First time sucked. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. First time and already trying to get in my face about memberships they should be embarrassed. I’m one to stay quite but the job was so poorly done I had to do a turn around and go back and tell them. Asked if they can pay special attention to the center console. Was still dirty that I could pick up stuff with my fingers and the lady was arguing that it was clean. Dirty water marks on the car. Wasn’t vacuumed or dust properly. Don’t like AT ALL how the matts are put on wet WHAT THE HELL IS THAT, as soon as I got in the car they were dirty already. Very disappointed I had high hopes for y’all. Clearly was wrong.
Owner he helped me quickly clean tree sap off of my car!! They knew how to assess the situation and remove it while protecting the paint.I had left it parked outside and the sap was so bad that I could hardly see out of the window! Thanks again for helping me with my car!!
Not gonna lie, went in with low expectations because of the most recent reviews and to my surprise it was a good job.I like that you can book appointments online, but the reviews had me worried.My car was pretty dirty. I did not have the mental energy to even try to clean it myself. So I decided to risk it.Overall, the detail was done quickly, but done well.Inside has a nice waiting area, but this place is a bit chaotic. They send you inside to pay before the detail is done. And they do offer the option to tip cash or from your card.A customer spilled a full beer and no one ever cleaned it up.After I pulled up I was met and they looked over my car. He did try to upsell me into a membership, which is a little annoying. But it seemed like a lot of people there did have it. So if you’re into that it seems like a good option.Because I was staying to wait they did bump me to the head of the line so they could get me out faster. That was really appreciated. 🙂Pros:Quick detailComfy waiting areaDetail is more expensive but you’re paying for manual labor and convince.Cons:My consoles were a bit oily after (I just used a rag at home to wipe again nbd)And the sales pitchOverall, I would def say it was worth the money.
I got a scratched windshield after a car wash. I had to wait for 2 hours to get a super car wash. I replaced the windshield just 2 weeks ago. I think both Washaroo car wash and glass replacement company are going to play the “no liability” game, screwing customers by not taking responsibility.Update: Response from owner that his staff would have never caused it and asked me for proof if this scratch didn’t exist before taking it to the car wash. According to him, a big rock might have caused the scratches and he doesn’t believe his staff would have any rocks near by during the cleaning process.Rude owner: I mentioned him about the negative review on google maps. His response is that no body cares about negative review and says “Do you know how many positive reviews are there on google maps? Do you see the line In front of you? People come here everyday no matter what.The focus should be on customer satisfaction rather than free beers.Disclaimer: I didn’t get the free beer.Update 2: Washaroo permanently employees a has a windshield repair expert on-site. That’s says a lot about their 4 year operations and who is lying about the windshield cracks.I told the owner that I wanted a car wash to sell my car and I have a broken windshield. The owner offered to clean my yellow headlamps free of charge in exchange to take down the negative review. I declined and walked away.
Absolutely incredible work! They are fast and thorough Every. Single. Time. If you have a problem with these guys, it’s on you, because they do incredible work for their customers and I’ve only ever seen them act with the utmost professionalism and kindness when I’m there — and with 2 hound dogs (and the rain we’ve had this year), I’m there a lot. My car has never looked so sexy!
Not sure this place is worth it. I went for the advertised price for the mini detail and they charged me $11 more, not sure why. The top of my car was still dirty, my fenders were still dirty, whatever they rub the inside with was super spotty and dripping everywhere. Also not a fan of pushy sales people trying to get you to buy a package. That guy talked to me about their packages for 5 minutes after I told him no.
This place took me last minute and did a fantastic job. Zack and his wife were amazing and it’s a great family owned business. Prices are very on par for the amazing work they do and I highly recommend coming to Washaroo for a full detail
Washaroo Hand Car Wash did a great job! Very pleased! Seats look just like new! They even called before my appointment to tell me I could come in earlier! Will be returning with our other vehicles!
I love the new process of entry into the wash bays. It does make getting my car wash go quicker. Instead of waiting over an hour plus, this takes 30 mins or less! The staff is very efficient too!!
Don’t support this business. Eve. If you schedule a specific service, you will be “upsold” beyond reasonability. I made an appointment, arrived on time, and after 5-10 minutes of upselling, when I said I was not interested in more than $40 for a car wash, I was made to feel that I should leave.I did, and I am glad. Don’t support businesses that make you feel this way.
My car looks cleaner than it’s ever looked. The entire staff was friendly and worked efficiently. Zach has great customer service skills and made my experience pleasant.
Disappointed. When to the location on 7th st.1. Website and posted prices at location said it would cost $30 and take 5 mins. The attendant said it was actually $35 for my car. Ok not going to have a fit over $5.2. It took them 30 mins3. Car was returned with still some dirty spots both outside and inside. Very subpar job. Please see pics attached.4. No one was wearing a mask🤔I will not be going there again.
10/29/2020 UPDATE:I believe I was semi-pleased with the results on my truck because it was so dirty but after bringing my other 2 cars (sedans) and expecting a better service, I was disappointed.They upsell the Super wash $30 because otherwise they wont clean the interior. Then what am I paying for? Not only is the higher service required but incredibly poor. I had to use my hand held vacuum when I got back home to get the basic dirt they left behind.Borrowed a towel and finished the interior myself. Instead of cleaning the cupholders and such, they close the lids of those areas and wipe the top cover.... super lazy and also dishonest. They did not wipe the interior glasses at all even after I specifically asked for extra attention there.I will leave my original review for context but i hope people find better services locally or start utilizing mobile detailers to come to their homes. This is now a waste of a drive and I will take my cars somewhere else while suggesting people not to come here as well.Original review below:Expected upsell upon arrival but feel free to read the menu and select your desired level of service.Basic outside wash was all I needed but Cameron (on the finishing line) busted his butt to ensure my 4Runner looked great.Free beer while waiting was also a nice plus!After inspecting the truck offsite there were little areas here and there that could have improved if I had paid for a more thorough service. (Cleaning inside the back of the wheels to remove caked on dirt and dressing my floor mats would have only costed about $10 or so but I knew I was gonna get the truck dirty again soon).I will continue to come back and utilize their basic $30 (Large Truck) service and upgrade here and there as desired. Their premium cleaning package and waxing would have been $75 and it’s something I will most like purchase down the line.
Love it ..have the unlimited package so I can and do go through the carwash as often as 3 times a week..they always have smiling faces,kept well clean,have a clean parking lot and leave my car spotless...Plus my children love driving through the colorful tunnels and feeling the vibrations of the windows as they hold their palms up to the glass .We go to find peace throughout our day even if its only for 10 minutes as we enjoy the noice of the carwash.
Ive never had a bad experience here. I purchased a package and bring my truck once a week and always leave satisfied with the results. Ive actually referred 2 people just based on them complimenting my truck after a visit. Very friendly folks as well.

This place is horrible!!! I took my car here to be detailed on 22 June around 1pm. I had other errands to run and I told one of their employees I would be back after they closed to pick up the car. The cost was $100 interior and exterior, I paid upfront and included a $30 tip. When I returned to my dismay the car was almost in the exact same condition.DO NOT GO HERE!! I tried to contact them through their website but of course no contact number and their email does not work either. Yes, they do have a phone number on Google Maps but it’s the same people I contacted in the first place. Looking to contact the owners for a refund.FOllOW UP!! Two weeks have passed and never a reply from anyone on the email I sent.
First visit and this is what they did. Imagine if I bought a membership like they tried to get me to do.
Update: changing to 5 stars from todays visit. Everyone was super nice, courteous & professional, even tho it was 104! And they really did a great job on hand wax & hand details. Will definitely come back next time in Austin. Previous review: Nice place. New owner in spring 2018 who has cleaned place up. Employees seem to take more pride in work - at least my car is cleaner, in less time & they actually make eye contact & speak to you. Huge improvement!
I have brought 2 vehicles to Washaroo so far. The first my father-in-law’s truck — he said it looked immaculate after I returned it to him. Then my mother’s car, which was stolen and then returned to her by the police. Needless to say it was completely trashed by the thief. $200 and an hour later, I left Washaroo and returned it to my parents. My mother and father both commented that the car looked brand new — and it did, the Washaroo crew really did an amazing job. Keep up the good work, y’all. Highly recommended.
Im usually not one to complain, especially for a job done on a seriously hot Texas day and done fast. I was impressed with this place at first and trusted them with my car. You pay first before any service, which I like as well because theres no unnecessary or unwanted up-charging involved and the prices are plainly laid out during booking and at the car wash. I left my car with them and was told to come back in about an hour and a half, and thats how long it took, even with a full lot of cars to be washed and detailed. When my car was finished, they had placed paper mats on the floor and plastic around the driver and passenger seats, a really nice touch in my opinion. However, after I started driving away, I began noticing missed spots here and there. I paid for a full interior detail and expected at least the exterior and interior of my car to be spotless. There was still bird droppings left on the hood and windshield wipers of my car. When I removed the paper mat on the drivers side, I also noticed the inch wide hole left in the carpet that was definitely not there before. I wouldnt recommend this place or use them again. I dont expect everything to be perfect, but its extremely disappointing that my cars interior was damaged. But they did provide me a service that even I myself didnt want to do on a hot day, and it was fast so 2 stars.
Believe it or not its hard to find a good car wash in Austin, but these guys are absolutely crushing it! I took our company vehicle there to get cleaned up and they did a phenomenal job! They also have a kangaroo as their logo, which is super cool as well! I signed up for their 6 month car wash plan.
I made the mistake of getting the six months of washes when I bought my detail. The detail ended up being horrible (they ignored the trunk and didnt apply any of the conditioner evenly) and I have been unable to get my car washed since because they close early or make me wait in my car the entire time while waiting for my car to get washed. They also refuse to provide refunds.
Exactly what you want in a car wash. They really spent the perfect amount of time on it and clearly used a lot of attention to detail! The service was also great and I will definitely be returning while I am in Austin.

This place is great, but all the other car washes have a sun shade!!! The owners need to seriously consider installing a sun shade!!!!!!
Wast of my time and money.I would rate and 8 year old kids cleaning over this place. They charged me $90 and only vacuumed and washed outside. This is a jokeNot only about carpet.This picture is after tow and half hours I spent there for cleaning.
I like the effort they put into cleaning my car. Had a few stains that were beginning to smell. I didnt even realize it was a different color until after the interior cleaning. Excellent job, even managed to squeeze me in.
Great job inside and out. Won’t lose your back windshield wiper like at machine washes. Even provide free breakfast tacos for weekend mornings. Great yearly membership deal
Went on a Saturday and had a long wait, but it was worth it. The waiting area is comfortable and the staff was friendly. Got the $30 wash and detail- They did a great job on my ride! Hand wash/dry, shined the wheels, and had the inside looking like new. Will definitely be returning.

First time here....I was told cleaning included the interior and exterior of my truck.Just look at the images I added. Not a good job in my opinion. Very disappointing.
WOW! My truck still looks this dope after one week, two rain showers, and lots of nuclear pollen bombings from the oak trees! Its hard not to just go stare at it.I got a full interior shampoo, some type of magic on the outside, and FREE BEER while I waited! I was expecting somewhere around $180, but nope, way less. Lets just say I could buy a tank of gas with the money I saved.All the staff were super friendly and they did an excellent job. I usually avoid letting other people touch my truck. My first job was at a car wash, and I saw how they didnt really rinse their rags.At the other car washes (the ones that do a bad job), the brake dust builds up in the rags and will haze up your clear coat as they dry your truck. Not here! I reluctantly pulled up and kept a close eye.These dudes rocked it. They rinsed their rags, used tire/rim rags for the tires and rims, super soft, clean rags for the paint, and I could not be happier. Oh yeah, did I mention they have FREE BEER!

I paid for the premium and had to come back to have my car cleaned as little as possible. When stopped for the first time, I asked if they clean the trunk and the guy said “yes”. They even moved my stuff to the other side, the car was still duty. I paid for a car wax and the car never had it!I did a much better vacuuming using a 36 bucks hand held vacuum from Walmart! This place is a joke!Worst service ever! Don’t waste your money and time!!!!
Got turned away. Clearly they do not care about putting customers first. The man I spoke to was very rude and I was equally rude back. Thank you for nothing but nevertheless glad your business is doing so well you can be rude and turn people away.
Charged me for an oversized vehicle for my mid sized chevy colorado. Didnt even spray out the bed when I asked them about it they said it wasnt apart of the super touch package. Left window sills dirty and interior of doors and cup holders filthy. Never applied exterior conditioner just hand dried. Will never go back dont waste your money on this car wash!
Theres mixed feelings about this place.Pro: you get a quality wash for $20.. all the way down to wiping down every inch of rims and interiors.Con: Because there is so much attention to detail for every car, the wait time is way longer than the average person would expect. If you want a quality product and dont mind waiting, this is your place. If youre in a hurry, dont come here.

They did a pretty decent job. Exterior was spotless and interior was pretty good too. The only issue was the time. You have to carve out a good 30-45 minutes for even their most basic wash.
Very unprofessional and poor quality.First of all the website says its $130 for a full detail. I made an appointment and when I got there I was told its based on type of car and mine will actually cost $180. I drive a basic four door sedan. Whats $130, a Smartcar? Scooter? I should have questioned it but I foolishly accepted, I just needed my car cleaned. It is definitely false advertising if not a full on scam.Then, the car in front of me had a dead battery after they finished cleaning it. They had to find another car to jump it. Maybe it was a bad battery already, though? But when my car was done and I drove away, I noticed my airbag light was lit on my dash. Ill have to take it in to the shop now to get looked at, costing even more money.As far as the actual work they did, its a pretty bad job. The tires look good, but the exterior would have looked better going through an automated car wash. On the inside they cleaned and shampooed the seats and carpets so they look good, but the detailing was done poorly. There are very obvious scuff marks in several different areas like the door panel, dash, and center console. They wiped away with a wet cloth but that shouldnt have been missed by them.Finally, I had maybe 8 quarters in my center console. Now I have 1. I honestly didnt care about that at all, I would have taken them out beforehand if I was worried about it. The guys are doing hard work in the sun so they can have it. But on top of the inflated price and shoddy job, I was angry.They also asked me to tip when I paid, which is when you arrive, before the job is done. I did tip because I always do but thats another red flag.Obviously I will not be going back.
This place did a pretty good job. My car looks way better but for $200 I expect perfection. Little things are missed, like wiping well inside the grill, rims, above the license plate, etc. But I did have quite a bit of dog hair, which they charged me an extra $70 for and the interior looks great. Its just for $200 I expect it to be perfect. They were friendly enough and did a pretty good job.
Awesome place! I had my truck shampooed and cleaned to the max. The wait was about an hour and the staff was friendly.My truck was full of dirt and mud but they did a great job of cleaning everywhere. The inside was detailed nicely and the leather was conditioned.The only problem I had is that inside my wheel wells, around the headlights and the undercarriage still had a little bit of dirt still. Not sure how well an undercarriage is supposed to be cleaned but being stuck in the mud, I was hoping it would get cleaned a little more.Overall, very happy with my visit!
I am someone who loves keeping my car clean and very particular on who does it and how they do it. With that being said, Washaroo is THE BEST place in Austin to get your car cleaned, washed, detailed, you name it. For permanent residents, would definitely recommend you to get the monthly passes. My car shines every time I leave. They wash and dry the cars by hand. None of the drive through washes leaving your car dirty. And they do it at a really affordable price. Do check out Washaroo if you’re in Austin. Definitely worth it.
They definitely exceeded my expectations. I have really high standards for vehicles cleaning and they met it. There were a few things i noticed after, and they quickly went over and fixed it. I Went and bought the 12 month pass after. Only think id do different is take it easy on the interior dressing. It was like an ice skating rink in my truck afterwards
November 30th 2021, I went for simple car wash, vacuuming and a shampoo spot removal. Honda crv. After reaching home I realized that I paid 57.50 $ including 7.50 tip for incomplete vacuuming. Detailing was incomplete. I literally had to clean the car again myself. I wonder how do you maintain yourself in business with this level of work. Very disappointed and will never visit again.
Ill give the benefit of the doubt here and acknowledge it was a hot day and the car wash was busy. I would consider coming back but I think Ill try somewhere else first.I had scheduled an appointment online, assuming that meant my car would have a reserved time, yet still had to wait two hours for my car to get the super car wash (exterior and interior, but no detailing). Each car was cleaned in arrival order so making an appointment actually does nothing.Then, when they said my car was ready, I took a look at the interior and it hadnt even been vacuumed much less had the seats wiped down. So I had to say something and have the interior re-done. The second go around was better but there were still some areas missed. Im not too hung up on what they skipped, but Im just glad I didnt pay more.
My boyfriend left his car parked in our driveway for 3 months while on a job with a provided work truck. Texas heat coupled with our shaded driveway made for the ideal habitat for mold to begin growing on everything - seats, carpet, steering wheel, seatbelts…and of course we only had 36 hours between finishing the job and needing to use his car to move across the country.Thank GOODNESS for Washaroo! Pulled up this morning for our 10am appointment, explained the situation to the staff, got a call an hour and a half later that it was done. The car looks beautiful, we wish we had brought it in years ago.I’m excited to bring my truck in for the future!

They were done in a timely matter and I was so impressed by results I decided to purchase a 6 month subscription! Looking forward to going back.
I continue to sing the praises of Washaroo. They always greet me with a smile and do a great job on my vehicles. Last weekend there was a newer employee working on my truck and missed a couple things, the regulars happily corrected the problem without me mentioning it to management.
The quality of work here is great!! Zach is I think the manager and helped set me up with a 1 year pass package that I just couldnt pass up and its unlimited washes. Since I wash my car myself usually once a week Im saving a ton of time and money! And they have free beer in the waiting room too!! Highly recommend!!!
Had a recent wash here at Washaroo. Always take great care of my car. These are the nicest guys in the business. If I ever see something out of sorts, I just let them know and they immediately address it. I wish all businesses were run by such honest and hardworking folks.
I only go to Washaroo!They’re always meticulous in their hand washes, and that’s the only way I like to wash my car.The owner TJ is always welcoming and treats everyone’s car with care.Been a customer for the past 2 years and I’m not going anywhere because of their awesome staff, they have great locations on S 1st and a new E 7th.
I waited for an hour and did their Super car wash (the $35 one) and they didn’t even vacuum the passenger seat, there was still dirt and hairs from my dog. I’m super disappointed after spending so much and waiting for so long to realize they hadn’t even done the bare minimum. I’ve attached photos. I only decided to take photos after trying to get some off it off with my hands too so it was actually worse before. I get the workers were working in the heat and I feel bad to complain, but I didn’t get my money’s worth.
When I got there I felt pressured by the management to spend 150 on a full body detail and I refused since I didnt want to spend that much money I asked for the mini detail which is priced at 60$ starting he said that for my car it would be 90$ and talked the price down to 120$ so I said sure. Later on I talked to another customer who had the same make and model as me and he only had to pay 70$ for the mini detail, so I was wondering why mine was priced to high. While watching them clean I had time to look around and the lobby is super nice very dog friendly. I also noticed a lot of the cars had spots left over that werent cleaned mainly towards the front of cars and bottoms, which I didnt get to do a final walk over on my car since I had left and came back and when I got home and did a walk over to the front of my car since I didnt want to there because my car was parked so close to the busy street. I noticed that the front of my car wasnt even touched it still had bug splatter on the hood and left over cleaner on the top of the car and excess cleaner on my windshield as well. Another upsetting thing was that the staff(not sure if it was management) were yelling at the employees and also a very rude man who was there for maybe an hour less than me since he got there after me, also yelled at employees and the person standing with him(who worked there) started yelling at employees with him instead of stepping in and helping them out. But! On a more positive note while the exterior of my car needed a lot more work the interior was AMAZING! From the dash to the trunk it was spotless! My stained seats looked fantastic! It looked like my car came right out of the lot again! So amazing! So props to the people who did the inside work! If not for them this place would get a 1 star rating since I couldnt get lower than that
First time washing my new vehicle at this location and the staff was excellent! Most notably, Zach and Arturo did an outstanding job with their customer service. Zach was able to help me out with a scratch on my vehicle and Arturo was able to get it out! These guys saved me $200 and I will definitely be coming back!
Great service! Stopped by around 9:15 in the morning, they started on my car right away, no wait time. Took about 30 minutes for the full interior, mid-level package. Car had FILTHY exterior and had some leaves/debris when I brought it in, and now it looks like new! Waiting room was delightful: comfortable sofa, music, keurig coffee, water, beer on tap (21+ of course), snacks/drinks available for purchase, and at least this time there was a sweet & playful dog inside to help pass the time. Molly at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I feel the price was reasonable for the service. Will definitely be returning!

Ive been coming here for several years and Ive always had good service and the new owner is cool as a fan. Dude always treats me like a longtime friend even though weve only met a handful of times. So I hate to write this but I have to. Up until I went about 2 weeks ago when i went on a Friday, opposed to normally going on Tuesday. They took a $10 scratch off winner out of my car. I called back and the manager said they couldnt find it anywhere on the ground outside, but they did refund me $10. They will steal from your car so Id try to ensure nothing of value is left out. I bought a pass so Ill definitely be going back until it expires and probably passed that... just after i clean out the inside of my car myself.
Bought to year membership and will not be returning when its over. The interior detailing leaves much to be desired. Looked like they dont even try to wipe the back seat, let alone vacuum. Not happy with service.

I bought a Groupon for this place to get the inside and outside of my car deep cleaned. It said it included upholstery cleaning, but the guy said my seats were too dirty and I had to pay more for them. They were friendly, but extremely pushy trying to upsell. I felt nearly harassed by how hard it was to talk to this guy. Sent my anxiety sky-high. So they did the work and their waiting area is nice and they have free beer while you wait, which is a nice perk. When they were done there were obvious places they missed and some glass (from a break-in) that hadnt been vacuumed up even though Id specifically mentioned it because that was my main reason for a thorough cleaning. But after waiting so long with this guy trying to upsell constantly, I just wanted to get out of there. They asked how it came out and if we were satisfied, but honestly I felt like I wouldve paid money to just leave at that point. A guy came out and rubbed out a couple of spots they missed, and they offered to wash my husbands car for free since we had a long wait, so that was nice although they pressured him to get more work done too. Might be a great place to go if you dont mind pushy sales, but honestly I felt like my time and money there were disrespected by repeatedly trying to get me to pay more.
My car interior was a disaster. 5 years 100k miles of backroad trips and camping, I didnt think it COULD be cleaned. But this thing looks fantastic!!! They were thorough, kind, and fast. The free beer rocks too. I would definitely recommend them in the future. I can finally invite friends to ride in my car w/I being embarrassed.
Ive had my car washed and detailed here many times and never had a bad experience. Cleaned up and looking great inside and out every time. Would recommend!
Made a reservation, emptied things out of my car, drove down to 7th street location to find the place completely empty. Called, no answer. Called 1st street location, was told 3 people were clocked in and I would get a call back when they were ready. Call back 10 mins later: “sorry we couldn’t get people to show up because of the weather, please come back tomorrow same time and we will take care of you with some additional services”. Weather was perfectly fine. Show up next day after emptying my car again and told they can’t accommodate me because they are too busy and thought I was coming back earlier in the morning.
The team here is incredible. Every time I take in my Jeep they not only provide wonderful customer service, but they also do a great job washing my car with the utmost care. The last time I went to get a wash and detail they went out of their way to go over my car once more to get out some of the tougher spots on the hood. This is now my favorite car wash in the city and I truly enjoy hanging out there during the service. Highly recommend!
I understand mistakes. There are millions of different materials used in cars, so there is no way you can be perfect. All I wanted was an apology. Instead I was told that it was existing wear and tear.Be careful this places owner is very rude. Multiple people were giving me the finger and grabbing their genitals while we drove out.
I had a really great experience at Washaroo! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I needed my car detailed ASAP and they were able to get me in that same day and taken care of. The service took about 30-45, but it flew by as I waited in the very clean and comfortable waiting room - the free beer they provide was a great touch as well! I would definitely recommend their services!

I paid $100.00 to have my car detailed.It took me another hour once I got home to do the job properly. They didnt wash the dashboard, the interior glass, the wheels, the interior doors, etc. VERY POOR JOB
What an amazing place to get your car washed. Since day one I have been amazed with what great people they have their. From Clayton always greeting you with a smile on your face to Ron, the office manager always making you feel comfortable while you wait for the car to be done. All the guys are always professional and kind and they leave my car perfectly clean each time. The Owner TJ has really started a great concept with Washaroo. Come hang out and have a free beer while you wait! I got an unlimited promotion for $295 every 6 months and get my car clean every week. Loving it!
This spot does good work, very affordable annual passes for wash and details. I love the lounge where they have wifi - never boring. 5 stars!

*COVID warning* I would give them 4/5 for my car detail (they told me it’d be an hour and I waited 2.5 hours). However, their employees do not wear masks. I understand when they’re working outside, but pull it back over your nose when you’re interacting with customers or walking into the waiting area. The employee inside the waiting area did not enforce that guests wear mask while inside either, which at least 3 people weren’t. Very unsafe environment for those that actually care about others during a pandemic.
The work was meticulous and we have no complaints there. However we had to wait for about 45 minutes after handing over the car for the interior detailing to be started on, which was unexpected since we had an appointment. Will definitely go back and will be better prepared for the wait next time.
The guys at Washaroo did an incredible job detailing my (very dirty) truck. The price was fair, everyone was professional and the owner TJ was a really nice guy. Plus, free beer while you wait! I’ll definitely be coming back and will most likely purchase the unlimited wash package next time.
My car was a complete mess after a cross-country trip. I hadnt had my car detailed in a few years. I read the reviews and they seemed like a great choice.Overall, I had an incredible experience. From the initial call to schedule the appointment to the follow-up quality check. TJ (the owner) was extremely personable and made sure they knew exactly what I was looking for.Considering how bad my car was, they did an incredible job. It looks as good as new now.I will definitely be going back...as a matter of fact, were bringing my wifes car in this week.
The people were pretty nice. But I probably shouldn’t have taken my new vehicle here for a wash. Definitely regret it. After inspecting my vehicle, I noticed a ton of water marks and dirt on the outside that I had to take off myself afterwards.They also try to up sell you as soon as you immediately arrive.
I have a German Shorthaired Pointer and work in Construction Management , so, needless to say, my truck was covered in dust, mud, and what I thought was next-to-impossible-to-remove dog hair. My truck was pristine and free of hair when I picked it up. I was so satisfied with their care and professionalism that I bought a year pass. Highly recommend!
Unprofessional and dishonest.Showed up for my appointment and no one was there. I was pretty angry about this. I spoke with the owner, and he said theyd give me 25% off to make it right. However, I went in again and one of his managers gave me the 25% off of my total, so I was satisfied – I even tipped them 25% to make up for the difference. But after I got home, a different manager called me and demanded I pay them back the 25%, claiming that the special they were running that day was already more than 25% off the normal price. I asked to talk to the owner about it, but they insisted that I pay the difference now and that the owner would contact me the following day. I paid them the 25%, but I never heard back from the owner.Needless to say, Im very angry about how this all played out. I was originally planning on spending $60 and in the end, I ended up losing $155.PROS: Decent cleaning job (but probably not for the money). They did get a weird yellow substance off the hood of my car which was one of the main reasons I went there in the first place.CONS: Unprofessional. Dishonest. No one was wearing a mask in the lobby and no one keeps their distance. They had children working (not sure if that is even legal). They constantly try to up-sell you on stuff, no matter how much you say no.

Overall decent job with my interior clean. My car hadnt been deep cleaned in years. The washers did a kinda sloppy job on my first visit, but I talked to the manager and he agreed to do the job again until I was satisfied. They were very apologetic and quick to fix the issue. Staff was courteous and professional, though I wish they would be a little more thorough in the future.
I paid $15 dollars for a basic car wash and they were FAST. I like hand washed car washes because I find that the wash is a bit more delicate. I did go during my lunch break so it was important to me for it to be done quickly. I met the new owner while waiting for the car to be washed and he was very sincere and kind. Seemed like he really valued his customers with an emphasis on customer service. Didnt knock out any stars because the quality was great, my car looked great and so was the overall service.
From start to finish these guys were professional, efficient, communicative and frankly, fun! The place is clean and the receptionist was courteous. On top of all that my truck was spotless beyond what I had expected. I cant imagine going anywhere else for getting my vehicles cleaned up. Thanks, Washeroo!
I’ve been trying to reach them to ask for a refund and I’ve gotten no response. I’ve emailed 3 times and still nothing.
Been here about five times. Always charged $30 for a Large Truck as per their sign. Today it was $45 and I was told that the truck is the same size as a Sprinter RV van. Its an F250 short bed, its a large truck according to their signage and past charges. Two stars for lack of consistency in policies and not wearing a mask talking in my window.Other than that, they do a nice job washing the vehicle and polishing the rims.

Im giving this place 3 stars only because Ive been here a couple of times before and service had been awesome. George definitely cared about the quality of service and his clients. I stopped by a few weeks ago and noticed there werent that many cars in line so I figure what a perfect time to drop by. Turns out there was a 2 hour wait with five other cars in the back. There were no visible workers and the normal price sign wasnt there. The gentleman who came to my car told me itd be 2 hours and when I told him I couldnt wait that long, he tried to rush the other vehicles but none of the other workers were confident about the time frame. He was really pulling for me but it didnt work out which is fine. I understand when staff is short. Correct me if Im wrong, but it seems this place has changed owners. Usually there are at least 5+ workers up front with 2 or 3 different cars being worked on. Im wondering what happened to George and where to go next?
Amazing car wash. Only use mitts and micro fiber towels, hand wash, no machines. Great detailing services by Rocky. The owner follows up with booking of services. They did great job on the interior and exterior on an extremely dirty vehicle in a very timely manner going above and beyond my expectations.
The owner there is so nice. I try to go when he’s there. My suv (car) was washed on 10/5/19. It was a rushed job. I noticed it was a very busy day so I knew my car wasn’t going to be what it needed to be. So I should have just left but I needed a wash. Previously washed a month before I left with my wheels not cleaned good. It’s very sad because I started going there over a years ago and it’s surprised me they did a great job. Now it’s guys out there with there pants sagging, the audacity to have people music turned up in the car as they are washing and cleaning it. Ridiculous I’m taking my services elsewhere. Oh and you pay 25.00 for an SUV. That’s something new been going there for a year and today so happens to Change (pocketing money) and I paid with cash.
Today, I got a full interior detail on an older SUV that Im getting ready to sell. They erased 10 years of dog hair/wear/coffee spills and the interior is sparkling clean. For $129, I was incredibly happy with the job they did. The staff is a little rough around the edges, but theyve always been respectful and professional toward me. The interior of the facility isnt nice, and the wait is usually pretty long for a standard wash (up to an hour), but honestly Ill never go anywhere else in South Austin. This place has character and does a solid job.
First time coming to final touch and I am so happy with my experience! All the employees are super friendly and good at their job! Plus, its a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming here from now on. About an hour wait, but worth it. I expect to wait when getting my car detailed, so that wasnt an issue.
These guys did an absolutely exceptional job detailing my Volkswagen. I have been too busy to take care of much myself lately so I trusted my vehicle with them for only about an hour and a 1/2 and when I picked it up, I was blown away. Very professional, very friendly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.
Great business run by great people! The service was completed with a lot of attention to detail. My car is still clean a week later, despite rain and pollen, I dont know how! The attention to detail however, requires a bit more time. So come by only if youre willing to wait at least ~15 minute per 2-person ahead of you. It looks like they can start 2 cars at the same time. The owner, George Murray, is a great personality who is an amiable conversationalist. I asked about one of the many portraits decorating the waiting lobby, and he was more than obliged to tell the tale of the Austins many sites that are no longer open.

Purchased a groupon for the platinum detail and was so pleased with the job the guys did on our car. Im a nanny and a dog owner and it was grimy but they did an amazing job making the car look nice again! The center console is a whole different color than when I took it in, will definitely be going back!
I am very particular about caring for my car and Final Touch has done a great job for me. I have visited three times and have received great attention and service each time. The owner is engaged and makes a point to ask about my satisfaction and to make sure that I am pleased with their work. I havent had any complaints but Im confident he would correct anything if I did. The rest of the staff is very friendly and welcoming, too. But my main focus is the quality of work and I have been very pleased.Forget about H2O with their higher prices, longer wait times, and lesser quality. Final Touch will take good care of you.
I just went to Washaroo for the first time since it was revamped under new ownership. It’s my neighborhood car wash spot, so I have used it for about a decade, but it is a whole new place now. I got a full detail and hand wax for a price that was definitely notably cheaper than other places. The job performed was quality and the staff is great. The inside offers a freshly redone and super cozy place to get some work done or relax while waiting. They have plenty of refreshments and comfy seating to choose from. This place is great!
I recommend that you find another car wash in Austin. They did a poor job washing my car, and the person who was managing appointments was very patronizing towards me.
This is the only place I’ll take my cars too!I have a dog who gets super muddy from time to time and my car is always so spotless after our adventures.The staff is great as well. The waiting area as well if great, too. I usually bring my laptop and work right from there.

Went for the first time and got The Super. When I entered my car I noticed my chapstick was gone. Other than that nothing else was missing lol. There was still some dirty spots on my windshield and they didn’t do a great job at vacuuming. Not amazing but not terrible either.
Love these guys. Hand washing your car at a reasonable price. And if you want them to go over an area again, they dont get upset. They even encourage it, like: if you want something done additionally, just let us know and we will take care of it. Good stuff!!!
$50 for a Thorough wash and detail? You can’t beat that. Watching the guys really work at finishing my car. Looks great and was an embarrassing mess when I brought it in. Friendly staff. Comfortable if casual waiting area. Free beer? No, really? Too early for me but I’ve gotta say I wish they were located in my home town. Highly recommend.
Its worth the wait on getting my car washed here because they always do a excellent job. I always do a pre inspection on my car before I drive off. If I see anything missed they have no problem fixing it. The staff is always so nice. George the owner is always happy and full of smiles. Including the handsome baby him and his wife have together. Only place both of our vehicles have been washed In the past 2 years. Waiting room is comfortable with cable TV and FREE BEER ( with valid ID). Friendly staff and they always do a great job on our vehicles. Thanks TJ and all the staff at the Washaroo.
The team who are outside in the heat are overwhelmed, no shade or even an ice box with water for them in this heat. The Cashier/CSR is rude. Would not recommend coming here. You dont seem to realize that I gave you a second chance to improve. AND YOU ARE ABOLUTELY CORRECT ARBOR CAR WASH HAS GREAT SERVICE AND THEY TAKE CARE OF THIER STAFF.

Update: Employee asked me under his breath in the waiting room if I was married. I fail to see what this could possible have had to do with my car. I really liked this place and now I have to find a new place.This car wash is a great value. I brought my Camry that had not been cleaned in a while and paid 20$ for an exterior wash and a vacuum. I got more than I paid for. Friendly folks that made my day.
Update: They stole all the change out of my center console! Phoned the manager, he promised to get back to me, still waiting....This is the second time I visited this car wash. The first time took well over an hour for a basic wash, (super touch) but I was happy with the results. I figured they just got backed up. The second time (today) took over two hours for the same exact wash. It was absolutely awful. I could washed and meticulously detailed my car in half the time, for a fraction of the price. This service should come with a warning, wont be coming back.
Just renewed my annual pass for the second time. These guys are great and they always treat my vehicle with care. Im pretty picky about my car and I trust TJ and his crew with my baby.
They did an incredible job on my car. Got back from a long road trip and it looked rough, but now its back to looking new inside and out. Very friendly service as well - even gave me a lift down the road to get breakfast while I waited. Definitely coming back again.
Really wanted to like this place. Heard some good things about this place and thought to check them out today. $50 for a mini detail sounded plenty reasonable enough. The staff was friendly and the wait wasn’t bad, but I have to say they neglected many areas of my vehicle. Walking up to the car when they were finished, I immediately noticed a glob of dried bird poop on my rear bumper that they completely overlooked. I went to wipe it off when one of the employees noticed and sprayed it down. Once inside the vehicle I noticed parts of the dash and console where there were excessive amounts of cleaning solution sitting on the surfaces and parts that had no cleaning solution applied whatsoever. Getting home and inspecting the vehicle a little more thoroughly, I noticed more than a few areas around the whole vehicle that were still quite dirty. Areas that seemingly hadn’t even been washed or given any attention. Areas of the rims and wheels that hadn’t been cleaned at all. They didn’t even touch the trunk area with the vacuum, let alone wipe it down. I could go on, but you get the point. Maybe just an off day for them (it was super hot today), but there were just too many things overlooked in my opinion. Considering I typically spend $200 for a full detail where my guy spends 5+ hours literally cleaning every inch of my vehicle from top to bottom as well as shampoos the interior and waxes the vehicle, spending $50 for this service seems a bit steep for the end result. Not expecting them to take a Q-tip to the interior, but having to wash your car after just paying $50 for a Car Wash to do it? C’mon now. Nice guys, but clearly need to focus more on the details. 2.5 stars.
Really terrible customer service.Quoted my husband one price for a hand wash and when he went to pay told him a higher price. Just because someone drives something nice doesn’t mean you can jerk people around when price was discussed before services were done. Good way to lose your tips and business!
They over charge their customers ten dollars a visit. Reservations dont actually mean anything, its first come first serve. The interior is kind of scummy and it just has the vibe of a exploitative fly-by-night operation. I dont see myself returning.

A generous 3 star average over two vehicles. The first was a very dirty suv that gets a four star. Left some dirt inside but overall a big improvement.2nd vehicle was a truck which wasnt as dirty, but came out less clean, despite costing $10 more. That itself doesnt make sense because the truck has less carpet to vacuum and less surface area to wash/dry.They didnt remove the truck floor mats to vacuum the floor, didnt vacuum the middle carpeted area or the backs of seats. I had to finish the job myself so after about $100, I wouldnt recommend it unless you stay there and go over the car with them to point out the areas they miss.
Best customer service experience I’ve experienced in a minute. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Owner is hands on, super friendly and enthused to make your day. Staff is friendly. Wash was quick but long enough to do the amazing and thorough job they did. I passed time by sipping the free beer they gave me while sitting in their comfortable waiting room which feels like a cozy internet coffee shop. Exceeded my expectations. New go-to!
These guys bust their tails and do a great job for a good price. If they miss a spot, tell them and its corrected immediately. Ive always gotten better service and quality here than I ever got at some of the larger car washes in town. That said this wont be the quickest wash youve had, these guys take their time and do it right.
40 minutes after I got here I see my truck going in to be washed. Waiting area is hot. Drink machine is down. All the guys are moving very slowly. Yes its hot out, but they chose to work here. 60 dollar wash shouldnt come along with a wait like this. My inner voice told me to go to Genie, but once again I didnt pay attention. There were only 2 other cars in front of me when I arrived. I just asked how much longer the guy says 27 minutes, Ive been here 55 minutes. They should pay me. The two owners of the vehicles in front of me left angry. The manager says one of his washers didnt come in .I look outside two guys are standing around laughing.. one of the guys just came in and asked if I have a cigarette, is he going to take a smoke break??? The guy behind me just got in his jeep and took off, he was here 1 hour. Ive been here 1 hour 15 minutes. Ok, they are now doing the inside of my truck. Shouldnt be long now.one of the guys just came in and said its almost ready. I may get out of here in under 2 hours.l just left, after he got his credit card machine to work and I input the tip he asked me for. I was there 2 hours 3 minutes. Car wash is not great. I paid an extra 20 for Armor inside and he missed areas. Never going back.
Ive been here several times. The wash and wax are fast and high quality for the good pricing. Staff is friendly and attentive, will retouch if you see a missed spot.2 stars off bc its a pandemic and both employees working indoor desk were not wearing masks. Just a heads up. One employee outside wore a mask. (Really i am just bothered by the indoor, customer facing employees being maskless when interacting with me. And no i am not sneaky bc i said so to their unmasked faces ;))
The first time I visited this carwash I had a fairly good experience. It clearly was only because the owner (TJ) was working on the lot ensuring the crews were providing quality work. Today was horrible. I arrived at 8:07a just after they opened and I was third in line. I bought the Super wash for $35. & even bought some Washaroo merch (hat $20) After approximately 45 mins. I was called to take my vehicle. The wash was horrible and the dry and cleaning service was just as bad. They didnt wash the side mirror housings, the rocker panels, front bumper, tires and missed several spots on extremely conspicuous areas. They also applied tire dressing over dripping wet tires, this doesnt work and it was obvious to anyone with close to 20/20 vision. The drying was lacking. They failed to dry 80% of the car. The roof was never touched and the rear hatch was still dripping from top to bottom.I addressed this with the person who appeared to be the supervisor. He began attempting to clean these major areas with a dirty rag and bottle of all purpose cleaner. I asked for them to rerun the car through the wash, due to the amount of dirt missed and ultimately had to convince the supervisor this was the appropriate way to handle this situation. He finally agreed and I went back inside to wait. After another 45 mins. I went out to find out where my vehicle was. I found that they put it in line behind all other vehicles instead of cutting the line which I would assume is common sense given this was a rerun. It finally came out and I decided to watch the whole drying and wiping process. I now know why the service stinks. Its hard to pay attention to the details when you have customer radios blasting rap music, youre dancing in the parking lot, eating breakfast, smoking cigarettes and trying to hold your pants up that are belted at your knees. This crew is a joke.After 15 mins. of feather dusting my soaking wet car with a dirty hand towel they called me back out. The second run was marginally better. They again didnt touch the roof, resulting in water pouring down the back window when I drove off, missed the mirrors again and made my interior dirtier than when I showed up due to using dirty towels. I also witnessed one of the guys wiping my fender well then using the same towel on my paint. I now have several fine scratches on my paint. And a door ding, but I can prove this was Washaroos fault.Ive included pics of the shotty work, keep in mind, this is after a full 2nd wash (vacuum, wash, dry, wipe down).I will not be coming back, but if you choose to give it a try, call ahead and make certain TJ (owner) is there.Horrible way to have to run a business. This place seriously needs real, fulltime managment.
I drive a f150 Raptor and it’s hard to find a place that can wash these wide trucks. These guys have done an excellent job keeping the truck clean week after week or even after an off roading trip. The owner is a car guy and takes care of the customers. Hit these guys up!
Took forever. Everyone moving super slow. There is still mud splashes above the wheel wells in the back. They didn’t hand dry the entire truck so the finish is poor. The wheel cleaning and dressing is subpar as there is still plenty of dirt and dust visible. They left a piece of trash in the front seat. They didn’t vacuum the whole interior. The people seem nice there. Somewhat of a dumpy place, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a decent wash or a wash done quickly...
Lets just say... If you want something done the best way possible, do it yourself. Maybe just the normal wash and clean service would be good but anything more is not worth the money. Nice people and manager, though.
Support young entrepreneurs!Good attitude, friendly “can do” attitude. Previous managers turned me off a little and upsold a little too hard- but now they have it dialled in!! These young guys keep striving and that’s all you can ask for.Solid work, fair price. If something is missed they always oblige to fix it.Support local business- and don’t use machine wash! Hand washing creates jobs and is much more thorough!

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible experience. Yes, my car was washed EVENTUALLY- sorta. Over an hour wait even though there were NO CARS in front of me. Many many employees standing around cussing at each other and doing everything BUT washing cars. The Owner/manager that was there was selling sheets, yes bed sheets, out of a box in the back for cash... odd. The reception area was FILTHY. Garbage overflowing, baseboards ripped off and nasty gross dirty walls and floors. I didnt even dare to enter the bathrooms. VERY unprofessional and not a place I would ever go after the sun went down. Got home and found MANY unwashed areas on my car including windows! They are so cheap they didnt even use the paper floor mats to protect my mats, they just turned them over and got muddy prints all over the bottom which then got on my floorboards when turned right side up and snapped into place to make them safe to drive with!!! GROSS!! I will be running back to my old car wash place.
This is the most fun experience Ive ever had at a car wash. I brought my car in because a bug flew in last night and I needed the car to be vacuumed out. The workers and the people waiting inside with me were so much fun to spend my time with! Lots of laughs and only $20 bucks. Ill be back for sure.
Went in today, to get my truck cleaned for $70. Yes the wait time is long but thats everywhere you go, so no problem there. The exterior was all good, didnt miss a spot. As for the interior, didnt get the doors, center console, the dashboard, other plastic trimming around the truck, and the stain on the carpet was still there. Didnt even look like it was scrubbed. They did manage to get a lot of pet hair, which i was surprised since a lot of other places dont get much out. I know i could have told them about the things they missed but i was short on time.

Loved getting my car washed. They were fast but did a GREAT JOB! Detailing is great too dropbit off and come back and it looks like you just bought a new car.
As if the other hundred other people didnt convince you, this place is really quite top notch. Its looks like a showroom inside with a Vantage parked out front, nonetheless, and theyve got a living room with free beer along with all the other amenities one likes to have available while spending a non-trivial yet entirely worthwhile amount of money on making sure ones baby is as squeaky clean as can be.I dont know what other peoples gripes with the car washes was all about - it was clearly pointed out to me that car washes were available as long as I grab a Stage 1 detail every 6 weeks. Works for me.
Austin’s hidden gem of a car wash! The staff is a hoot and a half and consistently do great work. I bring all my cars to them and will continue to do so. Highly recommend for all car washing and detailing needs.
Very much enjoyed my car wash experience with TJ and the crew. Haven’t been able to find a reliable hand wash only spot in Austin, but super pleased with the results at Final Touch. I’ll be back for sure!
Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else! I’ve paid waaay more for plenty of awful detailing services before. Seriously the best! Amazing, efficient & THE BEST, friendliest customer service. TJ, the owner, is awesome! Loved my detail so much, I took my second car back the next day. Wow; this place?! Took forrrrrrrrrevvverrrr to wash our car. I believe it was an hour and we went in the middle of winter. Only a few people were ahead of us. Overheard one of the workers comment on how salty our car was and how we needed to clean it. Said they could tell we were from the mid west. Then went on to say how the old owner paid them better than the new owner. Maybe this is why they take there time. Gesh; pay your workers and more people will come for the service and happy employees.
TJ and his team are amazing! My car is my baby and they took care of her! I’d recommend them to anyone!

The guys are The Washaroo were very accommodating and guaranteed a good job. Since we had some potential rain coming, they said, if it rains, come back and well rewash the outside. Ron also gave me a ride to a shopping center close by while my car was being done. Hard to get that kind of service other places! Thanks guys!!
I went to car wash on August 24th to get my car washed and waxed with the special that was offered. Car looked great one issue is they put my mats I had specifically bought for my car and put them in someone elses car.. Very upset and was told oh u can buy new mats and bring receipts. Why would I buy new mats when your establishment wasnt paying attention to detail of what comes out of what car. Left name and number no call. Emailed and try to call manager even left message on voice mail.. No response yet... Beware of what comes out your car and inspect it thoroughly before driving off and your welcome to the car that has my mats.Update from previous post :TJ the owner reached out to me and listened to my concerns and resolved it.. Other than the customer service, they cannot wash a vehicle at all. I am currently at home re washing my truck due to their inability to wipe the truck with a clean dry terry cloth! They will never make it as a detailing service with people that do not understand how to wash a vehicle. Will never allow them to wash my truck again. A blind person would of did a better job!!!!
I love this place.They are Awesome! Please you must try.They towel dry your car and clean it so well.They give you something to drink while you wait As for discounts you just need to talk to manager before they start your car.But its an awesome experience.
They do a good job at knocking the dirt off. Im very picky when it comes to my car being washed. They need to have someone dedicated to doing quality control only. Need to do better on the windows and tires. My family owned a car wash/detail shop so i guess thats why Im picky.
I don’t think I got my money’s worth here. There were still bug guts and dirt on the exterior, and there were several places that were overlooked in the interior. I won’t be coming back. People seemed nice, though. I won’t be coming back.
Staff hustled and did a great job on my car for a reasonable price. The owner TJ was really friendly and made sure the job gone done right the first. Definitely stop by if you are in South Austin

By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a car wash. Brought my grandfathers handicap can in for a total detail. Told them I needed it done within 2 days. It took 8 days and the job was just horrible. I would be embarrassed to try and charge sometime for the job they did. The manager even agreed that it was a bad job but still wanted to charge us almost FULL price. Stay away

Got their gold detail, first time coming here pretty unsatisfied. Sloppy work. Paid full price for the detail. 200$ and theres still grime on the rims and dirt on the interior.
I waited 3 hours when i was told the wait wold be no longer than an hour for starters. Not only was my wait long but my car was very poorly cleaned. So many sections untouched and uncleaned. Very unhappy with this service. The guy cleaning my car sat around with a finger up his ass not knowing what to do.
They estimated the wait time to be 45 minutes, but hadnt even begun washing it after an hour. I ended up having to leave before they could get to my car thus wasting my time entirely. Friendly staff, but VERY VERY slow service. If you dont have 2-3 hours to spend waiting for your car, go somewhere else.

Wow! Hands down best service ive had in a LONG time. Friendly staff, superb service, excellent prices and quick service. I got a super clean on my dodge durango and paid $20-$30 less than what i would normally pay and got 100% better quality service. I will be back soon.
Very impressed with the new management and service at Washeroo. The customer service is friendly. The wash and vacuum is top notch. The remodeled waiting area feels like a co-working coffee shop. Its fresh and they even serve complimentary beverages. 5 stars all the way for the new Washeroo!

This is a full service carwash that is as unprofessional as they come. The attendants arent very knowledgeable on the different packages and very poor customer service. I am reasonable in writing this review that maybe I dealt with the newer or less trained attendants. PLEASE READ THE REST IF YOU PLAN ON GOING TO THIS CARWASH.I took my car in for a full wash and detail. The attendant rear ended another vehicle with my car in one of their bays. The owner of the car wash played it down but the damage was done. Furthermore, I tried very hard to work with the owner to get the repairs done but he gave excuses on why he couldnt pay for repairs. I gave him an entire month to get the money together and each time he had a new excuse. Whats worst? He claims to not have business insurance on his carwash. That should be a REDFLAG in itself for anyone looking to visit this carwash. You can just tell the carwash isnt well kept and after doing some research, they have inflated prices for the services they offer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want to protect your car.
2 stars for friendly workers and free beer on tal. Minus 3 stars because I paid for their best detail package but they left smudges on my mirrors and dash. I was also told I would have to purchase a shampoo to get the rest of the dog hair on my seats and floor board. I took it home and finished it off with a vacuum myself
They’re friendly and do a basic job but they missed some small details. Also, it took a long time to get the car. They had a lot of guys standing and waiting to dry and not enough vacuuming. Otherwise it was great.
They did a wonderful job on my beat up Highlander. The windows were left down while it was raining and it was starting to get a mildew smell. They took the extra time to chemically clean the carpets a few times to make sure it was gone. This will be my go to place now that I live on south side!
Just got my car washed at washaroo. It is so sparkly, and all the people are so friendly. TJ was honest and kind and his guys delivered a great finished product. I highly recommend this place.
Great first experience at Final Touch Car Wash today. My car attendant was Troy and he did an amazing job. He got a stain out of the carpet and the car was spotless inside and out. Both the manager inside and Troy made it a first class experience.

Super slow! Took almost 2 hrs to have my car cleaned. It was a beautiful day so they were busy and i expected it to take a while...but NOT 2 hours!!! It was ridiculous! They may have been short handed but the employees that were there were taking there good ol time. We jumped in our cat and left before they even stayed hand drying....it had already been 2 HOURS!
This place charged me double the price of what is shown on the website and after 2 hours of waiting they damaged my bumper. When talking to the manager about it, he denied it. If you like to be charged a lot of money for basic service and wait the whole day then this is the place to do that.
Excellent service and experience. I only went because I wanted to get away from my wife, and ended up having a great wash. These guys are legit... and I mean legit.

2021-10-15Editing my initial rating and review (which I am leaving below). The owner reached out to me and offered to re-perform the service and to make it right. I came back and the staff was very friendly again. The team also did a great job detailing my truck. They left no nook uncleaned and my truck looks brand new. Thanks!I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quick service. However the quality of the car wash and interior cleaning was terrible. The few photos I took below were immediately after the cleaning. There was still dirt and gunk on my floor mats and in my cup holders. The mirrors and windows were covered in water spots and still had streaks from before the wash (inside). And there was still dirt and mess on the exterior (specifically on the bedliner and passenger mirror).I would expect better from my 7 year-old kid for $10.

2022-07-31A little expensive for a car detail, but they don’t use the word detail very well in this places because they left I lot spots inside and outside of my truck very dirty that I have to cleaned by myself later, also they always forgot to clean the mudguard. In my opinion I prefer to do it myself.

2022-05-23Definitely not it. I think they do a decent job at not working? They all are very inefficient and actually someone almost got their car stolen right out the lot. Also had some leftover water marks from not drying properly. Water bucket looks dirty also from poor cleaning. Not the best hand wash. Better off doing yourself. Zoom and enhance for what I mean.

2022-08-04These guys work hard, in the hot sun, all day detailing cars. They do an outstanding job inside and out. They provide full car detailing and even wax. Definitely tip the staff if you go because they deserve it!

2022-03-27Awful car wash! I definitely do NOT recommend. They will charge you double the price they have listed on their website. Had an appointment for 11am, and they didn’t start to wash the car till 12pm. There were whole swaths of the car that never got touched, and brown soapy water was left to dry on the car leaving streaks and water spots. They vacuumed fine, but did not wash the rubber mats or wipe down dashboard. They then had the nerve to charge DOUBLE what they advertised, claiming that “soap prices are going up”.

2022-03-03The work done on the interior was amazing, but the outside was not so much. I just left 10 mins ago parked at home and noticed they failed to remove the bugs smeared on the front grill, and a few dark smudges on the rims.

2022-06-17Had a great experience at Washaroo. We have two large dogs and they were able to get most of the dog hair out, even with their standard Super package (i.e. no detailing). Would definitely go back! Expect it to take about an hour for the entire clean. I brought a book and it wasnt a problem.

2022-04-28Bought the $279 product and paid extra to have the headlights polished. It is clear they dont know what they are doing. Dried polishing compound on the roof tells my they dont know this cant be done in the direct sunlight, The headlights are still foggy.. They dont know to start with sand paper. There is still brake dust on the rims. They dont know how to scrub. Ill have to do all again myself. I see no reason to go here.

2022-04-09Editing original review, I went back and they re-shampooed my seats, apparently you hav to leave your windows open for the day after you get them washed.I got the wash that was listed at $130, but they charged $200 because I have a truck that was not clean overall. Which I dont have an issue with, and 90-95% of the wash was great! But they put armor-all on certain things that it shouldnt be applied to like the steering wheel, window controls, and pedals. I got the carpet/seat shampoo included as well which is where the main issue comes in. It has been 3 days, and my seats are still wet and now smell bad. It feels like they didnt vacuum after they shampooed them.
