DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I made an appointment for some pain I was having and went ahead and decided to do a physical. I was told that since I had pain and wanted a physical as well that it would be coded differently for insurance purposes and I was ok with that. The wait was very long. I finally get called back and the young lady sits me down to draw my blood. She had a hard time finding a vain and said she’d have to use a butterfly and that’s typically the out come when I have my blood taken because I have small vain I guess. She says she using a butterfly loud enough for another nurse sitting at the desk to hear...she screams at her “no don’t use a butterfly!!” The nurse taking my blood tries to explain to her that I really need one and she’s still saying no FROM HER DESK! She then finally gets up feels my arms and “shows” her we’re a vain is and walks away. The other nurse tried to draw blood from it but wasn’t successful. She calls the other nurse back over and tells her she couldn’t get it and the other nurse said she would do it. She then grabs a butterfly!!! The same needle she told the other nurse not to use!!! She was also unsuccessful!! They said they would give me a break and try later. I meet with the doctor she was pleasant. After my visit with her another nurse tries and was successful. The doctor ordered test at another facility. I had them done and they all can back normal. The doctor calls me with the results and said welp that’s it basically didn’t order more test nothing. I went to another doctor they wanted my test results from the blood work I had done. I called over to get them and they said I had to see the doctor first. THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME MY OWN RESULTS!!! Donna or Debby not sure on her name said the reason for that was because they were “abnormal” so after fighting with them all day I finally got them. My new doctor reviews them and and COULD NOT find ONE abnormality!!! They straight up lied!! Causing fear and panic and it was absolutely WRONG!!!! I’m so grateful I got a second opinion if I hadn’t I’d still be in pain or worse!!!
Long wait time. Always behind schedule. Appt at 11am not seen till 1p and that’s only because I threatened to leave and wanted my co -pay back. Yep, they didn’t wanna cough up the cash so they tended to me. Service was bad horrible Dr office. Wish I could give -star.
Dr. Syed’s professionalism and her experience are not the only appreciated things at Westchase Health Clinic. It’s the personalized patient care provided by the Medical Assistants and great follow up on appointments and reports by the staffs, which makes Weastchase Health Clinic one of the best in Houston area.
Doctor is good, place is shabby, rooms are smelly, staff is extremely disorganized. So, is the doctor really good? Yes if everything was standalone. But as a system, it’s a fail.
Even if you have a appointment you still have to wait for 2 hours. doctor is ok but all the staff members are rude and unprofessional.
Dr. Syed and her staff are very attentive and thorough. Glad to have her as my doctor.
Wonderful clinic, wonderful, helpful and very nice staff, most important a wonderful doctor. Worth the 20 minute wait. Highly recommend it.
I will say this place was the biggest scam ever they promised people for $79 they’re going to clean your teeth and give you an x-ray and then when the doctor comes he tells you you need $5000 with the work and they don’t even do the cleaning but they want you to pay the $80 so I warn everybody that comes here not to do it

2022-06-07I used to go there with my wife since it was close to my house. But everytime we will shows up on time for our appointment and see the Doctor 2h later. She will not even apologize receiving us 2h after our scheduled time even when I spelled it out. Also, She always keep up forcing to get flu-shot and even writing the prescription for it. I wonder why? To charge the Insurance 🤔? Worse of worse the receptionist keep making appointments that we are not aware of and they will send missed appointment fees. The place is clean but my time has a value too. I am ok for 30min delay, but not almost 2h EVERYTIME (morning or afternoon). I will look for a different one this year and see how things goes. Also never really have any special feeling after a visit. Just like ok.

2022-05-08Receptionist made a followup appointment, although we request not to make appointment at that time, well call back. Receptionist still made the appointment, patient left the country in few days so unable to receive any local calls. When she got back, they informed us that she didnt show-up for appointment and charged us no show. I think they are running scam there and trying to cheat their patient for pathetic no show charge. Please stay away from these people.

2021-08-17Not recommended. I had an appointment 8am as well as 4 others waiting at the same time. Come to find out the doctor doesnt even show up to the office until 9am. Waste of time! Had to leave because I had to work, and no follow up on the other appointment I was supposed to go to that same day.

2018-07-18Dr. Syed was very knowledgeable, and very polite. I was amazed with the level of service. I was getting inpatient waiting but, the wait was well worth it. I noticed Dr. Syed, takes the time to get to know you, she is not the typical 2 minute doctor. She sat down and explained everything in detail. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely return. Thanks to her and her staff. :)

She has wonderful manners and she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and help address them perfectly. Overall, I was pleased with my visit and I plan on returning because Dr. Syed is such a great doctor along with her friendly staff.

2019-10-15I would not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy, they are a scam, staff is rude and the most important thing that they will nickle and dime you, Ive been charger for things Ive never asked for, I had my annual check up and the doctor asked for my medical history, I told her about a couple of things that I had in the past. Five months later I got a $220 bill as a medical visit, I dont know where those charges came from.I called to talk with them, and the lady who answered my call was like This is not our problem, you have to pay or call your insurance to pay.
