We love Wagbnb!!!! The staff is friendly, my dog gets spoiled every time he goes!! They have the best communication and easy system to work and make reservations!! I wish there was Wagbnb everywhere because they are nothing short of amazing. I am so thankful that I have such lovely people taking care of my sweet Pluto when I’m travelling. I never worry about him or have separation anxiety when he is with them because I know he is well looked after . I can’t thank Wagbnb and the staff for all their hard work and dedication that they put into their job everyday!!! You see how happy my pup is to stay at the lovely & affordable Wagbnb!!
Great atmosphere and my doggie always has the best time! They take great care of her and love to update with photos throughout the day! They care about keeping me comfortable as well as her which is my favorite part!! An amazing place for everyone!
Wag is a great place for your dog even if they can’t go to daycare! My dog had trouble in the daycare setting so he does individual play instead! Wag is very accommodating to his individual needs and escape artist tendencies! Everyone loves him so much and I know he will be so cared for when I go on vacation! He also recommends pupaccinos!
I really love this place! First reason is that its very clean. Unlike many other kennels, my dog doesnt come back smelling worse than when I dropped her off. Second, they do the doggy daycare where they interact with lots of other dogs. Thats important to me because our dog just doesnt get out often. Third, the customer service and website is pretty terrific. You can tell wagbnb invested time and money when they established this business, and the focus on customer relations shows.
This was our first time boarding but definitely not our last!!!! I was so nervous because I was boarding 6 dogs…two of them are old and fragile… one is big, rambunctious pup.. They accommodated and care for them in every way. I really appreciate the “report cards” and pictures of my babies. They are super organized during the stay, during drop off, and during pickup. I was really impressed by the number of staff members that are there. I would highly recommend. Thank you guys for easing my mind while my family finally went on a vacation!!!!!!!
Showed up to update my pups shot records with them, had the dogs with me. As we were updating records, I decided to get them bathed since I was already there. The staff did not hesitate to take them in for the bath. They were quick and did a great job. Both pups look clean and happy. I will definitely be using this service more often and have recommended wagbnb to several friends
We absolutely will 100% always recommend wagbnb to anyone and everyone! While we lived in Lubbock we used wag for daycare, boarding and grooming! My fur baby absolutely LOVED this place. From daily pictures to report cards this place pays attention to detail while your baby is in their care. We never had any major issues with this place! I will say if you know you will be going out of town or as soon as you know call or book your reservation as they can book up fairly quickly. But that’s just because they’re so good! Skye misses you guys!
My first and best possible experience so far at a doggy day care. I had to move otherwise I’d be a longterm customer. I really like Sierra, she knew my dog by name and was the BEST to work with. In my time there I had my dog groomed (they did better than I expected) and they had her at least 3 days a week… I wish I still lived in Lubbock JUST to take my dog there… Also, they have a good selection of good tough toys (the playology knot ball isn’t good, shreds instantly - heads up)… The only suggestion I have is more cameras in the outside play areas. At least per size area… Here’s a pic of Ruby from her report card (which I always checked those immediately)…. :)

I was nervous leaving my dog for the weekend since it was the first time, but they made me feel so comfortable! The report card was great to let me know how my dog was doing and I could even watch him play on cameras. They texted me with any questions and updates on Moving him playgroups because he had so much energy. The price was amazing for all they did. I will be using the again for daycare and overnight stays!
Such a great place! I took my puppy here not only for daycare while I’m at work, but to socialize with other dogs and just have fun! He loved it and i was able to see him through the cameras in there since they are on the website. I was able to see him make some other doggy friends and when we got home later he was so tired from playing so much! 10/10 recommend!
This was our first experience with WAGBNB, the staff was great at check in. They were very helpful with our question and concerns during our dogs stay. They took a lot of great pictures and he appeared to enjoy the time. He looked great at pick, they bathed him and he smelled good.My only concern was the report card did not always work and I never found out on those days how he was doing or if he ate.Overall, as a pet owner we would use their service again. Thank you for being so caring with our pup.
Great place! I was reluctant to leave my dog just because he had never stayed anywhere before. They were great! Everyone is really friendly and treated our fur baby well. I loved the report card with pictures and an update. It really put our mind at ease. Thank you Wag Bnb for being excellent!
My dog loves going to wag BNB, and you can tell because she is so excited when we walk through their doors! The employees are always so excited to see her, and through the report cards I get so many happy pup pictures!She was a little nervous her first time, and didn’t really know what to think. (I was able to watch on the live daycare cameras) We worked our way up to staying the night, first I took her for just day care, then staying the night while I was out of town. They are the first place I recommend to any dog parent I know :)
We came from pa for a funeral. Easy to register great staff. Loved the live feed. June was tired but so happy. This is a great place to take your furry friend for daycare. Prices were great. They place the dogs in appropriate spaces small dogs with small dogs etc. even received a report card. Highly recommend
My two dogs love it here. They get lots of attention and playtime, not just sitting in a kennel all day. It’s clear that everyone on staff is a dog lover and takes excellent care of everyone. You can also look at live camera feeds to check on your pups throughout the day which I love. Such a great place that I’d highly recommend to any dog parents!!
Would not trust my dog anywhere else. She gets out during the day for daycare so I know she is getting exercise! I love that the cameras allow me to see her so I feel better! Wonderful staff that is very aware that you value your pet and treat your pet as a valued member of their family!
We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs at wagbnb. They are always excited to go and look happy when we pick them up. The services offered are so nice and make our pets feel at home. They love the special treats and enrichment activities like the ball pit!
My dog had the best day at Wag! The staff was so friendly from check in to check out. They took great pics during the day showing all the fun she had. I was even able to text them during the day for an update to make sure she was okay. Highly recommend!!
We had a great experience and it was a easy process checking in online which was super simple. The staff was very friendly with great costumer service. My dog had a great time there he loved the staff. I love the fact they give you the option to get a report card for how his day went with pictures. Overall it was amazing and will definitely recommend to others and come back for future bookings.
Wagbnb goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is safe, happy, and healthy! They will send you report cards with pictures of your pet on the first visit, and then for a small fee after that. Getting those report cards made me feel so much better knowing my dog was doing okay while I was away! This is a clean, organized, and friendly environment that I would recommend to anyone and their furry friends!
My two dogs Raider & Rogue absolutely loved their stay at day care! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided a tour for me (HAHA I am that crazy dog mom) and even went as far as providing a free report card with photos of the two throughout their stay. The pups enjoyed outside play group, frozen treats, craft time and some spa time as well. I will definitely be sending them back throughout the week as they loved it so much and I felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. :)

Excellent service! The girls at the front were very nice and helpful. My family and I were on our way to Dallas with our three dogs and decided to take a two hour break in Lobbock to take the kids to the science museum.Four days before our arrival I called them to make a reservation and they either answered the phone within two rings or called me back within a couple mins. They were incredibly helpful and even called my Vet in California for me to get my dogs vaccine records. Creating the dog’s profile on their website was easy and fun.I reserved a half day day care with and exit wash for all of them. One of my dogs had a bleeding tissue tumor at the time and I had to give them directions on how to take care of the wound. “No problem” they said, “well take good care of her.” Everything went smoothly and the kids even got to watch the group of large dogs come in from their outside play time. They were superbly organized and every employ seemed to really happy to be there with the animals. Your first daycare visit is free so I only had to pay for the exit washes. I can’t say enough about this place. ❤️ I highly recommend this place for anyone.
Absolutely love wagbnb! my dog loves coming and is so well taken care of by the amazing staff! i have an amazing experience every time he boards here. highly recommend getting report cards for your pup while your away, i love seeing how’s he doing and getting the cutest pics!
We use wagbnb every time we need to board our best friend Finley. We researched other facilities and decided that the cleanliness of this kennel was superior to the others. We found that not only was cleanliness superior but so was everything about our experience. The people all care deeply about our little friend and our little friend actually seems to enjoy his time there. The very best is how we feel about wagbnb.
The staff at Wag is amazing and my babies love going there! They’re always tired after a full day of playing and have the best care when boarded. And me being the worrisome dog mom I am I love that I can check the cameras and see my babies when I am away from them. Any pet at Wag is taken care of and loved!!
This is the best place to take your dogs for daycare and boarding!The whole staff is great! I am never nervous about dropping my two dogs off with them because I know that they are very diligent and truly care about their job and the animals they get to take care of.I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for daycare/boarding!
WagBnB has a pet- friendly staff that will make sure your pet’s stay is comfortable and happy. They follow the feeding instructions exactly, and they will adhere to other service as needed. They know how to calm your pet if they are overstimulated during play time, and they can give your pet an active experience if your pet is young or energetic. They have different levels of services based on your expectations of care and pampering, and they will notify you if any issues arise. The cost is fair based on the facilities and supervision. We feel comfortable taking our pet there when we go on long trips.
We have left several of our sweet pups at WagBnB over the years. They are always so sweet to them, love them and send the most fabulous report cards to let us know how they’re doing while in their care. Also being able to pick them up on Sundays is so nice! Highly recommend for your pups.
Great/best dog daycare and boarding in Lubbock. I only wish it was on the west/central side, as it’s sometimes a drive going to pickup during rush hour. My dog was always super happy and well taken care of. My only annoyance ever is Wagbnb no longer including photos or report cards with your stay, especially given the cost of boarding and daycare. Would continue using if we weren’t moving across the country!
The staff was super helpful and friendly. They’re extremely knowledgeable about what is best for my pups. We have an English Bulldog and two labs. They all feel very comfortable with the staff. The pricing for services is extremely competitive with others. Certainly recommend.
We LOVE this place! It’s the next best thing to home for your pets. We love all the human/puppy playtime interaction (our dog is a people puppy) and the live cameras to check in are really nice. The facilities are large and cleaned often. We have a 1 year old Golden who is timid but Wag’s staff was so good to her, easing her into playtime and then loving on her. The staff was great. We even got picture updates—just too cute! We were very impressed with the whole operation. It’s definitely our go-to now!
I love taking my dog to Wagbnb! She has so much fun at day care and is always ready for a long nap when she gets home. I love taking her to boarding and getting report cards added to see pictures of her. They also offer a student discount which is so nice for Tech students!! I’ll miss this place when I graduate.
My puppy had the absolute best day of her life today! The staff is awesome, the dogs get plenty of love & socialization time. i was able to watch everything on a live cam during my errands! will definitely be bringing my girl back here whenever were up in Lubbock
Facility was clean and did not have any type of smell! ( considering the animals there’s normally smells)My pup had an amazing time and was well taken care of. Great staff, that really go above and beyond. overall an amazing experience for me and for my pup.
We have used them for boarding & doggie daycare. People are nice, check-in & check-out is efficient. Our dogs safely enjoy the day, have socialization with other dogs, & come home tired! Great care at a reasonable price!
11/10!! My kitties love it here!! I used to get super anxious leaving my cat for long periods of time because he has a VERY sensitive stomach, until I found in wagbnb!! The environment is clean, the employees are always so kind, and I love being able to check up on my kitties from the live webcam at any time of the day!! 100% recommend
This was our first time boarding nova with wagbnb and she absolutely loved it! I was able to watch the cameras to make sure she was ok and also got daily updates and pictures on how her day was going. The staff was super nice and always kept me updated and how things were going. I will definitely be boarding there again!
I hate leaving my dogs when I travel but Wagbnb makes it easier. Getting a daily report card with pictures allows me to see how they are doing and to know they are well. Also, the day care keeps them entertained and happy. My girls love the place.
Loved this place! Boarded my cat for 5 days and the rooms were so spacious. They even have the option of letting the cats free roam during the day and a lot of other services. This was my first time boarding him so I was sort of worried but happy to see him looking very happy and even rolling upside down and stretching when I came to get him!
I really liked how you can see them play on cameras and its overall seemed like they had lots of fun at wagbnb. We would definitely recommend. We have been to three other kennels in Lubbock and wagbnb is by far our favorite. We also really liked reading the report cards and the kids had fun checking in on their puppies while we were on vacation
Our fur baby loves Wag. We use the pick up/drop off and she runs to the van when they get to the house. They take great care of her and know her by name. Definitely recommend you give them a try if you haven’t already.
My four month blue heeler/ mix recently had her first day of daycare at wagbnb, and she LOVED it. I was a little worried since she had never played with dogs before, but wagbnb was very kind and even texted me throughout the day with updates. This place genuinely cares about your pup, and will take the best care of them!
We LOVE wagbnb! They take such great care of our Corgi every time she is there for daycare. The staff is great and Lottie loves getting to play with her friends in Tiny Tots. Everything from booking to pick up is such a breeze and we love checking in with the live cameras. Lottie gives wagbnb 10 out of 10 treatos!
My Finneas loves getting to stay/play at wagbnb. I will drop him off occasionally for daycare and he loves it. Plus he comes home exhausted and sleeps a bunch! I feel comfortable leaving him overnight with cameras and report cards + pictures sent to me. I don’t have a single complaint!!
We are always happy here. And although our pups never like being away from home, they seem healthier and happier when we pick them up from here then several other places in Lubbock. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful and we have used them for as long as they have been open. I highly recommend
They offer great service and have friendly staff. I was in a pinch a couple weeks ago, because my boarder at Rover canceled on me at the last minute. I only found out by making contact to confirm. Too many irresponsible sitters are on this site. Use at your own risk.I contacted WagBNB and they accommodated my request. I use them primarily for Doggy Daycare so my pup can play with other dogs. Everything he comes home after daycare he is whipped out.Keep up the good work!

We had to leave our Cookie with them for a week. They kept us up to date of what her days were like and with pictures. She was well taking care and we are so very Thankful. We would use Wagbnb anytime we need them. They were all very loving and you can tell they truly love Dogs ~

Penny had the best time at WagBnB! My husband and I recently adopted Penny from the Lubbock animal shelter and wanted to treat her, with the coupon we received! She played with all the other pups and the staff took great care of her, even taking pictures of her and her new friends! After all the playing, they gave her a spa treatment! She left smelling and feeling AMAZING!!! We will definitely be taking her back here again!

The ability to reserve, upload, and schedule online makes everything super easy. We 100% appreciate the attention to keeping things clean! I wish I could formulate the words to explain how glad I am that we boarded here. It was already fun shopping through the potential addons, and the AMAZING pictures that were taken!! I had so much fun watching them play outside, or getting so excited when someone would come to fill up their water, or even sleep. Ill be finding reasons to go out of town so they can come back! They had so much fun and are so happy!
The staff his quick, efficient, has great communication and they always love on my pup when we put her there! I love that when we go out of town I can rest assured that she is playing and active for most of the day! I will say - get the exit bath after a long stay - your dog will NEED it! 😂
I love this place because my dog loves it!!! She had the best time playing with the other dogs and the workers. I could check on her through the website and the workers kept me advised via text on her accomplishments! When I picked her up after a half day , she was literally smiling from ear to ear!!
I really enjoy the service and care of wagbnb. Im always nervous boarding my cats. But they made sure to keep me updated with photos, report cards, and a live video feed! My cats werent stressed and really seemed to enjoy Kitty City. Will definitely be boarding my cats with wagbnb again!
We booked too late and dates were unavailable for part of our stay. I called back a couple days later and they moved some things around to make space for us. That was really a relief and made things a lot easier for me. My dog always enjoys his stay.
Highly disappointed with Wagg BNB brought my dog to their day care center on Monday and Tuesday. He came back with a gash on his nose and his lip. Called them and they gave me no information if he was attacked or what the situation was. They obviously were not paying attention so be weary and WATCH THE CAMERAS.
Boarded my dog Murray for the first time ever in his life for a weekend. I could tell he enjoyed every minute of it! The staff here were very polite and answered any questions I had. They sent me a report card, pictures and an update via the portal. Highly recommend these guys if you need to board your doggo!
Always take very good care of our cat at the Kitty City! We love that we can watch live feed of him while we are away. I was also very impressed by the attitude of the employee who bathed our cat for us. She, unfortunately, got scratched pretty bad by him but still remained positive and understanding. Thanks Wagbnb!!
I love this place!!! I have a golden doodle and I have left her here for two weeks while I was out of town. They take very good care of her and the business is very clean. They keep the dogs busy with activities and they have cameras everywhere so you can see how your pet is doing. I have also utilized their daycare and Charli loves that as well!! I would highly recommend them as a great place to leave your pets for a vacation and also for their daily daycare program!!
Terrific place—very professional and clean and orderly. The workers are fabulous and really care about each dog. A little pricey but we’ll worth it. Will definitely use again!
We have been taking our fur babies to Wag since they opened for daycare and boarding needs. We love that they get constant interaction and playtime. The staff and owners take a vested interest in caring for all 3!
I love this place and so does my Kit! When we drive into the parking lot she starts wagging her tail and hitting her nose against the back window. The employees are very competent and friendly as well. Prices are very reasonable.
My dog Sully had an amazing time at Wag BNB! He came home so exhausted from a long fun day of play! The staff was very friendly and Sully thought so too. He was very happy with them and we will definitely be taking our dog here again!
I love this place! I absolutely love how getting them checked in and out is an easy process and you can add any services at any time. I loved how they send you pictures and a cute little message from your animals during their stay. Will highly recommend this place as they actually care for your pets.
Wagbnb took excellent care of my frisky rescued pup. She was taken there for one day of daycare. They send a report card on how the visit is going. I left her there for an additional overnight boarding. They gave her a treat to help calm her down & food after she ran out. The pricing is very reasonable. I recommend Wagbnb to anyone.
My dog and I have loved going to WagBNB! She is deaf and a little hard to handle, but she seems like she really enjoys the workers and getting to play with other dogs. She has also done some awesome paintings while at daycare!

Wagbnb is such a great place for your fur baby. I feel at peace when I leave my babies there for boarding or take my puppy for daycare. I know they are in good hands and will get lots of lovin. They even surprised me when they took pictures of my puppy for her 1st birthday, and it came out so nice, it meant so much to me and my family, we were so thankful for that!
They always take such good care of my baby!! Theyre very attentive and he has the BEST time! They get so excited when I bring him in and he cant wait to run to the back, so I know hes well loved while hes there :)
Nala & Tue are always excited to go and play. You know they had so much fun when they fall asleep in car on the ride home, one sitting up, the other one leaning a little to hard on the glass window.This is a great place for dogs and everyone here loves your fur babies like it’s their own.
They were very kind and Sammie loved going in to get his full service done as well as he came out looking beautiful. He enjoyed playing with the other dogs and I can’t wait to take him to daycare more since it’s so close to my job!
I loved wagbnb for my dog! I also loved being able to watch her in her sleeping area and the outdoor play area. It makes me feel so much better when I can see that she is having fun with other dogs!

We were nervous to board our puppy but they took such good care of her! I’m thankful that they have 24/7 cameras and lots of add ons to make her (and us) more comfortable. Can’t wait to bring Missy back!
Penny had an amazing time! Felt really good to drop her off and be able to see what’s going on and then getting the report card at the end of the day was great! Everyone was super nice and seemed to care about the business and care of the dogs.
We love taking our dog Nova to WagBnB. She always comes back happy, but a bit sad to be leaving her buddies at wag. Everyone is always nice and professional when we arrive. This is the only place we will take our dog when we leave on trips or even just for some play time.
BEST PLACE EVER!!! Our girls, Stella and Roxie LOVE IT!!! Wagbnb takes such good care of our girls. They are always excited when we drop them off because they know they are going to get to play with their friends and be well taken care of. It is a great environment and ALL the staff is AWESOME. We have been taking the girls since they opened for doggie daycare and just recently boarded for overnight stays and our fur babies loved it. We love getting the report cards and pictures and the cameras are an added bonus. Stella and Roxie love when they have a Spa Day. Wagbnbs pricing is very reasonable for all the services they offer. If you havent checked out the spa and add on treats, you must do it...fantastic!We have no reservations about leaving our girls with Wagbnb because they are so good to them and us!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND WAGBNB!!!
Osiris loves Wagbnb. We can’t not say daycare in our house without him getting super excited. He loves all the caretakers. He start baying the moment that we get into the parking lot. Thank you to wagbnb for taking care of our Osiris every Saturday!!!

Love WagBNB! We just picked up our dogs from their first stay - 2 nights. They were so well taken care of and I felt as ease leaving them with the staff. I absolutely loved getting their daily, personalized report cards. Plus, the WagBNB hours are the BEST! So glad we can pick them up in the evenings on weekends after we get home from a trip. At other boarding facilities we’ve used we had to wait until Monday morning during regular business hours to pick them up. Which is inconvenient and costs extra to stay that additional time. We will definitely use WagBNB each chance we get from now on!
Our pups both loved staying WagBnB. This was the first time our boxer has stayed alone over night since losing our golden. She seemed to not be phased as all and was squeaky clean after her exit bath!

We just had a human baby and wanted to apologize to our two big dogs for inadvertently giving them cabin fever so we made an appointment for doggy daycare and were so excited for them… we thought they were doing great since the two had been at WagBnb since 10am with no phone call about bad behavior. Then the phone call came at 1600! Even though our dogs were not friendly to others the staff tried multiple times to ensure that was the case and not just a case of the jitters. I really appreciated the graciousness and would definitely recommend the business to others.
Wagbnb is so amazing! my doggo loved her time there and I loved all of the amazing services they offer! While she was at daycare, i could login and look at the live cameras to watch her play and they sent me pictures of her having a great time! 10/10
We love Wagbnb! Our girls Cleo and Lily always have a fun time and their caretakers go above and beyond to make sure our pups are comfortable and taken care of. Wagbnb is always patient and accommodating with our hectic schedules too. We love it here and don’t want to take our girls anywhere else!
WagBnB is a great place to send your pups for doggy daycare, the only reason for 4 stars is the price!- they used to include a daily report card for your dogs, but that now costs money.- Dog boarding seems excessively expensive considering playtime during the day is $10-15/day/dog extra, which adds up!!I do love all the add-ons and spa services available. The staff is wonderful and I love being able to check the camera throughout the day to see how much fun my dogs are having! If the cost was a little more reasonable my dogs would be over there multiple times a week and I’d love to use them for boarding as well - realistically though it’s cheaper to board them elsewhere. If price is not a factor for you, then I would highly recommend WagBnb for all your doggy daycare/boarding needs!
I will never trust any of these people with dogs again!! This is the second time my dog Astro has come home with completely burnt paws. And my dog Ivy came home with a limp that she did not have when we dropped her off, when I asked what happened I was told “nobody saw anything or a limp” but o could tell the second she came from the back! These people don’t care about your pets don’t be fooled! If their willing to let people’s dogs be on scolding hot concrete maybe their employees should walk bare foot on it too!!!! They just want your money and give could less of a **** about your pets!
I absolutely love bringing my dogs here. The staff clearly care about animals and they make me feel like my dogs are being well taken care of while I’m away. I also love being able to see them on camera when I want.
Great place… wonderful people!!I hate leaving my babies when I leave out of town. Knowing that Wag BnB are taking the best care of them makes my travel that much more relaxing!I love the cameras so I could check in on them whenever I like!I would recommend this place to everyone!
Daisy loved her day spent at wagbnb! She played all day, got a big treat and a bath. I loved getting text updates about her day, and then seeing all the cute photos of her and her report card. I highly recommend wagbnb!
We love WagBnb!! Everytime we walk in the front door, it’s warm and inviting. The staff is amazing with my pup! She is always so excited about going and sad about leaving! I can’t say enough positive things about Wag! 1000/10 recommend!!
Wagbnb is awesome. Our dogs, Juno and Tucker, are always excited to go. The staff and so friendly and good with our fur babies. We know we don’t have to worry when we are out of town!

Loretta hates being away from us but I truly think she was in the best care here! I looked at several different places and found this one to be the best. My favorite part is the cameras so no matter where I am I can look in on her and see how she is and how she’s being treated.

I took my dog here for daycare and boarding. My dog had a great time at daycare, everyone is very friendly. I like that they send a report card and pictures. The only problem I had was that there was an overwhelming smell of urine when you enter the building, it was hard to breathe at times. My dog also got sick twice while staying here, thats when I decided to no longer take her here.
What a wonderful place for your pets! Such a great concept. Service is awesome. Easy to schedule. They offer.a ton of services from daycare to a spa for your pet. Also, very affordable. 👍

This was my first pet boarding experience and it was wonderful! They send home reports cards, pics and video for peace of mind. We are very happy with wagbnb and will use them again in the future.
Absolutely blown away! I really figured it was super expensive, but after comparing to my old boarding clinic, Wagbnb is a little cheaper per night, but the checkin/out hours are the absolute icing on the cake. Plus the little add-ons like daycare and mail clipping made it so worthwhile. One of my dogs has never been boarded before and seriously pouted the whole way home, he didn’t want to leave! The other just got out of a 2-year stint in the pound and I was worried about her, but they took amazing care of her and she actually enjoyed it from what I can tell. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!
Took my little dog for a playdate. She loved the facility and the kind people who work there and we will bring her back again this week. The building is spotless and people are so friendly! Keep up the good work!!

It’s more like a 2.5, but I gave 4 stars because I genuinely like this place, I just want there to be better communication. I do understand that many animals are housed here, but when you say you’re going to give daily updates, and on the report you say one day “ate some” and the next day “ate none”, that isn’t a quality update; that is literally slapping something on paper only because you have to. There isn’t any reassurance that everything is okay.I’m not asking for a page be written in the update, but maybe a sentence, or two, with something quality to be said when I know that my dog has barely eaten any food in two days time.
We just found WAGBNB and looking forward to many more hours of fun!! They have a wonderful set up and I appreciate all the safeguards in place, in regards to your pets safety and all the fun “treats” to guarantee a “doggone” great time! Our Bella was in for “SPA” day, loved it and reasonably priced. Looking forward to our overnite stay coming up May 6th, and the expansions, to make it even bigger and better!!
We had a great first experience. Loved the report cards and pictures throughout the stay. They got us in on short notice and were bale to help us get everything we needed. They also have live video cameras to check in on them.
We love Wag! The live video and quick information is so helpful and makes you feel better when you’re away. The staff loves animals so it puts your mind at ease.
Best pet boarding place I’ve ever been to! They give your pets so much love and even give you daily updates and photos to see how they are doing. Highly recommend this place for your pet boarding and spa needs!

My big boy just had his 1st day of doggie day care at Wagbnb! We love this place and will definitely be going again! Ive already recommended this place to family and friends. We recently toured the facility and were very impressed with both the staff and facility. We received a menu with an explanation of the many services that they offer. I especially appreciate the staff for their great communication, being able to check in on the facilities live webcams, the pictures of my boy that I received on the app, and getting his report card for the day! Wagbnb is a wonderful place! My boy was tired and happy when he got home. Our other dogs are older and cant quite keep up with his energy level, so I know he enjoyed getting to run and play all day! Thanks Wagbnb! Well be back!

Absolutely love the daycare program! I got lots of pictures and a report care of my puppies day, which she absolutely loved!! We will be making these visits a regular thing!!!
When coming in to use the self service wash, the room itself stinks, there’s hair all over the floor and the grates were not in the tub, again. The brushes and tools were dirty and filled with dog hair and most of the soaps were nearly empty. It’s still better than washing my dogs at home but there’s room for improvement
We take our blue heeler dog to Wagbnb every week to burn off energy. She loves it there and gets so excited when we drive up. Comes home and rests. Everybody knows her by name. Highly recommend!
This is the 3rd stay for us . This was a long 2 week stay, but I was not stressed because Raja has been happy and well taken care of the last 2 times she stayed. The staff is very sweet and caring. It is a week organized business.
My dog LOVES his playtime and overnight stays at Wagbnb. I also love how the staff truly knows and cares about my dog, as well as the other dogs in their care. I cant recommend this Wagbnb Lubbock enough!
Ruger and Annie had such a good time yesterday at Wagbnb’s daycare. They must have played the entire time because they slept the whole night through and didn’t get up until 6:30AM this morning. They usually start stirring around 5:30. They’ll be going back for the socialization and to prepare them for a longer stay when we go out-of-town. I’d strongly recommend bringing your fur babies here. The staff is so friendly and caring. Patti
My Trudi loves ❤️ Wag BNB! She gets to play outside (weather permitting) with dogs 🐕 her size. She is tuckered out when she gets home 🏡. I dont have to worry about her while we are out of town
Used the spa services for a bath and nail trim. Not only very competitive prices but the best bath and nail trim in Lubbock. They are very speedy if needed and can hold your dogs if needed as well.
Such a fun experience for my little dude! love being able to watch him on the live camera and the pictures they post on his report card. Such a fun and clean place. Every pet needs to visit Wagbnb at least once!

We have been using Wag, for 7 months! I take Ozzy (1 yr old 80lb Sheepadoodle) to daycare 2-3 days a week and he has also boarded over a long weekend! He LOVES it! GREAT staff! We are going to be long term customers!
Wagbnb is my dogs 2nd home. When Im on trips or out of town, my dog loves going to wagbnb! They treat her as if she’s their own. I get daily checkups on her report card and even live feed online. Knowing she’s playing her heart out at daycare is always a good feeling as a dog parent. Saying all that, I wouldnt recommended anybody else. Wagbnb is the place to be for all your 4 legged children. Long 2 wk visit for our two cats. The live video was great to use and they always answered phone promptly and have us progress on how they were doing. Wouldnt use anyone else !
This might be the only place in the area that will board rabbits, and the price is very reasonable! 4 stars because I wish she had space to run around rather than staying in her cage, but the staff is so friendly and they interact with her daily!

Omg I love wagbnb so much! The caretakers/co-workers noticed that my dog had a hard time peeing and let me know. I took her to the vet and found out she had a UTI, because they paid so much attention I was able to catch it early.
We had our cat boarded here for 3 months and they treated him like royalty. The place is super clean and the workers love the animals. Never seen an unhappy pet here. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Wagbnb is a great facility. Squeaky clean and Luna loves to go. They are fast to communicate via email or phone and it’s great to have a reliable dog care facility in town.

I found wagbnb after we adopted Blue from the shelter and boy am I greatful. I boarded her because I had a surgery in Dallas. I got so sick after that I had to stay in Dallas for the week. If it was not for this wondeful place and how understanding they were and adapted to my needs during this emergency, I would not have been able to focus on myself to get better and to get homeBTW-I also got reports cards to include pictures.I would recommend wagbnb to any pet lover who needs people to love their animals while they are away whether for just a day or more.Thank you so much,Christine

We LOVED using wagbnb when we went out of town this past week! We opted for a suite for our two girls, you can peek in on them at any time via the webcam. They take pictures and send a report card every evening. We will absolutely be using them again.
My dogs are new to being left and I’ve felt very comfortable leaving here. The employees are very helpful and generous. I love being able to check in on them through the webcams.

2022-05-30Ive had great service with wagbnb! This was our second time boarding our pup for a few days and it seems like she comes back happier every time. The drop off and pick up hours are nice and flexible and keeping a card on file makes it much more manageable around work schedules when needing other people to pick her up! I have no doubt when dropping her off that shell be safe and supervised. We will be seeing yall again soon!

The staff is so friendly and we have never had a problem with any of the other dogs that go to daycare. She always comes home happy and tired! I love seeing all the pics on her report card every time she goes!

2022-05-06Lovely place to leave your dogs in the care of! Our dog Lola can be very wary around other dogs, and they made sure to always keep an eye on her and make sure she was comfortable. They also took some very cute pictures of her, which we really appreciate. I’m so glad I chose them, and I definitely recommend them!

2022-01-03We have really loved our time with WagBnB! Our dog Pixie has stayed for both boarding and daycare. They always make sure she’s taken care of and gets lots of play time and socializing with other dogs. All the dogs have been nice and it seems everyone plays well together. She is always worn out but happy when we pick her up! Very thankful for their kind staff for looking after her, wouldn’t trust anyone else!! The only issues I’ve ever had was the sometimes have trouble putting her harness on correctly, which is understandable, all harnesses are so different. And she lost one of her dog tags during playtime, which can just happen. My only suggestion is just having staff pay closer attention to the little things! But still a great place I think!

2022-01-03I love taking my dog to WagBnb! Once we pull up Cash is always super excited to go in. Their website is easy to use and their prices are affordable. My favorite thing about WagBnB is their live webcams and the photos they’ll upload to your account! Definitely gives me comfort knowing my dog is having fun and in good hands while I’m at work or school.
