Let’s get one thing straight. This company is a complete joke, they lie to customers and the so called COO is a theif. Has stolen so much crestron points right from under there noses and there to stupid to realize. I hope they get shut down and I’m pretty sure the family that runs it has some off shore bank accounts and definitely has some fraud going on. Hope someone will eventually looks into the embarrassment that is Designs that somewhat never completely work/compute 🙃
