Do not waste your time going here unless youre just looking to get COVID tested-they will not even let you in their office. This facility is only testing for COVID and not seeing patients for anything else. I called multiple times and my call was sent to voicemail that had not even been set up. After driving there and being in the parking lot, they finally answered their phone.
Went in as walk in ..No waiting Line. I was able to See the Dr quickly which was great. I was not feeling good to wait any longer. Guy in front was nice and very helpful. Both Dr n his assistant were knowledgeable and worked quikly to get me out and gave me shot and my prescriotions. Will be coming back again!
I have been calling all morning to receive an update on CoVID test results but no answer. It has been 5 days (3 working) and still no response on my results.
Was in McAllen for work and had to find an urgent care near me. They were fast, friendly, professional and thorough. They also accepted my out of state insurance and made everything easy.
They say they’re open till 3 on Sunday, yet they stop taking patients at 2:30.
Phone service terrible, called wondering a simple question. Gentleman placed me on hold for over 15 minutes. I called back and it went directly to automated voice recording system a few times.
Not accepting patients. Doors locked during business hours. Do not go here.
There is no testing drive thru, and they will NOT see you without an appointment the information for this place is misleading so do your research before going here. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Everything ok but i was in really need of the medication And they did not sent it to the pharmacy, the first time i took my son there they send it to a different pharmacy far away from where i told them and this time well not even got a medication in any pharmacy.

Very professional but ... I did not have the precaution of asking when the results of the covid would arrive and I will be here for 3 to 5 days without knowing whether or not I have covid and with symptoms. And when I have the results if they are negative I will not know if they are correct because you have to insert the swab yourself.
Super-recommend this emergency room. My baby took me a week ago for a burn on my right foot a month ago I didnt heal ... Im diabetic. I already had an infection. Thank you for your immediate attention and what the staff received, the wound is almost closed. All very clean and in perfect condition. I would give them more stars but they dont fit here.
We registered on Facebook, perfect, they called us almost immediately and we made the appointment. But a couple of days later I had a question, and I have called so many times and I have not been able to communicate with them, I do not understand.
Excellent attention! Very little waiting time and careful attention from the staff and Mayra, PA. Highly recommended the service they provide.

2022-08-12This urgent care doesn’t seem like it is running safely. It was our first time as a patient and the doctor wasn’t even there. The receptionist is the only one in the office. Parents perform the flu, strep, and covid test on their children. They didn’t advise me to wash my hands or wear gloves and than they put the test back in the paper packaging. The receptionist came back not even 2 minutes after she took the test and said their all negative. Which I’m not an expert, but I believe the strep test takes longer.She than took photos of my child on her personal device and texted them to the provider. He lives in Brownsville and doesn’t make an effort to come into the office. We’re being charged for test/visit but we never saw a licensed profesional or had someone look at my child.

2022-01-16Tested positive for covid. Im waiting for a prescription since yesterday. They NEVER answer the phone. They send my prescription to a pharmacy that is close for the weekend! Hows that possible? Monday is closed for holidays, so Ill have to wait until Monday feeling bad. Keep trying to call them but the phone is disconnected or something. First day they made me wait for two hours.

2022-01-17Worst service ever when it comes to COVID testing! They made me wait forever and no where did they have signs about their 10 day policy! So once I am in the room about to get tested, nurse was very rude towards me saying I couldn’t get tested until 10 days had officially gone by even though I had no symptoms. She told me to leave.

2021-12-31Went to get a covid test here and was told I would receive my results in 48 hours. It has been over 72 hours and I still have not received results. They are extremely unprofessional I called after 56 hours of not receiving my results and was told I would get them later that day. I still have nothing, they have hung up on me 4 times and have no decency to say goodbye or give more information. Now they have blocked my number and will not give me my test results. I am extremely upset because I needed these test results to get back to work and they are preventing me from that.

2021-07-19I did a PCR test here as a traveler with the assumption that the results were provided in 48 hours as advertised. Receptionists and attendants were helpful and cordial but I received the results in 55 hours which can be a problem for countries who demand taking the test and presenting the results within the 72 hours prior to travel. This means that you have to perfectly time your testing and be on the phone bugging them for the results. At the end, the laboratory who they work with, push my kit to the top of the line so I could have my results 20 minutes PRIOR to my FINAL boarding... had the LAB not pushed my swab to be processed to the top of the line, I would NOT had made it. So BEWARE the test can be 48 to 72 HOURS not 48 hours !

2022-02-14Went in for a PCR test, in and out. Got my results within the time frame. Dont listen to comments with only a few reviews, those are fake competitors. Listen to Dave.

2021-04-20Everyone here was extremely helpful! I got my COVID results within 2 days and they said if I ever needed anything to call them back. I called back for some medication and the PA walked me through every medication they had to offer for COVID. We were on the phone for about 10 min while she helped me out. So friendly! I’ve never felt more cared for on my life! (By doctors.)

2022-01-20Horrible just worse place ever.Never going back. I should have left when I went to get tested and the rudeness started then.Called to get Covid results back they won’t give me an answer when it’s been over 72 hours. Staff is super rude they won’t even let u finish talking and they hung up me.Called back and asked for Supervisor and they hung up.

2021-12-30Came in at 11am on a Thursday, but they tell me their Practitioner is out until 1330-1400. I return at 1400 to the doors being shut. I call their office and they tell me theyre closed now because theyre catching up with documents. Extremely unprofessional and not a way to run a business at all!
