This was our first time trying the pizza and we picked it up and took it home. We purchased the garlic knots and supreme pizza. The garlic knots were a huge disappointment! They were pretty tiny, Dense and covered in sauce and cheese. They actually lacked the garlicy flavor. They were unlike any garlic knots I’ve eaten and were the least favorite of all garlic knots I’ve ever eaten. The pizza looked promising, and my husband who grew up in NY liked the chewiness of the crust. I thought it was just ok, even bland. I really had a problem with the sauce which was too sweet for me. I didn’t particularly like the peppers on it, which also had a sweetness to them. The pizza didn’t reheat that well. It was pretty greasy. For me, my pizza itch wasn’t scratched. We are newer to the area and I am still looking for a good takeout pizza. 😞 best wishes to this pizza place. It just isn’t for me or my husband

This was our first time ordering from here first off the customer service was incredible, so friendly ! Now to the food we ordered a few pizzas, garlic knots , and mozzarella sticks everything was a hit definitely our new go to pizza place if you haven’t tried it you have to .

This place is horrible. The 4.8 must’ve came from their family or close friends. Easily the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. First of all the pizza is very greasy and doesn’t really have any toppings on it and it’s over priced for what you get. I will never eat here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to eat here.

Hands-down one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the Keller/North Richland Hills area! Staff is super friendly, The prices are reasonable, the ingredients are fresh, and the pizza is super tasty! This pizza is TOP NOTCH! Everything about it is amazing - the dough, the pizza sauce, the fresh toppings. The owner is extremely friendly and offers a great customer experience. They definitely do not cheap you out on the toppings. This is by far one of my favorite pizza shops around. I would drive 30 minutes just for this pizza - no questions asked.
BEST NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA I EVER HAD IN DFW. 10/10 would come back!!. Chef Rahman was so sweet and kind with my questions, that i had because I just didn’t know what to order!! I wanted to order the whole menu!! The garlic knots were so good and their supreme pizza/ buffalo chicken pizza!! And OH I almost forgot there special creamy wet white sauce they have!! GET A ORDER OF THE WHITE SAUCE IF U CAN!! That white sauce would make you wanna slap ya momma!

Looking for pizza on our way home from Burleson, found this little place on Google. They have dine-in and carry out, but only a few tables. Pizza was very good. Sauce is good, but the grandma sauce is excellent! This guy knows his crust. It was thin and crispy on the bottom with a really good texture. Just the perfect stretch when you take a bite. Toppings are fresh, he makes it fresh and we didnt have to wait long. He has his oven dialed in and the cheese was perfect, just the right shade of caramel. If your looking for a new place to try some really good pizza, give Uzys a try!
I must admit, I was a little questionable when my wife, son and I walked in. But, this place did not disappoint. It was great. We had a pizza and my wife had the Chicken Parmigiana. It was good.

Absolutely one of the best pizza I’ve had for years! This place I want to say I was lucky enough to find this treasure! You don’t believe me find out for yourself! This is one of them hidden spots no denying that! I’ve gone to Joes pizza & Brooklyn’s Best this is killing them ! Pay attention to detail! The guy was so friendly and great communication for a small pie shop! I have to give credit where it’s due! The guy even helped me understand that I didn’t need to add extra marinara on top since the crust is something so delicate nice n crispy like 👍🏾 from Italy! Please experience for yourself! Much success to the owner and son! Reviews what you are reading are right the crust and sauce are they main stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ along with the cheese as costars. Please don’t waste your time if it’s not authentic! Go to Lil ceasers if you want cheesy bread! But cone here if you want true home made pizza 🍕! I don’t eat pork so get that toppings fits your liking or even plain cheese can’t go wrong ! Just spent $20 and never been happier of what I received. Uzys is a phenomenal addition to the Arlington pizza scene! Saw the great early ratings and decided to stop in for the first time tonight. We went with a create your own pepperoni, and the buffalo chicken. Both were absolutely delicious. The buffalo chicken had the right amount of heat, and a ton of flavor. The pepperoni cupped up during the bake, which is the number one sign of quality for pepperoni, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that on such a reasonably priced pie, plus the tomato sauce had great depth. The ratio of dough, sauce and toppings was perfect and the dough was soft and pliable for easy folding, but also strong enough to hold its own weight. I dont write reviews often, but this one was worth it. Seriously great pizza!
Great guy, sweet personality, down to earth and always smiling. The Veggie pizza was awesome. Crust was slightly crunchy and the veggies juicy. Havent tried the other items on the menu, but planning on trying them all. Love it so far. Highly recommend the place.

Tbh I don’t know what the hype is, the pizza wasn’t the way I expected it to come out and that’s coming from a New Yorker. Great people and owner but I’ve had better mozzarella sticks at Applebee’s than here. Every bite I took from the pizza I had to have a drink because how dry it was so the price is definitely New York but the pizza isn’t.

Hey guys, we tried Uzy’s for the first time tonight. So they have a location in NRH and recently (3 days ago) opened a South Arlington location because it’s closer to home. Both my husband and I love NY-style pizza and make an effort to try all the ones nearby. So glad we tried it out tonight (Large Vegetarian, Small Canadian Bacon & Sausage and Spaghetti & Meatball). Great dough with a wonderful crunchy (but not dry) crust, fresh & quality ingredients and best of all - the pizza sauce is super flavorful.Wished I took pictures of our food before we devoured it. We will definitely be back for more.Please give it a try and support your local businesses, you won’t be disappointed.

There are not many Italian restaurants that are nearby that have very good pasta. The pasta here was amazing. The pizza, garlic knots, and mozzarella sticks were very good. Will come again!

My sister and I were craving pizza for dinner and had our eye on this spot for quite a while now. Since he doesnt offer by the slice we decided to get a small pepperoni pizza and boy are we sad that we just got a small. My sister asked for ranch and he said trust me you dont need ranch for this pizza and he was right! The pizza was so good and I could def tell that this was made differently than what Ive had in the past. The crust, sauce, and cheese just worked perfectly together. You can really tell this guy knows what hes doing. I cant wait to try more pizza from him. Since it was dinner I didnt want to over eat but I did want to keep grabbing more slices but I had to control myself. If youre craving pizza def give this spot a try you will not be disappointed. Next time I will take pictures and post them
My wife and I kept hearing about this place online so we decided to check it out. My entire family is from Brooklyn, New York. This is authentic New York pizza. Father and son are engaging, funny and great people. Highly recommended.
Ordered a pizza here for the first time today (Driven by it for a couple years)...got a Supreme and it was delicious. Crust was great. The Bell Peppers were extremely tasty. Loved the flavors and sauce...check this place out. Very tasty.

Pizza was dry and cold. And I picked it up!!! By the time the cashier got permission from the cook to ring up my pizza it was cold greasy and dry. I’m from Brooklyn I know what it should taste like no thanks.And over priced!!!

Im from back east and grew up on authentic NY style pizza. Since living in the metroplex for the past 20 plus years I have driven all around trying NY style pizza. The ones at UZYS rate quite high in my opinion. Taste great!
All I gotta say is, THIS PLACE ROCKS! I went here with my family and got a 16 inch pizza. The pizza was so delicious! And the family was very nice. Yall have to try this place! I loved it.

Let me start by saying Im not from New York. But New York Pizza is my favorite type of pizza. And this pizza place is AMAZING. Put in a togo order for chicken parm and Supreme pizzas and good lord they came out great. It wasnt too greasy, the dough was fluffy but not doughy, and the sauce was too good to describe. Definitely my new go to for pizza.

Absolutely FABULOUS pizza and garlic knots!! In the words of my husband, “we will never eat pizza from anywhere else again!” Uzy had told us to prepare for the “best pizza we had ever had!” We thought that was a pretty bold statement. I felt like the food critic in the Julia Roberts movie “Mystic Pizza”, as I grabbed the pizza box from my husband as he walked in the door. I couldn’t wait to try this “best pizza”, I don’t know what Uzy puts in his sauce or cheese blend, but his pizza is one of the best we have ever had. The garlic knots are covered in sauce and melted cheese and they are yummy also. I highly recommend you find your way to Uzy’s New York Pizza and tell him Audra sent you, you won’t be disappointed. Uzy also mentioned he is expanding his menu over the next month or so to include Philly cheesesteaks, etc...
Was in today bout 730 was some awesome food a cheese pizza and a meat lovers stromboli after sons be safe baseball gae. Staff was was super friendly and staff was super professional. The sauce was to die for and wish I would of came in sooner.

This is the best NY-style pizza in the area. Others are good for sure, but Uzys pizza is amazing. It takes about 20 minutes to get here from my house, and my buddy was questioning my decision to go get Uzys. Needless to say, one bite and he took it all back!I will say though to stick with the pizza. We tried the mozzarella sticks and another side and they were just ok.
I got the chicken parm, the sauce was oddly spiced. Not Italian flavored, not bad just strange. The garlic knots were served dunked in sauce, making them soggy and mushy and I was not a fan.

They used to be good. Then they still show up on all of the delivery apps and when the driver shows up to pick up the order it is cancelled (40 minutes after ordering). I don’t know if they are permanently closed now or what. It’s happened probably 5 times over the last 2 months.

Excellent pizza ,perfect, the dough is flaky crispy and very thin amazing I love it and not greasy the best new York style pizza but there is one thing I think the tomato sauce is a little bit sweet it gaves me sweet taste when I ate it if the amount of the sugar in the tomato sauce less than that it would be perfect and the cheese doesnt has strong flavor but dont get me wrong the pizza is perfect and I gave it 5 stars thank you and I will come again....

Uzys is that rare neighborhood pie shop you stumble across when you least expect it. Uzy is truly from NYC, and as a New Yorker loves to make pizza. Other reviews mention that the prices are higher than you might pay elsewhere, but quality costs more, and at Uzys you get what you pay for. The crust and sauces are the stars here, so you cant go wont with something simple, or by going with the unique chicken parm pizza.

Just waited an hour for a pepperoni and a cheese pizza. Flavor is ok. What ticks me off is that they sent us one cheese and one half pepperoni half cheese. Called twice to ask why and they will not answer their phone. What a scam. Very VERY disappointed.
Me and my family have really enjoyed Uzys pizza, but as of late weve noticed that the taste isnt as good as before. Not sure if there was an ingredient change but I hope that he goes back to his original recipe soon. Its difficult to find great NY style pizza anywhere around here.

Ordered a Meat Lovers pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks. If your mozzarella sticks are not at least as good as Sonic’s, take them off the menu. They were completely inedible. The pizza was short on toppings and flavor. Disappointing.

Love this place because it is right up the road from me. had my first order experience here tonight. I had a Large meat lovers, a small pepperoni and the garlic knots. about $35 total which is a bit high, but the pizza was that great NY/college style that brought back a ton of memories. Its not full of ingredients like a chain papa johns or dominoes and the crust is not heavy. Just a really good basic pizza that you can eat a ton of pieces off.The garlic knots were great. They were great little dough balls. Overall this order was fantastic. It also was ready really fast. Only have carry out, but that is all right. Can wait to revisit this new neighbor again soon. Great addition to the neighborhood.

The very best pizza East of New York City. As a born and raised New Yorker who has lived in 10 different states and 15 different cities, relocating to Texas and finding Uzy’s was like finding pizza heaven. The crust is perfect; the flavor and perfect amount of oil make for a Pizza Home Run.

I was so excited about having a local pizza place that is NY style. However, the pizza is just above average. I wish this place could come close to the flavors of a pizza place in Yonkers, NY called Ginos (S. Broadway)! The cheese and sauce just doesnt have the same touch as the pizza from Yonkers, NY!

First time trying Uzys and will definitely be back for another pizza. I can honestly say yes it is New York pizza, not like Tx pizza loaded with cheese. The crust is thin, fresh and brings out the taste of the fresh ingredients on the pizza.If you give them a try you will not be disappointed.The marinara with the cheesestix (same as pastas) had a very balanced taste with seasonings and not heavy.Thank you for reminding me what a great New York pizza tastes like. Cant wait till your gyros are on the menu

2022-02-05Finally tried Uzy’s for the first time and was not disappointed. Yes it’s more expensive than Dominoes or Pizza Hut but you can taste why with each bite. The Buffalo chicken was fire and the crust is top tier! Will be back for sure

2021-08-09I drove by this place a few times and after coming back from vacation in NY I decided to give it a try. I am not going to say its NY style but i can see some similarities. Enough talk. This pizza was GOOD! The undercarriage was firm no flop and it was not thin crust but relatively small, the sauce had a good flavor and toppings where good. I had pepperoni and hamburger. The Garlic knots were awesome. Covered in a little sauce and cheese. Pizza could be considered a little pricey for the size but I will eat this again and soon.

2022-03-22The guy at the store is the owners son. All I can say is this is great. You won’t be disappointed. He is real excited about his business and you can taste it in the pizza. 2022-07-23I prefer pizza cooked this way, that is, a little more well done. Not burnt mind you. I like my pepperonis to curl up like these did. The sauce is tasty as well!

2022-03-19Was skeptical at first but once you try the food… it immediately changed my view on the place! Pizza was so good. The dough was the perfect combination between chewy and crunchy. I usually never eat the crust, but I couldn’t help but eat the crust on this pizza!
