Go to Cortland north beach! Property manager is bias against people she does not feel fits in their “community”. Cortland apartments are way nicer and the office staff is fabulous. I was treated like a person from the moment I stepped into the Cortland office. I am glad the office manager at watervue showed her true colors before I went any further.
This is the worst place to live, please do not apply. There are better new places with better management. in watervue, they took a long time to approve me, I took my account statements where it clearly said my income, which was more than enough to approve me and they never did, they stole $250 because its no refundable, especially a black girl who was there, It is rude, every time I visited the office there was someone arguing and dissatisfied with the service and attention. I made the best choice in changing my application to Courtland from presidio in which they helped me and approved in 2 days.
I don’t even know where to begin. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH AN APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE HAD! The management is by far the suckiest I have ever dealt with. They do not know how to communicate at all,and I had to call everyday to get an update on my application. An application is not supposed to take a week to process. It takes 3-5 at most! The apartment I was trying to lease was originally 1,276 and that was what I was quoted. On my application it went up to 1,665!(something around that number) like how does it go up that much once I submitted my application!? Do not do business here because they are just trying to take your money!! I was denied and the admin fee was non-refundable, hmmm so convenient. Management is so janky, like why would you make me wait a whole week when you were going to deny my application?!?
Kids are running around everywhere completely out of control. Pool does not work. I got charged 250 dollars extra because they told us that the online pay was not working a day before payment was due.I’ve lost count on how many silly fees they have charged me for. Definitely moving elsewhere as soon as my lease ends.
I have loved my first year at Watervue so much that Im renewing my lease! This was my first ever apartment and I had heard such horror stories from people about renting but Watervue is the exception!! Property is beautiful and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly but quiet. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is awesome, I have put in requests and they were out the next day fixing the issue! Lovely amenities like the gym, pool, dog park and ponds. We even had power when the big winter storm hit when so many others I knew didnt. I always feel safe and well looked after. I typically dont write reviews, but I know how hard the staff works to make sure everyone is looked after, so I wanted to appreciate them here. The apartment complex is located near lots of great shopping & restaurants. Would 100% recommend to anyone I know looking to rent. Thanks Watervue staff & management!
Currently live here now, my frigid went out on Saturday and it’s currently Monday evening. I’ve gone into the office 3 times and everytime they say they will give me a call within an hour. No call yet. Everything is ruined in my fridge and I asked for compensation for all my groceries and they said no. These apartments don’t care about you at all and it shows very clearly. Actions speak louder than words
Edit: There are new owners, and it seems like they are improving the apartments. There is now more parking, and that was one of my biggest issues here. I hope they continue to improve like they have stated they would. Bumping them up from 1 star to 3 stars.Everything is always broken and disgusting. Theres constant dog barking. There is NEVER any parking and they keep making parking spots reserved out of nowhere so you have to pay monthly for most of the spots, and I have had to park by the front office a few times where I cant see my car. There have been times where peoples cars have been broken into and tires have been stolen, and the management just doesnt seem to care. The gates are open very often. The apartments are just painted over (they painted over a booger in the bathroom) and the flooring is uneven and in some places coming up off the floor. And because this place is so big maintenance takes a while to get to you. I do not recommend this place at all.
The manager/management here is OUTSTANDING in every meaning of the word. The community/complex is very neat and detailed. I enjoyed every second of being a Watervue resident. Unfortunately my family grew and more room with a backyard was needed. I highly recommend residing in Watervue for any and all of your amazing apartment dwelling living experience. Definitely 5 stars!! Thank you Watervue management and staff!
I lived here for an entire year. While it wasn’t a horrible stay I would say that there are cheaper apartments in Keller that probably would be much better for what you pay for. Great amenities but they aren’t always available for enjoyment. Move out process isn’t at all great. Apartment will assess clean out fee regardless of the condition you leave the apartment in. While they tell you to clean the apartment, it’s best to not clean upon move out. You’ll be held responsible for the fee if you do anyway and it’s based on apartment size. Just leave the apartment as is. As if they don’t hire someone to clean the apartment prior to another tenant moving in. Management will find additional fees to bill upon move out as well. Valet trash is assessed each month but not always picked up as promised. They change who does it often so there may be a lapse in proper pick ups at times but the fee will always be assessed regardless. Little to no parking at the apartment, most parking spaces are reserved that come with a fee and they continue to add more reserved parking so it limits the amount of NORMAL parking. There are little to no guest parking spaces. And they will tow if your guest don’t sign up for the guest parking. Walls are thin, no mandated quiet hours, neighbors are often noisy with no real solution by management when you do report. The apartment has lots of children and people that walk in the middle of the road daily. The best thing is the maintenance staff that are always available to fix whatever is broken. My best advice is to live somewhere else in Keller. There are multiple apartment complexes that will provide the same Keller feel at a lesser price.
Luxury, Luxury, Luxury Apartment Community.Just because Watervue Social Media labels everything luxury, doesnt mean it actually is luxury. Remember, this is an apartment complex so there will be the typical apartment complaints, on top of some serious safety concerns that the office overlooks.Lights at night, several of the lights around the lake are out, they have been burnt out for months and the office said waiting on backorder, strange how lighting is a safety concern and for months nothing, it gets dark around the property, I and a few other women never walk outside after sundown.Theres a gate leading out to Walmart which is convenient for me and those who dont drive, that has been broken and welded shut for going on three months. The dog park fountains have been broken since last summer, so dont expect your pooch to drink any water unless you bring your own. The outdoor dog bath area was leaking since the freeze in February and it was just fixed two weeks ago by shutting the water off.The luxury pool is closed very often due to kids going to the bathroom in it. Speaking of kids, the gym is located next to the office and is constantly filled with unsupervised kids - the office response? take pictures and let us know. There are cameras in the gym, a response like that gives the impression the cameras are for looks and dont work.Trash and waste everywhere! The property could have so much potential, but there is trash and pooch waste everywhere, from the grass, parking lots, and even in the lakes! Again, the office response - take pictures. There are a few pooch owners responsible for not cleaning up after their pooches and the office says, yup you guessed it...take pictures.Theres a messaging board for apartment community members that is heavily monitored, dont even think about posting to notify your neighbors of the vehicle break ins, the stalking incident, or anything that the office determines could scare residents.Parking is scarce and now open parking spaces have been painted reserved and there is a charge for that... residents park in the visitor parking due to lack of parking available and now were being charged! If you work or go out late at night, hope you have parking when you get home. Residents are given parking stickers and youll see plenty parked in the guest parking, so dont expect to have parking if you want friends over. There are currently two cars parked that havent moved for weeks, and one doesnt even have the front parts and probably cant drive!Kids do play in between cars, my car was scratched and the office said it didnt happen here, guess it didnt even though there was trash around my car and a metal waterbottle that was the same color as the scratch. The office staff give the fake smile service, remember they are receptionists and leasing agents whose job is to rent out apartments - no different than every other apartment complex.Only moved to Watervue while our house is being built up the road, cant wait to leave. Highly suggest looking elsewhere. On the positive, there are some very nice neighbors we talk in passing and we all complain about the condition of the property.
Do your self a favor! Lease your future apartment somewhere else. The office staff is extremely rude. Calls are not return and emails also and they will make sure that you know they dont like you. It use to be awesome!! The last couples months, rules are changing constantly and they are applied sometimes or overboard! Too bad Cortland sold this amazing property. We lived 6 years here and now we cant wait to leave. Oh!!! and they asking less rent to new residents! Quality of people is getting low... too bad! i will be missing the whole time when Cortland was in charges!
Very nice apartments, very spacious, friendly place to live. I love the sandpit, dog park, the pool is very nice and active, & indoor basketball court and gym are absolutely very convenient. The management here is top notch, very nice people, & great dealing with any issues. 10/10!
Never met a rude staff like this one. Outrageous Wi-Fi prices for poor quality wifi, after they told everyone for months they are going to switch to a different wifi provider. Don’t have enough parking and decided to charge people for a spot with reserved painted on it. No notice at all when they are having people coming to check something in your apartment had two men walk in while I was getting dressed. And they never sent out a email saying anyone will stop by. Kids and animals run around the gym breaking the equipment. Had a truck stolen in the apartments and told us to not tell anyone or ask anyone if they saw anything. Rude and inconsiderate. Never in my life have I lived in a place like this and I will never be coming back hopefully you don’t make our mistake and move into this place.
Let me start by saying Watervue has been such a breath of fresh air compared to everywhere else we’ve lived. The management team and especially Ms. Bishop have been nothing short of amazing. Any issues we’ve had, which have been very few, have been handled quickly and professionally. I can’t brag enough about Ms. Bishop and her team. Thank you Watervue team for such an amazing experience. I would recommend Watervue to anyone looking for a very nice, classy and upscale Apartment.
So I’ll start off by saying that I am only giving 5 stars because they have an amazing employee that is always extremely helpful. Her name is Chasity and she deserves recognition. I am not a resident yet but I will be at the end of the month. Chasity has been so extremely helpful, professional and polite. Any time I call the main office line she is the one that answers about 90% of the time and if I leave a voicemail she always calls back. Chasity was out of the office for a few days and that office seemed to fall apart. I had to pay my deposit and I was having issues paying it online like I was told. Between two days I must have called 20 times and left two voicemails and my call was never responded. I was finally able to get a hold of the assistant manager and of course I was met with a list of excuses. Once Chasity was back I noticed all phone calls were answered again. I hope this place knows that they have a super star employee.
Great place! I lived here for just over a year, and I will say the front office staff really made this 5 stars. Mary Catherin and Hillary were both so kind and helpful with anything and everything i needed. They really made an effort to get to know everyone in the apartment community. I lived in a one bedroom, and felt very safe no matter what time i came home. Nice dog park and beautiful pool!! Even after I moved out, the office staff was still very helpful in getting my last few bills wrapped up. I would have easily renewed my lease if i had not moved to Dallas for a job opportunity. Honestly, nothing but a good review for this place!
Watervue is a fantastic property, located a rock’s throw from so many stores and great restaurants. They have great pricing, really fun events, an amazing welcoming staff, and a beautiful property with lots of amenities and 3 gorgeous ponds. What other apartment has a basketball court and two pools!? My experience at watervue has been fantastic, and I highly recommend this place to anyone!!
Tried to get information about pricing over the phone and I felt like I was bothering the person who answered the phone. She was very short with me and did not inquire more about my search. Very disappointing customer service and I wont be inquiring more about leasing there.
We Love Watervue! We have been residents of this apartment complex for roughly 4 yrs now and we probably wont move unless we purchase our own property. We have never had any issues with the management, as a matter of fact, Ashley is a wonderful person and a great manager for the facility. She seems to be on top of things happening at the complex and is always sending us emails of updates and what is going on. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure we have no issues. The maintenance personnel are amazing!! When I put in a maintenance order online their maintenance personnel are at our apartment with in 2 hrs fixing the problem. They are courteous, clean, hard working and safe. The grounds are kept safe and secure, and when ever the entry gates break down, which happens, they are usually fixed within the day, unless its on a weekend. They have landscapers that come in regularly for the upkeep of the property, they do a great job and are very nice. The only issue I have is that the garbage pick up is only from Sunday to Thursdays and that puts a damper on having to take the garbage down to the dumpster, which I really do think they need a 2nd dumpster posted there, but then they have an issue of other people not living in the complex dumping their garbage and furniture there. This is really a wonderful place for our family to live, we feel safe, and we feel like we live in a community, not just another apartment complex.
I would not rent here again, it has been a nightmare. The units were poorly built, although I live on the third floor it often sounds like there is someone in the attic above me. Instead of fixing anything, they attempt to cover it up like the mold they decided to paint over and the bath tubs that sink into the floor when stepped in (all units have this, my tub was replaced but it still sinks into the floor when weight is applied). The previous staff were friendly but not honest. The new staff is just the old staff but with a different company name, they kept the managers. While the pool area is great and the grounds look good, the gates are always broken and wide open which means I have never lived in a gated community for the year that I have been here. The painting being done is not being done professionally, my door, peep hole and lock were all spray painted white accidentally when they were just trying to paint the border around the door. I like the new fencing but if you get a first floor with fencing for a dog, a dog can slip right through the new fencing. There are animals everywhere which I love!! Fish, ducks, swans, dogs and other critters!! However, there are bugs in my house too and again, I live on the third floor. Overall I would not suggest that you stay here if you can avoid it, they have raised rents that now equal what you can rent a house for in the area. Friendly and awesome maintenance staff!!! But they dont respond to emergencies in a timely fashion. For a while, we didnt have an emergency maintinence number at all. They lack decent leadership overall but I understand they are trying to improve.
Watervue is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Every time there was an issue the ladies upfront (Allison and Mary Catherine) were always helpful and made sure things were taken care of as soon as possible! The sense of urgency in their office was truly appreciated. They all definitely made a huge impact on my views of apartment living!! Maintenance was also always there when they said they would be and always fixed any problem i had! The property is definitely ran professionally thanks to their hard workers!! Unfortunately I’m moving to a house and I’ll be leaving watervue. Just would love to leave a great review for them, that’s the least i can do for their hard work. Will always recommend this property to others in search for an apartment.
I have been here for over a year. I have never had Any issues. The community is great And friendly Made a lot of great friends over here. The staff here is on point... The leasing staff is awesome shot out Hilary Rodriguez, Mary Catherine And Alison..The management team is also awesome thanks Shannon an Kyle. The maintenance staff does a great job they are on point in they take care of everything in an orderly fashion. So if you looking for a place to live, To call home the WATERVUE apartment by Cortland is your place to be...
We have loved living here. The leasing and maintenance staff are amazing. Hilltop has recently taken over and they have handled the transition so well. The energy in the office is always positive. Thank you for treating your tenants like real people and not just numbers.
Can’t say enough about the apartments. Very clean and beautiful area and the two pools… Wow! First time living in an apartment and the ladies upfront very friendly and professional made it easy for me to adjust. Love that the restaurants and stores are nearby. Apartments like this who needs a house. Keep up the good work Watervue management.
Ive lived here now for about 2 years. They are constantly looking to improve. The pool was recently redone and looks exactly like something youd see at a resort! The apartments are great quality, nice thick walls (good for not hearing your neighbor). Maintenance requests get a response in 24 hours or less during the week (and unless they need to come back to fix something are usually completed in that time). They have people who clean the grounds and keep it looking super nice.Honestly, for the area this complex is in and all of the amenities, its a pretty competitive price.
We have lived in this complex going on 3 years now. When we first moved in, it was a great place to live. Im not sure what happened, but it has gone down hill. While the office staff is friendly enough, they do not do what they say. They do NOT care about you or your family. Our a/c unit has not been working for 22 days. For 16 days the maintenance staff continually pumped freon into the system, never entering the apart mentioned to find the problem. Finally they enter the apt and find a nice sized leak in the air handler inside the master bathroom. They ordered the parts. The parts came in. 7 days later they still have not fixed the problem. The maintenance guy came in to start the repairs, but couldnt finish and he left red Bull cans on our bathroom counter and muddy boot prints and black grease in the bathtub. Ive gone to the office, or called, constantly trying to get this resolved. 9 times Ive been told I will be called back, 2 times they have actally called back. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. These people just dont care about you, they just want your rent.
Ive lived here for 9 months and just went and extended for another 15 this past weekend. Ive really enjoyed my time at Watervue. The property is gorgeous and always in great condition, maintenance has been quick and incredibly personable, and the staff at the front desk are always in good spirits and easy to talk to. The property has a volleyball court, dog park (one for large dogs and one for small ones), an indoor halfcourt basketball area, a newly renovated gym, and two very large pools with public grills. The volleyball court could probably use a touch up in the future, but from what Ive seen, thats the only area of improvement. The location is only 8 minutes from work for me so my commute has been a breeze and on the weekends, being close to Alliance town square gives me a ton of restaurant options and things to do. Its only 15-20 minutes from downtown depending on where youre going and Arlington/Dallas is close enough to make a trip out to as well.Overall I gave it 5 stars because of the friendly staff, great amenities, and convenient location. Ive recommended it to friends before and if youre looking for something in the North Fort Worth/Keller area I really dont think you can beat it.
UPDATE..... sadly the new management has been driving out good people. The updates have been handled poorly with no proper notifications. Painting was sloppy and I still have paint runs and over spray in multiple areas. It took them the entire summer to figure out the pools and we had to go multiple days without being able to use them. The 3 ponds on the property that were a focal point are now awful. Two being drained and one turning to more of a swamp. The fish, turtles and ducks suffer because of human neglect in their designs. I had high hopes for the new management but I was let down. Out a/c went out 5 times this summer. The fences are broken and not being repaired. Maintenance and construction trash left everywhere throughout the complex. And already tight parking has had 14 spaces taken for construction. Sadly I can not recommend this property. I know many that have moved and are moving. The vacancy rate is higher than any other in the area. Although I loved my home I have every intent on moving as soon as possible. I wish anyone remaining good luck. I have endured enough loud parties, drunk inconsiderate people and fights at the pool for a life time. The leasing staff and maintenance is always kind and attempts to be helpful but understaffed and poor management makes that difficult.
If you are looking for an amazing place to live come check out Watervue by Cortland in Keller Texas. There are many floorplans to choose from and the grounds are beautifully kept. I’ve lived here for about eight months and have had no problems with the place. I started in a one bedroom With a study but decided to move to a two bedroom one bath. I live in in a garage apartment or it’s an apartment called a standalone. That means there is no one above me behind me in front of me or beside me. Or below me. I only have a neighbor across the hall we are the only two apartments in that whole building and we live over five garages. The staff is awesome from the maintenance guy was all the way to the manager Shannon. When you get a chance stop in and ask for Hillary to give you a quote and let her give you a tour in their little golf cart. The refrigerator in the model is stocked with snacks and drinks so make sure to get some of those goodies. They have an awesome cares team that plans parties for Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and other holidays. Give Watervue a chance I promise you won’t regret it! I forgot to mention Kyle the assistant manager. This is a great group of people that work here so stop in and see if they can help you out
I am so glad I chose this complex for my first apartment. The staff made the whole process so smooth and stress free. I am so thankful for all of their hard work! The girls at the front office have been particularly helpful with any question or concern I’ve brought up to them. They have had some issues with their amenities from time to time but they’ve addressed the issues quickly. I would definitely recommend this complex.
This place is expensive and its not worth it at all!!! are air conditioner has gone out 3 times and they dont fix anything they just come a refill the freeon which means theres a leak and needs to be replaced. its now been 24 hours with are apartment being above 83 degrees all through the night and today.. i would advise you look somewhere else im sure theres plenty better you can get with what you would be paying here!!
Ive lived at the Watervue Apartment Complex for more than four years now and I highly recommend it! The office staff is always friendly and helpful while the maintenance staff are absolute experts at what they do! This is one of the very few complexes in the area that also takes on major renovations to improve. Last year they completely redid the pool area ripping out the old pool, building a new foundation and installing a brand new pool. This year they took on a trash compactor project to transform the old compactor to something that could keep up with the demand. Now they are refurbishing all their fences! The list goes on, constant love and care for the property and the families living on it!
I have lived here for 7 months now and i must say the managers and staff are the very best. they have always made me feel very welcome from the very beginning when i was going through a very rough spot in my life. i enjoy all the events the apartments put on to make everyone feel welcome. the pools are some of the nicest i have seen in the area. i really enjoy living here.
I would say that this apartment place is truly AMAZING. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. They are quick to respond to questions and concerns. They genuinely care about the residents. This place is more than an apartment place it is a community. I was happy to call this place home for the last year and a half and would recommend highly recommend it to everyone.
Dont move here!!!When I first moved in back in 2016, the community was awesome. Then something happened.- The trash is always overflowing or broken, we had the opportunity to have a landfill in our backyard as you could see the trashcan from our back porch.- Theres never any parking and my car was even towed one night because I had no where to park except one of many open handicapped spots. It cost me $290.00 to get my car out.- I was charged rent twice in one month and never was refunded the overdraft charges.- The pool had to be rebuilt and was not usable until halfway through the summer.- The game room had to be redone because of a leak from poor rain drainage and took over 6 moths- The gym had to be redone as well and you could bet your bottom dollar if it had rained in the last few days that it was closed.- When I was finally able to move out, a week before my final date they put an eviction notice on my door. After asking them why, it turns out they screwed up the billing with the new tenant and me.- After moving out, I was told theyre keeping my security deposit and charging me extra for cleaning and repairs. I have NEVER been charged an additional amount after moving from any apartment I have ever lived and I have ALWAYS received my deposit back in full. This place is horrible, the only thing they have going for them is the indoor basketball court and the awesome pool.
This place has taken the worst turn and I see no promise of it getting better. When my husband and I first moved in to Watervue, we had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and present. The space was well kept and safe. The service requests were taken care of promptly and efficiently. HOWEVER, back in February, a new company acquired the complex and it has been abysmal ever since - worse and worse every day. From the front gate being broken SINCE FEBRUARY to service requests taking weeks to respond to and to NO ONE EVER answering the front desk phone. I have never experienced worse customer service. I am extremely disappointed in what this complex has turned into and I absolutely cannot wait to move out. Not only will I never recommend this complex, I will go out of my way to ensure no one I know ever considers this establishment. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I will preface my comment to say that I am not a primary resident here, I am just a frequent visitor of my girlfriends apartment. In some effort of anonymity with the office monitoring these reviews, Im speaking for both of us. There has been a shift in recent months to the vibe of the community, in our opinion. My car has been broken into twice, my girlfriend was recently chased in the dark to her apartment by a screaming incoherent man, kids graffiti up and down the hallways, YOUNG kids run around completely unsupervised, and the gates have been broken for weeks on end. I recognize that there are lead times to getting a gate fixed, but people consider living here knowing it is a gated community. Its completely reckless to allow several weeks to go by in between the gate being functional while charging a price associated with a gated community. Can we get security cameras on the gates, maybe? After each incident I listed previously, we are just told they will increase police surveillance, but never see that come to fruition. That duty usually gets passed off to the live-in officer and no follow ups happened for us. Management practically justify the car break-ins by saying, Well, it only happened to cars that were left unlocked. Ultimately, its just some punk teenagers walking in and looting unlocked cars, but security cameras on the entrances/exits would deter this. They police the pool more than they do the gate. We are just concerned for other women who live there and potential residents need to be wary of things that go on. The apartments are beautiful, but it no longer feels safe and there seems to be no accountability from the front office.
This apartment complex and all of the staff have been nothing short of excellent!! I cant say enough about the staff and their drive for excellence on a daily basis! They go over and beyond their duties to ensure your experience meets all expectations and more. I had no hesitation resigning my lease with Watervue.
We have lived at Watervue for over two years and have loved every minute. It is a quiet complex and a wonderful place to walk in the evenings. The most important thing though is the amazing staff. They are always quick to respond to any issues. Mary Catherine, Heidi, and Hillary are wonderful! I highly recommend stopping by to visit if you are looking for a place to live!
We moved in in April and so far we’ve loved it! The maintenance are awesome and the front desk team are super sweet and very involved...they have a cares team that throws events for the community which is super fun! I’ve gotten to meet my neighbors and we’ve actually made good friends with some of them which is super cool. I have a 2 yr old and I feel safe here with her there’s other moms who I’ve been able to connect with...I also love the apartment it’s actually pretty unique and I’ve lived in a lot of apartments! And the po is like a vaca pool!! All over a great place to live and connect!!
Positives: quick turn around on any service requests, really friendly and helpful staff, fun community events, good pool. Negatives: terrible workout facility, raised the rent a few hundred dollars when our lease renewal came around (reason we left), and you’re locked in to only being able to choose their electricity and internet providers. Overall, not a bad experience though. Probably would’ve stayed if the price were right.
Would you like to be told at the last minute or not at all that work will be done inside your apartment or your fence around the yard you pay extra for will be torn down and take a week to be replaced, no adjustment on your rent for the month in return? How about having the only phone number available as just the general office number, no direct line to a manager onsite or even on the website for the company that owns the property? No notifications when a package is delivered to the office for you? A laughable area called a dog park with a perpetually broken water fountain? No parking spots or policy? Overpriced apartments they try to price as if they are comparable to the newer, nicer properties up the street? By all means, go ahead and sign with Watervue by Hilltop. Good luck.
I usually don’t write reviews but I can’t help but write one for this complex. I have visited many different complex’s and this one tops them all. The professionalism from the staff is out of this world. Stefanie the manager really cares about your problems and addresses them in a timely manner. I have only been to one other complex where the property manager has actually welcomed you with a smile and helped her staff and current residents like she does. Heidi and Hillary are two of the leasing consultants and they are such a blast. You can be having your worse day and they can make you smile and joke with you to cheer you up. They are extremely friendly and will do everything they can/must to take care of you and your family. Always offering something to drink and eager to tell you about all the improvements the complex is making in order to make living here better. Kyle is the assistant manager at this complex and although he is always busy he will stop what he is doing to help you out. Yes I am aware of that is their jobs but they all go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Every question was answered and concern addressed. They really make this place feel like home and a big family. I must applaud them for their tremendous service and attitude. By far one of the easiest and best decisions I have ever made!! Thank you guys for all your dedication and hard work!!!
If youre looking for an apartment where you truly feel at home, Watervue is the best! Everyone from service techs to the office staff makes it feel like home here. We had a short 6 month lease when we started here and just signed another 15 months because its that awesome! The property does so much for the residents like live music and DJs poolside from time to time with free drinks and food. If you want to check it out, come to the office and talk to Hillery or Heidi they will help you with whatever you need !!
Caught some 8-12 pound kittys (catfish) alot of bait fish. only saw one good pond the other one was full over muddy water and turtles saw a tiny pond/creek with a dock didnt get to fish it but Ill go there next everyone seemed nice no one called us out for fishing. PSA:we brought our bait from home.
We called Watervue our home for over 5 years until we got our house. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a luxury apartment community. Also, MC in the front office is the best! Ask for her when you visit and she will take care of you like she did us....like family!
If I could provide a less than one star review, I would. This new management company is a joke. They are here to make their money, and then sell. DO NOT LEASE WITH HILLTOP RESIDENTIAL. They do not care about their tenants, only about the multiple fees they could charge you. They do not care about your lease, as they will charge you several fees that are not included in your lease. I have had a year lease, and they have tried SEVERAL times to charge me by their month to month rates. If you do take the risk, GOOD LUCK!
I applied for an apartment here on April 19, 2019. I was approved on the 22nd and told I need to overnight the deposit (after follow up calls on MY part) which I did and paid $26 to do. They received that on the 24th. After receiving the documents to electronically sign, I kept telling them there was no actual lease attached and I was not able to send the required documentation for utilities or a transfer of my nursing license because the only things they sent me were addendums, no actual lease. I called and emailed every day from the 24th through May 2nd. I am moving from more than a thousand miles away and am trying to manage everything so that my relocation will go smoothly. I was told every single day it would be sent to me within two to three hours, which was never done. I was spoken to horribly by a male working in the office and actually hung up on on more than one occasion. Finally, on May 3 I told them I would not be renting from them because this far they had only taken my money but not followed through with the leasing process. On Sunday, I received a phone call and was told my deposit would be immediately refunded. I asked to be reimbursed for all fees paid as the only reason there was no lease agreement was because they had not followed through. I did and paid everything asked of me immediately. I was told I would hear back from them first thing Tuesday morning. Again, I heard nothing until I initiated a conversation through voicemail AND email. At that point I was told they were just then discussing it with the property manager and to give them another 24hrs to inquire about refunding all the money I paid. I immediately responded that I want my deposit sent out now and the remainder when they processed it. I got no reply. I also contacted corporate through their website because I can not find a phone number to call. How convenient. Today is May 8, and past the requested 24 hours. No response from the property or corporate office. It seems as though I have dodged a bullet by not renting from them. They do not return phone calls or emails, they do not provide you with contact information for the corporate office and they take your money for services they have not rendered. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a small claims suit unless my money is returned in FULL and overnighted to me just as I was required to do. Be careful to anyone thinking of leasing here. The property is beautiful and they are nice upfront, but completely shady in all other aspects!! I’m so disappointed because I thought this was the place for my daughter and myself.
I’ve been living here for 7 months and I love it. Rec room, pool, gym, community events - love it. My only issue is upstairs neighbors. Dogs running around all day (and we also have a dog park). Not sure how many times they’ve waken my infant. If you have children who nap I’d recommend asking if ur upstairs neighbors have pets because it’s frustrating. Made one police complaint and 2 complaints to the property. It’s become unbearable so we may have to see if we can get a transfer or just move out. However, great community.
Great place to live, great management staff both Shannon and Kyle as well as the rest of the watervue office staff Hillary, MC, and Allison are always helpful, friendly and on top of everything. Maintenance and grounds team are diligent in their job and the up-keep of the property. 5 stars type of place!
I had a six month lease at Water Vue and was immediately unimpressed with the management of the complex. I had to follow up on work order requests over and over before they were completed. Anytime we entered the office it took at least 5 minutes before we were acknowledged, and then it felt like we were getting the brush off as if we were a bother. Then one of the management staff moved in below my apartment and acted as if the rules did not apply to her. She blared music until past midnight. When I approached her to politely ask her to turn it down, she informed me that since she doesnt say anything about my dog dropping stuff in her yard then I guess I shouldnt be asking her to turn down her music. The next night I had to call the after hours number 4 times to get her to turn the music down. The following weekend I had finally had it and upon my third call to attempt to get her to turn down the music I threatened to call the police and that finally worked. I moved out in the middle of the month, but was charged electricity until the end of the month. When I called the complex about it I was informed that they would not reimburse me, I was out of luck for not cancelling the electricity. Another bothersome thing was the residents that did not pick up after their pets, I hated to walk my dog or take him to the pet park because of all the mess. I would not recommend this complex to anyone, and Im glad I only signed a six month lease.
I have lived here for almost 2 years now, I dont see myself living anywhere else. I have become so close to the staff that they make me feel like family. And if I ever need a maintenance problem fixed they were on it in a heartbeat. The atmosphere is contagious as well, once you see the two ponds and the brand new pool then you definitely are hooked! 5 stars all the way! :)
Worst place I ever lived. You pay for amenities but they are always broken or run down. Computer room has two computers and a printer that never has paper or never prints but it wouldnt make a difference if it did because children are always taking up the computers playing video games. They only have 2 maintenance guys that also swap as the grounds crew. Needless to say the grounds arent taken care of. Trash cans are always over flowing, trash littered throughout the property, doggie bag dispensers always empty, grills are never cleaned off, pool is not cared for by a professional pool guy and the list goes on and on. Sad thing is I like my apartment but the management and lack of a professional grounds crew and maintenance team overshadows everything.
Absolutely the worst place ever !!! I don’t not recommend anybody to stay here. When we can back from our vacation, our apartment was infested with bugs. And they don’t really seem to care, all they care about is there money. One time I was using there grill located next to the pool, and I was unaware that area was closed. So management basically came out and starting shouting!!! I highly don’t recommend this place!
This is a weird time in the world, even so, the complex staff went above and beyond to help me move in. I can’t say enough to how courteous, prompt and helpful the office was in providing information and answering any questions I had. I’ve lived in multiple complexes in this area, this is head and shoulders above the rest. The amenities are top notch, the community is friendly, THERE’S A FAMILY OF DUCKS THAT LIVE AT ONE OF THE PONDS, but most importantly it’s clean. Allison went so far as to do a video walkthrough of my unit as there was no virtual tour available, to ensure I got a look at what I was moving into while also maintaining the safety of the lockdown... that alone sold me on the complex. In that moment, I knew I’d be somewhere not only where the staff cared about the residents but also where they were willing to go above and beyond. Thank you to everyone in the office for assisting me during the move in process, I could see myself living here for quite sometime... I’ve been here for a couple months and haven’t looked back.
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The Apartments have a good location off of Beach street near some nice Strip malls with food. It was a nice and convenient location. Most of staff are friendly and Helpful. The BadThe Parking sucks and you have to walk quiet a ways particularly at night. Reserve a spot if you can. They towed my car once even though I had a sticker. I did not have to pay but they could have at least paid for my uber to get it.I asked for a quiet location off the road with a garage with parking. The garage they gave me was a building over and without parking. The Noise and the lights from the Walmart were pretty annoying. Buy a fanThe UglyThere are lots of dogs. Lots of poo everywhere. I can post more pictures. Good dog apartment and the staff does try.My garage came with cigarette butts and a used rubber. At least someone had fun in there. Garbage around dumpster is in a large pile. I am amazed the rats have not taken over. On weekends the garbage is out of control.
Ive been a resident for 4 years. I recently went to the office for an issue and Hilary resolved my issue THAT day! She made it a point to get it done and I was so incredibly impressed with her quick response and attention toward my issue. Hilary was above and beyond helpful! Heidi, Hilary and Stefanie have absolutely been some of our best! They make it a point to get things done with kindness.
Working out with Kristy June Walker has been such a Blessing to me!!! I so much appreciate her dedication and expertise with her Yoga & Boot Camp Classes. I am looking forward to the New Year in 2019 and working out with Kristy! Her attitude and caring ways is such a joy to be around!! Thank you for allowing her to continue to teach the exercise classes!! Blessings, Leigh Ann
I have never had such horrible service in my life. I visited this community a couple of weekends ago with my husband after he got off work. I asked the front desk lady the prices she told me the price and I said wow thats a lot. Her first response was well were not income controlled giving the both of us the once over like we were not good enough for her. I informed her that my current community isnt income restricted and is no where near their prices. I left and went back two days later in my scrubs and my badge with the company I work for and my title clearly visible whole new attitude with no mention that they were not income controlled. I am completely disgusted with this behavior you should never judge a book by its cover.
Very expensive place to live. Was paying about $300 a month just on utilities. The pool was closed half the time we lived there. They say you can pay $80 flat for a cleaning fee then charged another $55 just for carpet cleaning. The community isnt bad and the actual apartment is nice but overpriced and a sketchy business.
I wanted to take the time to provide a review regarding my experience in locating an apartment at the Watervue Apartments. I usually dont do this (rate & review) but i want to highlight my families experience in regards to locating a unit for my parents. What could have been a very stressful time for.us was actually a very pleasant experience with the help of your associate Hiedi Wiggins. She truly put our family at ease and we our confident we made the right decision. Thank you Heidi!!!
Lived here more than three years 2015-2018, in four different units. Quiet, lovely, relaxing. I have loved my time here. Valet trash, quality interiors, three ponds, wonderful walkways throughout, safe to walk at night, good upkeep. No issues with staff, neighbors or my units.Parking can be annoying, and the ONLY internet provider (One Source) is hideous with slow speeds and frequent outages.
First. Almost impossible to get anyone from the office to answer the phone.Second. I never received my security deposit back. I left a forwarding address with the office when I moved out but they did not send it to that address. When I called to ask the about it they said the check was being processed. So they sent it to the wrong address or did not send it back at all. I would suggest staying away from this apartment complex.
I hate to even post things in a negative matter but this Watervue management wise is a COMPLETE joke and I would recommend that NO ONE EVER.....AND I MEAN EVER step foot or even consider a place like this. I really hate to go into details on how HORRIBLY me and my wife have been treated. My statements EVERY month never reflect what is actually due. Everytime I speak with someone in the office the answer is system has to update OR the system made a error. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. There is no COMMUNICATION at all with this team. I moved out of my place last month and management knew months ahead of time i was moving. Had it all planned to move and on the day i was suppose to move in it was not ready. Again this IS NOT MY FAULT. I was told on this same day (Sept 5 MOVE-IN DAY) that I would have my keys to my new place by 6pm (mind you i was informed on SUNDAY Sept 3 that place would be ready and i could pickup keys on SEPT 5 @ 10AM). 6pm rolls around on Sept 5 and STILL NO KEYS and no communication on where my keys are from ANYONE who cared. My wife missed training that was scheduled for that day and I missed work which i didnt plan on missing. Money out of both of our pockets but yet still additional charges. The management offered me a $250 credit (to there credit) which was just a offset of another fee and didnt do anything to my bill. After I moved in new place I received a bill later for over $800 to clean an apartment (yes really). This is in addition to my rent. I have no problem with the charge ok if that is the policy but I was not aware or communicated on this charge....no one did a walk through with me in the old place (let alone get me a keys for my new place as promised). Once I spoke with management on cleaning fee issue I was told by management that they would call me in a couple of hours to see what they could do and (AGAIN) never received a call THE WHOLE DAY. My thing is EVERY apartment will need to be clean before someone leaves SO REGARDLESS if you clean your place or not to the best of your ability you will still be charged which is TOTALLY UNFAIR (NOT DAMAGED....but CLEANED). Whats the point of cleaning the place anyway? (does that make sense). This has been the WORST place I have EVER been in my life. My old lease here has me with a $600 deposit but from management that was an error. So my deposit was $300 they say which is not true and they know ( me my wife and 2kids for a 3/2 apartment and we where from out of state hmmmm and all you guys need is a $300 deposit ok) Does that sound right?. I wouldve had placed a comment if this place just made it right with me and made a valiant effort to just make it right but they dont care and i dont at this point. I guess i got to eat it so im telling EVERYONE to PLEASE STAY AWAY.....IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
This is by far the worst appartment i have ever lived in! There is black mold around windows. The cleaning service that was promised never showed. The fire alarm system is outta date and not in city code compliance. Ive been here for almost a moth and my bath tub is installed improperly. Instead of replacing the tub. They just painted it, and re glazed it. Sorry but recaulking a tub with mold and foundation issues, is not fixing the problem. All appliantses are broken, delivered damaged. I need a manager to not be petty, and fix the problems at hand. And I mean Fix not patch. Also not to try and weesle more money outta the people who are having a terrible experience in the property they have control of. Wish I would have chose a different apartment. Please dont get stuck here!
I am current Resident at Watervue. Here are the pros:1) Good Amenities for the price on the apartments.2) Nice Leasing staff.Cons:1) Irresponsible Management and have no courtesy to address the issues.I was not issued a parking sticker when i signed the lease and hence i was not aware of it until my brand new Mercedez was towed. When i contacted them about this the manager incharge argued about sending out reminder letters which i never received ( And none of my neighbors have recieved it as well ) and promised she will call me the next day regarding the mistake. I tried to get in touch with her the next couple of days but she did not respond to the messages i left with the leasing staff.I am currently trying to get intouch with the corporate office to get my issue addressed and have changed my mind about extending my lease or recommending this place to any of the people i know.
Staff sucks they hate kids nobody allowed to use the amenities , nasty pond. Dirty community. Gameroom is a joke ping pong table had broken paddles play station and Xbox are broken pool sticks are also broken. Flat basketballs in gym. Ac broken in gym. Water doesnt get cold for the water machine. Never cups in the water machine. Always water on the floor in the walk way toward the gym. The remote to the tvs are either broken or gone or dont have batteries at all. Public restrooms are straight disgusting. Pee all over the floor toilet paper gone. Paper towels everywhere. Somebodys business all over the toilet seat. Just a horrible place it may look like the place to be a living resort. Its not yeah they may act nice show you a tour on a go-cart but its a horrible place they only thing really nice about the place is the community events they do and thats it. You cant do diddly squat without somebody complaining. Theres no freedom of speech there. Half of the staff are racist. They know who they are. Just a horrible rip off place. They take your money people. $1000 for a one bedroom are you kidding me !!!. 👎🏾 just a straight thumbs down . Smh Watervue sucks
We didnt have major issues with this apartment, little things here and there, until we moved out! I set up a final walk-through weeks in advance of our move out date, I went in the day before the walk-through to make the final rent payment and make sure everything else was settled, I was told it was. The day of the walk-through and no one shows up, I waited an hour in an empty apartment for someone to come and they didnt, I went to the office and the guy that was supposed to come said he was the only one there so he couldnt leave. Not even a phone call to say sorry, or maybe later, nothing! Then 2 months down the line we start getting emails from the mother company that we still owe a balance, I know for certain I gave them a forwarding address and we never got a bill. I tried to call the Courtland properties several times and couldnt get anyone to tell me what was even going on. Now theyve sent us to collections and the collection company has no working numbers and when you google search them all that comes up are scam websites!!! This place was not worth ruining our credit score over!!!!! So very disappointed, dont deal with any Courtland property, there are better places all around this area to go to!!!!
My lease for 8301 ended July 5. They told me I would receive my deposit at the forwarding address I gave them. All this month my wife and I have been leaving messages since we havent heard anything from them. The email address for Stephanie does not work anymore. Leaving a review is the only way left I can think of to try to get a response regarding my deposit.
All of the staff in the office are absolutely amazing. They listen to all of your needs and will help in every way possible. They are so welcoming in the office that I will even stop by just to say hi to whomever is in that day. I want to give a special shout out to Mary Cathrin and Hillary. They always go above and beyond to get anyones needs taken care of.
Been living here for almost a year. It’s a decent place. But the biggest problem is that they make you choose only one internet provider, Onesource Communications. If you’ve never heard of one source we’ll do yourself a favor and google them. Easily the worst internet provider I’ve ever had. It’s ridiculous that this is the only option. Everyone I talk to in the complex has the same complaint. So, Watervue drop Onesource and get a more credible internet provider. This is beyond annoying.
Wow this place is a dump. Had two flat tires in the parking lot in the last month from all of the crap laying around. Then the jerks towed my car! We registered the cars and gave them all the info make model plate number etc. Its all there on the Residents Portal and they tow my car anyway. $298.50 tow bill! Management is completely incompetent.
Seven months and no pool. August in Texas and the pool has been closed for renovations since February! They keep blaming contractors but who hired the contractors? Watervue! Who ticked off the contractors? Watervue! Not the first time Ive had to deal with incompetence from them.
The Manager, and this beautiful lil lady “MC” are the nicest women and extremely talented at making sure my partner and myself are very happy and comfortable living here at Watervue! ALSO made my experience moving in FUN and easy!THANKS TO EVERYONE AT WATER VUE APARTMENTS!Five thumbs up!!!!!!!
I love this place!! The new management is wonderful and I am in love with the events they are now doing and the upgrades! I am not someone that does reviews unless I absolutely have had a fabulous experience or a horrible one and I love all of the changes the management is making! Keep up the great work guys!

2022-02-16Watervue is a beautiful community with an amazing staff. The manager, Katrina was so helpful and accommodating. The leasing team, I believe they’re Chasity & Amya, we’re welcoming and kind. The maintenance team is the BEST! Daniel, Orlando & Scott (I believe) are always on it! I see them daily working on-site to ensure that Watervue is kept up. When I do have a request, the guys are prompt and kind. Watervue is a wonderful place to call home!

2022-06-14I stayed at Watervue for a year and while I was there it was a mostly pleasant experience. The pool was open (until new management came) and most people living there are friendly. The only issue that happened during my stay was they added more reserved parking, which made it harder for us to find places to park if we didnt want to pay extra each month. The reason that I am rating them 1 star is upon vacating my residence, I spoke with the nice woman at the front desk and she said that since she couldnt pull up my rent for the remaining days of my lease, they would give me a call if I owed them any more rent. Well, they didnt. In fact, the only reason I know I owe them more money is because I checked their billing site out of curiosity. To my surprise I saw that I not only owed them more money, but I received a late fee for not paying on time. I figured that they would remove this late fee because I was literally told not to worry about it and that they would call me. However management refuses to remove this 50 dollar charge on my bill even though I paid on time every month and this lapse of communication was their doing. So here I go, paying my 50 dollars.

2022-05-06Really unfortunate this place is advertised as luxury. I’ve moved in 6 months ago and not only have I gone an entire month without AC, working Dryer, working dishwasher and a broken cabinet I’ve made multiple requests to get these fixed. The pool is broken so don’t expect to go swimming anytime soon. Last month the entire fort worth police station was here with the SWAT team to blow open a tenants door. No one cleans up after their dogs. The kids here take the duck eggs from around the ponds and smash them on the sidewalks. The complex was bought by another company this month so hopefully they can turn this place around and I can change my review. I spoke to the assistant office manager and he was polite, hopefully he can get things in order.UPDATE: New staff is absolutely pathetic. Grown adult women much older then me have very horrible attitudes. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!This place is not luxury, it’s a gentrified trashcan.

2022-06-29The change in ownership damaged the quality of living and the experience after moving out has been atrocious. When they changed ownership, their online payment system was shut down and we were all asked to pay our rent at the front office. We did so successfully and were told wed be contacted if we owed them any additional money (we were moving out before the new online payment system was put in place). We moved out and never heard from Watervue. Recently, we decided to double check their new system to see if we still owed them anything. They charged us a few additional days of rent along with a late fee for missing our payment although we were told we had no outstanding charges or rent due. They also charged over $500 in cleaning/painting fees due to a paint bucket and sign left by their maintenance team that was there before we moved in. The sign noted that the paint was unfinished and needed to be completed in a few rooms and was signed by their maintenance team. We have picture proof but they chose to bill us for this anyway. While trying to contact the offices about the charges and late fees, we have not been able to reach the office. The first several calls went straight to voicemail and eventually the line was disconnected. We kept trying to call and finally got in touch with their office and were told that the manager wouldnt waive the fees. When we asked to speak with the manager to explain our situation or discuss options, we were told it wasnt possible to talk to him directly. They wouldnt allow us to make an appointment or stay on hold to speak to the manager and we were told we just had to call and be lucky enough to talk to him whenever he was free. We asked when that might be and they wouldnt tell us.The rest of our experience living there was okay. We had an online forum to discuss things with other residents but management would block or delete posts expressing valid concerns to avoid conflict. The resident events were fun. The pool was out of commission often and left to turn bright green (see another reviews drone picture for reference) and there was lots of animal poop on the sidewalks. The parking spaces were hard to come by due to the addition of more reserved spaces that residents didnt want to pay for. I wouldnt have minded these things if it werent for the complete mess its been dealing with them after moving out. If you move here good luck.

2022-04-14There is better value for your money out there. Property is dirty and unkept. Dog bag dispensers are frequently out so people just leave their pet waste. Our vehicles had 3 different theft or damages occur here. Property has no security cameras. Not even facing the gates. Trash valet constantly fails to pick up trash. I will say for the most part the staff is nice. The photo is of the pool. It looked like this multiple times throughout the year. Dog park water fountain always broken.

2022-06-27If i could give 0 stars I would. I have chronic asthma and tend to get sick quite often. I had been sick for probably a month and a half straight and couldnt figure out what was going on. Difficulty breathing, coughing, headaches etc. we moved in and march and things have been pretty okay until this. my boyfriend had been cleaning our apartment and noticed spots on one of the vents above our cabinets. he took off the vent and saw this mold and the inside of the vent. and when i saw this i audibly gasped because how does it get this bad with no one treating or or cleaning it let alone inspecting it. after that i called my doctor and she confirmed that that is what definitely could be causing me to get sick. we check the rest of the vents in the house and our main hallway vent doesnt even have a duct? it just opens into and empty space in the frame work. not only did we put in a maintained request to have this fixed and cleaned but its been 4 days since we heard back even though they have phtotos. and know how serious this issue could be. cant wait for our lease to bee over here. just issue after issue. avoid them.

2022-01-26Please don’t move here , the management team is very unprofessional & unresponsive they will literally quote you for one price than raise it & act like everything is fine, also the manager doesn’t even answer phone calls she only answers via email please save your time & stay far away from this establishment , they are also taking peoples admin fees and applications while the rental isn’t even ready i advise everyone who is deciding to move into this establishment to beware and pay attention to the fine detail that this is not a real “luxury” establishment it is nothing more than a establishment that is trying to be luxury. much love to you all and i hope and pray that y’all find your home destination.

2022-05-07First day I walked in the apartment there was cockroach all over the places, and It was our first place in TX, so I thought that is normal, we bought a lot of product to get rid of them and we could not, I went down to the apartment office and JESSY was so rude to us and she said well the apartment was clean prior moving in and made me feel like I was the reason for bringing them to the apartment, and than I found out that a lot of neighbors are complaining from same issue, and they wanted us to empty the kitchen and the bathroom completely and clean every inch, even to take the stove out and clean behind it so the pest control will go in and take care of it, even though that should have done prior to moving in, and than when I told her that she said oh we did not know that the apartment was not clean!!!!And I’m not only talking about one rude person, most of the staff including the manager are so unprofessional and have no idea how to work on customer service as if you’re working for them or something!!Second of all, the grace specially around the water fountain is fall of dogs waste and trash like its literally everywhere which is so nasty.Even the fitness center doesn’t have follow the proper sterilization inside there is hand sanitizer, sanitizer wipes, sanitizer spray and paper towels, so basically you go work out collect some germs and then go home to transmit the germs to your family. Most of the gym’s equipment are expired already and treadmills have this cranky sound when you turn it on, one of the Elliptical has a broken power cord forever and never been replaced, the ground Matt is ripped off and I was about to fall on the bar because of that and never been fixed.Other wise I like the apartment plan itself, the location is the best specially that walmart is next door and lots of shopping stores.Lastly I think this complex is way over priced for what it’s offered

2022-04-27Have been calling for two weeks to get garbage disposal unit fixed still no one showed up. Our grass on the backyard haven’t been taken cared of for such a long time that the grass is as tall as it gets to my knees! After talking to management they said they will start cutting grass on summer, however, why our neighbors grass has been cut and well kept?! Trash doesn’t get picked up on time or not at all. Dog waste is everywhere! Owners dont clean up after their pet. Very disappointed
