I dont plan on purchasing a car in a long time, but I do get my VW serviced at the dealership. I just moved to the area, so this was my first time here. Friendly service, they shuttled me to another place I needed to go to while I was waiting, and unlike some other dealerships, they actually cleaned and vacuumed my car. Thank you!
Just don’t bother with their service department. Drive the extra three hours to Dallas…Claimed they were unable to fault my vehicle which was running rough and had a warning light on.They held on to the car for almost a week and couldn’t replicate the continuous issue.Took the car to a VW dealer in Dallas straight after, who were able to resolve the issue right away.
I would have given a 5 star because I’ve bought two vehicles here and had a great experience with the sales dept. However, after my experience with the service dept I had to knock my rating down some. I went in for a routine oil change. No big deal, we can handle that right now. I said okay perfect! My check engine light is also on if y’all could just run the code and see what it is, even if you can’t fix it today, just let me know if I need to schedule to get it fixed or if it’s a big problem. Oh ma’am we won’t be able to run a code reader today we are too backed up in running codes. Mind you, they could change my oil, a 30-45 minute ordeal, but can run a code?!? Auto Zone literally hooked it up, read it, and told me the problem in FIVE minutes!!! Do better VW!
My brother in law went in to purchase a vehicle. Filled out the paper work waited around. The usual deal. When my brother came into the dealership to co sign for a vehicle with him. The dealers entire demeanor change & the main salesman became less flexible with the numbers. It’s a situation of (you had to be there to feel the vibe) but I’m pretty certain it’s because they realize they were married. It wasn’t till we all went to a gathering that I was told by people familiar with Volkswagen of Abilene. That it was homophobic. I was stunned that this is still strong in 2021. Sad days. Hope others can read this warning & take your business elsewhere
I was able to do everything over the phone since I dont live in the greater Abilene area, and the experience was just wonderful. The website did a wonderful job of showing exactly what my car looked like so there were no surprises when I finally was able to go pick up my vehicle. Also, since I live out of town, they were able to hold it for me until I was able to get there on the weekend.Staff were very nice, and my salesman was AMAZING! Brian R. made me feel like I was his only customer, and worked with me to make sure that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. I just cant say enough wonderful things about him and this dealership!
Update:We were told to contact the dealer to resolve this, so we did. I’m updating my review from a 1 star to a 3 star, as they decided to help with some of the cost to fix our truck. We bought truck from them, and turns out it has a cracked head and had the thermostat missing when we tore it apart. We contacted them to see if they would make it right and they refused. We bought it out of state and made it home without the engine blowing up, but it is going to cost 2,500.00 to fix, minus labor as my husband can fix it.
We bought a 2021 VW Atlas for my wife back in July and it has been nothing but a mess since then. The salesman did not know much about the vehicles then he misinformed us about how many key fobs came with the remote start that we purchased at the time we bought the car. They ordered the wrong parts for the remote start so they had to keep the vehicle for more than a week while they waited on the new part to arrive. Since then the compass has stopped working and the Bluetooth does not work properly. When I spoke to the service department about these issues they said that it is a known issue that they don’t have a fix to at this point. If you want a car that works and competent staff, look elsewhere for a vehicle.Edit- After posting this we were contacted by VW Abilene to try to resolve the issues we were having. They found the problem and replaced the defective part which fixed all of the issues we were having. We still only got one key for the remote start but I guess that’s something we can live with. I definitely recommend getting every little detail in writing. Overall we are happy with the car and this last round of service was excellent. They even picked up the car from my house and brought it back when they were done which was awesome! I will probably give them another chance when we need a new car in the future.
By far the smoothest and easiest purchase Ive ever made. I conducted everything with the transaction remote and drove from FW to your location. The vehicle was exactly as described by David the salesman and teh sales contract was exactly as discribed and discussed with Brandon. Since everything was handled prior to arrival, all I had to do was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork. Excellent experience and hats off to the employees involved.
Brian was a great help! He didnt even get annoyed when I asked a million questions and changed my mind lol! I am over the moon about my new Atlas! Brian even made sure that on of his colleagues (David) helped me when he was not on site for my test drive. They were both knowledgeable and just all around friendly and courteous! This is our 3rd VW weve purchased here and certainly will not be the last!
I am a first time Lawrence Hall customer and am highly satisfied with my experience. My salesman, Brandon was very friendly and not pushy at all. I told him where I wanted my payment to be and he got it within $0.74 without any back and forth junk. The manager, Josh was super nice and made sure to come out and greet us. When we went to finance Travis was very helpful and friendly and made the process fast and easy. Everyone that we dealt with went above and beyond and was very down to earth. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Prompt, comprehensive and friendly experience. I live in Houston but have spent some time in Sweetwater, Tx. Went to the Abilene service house and was pleasantly surprised that Lawrence Hall VW of Abilene is not like the Service Dealerships in Houston (West Houston VW, And Clear Lake VW). At L.H. VW of Abilene, an Appointment has regained its meaning with respects to dealerships I have visited in Houston. I do my best to make it to Abilene around service time and make an appointment which Im in on time and out in much less than an hour. Typically, in Houston, I make the appointment time but Im out in 2-2.5 hours. All comparisons are apple:apple comparisons.
***BUYER BEWARE*** WILL CHARGE MORE THAN ASKING PRICE IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FINANCING.. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU ON TRADE VALUE OR ADVERTISED PRICE.. ONLY WANTING TO CHARGE MORE THAN ADVERTISED AND THE AMMOUNT DEPENDS ON WHAT THEY THINK THEY CAN GET YOU FOR... TOLD ME 1000 ABOVE AND A FREIND OF MINE 2500 ABOVE ASKING PRICE!!!
I had a Great experience working with everyone at Volkswagen of Abilene. The GM Josh runs a great dealership and has a great group of people working for him. My husband and I have been wanting to upgrade our vehicle for a while and found a used vehicle we really liked on their website. We actually live in Dallas and it just wasn’t feasible for us to get to Abilene to look at the car. So Josh and Adam, one of his salesmen, worked with us over the phone and we were able to get the terms of the deal completed without having to drive to Abilene. When we showed up, everything in the contract was exactly what we had agreed to and were in and out in a flash. The biggest thing for me was the straight forward and direct way the deal was handled. At no point was there a feeling of getting the runaround, or being pressured into something we were uncomfortable with. Every question was answered and all of our concerns were taken seriously. First time we have bought a car and it did not feel like some crazy dance with the dealership. The vehicle was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. Josh and his team made the whole process run so smoothly and the end result was our family ending up with a great quality vehicle. We’ll continue to go to Volkswagen of Abilene for all of our car business and will gladly send anyone their way.
Everyone was prompt and friendly. The employees were very attentive and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I was very pleased at how fast the service was performed. The service tech also took me to my vehicle and thoroughly explained what was wrong and how to fix the problem. He also went above and beyond and provided many alternatives to save me money. The dealership itself was also well appointed, and overall a very pleasant place to be. This was the best dealership experience I have ever had and well-worth the one hour plus drive to get there.
I liked how transparent and easy-going Shane was. The process was so simple, even the finance portion of it was a breeze. I didnt spend all day at the dealership like Ive had to do in the past. He didnt play the back and forth bit with his managers trying to get me the price I wanted. I also appreciate that they dont fill their vehicles with dealership options. Usually this adds a lot to the price of the car, here you get to decide what you want or dont want.
Absolutely stellar customer service!! I called close to closing time to test drive a Jetta, and got there and drove it. I felt no pressure at all from David to purchase. He is very accommodating, and worked with me to get me into the vehicle. When it came time to sign, he had the finance guy all lined out, and all I had to do was sign my paperwork. He then showed me the features of the Jetta, and ensured I was good to go before leaving the dealership. Fast forward to the remote start install. I tried to get a hold of the service department, but ended up having to leave a message. Tried again the next day, and stayed on hold for several minutes. I was then transferred to the parts department, and John assisted me. He apologized profusely for me not being able to get a hold of the service department, and worked with them to get me on the schedule and set up with a loaner. I wasnt upset or frustrated that I couldnt get a hold of them, and that was not a big deal to me at all, but I am so impressed with the customer service! David got me in touch with Chad to get my windows tinted, and he went over the options with me, and David got that set up for me for the same day as the remote start install. When I left my vehicle this morning to get the remote start installed and the tinting done, a loaner was already reserved for me and ready to go. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! Every single person Ive interacted with at the dealership, has bent over backwards to get the job done, theyre incredibly courteous, and exhibit ALL of the qualities of superb customer service!!
Wonderful service team. We thought our beloved Passat was done for and were pretty upset about it. They were calmly comforting and extremely helpful. Turned out to be the turbo and heater core, which was completely covered by an extended warranty that we had completely forgotten about. They gave us a loaner, completed the repairs quickly and gave our car back cleaner than we left it. They turned our disaster into a win. Thank you so much for the best experience Ive ever had with a dealership. Yall are definitely our favorite.
Easy drop off even without an appointment (Brooke set it up for the next day). I planned on leaving it since my last visit to a vw dealer(in midland) required them having my car for exactly one month. I was asked if we had something to drive and we did since we planned on leaving it. I went back to midland and was surprised when I got a call back at the end of the next day saying a part was ordered and should be in the next day and covered under warranty. In total, dropped off Tuesday morning, called Wednesday with an update, and got a txt from Brooke Thursday saying it was ready to pick up. Brooke arranged for me to be able to pick it up on Saturday when I could make it back to Abilene. I was even offered that in the future if I need to get our vehicle into the shop but are unable to make it to Abilene from midland to just call and ask them how to help. That’s the type of customer service every business should exhibit.
Honestly, I have never been more pleased with a car dealership. I have been to many over the years, but this place? The service was impeccable. Brian, the fellow that helped us, was so patient with us. He showed us every single car we wanted and answered all of our questions. Once we settled on a car, he let us take all the time we needed to get the necessary things in order. On top of all of that, the manager even offered us more on our trade in than anyone else would have. All in all, we drove away in a brand new car, AND it DIDNT take all day.If you are in the market for a VW, check this place out. You wont regret it!
Brian was extremely professional and courteous. He was also quite knowledgeable of the truck I drove. The dealership was well organized and pleasant. The truck was clean and ready for me. They came to my hotel to pick me up and brought me back. It was a great experience.
Fantastic purchase experience. Highly recommend checking them out if youre in the market for a new VW or preowned vehicle. Purchased from DFW area, all aspects of sale handled with ease, arrived to claim my new VW, and it was as easy as being handed the keys and driving off! I dealt with David C. Very pleasurable to work with him for the purchase.
I have been very impressed with the service Ive received at the VW dealership in Abilene. Staff has been friendly and welcoming and I have been helped immediately. I recently came in to get a new key coded for my Tiguan and I was done and paid in under 30 minutes - it was wonderful! I have mostly dealt with John and Jessica in the parts department and they have both been extremely helpful to me. I am thankful for VWs great service!
Got me in and out quickly (under an hour). Everyone is FRIENDLY. Good place to pull out my laptop and work while I wait. Very fair price for the service, in fact, it would have been very cost/time ineffective to go get a battery and new wipers and try to install them myself. Leave it to the pros!
Seriously the BEST service department I have ever had to work with! They definitely go above and beyond. I have had work done in Kingsville and in Corpus and have never been treated as well as the service department in Abilene. They are extremely professional, have amazing customer service and made sure the problem with my car was fixed for good. I highly recommend the VW service department!!
Bought a vehicle from VW of Abilene. They did not detail it nor gas it up as promissed! The did fix the engine light issue. Salesman Brian was a 5***** Christian salesman. Went above and beyond to help. Deal with Brian if you do go!!!Manager was very rude to me, I personally felt attacked because I was a female (hmm!!!) Will definitely not ever buy from them again!!! They need a new manager who KNOWS how to treat customers male or female... Prayers for all who work there.
When I decided to trade my vehicle and purchase a larger one I began to dread the process. I hate pushy dealerships and annoying car sales men. I looked at several dealerships in town and went back and forth between a couple. What I loved about Volkswagen of Abilene and ultimately made me choose them was the friendly staff that listened and werent pushy. Brandon Ruiz was our sales man he listened to my husband and I and was never once pushy. He ensured that we knew he was there if and when we needed him but wasnt overbearing. I didnt want to buy the first vehicle I liked so I looked at MANY options, the entire time Brandon was very patient. Going through this process Josh Archer was also involved and was an amazing help. Over all this was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I do and definitely will continue to recommend Volkswagen of Abilene to others.
David Scoggins is by far the most accommodating, understanding, and professional salesperson Ive ever had the pleasure to meet. I told him what I was looking at, what I was looking to get, and how much I was willing to pay. Within the course of a few hours, I went from driving a Mazda CX-5 to buying an almost new Volkswagen Tiguan! The entirety of the sales staff was very patient and understanding. Overall, it was a great experience to buy from Lawrence-Hall and in particular David Scoggins! Thanks David, youre the best!
Came in to buy a car and met a salesman that called himself Hutch. I don’t know if that’s his real name or not. It was the worst experience ever. He couldn’t answer the simplest questions about Volkswagens, ran me and my daughter all over the dealership, and took forever to do anything. Finally I just thanked him for his time and left. Maybe if I try again one day with another salesman I’ll give it more stars.
My husband and I went here after a terrible experience with kia of Abilene. Brandon Ruiz, was our sales rep and he was great. Found us a vehicle in our price range and was patient with the fact we had our impatient toddler with us. After choosing our car Brandon Ruiz, Brandon Bonds ( finance manager)and, Josh Archer ( store manager) worked with us and the banks to get a loan at a low interest rate. I would most definitely recommend everyone to go see these guys!!
Turbo. Six speed. AWD. Wagon. David Cunningham and the staff of Volkswagen of Abilene helped fulfill my dad-car and jalopnik needs concurrently with a 2019 Alltrack. David is a great salesperson who was fair, but reasonable. I was introduced to the majority of the staff. All of whom are very pleasant, friendly, and personable. The dealership is clean and easily accessible with a large inventory. I found the car I wanted on the lot but David made sure to explain how the dealer network is comprised and how easy is would have been to source my vehicle from another location. I would easily make another purchase from David Cunningham and VW of Abilene. Thank you all very much.
Usually the food and service is great. But tea wasl see through and our steak was burnt on one side the baked potato was cool in the center. I also found out they had a new female owner . just expected better will have to find a new steak place. I work to hard for my money to spend that kind of money for dinner.
Customers Beware! We purchased a used 2010 Passat from another dealership in Jan 2017. I took it In 2/23 after noticing coolant leaking on the garage floor. Their assessment was to having the water pump replaced due to an oil leak that expanded the gasket around the water pump (over $1100 to fix). On 3/01 I took the car in due to a stall and the engine light coming on and staying on. I declined suggested services to ‘fix’ the problem. Another trip on 3/20 produced another decline of yet further services they found to ‘fix’ the engine light problem(s).After personally spending about 2 hours identifying which fuses needed to be replaced in June/July this seemed to fix any electric anomalies (stalling, sunroof, radio, horn quirks). Then on 8/10 I took the car in again due to coolant leaking on the garage floor again. I was given almost exactly the the same recommendation to fix as on 2/23, with an additional sensor and labor. When I inquired as to why this wouldn’t be covered under a warranty of their work from Feb, I was told that although it was within their 6 months of warranty work, the milage was beyond their 12,000 miles (which happened to be about 12,500 from the Feb date). I told the service rep, Albert that I didn’t think they were doing the right thing. If there was an oil leak in Feb that caused the problem, then they must not have fixed, or had diagnosed it incorrectly. In Sep I finally took the car in to another shop in Abilene in which I know the owner/head mechanic. Their assessment was that a hose leading to or from the water pump had been broken and had a makeshift bracket to try and hold it in line with the entry hole to the inner portion of the water pump (only a mechanic would have been able to reach and put in this state). Once that bracket gave way was when it started leaking again. Needless to say I had the car fixed at a place where I can trust the diagnosis and fix (and a few hundred dollars cheaper!). When I took the damaged part to VW and confronted Albert with this, his response was that the hose was not broken.Bottom line is that VW cannot be trusted with their diagnosis of problems, and conceivably may create issues for revenue generation.
Fast, efficient replies to online communication that was followed through with presentation of a vehicle meeting all information provided, without any hidden surprises and a purchasing experience that was streamlined for my out of state handling of TTL processing. The salesman was welcoming, had the used vehicle I was purchasing as clean as any new floor model would be, and was organized in expediting all needed paperwork to allow us to complete the sale as planned and travel to our next destination. The dealership itself was immaculate, had extremely comfortable lounge areas with refreshments and water offered, and TV entertainment for clients seeking out news. The owner obviously takes PRIDE in how all aspects of his dealership present a respectful interaction with shoppers. It was a WELCOME change from other dealerships I have been in over my lifetime. They should serve as an example to others as demonstration on the importance of keeping locations clean and ORGANIZED, which lead to pride within the sales teams, service areas and finance departments, making the publics perception one of confidence and trust.
Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable concerning any questions I had regarding the services I need for my car. She even noticed that I had a recall (that I admittedly forgot about) and made sure that this was corrected the same day! Very pleased with the courtesy I receive from all the VW staff!!
Had a good buying experience. Everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, my experience turned negative due to the finance department. I was already approved through 2 of my banks, but when Brian told me that their rate starts at 2.99% I decided to apply thorough the dealership also. I didnt realize that dealer financing would mean I was applying with 4 different banks. I didnt know this until I got letters from other banks. Finance manager Brandon was nice. He ensured me that it would only show up as one inquiry. This isnt the case. Brandon offered me the gap insurance. He said I had to make a decision that day to purchase it because it could not be added later. However, I would be able to cancel it anytime for a refund. It was a Saturday. I was unsure so I decided to accept it since I would be able to sleep on it and cancel anytime. The following business day was Monday. I went in to let Brandon know that I changed my mind on the gap insurance. He said, umm..I already sent in the paperwork so I cant make any changes right now. But here let me get you to sign this form. I signed and dated it 7/10/17 before he could say anything. Once the auto loan showed up on my online banking, it still showed the higher amount with the gap. I followed up with Brandon and was reassured that the gap was canceled on July 10. Two weeks later I still didnt see any adjustment to the loan amount. I decided to ask him again. He said that the gap insurance administrator had left for the day. I called back the next day and asked to speak to the gap insurance administrator. Funny I was transferred to Brandon. I asked for the name of the gap insurance company and called them myself. To my surprise, they never received the cancellation request. Then I found out from the bank that the loan wasnt funded until 4 days after I told Brandon I changed my mind on the gap. I believe the loan amount could have been corrected to exclude the gap insurance. Very upset and disappointed with this experience.
With this type of service there is no need to travel to the metroplex in hopes to find a better deal. Mr Brandon Ruiz, Your professionalism and customer service has by far exceeded my expectations. You definitely delivered on short notice. Top dollar for my trade in, along with the best price on a new truck. Best part was having everything ready, having me in and out in no time. I will highly recommend you and look foward to doing business with you again.
The wife and I were looking for a second family vehicle and decided to stop buy volkswagen. We were a little apprehensive because the day prior we went to Kia and they were shady and horrible people who didnt listen to anything we said. Not at Lawrence Hall Volkswagen. Brandon Ruiz was our sales man who listened to us and stayed well within our budget. He didnt lead us away at all. Once we found the car we really liked and wanted, Brandon Ruiz, Brandon Bonds, and Josh Archer worked really hard with the banks to get us a great deal and a low interest rate. I highly recommend going here to look for your next vehicle. They definitely made it a pleasant experience!
My check engine light came on while I was in Abilene on my way to Amarillo. When I called to see if they would be willing to check it out I was told no by the service department. I explained that I just needed the OBD II reader to find out what the error code was and I was told a technician wouldnt be able to assist me.
The 3 previous reviews are all about Sterling Volkswagen I believe. Ive always purchased my vehicles from Lawrence Halls dealerships here in Abilene and Mr. Hall purchased the VW store from Sterling this past August. Ive since purchased a new VW beetle for my daughter and we couldnt be more please with the service. They always give us loaners if we need service and even wash my car every time I take it in.IT IS A MAKESHIFT GAS STATION. However, Lawrence Hall has begun construction on a brand new facility on their property. After I read the earlier reviews, I couldnt let the previous owners issues damage the reputation of the Hall family.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Had them order a key then had to tow my car from Brownwood to Abilene, they said it was programmed but it wasnt. Called to figure out what the problem was and how to fix it and everyone we talked to was rude and unhelpful. They tried to say it was the car and not the key and the programming. Finally took it to GARLYN SHELTON IN TEMPLE TEXAS. Come to find out Abilene didnt even order the right key! They didnt want to refund our money or fix the problem. Had to make a extra trip to Temple to pick up the key they ordered (that was wrong) and take it back to Abilene to finally received a refund after 3 days of being given the run around. Still waiting on the refund from the programming of the key.
Purchased a 2007 Volkswagen Passat 2.0 T in March. Everything went smoothly but when we went to leave there was a headlight out they told us they would reimburse us for the price of the headlight. I should have known right then and there, red flag warning! So I get it back up to Lubbock Texas and the temperature control actuators are not working for the vent control. $1800 later to get them fixed. I then go to replace the headlight and find out you have to remove the whole front end just to get to that light. I contact the local Volkswagen dealership and find out it’s over $200 in labor not to mention the part is $168. This is not including the windshield washer pump was not working that’s an additional $200. Please Take this as a notice to avoid this place like the plague.

2022-05-26I love taking my VW Atlas here to get serviced. They are straight forward and the service is quick and easy. They tell you what needs done but dont push unnecessary things on you. The sales floor and receptionist are lovely as I normally always have my 3 year old with me and they all show her attention and spoil her! My daughter loves coming with me and waiting as its not a normal wait experience with the amazing people who work here! Good job guys!

2022-04-18I brought my car in for an oil change which was must needed. I just moved here 2 months ago and expected better service, but that wasn’t the case. Kelly Weeks an employee there was bluntly rude to my face and my fathers. Her words as well as her tone and facial expressions were far from pleasing. Hopefully someone else can have good service!

2022-06-23The salesman was very kind. The sales manager is a different story, gave me a low ball offer on my trade and would not budge on the price on the vehicle they were selling. It was a used vehicle asking way to much for it, the truck was 3 years old and wanted close to a new model price. If you want a good deal, shop around first.

2022-03-27Like most dealerships, they dont care about the customer, only bottom dollar. I understand low inventory issues right now, but they allowed another salesman to sell a Yukon XL I was in the middle of purchasing. I can only assume for a better deal. That is not a pleasant way to do business. My daughter had also found one that she wanted but they can forget that. Curt, our salesman, was great to work with but they did him wrong by letting someone else take his sell. Gives the appearance that they dont value their salesmen either if they allow that to happen. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Ended up purchasing a new truck at Mitch Hall in Snyder, who provided great service once again as we are repeat customers. They just didnt have what I was looking for. I would highly recommend them.Another red flag to the poor service at Lawrence Hall VW..I was told there would be $1000 added to the selling price unless financed there, which by the way should be illegal.

2022-02-24Lawrence Hall VW took care of us. Not only did they fix our heater core, they got it warrantied. They wash the car and even fix a few other minor issues with no charge. We have always had great customer service buy two cars from them and service. Highly recommend them.

2021-04-10Great people and location, purchased a classic car via an employee here and was super satisfied with the transaction! Whole staff was very helpful and met us at the door as we parked and helped us into the building.

2021-10-02This was the easiest car buying experience! Jason Langston was our sales man, and he was very helpful without ever being pushy. I had been looking into the VW Atlas for many months before we made the trip to this dealership. Although Jason was our sales person and he was amazing, literally everyone we interacted with at the dealership was equally wonderful. We walked away that day with a beautiful brand new Atlas, and never once felt pushed or overwhelmed by the process. Thank you, Jason and team for making it the best experience!

2021-10-23I called and talked to Brian about looking at 2 separate vehicles I saw on the Lawrence hill of Abilene website was interested In. I call ens got transferred to the Volkswagen dealer where I spoke with Brian. Found out only one of the two was still available so I we set a time for me to look at it at Volkswagen where he implied the vehicle would be. When I showed up I was informed the vehicle was at another dealer in Abilene and would have to drive there. Would have been nice if it was setup just to meet at the other dealership. Then I asked to have my vehicle evaluated prior to going to look at the one on the other lot and was told that it couldn’t be done until I looked at the vehicle and decided that I was interested in buying it. I perceived this as my trade in value would be based on the price of the vehicle I’m interested in and not the actual value. My impression is that the manager doesn’t value customers and it’s not worth his time to value a vehicle unless a sale is going to happen. Also if I wasn’t interested in the vehicle and buying I would not have set up a time to look at it. This was a waste of my time. If this is the way the treat customers I would not recommend anyone deal with this dealership or any Lawrence hall dealer as I can only assume this is their policy and don’t value clusters or their time.

2019-12-04David Cunningham was such an excellent person to work with. He was not in our face at all about the sales. He was very calm and knowledgeable. If he wasnt sure, he made sure he got us the information. We ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from VW of Abilene.

2021-05-26Our salesman, David Ryan, was very informative, and gave very straightforward, honest information regarding our trade-in and the entire process. We were never rushed through the process, and we felt 100% confident about the purchase when signing the paperwork. We love our new Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport!!!
