Many deliveries never come when Amazon ships to The Willis Post Office. My son really wanted that skateboard. Thanks for losing it. Also, no one was bnlocking my home for you to not deliver to me yesterday. That was a lie. Maybe you will find a way to steal yet another package.
Friendliest staff I have run across at a post office in a long time. Line moved efficiently. Not a big place, but offers full service and a large parking lot on the side.
I had a wedding to go to today and I overnight shipped a dress. Just to find out the mailman is completely lazy and never delivered my package or mail. Can’t go to the wedding and I’m going first thing in the morning to report fraud. Unprofessional and lazy y’all are.
I live in the Katy area, my hour commute to this location was completely worth it. Everyone was super nice. Keisha helped me with my passport. It’s good to see that great customer service still exists. I totally recommend this location for passport services.
Unprofessional, lazy, and with no respect for an individuals belongings , wouldn’t go check in the back for packages and drivers don’t get off to drop packages even when we’re home.
Postmaster is trash he lies to customers. Then once confronted he will hide behind his employees to say he is not there and basically wont talk to you 8 months now still no mail service we are writing our local Congress today
Very bad customer service, person at the counter would not even acknowledge i was there until i said something, he responded in the rudest way possible. I arrived early for my appointment and they didnt help me for a while. I was sitting there wasting time, dont recommend going there.
I ALWAYS get my packages from amazon and fedex, on June 1st, a package was delivered to my front porch/door and yet no box in sight. Really!? My grandparents were home and they said no box had been dropped off.
I pay for amazon prime monthly. Ups or fedex usually delivers my packages or they did at previous address. The person who delivered 1 out of 2 packages to me yesterday evening said they were going send back my packages(that are to be left on my door step at MY address) if I didn’t set up my mailbox. (I actually went that morning and set it up) They were rude and had an attitude. Also when I went to get the Key to my mailbox I had to PAY them to change a lock. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with anymore issues. I’m expected to have 2 more packages delivered today
Staff is very friendly and helpful! They go out of your way to meet your needs and offer wonderful customer service. I appreciate how they ask if you need additional services such as stamps. I NEVER remember to buy stamps, so this always saves me a trip. I recently rented a PO Box. The employee who helped me was very patient and answered all of my questions and then some! Transitioning to a new town can be difficult, so this was a stop I was happy to make! Thank you!
If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Our delivery person has now lost three packages in one week. Despite a supposed confirmation of delivery nothing was delivered. The workers at the post office were no help at all. They only continued to say that it says it was delivered. If that was the case it would have been in my box. Instead of trying to find out what happened they simply said we should ask for a new delivery from the business.

Supervisor is rude. Moved into new house in December 2020Been going to pick mail up from post office,cause they claim they are short staff and cant come key mail box. Everytime I ask about key am given excuse, rather short staff, too many homes built, or the snow storm.
From the horrible experience I had at the Conroe Post Office to traveling 9 miles up the road to the Willis Post Office the experience was night and day. Scott took care of my son and I with nothing but professionalism! He worked through his break to help us expedite our passports as quickly as possible and I am going to be driving to Willis to handle my mail from now on!
Everyday my mail comes to my address, packages, letters etc... everyday, but today the post office decided not to deliver my package, which by the way is small enough to fit in the mailbox, like all my other mail does. No reason for post office to say this is the wrong address. My package left the post office at 845am and at 940am the postal carrier coded package bad address. Our president wants to let the PO go out of business, he might be on to something
Very nice employees. These folks are very knowledgeable and helpful. I never have to wait to long. Been there when it was really busy and the employees keep things moving very efficiently without being rude. They keep the place tidy also. The carriers dont mess up the routes and are very nice.
Rude staff. Wouldn’t recommend going there. I would rather wait in line all day at the Conroe USPS location than coming here again.
One of the employees here apparently lacks a brain. EVERYTIME I go in there I get stuck with him and he acts like he has no idea what I’m talking about then tries to correct me. He got frustrated with me this time about wearing a mask?! If I could go in there one time without being treated like a child by this “man” that’d be great. Get better employees.
Literally told by Scott, USPS employee working in the office, that USPS does not usually hand packages directly to recipients over the counter, and we cannot locate your package anyway. Your best bet is to go home and hope it gets found and delivered. An absolute disgrace to the postal system.
If you want a post office who will deliver your stuff to the wrong house. Leave your stuff in the parcel locker then give someone else the key. Shove things in your mail to the point where the integrity of the package is gone, then I got the post office for you. If I could give negative stars I would. It would be MINUS 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!
I went to send my letter this morning and staff in the post office are very friendly and courteous! It is limited space with lots of customers this morning, but post office staff’s positive attitude helps it go smoothly. Highly recommend! 😁

We just left here - this is the best post office My husband and I have been to. Keisha there works on Saturdays - she was very accommodating, polite, and made us feel secure that our passports would come back in time. The entire staff was welcoming. Highly recommend this office.

RUDE RUDE RUDE staff!! They can deliver our mail but cant seem to deliver our packages because No such address. I recieved an email stating they returned to sender bc their was no such address, so I went to post office only to be told that the package was delivered and they dont know why I got an email saying it wasnt delievered. Stupid incompetent people, if it was delievered I wouldnt be here at the post office!!!!! I will be filing a complaint for stolen mail by YOUR employee if the sender does not receive their package back
WORST POST OFFICE IVE EVER DELT WITH. Constantly loses packages and checks. Neighbors on ANOTHER STREET are always delivering my mail since the post man cant do it properly and delivers it to another address. When calling to make a complaint, I was on hold for over an hour. Im considering moving just to get away from this post office.
The Postmaster seems lazy, has no consideration for his employees. Government work is the same no matter what the job. Always someone in charge who sucks at their job and somehow never gets fired or replaced.
Called the new caney post office to ask a question about passports got put on hold for over 20 minutes just for somebody to get back on the phone and put me back on hold for another 10 minutes before i hung up. called the will post office and was quickly greeted by a wonderful lady who withing a couple minutes quickly found the answer to my question. When i get ready to officially go do my passport, even though new caney is alot closer to me, i will make a sacrifice to go to the willis post office just cause i LOVED how quickly and nicely they took care of me. This a cry for help. In my neighborhood we have central mailboxes in three posts with package containers below. The package container on the far left has a key that does not work consistently - sometimes I can open it after many tries and sometimes not. I now have a package I cant get to. Please do not use this package container unless all the others are full. Or fix the lock/key.
Just moved to this area from the Northwest part of Houston. I put my mail coming to my new place on hold here while we finish up the mailbox setup.I came in today (Monday about 12:30 pm) to pick up my items. The gent at the counter threw me completely by surprise. I may have seen him once before to turn in my hold mail form but other than that he didnt know me from Adam. Still he greeted me like he was honestly happy to see me.I stood like a deer in the headlights, wondering if this was some kind of country joke 😀 But nope, he was sincere and I had my items in a flash. The lady customer standing at the station next to me chuckled at my reaction.Hope they sort out the issues that lead people to leave one-star ratings. The service I saw today was outstanding.
Lost my package that had GOLD JEWELRY in it and lost my $40 phone case. Currently battling to find out if they will take responsibility. Ran me off and Said to give them a few days and they will call me if they find out.
Person in the front counter was very rude. I called ahead to ask about getting my passport and the man on the phone said I didnt need an appointment, when I got there the lazy lady that was there said it was only by appointment and didnt help me.
Had an appointment for our family passports today with Scott. Process was quick and easy thanks to him.
The mail is mis-delivered all the time in Lake Conroe Hills. Also even after posting a note to my box the door is left hanging open so mail is wet
This post office is HORRIBLE. I have requested a redelivery everyday for the past FOURTEEN days and nobody has shown up here yet. They keep saying this isnt a secure location to leave a package. THIS IS A BUSINESS how much more secure can you get??? LAZY LAZY LAZY!

2022-01-31Horrible, whomever was the USPS delivery person is. You are failing at your job and should be retrained on ringing the doorbell vs leaving a slip in the community mailbox as an attempt you tried to deliver to my home. Not one slip but two where left on two different days. How can all the other USPS drivers deliver items to my door that requires signature ring the door bell or leave the slip on the door. The tracking number you left on the slip does not work so how am I able to schedule a redelivery??

2022-04-24I ordered a package through Mercari, and the seller somehow altered the pre-determined shipping labels, so the package ended up down the street at a neighbors. The seller also shipped the complete wrong (much lesser valued) items instead, so its evident that I was working with a crooked Seller on Mercari.Anyways... the Willis USPS went above and beyond to retrieve the package and the Manager delivered to my house personally (before we knew it was a crooked Seller). Amandas efforts were sincere and professional, to remedy the situation. Turns out it wasnt even the USPSs fault. Im blown away by her efforts. Thank you so much for simply taking the time to help. I wish I could do more than just leave a 5-star review. Truly appreciated.

2022-07-02So far Im not impressed, multiple times my mail has been put into the neighbors mail box and thats only *IF* they are kind enough to deliver it to me.Ive had a credit card Ive had to cancel and get resent twice now and it still hasnt been delivered but the statements do? How does that work?My wife found her birthday gift letter ripped open when we retrieved it from the mailbox, which one of your employees are pilfering the mail?I know youre federally operated but there needs to be some standards I get with our ridiculous 5k tax bill from the government.

2022-03-14OMG ANSWER THE PHONE. The mail person in my neighborhood is dropping packages in random mail boxes and the neighbors are having to drive around delivering each other packages. JUST QUIT if you dont want to work there. PLEASE! I receive things that I need to LIVE and Im having to wait for the mercy of a neighbor to realize they have my package. I am begging here.

2021-10-30I cant believe I am writing this about a US Post Office. Almost always a true to the Post Office is met with frustration associated with a slow and rude customer service experience.Not in Willis. The people there are cheerful, and very helpful. Its as if they like their jobs at this location. This should be a model for the other locations to follow.

2021-07-08I have been getting adverts in mail just fine which i did not request but NUMEROUS IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS & packages are not arriving... Which is the reason i have a mailbox. I dont have a mailbox for adverts. Also, when Amazon uses USPS we have delivery issues. When Amazon uses other, everything seems fine.Also they dont answer phone calls.What is going on USPS?Honestly, i agree with the politicians that think the post office should be let go, and replaced.

2021-10-06This is by far the best post office Ive ever been to. Yes, the wait was long, but everyone was so nice and so apologetic. I left documentation there and they mailed it to me when I couldnt go back and get it. Everyone there deserves a raise!

2021-01-18I wrote a great review of the Willis post office back in May, but all the good will built on that day has been systematically torn apart by the horrible mail and package delivery Ive endured since then.I pay a hefty price for Amazon Prime. I expect 2-day delivery and thats what I get, UNLESS they decide to hand a package off to USPS. I am forced to go pick packages up from the post office when they do that.What really burns me up is that Amazon reports that delivery was attempted because the postal service LIES and tells them that. The fact is, however, that I check my security camera and nobody approaches my door the entire day.I am disabled and I work, full-time, from home. I dont have anyone close by that can go to the post office for me. If I have to go, I have to do without lunch to have time to get there, wait in line and get back home. And then I have to nurse the injuries caused by the walking and driving.I will be filing a formal complaint. I have begged Amazon not to use USPS to no avail. Next time, instead of calling I will put it in writing. This whole situation is unreasonable and very upsetting.EDIT: I put in a formal complaint with USPS and finally got a call from Amanda saying she needed tracking information to find my package. Of course there is no package at this time... I just want all packages delivered. I called her back today and the guy that answered seemed nice, asked me to hold for Amanda and laid the phone down. I about a minute he came back and asked me to please keep holding; that Amanda would be right there, laying the phone down again. After several minutes, somebody came by and hung the phone up. I immediately called back and had it ring continuously until the fast busy kicked in. IF I COULD RATE THE POST OFFICE AS A ZERO, I DEFINITELY WOULD.

2021-01-27Had a new debit card delivered, after waiting 10 days (as per bank delivery) the envelope was completely open !! I am now ordering another new card because I don’t trust that whoever blatantly opened it not to have stolen the card info. I wish I could share the pictures of the envelope but it’s not giving me the option. So a big F you to the mail person who delivers mail to walnut cove. Our boxes are locked so I know it wasn’t one of my crack head neighbors !
