered this morning, yet must be again in my neighbor’s box. Get it together.
Don’t know his name, hindu guy working today. He was the only one with access to money orders and he was very unprofessional. You come in, don’t get greeted, the social distancing lines are not explained. I waited 10 minutes in the wrong line, went to the other just to be told That only one cashier has access to money orders, waited another 45 minutes because he was dealing with a customer issue, I finally get to him, my card gets declined, was gonna move money over to my savings on my phone and he kicks me out the line after only 35 seconds of serving me, after I waited a whole hour, his reasoning?” He has to help other customers”. It was only going to take 1 minute. I left so upset and spent $12 on a money order at ace cash express. Never in my life have I been so livid, came back home and took it out on my family!
This mail guy at the ridge is doing really bad job, he left my package in my neighbors house, lucky she came and give it to me, I dont understand why he do that, because the package has the address, and in another time he left my neighbors mail in my box so I have to go and do his job delivering people mail. That is the reason why people dont get his mail because the guy left package in wrong address and not all the people give it back to his owner. And costumer service sucks, they never do anything about it, they even dont answer your calls.
2nd package misplaced by this post office. Every time I call about a lost package they say the carrier that ran that route that day is on vacation or off so someone will have to call me back. They never do. They are rude. The one time the carrier did call back she said she thinks the mail carrier on my route that day misplaced the parcel key in another box and took my package. She was going to search the office and if she cant find it she will call me and Ill have to put in a claim to get reimbursed. She never called me back to tell me if she found it or not so I called today and was told I had to call Amazon and put in a claim with them. Fortunately Amazon was very helpful. This place needs to get their act together! VERY DISTRUSTFUL! Dont care about their community. USE UPS OR FED EX IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS POST OFFICE!
Number of times Ive been spoken to with an attitude are countless. Number of times Ive received another persons bank statement or pay check because it was placed in my Box by mistake, many. Number of times I didnt have access to my packages because someone chose not to put them in a parcel locker-way too many times to count. Ask a question, get a different answer from each person you speak with. Not sure why theres a phone number listed if no one ever answers.
I notice that many give the USPS a very bad rating. So it is time for some of us with positive experiences to step up. This local postoffice has served us very well for the last 30 years. The people are always friendly and our mail man goes out of his way to place our packages on our front porch (petting the dog along the way). These are great people who work very hard. I would pick USPS over UPS or FedEx any day!
My mail lady Heather is an absolute Allstar!! Rocking out to her music and relentlessly going above and beyond for us at every turn. I run a business and without her, well I cry to think the thought! Ive left my keys in the lock, Ive missed packages, you name it - she always goes the extra length to make sure I am taken care of and I love her so dearly! If every mail person was like her then yall would have 5 stars across the board! Thank you so much Heather ❤❤
We moved here at the end of January 17. The few times we have been inside for service things were better than what we had been dealing with from our hometown of Galveston for years, so we have a different experience than others who have left reviews. Lines moved faster than we expected & staff has been nice & happy to help us. Yes USPS has its issues, but I hate to tell you Pflugerville, it could be MUCH worse. Keep your good thing going for now.
After reading some of the comments, I see there were lots of people having the same issue as mine. The key is not working for opening the parcel locker. And it seems like the post office never care about this problem and never fix it. I am so frustrated. Im having a live plant delivered in the locker and now I have to wait for the mail man to swap the key. The plant would definitely die by then. This is my third times having packages in this locker with no working key. I just hate them so much now.
They get one Star Only because you cant send it with NO Star checkTracking said delivered, but I was at home all day and never received package. This was a Live Fish Expensive. Oddly enough my neighbor received two packages on his door step.I have lived in this neighbor for 20 Years, They constantly fail to provide good service since the 1996. The delay and service is so bad that I send anything important to my work address. I go on and on about so of the crummy service they provide. Filing a complaint with USPS does nothing, not even an acknowledgement. I am Sick and tired of the way they know it does not matter to them, there job is never in jeopardy. I wish some other company would take over the USPS . First order business, FIRE ALL USPS EMPLOYEES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Much more recently remodeled than my pickup location on Doublecreek Dr. Arrived at 8:25 on a Monday with no line at all. Super friendly staff, much nicer than the previous location I used. Overall, a very pleasant experience that just seemed less stressful and more calming. I derive a large portion of my income by buying and selling items online so this atmosphere was much appreciated.
My favorite post office ever! Ive been coming here for 23 years and they are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate their attention to the length of the line. They do a great job to take care of peoples different needs quickly. Today, Joseph (red haired postman) was super helpful with options.
Refusal to answer the phone. I put it on speaker and leave the call until it times out. Ive done this for 2+ hours, multiple days at a time. I have not once succeeded in getting anyone to answer at this location. This is just one of many issues Ive had with them including no one being able to send emails, parcel lockers being broken into and no one alerting us, leaving inaccurate article numbers at our door. Truly terrible service and company. Avoid them however you can.
I paid a little over $5 to mail a certified letter and they lost it- it was scanned once at the post office upon receipt and they dont know what happened to it from there. No refund, no free resend. They just didnt do something I paid them to do, and apparently thats my problem. Their customer service was as poor as it gets too- not so much as a fake apology. Wont be returning.
Review for passport services ONLY. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and polite. I showed up at 1pm sharp for their walk-in block and there was only one person ahead of me. This location doesnt seem to be overloaded. Whole application took 30 min including photos.
The Pflugerville Post Office is the worst post office I ever used. USPS website tells me my package was delivered this afternoon. I checked my mailbox, no package and no key any of the package boxes. I tried to call the post office. The phone rang for 2 minutes and then disconnected. I immediately called back and got a busy signal. Looks like I will have to take time off from work to wait in line at the post office because they do not know how to answer the phone. I would prefer to rate a no star, but apparently you have to give at least one star.
07132016-Neighborhood Mailboxes 1501Please ensure that all mailboxes with lock boxes for packages are checked and working properly. I was expecting a package today that stated it was delivered by tracking. Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve my package that I have been waiting for. The key that was left in my locked mailbox was bent and would not work in . It only takes a couple of seconds to check that the key correctly works.
I went there today and it was pretty busy but everyone working there was trying their best to help the customers. Theres a lot of bad reviews here but I think its because people expect it to be good all the time but when it is bad it should be mentioned here. The girl that helped me today was really really quick and knowledgeable about her job. She helped me with my overweight first class mail, international post card, and priority express mail. She was being friendly and professional all the time. I dont have her name but her clerk number is number 10 on my receipt. She is a petite African America lady. She might be older by me looking the difference with her badge picture but she looks pretty young when I saw her.
They left a Final Notice slip without ever giving a first notice, then when I authorized my fiance to pick it up on the back of the slip as indicated, as we usually do when a package gets stuck at the post office, they did not allow him to pick up the package in spite of the authorization. This is ridiculous!
I have lived here for 2 months and so far this is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They have failed to deliver 3 packages on the online tracking from the vendor it says they attempted multiple times to deliver. Left notices successful delivery LIARS... you fill out complaint forms what is that going to do!!!!
There are a lot of great things about Pflugerville but our post office is not one of them. Constantly having neighbors bring us our mail that was delivered to them as well as having to take mail put in our box by mistake. Their app shows a package delivered today but its no where to be seen. Try calling the po about it but cant get anyone to answer the phone. I guess this is what happens when customers have no choice in vendors.
Its just past 10am and I have called 7 times this morning, to the USPS Pflugerville branch. There is no option to leave a message. There is no operator. There is no customer service. It simply hangs up on you after it rings several times. The automation states that you are going to be transferred to the operator. The operator however, is at a brunch with Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, and the Boogey Man over at that new place called Non Existent. In looking at the reviews, this seems to be a common theme. I cant imagine why the USPS would see their incoming revenue shrinking.... Most all businesses are accessible via online or over phone. Especially for something so basic. A good way to sink your business, is to not be accessible to customers that need your services and are willing to pay you money for said services. This isnt the 70s. Maybe I should fax them or perhaps try Morse code.
I left a simple one star review several months ago, but I no longer feel one star is appropriate. I’m pretty irritated with google for forcing me to give them even one star. I have called every single day, multiple times a day, for over a week. At this point its a game. The game is called “Can anyone answer the phone?” Over the course of the week the answer has been NOPE every single time. Perhaps they sent it back along with all of my packages one day after picking them up. Perhaps the numbers on the phone frighten and confuse them as clearly counting and simple math is not their strong suit. I know what you’re thinking, go up there! Which is what I did. Where Louis literally laughed in my face and called me a liar. This place is whichever layer of Hell is sloth. Amazon cannot put these clowns out of business fast enough.
Not only are they HORRIBLE at customer service I have 3 boxes at my mailbox...no key left for me to recieve them. Then when you go to the PO closed at 1pm. Doors closed but employees just chatting it up. Knocked and knocked. Nothing. So when you need any assistance when they close they close. Not there mail not there problem. Sad. If you can dont use them.
Yolanda is a disaster. I tried to get a passport. While trying to figure out what steps i needed to take , she said you can make another appointment if you would like and walked away dissappearing into the back of the facility. She reamerged after she thought i had left. Completely avoided trying to help me and hid around the corner till she felt that the coast was clear . You should be ashamed of yourself Yolanda.
Absolutely terrible in regard to their passport services. I called over 300 times on Friday morning (the only time they will field requests for appointments) and I was not able to get through. I called around noon today to try and understand a better solution. Ms Camilla Johnson was very abrasive when I asked if I could come in to request an appointment. I do not recommend utilizing the passport services at this location and I certainly do not recommend any interaction with Ms Johnson due to her poor attitude.
Ive used Pflugerville Post Office 31 years beginning with the original post office right off of Main Street. When they built this one on Heatherwilde, having all the original employees transfer over was wonderful. Theyve had a turnover of front counter employees over the past 10 years, but this hasnt affected their level of service. The employees go out of their way to help you, greet you, are respectful and have great senses of humor. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Wow, can I give no stars? Terrible communication with this location. Arrived thirty minutes early to get my 8 month old baby girl passport and was told the passport lady was out this week. Are you serious? Called a week in advance to plan ahead and get the passport done and was told they would be open. I was told the wrong hours of operation when I called. Website reports appointment only but if you call they tell you walk in only. Would highly recommend NOT going here
Terrible service. They robots so they saying all the nice greetings but have the worst attitudes And no patience for ppl. No pens are out so after you in line for 30 minutes and still need a pen you get treated poorly lol like y’all know some ppl never go to the post office right? We don’t know what to do help US . Super annoying!!! Somebody almost gone have to catch a fade 😑
Made a delivery instruction request to re route my package to the post offices location. Upon my arrival to the post office my package was still on the truck which i understand. However the supervisor proceeded to come out and tell me that i had made an interception request to be sent back to the original sender. I showed the supervisor my email from them stating nothing of the sort. Then she proceeded to berate and scream at me in the middle of the post office in front of about 10 other customers. This is the worst customer service from a supervisor i have ever seen.
The carrier took all items from our box and over flow boxes, left a note instructing us to pick up our mail and packages at the post office in 10 days- I went to pick it up in ONE day, and no one knows where all our mail and Christmas packages are! AND no one will answer the phone! They said theyd get back with me...
One of the worst post offices. If you don’t have your “package slip,” they will help everyone who does before you, even if you were there first. Workers receiving packages to ship do not help customers picking up when no one else is there to ship. They’ll just stand around & chit chat at the counter, even when you make eye contact with them, and they clearly see you waiting. The frustration of all this is compounded by NO A/C in the building. You can tell right away you’re in a government building. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You either suffer this, or risk having your packages stolen off your porch.
Went to get a package from my mailbox to find that it had been shoved into the parcel mailbox instead of the one that packages go into. I had to go back a second time with my boyfriend to see if he could pull it out but he couldnt either. I called and asked if someone could fix this and wasnt told when the package could actually be delivered to me. I was also told if they get it out I would have to drive up to the post office to come get it which is annoying. So I went back with a knife and a little crowbar to try and get it out again. It came out after I had to dissemble the package instead the mailbox. Also turns out the person who shoved it in there crushed all my other mail which is also annoying. Went home finally and opened the rest of the package to find out that one of the items I ordered (liquid cosmetics) had cracked and spilt everywhere. No one will answer my calls now. Literally this is ridiculous lol
In one word: Joesph. Super friendly Everytime I go to this location. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the most professional folks Ive met in the industry. Takes pride in the job, protects his people and does with a smile and a humor. Gotta love this guy. Joesph if youre reading this, thanks bro, youre always the bomb.com!
Mohammed was very rude when helping me. I had all my customs forms ready for him and he only scanned one, stating it was my fault because I apparently did not make it clear that I had multiple forms even though I was holding them in my hand and there was tons of stuff in my box. It made me worried because my husband is deployed and I want to make sure he gets his gifts and what he was doing was different than how the last postal worker did it.Mohammed made it seem like I was a bother even though I had everything ready and filled out and he was the one trying to rush through things.
I am astounded at how incompetent this place is! I have sent a customer a large parcel and after one attempt, it sat in this place. USPS clIm it has been returned back to us in the UK but the tracking clearly shows it is still languishing in this building.Even USPS central customer services cannot get in touch with whoever manages this place. So I have a disgruntled customer who has been fobbed off and a disgrunted sender who believed US customer service to be one of the best in the world but in actual fact, a huge company who dont give a rats ar$e.Feel so sorry for US customers who have to deal with this bunch on a daily basis...
Hate coming in here when I have to actually deal with someone. Just left today after an unnecessarily condescending and rude confrontation with one employee over a simple misunderstanding about stamps. The guy was loud and embarrassed me in front of everyone and I just left without even getting what I came for. I think I’ll just pay to print shipping labels at home and schedule pick ups from now on or just pay a little more and ship through the UPS down the street.
Lost my two kids passport that the tracking number shows as delivered to my box 6 days ago. Submitted my complaints online and received an automated reply saying a lady by the name Jessica Chavarria is assigned to follow my case. Emailed and called her several times. No one picks the phone and no reply to my email. I went in person and taked to a supervisor who courteously said someone will call me. None yet. The passport that is probably misdeliverd to someone else, who knows what they are going to do with it now! My travel is in jeopardy, and so is my kids identity. Now calling Passport Center to suspend and reissue. The Pflugerville post office is worthless filled with staff who are not good enough to handle such a great responsibility. Very dad!
I just moved to Austin 2 months ago. This was the closest post office. I was a little surprised at the low reviews, but thought I’d try it anyway. What a PLEASANT surprise. The people were very friendly & helpful to me.JOSEPH was terrific: I had lots of questions, which he answered patiently. He explained the best way for me to send my package. He welcomed me to Austin.I appreciated his help a lot.
I am not sure awful is a strong enough word to describe the rudeness that comes out of the Pflugerville Post Office. I called with a simple request to know what times were available to schedule for a passport. All I could get was Sir you will have to call tomorrow at 10:15 I asked if that was going to be for next week, and with a stronger, more agitated voice all I got was Sir you will have to call tomorrow at 10:15! It was plain to me that I was a bother and should be well versed with US Postal Service protocol and procedures. Sadly this seems to be the norm at this location, the folks behind the counter are not much better. The US Post Office wants to know why they are losing business to private carriers it is because of people like the ones you find in Pflugerville. You are treated with little to no respect, talked to like a vagrant. It is a shame that our US Postal Service is such a joke when it comes to customer service and the only place you can get a passport. Sorry to the few good apples, but the bad ones are bad and overshadow the good.
Ive been calling the post office since 9:03a. It is now 9:22a. I have actually called 10 times and no one has answered the phone. I am at work and have much better things to do than to wait 20+ minutes for someone to answer the phone. This is really bad customer service to say the least. Very disappointing. If I could select 0 stars, I would.
Do not go here at all costs .. the customer service is horrible , they make you buy your own tape to tape your packages, the scales broken to weigh mail, I brought in pants from Uk I had to ship I went to some old Indian guy that worked there and he was so rude. Didn’t help with anything and walked away I went to the next women who helped me but seemed new. The manager isn’t doing a very good job you can tel when you walk in that things are all over he place in chaos. I spent 45 mins just to mail something with no one in line because they were the least bit helpful. When we got there there was an elderly man yelling at them to do their job. Enough said don’t go here
I have three keys to our mail box none of which seem to want to work all of sudden. I spoke to our local carrier about the situation and was told that I could squirt some WD-40 into the lock adn that should fix it, like that is my responsibility or something. I tried calling the Pflugerville Post Office numerous times, with no answer. Meanwhile I havent been able too get my mail. I guess I will have to go to the Post Office to speak to them.
I tried calling to make an appointment for a passport application. Phone rang for a very long time and then just disconnected. This happened 3 times in a row, when I finally spoke with Camilla. She advised me that she can only make appointments for passports at 10:15 on Friday mornings - this is just to schedule an appointment, not the actual appointment itself. Quite possibly the most bizarre and asinine rules I have ever heard of. No wonder the postal service loses money with customer service like this.
So this is a newer bigger facility than most USPS locations. I had a mix up on a package headed to me and expressed my frustration. The counter guys seemed urgent to solve this. They did find my package so I thanked them. I give 4 stars because USPS is not a 5 star operation.
Been here 6 times in the last year. Every time theres an employee that seems to care about their job and be friendly they dont last long and its back to the Grump-a-sauruses.... however the mail delivery lady on my route is one of the sweetest people ever so I guess theres a bit of a balance theyre at least. If you can avoid it do not go to the post office they are the definition of bureaucracy
Our mailbox in our community broke and had to have it fixed, but in the meantime had to pick up our mail at the bluebonnet station. Our mail carrier is a nice man, but the post office he works at is awful!! They were rude, told me I cannot be picking up my mail here all the time and they need to fix my mail box...like freaking duh!! Not to mention they question how long I have been not receiving my mail and when i said its been a week she corrected me and said its been longer...now wait..I think I know how long my mail box has been broken. When I had to speak to the manager I waited and it was like they didnt even tell her I was needing to speak with her. When I did she was short with me. I will not use their services, I will drive many miles for better customer service then to deal with these unprofessional people.
Ive lived in Pville for about 11 years and Ive never had a bad experience at my local Post Office. No matter how late in the day, no matter how hateful the customers, the staff are courteous, friendly and professional. I tell people all the time how much I love my post office. They dont get nearly enough recognition for the hard work they do.Thank you Pflugerville Post Office!
Nice people when you walk in to the Post Office. However, dont bother calling the direct line, they do not answer the phone. If you opt to use the 800 number instead, you can expect to wait from 30 to 40 minutes to get someone to answer your question. I know it is difficult when you dont have all of your staff, and you may not be able to hire more. Oh well.
Took my kid for her passport today... BEST SERVICE EVER, VERY EASY AND FAST PROCESS, AND THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, NICE AND SWEET LADY IS IN CHARGE OF THE PASSPORT APPLICATIONS, and the guys at the mailing line as well, as far as I could see. This facility is a five star for sure.
The Sgt.Bryan Norwood USPS Postal station, in Pflugerville, TX is one of the busiest yet most efficiently managed Post Offices I have ever seen. Well trained and helpfull staff will be able to assist you with your Postal needs in an orderly, proficient military manner, Thanks in large part by Station Supervisor Joseph. This guy is everywhere helping everybody all at thesame time. Picked up my new mailbox keys rather quickly along with a detailed description of the location of my new postal box. Im pleased that the Sgt Bryan Norwood Post Office is is my servicing Post Office.
No wonder the USPS can’t support themselves. They should close their door, permanently. The last time for pickup at this location shows online to be 5:45p. I get there at 5:30 and the time on the box shows 5:00p. It was too late to try to make it to any other location. Thank you USPS for the poor service you guarantee.
Whatever postal person that is covering the mail recently for the neighborhood On The Lakes has to be the worst at their job. I have lost count on how many packages were not delivered to me due to them being delivered to the incorrect address. I just love dealing with the hassle of having to contact the company I pay for due to someone who cannot simply read an address.
My daughter needs a passport and after she looked up what was required we got it all together to head up to the Pflugerville post office to get that taken care of. We double checked hours to make sure they would be open and head up.We get there and the door is closed and dark so we got in line. The lady was rude and when I suggested they post the passport offices at the front door she rolled her eyes at me.Both my husband I and I took time from work to get this taken care of and I dont appreciate her acting like I was putting her out.
I dislike to accept the fact that the city of Pflugerville has an ugly side to it, but if it does...It would be USPS on Heatherwilde. Since I moved from Austin to Pflugerville 10 years ago I had to deal with mediocrity at its best. I stopped going to this post office for a while because I never received a couple of orders from Amazon. I called to speak with the postmaster in a couple of ocasions but this guy/gal is as mediocre as its employees.Today, I went to send a couple of things for my son and as I walked in, the older gentleman that has worked there forever (it could be reason for not being personable, customer service oriented and miserable) told me that they were closed (4:50pm), and of course I figure that I could use self service, so walked myself to self service machine. As I was starting to use the machine, a lady walked in and immediately she was told to hurry up so that they could take care of her. I was so upset, because they denied me service not sure based on what but I could not let them get away with this. Im not the guy that likes to raise his voice but told them from were I was that their customer service sucks and to explain reason for not being able to service me. Gentleman explained that he had not seen his watch when he told me that. Him and two other ladies that work there told that they would take care of me with take it or leave it attitude. I explained politely that damage was already done and I felt insulted by their behavior. Not sure about you, but if something like this happens to someone, that someone would be very annoyed. I should not let this mediocrity get to me, besides they are misearable due to what and how long they have done it and who they work for. They just want others to feel as miserable as they are based on their service to others.I would not even waste my time calling there to speak to postmaster since hes a worst caracter based on the lack of customer service his employees have and they are his/her reflection based on 1.8 star review in Google.USPS should have 1/2 star, not 2 stars in Google until their attitude and customer service changes for the better, maybe someone will pay attention.Shame on you USPS Heatherwilde in Pflugerville!! :-(
I sent important documents through the mail yesterday and today one of my neighbors brought it back to me having found it on them on the ground. There is only one of these and ccopies are not valid. DO NOT TRUST the US postal service with any important documents they simply do not care.
Cong Gao is right, the USPS does not do anything if you request redelivery. It is a failed system run by lazy people who believe that government job is their birthright. They are not going to like it when the Global Debt Ponzi collapses and I vote to default on their pensions...
Worst location. I don’t know the name of the executive served me. She is impatient worst attitude. I don’t know who gave her job here. Should never serve in that location. I would request Usps to take strong action this employee. Did not listen to the concerns showed too much of attitude.
Finally called at the right time, on the right day (Friday after 10:15) and was told to call back next Friday because they were booked for the week. Asked if I could go ahead and book for the week after, and was told no, call back next friday at 10:15. This is impossible. What business only schedules appointments one day a week for the following week only? Unfortunate that all I can do is write this review in protest...Did ask where else I could go to get a passport and the Travis County District Clerk office was suggested. I recommend that, or anywhere else.
On Mon 2/29 I went to my mailbox and found it was open I attempted to lock it but it wouldnt lock I put a note for the carrier to have it fixed well as of Sat 3/5 it still wasnt fixed and of course I have had no mail.I went to the Post Office on Sat 3/5 and spoke to a girl at the counter who was very rude as she told me I had to pay to change the lock when I told her that wasnt happening she went to the back and then told me to wait at the blue door.A woman came and I explained again and she told me there was no charge and that she would have it taken care of on Tues 3/8 but a man behind her told me he would handle it himself and it would be fixed on Mon 3/7 I then asked why the carrier did not report the problem and they did not have an answer.Well it was not fixed on Mon or Tues and no one likes to answer the phone there so I guess I have to lose time at work to handle their screw ups.
Throughout Thursday I had called multiple times because, the office continued to picking up the phone and hanging up right after. after the 5th or 6th try finally got to talk to someone about my package, they told me to call back at 07:30am tomorrow to solve the problem. it is Friday 07:50 their office are closed all day.
As someone who works customer service, if there is one thing I gain from my experiences here, it demonstrates how not treat guests like myself or the majority of others given the reviews. But that is why privately owned logistics better understand needs and is becoming all the most desirable.
The AC has only been halfway functional at this location all summer long. The staff is good but if one of them snaps and burns the place down because they cant take the heat anymore, no one should blame them. Seriously, its over 100° half the summer and yall cant spring for a window unit for these guys? Cruel and unusual.
It takes A LOT to get me frustrated, but when you try to call somewhere more than 50 times in a day, and the phone just rings and rings and no one answers, thats enough to do it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR PHONE SYSTEM?I have a voicemail from an employee there who told me to call you.. am I being pranked here? If I have to drive all the way down there just to get a question answered because you dont have a working phone system, Im going to be furious.
Have had a letter that needs to be picked up in my mailbox for four days now. They will deliver my mail but will not take the letter for whatever reason, no note or anything has been left with an explanation. Called the office several times to get an explanation and no one will answer the phone.
If you’re considering this location for passport applications, let me save you a whole lot of trouble... go to the county tax office instead (they have a passport office on the second floor and they’re wonderful). The Pflugerville post office is the single worst place to go for passports. They have an extremely narrow window for this service and forget it if you want to walk in. They only take 4 walkins a day and furthermore, they’re rude about it all and are very unhelpful and uninformed. Again, head to the Travis County tax office on airport and have yourselves a headache free day.
It’s been 11 days since I visited to get a mailbox lock changed and the lock still hasnt been changed out!!!!!! How many days would they take to change out the lock??? I took a half day off from work yesterday to let them know that the lock hasnt been swapped out and all they told me was “we will leave a note.” What a joke.
Thank you USPS for coming to my house, as well as every other house in the country, everyday for the last 240+ years. Come rain or shine, I know my mail will get to me. It seems like people only want to complain on here so I thought I would remind some that you all work hard everyday of your lives, blood sweat and tears go into getting that Mail out. So again, and whole heartedly, thank you.
Worst Experience ever trying to get an appt for a passport. Called at 9am to be told only make appts at 10:30. I have now been calling for ONE HOUR straight and number constantly busy as if phone is off the hook. Tried calling two weeks prior and they were all booked up by mid afternoon. They need a new a process, this one does not work!
Zero customer service. Clearly just getting the job done, and no incentive to help people. ...... update: 4 months later and still Pflugerville has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet. Rude clerks, machine systems down, out of forms, etc. Sorry to say, but a pathetic excuse for a post office.
BEWARE seekers of a passport that even though the website CLEARLY STATES there are WALK-IN hours from 8am to 1pm to process an application for a passport, they claim at the counter to ONLY take appointments (which turned away not only myself, but the woman in front of me trying to process her passport paperwork, yet took the woman in front of us). It is infuriating to have all the paperwork ready and documents gathered and photo taken and printed out to the specifications and take time off of work to complete the process only to be turned away. If the website states WALK-IN hours they should have walk-in hours!!!!! // Also- mailed an important document to the court on a Thursday with tracking, was told it would arrive on Saturday and it took a week to arrive!! A piece of mail going from one PO to another PO only a few miles away taking a week is unacceptable!!! Itd take less time if I walked it there from Pf to Austin. ** SO, NOTE TO OTHERS LOOKING TO GET A PASSPORT- MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!** would have been nice to know this in advance that they do not honor their websites claim of walk-in hours
Trying to give em a call to ask a simple question after dealing with the general number and dealing with answering machines. I called several times and it rung until the line died due to no one answering. Finally after about 7-8 calls they answer but quickly put me hold 😂 it’s clear they don’t want to do their jobs here.
The mail man delivered my package to the wrong address and after many run arounds.I came to the actual post office and their answer is “the mail carrier is very familiar with your apartment complex,so he did deliver your mail but it didn’t have an apartment number on it so he probably knows you.”I don’t know how that makes sense I recently moved here, but I’m more upset that I spent all that money to have something delivered and this USPS doesn’t try to fix the wrong they did and the sender will not send me another package because it was mis delivered.
Impossible to get in touch with them via the phone OR the fax.....Tried 4 times for each on 09/21 and 09/22 and all the phone line did was transfer me to the operator which meant it rang 15 times and then hung up on me, and when I attempted to fax them all I received back was a No Answer each time...What the heck is wrong with this place ??? Just so sad that were in the year 2018 and the USPS is still in like the 1970s or something and blows off customers that arent physically in front of them....Just despise the lack of customer service !!!!
I am disappointed in the telephone customer service.I have called on numerous occasions today with no one answering other than an automated voice. If you have no intention to service phone customers then dont make it available to the public.I am 70 years old. I shouldnt have to come out in 100 degree heat to the post office because no one will answer their phone.
Dont understand how they can have such rude people in management, customer service sucks!!! Just because Im not from the same ethnic group dont mean you can treat me any type of way!! Mr Red head please take some type of customer service training because your attitude is just disgusting!!!

2022-05-10Its sad to say, but the USPS may end up going out of business. I guess they think because this is a service thats been around as long as America has been a country that they cant be replaced. But, you cant just abuse good hard working ppl & get away with it. Eventually your bad behavior will catch up with you. That said, Im afraid to use USPS cause something is wrong. Something is very wrong. My packages keep getting lost in transit or disappear, or end up in someone elses box. I complained but no one has reached out to me. And I went up to the actual office. I mean, its just so sad. I aim to NOT use the USPS. I hope you dont either🙁

2022-06-23We have been going to your post office to pick up our mail for the last 4 months. We received notification from HOA one month ago that mailboxes are ready and that we should pick up the key at your location (Pflugerville). However, I have received conflicting stories from your staff and I still dont have any mailbox key. I have come pick up mail during my lunch hour as we both work full time. Can you please let me know what is causing the delay?

2021-11-09This post office is so much better than any I have come across anywhere in the United States. The staff are always helpful and never push you/your request to someone else. They are up to date about the latest postal policies across the world and that is crucial when you are mailing internationally. Service is quick and efficient. Never have I had to spend more than 10 minutes to get my work done. Definitely one of the best.

2022-01-30Dont expect much service going to a post office, but the person helping me at this place still managed to do worse than that. I was dropping off a package for someone else and wanted a receipt. Received a whole passive aggressive lecture on how I had to just throw it in some dumpster because it was prepaid. When I mentioned I wanted a receipt he pointed out some self service machine, which I didnt know could be used for larger packages. Im not exactly a USPS regular or something. Apparently its a huge deal to scan and print a receipt, something that took maybe 20 seconds.

2021-12-25I dont know why I assumed there would be some sort of stamps only line but there isnt. Ill know next time that you have to stand in the regular line if you want more than $100 of stamps. Even if you want $100 or less of stamps, be aware that their automatic service machine may not be working properly. They could have earned a 5 star review if they just had a no limit, stamps only option. It could be a separate line or a machine but theyve chosen not to do that. Maybe no one buys stamps in person anymore?

2022-02-16Even with a long line, and overhearing some crazy requests, I had a great experience with the woman who helped me get the proper postage on a variety of letters. It was a wait, but the service was quick and polite.

2022-06-136/13/2022 Unfortunately Im making yet another bad review about this Post Office! They lost my package last Saturday saying it was delivered at 6pm. Really? Dont think PO stays open until 6pm Sat. I had to go up to the PO Monday and then only to be told it was delivered to one of my neighbors and to file a claim. I have lived at the SAME address for 7 years and yet they put my package in a neighbors mailbox. Unbelievable! Luckily one of my neighbors was very honest and placed my package on my porch today. It was jewelry so I was very lucky NO thanks to Pflugerville PO who cant even read the address and deliver the mail correctly. Does anyone know if I can request that my mail go to a different PO? There is actually one closer to me than this one but its in a different city. Just tired of the hassle with Pflugerville. Hope no one else has this issue but looking at these reviews it appears its an ongoing issue. The Post Master General really needs to do an investigation as to why there is such an issue with lost and misdelivered mail/packages at this one location. Most employees are very rude alsoMy packages have been missing for over 11 days. The Pflugerville Post Office lost them but the mail carrier logged then as delivered when they were NOT delivered. I had to file a formal complaint with the Post Master General because 7 packages and mail were missing from July 20th - July 24th. After filing the complaint I received a rude phone call from Supervisor Vanessa telling me to come pick up my packages before they returned to sender. When I arrived today Vanessa has a bad attitude and says she doesnt appreciate me making a complaint against the PO or her mail carrier. Vanessa is rude, uneducated, and doesnt know how to deal with customer complaints. She is a Karen at the post office and she should be FIRED immediately. I just wanted my packages delivered and really didnt want to deal with Vanessa or her attitude. How did this person become a supervisor? She is the most unprofessional postal employee I have ever encountered. If you dont like your job Vanessa, find a new one.

2022-01-24They destroyed my package and now Ive lost the money from my purchase. I was never left a note to come pick it up at the office nor notified that they couldnt deliver it. I informed them that their parcel lockers are broken and they continue to use it. This is the worst post office Ive ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would

2022-01-20One of the worst USPS office I already went. After almost 20 minutes on the line, the lady refused give the receipt for a prepaid Priority package because the office has an automate machine. I explained that I already have problem with the machine when a package was lost by USPS and even I had a receipt from that automatic machine, as they didnt find the package, they couldnt refund me because I could not have sent the package - from that day on I never left packages without getting a receipt and I didnt even use the automatic machine.

2022-03-05Horrible experience we literally got lectured by some lady that was there obviously she doesnt want to be there or work there. me and other customers there were in awe of how we got talked to. We were all there for the first time and weve never sent out packages and she rudely told us we were in the wrong line and there was a machine that would do this for us and that it was very self-explanatory but in a very rude way like if we were stupid Ill never go back to that place.
