I had placed an order May 22, 2022 and was told that Ill be receiving Friday, August 19, 2022. I called Monday August 22 for a follow up but was told that they would send the shirts to me that same week because they havent received the material but no later than Friday August 26. I called today September 6, and well I had to cancel the order. Despite all that time waiting, I still have to wait up to 35days to receive my money back.
I’m a customer from Houston TX and I’ve work directly with Desiree. I was very much pleased on the way she made my vision come true with my business cards, invoices, and business shirts. She was very responsive, prompt and sweet as can be. I will most definitely continue business with her in the future.
Versa Printing is now my one stop shop for just about everything we need for our promotion business. From touring laminates and lanyards to our tee shirts, Roger Sosa has been there and solved every issue we had and asked for more. We wont be using anyone else but them! Thanks!
This place is terrible! I placed an order in September of 2021 for my sons school uniforms, which can only be bought here because of the logo. Half of the order was available in December of 2021,the other items where delivered in March of 2022. Once we finally received his white dress shirt it had ink spots on it. Im still waiting on a replacement ! I strongly suggest going anywhere else !
I ordered my child’s uniform on 8/19/21 with a pickup date of 9/8/21. On the pickup date, I called the office and was informed they were waiting on a delivery from the vendor and they’re trying to get the orders out by next week. I called the next week and was informed the same thing. I called the week after and again was informed the same thing. I have repeatedly requested to speak with a manager on each call but the managers are never in and have yet to return any of my calls.At this point, I do not know when or if my child will receive his uniform.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Frustrated does not adequately describe my experience with Versa Printing. They are the sole vendor for my son’s school in Dallas ISD. He has not had uniform shirts, a button down shirt, or a blazer for the entire fall semester. On Monday, I was told all of his shirts and blazer were in and could be picked up on Wednesday evening. I am standing here now and I have only received 3 of 6 shirts, no button down shirt, and no blazer. No one seems to know where it is or when I will receive it. They don’t seem to have a system for how they store orders waiting for pickup because the first two trips back, she couldn’t find the order. I understand shipping delays but 4 months later and still only 3 shirts. They are dishonest and unconcerned. Dallas ISD needs more vendor choices because Vista Printing is not ready for this volume of business.
This is the only place sell the uniform as school requirements, they shipped me just 1/2 of items I bought and paid online. I called 2 times plus email 1 time, a lady representative said they would look into it and either call or email us back. We never receive a respond from them. We came to store, showed them the receipt plus their people handwriting on it with the word “missing” to prove. Then they asked if we brought the package with us, lucky we did. After waiting for like 45 mins, I was no longer in patient, stood up and asked to see store manager, I wanted either refund a whole amount to me. We have a feeling they never look into our missing items or try to solve the problem. No email or letter say the missing items will be shipped in the near future, no words saying if they will refund if they don’t have it. This is very bad reputation. I wish there was another place sell uniforms for our kids. This is the first time ever I give 1 star review for a business. If Im happy with a business, I give them 4 or 5 stars, if I’m not happy, I just walked away go find another better place. The system of this business is so so bad. If you like me, need to order uniforms for your kids and this is the only place, good luck.
I had to purchase school uniform items from Versa because they are the vendor contacted by 3 of my kids schools. I placed my order mid-June. I was never contacted by anyone at the company and had to call the week before school started (almost exactly two months AFTER my order date) to find out when I could pick up my items, which were supposed to be ready in 3-5 weeks according to their website and my order confirmation. At that time I was informed that they hoped to have everything ready the second week of school.After a lot of back and forth and asking for a refund, miraculously I was able to get some of my items the Friday before school started. Every time I called to inquire about the rest of my items I was told they would be ready on X date, only to call on that date and be told it would be another date. Mind you, they NEVER contacted me about delays or updates. I always had to contact them. There was no apologies, no attempt to be proactive and make customers happy. No service at all.Its now the first week of September, we just finished the 4th week of school, and we still havent received all of our items. Theyre blaming it on their vendors they order from when the truth is they dropped the ball and waited to place their orders until the last minute. I honestly wouldnt be as frustrated as I am if there had been any attempt by them to reach out to us customers as professionals should instead of sitting in silence and waiting for us to contact them. They should have contacted us when they knew they werent going to be able to honor their posted delivery time listed on their website, and in our order confirmations. They made no attempt to provide any customer service and basically shrugged their shoulders when parents got understandably upset when we found out THE WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED that the uniforms we ordered months ago would not be ready in time for school.I will not be giving this company any future business. I have already lodged complaints with my schools and with DISD leadership about this vendor. My kids will go to school naked next year if Versa is still the vendor contacted with their schools.
Ordered August 1st still no response from them. I called once to check on my order and they were just running late, the date is just an estimate date. Called back 2 weeks later, the school is the fault they changed their logo. Im so over this. I WILL BE REQUESTING A REFUND!! WORST THAN ANYTHING NO COMMUNICATION!!
I have used Versa Printing on several occasions for different items and their product is always what we asked for. Pricing is good, quality is good, they are very responsive and very professional. I truly appreciate all of their hard work. I will continue to use them every chance I get.
Ordered on Aug 22 was to be ready Oct 1 now in 11/23 an nothing called was told to call following week which was done girl was rude and just said wait for an email not call. Well why would I wait if I was told by Oct 1 then told call next week to see if its in . Communication is terrible
I placed an order here August 19th for my sons school uniforms & was told they would be ready in no more than 5 weeks, which I thought was already a long wait. I paid in full the same day I ordered. Its now been 10 weeks & we still have no uniforms & zero communication. I have called several times & get told I will get called back or they need to check with the production supervisor & will get back to me, but no one ever does. Finally the first week of October after I called again they said half the order was ready & the rest would be done the following week. Its been more than 3 weeks since then & still nothing. I had to buy spirit shirts from WalMart for my son to wear to school in the meantime. This place is completely unprofessional & I will never recommend anyone to give their business to this company. They had no problem taking my money, but i havent gotten a single thing in return in over 2 months. Thankfully the school has found another place to make uniforms for next year.ETA i tried to dispute the transaction with my bank but it was past the allotted timeframe. I filed a complaint with the BBB in October & just today (1/11/21) got a response. The company claims COVID caused supply & production delays & said theydid their best to communicate this with clients if they called in but I guess my multiple phone calls went unnoticed? Why should clients have to hound a business to get an update? Apparently, according to their BBB response, my order has been ready since Novenber & they notified me via email though every other correspondence with this company has been done via telephone. Apparently COVID has made them ignore clients & unable to make phone calls as well. What a sorry excuse.
It’s now the end of October and I’ve been waiting on my order since June!! They keep telling me they have a big order from the school and it will be sent as the same time the school gets their order. The school got the order a whole month ago. My daughter has still not received her shirts
Versa management and their team is the best in production and RUSH orders! Not only do they provide the best customer service they also have the best creative ideas for all my Alex Prado State Farm marketing materials and giveaways! They are highly recommend by me and my team!!!
At 4pm while I was on my way to Dallas, my boss told me that I needed to get 500 flyers made by 6pm. Versa Printing took care of it with no problem! I called them at 4:15pm and they had the fliers printed and boxed at 5:30pm! Everybody was super nice, and Tammy was an absolute angel to work with! I am so grateful! I seriously can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees! Highly recommend!!
I honestly feel like the school could have done better . Unfortunately in the beginning they had nothing in stock in which I had to spend more money on buying temporary shirts.The prices are not affordable Ive seen cheaper prices from different companies . It took 3 weeks just to get my order because they use another source to make the shirt is what I was explained. When I finally went to pick up my order no one helped me , so many people saw me standing there and even made eye contact. Finally the receptionist came back from the back to ask if I am picking up. They were trying to say that I didnt pay when I placed the order in which I did and luckily I had proof its seem unorganized . I agree with the previous parent about filing a complaint with the school. It may work for other buisnesses but with schools not so much since they seem to lack supply and demand. There was one young lady I admit was very helpful during the fitting and making the fitting fun for my son , unfortunately I dont remember her name.

This is the first time I have ever had to deal with this company personally, and my experience has been dreadful. My son is attending a school in which the school requires us to use this company to purchase the required uniforms. First the fitting and ordering was horrendous. Besides being extremely overpriced, they were completely unorganized, rushed through the fitting process, and customer service was extremely poor. Second, they sent an invoice to my email for me to to make payments towards the order, however the link they sent me didnt work, the 2nd link they sent didnt work, and neither did the 3rd. I eventually had to call in and pay by phone. When the initial payment was made, I asked if there was a specific date I needed to have this paid off by to receive the uniforms and was told no, as long as it was paid in full by the 16th. I called to make my 2nd payment, probably the only non hassle communication, until they lost it. After several phone calls, emails, and facebook message to pay off the order and being told the incorrect balance every-time, and providing payment information my payment was finally located and applied to the account. My account is now paid in full, she said, however my sons uniforms will not be ready for another 3 weeks! School starts next week, so now I have to go buy regular uniform shirts, on top of the $300 I spent for overpriced ones order through Versa! Why was I told they would be ready as long as paid in full by the 16th. Why is going to take 3 weeks? Honestly Ill be sending this complaint to the school , because I refuse to deal with them next year.
Disappointed by their customer service. Placed an order on Wednesday and was told they would have it ready by Friday. I emailed the order and afterward I called to verify that they received my email and if they needed anything additional from me to process the order and they said no. On Thursday I get a late email that they needed payment, tried to do it Friday morning and by then they wanted to charge me a rushing fee..... my order went from $70 to $200 because they did not communicate with me until it was too late all that they needed despite my efforts to try to get this all taken care of when I first placed the order. I was even more disappointed that they tried to blame this on me and charge me additional fees when they clearly did not have good communication to their potential customers.
I wish I didnt put 0 stars, This place is a complete failure of a company they continue with the excuse of covidto continue with the delay in the delivery of the uniforms, I made the order since July as they would be ready on Sep 2 and it is February 8 and I still have not received the order, the schools should change the company to manufacture the uniforms, at least I recovered my money.
A very bad place they do not know how to have order with their orders I came twice they said they had my uniforms ready and when I arrived they had nothing I regret having ordered with these people very horrible service k has and the girls have a terrible way I do not recommend this place at all

2022-08-31Ive been using Versa for 15 years now...I love their fast turn arounds. I remember one time, for one of our events, I had forgotten to submit artwork for a banner and the owner went to print shop on Saturday and printed it himself for me to get me going! Desiree has been amazing as well...she is a great communicator and has even delivered my finished products for me after she gets off work. Highly recommend Versa!

2022-08-20Overall not a bad option. They printed my design exactly. Pretty good customer service over the phone, though they are a little slow to respond to email. They got my shirts printed and delivered within a short time frame which I appreciated. A little more expensive than I would have expected considering how the shirts turned out. My T-shirts were fine, though there are a few things I wish would have been done a little cleaner. In general a very positive experience except for the slow response time.

2022-08-05Versa Printing is the BEST printing shop for your needs. My items are ALWAYS beautiful. Whatever my vision is for a design (I’m no artist) they take it and bring it to life (they take my vision and transform it into a reality)!!!!! If you want quality, look no further, you are in the right spot!!! If you’re in a pinch, look no further they WILL get the job done!!!! Desiree is the absolute BEST, she is patient, kind, overwhelmingly pleasant, and huge blessing (ask for her, I call her Mrs. Make it happen). As a teacher, there is not greater feeling then watching your students shine even brighter because they feel the confidence to rock your vision with pride. Desiree took my shirt design and turned it into gold!!!! The embroidery is beautiful!!!!! I’ll come back later and update this post with pictures, but this review is long overdue. I encourage you all to use this company, I won’t use another!!!

2022-08-26I placed my first order of coloring books through them and loved the results. I then placed an order of some hoodies of my brand to be embroidered and was very happy with the results. My point of contact has been Brenda, and she has been amazing. Very prompt with responses and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend this company and will continue doing business with them

Desiree was extremely helpful, prompt and just an overall pleasure to work with! She is an asset to their team! She is the GOAT!
