Ive been fortunate to have had the opportunity to be invited to one of the fabulous fete events. I say events because it wasnt just a wedding, it was an experience. Everything was absolutely beautiful from the moment i pulled up to the venue, and the attention to detail was not lost on me. The staff was very professional and willing to go out of their way to make sure that not only the wedding party had a great time, but the guests as well. The wedding ran very smooth with seamless transitions from one surprise to the other. Kristin Butler, I applaud you and your staff and I highly recommend Fabulous Fete for anyone who would like a memorable experience that guests will talk about for years.

I was recently the maid of honor in a wedding and was appalled with the service. Kristin was late to every wedding planning meeting including being 20 min late to the actual wedding rehearsal (without any apologies). She only recommended companies that she appeared to get kickbacks on for venues, florists, etc. In her contract with the bride and groom she actually has a clause that they arent allowed to write any negative reviews. She was condescending to the bride on several occasions and even to the grooms mother at one point. Their staff completely took over the bridal suite prior to the wedding with all their bins, binders, etc. It looked more like an event planning office than a bridal suite. The bridal party couldnt even put our gowns on in privacy. While I was changing they propped the door wide open and had several of their team members walking in and out. The ceremony was conducted by the sweetest, older rabbi, when he finished the ceremony, nobody on their team made sure he had help getting down the stairs and he fell down the stairs. The focal points requested for the decor were not executed correctly. No announcements were made during the wedding reception about the photo booth outside, the desert bar, etc (this was on their list of duties they knew they were suppose to execute). There was waitstaff making out in the broom closet during the reception. When they returned the guest book and other items they were suppose to return the next day, they had thrown the wet bouquets on top of everything. This destroyed the few photos that did manage to get taken in the booth and other items inside. I am writing this because not only do I feel so bad for my dear friend that had this all happen during one of the most special events of her life but also so other woman dont make the same mistake! Go with another planner!!!

Kristin planned my out of state wedding. Working with her took the stress off of me as a bride and my parents as she knows everything to do! I would highly recommend her if you want your wedding to be magazine beautiful, have low to zero stress and enjoy yourself. Side note: She is really good at dealing with difficult people (not that any of us know anyone like that during a wedding! ;))

I was a brides maid at a wedding recently that Kristin did. It was so amazing it took everyones breath away. The bride and her mom were literally crying they were so happy. It was the most well organized, well run, beautifully designed wedding Ive ever attended and Ive been to too many to count.

Omg wow. Im not easily impressed but wow.. I was a brides maid over the summer and it was the most fun Ive had in a while. My gosh this company is on point! And sooooo sweet. My friends grandma unexpectedly needed special assistance and they were so so sweet and helpful and had everything everyone needed before they even knew they needed it. All the girls are so helpful and efficient and nice. If I had to described them in one phrase, it would be ON TOP OF IT.This was easily the most beautiful and fun wedding Ive been to. Cant wait to use them for mine xoxoxoxo

Kristin Butler is currently my wedding planner and their team is efficient, organized, professional, known as the “best” by word of mouth in town- from vendors and previous brides. Beautiful weddings and I can’t wait for my own with them. Have been in weddings with them and they do a really amazing, stress free wedding day for the family!

Fabulous Fête did an AMAZING job planning my wedding in June. Every detail was absolutely beautiful and the day completely stress free. Our guests raved about the decor, entertainment, welcome baskets, and organization. The entire team was so helpful and nice. With my busy schedule, I’m so glad they were in control. I never had to worry about a thing!

Her service is terrible! She shows up late and is unprofessional. She never informs guests about what activities were available to them, making the experience not fun nor interactive with what the party was planned. Her fees are horrifically high. She never uses recommendations and her source of people are not worth what you pay for. Do NOT recommend this service! Highly expensive for bad work.

Our experience with Kristen Butler was not positive. She made our daughter feel like her wedding at the Perot science Museum was below her standards. She was unresponsive, sloppy with paperwork, sent us reports from other people‘s weddings, and was difficult in refunding money after the wedding was postponed indefinitely due to quarantine. This was settled through legal means. Our daughter had a stunning backyard wedding anyway and it went so much better than the big wedding would have been! We were glad to not be dealing with such an unkind person at this joyous time. She also messed up a friend’s 50th wedding anniversary. Be forewarned – she does not attend the actual event!
