If I could give 0 stars I would just plain horrible service waited 20 plus min for nobody to answer at the menu drove around cause the line was empty at this point just to find employees standing around doing nothing they took my order at the window then took another 30 mins to get my food and the fries were cold and there was no ketchup which I asked for and no gravy with my chicken strips I mean come on yalls job aint that hard
We ordered through the drive through and noticed the person who took our order got 2 of our drinks wrong so when we got to the window for our food and drinks we let the young lady know and she said that’s what we were rung up for and can’t change it. It wasn’t our fault that the person who took our order put the drinks wrong and it didn’t seem like a tall order to fix. It was just 2 drinks. Just the way the situation was handled makes me not want to come back if I’m not going to get what I ordered.
I go this location quite often because its closest to my house. I go through the drive-thru because of the pandemic and every single time its a 45 minute to an hour wait in line. Often times when I get to the intercom to place my order they keep me waiting for 15-20 minutes before they take my order, and thats after Ive already been in line for approximately 30 minutes! Very bad service at the drive-thru!
Ordered online set out there and waited 45 minutes and then went in and my order was just sitting there on the counter spent over 40 bucks very unhappy sitting in the sun in my car this is not the first time either and burgers just dont taste good like they used to may just be me idk but they were so freaking good I would come here 3 an 4 times a week
Terrible wait times. Ive been coming to this place once every week and it just seems like it doesn’t get better at all. The wait times are absurd and it’s happened every time. This last time I came here I waited literally 40 minutes. No exaggeration. There wasn’t even that many people.
Went to the drive through, a repair crew had the order screen blocked off for a repair. But the pay and pick up windows were not blocked. No signs were posted anywhere stating that the drive through was closed. I pulled up to the window to order and could see 3 people in the store they could see me. I waited for over 5 mins and other cars had pulled in behind me to order, finally someone came to the window and said if you want to order you haft to come inside I guess no one ever taught them how to take a order through a window.
Service could use some improvement. Waiting on the food to be brought to our table took about 10 minutes. We had to go to the counter to get ketchup and napkins because the staff forgot we had asked for them. The Honey Chicken sandwich was a big hit with my husband. Thank you
One girl was literally laying across the make table for sandwich preparation for the drive thru. It was apparent she wanted to be anywhere else but at work on Easter Sunday.I have always has a baritone voice for being female and the mgr who took my order called me sir. ( rude)The biscuits & gravy was flooded in gravy. I couldnt even SEE the biscuits. Gross!All in all lousy ,but expected, for the locals of Balch Springs Texas.
It took a very long time In Line to finally get to the speaker and place an order,.. when we got to the speaker we was told to hold on,4 minutes later the lady asked us to go ahead and place the order, when I told her I would like the Avocado Burger only, she kept cutting in, I went on to order 2 kids meal cheese burgers and she cut in saying: will that be ALL? will that be ALL? I wanted something else for my passenger but decided to go somewhere else because I can barely place an order without being cut in on, when we got to the window to make a payment no one came to the window for 2 1/2 minutes....we just drove off and ate somewhere else 😐 😳
My favorite fast food place is Whataburger hands down. This place has the worst track record! They ALWAYS forget things out of my bag, or get the orders wrong! Never fails. Burgers for whatever reason are usually cold, and fries are soggy. Drive a couple miles down to the location on Military and get a better Whataburger.
Went in ordered. Waited 30 freaking minutes, no food. Went to ask wheres my food and they had nothing on the screen or anything. Wanted me to wait more time to get fries done. Heck no. Got my money back and left. All the people working there were doing was playing patty cake, slapping each other, and joking around. Worst whataburger there is. Wont be going back. 9:50 p.m. July 11th
I truly need to say how friendly the employees were. The young man who took the order and 2 young ladies who gave me the food. Very respectful, each said hello, extremely nice and even cleaned the cups with the extra tea and soda that spilled on the sides. Great service and order was correct. I waited in line for 45 minutes and when I received my food, it was ice cold! When I pulled up to the window, I could see the employees playing around and talking about what happened at football practice, instead of working. This was absolutely ridiculous! I called to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. Please don’t waste your time at this location. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!
They don’t serve fresh sandwiches. I usually pick up food in drive thru and more than 5 times I’ve got my food cold. I wouldn’t even be writing this review if it was a one time thing.. I go to whataburger quite often and this is definitely the worst whataburger in Dallas county
Worst customer service ever! Been to different Whataburgers and they’re polite and well trained not like this one here! Asked for a cup of ice and they charge almost $3 bucks! In that case I’ll buy a bag of ice! I have been to other ones and sometimes they give it free or charge $.50 cents this is ridiculous!
Horrible, evidently one of the drive thru girls and a manager did not get a long, a lot of yelling at each other behind the scenes, which could be heard very plainly and loudly in the dining room not a friendly argument, certain profanity and lots of tears, boo hooing... All I wanted was my order, it seemed that even the front counter employees were embarrassed, finally got order just in time to see 2 police cars pull up to address the situation..... Glad I left when I could.... But after all that fries were cold, I had to remind clerk about my shake and burger was not usual flavor, cold barely edible. Probably a one off incident but I wont be back I can tell you that.
This whataburger is the absolute worst whataburger I have ever been to. I ordered online curbside and waited 10 mins passed the eta and they kept saying my order was being walked out but they never came so I went in to see my order sitting on the front counter. THEN my mom went a day or so later and they mess the order up. They have a bunch of kids without supervision in there and it’s annoying af. Poor management completely. I will not be returning.
I waited in line for almost an hour. I was going to give up after I placed my order, but had already waited so long just to place it that I didnt want to leave at that point. No apologies for wait and food was cold. Food was still good after heating up once I got to the house.
Waited in drive thru line for an hour straight. they took the order of the person in front of me. when i pulled up to the speaker, employee tells me they cant take my order because there isnt a manager here, theres only three of us here, we wont be open again until 2am. i told her she just took the order of the person in front of me, whats the problem? she just said the same thing. so i pulled into the parking lot and waited a second, saw them turn away one more person that was behind me, then they took two more orders of the people who were behind us. ridiculous. infuriating.
Good food but the manager... All she seem to do was yell at everyone. me and a buddy was the only 2 in the store. She was straight nailing the lady on front counter and kept leaving her there alone. To clean soda machine and take orders and clean tables. One persons can only do so much....
Me and my mate went to get some burgers and we ordered through the window and we waited about a hour and 30 minutes to just get our food. When we finally got our food they messed up the order and we had to go again and wait another 30 minutes but at last we got our food.
Very bad service, not even the manager on duty was very bad everything I was missing things in my order and payment to pick up to make my order faster and they cant do that? there are already several kisses what happens and they do the same. They need to have a good service because they do it very badly.
I order online Ive been waiting already for over 30 minutes and I still havent arrived to pick my order. Dont understand this is the first time a come to this whataburger and I am already disappointed. I am moving to this area hope next time the service will be faster 🤷🏻♂️
I placed an online order that said it would be ready between 6:35-6:37 and I didn’t leave with my food until 7:12. They forgot the drinks, two pies, and all of the condiments that I requested. When I went inside to tell them what all I was missing, the manager of all people was complaining loudly about curbside people and how they annoy her. I get the drinks, the two missing pies, and the condiments and go home. The double meat burger was supposed to be whatasized but was in a bag with small fries, the Whataburger and a kids burger doesn’t have the cheese on it that I requested and the pies were all apple instead of two apple and two lemon. This is the second time they have messed up my order and at this point I would rather drive a little further to a location that has it together.
Drink and shake machine issues aside,this Whataburger location is a consistently good choice and with the dining room reopened, theres some semblence of normalcy as you walk in.Many of the tables were dirty and stickyalthough thats just an indicator of how busy theyve been.The gold standard for me, however,is still the Whataburger location in Hutchins,right off Dowdy Ferry Rd. and I-45.The manager there, Ken is very professional and that shows down through the whole staff.From someone constantly wiping down tables and mopping the floors to the way you are greeted at the door.This Whataburger in Balch Springs on Lake June is a good one, but it could be better.Like the one in Hutchins.
*Update 7/26/19*Decided to give this place another chance. Jalon is the best! I loved his attitude, he really cared for the customers. I wish a lot more people were like him. Looks like a lot of the people from 4 months ago are gone, replaced by nicer individuals. Will definitely be coming back to this place if this continues.*4 months prior of above date*This location used to be awesome. I came here over the one off of 635 because the employees were super nice, greeted you, made you feel welcome, and the food always came hot and delicious. Came often enough to recognize some of the employees. After a while, new people came in and along came the awful attitudes, uncaring faces, and indifference. I believe the manager I used to love seeing was eventually gone as well. Gave the place a few more tries, usually do before I decide to write a review, but it just wasnt getting better. Food was even coming out cold, fries were given cold and hard. Couldnt even ask for anything at the registers because they just give you a look of why the hell are you asking me?I understand that working fast food can suck, but those of us that really try to be nice to cashiers get the bad deal in the end. Overall, I wouldnt recommend coming to this location anymore. Its gotten just as bad the one one off of 635 in Mesquite.
Took me about 45 minutes at the drive thru got charged for some body elses order manager said I will get reimburse for that ticket but I have to wait about 10 day to get my reimbursement like if it was my fault I will never step in this location ever again food was cold drinks were coke wet all on the outside side of the cup bad service
Love love love! The store and restrooms are nice and clean. The employees were very nice and made sure we had our order correct. I will DEFINITELY go back to this store. The district manager is GREAT! There was a mistake on our order once and she compensated another order. Best service EVER!
Friendly cashiers, and good food. I had visited this location a couple times in the past week and the only reason I gave this a three star rather than a four was because each time I went in, I dont know if it was the GM or the MOD, but they were constantly fighting with cooks in the kitchen.Its just frustrating to try to unwind during lunch and hear two employees arguing over something when they should be taking that to a more private area.I will say again though, good food and friendly cashiers.
My order is usually right because I always ask for it plain. But tonight I waited literally in hour in line for ONE burger and a small shake. I didn’t leave because I truly wanted to see how long it would take for something so simple. I could literally goto the Whataburger in mesquite by MHS and back home before I could get my order from here. Definitely not coming back to this Whataburger.
Out of town at this location and go inside to order my family dinner. Everyone was in the back laughing and talking and looking at me and no one would come take my order. Finally, a girl that didnt know how to do her job took my order. No one would help up front. The manager and the workers in the back were talking about people with big asses. Very inappropriate for the work place. All the workers were just walking around in circled trying not to have to help anyone. Totally rude! People have been here for over 10 minutes in front of me waiting for their food...seriously management here is lacking. Need better employees that would appreciate their jobs.
The worst service ever I went and order my family 3 triple the other day and this this grungy brownish red head with a missing tooth told us that the cooks wouldnt like to make it and tried to guilt trip us to ordering a smaller meal and they all whined in the back. She apologized to them in front of us for our order. The worst experience ever and will never go to that place again! Like its your job get a new one if peoples orders bother you. Oh and this was before 5 pm.
Takes way too long, as far as orders go, Ive havent had any experience with bad orders, my only and biggest issue being the wait time, they can make you wait up to half an hour and it wasnt a one time only, this has happend multiple times already, and the costumers inside the place wait just as long as us.
I waited for 45 min to an hour, they were so slow, After i was waiting for 15 min waiting to order i finally Asked the cashier whats going on? She said i just got to work were changing shifts. To hold on a lil longer. Then to top it off they left out my fries, then I wanted a shake and the cashier said the machine was broken, then made it to the window finally and I was waiting I notice one of the other employees was making a shake for a customer in the dining room. I would have said something but didnt want to wait another 30 minutes. Customer service is very very poor. My food was cold by the time I got home, I will not eat there again!! Bad thing about is that I love Whataburger!! Very poor poor SERVICE!!
Relatively new, clean facility with ample parking & drive thru. Plays great old popular music tunes. I have come here when Im in the area several times. I have always had good service, the food has always been prepared within expected time to my specific request. Ill return to this establishment when Im in the area.
Food was good. Wait time was horrible though. Like why does it take 5 mins to wait for drinks at the window only to receive said drinks and then have to go to another window to receive my actual after. All after ive gone to the 1st window and paid. Lets not forget ive already waited behind other vehicles and when i approached the 2nd window no one bothered to greet me until they gave me my drinks.
This is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to they are very slow I waited almost 20 minutes in line just to get to the window and then repeat ask my order again for a total of 35 minutes in the drive thru the time is 4:39 a.m. i swear she must have been doing her taxes to be staring at the screen that long with a line full of people in the drive thru, I will never be coming back to this Whataburger ever again
This is my home away from home. The workers are super duper nice and friendly. I know several by name. Ms Julia the DM is top in making you feel like Whataburger is the place to come for good food and great service. Jalon the cashier was wonderful in his customer service and so was the store manager Ms Pam. My food was great also. Fresh and hot as always. You ask will I come back ? The answer is HELL YES!!! Will I recommend this location again? The answer is HELL YES!! Would I bring my family and friends. The answer is HELL YES. THATS 3 HELL YES!! That = 5 stars!! Ms. Bonnie
Worst experience ever. Sat in line for 10 minutes. Got to the order menu and the person taking orders informed us that the system has to reboot and our order will take more than 10 minutes to make, meanwhile we can here the woman accepting money from another car. She comes back to us and says the only orders she can help are the ones she already took. Needless to say we left. They were just being lazy.
NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AFTER MIDNIGHT! There is an African American lesbian girl that works there and will serve all her ghetto hoes before they take your order. Its like they have no manager to monitor the drive thru.... so many cars took off before I did. Never got my food.... its crazy.
Avoid if you can. I have had 4 separate times where I made an order on the app and got there and no one brought it to me. I even went through the drive thru and they told me to pull up and sat there and waited over 20 minutes watching customer after customer receive their food.I’ve emailed the company and they ignored me so I’ve lost $40+ and didn’t get my food.DO NOT USE THE APP AT THIS LOCATION
I had a great experience there. There was a kid there with dreadlocks who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I even overheard him correcting another cashier for giving a customer subpar service. I can really tell that he has been raised right and Whataburger has found a gem in him. I think his name was Latraile.
I am DISGUSTED. I just left from there about an hour ago and when I begin to eat my food, A PIECE OF HAIR IS IN IT. The wait is already bad but I waited, only to have a piece of hair where I just bit🤢I called and THEN they didn’t answer! I would’ve drove back to this location but it’s thunder storming. The whole situation is disturbing.
Everybody loves whataburger in Texas except for me I guess. 2 burgers and an orange juice was $17.50. And they were mediocre at best. This was the third different one Ive been to in the last couple of months. Every tells me how great they are, I think the food is lacking and Im not going back to another one.
My family has a love/hate relationship with this location.Generally when we do a dine in order everything is perfect and there are no issues. Drive thru is another story. I have had orders completely wrong, burgers just thrown together, and gravy that was the consistency of water.
I went threw drive threw and I was nice to the lady. I was smiling and said thank you. She looked at me with an attitude. Acted like I was bothering her. New trip there.... my boyfriend went in before 930. He didnt come out till 10. We only had a chicken biscuit combo with orange juice. Then a taquito meal with sweet tea. IT WASNT EVEN THAT BUSY.
This place sucks, the place was not clean, trash running over. They had no napkins out, lids everywhere and nothing wiped down. My wife ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich with the sauce the side and they actually put the sauce on the sandwich. She went to ask them to remake her sandwich like she ordered it. They said that she had to give the original sandwich back to remake the sandwich like she ordered which we all know that it is a Health Code Violation to give back food that has already been in your possession. I will never eat at this location ever again. I will be calling Corporate on this visit.
I was horrified to notice several at least ten live roaches crawling on the door frame, the wall and the window when I entered restaurant. I immediately waved down the team members, but they didnt even seem concerned then fifteen minutes later finally two came over to look. Then another fifteen minutes later they returned with an aerosol repellant.
They asked too many questions at the drive thru, and at the end they asked if we wanted to pay with our phone, too many questions for a drive thru, just let me pay! We ordered 2 burgers and fries and asked for a lot of ketchup and only got 2 hot and 2 regular. What the ****
Your food is really good but the service is really really bad theyre very super slow Ive gone to this location a more than a couple times and just to get a simple order like one meal it takes over 15 to 20 minutes Im not sure what the deal is but I think he needs to get moved a little bit faster for example today when I got home with my food my fries were cold onion rings also cold I ordered a strawberry malt Shake and it was very runny I could have went back to take it to them but with his weather rainy I decided just to leave it alone sorry for your complaints but I think of you up to speed and make sure the food is warm I think you guys are super awesome
Employees dont take the time to train newbies. They also keep minors too late. Even though minors are supposed to be out, by 10:00, mostly everywhere, for their safety, I can still go through the drive through and see a teen faces. Not to mention how bad the customer service is. Stuck up, irresponsible employees=horrible resturaunt. Foods okay though.
First of all,I gave 2 star because the cashier Rachel was very helpful. She took it upon herself to fix the mistakes with my order. I watched as she told the manager (Price or Brice) and he went on with his business of talking with the other workers there. No apology for the inconvenience of me having to drive back up there. He actually never even look my way. NOT ONCE! So before I left I ask to speak to him. I explain the situation that happened with more order and I told him that it was very inconsiderate for him not to at least acknowledge that we had came back to have a order redone or to apologize for the inconvenience. And his only response to me was with a smile have a nice day,then walked away.
I actually planned on stopping at Jack in the Box, but the drive thru was backed up into the street at 1am on 6/10/2019 sooo I went down to Whataburger.I pulled into parking lot and hey there was no one in the drive thru at all. WOW 😮 now I see why... looked like 2-4 people with whataburger uniforms on sitting on curb smoking cigarettes. If I were you Mr Manager..... I’d be watching video from the store to figure out why my store isn’t running the money on Sun-Mon overnight shift. You’ll see why!!!!Needless to say I didn’t want to interrupt their smoke break so I went elsewhere!
This place is the worse! All employees have an attitude problem sad part is they don’t even do their job right. I sat waiting for 30 minutes for my order to be remade because it was wrong. When my order was finally ready it was wrong again! When I asked for a refund they still had the nerve to ask why and still kept me waiting another 5 minutes.
Wish I could give no stars... worst customer service I have ever experienced. Did not get the right order despite being the only person going through the drive through at the time. Seemed to only care about what the conversation was that was going on between staff. Will NEVER fo back to this locatiin.
Always expect your food to be cold and to have waited for at least 15 minutes, even if there is no one else there. Also realize that it takes a high iq to work here and get each order out with all the right items. It will always have a problem. Make sure to check you receipt to see you were charged the correct amount for items. The people inside will not tell you the truth when confronted about a wrong price. I find that driving around and checking the sign against your receipt is an effective way to see you are not over charged. Be advised to not order any thing involving chicken. It will either taste like rubber or be so over fried its burt on the inside. And dont even think about asking for extra butter cuz it wont happen. The bacon tasted like some dog treats smell. For this place to be rather new here its hard to understand why its still here, or that corporate doesnt do something about this.
This place sucks..I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, and guess what it comes without buffalo sauce..plus we have to wait at least 40 min to get our food ready..my kids ordered 2 kids meals of tenders, cashier ask what sauce they want for their meals we said ranch and no ranch was in our order, my kid went to ask for ranch and they said, cost $.50 cents. .Lol..honestly I dont come back to this place, dirty, slow service, for my opinion all workers need to be replaced for people who really likes to work..not to be racist, but hire more latino employees, they faster them the ones you have there

Order #512974 , 4/3/2016We pulled in to placed 2 orders at 11pm.Paid at 11:25.Order number 2 was out at 11:30and order 1 was out at 11:44.When asked what delayed the service the cashier, Brayton, was polite and apologized. However, we only have 3 people is not an excuse.This is the newest location, but the location at Military Pkwy, as well as the location at E. Kearney are alway short staffed but never take 45min to process an order. The car ahead of us waited longer, as they were still waiting when we pulled away. Im sorry, this is absurd service and time management. I will not be returning.
OK normally I like whataburger but like whatthefuk . I asked for a #3 and they all like u want cheese on it? And in my head I was all like of course I want cheese bih but I told myself I wasnt gonna fight today so I said yes maam. And then she asked me for mayo or musterd and I was like okay yes mayo. And then I asked for large sprite. Well turns out I had to wait at the drive thru 4 about 20 minutes and when I got my stuff it was all WRONG! They put musterd, jalapenis on my burgur and didnt even put the cheeze I asked for in the burger! I went in there and was about to fight this bih with her stoopid ahh putting jalapenises on my burger. But at least they got the drink right so uh 2 stars is all I give. ~wheezy
I have the Mushroom Swiss burger it was delicious I should have got bacon on it though I usually do I didnt so I was my bad me and my wife usually go there for a late night snack so little bit drive but its cool I definitely recommend the Mushroom Swiss burger I love it they should make a mushroom bacon Swiss burger that way I dont have to incur the extra cost of adding bacon
I stood at the front counter waiting to be served for about 10mins while the staff continuously walked by the front counter and looked at the 6 people standing in line... once I asked if anyone was taking orders one staff member looked at the other staff member and got mad then walked up to the register and threw her gloves on the ground and mumbled ORDER WHEN YOU READY... so I apologized for taking time out of her day and advised her that I was going to take my money and business some where else so she would not be upset anymore...
Texas tradition, good food, a bit more than BK or Mickey Ds but well, you get what you pay for, better quality ingredients, open all hours, clean bathrooms, if youre hungry and from Texas, you should know by now its good. If you dont like it, well you probably dont belong in Texas.
Great staff and exactly what you would expect from Whataburger with food. The only reason I have them 4 stars instead of 5 is because occasionally the service is slow and they do make occasional mistakes but I will add that when they do make a mistake they make good on it.
Burger was cold and sloppy, fries was old and cold my diet dr pepper was carbonated water (taste like the sryrp ran out. I figured the food would would have at least been fresh since I waited in the drive thru so long. I was in a rush so I couldnt go back. I didnt even get my receipt so I couldnt even do a survey. Will not be going to that location again. 😡

2022-06-20A very nice, big, clean, and awesome Whataburger location in Balch Springs. Stopped by for breakfast one day and the service was very attentive and friendly by their staff. Of course, the breakfast food is mouth watering as always at Whataburger!Five Stars ⭐️ for this amazing staff here!

2022-02-24Day shift cool , night shift horrible people are always disprectful , they say don’t close but once every week they have cones out , the lady asked me what type of dipping sauce I said bbq she screamed through headset & said what type of sauce I screamed back & said bbq & said nvm your customer service is horrible & drove off definitely gonna stick to the other fast food places around there way too rude for me & MIND YOU THEY HAVE LITTLE FLIES IN THERE FOOD , there burgers smell like fish oh lorddd never in my life again

2022-07-19Worst worst experience. Ordered my food at around 8:05. I sat down in lobby for one hour while people who ordered after me got food. People who ordered before me also never got the food. We both requested a refund and it was now one hour and 30 minutes and still no food or my refund!! I was made to wait to get my money back. Nobody wanted to give me the regional manager number. Something has to be done, all the lobby employees were just laughing about the situation. Don’t no how they are in businesses. To add on to this I ordered 2 orders and they gave out about 10-15 orders before ours.

2022-05-19Don’t order here at night, HORRIBLE crew working at this time. Messed up my order, got out of my vehicle to go correct, and they proceeded to tell me they lacked the ingredients to correct the order. Even the item is on the “All time favorite menu”. Won’t be back to this one at night. Whataburger management really needs to look at their night shift employees….

2022-04-01Just a regular Whataburger. I only use the Drive-thru, so if you have cars ahead of you, you could be in for a long wait.I can only speculate that they dont start cooking your order till you pay at the window, but it seems like they draw your drink when you place the order. Because over half the time my ice is at least half melted(I drink sweet tea)1

2022-03-06Absolute trash, went there for a simple no.4 and ended up waiting for for 20 minutes, went in for a refund and had to wait even longer. Some of the crew were outside chillin by the dumpster, on the inside some of crew was sipping drinks and having a good time. I get it, the work might be tough but dang people were waiting in the drive thru. Most pulled off because they had been waiting for so long. There needs to be a change at this location ASAP.

2022-06-27I started to see that everytime I go and its busy they tend to mess my order up. I went yesterday Sunday June 26 I order a double special. I come home and see a single with a bunch of jalapenos and the fries had no salt. I love whataburger but sometimes this place is not a good choice to go to.

2022-06-11Not sure who manages this place, just waited in line for almost an hour. I’ve been to many whataburgers and they do take long everywhere, but the wait here is beyond long. Idk what they’re doing in there, but they got my order wrong. I don’t blame the employees I blame the manager for hiring anyone who walks in.

2022-05-16I returned after a dismal to-go order to a much more enjoyable dine-in experience. Upon leaving, I informed the manager that that was how a WHATABURGER is supposed to taste.

2022-07-05Hands down THE worst location we’ve been too.. wait is extremely long (at least 30 mins every time) & they almost always get the order wrong. Take your money elsewhere
