We have taken our dogs here twice and the first stay things went well. For the second stay our dogs stayed longer and when they came home one of them had a visibly swollen paw and her hips are bothering her. Prior to going in she was fine and had no issues. When we called to discuss the problem the girl who answered said well that’s interesting…which didn’t make us feel to great to start off the conversation. She spoke to some of the kennel techs and groomer to see if anything had happened. Kennel techs said our dog was walking fine and the groomer mentioned for her bath all was okay. It’s important to note our dogs did not get a bath and when I called this out the girl I was speaking with then changed her story and said oh yes I mean prior to them getting a bath they left before. Unfortunately this all just feels too convenient and doesn’t instill a lot of trust.
Bring my dogs here every Monday, love it here, they also post the pictures of the dogs that come to daycare every Monday. I strongly recommend this place, I did a lot of research. Also they have a pool for the dogs to play in! We’re going to buy a package soon of daycare credit so we’ll get a better price too.
I have been coming here for years, back when it was Dogs Day Out. They are always so sweet to my dog. I love that I dont have to worry about her happiness or safety. They have recently upgraded a lot of the technology so now I even often get pics of the dog texted to me on a report card! Keep up the good work! It is appreciated!
I’ve been leaving my fur baby here for almost a year if not a year and they never disappoint. He loves the people and they take great care of him. The staff is extremely professional and nice with GREAT communication. If you want a place that will take great care your dog and keep you at ease then this is the place for you!
We used the Wet Nose Lodge and Spa for the first time during Christmas break, it was GREAT. We got updates everyday on how our dog was doing and pictures too! Would definitely recommend them to everyone!
The team here is great. They have built an environment where dogs feel comfortable while the owners are away. Its so nice to be to travel and not have to worry about how my dogs are. They send an update daily and post videos so you can see your fur baby playing. Way to go Wet Nose Lodge.
This is a wonderful place for your dog to stay for their own vacation when they are unable to join you. Communication is excellent, and they truly seem to care about your fur babies. You get daily “report cards” with a picture via email every day around the same time, which is something we were always excited about while away, and really brings peace of mind. This is a trustworthy place with trustworthy people working there. We always have our babies bathed after their stay, and they come home happy, tired, and smelling and feeling amazing!
I took my dog to be boarded for a little over a week. I thought all was going well until I went to pick himUp. He was supposed to get groomed for the day of pick up. When I got there, they were not quite done and I was waiting in the lobby. I could hear himBarking and yelping on the other side of the door. When he finally came out, there was a trail of blood behind him. I looked at his foot and noticed that most of the nails were trimmed WAAAAAAY too short, and well into the quick. I was shocked. I have never ever had any groomers cut nails like that in any of my animals, ever! It was scary, because I trusted them with my dog, and I could not believe that they could be so careless. I understand if you accidentally cut one a little short. But not so many nails and so short! That is not an accident. That is negligence and incompetence. Plain and simple. Do not get your dog groomed here!!!! Worst experience ever
Left my 3 dogs and they all caught kennel cough from there. Thankfully they were vaccinated and per my vet they get it from other dogs and in a boarding place
I love to bring our dog here! Briscoe is a rescue and is still adapting to his environment. I was nervous initially when we first got to Wet Nose because i wasn’t sure how his temperament would be. After completing training and bringing him for daycare, i know this is the spot for him. They take such good care of him and we always have a piece of mind bringing him here! Thank you for making my fur baby feel at home!!!!!!
Google : Wet Nose Lodge & SpaReview :I came in for a tour not too long ago, because we are first time boarders & I was able to walk right in and ask the receptionist to look around, and she didn’t hesitate to take me around the facility! I was very impressed, the kennels were very clean, smelled awesome in the back, dogs all had belongings in their kennels & looked very happy to be there. There was staff walking around in the back giving out waters & they were all very polite & nice. They also, offer turf yards for daycare & the dogs out there were having the best time. Will definitely be dropping my dogs off this summer!We looked at multiple facilities in the radius of Wet Nose Lodge & Spa, and this one was by far the most pleasant to walk in to.
Great place! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and you can tell everyone genuinely loves caring for animals. My dogs get excited every time we go there. I wouldnt take my beloved pets anywhere else!
There is no other place in Texas that I would take my dog!!! Wet Nose Lodge & Spa is the perfect place for her as they treat our Sasha (and all the dogs there) like family. The facility is immaculate, there is plenty of things for the dogs to do and space for them to run and have fun . The training there Is top notch! After having a pet sitter for the last 5yrs, she decided to move and I was so sad not knowing what we should do for our dogs care. So I started asking around and I was referred to Wet Nose by a few different people. So we decided to try it out. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, I love how they have turf and have it separated by dog size. The pool looks great too. I love how I don’t have to book an appt for daycare and can drop off on my way to work and pick up on my way home. Y dog looks happy there, she walks me right in when I drop her off. She definitely tired when we get home and I’m happy she gets to socialize. Thanks for caring and loving my Leona!
This was our first time for our two dogs. We were very impressed with the attention and love our dogs received. Being away from your pets and receiving a daily report card with a picture and update of your dog puts your mind at ease and assuring they’re getting the best care. We love this place! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable — top notch customer service. My sweet pup Lola loves coming here and spending time with her friends at daycare. It’s really comforting to know we’re leaving our baby in the hands of people who really have the hearts to care for her. We love getting the report cards and pictures at the end of the day. She comes home happy and wore out after every visit and is always excited to go back.
We started taking our 1.5 yo German Shepherd to daycare once a week for several weeks before we boarded him for the weekend. It was my first time doing doggie daycare and boarding so I was super nervous about leaving my dog with strangers. I am new to having a big young dog as I usually adopt old senior dogs who lay around and do nothing all day. After the second daycare trip he didnt want to leave. I practically had to drag him out and pick him up (64lbs) and put him in my car. He loves it so much at Wet Nose Lodge that he doesnt want to come home. That itself is reassuring that they treat the dogs awesome and take good care of them. I am a working mom with a toddler and a senior dog so he doesnt get as much play time at home except when we throw the ball around the backyard. He gets plenty of love and attention running around with his new pup friends at doggie daycare. Wet Nose Lodge came highly recommended by my sister who also uses them for daycare, training, and boarding for her dog. We are super pleased with how much this has helped our GSD and we will continue to use Wet Nose Lodge.
Excellent place to leave my puppy for lodging. They send a report card each day with a picture of how shes doing. She gets to be in daycare during the day and play with other dogs. This last time I added a bath before I picked her up and she was smelling soo good and she had on the cutest hankercheif. She is always happy when I pick her up.
This was my dogs first experience boarding and the staff at Wet Nose couldn’t have accommodated us better. They sent a report card once a day about how my dog was doing and they made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. I couldn’t be more impressed by the communication! They were even able to give him a bath before I picked him up so he was fresh coming home 🥰 Highly recommend.
Wet Nose is family to my pup Reno. They care for him like hes their own and ensure he has the best time possible with every visit. I can tell he has the time of his life and I appreciate the staff for keeping my Pom Pom safe as they separate dogs by size during play.Prices are affordable, the team is flexible, responsive to calls and texts, and offer daily report cards with pictures when boarding. I have used their services in the past and present. Most recently, I boarded Reno and had him groomed before I picked him up and let me tell you, the groomer is by far one of the best to ever pamper him! His coat was soft, even, smelled good and had his scarf on 😊 Lastly, the grounds are absolutely gorgeous - well maintained and tons of space for your doggy to run and play.Well definitely see you all soon!
Wet Nose lodge is amazing. They came highly recommended from my coworker. My dog loves it there. They were able to train my pit bull as a new dog mom this was essential. I drive 45 mis away to board my because I know he’s in great caring hands. I highly recommend Wet Nose lodge for training and boarding. Their prices are resonable they’re professional and courteous. This the only place for my dogs.

We dropped off both of our dogs for a couple days of boarding. Our dogs haven’t been boarded in a couple years so we weren’t sure how they would do, but they did great and we have the staff to thank for that! An hour after dropping our pups off, I text and asked how they were doing. I received a response in 5 minutes from the front desk. I love the daily report cards, it put me at ease. We will definitely be going back.
We have two pups about 2 years in age that have been going to doggy day care for the past two months. The staff takes photos and posts them on Facebook and our dogs look so happy. The staff is very friendly and we love that our dogs get plenty of playtime and attention. We also love that they are tired out at the end of the day. True signs of happy dogs. They just recently put in turf in the play area so now the dogs can play and stay clean! It rocks!
My 11month old puppy loves daycare at Wet Nose. All the humans know her name and she loves not only playing but all the cuddles they give her too. I also love all the photos they post on Facebook and the daily report card! I drive 20 minutes, past other closer options because I love it and my puppy loves so much!
My 8 month old German Shepherd loves boarding here! The daily updates give me peace of mind that she is doing well and enjoying her time. I would 100% recommend Wet Nose Pet Lodge to anyone.
We travel 45 minutes to kennel our dog here. It’s fabulous and he loves it! The doggie daycare option is so wonderful, allowing him ample playtime each day and not being in a room. His lodging is large and indoor and he enjoys amenities like the tuck in service and puppy ice cream! Truly wonderful staff and the facility is super clean! Highly recommended!!!
Enjoy the experience and services so friendly helpful and do a good job taking pictures and small details as a little bow tie to our dog so clean and been here like 4 to 5 times I will continue to go here I belive its like 50-60 bucks for full groom hair cut and bath and all reasonable pricing
This is the absolute best boarding place I have ever brought my dogs. Cristina is very friendly and made sure that my babies were going to be okay. Checking in was smooth. The facility is extremely clean and I felt very comfortable leaving my babies with Wet Nose Lodge for a whole week while I was out of town. My dogs spent time enjoying the sun and playing in the pool. I think they had more fun on their vacation than me. I definitely will be back on my next trip!
Perla helped me out through the entire process, she is so helpful and on top of that she was amazing with taking care of my dog. I would go to her for all my training reasons. I know who I’m going to ask for when I need to train my dog and have my get a refresher. She is so knowledgeable and I trust her completely with my fur babies. If you want someone who is going to take the time with dog then she is my top recommendation.

The welcome we get each time is so heart warming “we just love [insert pet name]”. They are thorough, they are precise, they aren’t afraid to ask questions. These people are great they always take such good care of my dog Roman. He’s a handful but always comes home smelling amazing the groomer is the best. The pricing is also PHENOMENAL! Best place in town for your dog to have a fun playful day.

This was our first boarding experience and it was amazing! The Wet Nose family cared for our furrbaby as if she were their own. The staff made us feel safe knowing how well they were loving on our Millie Bell--as she is very shy, but absolutely loveable! Ive recommended Wet Nose to several people due to our experience, and will be back again this summer!
The employees there are very friendly and professional. They did a great job. My dog was happy when I picked her up. When they brought her out, she was wagging her tail. I would recommend Wet Nose to anyone who has a pet. Great Job!!! Their prices are great as well.
This place was great. This was my first time leaving my dog and they made it so easy. My dog is just a puppy so I was very nervous about him interacting with other people and dogs. Staff did a great job explaining everything and letting me know what to expect. I love the fact that the manager is so involved. The daily report cards help put me at ease while away and they even reached out about a bath for my dog at the end of his stay. They were very reasonable and really seemed to care about my dog. You will not regret leaving your beloved pet with them. They were truly amazing!
My mini Aussie is groomed perfectly! Atmosphere is dog friendly, my dog is anxious but she was surprisingly calm (at least calmer than usual). Staff very friendly and professional. Pricing is reasonable and worth every penny!

They are the best! Perla did an awesome job of training our dog, Harper. She had her for 3 weeks and it is night and day. I feel like I have a whole new dog now. In a good way! I will definitely use them for any training or lodging needs in the future.
Been here now several times with my two dogs. Everything has been great staff is super friendly and helpful. All the times I have picked them up dogs are fairly well bathed and in good spirits. The daily report cards is one of the most unique services, love seeing pictures of them and how everything is going. Will be back again on my next trip!

I’ve left my 2 fur babies with Wet Nose Lodge & Spa twice for week long stays. They love it there as told by the daily report card and pictures. The staff is very kind & gentle with much attention paid to detail. They even wash their bedding and blankets and have all their items ready when I pick them up.This last stay I had them groomed as well and was extremely pleased with the groomer Carly.They will definitely be going back for both grooming and Doggie Day Care. ❤️🐾❤️🐾
I am definitely what you call a helicopter dog mom. I brought my large terrier mix Zoey to Wet Nose Spa and got her groomed. I could not have been more pleased. They did exactly what I asked for, and the staff was so welcoming and nice. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. I will be going back for her grooming. Only down side is I would love Zoey to go to play care but latest pick up is at 6 and that’s when I get off work 🥴
Wet Nose Lodge has provided superior service thus far. It was fairly important that I find boarding service that was convenient to my house and the airport. My dog enjoys Wet Nose and I love the fact that they send daily report cards.
I was nervous to board my pups for their first time but Wet Nose Lodge & Spa was absolutely wonderful! I was able to relax on vacation knowing that they were well taken care of. I loved getting the evening report cards with pictures and picking them up freshly bathed. I cannot say enough good things about the staff! I just picked up my big cat Spock from his second time boarding here. First visit was 10 days in September and this last one 7. The staff takes very good care of him and are sad when he leaves !! I love the report cards they send you every night with a picture of your pet and what they did that day. I am very selective where he goes when I am away and I am very happy to have found this place!
This is my go to place for boarding! Its clean and the staff is friendly. I can tell that our pup is in good hands and has a good time while were traveling. He always seems to be in good spirits when we pick him up. I really love seeing the daily report cards and pics of our pup having fun at daycare during his stay.

We have used Wet Nose Lodge and Spa a couple times for both of our dogs. They are very easy to work with and seem to really enjoy working with the dogs. We get pictures with report cards that my wife looks forward to everyday. Very happy with the service we get.
Just picked Izzy up from the 3 week training program and we are so grateful for everything Wet Nose Lodge and Spa staff taught him. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was patient with him and worked to get him adjusted. The facility is clean, the dogs are happy, and there is nothing better than leaving your dog somewhere you know they will be safe and well taken care of. We will be back soon! My dog is 5 months and was boarded for the first time. I did lots of research on different places, and when I went to visit this place I knew it was the place for my pup! When I went to visit they gave me a little goodie bag full of stuff for both my pup and I too! My dog was boarded for a week here. Being my first time away from my pup I was nervous. The staff put my mind at ease with all the pictures and daily report card updates. My pup loved his premium nature walks each day and his puppy ice cream! We will be back soon for puppy school where I know he will be in great care and learn a lot!
Our golden retriever puppy just finished the 21 day training program here and we are very pleased with the results!!! Lucy had so much fun there and they took great care of her! We would get daily report cards with pictures or videos and the staff was really good at communicating with us throughout her stay.

This past week was the first time we’ve needed to lodge our cat and my daughter was in tears, so sad to leave her pet. When we got to Wet Nose, they made her feel so much better and she knew her cat would be safe and happy. We received daily updates with pictures and videos. We were able to enjoy our vacation without her being worried. Wet Nose staff were so kind and attentive. We will definitely use them again!
The facility is spotless, the caretakers are extremely attentive, the price is excellent, the service is very professional, and the entire experience was beyond my expectations. My dog was happy and received so much attention and love from the caretakers. I definitely recommend Wet Nose Lodge and Spa for your pet. You wont be disappointed. A+++
My dog loves staying at the Wet Nose Lodge & Spa. He runs to the door to get in when we take him there. I love getting his daily report card so we can see him playing with other dogs and going into the pool. They take excellent care of him. Were happy and hes happy.
I took my dogs to Wet Nose Lodge and Spa during Christmas break and I immediately felt comfortable with them being there. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming from the time to step foot into the lobby. The lobby, is clean and fun, offering up a “raw bar” for doggie treats for purchase as well as other goodies for your pooch. My favorite part of their stay was the daily electronic report card on both pooches with pictures included! I could tell in the first pics that both dogs were unsure of their stay, but it was so nice to see in pictures them relaxing and enjoying their time there. I had them bathe the babies and when I picked them up they were happy and yummy smelling with a cute little bandera around their necks. I look forward to stays with Wet Nose in the future!
I picked my daughter’s dog up for her here while my daughter was out of town and the staff was amazing. I was not really aware of what my daughter dropped off for her dog or what I really needed to do for the whole process, and the had all her belongings ready for me, washed and smelling great as well as walking me through the whole process of checking out process with ease.My daughter was pleased, when I called and told her great customer-service!
Went to my first individual class with my puppy today. They were very friendly the second I walked in. They took the time to explain everything in detail as well as ask me if I had any questions or concerns. I think the individual class was very good. It gave them the chance to give my puppy the full attention. They also cut my puppies nails gave her treats and toys. I recommend them to anyone looking to train their dog. I will continue to go back no doubt! Overall fantastic!

I had my love trained here in April, theres no words! Went on vacation in June that was supposed to be a week and had to extend his stay to 12 days. They are very accommodating. Extremely caring. I got to enjoy my vacation while my baby boy had a blast here. This is the only place to go. I LOVE YOU ALL!!! There wasnt a minute in the day i worried about him and its just an amazing feeling knowing that you can relax and they are in the best care possible. Thank you guys! Its like leaving him with his second family!Also, the training was great. My baby is a Siberian husky with boat loads of energy and now i can sit down and watch a movie while he relaxes by my side. He will patiently wait for his food. Just amazing, a great turn around from where we were before.
My puppy Chief really enjoyed being able to play with all the other dogs there. She came back home all happy and tuckered out and I even got cute pictures and a report for her and how her day went. Will be sending her back again, all around good experience.
I was so happy with my dogs stay and grooming. He looks great and acted normal once I picked him up. He seems happy and treated great. Everyone is really sweet here. At the last min my dog sitter had to cancel. I found wet nose lodge and went to check it out. The ladies in there were amazing. The place was very clean and organized. I expected to smell dog and hear dogs going crazy but that was far from the case. During Duke’s stay they sent me video and pictures with updates each night. He was so very well taken care of. I don’t even plan on utilizing my dog sitter anymore. Thank you everyone at wet nose lodge!
This place is great. Left both my dogs there for a week. They sent daily reports to my phone, and pictures every day. I wasnt able to get home for the pickup day and they assured me that it was no problem and kept them for an additional day. Will definitely be using them again.

This was Codys first time at Wet Nose. The groomer came out to meet Cody and she spent some time with him then he happily went with her. She did a great job on cutting his hair. We definitely will be going back to Wet Nose.
Called to get an appointment in the morning for a groom, the girl that answered said they had space available but I needed to call back when groomer was in, nobody answered the phone in 3 calls, I finally get someone in the evening & book is full , the service at this place is a joke, avoid at all cost
We have used Wet Nose Lodge & Spa several times now and have been happy every time. Douglas is a high energy, Red Heeler and everyone there has mentioned how much they enjoy him. We love getting our daily report cards that include pictures and updates on how he’s doing. It’s nice to pick him up smelling so fresh and clean after a good bath. We’ve actually moved into Houston and continue to take Doug to Wet Nose because he looks so happy and taken care of while we’re away. Highly recommended.
Excellent place for your fur babies ..... Took my pups in for a daycare evaluation .... They both passed and spent the day we got a personalized report card for our pups ( Mila & Kobe) even posted a few photos on FB. Loved the care they took of them both and they slept from the time they got home untill the next day they were so worn out! Immediately booked them for a boarding stay while we are out of town later this month!!!!!! 1000000% recommended!!!!!
The staff was very friendly and very responsive to my requests for information. I made a late reservation for my doggo for this Christmas. They answered me immediately and as soon as he reservation was made, they reached out to our vet for our pups shot records. It was a no hassle experience. On top of that, as soon as we dropped our dog off one of the staff took him and he never even realized he got dropped off. We will definitely use Wet Nose Lodge again and will recommend to our friends and family.
This was our first time visiting. Our fluff is very easy going and loves to get pampered. She took to the office staff immediately and was perfectly groomed. The staff was so kind and attentive and I liked that there were not a ton of animals there. Owners rock too! We will be back next month!

We just used this facility for the second time. Our first stay for our 3 mini schnauzers was back in March 2018 and we paid $75 per day for a deluxe suite. Since then theyve changed their name and raised their prices. I just picked up my girls and was shocked to see that the rate was now $150 per day (which included a surcharge for the holiday week that we were not told about). According to management they sent out an e-mail blast with their new rates which we did not receive (we searched our e-mail to verify). Which, had this been a 10% or 20% increase and I missed the e-mail, that would have been understandable. But a 100% increase? Thats not a sufficient way to notify customers. There was nothing on the counter to indicate new rates when we checked in and no one asked me if I was aware of their new rates (which went into effect within the past 30 days) when I called to book the stay. A 9 day stay with $90 in grooming charges totaled $1,416.12. They claim to send daily updates on your dogs. We received one picture per day of one of our 3 dogs. The staff is nice and friendly but the new rates are too high for us to use them again.

Had 2 dogs groomed today and they look awesome. A very fluffy black and white border collie that was shedding badly and jack russell terrier. They got baths nails trimmed teeth brushed and a shedding treatments. They left no hair in the car on the ride home. I am so happy with their service and will definitely be back.
Our 12 year old Abby had never been boarded before, so we were clearly nervous about leaving her here, but we’re so glad we did! Although she was still shy and a bit anxious (which is what we expected) she did amazing and they took such good care of her! She came back to us so clean and smelling so nice bc we opted the bath treatment. We’re so relieved to have found a good place to leave our girl from now on! Thanks to the entire staff for taking care of our family member.

I was charged a late fee before & was not supposed to be- so they provided a credit for charging me!I was told at that time I should Not have been charged the late fee! May 2nd is a Sunday- I have been told check out for pets on Sundays is between 4:00pm-6:00pm.In regard to your comment- I was providing actual facts of wrong information given! I also provided proof that there were errors! I asked at the time of booking the information & I assumed the information I was provided was accurate & Correct!May 2nd is a Sunday- I have been told check out on Sundays is from 4:00pm-6:00pm! My 11 month old Husky just finished the 21 day Lodge and Learn training program and we are very pleased with the results!!! The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming! Coleman, our Trainer, was very patient from the time I dropped Charlie off to when we picked him up. Upon drop off, He walked us through the entire process of the program and when we picked Charlie up he was very patient to help us learn Charlie’s training commands and answered all our questions. Charlie has learned so much and there has been a huge improvement with his behavior! Charlie had so much fun and they took great care of him; he was also able to participate in the doggy day camp which he loved! Not only did Charlie receive great care and training but a lot of TLC. I would receive daily report cards with pictures or videos showing Charlie’s progress. The entire staff was exceptional and I’m loving my newly trained puppy.
I have been taking my dogs to Wet Nose for boarding and grooming for over a year now, and we love them, everyone there is super nice, the dogs also love the place, they do an amazing job and whats most important to me they treat my pets with lots of love.

My dogs stayed there for two weeks and came back a little spoiled. They were well taken care of and we received an update daily to know how they were doing. I gave 4 stars because they just put a significant price increase in place that will likely prevent us from using them on something this long again. The price increase, if we had to pay it, would have been about 60-70% higher cost. They did a great job but it will be cheaper to use an in-home service next time.
We dropped our 4 fur babies off on the 16th and picked them up yesterday from our vacation. We love getting all of the report cards and the care that they receive. The only negative was that I told them to not put my two dachshunds in the same kennel because they fight in close quarters. They put them in the same kennel and sure enough the fight was on and they had to be separated. No major cuts and scrapes but it still happened. That being said overall we are very pleased with them and we WILL be back. Thanks for loving our babies. Mitch Clark
Brought our dog today and like dogs do she barked. The manager just walks over with a leash and tried to approach her. Well the dog barked more. You don’t do that!! Then said they can’t take our dog because she is aggressive!! We left. Talked to the owner Coleman who said his manager said our dog lunged at her. Complete lie!!! I asked for my $100 refund and he said NO!! Deposits are not refundable. Not their fault they can’t take our dog. No one tried to get to know our dog!! Dogs bark but she certainly did not lunge at anyone!!
I took my dog Miller in for the 3 week training program and they treated him and me wonderfully. He got to socialize with other dogs and learned how to be better behaved and I learned how to be a better leader for my pup. The staff were so friendly and helpful.I had high expectation and not only were they met but they were surpassed. Would definitely recommend for anyone whose interested in daycare/ training program.
I think the facility and the managers and employees are the best I could expect to take care of our family dog Molly while we are traveling. I especially like the photo posts on the Report Card knowing she is safe and well cared for. Thank you all.
The dog that I brought in at the beginning of the two week training is not the same dog that I picked up today. I can now walk him on a leash without him pulling me down the street, he will sit, lay down and most impressively - will stay! My dog was always under my feet and would always run to me. Now I can have him stay and he will not come to me until I say so. I would highly recommend Wet Nose Lodge!

Everything was so easy to accommodate our 8 month old Doberman. The daily report cards and pictures made it comfortable for both myself and husband and allowed us to know that he was in great hands! Most definitely his resort away from home! Thank you very much!
I just boarded my German shepherd here again and am so thankful. My dog loves coming here. She plays all day long and has so much fun with the other dogs.Truly a place you need to bring your dog for boarding or a play date.

The staff there is excellent when it comes to dealing with my dog, she loves being there and can tell they treat her well. The staff are nice and welcoming, the vibes are amazing and everyone are friendly.
The first time I used this place was when I had my dog trained. The facility is very nice. I asked for my dog to be groomed and bathed before pu. She was not groomed or bathed at pu. It was in the instructions. They just didnt do it. The place was under different management then.Recently we dropped her off again for a weekend stay while we traveled. Our trainer uses this kennel among others. He only has an agreement to use their facility, he doesnt own or run it in any way, hes an excellent trainer.During this most recent stay I again asked the new management to bath her before pu. They didnt bath her although it was in the instructions again. They had no reason for not bathing her, they just didnt do it?I dont know why the only two times Ive used this kennel they dont follow instructions? They lost money by not bathing my dog. I really dont care who was running the place when. Why cant simple instructions be followed in business transactions?I like this place but probably will never use it again. They offered me nothing for their mistakes either time. The customer is number one! Without customers you have nothing.

We enrolled our 100lb Lab for the 21 day Level 2 Training program. Coleman (trainer) is very knowledgeable and will treat your baby (pet) with the utmost respect. The staff there are all friendly and helpful with anything you need. I would definitely bring my pets back whether it’s for lodging or training.
I cant tell you how much Brutus LOVES camp. The only bad thing I can say is that you treat him so well, hes in a bad mood for a couple days after we bring him home because hes bored not getting all the attention you guys give him! Brutus would definitely let us know if he didnt want to be there, and all he lets us know now is how upset he is if we dont bring him to stay and play.
My Pomeranian, Casper, was pampered all week while we were on vacation. When I picked him up, he did not seem ready to go! Lol. He was perfectly happy at the Wet Nose Lodge and Spa! I paid the extra $5 for the turn down service. It was totally worth it as the pics were super cute. I could tell he was in great hands and enjoyed the extra attention. The only downfall is he expects me to read to him now every night before bed. Haha. Thank you and great job to the entire team!
Cooper LOVES coming for day camp and you guys take such good care of him when we leave him there to board . We never have to worry and we love the new report card system. In fact when we go on vacations we actually check for them! It’s a great tool :)Facility is very clean , everyone super friendly and everyone always seems to genuinely love the pups.I would never take Cooper anywhere else .
My little girl, Choteau was well taken care of while I was away. The daily report card with the picture was great to receive and let me know she was having fun. This was the first time taking my baby to daycare and me and her dad were so scared that something would happen to her but as soon as we walked in she was wagging her tail! I loved that they sent us pics and report cards every night! I would definitely come back in the future! Highly recommend!!!

When we first met Coleman, I knew Orbit would be in great hands, for his 21 day Puppy training! 21 days was harder on me than Orbit! We received daily report cards, I would get texts from Coleman about how Orbit was doing, and I enjoyed the videos on Facebook/Instagram of Orbits training! When we picked Orbit up, Coleman sat down with us and went through all of the training Orbit had. He answered any and all of our questions, explained the different ways he trained Orbit, his progress, and also showed us how to continue his training at home! I will continue to take Orbit to Wet Nose Lodge and Spa, for daycare and lodging! Very family friendly staff and I had no doubt that my puppy was loved and well taken care of!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I am very happy with the care Fetch Pet Resort gives my girls Fifi & Bella. 💜 💜 🐶 🐶. The girls are always excited when they know I am driving to get them groomed. The staff really is caring with my girls. That gives me comfort about leaving them in their care.
Very friendly & professional staff, obviously animal lovers!! From the daily report cards I get each evening my fur babies are lodged there, I have complete peace of mind knowing how they are doing. Ive already booked their stay there for the summer!
This boarding facility is outstanding! There is many different types of accommodations such as luxury suit($40 a night), deluxe indoor outdoor($40 a night), regular indoor outdoor($32 a night), and bungalow suits (4x4)inside)($28 a night). Each suit is cleaned and detailed in the morning and in the after noon. Your pet will be let out 5 times a day. (1) when there suits are cleaned in the early morning and (1) time after am feed. (1) time at noon. And (1) time in the pm after their suit cleaned and(1) time after pm feed. I worked here for almost a month, transportation was my reason for getting fired. I wish I would have ran to work that day because the people who work there are unlike any other they will give your animal the love and respect you do if not more the pets that stay here become more than residents they become part of the Fetch Pet Family
Wet Nose Lodge & Spa is a great option for when you cannot take your four-legged kids with you. They sent pictures and a report card everyday to let you know how they are doing and if there is anything that you should be aware about. The times I needed to get in touch with them they were fast at getting back. I will definitely use again if the need arises.

Our dog was happy after a day in for a bath. She also smelled and looked good after the bath.
Picked up my baby and she looked like a first timer had attempted to groom her. I paid nearly $50 to get her back worst than before I dropped her off. I would add pictures but dont know how.Update: right after posting this review.I want to thank the management for calling me and offering to make this right. When my babys hair grows out I will give them another chance.April 2019 - Sunday was groomed today by Karla. She did a phenomenal job.
We love Wet Nose! Our fur baby Juju does too; it’s the one place she doesn’t pout or tremble when I drop her off. The staff is always super nice and Juju loves them (which is the most important - if she’s happy, I’m happy)!
Everyone was so sweet to Paul henry and me from the second we walked in the door. He was anxious when he first walked in, which isnt his personality at all -- but I can tell he had a great time, and he was all smiles when I picked him up! Very happy with his haircut, were gonna he coming back for sure!

I love this place. They have a patio for the dogs to go out every day. Its a smaller facility so my dog doesnt stress over a crowded pet hotel with too many dogs barking all at once. Very sweet staff too.

This place is amazing we have a American bulldog that does not like anyone to cut her nails but this is the only place that she can go to and they can do it ..The staff there is nice and is always willing to take out there time to answer any of your questions I would recommend them to anyone.

Our dog is always happy to go in and then we love the bath prior to picking her up. Our dog comes home clean and sweet smelling. They contact us with any questions and are always courteous. 2022-07-24My baby has been coming to wet nose lodge for a couple years now. I travel quite a bit so she stays many times throughout the year. The staff has always been very nice and welcoming and take great care of our girl. When we come through the door they know who she is and welcome her by name and that make me feel even more comfortable to leave her.

2022-06-16I started taking my dog Milo to Wet Nose so he can spend some time once a week with other dogs and he really loves it there. The environment is very pleasant and the workers are friendly and laid back. The prices are reasonable and they send you a report card after each visit.

2022-02-21A family member recommended this place for boarding. I took my Frenchie,Duke there and was impressed from the drop off to the pick up. They can text which is great and the ladies there seem to genuinely love their jobs. When I picked up Duke he was happy, this was by far my best boarding experience I’ve had. We will most definitely continue using Wet Nose Lodge & Spa.

2021-03-14I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Wet Nose Lodge & Spa! We chose Wet Nose based on a lot of really good reviews here and at other sites. We had a big home remodeling project getting ready to start and having our 7 month old lab puppy in the middle of it just wasnt going to work.My wife was looking for a place to board her for 3 weeks and stumbled on to Wet Nose Lodge & Spa. Not only could we board her in what looked like very nice accommodations but also pay a bit more and get AKC certified puppy training in basic obedience. Sounded like a win/win for my wife and I and the dog.We dropped her off and spent an hour with Victoria who would be her trainer during the next 3 weeks. She went over what she would be doing and what was expected of us when our puppy returned home. We agreed and every day we got an email report card on her progress as well as pictures of her. We also got to see her in pictures and videos on their FB page. We saw her socializing with lots of other dogs her size, playing on the nice doggy playground equipment and even out dancing around happily in the snow! The outdoor area has astro-turf which makes for a better experience for the dogs, especially when it is wet outside. They also have a doggie swimming pool for fun in the warmer months.When we picked her up she was a completely different dog! I wont say she was perfect, after all she is still a puppy but she was so much better at controlling herself, greeting others and even sitting at a doorway while we opened the door instead of pushing us out of the way to get there!The day we picked her up she had had a thorough grooming, her coat was all smooth and silky and she smelled great, her dog nails were not only clipped but polished and smooth.We had 3 in home follow up lessons with Victoria and we continue to work with her as she improves every day. We plan to leave her there again later this year for the next level of training.Lets be honest, 21 days of boarding, day care and dedicated obedience training was not inexpensive but we felt it was really worth what we paid, the old saying that you get what you pay for is true. We met Coleman, the owner and he was super nice and really knew dog training. Whats more he is a Veteran and it is an honor for us to help support a veteran owned business. One thing Coleman does is to take in dogs from shelters to give them basic training at no cost so they will be more likely to be adopted but also better canine citizens.We plan to continue to use WNS&L, both for additional training, boarding and daycare and even grooming.

2021-12-10We left our 2 Shi-Tzus for the very first time boarding here for 11 days. We were super nervous because our dogs are not very social and they take time to get used to new people but here the staff was super patient with them and eventually our furry babies got used to them. When we picked our dogs up, both came home happy and healthy, not traumas at all. We loved the daily reports as well. This place is a little pricey but we love our dogs so much that we thought it was worth it after such a good experience. We will definitely use them again and Im looking forward to start trying some of their other services.

They sent multiple report cards with her picture telling us about her and her progress. I recommend 100%! 😁 They helped with behavioral issues I had with her and now I can be the best dog mom to help her!

Extremely friendly staff who love animals just as much as you love your furry friend. They also offer training for your pet with competitive pricing. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
