Just want to say thank you to the woman who was kind enough to pay my 25 dollar item. She truly was kind. However I was treated very poorly by a older gentleman named Dale. He was in a wheelchair and had glasses. As I was paying my card was not working. While paying for my item my card was not working . Dale then yells YOUR NOT DOING IT RIGHT YOU NEED TO PUSH IT I tell him it does not have a chip and he says STOP WHAT YOUR DOING NOW. I then tell him I need to swipe it. He then says HOLD ON AND LISTEN. My card was working which was why the lady behind me paid. As the lady paid. Dale then says ARE YOU GONNA GRAB YOUR BAG OR WHAT OR STAND THERE. Not sure why that comment was made. As a person of color I felt very uncomfortable and saddened by this treatment. I was treated very poorly and hope this issue gets addressed. I received very poor customer service and will not want to be cashed out by him again.

7 people in the pharmacy and only one person working the windows. To them, it was more important to put ip other prescriptions and work the drive thru window. Waiting 10 mins and no one acknowledges me. Really bad service in the pharmacy

The lady that worked in the photo department was very rude. None of the employees are customer service oriented that work here. A little disappointed in the Walgreens in Kerrville. Ive been to other walgreens that greeted me first and a simple gesture of did you find everything you need would of been nice. No hi or bye dont even think I had eye contact with the person who cashed me out.

Cheryl did an outstanding job assisting me in getting my Medicare RX filled for my diabetic testing supplies. She went way above the call of duty including having my supplies available at another store in another town in Texas as we are full time travelers. Again THANK YOU CHERYL!!!!!!!!

I am an adamant shopper at this location and today I just had a not so great experience. The cashier was about in her 60s and did not greet me walking through the door. She watched me like a hawk from the moment I came in and when I approached the cash register she still did not greet me- just started scanning my stuff which was a birthday card, Visa gift card, and Tylenol. Her only comment was “You know you can’t return gift cards, right?” In a very condescending manner. I’m not sure why the need for the comment, but it’s not like I’m trying to pull some scam. I have bought many before here and never had been asked this. Clearly, the card wasn’t for me. I felt uneasy as a woman of color that has tattoos and piercings and felt as thought I was being judged heavily. I will be making a formal complaint.

I give this store a 2. The 2 stars are for the store side and not the pharmacy. The pharmacy deserves ZERO stars. The wait times are ridiculous, and even if they were avoidable, the pharmacy staff is rude. On multiple occasions I have called and waited on hold longer than 45 minutes. I was even able to drive from Fredericksburg to Kerrville while on hold and arrived to the store before anyone picked up. This past week my husband waited in the drive thru for 35min while the woman in the car in front of him argued with the staff. My husband was late to work at that point so he just sent the prescription through the tube and drove off. I called the pharmacy and waited on hold for 63 minutes before someone answered. I was simply calling to make sure they received the script and they didnt need additional info. When the pharmacy staff answered, and I explained the situation, the man let out a long aggravated sigh. Happy holidays?!?

The computer they use for texting you when your script is ready, is unreliable. More than once I have received a text that a script is ready, only to get to the pharmacy and find out that I have to wait for it to be filled.mentioning this to the pharmacy staff - the reply is I dont do anything with the computer for that, while the pharmacist who was listening is just shaking his head, no one cares it seems.No one seems to care even when you suggest they report it, they smile and say they will - any bets?

The customer service I received from sales lead Sanders was absolutely horrible. She was not considerate, did not help, and was rude and unfriendly before I even had the chance to speak. She did not smile, say thank you, or make me feel like a valued customer. I am Very disappointed as I have been a customer here for over a decade. Not sure if will return.

I have been using Walgreens for 20 years. I never had a problem until moving to Kerrville and using their pharmacy. They didnt have a very common medication that is life or death for me to take, they said they were out of stock and didnt know when they would have it again. Twice they messed up my prescription. Once the prescription was for 60 pills, a medication I had been receiving from Walgreens in that amount for 15 years. They gave me 6 pills instead of 60. It took them 4 days to rectify it and I was without my medication for a day because of it. They staff is rude, they are obviously not well trained. My step mother is a pharmacist so I understand the demands of the job and their mistakes and attitude was not excusable. I started using CVS 2 months ago, I have not had one problem whatsoever. I will never use Walgreens again.

Walgreens is one of those stores where you can get lost for hours looking at the cool gadgets. Always and I mean Always very helpful even the manager will stop what hes doing to help me.
