Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in other cities:
Very disappointed in this place! Staff was not attentive at all and the place was in need of serious maintenance! The bathrooms were nasty and trash everywhere. You could tell the staff didn’t care at all as they were all just on their phones instead of taking care of guests. There was no staff making sure to keep a safe environment for all ages. Even far more disturbing and gross was young teenagers engaging in explicit activities!!! 😡As a parent of young children I want a safe and fun environment for my kids to play; this however was far from it!!! Will not be going back here and would strongly recommend no one with young children either!!!
Favorite Trampoline Park. Rarely crowded and easy way to burn off energy for kids and adults alike. They have a lot of sanitary stations and good staff. It is also an easy place to book a Birthday Party. They also are proactive on calling back and verifying your order.
This place was very dark and chaotic. Big kids were wild and mixed with smaller kids no staff monitoring the areas. It was very difficult to keep an eye on my 3 and 5 year old they split directions quick and I lost one for a sec which was concerning because no one monitoring the doors or even checking if parents are leaving with the right kids. Aside from that my kids along with many others were trapped on the side of one of the one of the jumping areas it was very scary a man jumped in and pulled them all out quickly and one of the kids were hurt (attached photo from another review of someone wedged on the side of the jumper) It is not safe and I hope they look into fixing or removing that jumper all together. My kids had fun at the expense of my anxiety keeping up with them and being trapped and could have been hurt. I would not recommend this place. If you do go watch your kids very closely and avoid the bouncer pictured. Beware of the dark tunnels they climb into not only is it hard to see them in there but there were small kids crying in there and parents no where to be found I helped a little girl out. Just not a good experience at all.
Erin M, disrespectful, petty, unprofessional facilitator of fun. Unsure if she was already having a bad day but her attitude is unacceptable, especially in location designed for small children. The facility was clean and maintained, we had a slight issue with party table but the manager was super sweet and got things back on track very quickly. Every place has bad eggs and bad days. Been here once before and had a delightful time during that visit. Thats why Im giving 4 stars. Hopefully Erin M isnt there for any of our future visits.
My family had a ok time the problem was we had smaller children in our group ages 3-6 and bigger kids kept trampling on them. At other trampoline parks I’ve taken my kids to they have ppl on the floors looking out for the kids safety and making sure they don’t have food and drinks on the trampolines. This location does not have that and there were a lot of teenagers just sitting around blocking different areas and leaving food and drinks all over the place. It seemed more like it was a teenage hang spot then a place for smaller kids.
I love taking the kids here, but this time we had a birthday party. For what a party costs, you shouldnt have to track down someone to find out anything. The staff are more interested in playing basketball and in each other, rather than helping the customers. Very disappointing experience.
The hostess was Mia for most of our grandsons party! What a joke for what they charge to have a party there. She couldnt even stay in the party room for the 30 freaking minutes that she was supposed to serve pizza, drinks, and cake! No table runner..very disorganized and apparently would rather mess around with one of the make employees and a wheelchair
We had a great time and will definitely come back!!! The manager Nivea was such a blessing!!! She stepped in and took over the booking due to a misunderstanding!!! Followed through and even came in on her day off to make sure everything went smooth (which it did) Our party host Megan never missed a step!!! She made sure we never went without!!! Thank u for making this a great experience!!!
Seems like the good reviews are the only reviews who get a response from corporate? All the bad reviews get no response.? I was really thinking about having a party this coming weeknd but based on these reviews about teenagers runing the show and people being told they can only ride ziplines once. Yea maybe il look up other places for kids with better reviews.
Do not go here. This is a trash & worst place to go to with your kids. The place looks like a joke & the employees are some teenagers giving out false information & making you purchase the membership even for younger babies. Very dirty place & unhygienic. You need to do better urban air trampoline.
This place was so much fun to have a birthday party at!! Everyone was super attentive and kept us on track. We could all jump as long as we wanted even after we were done with our room. The pizza was some of the best pizza weve had at at birthday party. For everything you get I would say the price is extremely reasonable. I highly recommended having a party here!
Took my three children and my two brothers to Urban Air and we had a BLAST! From zip lining to rock climbing to jumping on the trampolines, there’s something to do for everyone. We stayed for two full hours and we definitely will be back! Great music and very fun atmosphere.
Very cool place kids can play all day. They have nice rooms for parties and the facility is clean. The food is typical snacks chips, popcorn, etc including adult beverages . The music was kinda loud on top of all the already screaming kids. The pricing is misleading , they advertise a price then require you to use their specific socks. NOT all altitude locations have this requirement.
We went with friends to Urban Air in Bedford on an early Saturday afternoon to get the kids out of the house on hot autumn day. The staff was friendly and we had a ton of fun playing on all the trampolines, slides, rock wall, and ninja course, and indoor play set. There are height requirements for the ropes course and zip line, so little ones under 48 inches don’t get to do those alone. You do also have to purchase special socks for $2.50 a pair, but they are high quality reusable socks. If you come regularly, the sock are no big deal. We got there around 12:30 and the place was not crowded at all, but by the time we were leaving a little after 2:00pm, the line to get in was out the door.Even though we had a ton of fun, there were two negatives in our experience. The first was a minor inconvenience, but the second is a BIG deal to me:1. The credit card machine for the personal lockers was broken. Unless you had cash, you could not rent a locker to store your personal belongings. When I asked a staff member for another option to securely store my purse, keys and phone, I was told there was no other option.2. The is no way to track who is leaving with children. If my young daughter had gotten out of my eyesight, anyone could have grabbed her and walked out of the facility. Like other facilities, there needs black light stamps to match young kids & parents and a checkpoint at the exit confirm the kids are leaving with the correct adult. We had a great time and left thoroughly exhausted. It a great way to get exercise. It is a fun experience and we will probably go again soon. #UrbanAirnBedford #lfthx #organicad.
Their staff needs to improve it took them an hour to give me my food all the teenagers working there on their phones all the time and serving alcohol. It didn’t used to be like that. We take our kids there for fun not to deal with other kids/teenagers working there. It’s an awesome place but the staff most of them they don’t care about the job you can tell
I cant believe this place has so much stuff! There are a variety of activities to do. Even for the big kids. I had a great time with my girlfriend and we made memories. I recommend everyone to try this out. There is zip line but does cost extra but everything else is sooooo good. You might tire yourself out and get a days worth of Exercise.
We decided to try this place during thanksgiving week as it was near the house and convenient. Upon entering we saw the girls at the counter sitting their on their phones and carrying on with their friends who were behind the counter. We weren’t able to buy tickets at the kiosk and were talked to from a distance and informed that we needed to buy tickets from them after checking in for a “party” because they had new rates. We came in 2 hours before closing and were offered no discount from their “new” rates. After check in, we were told of the new “thanksgiving week rates” which were price gauging for the holiday week by over 20%, and received an apathetic attitude and barely any focus from their phones. Didn’t see an adult manager anywhere. After check in, there were unaccompanied kids running everywhere as apparently this was a daycare for parents during Thanksgiving week. There were a variety of areas that were roped off and broken, and there was little attention given to keeping the trampoline areas clean (there was a bunch of loose candy in one of the tramp areas). All in all, if you have another choice, I would select it. There hasn’t been much done to improve this place since we visited there previously 2 years prior. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because my kids had fun.
NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! I have called and called and keep getting the run around by this immoral company. I signed up to take five children to our nearest UA (44 miles from my home) in February of 2021. Today, December 14 2021, I realize I have been getting billed EVERY SINGLE MONTH in the amount of $91!!! I have been on hold for 35 minutes currently only to be told there is nothing they can do about refunding no my money (March-December @ $91.00 per month = $910!!!). Ashley also proceeds to tell me that I still have 2 months more to pay to complete my 12 month membership for a trip we took ONE TIME! Left on hold, nothing but excuses being made, Ashley’s supervisor is too busy to talk! I repeat, DO NOT give them a dime of your hard earned money. Sales tactics are immoral at best and customer service is some of the worst I have ever been privy too. I am now contacting the BBB and I am also contacting my financial institution to find my best course of action to get reimbursed from these crooks.I am still on hold waiting for “Ashley’s” supervisor! What a joke this entire situation is!
Havent been since 2019. My daughter didnt enjoy herself as the employee working the zip line refused to let her ride several times though others seem to contunue to. The food service area seemed like they didnt know what they were doing, I ordered a family pack w/2 pizzas and they got the order incorrectly. I was given a buzzed for nachos then went back after not receiving a notification th ask what was the hold up and another employee said they should have just made them right after ordering. Needless to say we wont be back. Just wasnt a good experience
Normally I have a great experience but today wasnt a good day. My son was jumping in a section I refer to as slam ball trampolines, and he cut his foot wide open. Other patents told me , they saw a Worker with a power drill attempting to fix the screws that were popping out of the trampolines in that area. Parents and children from my group came to me to tell me that my son was injured. I finally saw my son and his injury and there wasnt 1 worker over the age of 21 (by appearance) and I didnt even speak to a manager or supervisor. One worker wrapped my sons foot (pictured) and then told him to get off the table and Walk on his foot to see how it feels! Are you kidding me!Itll be a long time before I come back to this location again. The person doing the report admitted that Urban Air was at fault.
Lot to do here. Stuff for kids to be physically active besides just jumping. Staff was friendly on the most part and being kids thats not the case alot. Would like to see something different where th big blue blow up mat is.. maybe that can be the 7 under area cuz room outside it for alil baby small child stuff. But kids had blast here more than one n southlake
I visited this location last weekend on a Friday. Naturally it was busy with kids. I left my alcoholic drink along with my child’s drink unattended. Mike the manager was doing such a great job in the kids best interest and threw my drinks out. I addressed him upset at first and after hearing him out completely understood. He also replaced both drinks for free. ☺️
Great place for a birthday party. The attractions were fun. I bought the basic party from Groupon but I added everything so the kids wouldn’t be disappointed that they couldn’t play on every attraction. We had a ball. The kids did not want to leave. Our party host was very attentive and nice. People will sit at your table that you paid for. that’s the only thing I didn’t like. The pizza was good. We will be back and next time we are staying til it closes 😃
The staff here is SO AWESOME! this place is so fun. We hosted my girls birthday party here. They dont allow outside food, other than cake. So we ordered pizza from their kitchen. It was surprisingly good too. If you host a party here, I suggest you do it during the week and a bit before closing. (8pm) so that you can have more time to jump. Its so much fun when you have your friends and family join. We had a great time! Wed consider doing a party here again! The party pack also comes with plates, forks, water bottles, scratch offs, party host and balloons. We love it so much here!
I had a bad experience at this Urban Air branch. My daughter got injured and no manager or anybody came to help when I asked for a wheelchair. They just looked on as if nothing had happened. As I was heading out to run my daughter to ER, someone asked if I wanted to make an incident report, but all I cared about was my daughters well being first, at least they have cameras.. Even though I signed a waiver, at least there should have been some good customer service. Show empathy!
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS LOCATION!!! They are very unprofessional, kids are not supervised by staff. My 9 year old son was bullied by multiple kids between 12-18 years old kids in their dodgeball arena. My son came home hurt crying, I called to file a complaint, one of the managers hung up on me. I called back to talk to the manager again, I was transferred to the General Manager. When the General manager came to the phone he was very arrogant and rude, did not want to listen to my complaints, he thought I was asking for a refund. He did not even apologize or offer an explanation to prevent something like that from happening again, instead he said it is impossible to keep an eye on the kids at all the time while at their facility. This is ridiculous!!!
We dropped our 11 year old daughter and our 11 year old friend off there got a phone call 1 hour later to come pick them up because a little boy kept touching them on their breast And made them feel uncomfortable they kept following the girls and would not leave them alone. This place needs better supervision
I bought the membership today, the experience was horrible. Employees made feel pretty bad my 8 years old son because he had stuck in the rope and it wasnt his fault, the girl in charge of that game was laughing at him and embarrassed him in front of others kids. The others games that you need the Ultimate pass were closed for several minutes due the Employees were eating on the place without having break
It started out so well we were having a lot of fun but further inspecting this facility I found that the cushions they didnt look very sanitary also the balls they were not very sanitary and the day after we left there we all ended up sick we had a new strain of cold going around and that was the only place that we had went so if you going to go do not get in the balls and do not get in the cushion fight and go early less people other than that we might go again with those exceptions
Fun for the kids age 5-10years age maybe 11&12... the Only problem is most of the table was reserved and the table that wasnt which were a few tables it was dirty and other people had they item on the table which was babysitting the table for them.Less reserve partys .2 private area reserve understandable, 8 long tables 6 of them were resever, 3 small tables by the food court seats 4 were babysitting by items
My family has gone to the urban air in Arlington before so we decide to try this one because of a groupon but clearly it was a waste of money. Almost every worker was in this small break room, and you could just tell it no one was really sanitizing anything. There was no one supervising any of the “attractions” either. If I could give 0 stars I would but the guy at the front seemed to be the only one actually doing his job and he was nice so kudos for that at least .
Staff is great and overall we had a good time. It is fairly expensive for what you get and was really crowded. Several other guests were really rowdy and not following rules and nearly jumped on smaller kids several times. Staff didnt moderate their behavior at all which was concerning as it would be easy to get hurt if you dont follow the guidelines.
We drove an hour just to go to an Urban Air thats not completely overcrowded just to get there and they dont open until 3. Online its says 10am-8pm. You should really be aware of your business hours to prevent this from happening to anyone else. My kids cried all the way home..
This was by far one of the cleanest and most organized and well ran venues. Me and my family have been to many from arlington to fort worth and the experience was never this much fun and enjoyable not only for me lol but my kids. The basketball rims were kid sizes only which was a plus and the set up we felt was just so much better. I have a 16,15,10,7 year olds and the LOVED it... The wings were also great just like the customer service BEDFORD YOU ROCK!!!!
I took my four kiddos, ages range 3 to 11 years-old. All four kids had a blast. There was so much for them to do. I definitely recommend the Ultimate Attractions ticket. The staff was really awesome. Very friendly and attentive. They interacted with the children very well.I convinced my kids to leave peacefully by promising we’d go back soon so I guess that means we plan to be repeat customers!
Urban Air is a great place to take young kids to get their energy out. At a decent cost, they can jump for hours or play dodgeball. Im only giving this place 4 stars because of cleanliness. I know it is very difficult to keep trampolines clean, and assume they are doing the best they can. Overall, I had a really great experience.
How does this place even have 4.5 stars? Its chaotic, no temp checks at the door, packed and theres little to staff on the floor ensuring that kids are playing safe and staying safe. The staff is made up entirely of young teens that arent helpful in the least. You go to order food, and feel like youre being a bother when simply trying to order food. Our stuff was literally moved from a table to a cubbie w/o our knowledge, because apparently that table was reserved for a party. Then why wasnt that table labeled reserved? With everything thats going on you really think its acceptable to touch customers belongings? Definitely wouldnt be back, probably wouldnt even visit other locations if this is the norm. Pretty disappointed in the overall experience.
Concession staff let a bunch of kids cut in front of me when i was waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. Unsupervised kids everywhere breaking the safety rules. Big kids in the tubes that were for 9 and under...climbing up the slides. I even had children I didnt know come up to me and beg for money. This was our first time here and I dont think we will be back. The guy up at the front was really nice. This one star can be for him.UPDATE 12/10/20: I emailed them on August 9th and nobody has followed up with me in any way shape or form. Not a good look. They respond to these bad reviews like they care about what happened to you and the fact that my kid wasnt safe from the second we walked in until we left.
This is my families second tome coming to this location. We went this first time for a birthday party and this time just as a family. This time around I was able to actually interact with the employees and see how they react and listen to the customer. They were very knowledgeable and attentive. Of course there are things (children) the facility has no control over, so it cant be held against them. We had an amazing time and I look forward to going back.
This place is so cool for kids. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I bought tickets on Groupon for the basic package but it was so easy to upgrade and let them have access to the whole play area. You do have to buy their socks in order to jump but it was just $2.50 each. The waiver process was nice and easy. There were plenty of staff members around working the area. I’ll definitely bring the kiddos back again. There was something for all ages...my kids range from 10 to 3 and they all had a good time.
We nearly avoided this place because of all the poor ratings. We decided to take a chance because our grandsons love trampoline arcades and they had an awesome summer deal. We had a good experience. The check in process was simple. The staff at the entry as well as snack bar were very friendly and professional. While the place was crowded, the boys had ample access to everything.
This place is always clean and fun! And there is sooo much to do. It has a club vibe with good music and neat lights. Perfect for a night out, with or without kids. During this particular visit we had a little miscommunication between the website and the actual facility. BUT the manager stepped in and made everything perfect. My little family appreciated the care he showed to us as customers. We have been here before and will definitely be back many more times. My little one always has a blast and sleeps SO good after a night out jumping. Thanks for that Urban Air.

My daughters went to a birthday party this past weekend. It was busy but manageable to get around. The hostess was greeting all of the party guests at the front. Soon after we arrived to the tables, the hostess did not show up much at all. The pizza ran very late, and the hostess did not come around to keep things running smoothly. The father of the child having the party finally said something to the manager and the hostess and the lack of assistance at the tables. The kids had a good time...the issue was some of the parents left with their children because it was taking so long to start the party.Pizza was good!
Lots of teenagers working everything, fist fight broke out between kids while we were there. My son also cut his foot open on one of their trampolines and when we asked for a first aid kit no one could tell us where one was. We eventually got a band aid given to us. My son had six stitches last night. My kids always have fun when we come but last night was a mess. Check and make sure all your springs are covered. It is part of maintaining your park!
This place has turned to trash. Very sad to see it so run down. The prices are still sky high and the attractions are all worn down and some broken and not in use. There are a bunch of workers, but not any of them actually working or monitoring anything. Sad to see for a place my kids used to love to come.
I sure wish they had adults in management positions here. I rented the park out for my daughters birthday and saying I was underwhelmed is an understatement. I felt like I had to constantly hunt down our host to ask for wristbands, ask for socks, to unlock the door, to turn the music on, to turn the TVs on (I have them a USB for a slideshow and they just turned the TVs off instead), etc. There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms and we had 1 court monitor, so 30 kids were constantly having to find that court monitor to open the attractions. I also had to keep knocking on their office door to ask them to unlock the front door (that they insisted on locking) to let our guests in. I’m also still waiting on an itemized receipt that I was told they did not have. Lastly, I know have 30 guest passes because the host gave them to me after the party was over and most everybody had left. It was incredibly frustrating to say the least. For $499, I had much higher expectations. I wish we would’ve gone somewhere else.
Great place but DO NOT, I repeat do not buy a membership! It is impossible to cancel! Not only do you have to call corporate, but they also hang up on you during hold. I have tried cancelling since Covid began March 2020. Its become a monthly joke. They continued to charge even though the place was closed down. My friend finally got through last week to cancel, so maybe this week is my lucky week!

This family fun entertainment place is anything but. Its totally not a place for little kids. We have had several parties there and have watched this place decline each time. We attended a birthday party last weekend there. And all the parents were not impressed. Big kids were jumping in the ball pit from the exit side and almost landed on a little girl. The 2 employees that were standing there looking at their phones would NOT have done anything except i confronted them. The employees definitely need to be retrained and maybe an adult supervisor making rounds on the floor. Very disappointed
It was fun for the kids and the workers did real good about keeping on top of the Birthday party and making sure everyone had what they needed, the only thing they need to change is to have better and softer seats especially for the sinors family members that come in
Great place for kids over the age of 5. My son is 2 yrs old. This place didnt really have much for him to do. I would not recommend this place on the weekends. Its total chaos on the weekends. Way too many birthday parties going on at once, and not enough staff available to monitor people wearing shoes on the attractions. Other than that the place is pretty entertaining. The obstacles are pretty neat and they have a zipline.
Last night had a Birthday Party for my daughter and it was awesome!!!She had a great time and the staff is on point!Ebony planned our party and made sure we were taken care of and the GM applied our military discount making the party even more affordable than it already was, his customer service was A-1! Antoinette our waitress had great customer service and she managed all if our needs and made it fun for the kids!!Overall just wanted to shout out letting these guys@Urban Air Bedford know they are doing their thing and to keep up the good customer service! Thanks Urban Air well definitely be back😉
Your kids will love it. Its for bit older like 7 and up. They had rock walls and trampolines and an obstacle course. We went on a rainy day after school and it was perfect the amount people. I can see if being crazy on a weekend. My only issue was the lack of staff. Well i actually counted like 5 staff people. But I thought there would be a staff member at every area to keep things running smoothly and keep the kids safe. There was one guy who kind of was out on the floor. And i felt like I kept having to find someone for help. In the obstacle course parents were letting their little kids like under 5 going into the exit side and play in the ball pit. Since it wasnt busy fine but when i big kid wanted to do the course the little ones were in the way. There is a tubing area and its really dark. Like the whole place has neon blinking lights then that area was completely dark. My 10 had way more fun than my 6 year old. I would totally take them back on a day that less crowded.
My family loves Urban Air Bedford, we adore and appreciate every single employee! My daughter and I come to Urban Air during the week more often then not due to it being so hot outside, and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly making us feel right at home. The staff is always willing and ready to help out the kiddos and even the adults too. They give encouragement, as well as play with the kids. This is becoming a very rare quality in a business/staff and its so appreciated! All the staff set the standard bar so incredibly high to the other locations in my opinion and deserve the recognition! We highly recommend coming to the Bedford location, and also to save you a couple bucks if you are a frequent flyer like we are, to get the membership! Its so worth it! Thank you Urban Air for all the fun times!
This was the first time I had ever been to an Urban Air Trampoline Park. I went with my youngest daughter, and we had a ton of fun! There were so many, different activities, for people of all different skill levels. I was very impressed by the staff. They were all very knowledgeable about the property, and very helpful.Safety is of top priority, so I felt comfortable participating in all of the various attractions within the park.
We purchased the ultimate pass witch allows you to do all attractions. My 10 year old son was doing the fly zone and was kicked out 2 due to age and his ability to jump. When after talking to the manger twice we were informed that age did not matter. The manger said as long as you can get on the wall you can jump. This happened to more kids other than just mine
My kids (4&5) absolutely love this place. They ask to go every weekend. The place is clean and activities are well maintained by the staff. I would give 5 stars because our family love this place so much. However, the only area in need of immediate improvement is the exit section. There are a lot of kids running around and it’s almost impossible to see your children during busy times in the ball pit and playground section unless you go in with them. I monitor my kids at all times but the place can benefit from an extra level of security similar to other indoor play setting establishments. Food is kind of costly but supporting local business is worth the cost to eat there.
Kids love it! We got the 2 hour Groupon but the friendly staff let them stay as long as they wanted because it wasnt very busy. The boys want to go back. I really suggest upgrading for the extra 10 dollars, it was worth it. Getting the boys off the X Box and active was worth it. I spent about $45 bucks total for 4 hours of fun for 2 boys.
Would love to rate this place a 5 star but unfortunately I cant. First off staff is very nice and facilities are clean with lots of activities for all ages even adults, but I must say there is no protection for the little ones! I saw multiple times little ones be jumped on and getting trampled. We were even in the under 2 years of age area and constantly being run down by older kids. I wish they had more employees watching each section to provide a safer environment. The employees I did see were hanging out and not properly providing safety. If this gets addressed I think this place would be a 5 all the way!
This facility is simply put; amazing.I was one of the first 100 to walk into the doors on opening day, and immediately fell in love with the place. The staff is MORE than cordial, and, wishes to fulfill ALL of their guests needs for a good time. Decently priced menu items for anyone who has worked(or played) themselves up an appetite. Beer for the big kids is available too! I highly recommend Urban Air Bedford to ANY parent, child and family to have a good time!
Horrible experience.... really need to work on communicating what they are charging for. I definitely wouldnt recommend taking toddlers there as this space is probably better suited for older kids. We paid $30 dollars to only be able to play in one area pretty much. I would not recommend going here until they work out the kinks. I was told something different by every employee that worked there. I would highly recommend making sure your employees are all on the same page to avoid further confusion in regards to the sock policy, refund policy, wrist band policy, and clearly communicating the limited amount of space a toddler can actually participate in. I wont be returning here.
Do NOT take your children to their “parents night out”! They will NOT SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN AND THEY WILL LET THEM LEAVE THE BUILDING AND THE PREMISES!!! I have three children ages 7-11-12. I recently brought them to their parents night out. The email I received stated grades 1st and up. There is no children my kids ages. All you can see is nothing but teenagers . Teens wearing only socks coming in and out of the building. Children were leaving into cars as soon as their parents left. Teens walked out of the parking lot. I only saw two staff members at the desk. Definitely not watching kids or stopping them from leaving. I asked the staff members at the front to please do NOT let my children leave the building and the response I received was: “I can try but I can’t watch all of them. The kids love to go outside.” What?! All sales were final so I could not get a refund. When I picked up my children the front door was completely blocked by a huge crowd of teenagers that refused to move. Children were outside with only socks on in the parking lot and behind the building with NO SUPERVISION. I had to find my children my self and buy them dinner because my children were fed one slice of old cold pizza. I have submitted a poor survey and called corporate and requested a manager call me back twice and HAVE YET to be contacted. This place should be shut down or at least not permitted to care for someone else’s children. I can only imagine how many laws were broken. I’m thinking of actually calling Bedford police as well simply because so many children’s lives could be in jeopardy if this continues.
My kids like this place but the dodge ball is too dangerous and should be monitored better. Older kids with younger kids and some older kids aiming for the face and think its funny when they hurt the little ones. They should have sessions and explain the rules and tell them that if they intentionally aim for the face they will be removed the rest of the day. My son got hit in the eye by an older kid that used all of his strength and went close up just to make sure he hit his face. He had blurry vision for hours after that. His eye was red and he was in pain all night. Now he cant go in there due to the fear of it happening again and that was his favorite thing to do. I yelled at that kid and was going to follow him to his parents but he took off and my son was crying too hard to deal with the other kid.Last night my 4 year old daughter got her ankle hurt by older kids jumping so hard next to a little child. This place is fun for them but nerve wracking for me. I have to drive to Keller just to find a trampoline place with a more open jump area and more trampolines so they arent on top of each other. They dont have all the other play areas though.
Great place to host a birthday party! Jayden was our party host and he was amazing! To be honest, I’m not sure who had more fun....the kids or the parents! 😂 The zip-line was a favorite for me and my Mom (the birthday boy’s grandma)! Such a blast! We will be back for sure!
This place is legit! I brought my 13 year old son and 17 year old daughter and they had a blast. They have so much more to offer than the other trampoline parks in the area. Wall cljmbing, zip line, ropes course and so much more. They have an actual concession stand with food, drinks, candy and they even serve beer and wine for the adults 🤪. Unlike other places, your pass is for the whole day. We didnt want to go home but we will definitely be coming back very soon!
This looked so cool, and parts of it were amazing, but they didnt have the staff available to have all the activities open at the same time, so the kids had to wait for quite a while to go from one thing to the next (ie, the ropes course was open, then the sky rider, and the climbing wall was never open). Also, there are a lot of extra expenses. You are required to buy their socks and $3 per pair. Food is pricy, and the Groupon covered only the trampolines, which are a pretty minor part of the park. The staff they did have out was very courteous and helpful though.
This place can be a lot of fun with all of the trampolines, wide open play spaces, play structures, individual rides hanging off the ceiling, and more. They also have lots of tables for parties.Id give this place 5 stars for all the activities, cleanliness, and friendly staff, but I cant because they allow kids and adults to play in the same spaces. There are places only taller people can play, but the places where little kids are allowed, they also allow adults and teens who are basically adult-sized. On a busy Saturday, the place is packed with dimmed lights and rockin music blasting, so you cant really hear or see well. So, I see little kids and big kids running around everywhere. Its hard to keep up if you have more than 1 child. In the obstacle course with the ball pit, there are little kids using it as a ball pit to play in. There are teens and adults actually trying to access the obstacle course to see if they can make it all the way through. Parents are assisting the little ones, so it gets extremely crowded at both ends. For the safety of the kids, they really need to separate the areas so kids and adults dont mix. If you are an over-protective parent, you dont want to bring your kids here. They also serve alcohol and theres a sign that says you cant go back and play after consuming alcohol, but theres nobody supervising on a busy day to ensure a drunk adult doesnt go back in.
I give only one star just because I could not give it zero, I brought my kids here to try this place out. Their prices are ridiculous and the food was even worse! I had to wait in line for about a good 3minutes and another 30min just to get my food and it wasnt even busy. The pizza was awful my kids love pizza & they dint even eat it, the nachos were soggy (I actually saw them sitting in the warmer for about a good 15min) and i didnt even get the fries that I ordered. For this experience I would definitely would want my refund back, I dont think I would come back.
THIS. PLACE. IS. AWESOME!!! We love Urban Air, But have never been to this location before. It is LEGIT! Make sure you purchase the ultimate access pass—- it’s totally worth it! There are so many things to do. My kids wore themselves out & I got a workout in, playing with them, rock climbing, doing the ninja warrior course and jumping. And to top it all off, I made sure to enjoy half an hour in a massage chair before we left. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a great Sunday fun day for my family of five!! Hours of fun and laughs! Caleb provided exceptional service! We will definitely be back for another great experience!! Will be perfect when all three of my children are taller enough to do all the activities but still hours of fun for my littler ones!!
I was very frantic about everything going smoothly for my 7 year old daughter’s birthday. The process to book online was very easy. My first host McKenzie called me and identified herself and told me if I needed anything to call her. When I called her back several times she never answered. I decided to go personally to the park and spoke to McKayla who was wonderful and put my worries at ease. She was very nice and gave me several options from party rooms to choose from, drink options, pizza options etc. The day of the party arrived and I met with McKayla and my new host Brynn. She was spectacular! Very polite and well mannered. She did everything possible for my birthday party to be flawless. I truly was not expecting that kind of service. She helped me decorate with the items I had brought, she served pizza, the cupcakes. I mean she was there with me hands on for 2.5 hours (I had arrived early) Honestly you always wait for something to go wrong. Nothing did. I definitely recommend Urban Air Park and trampoline in Bedford. Thank you for making our event special!
I booked my daughter’s sixth birthday party here in a private room and spent nearly $500 with doing so. I really didn’t mind spending the money but I definitely do not feel like a got what I paid for. This was by far the WORST customer service I have every experienced. Given that we booked the most expensive party room package and were given a “host” to run everything to go smoothly London was nowhere to be found for the most part. We had to continuously go and look for her and wait for an extended amount of time to get napkins, drinks, forks etc. When we asked to talk to a manager the employee in the front was not empathetic and rolled her eyes and tapped her clipboard as if she did not want to hear it. & simply responded with “ok. K. There’s nothing I can do about it”. At this point I was about done and asked to speak to a GM & got this as a response, “she’s in an interview right now and I doubt she’ll want to come out”. Ummm EXCUSE ME?! The GM McKenzie, finally came out, and long story short, we got nowhere with the exact same body language and response. All we wanted was to know that someone on the staff was listening and understanding what we were saying, just a little bit of empathy is what we were looking for. Everyone on the staff is about 18-22 years old, all young and careless. I’ve been to other urban airs that run way more smoothly and offer exceptional customer service, but this ain’t it.
Urban Air clearly trains their staff very well in customer service. The employees are kind and approachable. The manager Ebony was so pleasant to talk to and answered every question I had about planning my granddaughters birthday party. The courtesy that the employees have makes the place much better than other kid oriented businesses.
This location is not the place I would pick to take my children to comparing to the one in South Lake. It seemed as they were policing kids. My kids wanted to run and play on trampoline, but they kept pulling them out for a reason or an other. Their staff need to understand the nature of their customers , they do not. We paid $30 to enter and we have our own sucks, they made us buy theirs, maybe theirs are special made. The staff made us so upset, we just left after being there 10 minutes. If I can give 0 stars, I would have. Do not waste your time and money there, go to the one in South lake.
The Sky Coaster- a roller coaster/zip line ride is really different and fun. The staff and mgmt are really nice, and the look is hip and exciting with the led lights on the attractions and color changing lights on the ceiling. The party rooms are huge and the food, for what it is, is quite decent, plus BEER. All my kids are begging to go back already. Looks like I have found a new hangout.
This is a fun place! However, came in at 12:30 on Sunday 3/17 and the kitchen is not open. They have signs strictly posting there is no outside food or drink allowed. A few people are asking what is going on and we were informed the kitchen will not open until 2 PM roughly. Thats convenient. Not allowed to bring anything in and they have zero food for purchase. My family and I were planning on having lunch here, now we will be leaving early to go somewhere else.
This place is so fun! It was just me and my 4 year old daughter and we had the best time. It is parent friendly (you dont have to crawl through tubes and hurt for days afterwards) and the kids have a blast. The staff is really nice as well. Birthday party here for sure!
Great place to have a lot of fun. Amazing food. Amazing prices. 10/10 reccomend super safe and fun for the little ones. Best place! Always super clean love it very family friendly the IDEAL place to go when you’re bored amazing workers and customer service good place to hang with friends also! All the workers are super respectful and kind, drama free! And teen nights on Saturday, best place ever!!
We enjoy taking our kids to Urban Air Trampoline, but not this location! We were invited to attended a Birthday party. When it was time for pizza my daughter stood in line and was told by the URT host that family had to get pizza 1st and she had to wait. Unfortunately they ran out of pizza so I decided to order a cheese pizza. When paying for my pizza, the girl taking my order decided to tip herself and asked me to sign the screen. I dont have a problem tipping for service. However I do have a problem when you decide I owe you a tip and sneak a tip on my order and just expect me to sign.I removed the tip because I thought that was not right. Guess thats why I had to wait forever (place was not busy at all) for my cheese pizza. If this is the service you get on a slow night, I hate to experience a busy night. Needless to say, I canceled my cheese pizza and called it a night. There were other issues with this location; kids running around and not just playing. Employees do not monitor the exhibit for safety, kids going the wrong way, etc.
We had a birthday party here for my seven year old and it was fabulous! Haylie was our party host and she went out of her way to make him feel special. The managers and front desk were all so nice. I would recommend this place to anyone. Another great thing about this place is it is for all ages. I have a little one and teenagers and they all love it equally. We went to the one in Plano and the Bedford location is 1,000 times better! No offense to the Plano one. It was nice too, but just go! You won’t be disappointed!
The 2nd kid from the left is my 2yr old grandson 🥰. After eating, the freshest best pizza, that I have ever tasted at any of my grandkids Birthday parties 🤨, trust me when I say that we have a lot of parties in this family. We have 12 plus kids ranging from 7mths to 16yrs old, so yeah 🙄. This was how my grandson spent the next 2hrs, with us trying to catch him, so we could go home 😂. The food, the drinks, the Customer Service at Urban Air Trampoline in Hurst TX, was so outstanding that it was worth the hour and a half drive to come to this party, and we already started thinking that this is where we will be having my grandsons party next year, in April 2020. Great Job Urban Air!!!
Out of all Urban Air places weve been this one is by far the best! Obstacles course, high above ground obstacles challenge, multiple climbing walls, zipline, and yes - trampolines too! Amazing experience for the kids! And did I mention the dark room with laser security challenge! Good job to the owners of this place!
New general manager, Brie, is awesome. So smart, sharp, energetic and on top of things. I can clearly see the difference since she’s been here. Much more staff presence and staff are much more engaged with the customers. Great move hiring Brie. She’s got a great pulse on her customers.
I have taken my kids to so many trampoline places...but never have I been or seen a place as fun as this location!!!! The staff is so friendly. The food actually taste good, and the prices are amazing!!!!!! My children love this place.... I will definitely be coming back to this location. Hands down the greatest place to take your kids
Front desk customer service was great. Place was very messy, other employees were not keeping order. Big kids playing tag all over the place without an employee telling them to stop running around. Kids just relaxing in ball pit, therefore, we could not do the obstacle course.
Unsanitary environment (take a look at the rock wall), they need to move that balancing thing so its not directly above the party tables. Unless people like dirt and spit on their cake. Thats cool. This place doesnt have enough activities for kids under 7, older kids were running around and knocking little kids down, it was insanity. Plus the music was way too loud. You guys should try improving a few things and be more like your competitors. Maybe get some more seating areas. It was not at all like I had in mind.
Prices were not portrayed correctly at time of arrival. Hostess said we can buy daily pass online for 12 dollars a kid. That was for season passes. When we asked for a daily pass we were told 24.99 per kid. When we asked about the cheaper rate we we told it was unavailable. Felt very pressured into everything here. Seems that more customer service training is needed.
I thought this place was fun when we got here. The staff was friendly enough, the place is clean, what was inside is exactly what is advirtised online. But it felt like something was lacking when I got there in person. There was alot of space not being used, there was a dunk shot closed off, specifically the higher one when I visited and its kind of hard to dunk on the smaller basketball side cause its to short for anyone above 62 just felt awkward. The food side of this place wasnt manned up at all I feel like, I maybe saw one person back there but I had no idea if she was staff or not because I saw that same person playing on the trampoline. Rock climbing guy was super friendly and explained procedures well enough. The one thing that turns me OFF THE MOST is that the squares for the trampoline side is TINY compared to its competitors so if you want to do flips and tricks have to be careful cause I ended up landing a few times on the orange pads, random blue landing pad and the pyramid in the middle which felt awkward to try to jump on unless it was a seat when youre tired (main reason why I give it a 3 STARS). It is a fun spot though dont get me wrong. We enjoyed their obstacle parts by using the ultimate pass, good family entertainment in my opinion. I might be spoiled because Ive been to many other trampoline parks and this one just had too small of squares for me to really enjoy it as much as I wanted too.
Went a few weeks ago for a birthday party. Party was on a Saturday so it was understandably busy, however; they were under staffed, ran out of pizza...their main source of income for their cafe...and it was over an hour wait for them to make more. My oldest daughter (10) went on the zip line and the employee that was supposed to be catching the kids as they came to the end had his back to her then proceeded to scold her when she said “hey...can you help me.” He told her to never do that again. The lack of supervision and safety precautions are disappointing to say the least.
Nice place with a severe lack of supervision. We went on a busy Saturday & the place was severely under staffed. It was hard to do the obstacle course & other activities because a lot of kids were sitting around & playing in these areas holding up the lines. Kids could either wait, or go & risk stepping on those that were playing in areas where they should not be. There was zero effort by staff (& some parents) to move kids to safe areas & keep the lines moving. Some employees were trying their best. However, others made it very obvious that they didn’t want to be there & were annoyed when they had to do their jobs. This was our third trip here & today was not what we were expecting after having good experiences in the past.
I was double charged and when I spoke with Mikayla, it went downhill. She has not been properly trained in customer service, and refused to refund our money. She says she will leave a message for the general manager to contact me. My hopes for that call are very very low.
Bad staff, four staff members behind the food counter, not sure what the lady in front of me was wanting or if one of the staff members didn’t ring something up correctly, the one at the register was a manager, rest of them just standing there, 2 registers, people walking up in front of everyone going to where 2 were, pretty sure she placed an order, no one said anything, finally walked off, too many kids on the staff, not friendly, don’t care, nothing will happen to them, not sure why I am even posting a bad review! Never again! Spend my money elsewhere!
Charibel and Sarah had some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed. Charibel was a lot of help at the front, I had never been there before and she really helped me understand which package was good for me and my family. Sarah was awesome too, she showed me and my kids where the best place would be for little ones to hangout. She also told me about something they do on Friday mornings for the ages of 5 and under only! I will definitely be coming back here for my new go to place.
STAFF IS AWESOMELY AMAZING! Thanks to Chari, Caleb and Mikayla. Thank y’all for making my kid’s experience so much better. This place is awesome! The only problem is that they don’t explain the different options that are available with each package very clearly on the website or Groupon pages. If you buy the least expensive package you will be saddened by your kid’s disappointed faces that all they get to do is jump on the trampolines around the outside of the building when there are so many other fun options throughout the building. The place is really fun despite the bait and switch tactics. Just be prepared to dole out more money than you are lead to believe.
Worst experience ever, took my grandkids to play & everything was fine till you add teenagers into the mix. They are disrespectful, loud & donot play fair. My grandkids were playing Dodgeball & another kid joined them. He got them all out & their was still 3 mins left on the clock. I asked the worker if they can jump until the 5 mins were up & she said yes. (Oh by the way there was no one at the Dodgeball when my grandkids went in to play.) Before you know it this big group of teenagers went in & my grandkids were still inside wanting to play another game, when the worker started the clock, one of the male teenagers grab all the balls to his side so my grandkids couldnt get any. I pointed it out to the worker & the male teenager came running out & got in my face with his finger & shouting at me said mind your business, they arent supposed to be on there all their doing is jumping. When I responded he shouted over me & yes I shouted back. The girl came out that was with them & said that they had been trying to reserve it for awhile. It is my understanding that you cannot reserve it from the female manager. As the shouting continued, the young male manager came over & told everyone to stop shouting & seperate. I stepped back & the girl with the group stated about the reserving & the male manager listened to her version & I tryed to tell him mine & he said if you dont seperate you are going to have to leave. The lady manager took over talking to me. She was very nice & understood the situation. She verified they werent busy & there were no birthday parties & you can not reserve the Dodgeball court. Wouldnt recommend this place to young children, they dont no how to deal with age differences. I sure hope the owner reads this, I would be happy to talk about this review. P.S. There are are lot of hazards in this place that are a potential for injuries.
I brought my little sister in because everything was closed for quarantine, and the first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was. The staff that was working was very helpful with everything I needed, and overall I would recommend going to Urban Air. (She liked the zipline the best)

2022-05-30Not impressed. I posted a review several months ago that I was not please with the maintenance of the equipment and someone from Urban Air responded that they were aware of the issues and were working to correct them.We decided to give it another shot and it seems to have gotten worse since the last time. The main attraction for my 11 year old was the larger trampolines with the platforms to jump on and off of. It was closed along with multiple others. They must have been REALLY unsafe for this management team to shut them down. It feels wrong to pay full price and not be told ahead of time that things are not in working order. As with before, the staff working the desk and floor all seam great. They were actively cleaning and engaging appropriately with the kids playing. This is a management issue. It seems like they need to hire a trained safety manager who is willing to make some big changes in the way equipment is repaired and maintained.

2022-04-10The place is dirty and need lots of security and maintenance. Employees are just at the Phone or laughing between but not in what they have to do, there are áreas very bad for kiddos, I dont reccomend this place

2022-04-26We went to urban air for a young man’s birthday party this past Sunday and it was a perfect experience. The young men taking care of our party made sure that pizzas were coming out quickly and we had plenty of water to drink for the private room. This place has so many different things for the kids to play on it’s insane! From the giant slide to the zip line and all the trampolines this place is amazing. Pretty good staff of young people

2021-12-21Fun, friendly, and clean. Lots of different things to do from trampolines and wall climbs to slides to a sky course and a warrior course. A great place to burn some energy.

2022-02-26Ok.... this is tough.... I had a good time there and so did my kids. We came in the early- mid afternoon. The bathrooms were very clean and the young staff had pleasant attitudes and good customer service, which is why this is getting 4 stars. HOWEVER, this place is dirty. And the higher you climb through the mazes, etc or the darker hidden areas the more trash you see laying around. At the same time, I cant imagine how difficult it is to clean & sanitize a place like this. Basic sweeping from the previous day should be done though. However, I guess my focus is more on the trash that lays around from the previous day. The rest of the visit was good.

2022-06-12For a place geared towards kids, I found it being so poorly lit concerning. I could not keep a good visual of my daughter without following her. Even the jungle gym type attraction had ZERO LIGHTS ON. Why would you do that? Especially when they have zero protocol in place to prevent an adult leaving with a kid that doesnt belong to them. Do better.

2022-05-31This place was cool when it first opened. Went today with my 2 kids (totally $56)Most things were closed. All 3 Bathrooms were closed. There was no one at the concession stand but there were 2 employees flirting in the corner. No point in asking for a manager since the seemingly oldest person there was 17This place was not busy when we went and it was so gross. The glory days of this place are way over.

2022-05-17Very unorganized. They advertised free birthday shirt , didnt get one. Each kid was supposed to receive a gift voucher; got none of them. They had plates on the table for cake but no utensils to eat. Pizza was overpriced. My kids had fun but I wont spend money on birthday package. The employees were not as friendly at all as I thought they wood be for a 3 yr. old birthday party. The massage chairs are junk they have laying around, None of them work and that would have been a nice touch cause all they have is cheap plastics chairs and benches.

2022-03-27I have been a members of this location for the last year and at first everything was great but the more time goes by the worst it’s getting! This place is run by teenage kids that don’t really seem to want to work. I arrived and my son asked to go directly to the rope coarse and it was closed, we asked an attendant to open it as the sign stated. We were told to wait 15 min. So we did we asked 3 times and all 3 times they asked us to wait 15 min. before I go upset and told them we have been waiting for 45 min for the coarse to open. Finally someone came out and my child went on. He tried to go again when he was told that he could only ride the coarse one time. So I had to accompany him to ask when this rule was established? So when we got to the attendant she asked him if he has already gone and I replied and said yes she said he can only go one time, that’s when I began to question her. We pay so much money to bring our kids here for them to be told they can only ride one time! She said she would make an exception this time… and I asked why how come? Was it a new rule now? She replied No but I have something to do! I can’t cancel my membership because they tie you down to a year contract and my kids love coming here but management needs to get it together! No reason why all the employees should all be playing on the arcade games while all the attractions are CLOSED! No reason why all the employees are sitting in the back room while all attractions are CLOSED! Nobody was at the front desk, a paying customer had to go all the way inside to get an employee just so she could pay! It’s under new management but service seems to get worse.
