I have only one complaint living here and thats they need to order MY coffee for the office! Those girls in the office Sarah and Nadia are extraordinary So creative !! Always throwing fun events and suprise me with cute gifts! Ive seen some negative residents here and read some comments and you cant make everyone happy ladies but thanks for trying. Keep up the good work!
Almost 9 months pregnant and have been w/ out ac for over a month. Rent is 1200 when in reality it’s supposed to be 920. Have called cooperate office multiple times because the people at the office have done nothing to fix AC. The maintenance man comes in looks at the thermostat and leaves. Temp has been on 79 for over a month. I’m almost 9 months pregnant with a 2 year old in an apartment with a broken AC while it’s 100 + degrees outside. This is a nightmare!!!!!! If I could leave 0 starts I would. Save your money and don’t rent from this company or place!!!
I am on the first floor so I get some bug problems which I understand and the maintenance staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive to all my questions and take action to solve the problem and I am very impressed.My rent increasd by only 15$ after a year which shocked me. The area is pretty safe and I would recommend these to anyone. The office staff especially Sarah is so kind and helpful always welcoming with a huge smile on her face, im greatful that they have someone that truly cares about the community and is always willing to do that little extra for everyone!
The new owners have really put in some work and it shows! The Maintenance guys are amazing working outside of buisness hours. There are so many cute features like the new pool furniture and the dog park. Such a great sense of community around here proud to call it home.
Awful place to live. Management doesnt respond to tenant concerns. They give no notice when refinishing bathtubs in units connected to your apt. Several times last night being one my eyes were burning my throat was burning and my lungs from fumes. Called office numerous times about the toxic fumes. Never got a response. Roaches are also an issue!!!!!!! They will raise fees with no warning! I watched them paint over unit numbers under carports then start charging 25$ per month for parking under carports......carport area floods everytime it rains! They close work orders before job is completed! This is not a place you want to live! Its depressing being a tenant here as this is my home. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT TENANTS OR TENANT CONCERNS!!!!!!
Was charged a day late fee on rent. Yes admittedly accidentally got my days confused asked if they could be waived she does not have the authority to do such thing. I run to Kroger to grab a money order. I pull back up at apartment and apartment manager Nadia is leaving before office evens closes. And stated over the phone as long as you bring money order with date on it no further fees will be added. So this tells you right there she can waive such things but chooses not to. I have had nothing but problems with these apartments. I get people don’t pay rent but I am on time with mine. Corporate office has been contacted on how she runs things.
Ive lived here for almost 5 years and it was a pretty decent place to live. But with the new management company things seem to have gone downhill. Each unit used to have one assigned space in the covered parking, that was free. Now, its $25/month if you want a covered spot which has made the parking situation around the complex a disaster. People constantly taking up two spots, trucks hopping the curb and parking in grass. Half the spots are vistor parking which is really just their way of making money because you get so fed up with the parking that you pay for a covered spot. Pot holes are all over the parking lot, overflow parking which is another visitor spot has pot holes so deep your guest is likely to damage toTheir undercarriage just trying to get a spot to park. Over brought my concerns up to the front office and Ive been ignored.
Just help some friends move into this apartment complex. Their apartment is small but well arranged and able to fit both of them and their two children with ease. It has several areas for storage and wide open dining living room area. It looks like a nice place

They leave children with no air conditioning for days during a time of need. Do not bring a fan or a window unit! Roaches running around from apartment to apartment! Remodeling consists of them painting over bath tubes dirt grim and all. Id rather live in the woods with no charge!
New Management is doing a great Job I went by last week and the leasing agent and the manager went out of the way to make sure I got to see a nice apartment that could be mine in a short time. I do not remember the name of the new management company but they are doing great things,
Been living here for nearly two years and we have been having roach problems for over six months. The office refuses to do anything about it. Weve bombed twice and had them come spray several times. The office says that they come spray at least once a month. Lies. My husband is home during the day and works evenings and hasnt seen them in months and when they do come, they just spray a bit and then just stand around and leave making it look like they were here for a while to spray.
I received a birthday card from the leasing office, been here for over 2 yrs and never felt this much appreciated. There was a pool party recently and we enjoyed it with my family
Im a very happy tenant, the new management is great i had a previous request for the last 2 years and FINALLY someone took me seriously. I feel appreciated and im willing to stay here for a long time thank you all for the great changes
Move in was smooth, very nice apt and the process was such a great one, Nadia helped me get into my home, helping me connect my electric and also very helpful since day 1. is very quiet too
The best Apts in Alvin tx, i lived in 2 other and this have been the best so far. I have a renovated unit with a good price and the community is quiet, planning to stay for a good while

Office ladys suck they are rude. You tell them one thing then they act like you never said anything! Hate this place, you cant have anyone stay the night more than 3 days a week! If the rent is paid who cares who stys the night?
Rent keeps going up, started off paying 727 now at like 850, and when I moved in they didn’t fix anything and charged me for all of it even when I wrote everything Down on the paper, water always gets turned off and won’t inform you till it’s off. Terrible place to live

I liked the customer service, the truth was, the lady who attended me is called Nadia and very friendly and attentive. Helped us find our new home in difficult times
If you are looking for a nice and nice place I recommend this place is very calm and I never have problems in my apartment I plan to stay here a lot longer because I do not think it better than here in this area.

2022-06-04Well now that I left this place upper management is finally gone .Don’t rent from this place roaches are so bad there falling off the ceiling ,they were not paying your rent like they should have been ,utilities were messed up 4 times out of the year I lived there .no no actual bill to show what your utilities were for gas or water in three months at a time we had a $300 water bill, and in this pick if you look in the corner the roaches are sitting there making more roaches and I left the place spotless and still won’t give me back my deposit

2021-12-16The landlord sends out emails on everything over but did not send or seem concernd when my vehicle was damaged twice black guy windshield busted and she havent said a word about it Rent high water trash gas bills change every month never lower.... black people dont stand a chance over here

Respectful Maintenance takes very great care of the property, grounds , they complete work orders quickly. Inside units are beautiful ,spacious and luxurious!! Very quiet and peaceful community, location is super great close to everything and bigger cities. Priscilla and Carmen host great community parties for the holidays and contest my children and I love💛Highly recommend!!!!💜💜💗💗😍😍🙏👏

2020-11-13If you’re looking for a place to live that is infested with roaches then look no further! You’ve come to the right place. We’ve done everything from bombing, regular pest control but nothing seems to work. In fact it only seems to get worse. Would never recommend these apartments, sure management is nice and they seem good at there job, but that doesn’t make up for the infestations going on.

2019-06-14If youre looking for a great apartment complex, stop looking! MANAGEMENT and staff are great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experience. The Maintenance staff is awesome and will resolve any issues quickly. This is unusual in apartment homes. Property is well kept and the apartments are nice . The staff does a great job sending emails and messages keeping everyone informed its a comforting. We love it here !! Thanks Nadia for everything youre truly a blessing to the property glad to have you!! Finally some team work!! Keep it up.

2019-06-12I just want to say how blessed I was to find this apartment. From the first call with Sarah to us moving in, it has truly been a great and amazing experience. Sarah and Nadia has made my family feel like we are part of their family and not just tenants. Its a breath of fresh air living here!🙏🙏

2019-01-07Was very impressed with Westwood Park Apartments! I was very impressed with Sarah she was exceptional from the very first phone call till the time I came and looked at the place and said I wanted to lease the apartment. If your looking for a place in Alvin dont look any further than Westwood Park and make sure you talk to Sarah she is awesome! Also the building and maintenance supervisor Cornelius is on top of everything I had a few small issues that needed to be taken care of and it was handled inside of 30 minutes and he is very friendly with all the tenants and he just makes the whole place and experience feel like home

To the end of our second lease nothing had been fixedIn two years they changed owners twice and management companies 3 timesNumerous maintenance requests were opened then closed with no repairs madeThe complex dumpsters always had trash old furniture piled up around itThe parking was assigned one spot when we moved in they then took said one spot and started charging even though they knew there was not enough open parking for all tenantsThe roaches are out of control they charge for extermination but it never gets doneWe put in our 2 months notice and moved out thank god but at the time we moved the same issues with appartment in two years had never been fixedThe management team says one thing then does something shady like close work ordersEven putting in notice was a joke with no office working took over a week to get notice put inBest advice pass it by they do not take care of the property after two years when it rains the parking lot still flooded
