I go with my boyfriends mom and she needs a motor cart. We often have to wait quite a bit for one so maybe they need more. When you try to find someone to help you with getting an item or finding an item, its difficult to find someone and more than once Ive had an employee tell me find someone else.
Took car in after having to air up right rear twice in one month asked them to rotate tires and fix the flat , they were done in less than 30 minutes and I thought wow that was quick, realized after I arrived back at work (after taking time out of my work day) that they never rotated my tires , so I checked my receipt to find they didnt even fix the flat they took out a nail and said they couldnt find the leak I guess it was a slow leak taking about two weeks to go low and set off the tpms so after paying 60 bucks to have lifetime balance and rotation when I bought the tires they didnt even preform half the service I had paid for when I bought the tires and I literally have no confidence in the other half of the work I requested to be done even though they were not busy at all when I dropped my car off it seems like they rushed though without taking to time to make sure they were doing a good job or even a complete job
Clean enough store. Finding what youre looking for can be difficult. Getting in to the cosmetics department was really strange. They had pallets of items to restock that night blocking paths so it was difficult to navigate to the different departments. Overall not a great experience.
Lazy mechanics. I sent my sister to get an oil change on my vehicle a week before the Súper bowl. She told me they refused to do the oil change because the oil had metal shavings. I don’t know how if it’s a 2020 vehicle. I’ve always done oil changes on my vehicle.I went today to talk to the manager and she’s was off till Monday. If you guys don’t like your job fine something else to do. Oh I almost forgot I took my car to Jeffy lube on Grand and I 40 and they said there was nothing wrong with the oil.
Whats the use of calling customer service when nobody never answers the phone Ive been trying to reach customer service for the last 25 minutes no one answers the phone so then I hang up and I try other departments nobody answers their phone whats the use of having numbers if you guys will not answer your phone to answer questions that needs to be answered Walmart is the worst
Wonderful environment inside and outside. The only problem is there is not enough electric wheelchairs for handicapped individuals like myself to be able to pull up to the store and be confident that I will be able to quickly go in the store and shop. Without worrying about not being able to obtain a electric wheelchair basket.
I am a paying customer n the loss prevention guy made himself so obvious. The lady that was stealing went right out the front door but Im stopped and my receipt was asked for as I left and held there for the door guy to inventory my purchase. Everything accounted for n have a nice night is supposed to make me feel better. Never will I step foot in that store. You got the wrong person n the real thief not even worried nor irritated like myself.
Do you enjoy the thought of filthy bins holding your food items? If not, then do not use online grocery shopping for your products. The management team does not care about cleaning the equipment or the health and safety of employees/customers even in a worldwide pandemic! Employees are not given adequate time to clean up their areas, let alone their hands, and all the equipment is filthy!!!! Buyer beware…
Some people at this store have no business working here they are not helpful at all especially in the paint department they wouldnt show me any alternatives their paint Shaker is broken they had no idea about working the paint counter and Walmart is like my mall I go there for everything but I wont be going back to the store because of the customer service it was sorry as all get out and the lady at the paint desk was totally useless
We always expect the most out of Walmart its supposed to have everything right at our fingertips its not as great as we think it is due to the fact of not having so many employees for the way they treat their employees so its real shorthanded things are not where theyre supposed to be here not clean or stocked so employees are real sharp with their attitude because theyre tired and I dont get paid good enough to even really be there to put up with what they do
A previously have done three stars for this Walmart but it seems like its going downhill. For the past couple of times I was trying to buy stuff for my backyard and the garden center was closed at 5:30 p.m. and the manager said that she just doesnt have anybody looking over stuff and that area, why clearly she had two people at the door just looking at peoples receipt and another two people at the self checkout just watching people.They have everything stocked real good at this store and its pretty clean but its hard to find employees to help you locate thing and this is one of the busiest stores in town and they only have 2 registers going and the rest are the self scan machines.
Only problem was they were stocking shelves while I was shopping. Used to, they would stock at night to be ready when they opened. Dont know why they dont do that now. Very frustrating to keep running into stockers in every aisle getting in your way. Otherwise its a great place to shop.
They have gone downhill cant find workers when u need to ask about something and when u do half of them cant speck English or dnt know anything. Its just a store where u might want to know more about the stuff cause the workers dont know anything or where it would be at. If it would let me i wouldnt give it any stars grand st Walmart is not a place to go they know nothing and if u find thats a big IF FIND someone they cant tell u nothing or they cant speck English 👎👎👎👎👎
Friendliest Walmart in Amarillo,Texas! I was on my lunch break and I went to purchase 12 storage bins and Brandon, Abby & Doug were SO helpful!They didnt just walk by and ignore their customers they were courteous, helpful and eager to lend a helping hand! Thank you so much for making my visit a pleasant one!
Walmart on Grand and I40 is always dirty from The parking lot to inside the store and always the bathroom are vicious and scary to even walk into , never use the facilities there .Some of the staff are professional but others act as if we are doing them a favor very rude and unprofessional . I shop there because it is convenient but if I had choice of something close I would choose the other
I only went to the garden center. I found some plants that I hadnt seen anywhere else in this town. They werent in the best shape, but I consider them rescues and took them home to save them. They are all doing nicely. Might be a good place to check if youre looking for something out of the ordinary.
Quick in and out, right? I had to basically sprint the entire 4 corners region within the walls (that was built by blood, sweat, and tears of roughnecks just like the entire trades industry etc.)(shout out to the one guy working hard while 4 clean clothes gentlemen hold the truck up.) ?-mile sprint around the perimeter with a few zigzags here and there ( yes honey I grabbed some... heavy flow, right?) Got to the back. (proactively thinking I grabbed a coat rack). Ran down the aisle, jammed the coat rack in a tire and pole vaulted over old homie on a motorized cart (sorry sir.. I think I tipled my teabags across your smooth, bald head. (Like a little, shiny, mocha tinted, mini air strip). Tire destroyed the old mans cart got a little loose in turn four and took it to the wall( RIP Dale). I just made it to the self checkouts and checking out only took 45 seconds. Thanks speedy checkout. Or even better.. you can order online and only answer the door.
The automotive department people are lazy and don’t want to work, don’t bother taking your car there for an oil change. I’ve been there twice trying to get my oil changed and both times they had dumb excuses like my car had the screw cap on wrong. I took it somewhere else to get it done and they said that they had no issue changing my oil.
The bathrooms are nasty and dirty.The employee being trained by a rude employee is not good. To the manager just know I shopped and I had a full basket of groceries and couldnt purchase any of them because they said they are not allowed to punch in my card number...😒😜
Not any different than those in DFW area, okc area or elsewhere.....spent too much money remodeling the stores they cant afford to keep shelves stocked. Not to mention shutting down cash registers, forcing customers to do their own checking/bagging.....youd think theyd give a 5-10 percent discount for that....lmao
I went in for 1 thing, to get my watch battery replaced. Every time in the past I walk into a Walmart and go directly to the jewelry area and get a new battery. This time the jewelry area was barren, no one around and hardly nothing even in the section. I asked someone about getting my battery replaced and they told me the section is closed. I’m at a loss
All registers were closed only self check out. Walmart claims to be the cheapest with all Chinese merchandise. True! They make any where from 55 to 75 percent profit and they keep getting rid of people. No self check out for me and less buying at Walmart. Manager was a little over worked and a little rude. Understandable on why she was snappy not acceptable but Understandable.
Do not go to this 3rd world Walmart! This Walmart is the worst and most dangerous in the Amarillo. There have been many high profile crimes committed here including child abductions, robberys and hostage situations. Behind this Walmart are very poverty ridden immigrant neighborhoods. Management is terrible and very rude. Go to the Walmart on Coulter, it is the safest and classiest.
One register open for a whole hour in the Customer Service Department. To top it off the lady behind me was breathing so close that I could smell her. FYI Ive smelled drunks who smelled better. Anyway yeah bad experience despite the cashier handling everything quick-fast-and-in-a-hurry
I have begun to hate going here reason being most of the self checkouts are card only which I find ridiculous there is NO COIN shortage. Then you are stuck with the only TWO checkers that are open. This is the only place on town like this. I hardly shop here anyway this is just one more reason not to. Lastly they never seem to have things in stock pandemic is over so not sure why.
Lets face it, Walmarts custo.er service and product availability is in decline, but this location exceeded my expectations for good customer service, so I am giving them a 4 out of 5. Pricing still makes it worth the trip. This location has many curteus employees to help. The store is clean and the parking lot is safe after dark. Whomever manages this store is doing a good job!
To whom ever it may concern.If the self-checkout registers could be repaired, so that customers have a quicker and easier experience, would be great ally appreciated? Thank for the great customer service! Most of all, thank you to the Guy running that self-checkout Department on the left side of the store (closest to the beauty aisles). He had exemplary customer service, and helped us when the register wouldnt read our debit cards.
Without a doubt, the best Walmart that Ive been in. Im a full-time traveler. I frequent Walmarts in order to restock economically. This Walmart is well stocked, super clean and organized. I dont generally give five stars to any establishment where I have no contact with employees. And although I didnt interact with anyone, I noticed that the employees did not try to ignore me upon approach, and most even smiled. That meant a lot to me.
I am an elderly person and dont like to check my own groceries if a product wont I have to wait on help to see if they can get it to scan and then they have to call a higher up to see whats wrong. They have people that can check and see how to do it. Looks like the Neighborhood Market could have left a couple check out lines for people over seventy five years of age.
I avoid this location when possible, then Ill need something and decide to run in and instantly regret it. The majority of the employees here are just lazy and rude which sets the overall tone. Kudos to the ones who care about the customers and work in that environment. The produce is always sketchy, the overall cleanliness is lacking. Its just never a pleasant shopping experience.
Utterly and completely hopeless grocery pickup. Waited for more than an hour. They stopped answering their phones. Online pickup in the app broke. Line of cars larger than the parking lot. Had to give up and try again in the morning. System was still broken. Never again.
The point of sale decided to freeze at checkout and it caused a 10 minute delay trying to get it to respond again, and after it failed, I had to gather everything and bring it to another checkout aisle. It took a while. And it was no fault of the cashier either, she apologized and was very friendly throughout the ordeal. I thought she handled it well. The point of sale though seems outdated, it had a buffer error, which means it couldnt handle the processed information. They need to update their systems, cause its a regular occurrence.
When the employees are pulling online orders they often get in the way of shoppers. They seem to care very little whether they are in a shoppers way or not. They will set their cart right where I need an item while they look for an item on the opposite side of the aisle. This has happened to me on many 0ccasions here.
They stocked incorrectly so half of the stuff we were getting on with our wic card was not wic approved. The guy who checked us out was rude and had to root around in the trash for our wic receipt and when we asked for a refund on the non wic approved stuff he snubbed us and pointed to the closed customer service window. His manager coddled him and told us we should have paid better attention and that her crew never stocks incorrectly... im sorry but not true her crew is constantly stocking incorrectly so might as well download a bar scanner on your phone if you want to know the ACTUAL price of things
So i thought it was funny when walmart got self check out make the customers do all the work and save the money on Labor. Not filling the self check out with cash so you can conduct business is just stupid and that cant be fixed. But i guess none of that matters when you never stock any product. This location is hands down one of the worst locations in the country. It would be in the best interest of the company for the CEO to do an investigation and performance review.
Worse service Ive ever received. The employees were nonfunctional and apparently over whelmed. I tried calling for assistance in the store where I was put on hold for 30 minutes pass around and hung up onTook 11/2 hours to pick up an order that was ready 2 hours previous.
I will never ever use this Walmarts Bakery ever again for a birthday cake and cupcakes.We ordered a Frozen birthday cake and cupcakes and ordered another dozen cupcakes.Today we went to pick them up. The bakery worker there dropped one dozen of the cupcakes and handed us a cracked birthday cake and told us that she dropped our other order of cupcakes and she doesnt know how to make frozen themed cupcakes.And didnt say anything about the horrible looking cake.There was not a manager in sight that I could speak with about the cake and cupcake issue.They didnt even have any extra cupcakes for purchase.I will never use them again and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to never use them. They could care less that they put me in a spot that I didnt have what I ordered over a week in advance.
I live out of state bought a fish tank for a friend who needed one cause she had a fishmergency. Used the in store pick up it was no problem. We found out the filter didnt work I called 4 times no one picked up finally the last time i called i got someone but she put me on hold and never came back. Awful service.
Poor customer service. Employees dont even care about your questions. I asked someone a question and they told me to hold on while they went to find someone who could help and I waited for 20 minutes then went looking for them and found them talking about video games with another employee. I wouldnt go to Walmart if I didnt have to. Bring on a kroegers or something...
This location i found the set up slightly confusing for the health section.This would be the first Walmart I have seen a cash register at the cosemetics section. That makes for easier and faster check out so that was good.I do have to say they were stocked for outdoor bug and lawn care.The entrance and exit to the parking lot as a First timer was a little confusing.
I got thereParkedWalked a mile to get in the only open door. (Because hearding everyone in and out one exit like cattle is SURE to decrease he number of contact cases of covid 19) Found what I needed. Self checkout. Only took half an hour. Quick trip for Wal-Mart, really
Easy off easy on off 1-27 and Georgia Street. COVID-19 protocols are followed for entering and shopping instore with social distancing encouraged between customers. Products seemed to be adequate for monthly shopping for non food supplies hygiene products, paper products, cleaning supplies and home repair items. Lines open for both self checkout to lines with actual cashiers.
The Walmart remains a great place to shop. I love it because it provides a one stop shop which is sooo convenient for families today; however the best part are the workers! Although they may be super busy restocking, they are never too busy to greet or help a customer---and thats pretty important to me!
I hate this location, the workers are always playing on their phones, they will just walk out in front of you and whatever they are pulling around the store, they refuse to check the back for an item not on the shelf, they always have the the aisles blocked by stocking stuff but the shelves are never stocked, thought they closed at midnight to stock, now with the covid they close at 8:30 so why arent they stocking then? When you need to pick up an item you have to stand around while workers pass you but wont help including managers. When ordering online it says the item is in stock at this location so i place the order then it says it will he ready today then you get an email saying your item is ready right before they close or you get a delay email saying youll have to wait a week or more for you item. I like to use the curbside pick up for quick stuff like dog food and i usually have no problem till today, they wouldnt bring it out 1 item so i had to go pick it up inside so there was no point in placing an order for pick up, im done with this location.
I came your store for some vitamins and online you guys have it but in the store you guys dont.. I understand that you guys dont have it. The only thing i am upset is before you go into the store you have to have a mask on the whole time when i was in your store a LOT OF PEOPLE was not wearing no mask.. There was even an old man was coughing on a lot of products and he was not wearing a mask I even told a young lady who works in your store and she told him to please put on his mask and he just walked away not saying anything then she told me that she cant do anything about it but I thought you can kick him out if hes coughing on everything and not wearing his mask. So whats going on if you wont let people come in without a mask but you let people take it off whats the point does keeping your workers safe and customers safe.. So I think you guys need to have a meeting and talk about when people dont wear the mask in the store take action people might fight you on have to wear a mask but its just like no shoes no shirt no service a mask is part of the law now but I even see people not wearing shoes and shirt I even see people only wearing a bra and panties to your store and you guys dont care. Your workers dont want to deal with that issue and they just walk away..
Hardly anyone was at this store. According to the two employees that came up to me, patrons were offended by my cursing so they called in on me. the employees told me I had to leave. I attempted to explain I was actually on the phone and had received word of finances bag available. I yelled out praise God.ûI cussed the employee out because they had no business harassing me. I walked towards the makeup section but the employees continued following me. They told me to leave and that police were on the way. I tried checking out but was told I couldnt shop there anymore.they told police I was shoplifting so I was trespassed from the store. I was attacked by police in the parking lot because of false claims. Ill never shop Walmart again
I do not like the self check out. Today was a long line, only one checker at register. I waited , after i ask Mgr to please open more registers. He did not like it but two came available. I am for saving money but I like someone to check my items then tell me what the damage is.
I pretty much always have a good experience. Employees are always kind and usually say hi. And the cashiers have usually always been nice and conversational as well. I like shopping for my kids clothes here. They are young and the price and quality is good. Like that they are doing more husky clothes for kids. Also like that over the years they have been incorporating more healthier snacks and foods. Making it easier to find and not always purchasing online for certain products.
Someone marked my truck windshield with a lotto ticket Im guessing to try and distract me so they could steal my cart of stock dry goods. Guys walking around in the store were obviously on the phone with the guys in the parking lot relaying back and forth what I was driving and what I was buying. I got very lucky to get out of there with my goods. Need to work on this as everyone knows its going on at this georgia walmart. Ive heard its bad but now it has happened to me! Ill be carrying my gun next time i go to walmart. Stop letting them run a crime ring out of your store!
Its horrid as usual. I would rate it a zero. Wal Mart tries to force everyone to comply with their customer scan policys. I dont think the customer should ring or scan their own purchases. Thats the cashiers responsibility. Instead of Wal Marts compliance with the customers. They expect the opposite. They will soon lose my business permanently. Unfortunately you have to give it at least a one star rating or it wont post.
Ordered a TV on first black friday flyer. I was notified the item was at the store and ready to be picked up.Arrived at the store and waited for 45 minutes, my wife had to walk halfway around the outside of the store to go in to customer service were they told her they would be right out, 20 minutes later. A really Nice young gentlemen by the name of Adrian assisted us and help to take some of the aggravation of waiting for over an hour out of our experience. So much for curb side service and pickup.
Store was dirty and disorganized, they were out of many, many items.But worst of all there were people all over the store without masks on.Not just a few people but a lot of people. No one was making them wear them. We were very uncomfortable shopping with that many people without masks on.
This Walmart is very clean and tidy. I use it as my pharmacy of choice. The clothes are fairly reliable for fit and, for the price, quite nice. It carries certain foods I cannot find elsewhere. I dont buy produce or fresh meats there as I prefer the local grocery store for that. Hence the four stars instead of five.Most importantly to me, I feel safe there. True, I go during the day, but I have been to other Walmarts during the day where people hung out around the door making suggestive comments or there were panhandlers in the parking lot. That doesnt happen here. Kudos to their security.
I go out of my way to shop at this Walmart. The store is clean and has always had the majority of what I need. This store has a great selection of home goods also. I usually do the online grocery shopping and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
I went to pickup, touched the screen to be waited on, then I went out to electronics, but on saw one employee who was very busy. Several employees walked past me but never said a word to me. Then I called the store to let them know I was needing help at pick up. Finally someone came. I waited about 20 minutes total. The young man was very pleasant & did his job well.
The handicap bathroom locks were broken. Just hanging by one screw no way to lock them. I have proof I took pictures. I wish I could post them here. But I was able to complain to a lady who works at the self checkout and she said she would let someone know but dont know if it did or didnt happen and if it did or didnt get fixed.
Watched two cars in the lane next to me oh the pharmacy drive thru come and go while i am currently waiting for 40 minutes... it’s not even busy. I have One thing to pick up that was called in 3 hours ago. This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. First time using this pharmacy and i definitely will not be back.
This is my 2nd time to order online and I LOVE this way of shopping! Thank you so much for providing this convenience. And the carry out guys are super nice. Its a nice way to start the day when youre greeted by someone that is kind and he doesnt complain about loading ALL those groceries into my car! :)
I grew up in areas where Sam Walton the founder of Walmart had a direct impact and influence on the way we saw our jobs when I worked for them. And while Im glad to say is that the experience from the employees has gone Leaps and Bounds in the right direction, it does not surprise me... Which is certainly not evidentiary of anything to be clear... that this store along with others like it closed their doors to 24-Hour availability. From here I hope things only go up
I’m going to be completely honest: I HATE going into a Walmart. I hate that the associates don’t really care about anything but getting their tasks completed and that there are never enough registers. But let me tell you something about this particular Walmart: every associate I walked by smiled and some even talked to my toddler and laughed with him. The store was so clean that I was even comfortable letting him walk shoeless with one of those corn popper toys up and down the toy aisle. I overheard a manager heading off a meeting this morning and the employees were engaged and happy. The manager thanked them for their work and told them what they did to make their store a success. It’s very clear that the culture of this particular store is different from every Walmart I have ever visited. I wish I could takes this store home with me to Colorado. Well done!
People are always so helpful and friendly when I visit walmart right before closing..Everything is so clean and easy to find .And when I ask for help to locate any item I have no problems they know exactly where to find it.I would tell everyone to visit the store between 9-11pm for the best shopping experience..THANK YOU WALMART...YOUR AWESONE
So far this store has been a pretty good store in my opinion. Lot of Walmart stop into around state of Texas has deteriorated especially here in Houston where I live. But I have to get this place at five stars because of an individual in the garden section. He was a happy individual that asked me how my day was doing. My mom was in the hospital I told him that was what was happening he decided to give me a big discount and wish me a good day and that she will improve. This individual went above and beyond to be a part of the lives of his customers
I love the personal shopping service. You order online usually the day before you want to pick up your order. You can choose specific brands, number of items, etc. You can see the amount you are spending as you add more products which really helps if you are on a budget. You go at the time and date you chose, park in a marked/canopied/numbered space. Call to let them know you arrived and they bring your order to your car and load it for you. You get the best fresh vegetables, as well. You may allow substitutions on the brand you chose. Truly awesome service. Downfalls: No coupons or gift cards used on orders. If you forgot something, you will have to go get it, but you can make changes to your order by the time listed when you place the order.
Jewelry department customer service is very terrible, I made them aware that I needed help and started doing other things before they asked what I needed and then said they do not have the key for the jewelry I needed. Didnt see the point of standing there waiting for literally half an hour just to say that! 🙄
Every single time I go in this store and the old woman is working the door, I get stopped. Doesnt matter what I buy. Anyone else, no problem . It does not matter if I use a lane or self check out. I could buy $10 worth of stuff or $500. Always the same result. I am tired of being treated this way and management wont answer a phone call. So I will go back to Coulter where I am treated better. It is worth the drive. FYI, she has NEVER found anything in my basket that hasnt been paid for.
They were VERY understaffed this morning. Had zero checker lines opened. The one employee at the self check out stands had the stands stopped waiting on the wait for assistance message. When asked to call for additional employees, the reply was: Im the only one. Someone managing that store is cheaping out at the customers expense.
My husband and I come to this Walmart all the time. I used to love it until today. Last night we bought a camera that had false advertising on it. The guy that helped us get it said we could return it if we needed to. When we came to return it today the people who I know, knew who we were because we always come go to this store even though it is not the closest to our house. We paid most of the purchase in cash and only little on the card. We forgot the card at the house. They treated us like thieves over $6.00 saying that they could not give us the refund unless we drove all the way home for the Card. I hate how they treated us and this is why we will never go to this Walmart again!
As usual they didnt have everything I needed because there shelves were not stocked and when I was checking out, the lady at the register was very rude.... maybe Walmart needs to stop hiring people who should be home looking after their Great Grand Kids and hire people that actually enjoy working and do it with a smile and good attitude
I use to like this Walmart. The cashiers though have turned nasty, with attitudes and discriminative judgement in how they talk to people they don’t like (gays). They treat everyone like crack heads that are trying to rob them. Customer service has turned horrible here. I know most have gotten accustomed to bad service at large stores like this, are numb to it, and don’t really expect much else anymore...but I for one won’t be returning.
Really walmart? You’re really stopping people like criminals to scan every single item they PURCHASED before exiting the store. It’s like another checkout line! It’s backed up and it’s pointless unless your whole goal is to insult the honest customers who just checked out and paid for their goods. Wow.. a new low, even for Walmart. This is ridiculous!

2022-04-11This wal-mart is set up different than any other I have ever shopped with. It was difficult to find the location of the items on my list. I had to ask sales associates for help locating various sections 3 different times. The associates were very friendly and helpful and I give them 5 stars for great customer service. There were even registers with cashiers open and the lines were short.

2022-06-13I still wish there were more actual cashiers running the registers. The wait time is still too long waiting for the self checkout stations. These were set up to be more convenient. They are not.

2022-05-04Waited 45 minutes for the tire shop to tell me they wouldn’t take the caps off of my lug nuts. I’ve been to other Walmarts that did this no problem, workers didn’t seem to want to help at all.

2022-05-09This store or company is becoming a joke. Wal mart thinks they can take out human checkers & replace with the customer checking out there own items. Plus wal-mart continues to raise prices. Bottom line is they want the customer to do there job and pay the bill.Just so they are making a profit. What a joke,take their employees jobs away .

2022-06-12Tried to get a tire there two dYs in a row. I called for quote no one answers the phone I went up there and was next in line when a gut came out Nd said dont write anymore tickets after I waited there for 20 minutes . . Showed up the next morning Nd they had no one there to because everyone called in.. almost has turned to trash cant get anything taken care of there these days.

2022-06-10Wheres the employees when you need them. Had walk around store to find one . Oh and he was on his cellphone. And by the way if walmart is going to lock up and enclose the health and beauty department the keep some over there. 4 people needing help and only employee found in walmart was on his phone

2022-05-02I believe they need to open the lanes back up self checkout is good but people loose there jobs if everyone chooses to do self checkout
