I would not do business with a company that have desperate sales people still knocking after telling them twice we are not interested and have no soliciting signs, leave me a flyer, basically something in writing and leave it at that and respect our signs and requests. Asking which car he needs to wait and look for, asking if my wife is home alone is not appropriate. The sales tactic of saying pest control is so important that you ignore everything... Im sorry unless rats, roaches, termites, etc. cause a pandemic or mutate into something super deadly pest control is not that important to pound on my door for minutes....

We’ve been using VinX for years and have always had an issue getting someone to service on time and professionally. No response or lack thereof. They’ve skipped our service past couple months.
Came to my door ignoring our no solicitation sign then had the gall to try to argue with me over the definition of solicitation. If yall are going to be rude on potential customers what am I going to expect if I was an actual customer.Edit: I am so tired of companies like yall using the were not advertising, were just in your area doing work excuse, if you are telling me about your prices you are advertising flat out. Dishonest and scummy practices you should be ashamed.

I have been a satisfied customer of Vinx Pest Control for one year now and Im so glad I chose them. I have their Home Guard Warranty plan and received my 3-month preventative treatment by Aaron today. Aaron was extremely efficient in servicing my home. I attribute the 5-Star Rating I gave your company to the outstanding service provided by one of your technicians, Nick Reddy. I have been truly impressed with the great work Nick does when he services my home. He is very meticulous in how he goes about treating my home for pest control. I feel he does an exceptional job at creating a barrier between the pest and my home based on the level of treatment he does. He communicates every aspect of what he is doing. I have had other technicians from your company to treat my home and did a good job, but Nick has really given me the satisfaction I been looking for from my pest control treatments. What I mean by this is when others have treated my home I would still have to kill spiders only days after they left and sometimes throughout the months following. I was actually considering changing pest control companies because of this reason. It was only weeks after Nick treated my home that I decided to stay with Vinx. Nick has treated my home the last two times and I haven’t encountered any spiders inside of my home and the ones I did see on my patio and in my garage were already dead. This is exactly how pest control should work. I really feel Nick is the consummate professional when it comes to this line of work. He truly loves what he does and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the work he has done prior to his departure. I couldn’t be happier with the work he does and definitely want him to be the one to treat my home in the future. I feel Nick should be in a position to train the other technicians on his treatment techniques because what he does delivers the level of protection that people are paying for.

Eli is responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We recently had an ant problem in our kitchen due to the recent cold and rain. Eli took the time to communicate with us even late on a Friday night, and he came out himself the next morning on a Saturday to address out concerns. I would highly recommend this company and especially Eli.
Supposedly I had signed up for a one year contract, that I don’t remember signing up for. After several attempts to schedule back due services, I finally decided to cancel their services. They told me I could not and had two payments left before I could cancel and they would go to collections if I didn’t pay. I said OK, and paid the outstanding balance (one month) and told them I wanted to cancel after my next payment and that I was done with them. Now three months later they are STILL charging me, STILL not performing services, and not responding to my texts or calls. WHEN they came, we had little to no bug problems. Unfortunately those times were few and far between. They would tell us they “performed services” but you can’t enter the back of the house without our permission and they maybe only rang us to enter the back twice. The owner even sent a text and said “if you have any issues, please reach out” so I did. Almost a week later and no response.The product was good. Unfortunately their services are terrible. I do not recommend them, at all. Other companies may be more expensive, but it’s worth the price to deal with people who are more professional.
Gustavo was professional, polite and very knowledgeable about the services he was providing and the products he was using (we had seen a few roaches inside and numerous wasps outside our house). He was very thorough and we highly recommend him as a service tech!
I’ve been a long time customer of Vinx. They are great at customer service! I’ve used them at 3 houses now for different services. They always delivered what they have indicated they would. They are personable and take the customers concerns seriously. Great organization with reasonable pricing and are highly responsive. I would highly recommend them. I have had Vinx for around two years now and I am very happy with their service. They are easy to get ahold of and schedule service. They are quick to come out when you have an urgency and even the owner checks with you to make sure you are happy with their service. IN RESPONSE TO WHAT WAS REPLIED TO ME: First off, if Doug ever reported that the problem had cleared up that was a blatant lie. If that were the case we wouldnt have called for him to come back. Secondly, another blatant lie nothing is shipped in my garage where my business is run! I am a couponer which I physically go out and purchase the items in my garage on shelves!!! If you have no knowledge of things that were told to you then its best to not repeat them. If the owner (s) water a private conversation with me then there was no need to come on here publicly and post a novel of the history and half of it is false. Im very easy to please but the quickest way to upset me is to spew out false things about me!!!! I leave excellent reviews and said great things about Doug which speaks volumes for the company I just dont agree the product is effective but I didnt know that Doug was a liar and I dont appreciate that AT ALL!!!!!!!ORIGINAL POSTThe technician Doug was very polite and pleasant to work with but Im completely dissatisfied with the service received. After the issue seemed to not get better , I contacted Doug and he came back out a couple of times to try to fix the issue I will admit he was willing to help. But whatever method they use is just not effective. I contacted him about a month ago letting him know that the problem hadnt gotten any better and he said he would come back out and I never heard anything else. That was my experience the last 2 times I contacted him where I was forgotten about and had to reach out to them AGAIN to actually get scheduled. 😔 I recommend going with someone who offers the heat treatment because whatever powder substance they use is a waste of money and it saddens me because we dont have money to throw away.
Gustavo did a great job. He was thorough and performed all of the preventative services and inspections that he described beforehand. He was prompt, polite, and his communication was clear and concise. Im glad I have contracted with Vinx, and would certainly welcome Gustavo as my technician in the future.
After reading the reviews, I decided to have Vinx out for service. I kind of think about pest control companies similar to carpet cleaning services, in that they lure you out with an offer and then the sales pitch starts. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this was not the case with Vinx! Mario was the one who visited, and actually treated the house for more than I had expected. He was very professional and helpful, and I dont regret having Vinx out or signing up for their ongoing service.
I called Vinx Pest Control after using about 5 other inferior pest control companies over the last 10 years. Gustavo was my technician, and I have to say he did an exceptional job treating my house and yard. I have NEVER seen a tech with more attention to detail. I watched him treat areas of the house no other Tech has ever even mentioned. He was very friendly, courteous and professional as well, using shoe covers inside the house, wearing a mask/gloves at all times (Covid protection), etc.. I HIGHLY recommend Vinx, and you should request Gustavo!
My wife and I are both very pleased with the service provided by Vinx Pest Control! The technicians are all professional. Most recently David sprayed the inside and outside of my house for an annoying ant problem. The ants are gone now! He was friendly, professional, and respectful as he made his way through every room in the house. He was very thorough and did a great job! David even went under my house in the crawl space to make sure everything was ok. I was impressed and extremely satisfied with his high standard of customer service! Thanks again David and hope to see you again on our next maintenance appointment.
David and the team at Vinx are always responsive, genuine, and personable! They do a quality job each time and are always helpful. They send text/call reminders, and communicate before they are coming. I’ve been with Vinx for a few years now and truly value their service!
**EDIT**. Totally changed how they do things. The last couple of treatments they never showed or called. We called about possible mice in our garage and they sent out an “inspector”. Long story short a lot of unnecessary items were presented to me with a bill of over $1,300. I felt taken advantage of so we are cancelling our service with them and already have a new company taking care of us the trustworthy way. Sad to leave a negative review.We have always had great service with Vinx. They are usually able to get out to our house within days of calling. Today, was a recall appointment because we live in a new neighborhood and there is a lot of activity...so the pests are finding a new home with us...boo. Our tech today was Oscar. He was very professional. He explained everything to me and asked me to walk around outside with him to show him the areas of concern-I appreciated that invitation....that way I didn’t feel like I was hovering or getting in his way! (No one likes someone looking over your shoulder while you work😉). Oscar gave me tips on how to deter flies, how to clean our shower drain so any don’t come up through it and areas to watch for wasps coming back to look for their (destroyed, now) nest. We live in a new build and he showed me areas that needed caulking so wasps don’t build their nests there-those were places I would have never noticed! He wore his mask and gloves the entire time-even though it is 100 degrees outside. Oscar was fast, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When it’s time to schedule our next service, I will be sure to ask for Oscar. Thank you Oscar!!

A newly found flea infestation was quickly demolished by Vinx Pest Control for a very affordable price that includes a 2 week check up service. Ryan was my service pro and he was very informative, direct and well mannered. The recovery time was only 3-4 hours so I could return back home at a reasonable time. Their service covered the inside and outside, including every baseboard in the home. Thanks to them my 4-legged kiddos won’t be scratching anymore!
Every member of the Vinx team that we have encountered has been exceptional from their professionalism to their knowledge. We first met Emilee, who introduced us to Vinx. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. No pressure sales. Willing to answer all questions. Great follow up to assure we were and are happy with the service. First initial visit we met Carl, who was professionally dressed and introduced himself and went straight to work. He was on time and was focused on getting everything done right. The owner of the business Ryan had stopped by and introduced himself. Instead of just chatting, he picked up equipment and also help. They are true to their word, if we saw any issues, to call and they would immediately reach out and make things right. We live on the marsh and have lots of tiny bugs and one side of the house had some tiny stubborn bugs that just weren’t going away. Jeremiah came out and immediately took care of it. He is also another extremely hard working professional individual. Last thing stated was if we have any other issues not to hesitate and give them a call. I will most definitely keep their service and recommend them to others. Great team!

Gustauo with Vinx Pest Control was on time, friendly, honest and did the best job we have ever had done on our house. Even all our fur babies loved him. Their eco friendly product made it safe for them as well. He reminded me of their 100 % guarantee but I think he did such a great job that I do not have to worry about that.
I have been a Vinx customer for almost 2 years now. I have said this before and it still holds true to this day. Vinx is a customer service company that just so happens to handle pest control. I am sure if you do a little research a lot of pest control companies use the same methods. The difference with Vinx is the higher quality of service. I usually never leave any reviews but the service that I had received from Vinx over the year has been incredible. Last service I received from Angel was 5 star service. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Technician was able to resolve my issue and help me understand the problem. I would not choose any other pest control beside Vinx. They are simply amazing.
I had an issue with carpenter ants buried into one of the exterior walls of my home. Eli, one the technicians came out and did a throughly examination of the affected areas and provided a proper explanation on how to treat the issue. He even took it a step further and pointed out the hole in my roof siding was most likely attracting squirrels due to the greasy spots on the wood. After he was finished, he provided a follow up outline with options for continuing treatment along with some education on things to keep an eye when it comes to pest invasion. Highly recommend using this company.

David is the best! He comes monthly to help control mosquitoes on our heavily treed lot that backs up to a creek. He is very thorough when he asks about any other potential issues beyond mosquitoes. He is careful to make sure that the treatments are safe for our dog and family. On top of his excellent professional services, David is a kind and friendly person. Eli was the tech today doing my quarterly service he was extremely professional. He listened carefully to the areas I mentioned that might need mit more attention, and after performing the service, very thoroughly went over the services he performed and the products that he used. He also explained the companys warranty and how I could call for other services. Great job!
If I could rate this company worse I would. Had service for about a year and have been lied to at every turn. I have been billed like clockwork every month only to receive no services. On initial sign up we were told that we would have a pest control person come out monthly. Then they said, pest control will only come out of you call and schedule the date. Finally, the new lip service is, oh we bill you monthly but we only come out for quarterly service. This company has absolutely no handle on their schedule and service is at a zero. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with Vinx “services”. What a laugh.
We decided to try Vinx And today was the first treatment. Our Technician Josh showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was very polite and professional. He explained what he would be doing and asked if we had any questions and or other concerns that we have. He answered all our questions and completed his job in a timely fashion. I am formerly a pest control technician for another company and I thought that I was thorough... Our technician David was very friendly, very professional. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He was not bothered by me at all. I was blown away with the thoroughness of his visit. Vinx is such a wonderful service! I’m so glad they knocked on my door. Their team is always professional and friendly. They’re not demeaning or arrogant. Their products perform exactly as they said. They have consistently decreased the numbers of pests surrounding my house, and they take care of ALL of them! They even alert me if there are other pests in the area and watch out for those on my property.

On a recent typical visit, my technician, Austin, notified me of his arrival time, inquired on any special services needed, performed a VERY thorough pest and termite inspection/treatment, and took the time to text a detailed summary of all work performed and the results of his inspections. Vinx pest control is local business. They are very responsive, through and that reflects in their work. The owner Ryan has responded late / night when we found ant colony, spiders inside and sends somebody out pretty fast. Tyan came out several times, including heavy rain and provides excellent service and advice.

My nephew found this company on the web for me. I received their bid and two others. I was about to sign with another company, but they took too long to call back. VINX was available and met the research contract agreement with the other company. They came, took their time, and communicated the best plan for me. Highly recommend!!

I had a huge vole and gopher problem and they were ruining my yard. Vinx came to my door and thank goodness they did cause I have not had a problem since they put bate traps in my yard. Vinx pest control is amazing! Ervin is our service pro and is thorough with his work to make sure we are satisfied. We would recommend his service to anyone! We had a horrible vole problem when we first moved into our home but since we hired vinx, our yard looks so much better!!
Eli was awesome! We recently had some unwanted fruit flies we could not seem to get rid of. Eli took care of our home but also educated us on the best ways to ensure our unwanted guest do not return. Very professional and obviously takes pride in his work.
I have enjoyed a bug free home while Vinx has been servicing us. They are great to come out of I need a reservice (because of voles). The technicians always do a great job. I appreciate Olea today and how pleasant and helpful he was.
Vinx came to my house and was very professional. After walking my yard and reviewing my concerns with me the service tech then treated those areas and pointed out several other concerns he had and treated those as well. I had an issue with Voles and they placed traps in several places. I have had another pest control service out before this and they would only place one or 2 traps but Vinx placed 6 total. I was really impressed with how thorough they were. I saw results within days of their visit.
Saw the offer you had on Facebook, seemed like a good deal but come find out this company frowns on servicing condos or it’s how I felt when texting with the Representative. Decided not to go with you at this time as my service would not be guaranteed.
Having a rodent problem makes you feel so icky! That said, Eli took the time to show me what was going on, explain rodent behavior and assure me everything was fixable. He was incredibly thorough and not pushy at all. I felt like he truly wanted what was best/right for me and my husband.
Olea came and treated our home today for a huge wasp problem. He did en excellent job! He was very friendly and VERY thorough! He spent nearly an hour combing all around our yard and home trying to find all the wasp problems. He also took extra care to treat the vole problem we have been having. He did excellent work!! Travis was very thorough and went above and beyond to help me! I had insulation blown in my attic a week ago & started having a terrible smell. My contractors HVAC man was trying to convince me it was from a dead animal from a year ago. I knew better & Travis assured me it was definitely not s dead animal smell...especially one from a year ago! He told me my house is very well protected from critters because of the boxes I have around perimeter that Vinx checks regularly. If you need reliable service call Vinx & ask fir Travis to service your house!!!

I was only in my new home 2 weeks when I met a huge wolf spider in my living room, I HATE spiders and I was mortified. This is my first house and I had no idea what to do. I had heard nightmares about other companies and the cost of it, etc, and I was worried about how to find the right company. Vinx knocked on my door not long after and I was amazed, it was like I thought of what I needed and they were on there way already!They were kind, calm and collected when they explained their services and that above anything else was the close of the sale for me. They were not pushy, they did not wheel and deal me, they were real people doing an honest service and that is all I ask. I have been with them a year now and just today the technician, Ferneli, called me when on his way as requested, I was able to run home from work and let him in to spray inside and out. He was courteous, kind, didnt talk my ear off and didnt even bat an eyelash at my messy home. I couldnt be more happy!I dont know about any of you, but I am so grateful to have a company like Vinx where they consistently take care of me on the schedule I set up. They will notify me in advance of appointments so I have time to give special instructions, and to this day I have not seen so much as a fly more than a year later. Not only that, but I feel like every contact I have with them I am talking to people who have it together because they are where they want to be. This is not a job for them, they enjoy it and it shows.I would recommend Vinx to everyone. They were the right choice and they make my life easy, and isnt that the point?

So far, Vinx has come to my home twice to treat. One of the main reasons for getting a contract with them is that they use pet-friendly products. Also, I like their policy of treating for no cost as needed between the quarterly treatments. The technicians are friendly, helpful, professional, and competent. I had Olea from vinx pest control come over today to spray my house. He was very polite and professional. He let me know he was at my house and there to spray, which i was very grateful for! (Ive had a different company come and not notify me they were here and they started spraying and they let my dog out when they went in the back yard). I asked him if he could do the basement and he said yes and did it with no complaint. Great employee and great service!

Gustavo showed up at my house right on time. He was very courteous and took his time to explain to me what he is going to do for my mice problem in the attic. He explained there are a lot of different ways to get rid of the mice in the attic. He explained why certain ways are better than others and what he is going to do for me.
Unfortunately I am going to give Vinx a 1 Star. I tried to hire them to treat our new home. The video really sold me on wanting to have them come out but we never were able to revive services from them. I reached out and then received an email saying they would contact me as soon as the next day to get an appointment scheduled, but instead received a phone call the next morning stating that they were at the house and no one was home (We hadn’t closed yet and had they called to set up an appointment I would have told them that instead of them wasting their time driving all the way to Rockwall) so we set up an appointment for 10/30 between 12-2pm. I got to the house at 11:30 on the 30th and there was a note on the door saying they had been there at 8:55. I called and they stated the appointment was from 8-10, I told them that had never been made aware of the appointment time change. The gentleman checked and confirmed the appointment had been discussed between us from 12-2 and said he wasn’t sure what happened- he said he would reach out to the another tech and see if they could squeeze me in- they called back and said they put me on for sometime during the day Friday- no one ever showed up- so I sat in a completely empty house ALL day (from 1130-630) with a 9 month old waiting for someone to show up and I didn’t even receive a call stating that they wouldn’t be able to make it. And no one tried to reach out today either to even try to set up a new appointment or apologize. We’re new to town and were looking to establish a long standing pest control services. We’ll keep looking.
Weve used other services previously that did not even compare to vinx pest control. My wife and I really like that vinx is local. Very easy to schedule an appointment; the employees were courteous and professional. They showed up right when they said they would and were thorough with the entire process. Weve had a problem with spiders and ants and havent seen any since they came and sprayed. I would definitely recommend this service and will be using them again on the future.

I had a bird stuck inside my dryer vent and called Vinx for help . Eddie arrived and assessed the situation. In less than 30 minutes he came up with a plan and the bird was set free. I call that outstanding service. .5 stars for Eddy and Vinx.

Doug arrived when expected and asked if we had any specific problems that needed to be addressed. He then told us the services he would be performing. Afterwards, he explained the services he had performed, including the treated ants and the wasps in the palm trees. Doug was friendly, professional and genuinely interested in our satisfaction of the services and their results. We look forward to seeing Doug on the next treatment date.
Today was the 3rd time Vinx has been here. The first was the initial treatment, 2nd was followup and today was because I found a bunch of ants (different type and different area) and some wasps on a fence we are trying to take down and then as we were walking by my mailbox spotted some more wasps.Olea is an awesome man. Today I had Vinx come out because of a big wasp issue I have been having for a few weeks now. I tried to take care of it myself a number of different ways but finally decided to call for a professional. Oleu came out and was AWESOME! He want above and beyond to reassure that the wasp will not be coming back. After finding one of the sources he searched around my neighbors house to make there was no issues because he knew we had a young son and did not want them to sting him. He was awesome!
Doug was my service pro and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough and even took the time to explain how certain methods would eliminate the insects that have been an issue for us. Highly recommend.

Olea came to my house to do pest control treatment on Feb 15 . Hes real gentle man and very professional in his work. I had a issue of some tiny bugs coming in one of my bathroom in lower level. He had good understanding of the problem and treated the area with different insecticide. Vinx pest control has been treating my house since last two yrs I have no mice problem any more.

***UPDATE*** I received a phone call from the owner today with his sincerest of apologies. Turns out a new technician had our address mixed up with that of one of their customers. I appreciated that he took the time to hear my concerns and explained to me why the issue had occurred. I would give more stars but I dont use the company for pest control so I only have this experience to go off of. Good customer service though.---------------------------------------------------------------I got home from a camping trip only to find that this company whom Im not even a customer of, treated my house for pests! When I let my dogs in my back yard they came back with one of their traps. What gives them the right to trespass on private property?!? My dog could of gotten very sick and died because of your careless neglect! Your traps have been thrown in the garbage and I will be making a very angry complaint to your headquarters on Monday. Im half tempted to file a report with police for the trespassing. I dont use services with companies who do garbage like this to advertise and think theyre doing the world a favor.

I have had a good experience with Vinx. Our main issues are Wasps and Ants. The wasps have really been taken care of but the ants outside are always an issue. I understand they are difficult to eliminate. Vinx has always been willing to come out for repeat visits as needed and left additional poison packs for us to use whenever we see an ant family moving in.Thanks.

Dont EVER tell me there isnt a HUGE difference in pest control companies! These guys are the most thorough, careful and personable weve ever had come to our house. Prior to these guys we would have never considered signing a contract with any other pest control company but we actually initiated the request to put us on contract with them. We have struggled with ants, spiders & a horrifying YELLOW JACKET infestation so we know what we are talking about! Vinx is WORTH every penny! The technician who came was Moroniah Olea and he was extremely polite & professional. He took the time to pinpoint & identify all our issues before he started which inspired a lot of confidence in the company! Id give him 10 stars if there was a place for it.

We have had Vinx Pest control for several months now. They are great! The do exactly as they told us they would, including dusting down any spider webs and wasp nests that are present on the house or overhangs. I would highly recommend them! So sorry to lose them. We are moving out of their service area.
These guys are awesome. They came to our home, explained what they were doing and why and were very thorough. After a lot of rain we had an issue with millipedes, they came out the next day, explained why we had the issue and what the plan was to resolve it. We have t had an issue since. We love these guys!!
Eddie listened to our problems and then treated for them. If something pops up, Vinx is great about coming back and addressing it. No run around or obligation feel- just taking care of pest problems and being good people in the process.

Lea did an outstanding job getting rid of bees in our window casing which could not be removed. He came back and added some sealant and cleaned it up beautifully. I highly recommend him as a service technician.He was wonderful.

Nick came to take care of mice problems. The four large bate boxes were emptied and Ive seen lots of dead mice. The system is working. We placed three additional bate boxes in areas that still have mice. Nick deals with customers in a professional manner and did a complete review after the home treatment. We love Vinx Pest Control!
Eli did a great job explaining everything he was doing and letting us know what we could expect to see in the coming weeks. He also let us know we could call to have them spray again if we ever saw more bugs.
Doug was punctual & called before he came. He was concerned about the safety of the gardeners who were here mowing the lawn. If they were going to prune or trim bushes the spray would get on their hands & arms. He communicated this (in Spanish!) with my gardener & there would be no trimming. He did his job & was pleasant & quick!
Quite pleased to see how knowledgeable Eli Garcia was about addressing my concerns over the rodent bait being used and the impact to other domestic animals. Also learned quite a bit about the habits of rats, mice as well as other insects and some preventions I should be taking to minimize their presence

Danny installed the Sentricon system on 10.1.2018. He did an excellent job and answered my questions about inspections , replacement due to damage and need to relocate ( no cost) due to future projects. Highly recommend.

There is definitely something wrong with this company! We have a large sign covering our doorbell that says NO SOLICITING. Twice in the past year this company has sent someone to our door at 7 in the evening when we are putting our children to bed or having dinner. Its worse than even the spam phone calls. VINX uses aggressive and annoying door-to-door salesmen who pretend to not understand you when you tell them to leave you alone. They spent several days hanging out in our neighborhood looking suspicious. I am notifying police. VINX - this is a warning, stop sending your aggressive people here, K?

This company engages in annoying door-to-door solicitation by aggressive high-pressure salespeople. In my experience, that is a hallmark of a sleazy and untrustworthy business. I strongly urge anyone who is considering using them to look elsewhere.Update: to his credit, the owner responded to my complaint and promises to make sure his people respect no soliciting signs in the future and display their license as required by law. I still dont like their marketing, but hsve revised to give a neutral review.

2022-05-19I’ve been using Vinx for about a year and a half. I first signed up after Eli stopped by my house and did a terrific job explaining the services that were being offered and how they would help with pest control at my house. He was extremely straightforward and knowledgeable. After having Eli at my house again earlier today to help out with something I can say he was even better this time. Very professional, knowledgeable, and overall just a great guy to do business with. I’ve got nothing but good things to say and highly recommend Vinx, especially Eli.

2022-05-12Awesome Vinx! Well Done!!Today (05/12/2022) I had a pest control service call. I wish I remembered the technique’s last name but, I can tell you his first name was DOUG. He may be the best service technician that I have ever had! I don’t write this review lightly. These days I know service industries are experiencing many challenges; especially in staffing. Doug proved today to be an amazing representative of Vinx Pest Control! My rating of my pest/mosquito control service just went to my all time high. Doug was everything a service rep/tech should be: punctual, well groomed, articulate, highly qualified/experienced, professional in every way. These are qualities that are difficult to find and should be acknowledged which is why I chose to write and applaud his service today. Doug is a huge asset to his employer. 2022-06-24We reached out to Kevin Meza for pest control services. He was extremely helpful and offered affordable services. He scheduled our service and David Helm came out to service our home. He arrived early with a call to let me know he was on his way! He was very helpful in telling us where our problems were coming from and sprayed the interior and exterior. He answered all of our questions and took excellent care of us! We highly recommend Vinx if you are looking for an affordable pest control service that offers great customer service, excellent pest control service and will come back at any point to respray!

2022-08-02I have used Vinx for many years. It started off great but the quality of treatments & customer service has gone down hill over the past year or so. There were a couple of times they canceled our treatment due to the weather forecast or lack of technicians, but then they never called me to reschedule. One time a “manager” came out to set a bait trap but then left without treating the yard. That was apparently my quarterly service. It became my problem to try & remember if I had seen the Vinx guys quarterly, and if not, I had to call them. Nine times out of 10 I had to leave a message because nobody answered the phone. I also prefer to use a company that charges fee-per-service and not a monthly contracted fee. Now that I finally spoke to someone today to actually request a cancellation of my contract (8/01) they are still billing me again for this month (8/10). I left two messages at the beginning of the summer in an attempt to cancel but they state they have no record of my calls. Mind you I haven’t received any treatments at my house since 5/10 (per my quarterly treatment schedule), yet I’ve paid my fee every month & will be charged again before they will officially cancel my contract. It’s all in the contract & my hands are tied…lesson learned. I’ll never do business with this company again. I know they will take the time to try & refute this review in a detailed response. Too bad they aren’t spending the same amount of time trying to actually improve the service they are providing to longtime clients.***update! As expected, they take all the time to refute poor google reviews, but don’t actually take the time to treat their customers well. Did anyone take the time to call me to discuss??? No.BTW, the service technician/manager did drop the bait station at the back of our property & then left. I literally watched him leave after a few minutes without treating my yard. I should have called them immediately but chose to let it go. That’s my fault for not saying anything sooner. I did mention it on a call later that I’m sure they heard when “thoroughly investigating my claims.” And, I used them at two different properties, we were in a rental while undergoing a large remodeling project. The service techs that came out to the rental were top notch. Unfortunately, once we moved into our house in late 2020 the quality of service was just not the same. To be fair, I did go back & change to two stars vs one. They provided excellent service in the beginning.

2022-03-17Nothing drove me more mad than hearing the scratches from inside my wall at night. I posted in my community page and Eli from Vinx responded and visited my home all in one day. One of the most honest men when it comes to business Ive ever met. Would recommend to anyone having issues. Proud to call him a neighbor.

2022-05-05I was approached by a door-to-door salesman for Vinx and was told that the service was $45 per treatment. Turns out it was $45 per month for 4 yearly outside treatments. Further, the salesman forgot to tell me that it was a year contract. Finally after 11 months I was fed up and cancelled. Then I was charged again! When I complained I was told by a manager that they were going to send me to collections even though I didnt owe anything. Further they said that the salesman couldnt have told me that because he had worked for Vinx for several years. That is untrue, he was a recent hire when he sold me the product. Long story short, I feel like this company cheated me and when I complained they didnt care. Buyer beware!!!

2022-05-20After being a customer for 3 years I noticed the service quality getting worst and worst. To a point that noone would knock on my door to let me know they are spraying my house or whether I would like the inside of the house sprayed. The only place that was getting sprayed was my front bed and porch. They charge more for their service than other providers with the claim that they are the best. This used to be true, but not anymore. Called to cancel my contract and I was told there is a balance on my account and they can’t close it, they asked for 30 days to investigate and let me know if they can close my contract. This is despite the fact that I had talked to their manager last month I had told him that I won’t authorize them to charge my credit card as I had not received the proper service for months and he promised me that I won’t be charge. It turns out canceling your contract with them is a science project.

2022-08-16We used Vinx for our home pest control. I wasnt happy with their services so I called and canceled with them and hired a new company. They continued to bill us for 6-months following cancellation and then assured me over the phone that they had taken care of their mistake and cancelled our services. Today I got a call from a collections company that they sent my overdue account to collections. The funniest part of all of this is that they continue to send people to our door periodically to try and sell their services again.
