Bathroom situation hasnt improved. It was a sad day for me. I found a whole rotisserie chicken in one of the stalls.. To each their own but i dont think thats an appropriate place to store those. Have a blessed evening.
I found everything I needed considering that supplies is low in places. However the bathroom was dirty. There was toilet paper on the floor. The self checkout I used was dirty. The belt and scanner was dirty. I guess they dont spray them down and clean them.
They need to properly train associations that especially work the service deal. And also the baggers. I was told the wrong information at the service desk and then when I went to checking out, the cashier was mixing food, oil products, and HBA all in one bag. You dont do that. 😔😔😔
This Walmart is the absolute worst!!!!How are you gonna tell your customers to price check on the app & not price change in the store! The managers here are terrible. Jewell is who I spoke. No help at all. I spend too much money at Walmart to not get a simple price change on yalls product!!! I’m livid about this!!! Fix your policy before you go advertising price check does us no good when you don’t even match prices 🤬
I was in need of a leaf blower for our business to cut down on the time it takes to sweep the leaves from the entryway.Walmart is having a CLEARANCE SALE IN THE GARDEN AREA.I got a good deal on a nice leaf blower for $30.You cant beat that!And the nice employee even offered to climb up and get one down for me
Ordered online for store pick-up. I love this service so that I dont have to shop through the store. And I dont have to pay shipping. The customer service was quick to get my order filled and texted me that it was ready for pick-up.Update 3-15-22: in-store shopping. Store is neat and clean, renovations have improved the flow. I like the self-check, its much faster!
I give the Vision Center an A+ and sincerely wish I didnt have to walk all the way to the pet food section. My cane helps, but distance is an issue.

12 guest deep on customer service are and 2 mangers say their is noing they can do and cant put anyoneto help this employee.....
I actually had to pick up a prescription and there was no waiting! I needed to pick up a few grocery items. This location is currently being remodeled and it took me awhile to locate the items I went in for. Used self checkout.
I don’t mean for just this Walmart but for all of them, if you just start walking out with stuff because they will start using cashiers again. I shouldn’t have to shop for myself and check myself out. If the customers are doing the job why do they need to hire more people. Maybe the people working already should just do their jobs.
Theyre doing upfront store remodeling so a few items are not in the correct spot. Confusion regarding price.
Overall nice and clean place and pleasant staff ..but I still cant believe or fathom why I found a hot dog stuck in the a/c vent in the womens restroom
This walmart is always busy. I made an appointment for a covid booster, there were 20 or more people waiting. I didnt wait. I like this particular walmart, just always super busy and typical of WM, very few cashiers, if I wanted to do my own checkout, Id get a job there!
Typical Walmart yet extremely friendly associates throughout! I was able to locate employees with ease on a Saturday afternoon, and every one of them understood and could speak English clearly. I make that statement due to the countless Walmarts I have visited where this simply can be a complete language barrier. Its nice to shop and be understood. I visited this location as I was in the area visiting relatives. The entire store was well organized!My ONLY issue is this: Walmart tends to call people greeters when in fact they are posing as security. I purchased a water, from Academy, that I had in my purse and as I took it out for a drink, was stopped and asked for my receipt. Uh, NO! It clearly had ACADEMY written on its label. So, theres no receipt necessary. I DID NOT buy it from this store. Secondly, checking ANY receipt is ONLY a Walmart policy which MUST be visible for customers to read BEFORE entering a Walmart. There is no such policy anywhere on the outside at this location. Its not Sams where I have to be a member to enter upon which they have the right to check receipts. Sooo, this practice is NOT law. So, stop acting like someone who denies showing a receipt as breaking a law.The associate was picking and choosing who to ask for receipts as I waited patiently on the benches in front for my party to meet me. Discrimination at its finest!! 6 people walked out, even with none bagged items in their carts yet they walked on past. Then, a minority tries to walk out and she sure just had to ask the lady and rummage through her belongings. So, I took a picture. Wow, thats absurd!!
They run out of stock on the items that sell the most of; good example large close- always out
Walmart has raised there prices, it is quite obvious on everything practically, were talking a %50 increase, heb is officially cheaper, I used to save here, shame on you Walmart

2022-01-21Been here for half hour outside in the cold, the weather app says its 28° feels like 21°Waiting for someone to come and exchange my propane tank. Ive gone inside already once and will go back inside again to ask if someone can please come. There is so many people inside not doing anything just chatting. It says 21:29:30. Which is 9:29 pm and my truck already marks 10pm. I also called 3 times and no one ever picked up.

2021-12-30We were traveling with our travel trailer and had a flat tire. The lady that answered our call (didnt get her name) was very gracious a d anxious to help us get back on the road. Zach the installer went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you to both of you.

2022-03-01The section for the storage bins is completely disorganized. The position of the bins does not match the appropriate pricing and many of them do not even have a price, specially the bigger containers, so you are left with trying your luck, having to take a huge bin to bring to the check out line to find out about the price. If the price is a lot higher than what you are planning on spending, then go back to the bin section and repeat the process. The same applies to other sections of the store, which dont have pricing available. Also, they only activate 1 or 2 machines to take cash at the self check out, when a considerable part of the customers want to pay with cash only, causing big lines to accumulate and many unhappy customers waiting in line to be able to pay with cash, while many of the machines that only take cards are not being used at all. There is definitely room for improvement at this store!

2022-05-06Dont like the self check out .. no offense but if you want to force me to use self check out then why do you have checkers .. no offense but if I am going to come spend my hard earned money why do I have to do the work of a checker . If you go to all self check out I will be shopping somewhere else.. promise you that

2022-04-06I doubt very seriously if any of these reviews are ever read by management. They could care less as long as they get their paycheck, which we pay by the way. Today I had an associate tell me and another customer at self checkout, that its our job to check ourselves out. Unless we want to to wait an hour in line for one staffed register. She also told me I dont have to shop there. Meaning if I didnt like her bad attitude I could shop somewhere else. Her name is Haleigh(not sure about the spelling, but when I asked her name, she told me) This is the kind of staff Bastrop Walmart has. If they are not all like her, she sure makes them all look bad with her inappropriate behavior. I tried calling the number thats listed under the store managers name to report Haleigh. It is just the main number and that was a dead end. I will start going to HEB which beats Walmart even on their worst day.

2022-06-10Always run out of things in stock, have got things from the produce that are bad several times, have been ignored at the deli more than twice. Employees walk around in a state of confusion. Managers will do anything except help you. Prefer my store in Austin.

2022-06-07The store is currently being Remodel in some departments. But is looking better. Still think the self check outs could use some updating or something. Every time my card always gets locked due to there system.

2022-02-11The largest retailer in the WORLD and the MOST insufficient in the WORLD. Theyve gone to the self serve, concept and as usual with WM its not about being consumer friendly. Its about the bottom number. How can you operate with only ONE register designated as THE CASH only register when you do the VOLUME thats done in each store. I had to stand in line 10 to 15 minutes to pay cash for one item. It was only four of us in the line. The customer at register had COMPLICATIONS. Meantime, those who had cards were passing us by. Thats why I only go to WM in dire situations. WM ugh. Become, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY PLEASE.
