SOME of the staff are super friendly, but the other ladies are unprofessional in my opinion. They stand around talking at the front desk and ignore you, or when you arrive and approach the desk they ignore you. It is just so weird There is a lady with really long hair that is so friendly and I love when she is there. She is just so professional and you can tell she loves what she does. The other ladies just seem bitter at life and do not want to be there. The vet is ok. He is friendly but always in a rush during appointment times. Very little time to ask questions. I thought this was normal, but after going to another place a friend recommended it was a way different experience. I just think good customer service is rare now and days. Now DONT come at me. This is MY opinion and my experience the times I have gone. Take what I write with a grain of salt or as a training opportunity. Your business, your staff... My review, my experience.
I had to let my little guy go recently. The doctor was kind and understanding. The staff? A little chilly. I called ahead to let them know of my situation. I didn’t appreciate having to stand in lobby in tears waiting for a room. When I retrieved my little Bo’s remains, the girl behind the counter told me to have a great day!A little sensitivity training may be in order. The doctor I loved…
Just before I continue to type my review, I need to let you know I live in Frisco Texas. That is about 45-1 hour drive depending on traffic. This is the place I come for all my 4 cats and 1 dog, you know why. The staff are friendly. But the most important thing is that Dr.Trussell is the best doctor you can find. Shes one big animal loving doctor. She loves all animals and she cares for them. I like how she only tells the facts and focus each visit on the important things. Im a busy mom, teacher and medical office manager. I need someone patient, informative and professional. Dr. Trussell has everything you need to care and treat your lovely fur babies.
I have taken 2 of my cats here when they were sick and I received the BEST service. The vets here were so kind and understanding every time I have visited, and I really felt as though they took me and my cats seriously, which I have never experienced at another vet. It was almost as if I was talking to a friend rather than a medical professional. They are always able to fit me in their schedule, usually the day of, and even kept my sick cat and watched over him one day when I had to work and I was worried to leave him alone. The girls at the front desk are amazing, super sweet and care about the animals. Also, the pricing I think is very affordable for the service you receive, and they were very flexible and helpful with the payment. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone.
Wow! An amazing experience! I highly recommend Dr. Acra! I just moved to the area and this Vet is far superior than any other. They truly care about the animal! I cannot say enough good things and a shout out to Christina at the front desk and everyone else who assisted! Thank you all!
I have been going here for 20 years. They have been there through some really hard days. I have had several babies put to sleep, emergencies, and even filled the first request to have a Bearded Dragon cremated. Today I had to make a hard choice with my kitty and as always nothing but love and compassion.I have had my calls answered in not a kind way at times but I ignore it because once you make it to Kimberly and Dr. Risley the world is right again. I am so Thankful for them !
It took me several years to find Bedford Meadows, but the day I brought my dog in for her initial visit, I knew I had found our forever vet. Over the years, they have been nothing but flexible, honest, knowledgeable, supportive, loving, and professional. I never doubted that they were doing what was best for my dog. Unfortunately, I lost my almost 19 year old dog a few weeks ago but am beyond grateful for Dr. Risley, Kim, and the staff for their sensitivity, support, compassion, respect, and love for my baby girl. I am moving a few cities over but will absolutely be making the drive for my cat because I am 100% sure that they will continuously provide excellent customer service and demonstrate their love for all animals. I cannot thank the team working at Bedford Meadows enough and am beyond grateful for all that they do for animals AND people. 🙂
The staff and Dr.s at VCA Bedford Meadows are absolutely amazing, Ive been bringing my cats for years of check ups and have been so happy with the quality of service we receive. Recently my older cat had been having various and confusing medical issues and I was able to quickly get an appointment and advice! It can be scary to have a sick pet and not know what to do...but VCA Bedford Meadows will take care of you both. Very special thanks to Kim and Taylor for loving my pets as much as I do!
I want to thank the doctors and staff of Bedford Meadows for the care and treatments given to Hershey, from the heart worm treatment when we first rescued her to her gentle passing last week. She loved visiting the clinic and I felt the love was returned by the staff. The six years she spent with us was made so much better through the care and attention she was given by the clinic staff. Thanks for everything.
Took a stray here that I was extremely concerned about and wanted to have checked out. They managed to fit me into their busy schedule the morning I called. They were kind and compassionate the entire time; They helped me make the best decision for the cat as well as for me financially. Really appreciate the care and love that everyone in the office has.
Very nice, clean clinic. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Every employee, from the doctor to the receptionist, loves animals, and it shows. I had a kitten I adopted from the shelter fixed there. They gladly took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect and gave me a 24 hour number to call if I had questions after hours.
I did award you one-star because you worked hard to earn it. This is Tom Dolan, one of your former clients. Ive been giving my dog Sentinel forever. It somehow seems to be a big problem for this office. I usually get two pills a month the hundred pound and the 20 lb but for the last five months I either got one pill or no pill. So I need to get a more reliable source. In addition to that, Ive also made numerous requests to have Baileys health records emailed to me and that was ignored by your office as well. I used to be very satisfied with this particular office. The young lady at the front desk always did a good job for me.I liked both veterinarians but the bottom line isI dont like to be taken for granted in the fact of the matter is when I request something I expect to get an answer. Bottom-line Im going to tell my new veterinarian thats exactly what my expectations are.
Absolutely fantastic Clinic. From the moment I walked into the door till the moment I left, I never once felt like I wasnt cared about or my animal that I brought in there to get checked. Even after I left they continued to show support by reaching out to me to make sure my animal was okay. I definitely recommend this to be anybodys first stop whenever they feel their animal needs help. This Clinic is always ready to handle your animals needs.
Took a stray kitten that has decided she lives at our house in to get her checked out because she was sick. The staff here was very friendly and the vet took all the time I needed to answer questions and thoroughly give our little girl a check up. He worked her in the office & sent us home with flea medication as well as a free gift bag which included a bag of kitten food. Will definitely be going here for all my veterinary needs in the future.
Excellent care. I went in expecting to lose my pup but they got her on the road to recovery in no time. My little girl doesnt like men but the vet won her over right away despite the exam. The staff were really sweet and checked on us every day till my pup was better.
Had a pet emergency this morning and tried to get to my old vet but they and a few other vets were not able to see us until Monday. Bedford Meadows got us in just 2 hours after I called and took excellent care of my pup. The receptionist was amazing and my dog loved the nurse. When the vet came in she was a little hesitant and barked at him. He was great with her, won her trust very quickly and took such good care of her! This afternoon she is doing great thanks to the wonderful staff. They are the only one I have found that will get us in so quickly when necessary. We will be customers here from now on.
2020 additions- they are still forgetting to check things when I ask. Example- please trim my dogs nails. He was returned without a nail trim. I caught it and they went back and did that. The drop ship for our meds has been EXTREMELY slow, so much that I drove to the vet and bought an extra dose so my dog could have his pills on time.Additionally, the last visit in June I went with cough concerns. Vet didnt think much of it and we were given prednisone for the 3rd time as if it is some magic charm. A month later (july) I took my dog to a different vet and he tested positive for heartworms- which explains his cough (and other issues not discussed with VCA). I dont believe in the 2 yrs we have been at VCA that we ever had a heartworm test. He has been on comboguard for the 2yrs Ive had him. Suffice to say I feel more wary about returning to vca due to them still forgetting to do what I request and not thinking to test my dog for why he would have a cough for months.Staff is still friendly and their curbside works well.Review from 2019:I go here because this is the place that cared for my dog while he was still a shelter dog. My only complaints are recently we waited 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment time until we were seen. The vet was forgetful on what I was needing aside from what I was there for. I asked for some general additional stuff and discussed with the vet tech but the vet was more interested in getting us out of there. Overall they treat my dog well and the pricing is good. When he was there in August with vestibular disease the vet was understanding and explained everything and reassured me the scary thing would be over soon.I hope next time we are there to follow up we will get some more time with the vet.
I am new here and this may not be my family but it sure did feel as though it is. Absolutely wonderful staff, I was fortunate enough to have Ms. H.... attend me and she seemed quite young but the spirit is just what made my experience so wonderful. I wish this hospital the very best, they are just so thoughtful and caring for me and my pets.
Called yesterday to set up an appointment for my cat, and they got him in immediately. My boyfriend took him in and said the atmosphere was great, everyone was friendly and conversational. The staff handled our cat with care and the doctor was incredibly helpful! He ended up having a bladder infection/inflammation. $21 for pain pills and no visit fee! Today, we received a followup call to see how he was doing. We have found our new vet clinic for all of our animals.
The staff always remembers my pets whether we are there months or years apart. They are very attentive and always call to check in after appointments. I never leave with questions or feeling like my concerns werent addressed or that we were prescribed expensive medications unnecessarily.
This was our 1st time (calling and) going to VCA. I originally called to get pricing and info, and the staff was friendly, attentive and patient as to I had 1000 questions...lol. They answered all of them as if I was the only person they had in the office or on the phone. Once we choose them for our baby girl, the appt was seamless and they impressed us with how they cared for our lil Princess! Due to Covid, you stay in your vehicle and they come out to love on your baby, then take them in the office for the service. The staff & Dr was amazing! If they were to ever expand and see humans, wed be the first...lol. VCA Bedford, you guys ROCK...woof woof!
We have been happy with this vet clinic until today. Unfortunately, due to current circumstances, owners are still not allowed to accompany their pets inside. The tech was specifically told that our 14 year old dog has trouble getting around on the linoleum floor in their office. When the tech was bringing our dog back outside to us, we watched as the tech was letting our dog struggle to walk, just letting the dogs back end drag on the floor, not assisting at all nor coming to get us to assist. We ran up to the door when we saw this happening to tell the tech that we could help by picking the dog up, and the tech just shrugged her shoulders. Very disappointing that our dog was treated so poorly. Please educate your techs on how to properly care for animals in these situations.
I am so impressed with this facility. The staff made me feel welcomed from the start and you can tell that they love and care for animals. I was visiting from Utah and was sure I would be charged an arm and a leg for the service but it was extremely affordable. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Simba, is usually really shy and hesitant around strangers but he fell in love with one of the staff members, Taylor. :) Everyone was just so nice! Thanks for everything you guys!
We have resided in Bedford since 2000 and by far, VCA Bedford Meadows Animal Hospital has provided Above and Beyond healthcare and boarding for our pets. I consider the staff as family members because they have provided such excellent care for our furry children and furry grand babies. In the past Dr. Risley and Kim showed such compassion, kindness and support when we had to painfully let our little Major go home, that we will always carry that comforting (but sad) memory. The staff also provided excellent preparation and care for my two grand furbabies, Bishop and Quimby, as they traveled to Korea with my daughter for a two-year assignment (2013-2015). They are honest and will let you know whether your pet is doing well or not well -- without the sugar coating. You will receive the truth and facts about your pets health and diagnosis. Recently, we had to take Quimby for emergency care and the followup care provided by Dr. Arca, Kim, Heidi, Crystal and others (I apologize for not getting all of the names) was outstanding! The amount of detail that I would have to put in this review is too lengthy to adequately give all of the great experiences we have had with VCA Bedford, but I want to say that the professionalism, patience and care we received was awesome. We have traveled to San Antonio and Virginia with our pets over the years and I can honestly say that, although we have received mediocre/good care at other facilities, the VCA Bedford Meadows has provided the BEST care ever. To get to the point ... we TRUST VCA Bedford Meadows! Thank you Dr. Risley, Dr. Arca, Kim and staff for your dedication and for always being there for us. We appreciate you!!
I have never been treated more rude at a vet clinic. The receptionist was terrible to me. I waited an hour in tge room to be seen. When i ssked how much longer the wait woukd be, she snapped at me in front of all the patients in waiting room and ssid you were late, so you will have to wait. Very embarrassing. We showed up when scheduled.
I brought my first litter of pups to this clinic and paid $85 for 5 puppies to have dewclaws removed. My second litter of puppies, I paid $242.80 for 4 puppies. Perhaps we should have discussed prices over the phone when I called ahead of time. Regardless, I chose this clinic because it was cheap initially. Clerk would not negotiate price and was not understanding to save face, her demeaner was smug and condescending. I will need this service again, along with vaccines, in the future, but will look elsewhere.
I rarely leave a review but I have to for this Vet Clinic. You could not ask for a more pleasant, caring and knowledgeable clinic. Do not worry if you are looking for a new Vet for your loved pet. They are so wonderful, the Doctor really knows his stuff and takes a lot of time to explain problems or health benefits. The prices are great. They will even call you after hours to see if your pet is better. Love Them.Brent Cowles ( cat: Ziggy Stardust)
Great veterinarian office! The staff was friendly and polite. I called as a new patient at 8:30, and they got my sick cat in at 11:30. Dr. Arca was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything well. He was very caring toward my cat, so I could tell that he loves his job. He was also very patient with my 3 year old. And... If you look online for VCA hospitals, you too can get a coupon for your first visit free!! Thanks Dr. Arca!
I love this place and everyone in it. We took an injured bunny in and they helped us right away. The staff and doctor were so sweet and showed so much love and attention to the bunny so I told them to expect me back in a couple of hours with my 15 year old dog that has a bad cough. I came back with my dog and they treated him like a king. He didnt even want to leave because he was surrounded by attention and that means the world to me that my dog trusted them and was still happy even after he got shots, a chip, blood work and x-rays. This place is my #1!
Very very very nice staff including the vet Dr. Risley. When I first walked in the receptionist let me know it was going to be at least an hour wait because they were behind and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I told her no I would wait. We sat down, she brought over the paperwork. I dont think it was an hour wait maybe about 45 or so minutes which was cool judging by the fact they said an hour. The vet came and got us we went into the room, she was very gental and nice with my baby. The vet came in next about 5 or so minutes later, checked him out and we were done. He was also very nice to my baby. Overall I am very pleased about my visit.
VCA Bedford is a great animal clinic. I have taken all of my pets there for well check ups along with treatment for illness. The staff, including the receptionist, are awesome.. They all treat you with respect and explain everything you need to know about your pets condition. They treat the animals like they are part of their family. I would never take my pets anywhere else. I highly recommend VCA Bedford to anyone that loves their pets and wants the best of care.aka: Joann Luna
The Staff is very unprofessional. I have a subscription for fleas that I get in the mail every month, I got an email this morning saying my subscription was ending and I had only one refill left, I called the hospital and they said I need a medical exam (for fleas prevention? ) since I have moved, and my dogs got a dental recently at another closer hospital, I asked if that exam would work and Kara said yes and asked for the vets information which I provided. I read the email again and noticed that it says of this order is through a subscription no action is needed, the prescription will continue, so I decided to call them again 15min later, another lady answered the phone and told me no action is needed right now but will next month after last refill is mailed... huh? Doesnt the email is to explain you the steps to take when subscription expires? She didnt make sense. She also said no, the new vet exam doesbot work and the other girl miscommunicate it. While I tried to explain her how the email reads different, she kept putting the phone down without telling me but I could hear the phone down on a desk and no voices when I paused talking and she returned she wouldnt say anything, of course, because she didnt hear me, she was careless. I asked why did she keep putting the phone down and she was surprised i noticed so she said another customer was there, uh, no, no customer can be there because of quarantine they arent allowed in the hospital. This is not the first time I have an unprofessional service at this place, although Dr Jason is wonderful. I ordered food last time and they never called me to pick up, I went by twice again and same thing happened, until I decided to cancel that order. They obviously dont care for my business.
VCA saw my dog even though I’m out of town and won’t be a longterm patient. I was very happy that the doctor didn’t just first decide to give my dog an allergy shot and send us back out the door, he took the time to get her whole history to determine that it’s just a bad case of Hill Country allergies that can be treated orally. I also observed other patients interacting with the staff and was so pleased to see just how well the staff treated and regarded the other patients- it didn’t feel fake or forced, they genuinely cared about the people and pets they were seeing and treating. If I lived in Bedford, without a doubt VCA would be my dogs’ vet!
After having a horrible experience at Banfield, I took my cat here for the first time because of an issue with her gums. They gave her a shot and sent me home with meds to give her, and even called to follow up a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. The customer service here is great, and you can tell the doctors really know what they’re talking about. I won’t take my pets anywhere else from now on!
Such is the place that animals fear. But I love taking my animals here. The staff is wonderful. They are so friendly to anyone who walks in. They wish only to care for your pet the best they can. They are open about pricing and offer the pets club which helps with expenses. 11 out of 10.
This vet fell into my lap by accident. I lived just down the street so I choose them when I moved. My dog has been having issues for years that my previous vet could not diagnose. VCA diagnosed her quickly. Unfortunately her diagnosis was bleak. My dog had cancer. When VCA operated they found it had spreads everywhere. When it was time to put my dog down they were so precessional. When I came to pick up her ashes in tears, the vet tech was also in tears. I received a card signed by everyone in the office with personal touches about my dog. Everyone was so accepting of my pain as if it was their own, and sadden by the loss of my dog. I highly recommend this vet, they found. WhAt was wrong with my dog which no one else could for 6 years of her suffering. And then they treated me like family when i had to say goodbye.
Wouldnt take the kids anywhere else! We moved to Bedford in 2009 and have been bringing our pets here since Day One. Dr. Risley is our primary care vet and is always friendly, informative and generous with his time; more importantly, he never fails to be gentle and caring with our pets. The same can be said of Dr. Arca, another wise and gentle vet who has looked after us on several ocasions. Must give a shout-out as well to the wonderful support staff: Kim, Kyla, Kayla and Sharon are fantastic and we couldnt be more appreciative of care and kindness. And when youre there be sure to say howdy to the resident cats Tag and Bernice!
I would like to give a big shout out to all of the staff here. They have been great with us we have three dogs and they are always willing to help us out. I even talked to the Dr. this morning on the phone who took time out of his busy day and talked to me for almost 15 minutes on what to do with one of our dog who was not eating well. Thanks again very everything you do.
I am very disappointed in how they handled our visit. We needed a follow up test for heartworms, and while we were able to get in quicker than anywhere else, which we were very grateful for, everything went downhill from there. Another dog barked at my dog for at least 30 minutes. My dog has anxiety, and she was very scared as a result of this. While they said to our faces that they understood why she was scared, they, of course, made sure to write down on her sheet that she was a problem . . . We did not get a call with the results, we had to call ourselves to find out. When we were quoted a price that was more than twice the rate of other places in the area (and about 5 times how much we are going to actually pay for her treatment down in Austin), I thanked the doctor, but I said I could not afford the price and said goodbye. So since I wasnt willing to pay their inflated prices, he noted on her chart that I hung up on him (???). I will definitely never return.
They sent me home with a four month old puppy who was seizing in the exam room. My baby seized for almost 3 hours. The vett tech made cry over vaccines. Never again. I called several vets that said you should never send a seizing dog home while in the middle of a seizures.
They saved my dogs life!!! After finding a very large tumor (which turned out to be malignant) on my dog, I went to a (different) vet that was recommended by my boss- the staff was very nice, and they were good with my dog (who is very skittish), but I didnt feel they were very thorough, so since I was already planning a trip back home, I took her to see our family vet while I was there, for a second opinion. They confirmed that surgery was necessary, so when I got back to DFW, I started the search for a consultation. When I called VCA, Emily informed me that as a new patient, our first visit was free. What a relief - especially after spending lots of money on exams and blood work! We went in for a consultation with Dr. Risley (for the tumor removal), and I was incredibly impressed with everyone there - they are obviously animal people and took great care of my baby. The vet techs are wonderful, and Dr. Risley was very patient with us, taking ample time to answer all of my questions, and he made sure that I understood all of the test results and the diagnosis. After x-rays and a biopsy, I took my dog in for surgery. I was able to take her home the same day, and I could not be happier with her recovery process! I cannot praise VCA enough!! Emily and Kim are amazing techs, and Dr. Risley is an excellent doctor. The thing that most impressed me is when I was picking her up after her surgery, and Dr. Risley was explaining post op care-- he said if I saw anything that worried me to just bring her in. He could have just said give us a call, but he didnt, and that is a prime example of the excellent care that VCA Bedford provides. I would recommend them to ANYONE who has a deep love for their pet. And, to those people who give bad reviews based on cost: stop looking for a discount! Youre not shopping for a pair of pants!! In my opinion, VCA provides the best care that money can buy!! The peace of mind alone is worth it!
I normally do not write reviews but I was so worked up about taking my baby to the vet. Our family had some issues with going to the doctor and finding out they are super sick and end up passing away, which was what I feel like anyone goes to the doctor regardless of human or animal. I even called a head of time to make sure my money was in order, because we are tight on money, and they had all the answers to give me. The thing that helped the most was that the first visit is free. I also loved that with Maurice it was quick and easy to do what we needed to. Also when I was in there by myself for the first time, I was so worried they were going to shove other things he needed done down my throat, and they didnt. They did give me some great information that I did not know about. So Maurice and I will be going back very soon! Love yall!

2022-04-14I highly recommend VCA Bedford Meadows!! My dog was hurt pretty bad and in a lot of pain. I’m new to this area and have always taken her to her home vet when in town. I didn’t have a choice but to take her to a new place. Some vets weren’t even accepting new patients and it was urgent. I couldn’t have picked a better place! They’ve taken care of Marley and have made sure to check in with me even after leaving. I know that she is safe with them and is taken care of when she is in their care. Their app is awesome. Their communication has been absolutely amazing as well as their customer service. So thankful for them!

2022-05-10I woke up and my cat looked like she had a golf ball in her cheek that swelled up over night. I called the vet and they were able to get her in immediately. Front desk, vet tech, and doctor were so sweet. My cats are getting older so I know they will need a vet more often. My KitKat is back home after some antibiotics and some TLC. I found my new vet for sure!

2022-07-14I have only been to this vet once as it is more expensive than the vet I go to inside Petco. However, I believe you get what you pay for. My Corgi was experiencing horrible diarreah for weeks. I had just recently brought my dog for a wellness exam so they knew of him. I called and the vet actually got on the phone with me and explained that it sounded like my dog has IBD, and this is common for many dogs and cats. In this case, he needed to maintain a high fiber diet. (I had recently switched his food to something that I thought looked healthier but was super low in Fiber). The vet told me he would put him on a short course of Metranizadole which would kill any bacteria, and also relieve inflammation. He said it would be black or white in regards to if the stools started firming up (which would mean the medicine was working and it was at that point indicative of IBD). He said I would know in 2 days or 3. That was the case. He told me which food to put him on if the situation turned around which it did. Funny enough, the food he recommended is the same food I had previously had him on before I made the switch and he started having problems!I cant say enough good things about the advice I was given, as well as the time the vet took on the phone with me. He sent me info on IBD to read over.If anyone else has or is experiencing these same issues with their dog, I highly recommend the Science Diet light brand. It is one of only two foods with a super high amount of Fiber, for animals who have this condition. I put Jingle back on what he has already been on before lol, (not knowing before that the fiber mattered at all), and hes been doing fantastic ever since. A total 180!Sorry this review is so long!! I tend to go on. I just want to send a shout out to this clinic for caring so much. While I dont remember the name of the vet I spoke with, you know who you are🙂 You definitely knew your stuff!I plan on switching over to this vet just as soon as its affordable for me. I would prefer to have quality of care over saving some money. Our animals deserve the best😊

2022-06-23I used to go to VCA Meadows with my foster dogs, Dr, Risley and Dr Arkon were always so nice that we decided to take our cats there. its a 45min drive for us.... but we could make this work... All went well at the beginning, we bought a wellness plan for each cat, they would deduct each month, and we had unlimited visits. We thought it was overpriced, but we did it for a year. Just before the wellness plan expired, we decided to take our cats there for a physical exam. no mention of anything out of pocket and that our plan would expire in a week... we did one vaccine each cat (3 cats) blood work, and they couldnt take urine (which I was disappointed, thats part of the routine. we walked out, paid $60 for one cat to have her glands espressed. Next week I get a call saying my wellness plan is about yo expire and if I want to renew. I said I dont think we took advantage of the plan and I dont wish to renew. So.... I get asked to pay $60 for hhe espressed glands (which I already did and had the receipt) and I get asked to pay $1260 for the wellness exams I had for my 3 cats. Im baffled that I was not told I had to pay anything before the appointment! they knew the plans were about to expire! if I go to a Dr, and Im planning on having something extra done, a good Dr will inform me of my out of pocket. The same applies!!! And $85 for consultation for each cat? Dr Catherine did not check my cats for 5 minutes, she said they were stressed,!! so.I paid that money and did not have them checked.... I think its time we find a new vet, this one is getting ridiculously OVERPRICED!!! and the receptionist needs to advise for out of pocket before the appointments, thats the right thing to do. $1260 for 3 cats, just blood work is no joke...

2019-03-01Such a sweet staff. They really care about taking care of your furry family having all pets names on the board who have an appointment. The Dr. Was super sweet in handling my little sweetie and understanding of her back story of possible abuse. He was extreamly thorough in the exam and even answered our questions regarding possible issues. I highly recommend this vet and I will post again after my sweeties spay tomorrow.

2020-03-14I have taken several of my animals here. They are always nice. But recently I had to have my oldest dog put to sleep. The staff here was amazing. They handled everything with care. And I very much appreciate their care during this difficult time.
