Has just about everything I need in a beauty supply.
I have been shopping here for awhile. I honestly find the employees here to be friendlier than those at Jennys. Dont get me wrong there are a few friendly employees at Jennys, however collectively, USA beauty provides friendlier customer service.. An older gentleman who helped me, took his time to answer all my questions and did not seem irritated. He was absolutely AWESOME!
We need to stop Giving our money to ppl like this let them make money with their kind because everything in this store is low quality and NOT HUMAN HAIR they need to get shut down over price trash products here I walked in and walked right back out and it stinks

I really can’t find the words to describe my store interaction. Let’s start with I was once a frequent customer and I say once was because as of 11/9 I’ll never step foot in this store again. The reason being is because I was really offended by the way one of the workers stalked me around the store. It’s a difference between interacting with a customer, keeping a customer in eye level rather than staring and stalking a customer around the store. I felt very uncomfortable and unappreciated as a frequent customer. I later asked the young lady that was following me was there anything I could help her with because she was making me feel uncomfortable her answer was “no”long story short I then asked for the manager and I asked him are his employees trained to stalk his customers and his answer was “yes”. Needless to say I’ve been in this store numerous of times and spent a lot of money so I was quite shocked to be treated in this manner. I then told him he could keep the merchandise that I was about to purchase that was already at the counter because I no longer wanted to buy anything at this store. I then left and went to another store not far from USA got what I wanted at a cheaper price and experienced some of the best customer service ever. USA will not be open very long if they don’t change their customer service.Yes I know people steal but you can’t assume everybody steals. A quick pointer for USA if you interact with your customers more then maybe you can actually catch the ones that’s stealing. Ask your customers if there’s anything you can help them find rather than staring them down as they’re trying to shop.I agree with every review on here that says they stalk their customers because they do which I don’t really understand why because they have a whole police officer at the front door of the store. Vent over sorry not sorry for the long review but this really bothered me because I thought this was a good store. I’ve turned so many people on to this store.Ive spent tons of money in this store on hair products. I Will Never Go Back.
Love this place. If you dont want to spend a lot of money on wigs this is the place. Ive been to other beauty supply stores and their hair is a little on expensive side. When I come here the wigs are reasonably priced and a large selection also. I miss this store because I moved and the beauty supply stores in this area sick. When I visit that side of town I make sure I stop here. Would recommend.
Purchased braiding hair that clearly said $.99 on the pack. When i get to the register I was told it had the wrong price on it. Finished my purchase and went back to look to see if any of the other identical bags had $.99 on them and they clearly did. The lady at the register followed me back to the hair and started removing all the $.99 stickers off. Needless to say the manager would not honor the price eventhough it was clearly visible on the pack. My money is good anywhere. I wont patronize this business ever again. These foreigners think they can treat you any kind of way and were just supposed to deal with. Where Im from the customer is always right. The difference in the price was minute but the principle is you should honor your prices. I have 3 daughters who have their hair braided quite often and i was a loyal customer to this business but never again will you get a dime of my money. Make sure you are of how much you are paying if you purchase from them.
Best beauty supply in Fort Worth. Has almost everything you need or desire. And their not as expensive as everyone else. They’re perfect!!
Just left their store for the first time and I must say Ill be back again!! They have a bigger selection and better prices than any other hair store I have been to, including Jennys. I gave it four stars because some of the other reviews were true.. they watch you like they think you are going to steal...and they arent really welcoming. But after going to the front counter to pay for my item and seeing tons of pictures of people who were caught stealing from them, I understand a little better of why they treat their customers like that. Yall have to understand that all the people that work there are Chinese so to them we ALL look the same. They couldve very well thought I was one of the people on those pictures who have stolen from them, and I believe they did. So bottom line, STOP STEALING and making all black people look bad! ..Yeah they should know we arent all the same but still.. STOP STEALING!!
People come here to steal only and all employees make sure you know it! No matter how disrespectful they stare at you will you shop especially black women!

I get the most affordable wigs from here. Got a huge variety and super clean. They definitely got the cheaper online prices with the convenience of waiting for shipping and handling. 50 bucks for 2 lace fronts isnt a bad deal at all!
I love this store. The selection is extensive. If you go in here thinking you gonna spend a certain amount and get out? Ha ha, the jokes on you! I always go way over budget when I come here. But beware dont stand too close to the counter with your cash, I think some of the employees on that sleight of hand, where the hand is quicker than the eye. Perhaps youll leave the store like I did thinking, damn I knew I had another twenty in my hand!
My wife say they cheaper than the other hair stores.
This place is just ok to go and buy what you want and go. They dont allow customers to use rest rooms 😒 I was so annoyed, just think about it when you really got to go pea but you are rejected 😔...bad employees ever.
Up until a recent visit I loved this store. Clean, neat, organized, and affordable are the words I used to describe USA Beauty Supply. But upon a recent wig hunt I was informed by the clerk each individual may only try 3 wigs per day. I do not know about anyone else but I may try on 6-7 in order to find 2 or three that suit me. I even spoke to the manager on duty and he said due to a recent incident this is the owners new policy. I am seriously debating whether to continue shopping there at all since I now have to go somewhere else to make my wig purchase.

Love the display wall of wigs, they have all types but its 4stars because the wig i got is lace and has a 1-2 in parting anywhere but most are parts you cant repart. most wigs on amazon lace is 360 to frontal lace with 3-4 inch parting and full lace wigs thats cheaper than the one got here to be honest i say this store is great at products,weaves,braiding weave,all types of hair dyes,perms,gels, lace tape, wig caps, scarfs,earrings,rings,kids bows,glue, eyelashes to clothes i saw..pretty huge and very clean so besides the wig the customer service is AMAZING!!!! would be coming back!

Im on the fence about them. The girls working there know nothing about hair, weave, or the products being sold there. The business is in a predominant black community and geared towards black women... yet no one in the store knows anything about the needs and wants of WOC. One of the girls literally rolled her eyes at me when I turned around not knowing I was looking at her in the mirror. Another older lady that worked there got an attitude with me to the point that everyone looking, left and went to the other store across the street. The only good thing is that they have lashes 2/$1.00 and other stores will sell the same lashes for $1.99 each. The makeup is behind the counter. And the follow you around, literally follow you around while looking they have that hurry up and buy type atmosphere. I feel like if you tripping about selling to us, just dont sell to us. Go anywhere else.
They have a huge selection of Barber tools, I live in Abilene and these stores here are GARBAGE. For what they charge in Abilene, I can get two or three pair of what I need. It is absolutely worth the drive for me, cause when I walk out the door, I know my money went a long way, so thank yall.
This a great store! I come here all the time to get my barber materials, and the prices are amazing and affordable. I recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is great, as well.
They must have a lot of people coming in here that will steal from them, because they will watch u like a hulk.... SMH. They even have beepers on their 99¢ eyelashes. Just a heads up USA Beauty Supply everybody dont steal.

I havent wrote a review in a while so its about time to jump back to it. Lets start with USABS. Im bald so I wasnt here for me. I figured I would sit and wait in the car til my lady friend came out. A hour later I gave in and stepped in. This place looks small from the outside but when I stepped through the doors I was like WOAH this place is huge. Definitely not like my grandmothers beauty store. So much hair it looked like a tribe of Mohicans had a scalping contest. Then theres row after row of accessories.( necklaces, earrings, perfume, & etc. This is the Super Wal-Mart of beauty supply. You can turn the bride of Frankenstein into Beyonce. Dont think youre gonna get a five finger discount because they keep security ready and the wall of shame on display. (pictures of people that got caught stealing) To wrap it all up, if I was a woman I would definitely shop here .
Good prices, affordable hair products and really good quality hair. Worth the drive. English-speaking ladies helped us pick out the right things for my daughters.

Good selection on most items but I find it disconcerting that you have to be accompanied to the Cosmetics Dept which is behind a half door by registers,also compared to most beauty supply stores it doesnt have much in the way of cosmetics to begin with.
Considering i used to work there, overall good store. Have a large variety of items,good price. Service was okay. Just some employees up there are rude lol but whatever... Just thought i might leave a review for future customers.

They did not have the hair that I wanted in stock and the lady did not want to go look for the hair. Another lady did eventually go into the back and get the hair but the service was horrible.

They rarely have the hair in stock that I need. They need more salt and pepper braid hair or crochet hair thats twist.

People at this location are very very rude. Not helpful and watch you like you shop lifting instead of seeing if they could assist. Quality of things arent all that either.

2021-05-25Improved a ton. Great place to shop but they need to get counterfeit pens or something. I literally went to the CVS across the street with the $10 in change THEY JUST gave me and they almost didnt take it. Lady said it felt fake. If the lady hadnt had good will & I hadnt been able to verify I just left I may have had to buy period pads elsewhere.

2022-01-05I have made the 30 min commute to this store over the years because, theres none like it in my area. Its quite clear from the tons of wanted and reward posters scatter around the store, thief is common. Considering the location, I can SOME what understand the behaviors of the owner and his employees. WORD OF ADVICE TO THE OWNER: All of your customers are NOT like those people in your posters. Being that I had to wear a mask inside your store, does not mean I am there to steal. Being followed by multiple employees is not a pleasant experience. You shouldnt open a store in an area where the risk runs high of theft.(I am aware any area can run the risk of theft!) With that being said, people like myself should not give stores that display that type of behavior towards customers especially minorities(your predominant patrons), any business whatsoever. I will not be returning. I will order my supplies online instead.

2020-08-21This place was an excellent surprise. I’m not from this area but I was able to get everything I wanted and more. The selection of wigs, extensions and hair products was amazing. The prices were very reasonable and the people working polite and respectful. I will make the effort to come to this beauty whenever I’m in the DFW area. Thanks again!!
