Andrew was very professional and helpful when performing our bi-monthly service. I was not at home at the time that he stopped by, and when I arrived he was in the middle of doing our treatment. When he saw me, he immediately asked me if I had any concerns or problems and if there was any need for an inside treatment. I told him I unfortunately was not able to do an inside treatment today because I was not going to be staying home since I had to leave for work soon. He said that we could give him a call anytime between now and the next treatment for him to come and do an inside treatment anytime that we are home. I greatly appreciated his help and commitment to our needs! I can also confidentially say that every White Knight Technician we have had has always offered us the same great service!
I was kept waiting multiple times and some no shows. When I called I was given a $100 refund due to this issue. Very nice. Then I was charged a $200 early cancellation fee because I wanted to cancel my last service. When I told them I would do the last service, they said they would REFUND me the difference and then they turned around and said they would only give me a credit on my account for my next service even though I told them I wont use them again. So basically I lost $41 and they did a fairly good job, but their service timing is very bad. I would not recommend them at all. The woman I spoke to said one thing but did another. Not very professional.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I usually dont leave critical feedback, but my experience with this company has been beyond horrible.The sales rep employed questionable sales tactics to get the sale (e.g., overselling the service, saying that I get premium services included in the plan for free--which was not true and took a lot of time and effort to resolve, and not revealing that I will be locked in for a 12-month agreement).When I called in, the customer rep over the phone was impatient, didnt care about me, and hung up on me after saying they would transfer me to a manager (they didnt call me back if that was a mistake).The sales guy told me to call in to schedule appointments; the service guy told me it would be all automated. Well, guess what, their scheduling system notified me at 5:30 pm the day before their tech went to service my house. It so happened that I did not need to reschedule this appointment, but where was the courtesy to let clients know well in advance so they can plan their life?Then the tech ran out of spray in the middle of service at my house, went out to refill, never came back, and billed me for completed service.I have never had such a bad experience with any company, and this whole thing is almost laughable. I would give them negative stars if I could.
Our technician Crystal B is always friendly and professional. I don’t know much about pests, but I know they whenever we’ve had issues, White Knight has come to take care of those issues at no extra cost. Once our pet brought fleas into the house, our home was treated at no extra cost and our tech was super helpful and knowledgeable. More than once we were not home so the inside didn’t get done, they will allow a re-service for the inside at no extra cost. (This is not an issue anymore bc I’ve requested only a certain day and time when I know I’ll be home for future services.) when I call and leave a message I always get a call back, although I usually get to speak to someone. Overall good customer service and professional.
This company has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. I have had a contract with them for several years. They lie. I finally had enough on the day they lied about coming and said the gate code changed. The code didn’t change. They just didn’t come. They seriously lie about the service they perform. Thank God I have multiple security cameras that proved what they did and didn’t do. I asked to cancel. I provided written notice. They waited a week to respond and say they needed verbal cancellation. First of all, I work and don’t have time to call them before 5pm and wait on hold. Second, and more importantly, they lie. I’m not comfortable giving verbal cancellation for them to just say I didn’t do it. Then there’s no proof; however, there is proof that I gave written cancellation and I did it 6 times. Six times and it’s not good enough. They still want verbal cancellation. This has been the most difficult company to deal with.Let me go back to the lies…..in December with a lie I caught them in, they said they would do an additional service and credit my account $30. Did they do it? Nope. They lie. They say they do things and they don’t. This company is fraudulent.
Had them over a year and they still could not control the insects coming into my house. They show up late, do not do a complete extermination, and now that I canceled them they said I did not do it within 30 days besides me going through two separate people on the phone stating that I was not due for my next quarterly service. They even said my next quarterly service was the day I called to cancel. I received no notice of that they were even going to show up. How convenient.
I signed up for service over a year ago. I fulfilled my year contract with them and canceled service after my last service in April 2022. In July of 2022 they send me a bill for $130.00? They said I did not cancel my contract? I told them I clearly did in April. Customer service was no help neither were any managers or customer advocates.Be careful with this company they are very shady and not helpful or professional!I would not recommend them to anyone!!
I called up this company to enlist the use of their services as recommended by a neighbor. I was skeptical however after reading all these most recent detailed, very valid negative reviews on Google but decided to give them a try anyway because my neighbor has been using them.However, the lady on the phone exhibited a very unprofessional manner that put me right off. When I mentioned my concern about the many recent negative reviews about their service, she said Some people just like to complain about anything???After telling her how wrong it was for her to make such a comment and that she as a company should listen to the reviews being written by their customers instead of making such a comment, I finished the call. Id rather pay more for another company with raving 5 star reviews and rated #1 on Angies list than go with this much cheaper one.
They get you into a contract and once its up, they will continue billing you until you call to cancel. I was charged two months past the time I had vacated a property and because I didnt call in a timely fashion, I was still charged for the job. It was like pulling teeth to get these people to cancel. I seriously thought i was going to have to take them to court. I had one of their guys come past my house with me standing outside on a day they were due to come and never stopped but i was still charged as though he did. Dont wait until you have a service due to cancel, they will still charge you for the service because apparently their staff wont have enough work for the day so they have to still charge you. In my opinion, go buy you some ortho home defense and use it every three months. Its as effective and cheaper with NSA.
A guy knocks on my door and says he’s servicing my neighbor and asks if we have pest control. I answer yes (I already have a decent pest control service) and he says ok but they’re doing a promo for one dollar only to spray my house and if we like the service we can continue or call and cancel no worries. So an extra service for a buck? Why not…I say go ahead and he sprays…Today I call to cancel and to remove my name off the roster and they send me to ‘customer advocates’ dept. who then tell me I owe them 350 bucks to cancel my ONE YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT. I say that’s not right, I would’ve NEVER agreed to those terms because I already have a service and also how does a one time spray equate to 350 hard working dollars???…So they tell me at the bottom of where you signed it says in the fine print. These guys have untrained employees walking around neighborhoods operating in bad faith, not disclosing the details of a ‘1 dollar service’. It is predatory business tactics and could be catastrophic to someone that lives from dollar to dollar. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and they’ll never get another dollar from me. If White Knight pest control comes knocking do not engage with this predatory company.
So I had someone come to my door because I live in a new neighborhood, so you know of course everyone is knocking on the door to give you Services because they know this neighborhood is brand new. I told the guy originally that I wasnt looking for a pest control company right now but he said I had an open slot and begged me to give him a chance and that I will only have to pay $1 for the service and if I no longer wanted to service me and my husband didnt have to worry about anything.. you know it will be fine but he really needed to feel this slot. So I said okay if its just $1 to give you guys a chance to fill your slot thats fine but if me and my husband dont want the service anymore what do we need to do? His response was dont worry about anyting, you and him dont have to do anything else with the service. You can cancel then whenever youre ready you can come back over to our company. Well today after theyve already done the treatment for the yard I let them know that I wasnt really looking for anything and that weve discussed it right now were not in a financial position to take on any other bills and that when we look into Pest Control wed use them again in the future. Well today they tell me that I owe them $200 something to close out my account when he informed me that everything was clear-cut and free. That WAS A LIE. Apparently when I signed my agreement WHICH I didnt have any documentation for an agreement, just for me to pay and sign... I am now looped into this agreement. I was bamboozled, tricked, and the level of unprofessionalism that showed up at my door, when I tell you after I figure out how to get out of this mess I will never use them again. I dont want them on my doorstep because they put such a bad taste in my mouth from jump. And one thing you cannot play with is peoples money. What this individual did to try get me to sign those documents should have been considered illegal. The sales person was at fault because he didnt show me any agreement. All I remember signing was the document of payment for the $1 and not a 12-month agreement.
In 4 months I have had my new build home treated 7 times and there has been no difference in pests. They told me it will cost just as much to cancel the contract as it is to keep the year contract. I hired a SECOND pest company to come out and treat my home since the chemicals White Knight has been using is just not working. The technicians have always been great and informative, the chemicals just dont work for my home and the website notes they guarantee their products so why so much to break a contract? Very frustrating.
PLEASE AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND DONT ACCEPT THEIR TRIAL DISCOUNT… ITS A TRICK. A sales person showed up at my door asking me to try their service at a discounted price. I accepted the offer and a few days later a technician came and sprayed my home and I paid the discounted charge for the visit. After that they started calling me saying they wanted to schedule the next visit, which I declined multiple times also letting them know that I did not want their service because I thought the price/value was not right. After that I started receiving paper bills for $198 for services I never used. I have called their customer service number several times and all they say is that they cannot do anything about it because I accepted the contract… I requested a copy of the signed contract (because I know they don’t have it) and they leave me hanging on the phone over and over again.
We have been using White Knight for many years and have not had any problems with them at all. Joey just performed service at our home today and has serviced our property many times before. He is always so professional and answers all questions/concerns. Highly recommended.
This company had been coming out to my house for 8 months to treat tree roaches and in those 8 months the problem grew out of hand to the point that my brand new 2 year refrigerator broke down because roaches were colonizing in the wiring. I had a addressed this issue to white knight and they informed me that they were giving the roaches a good bait poison but I believe they were just giving them food so that the problem never disappears and they stay in business.
My Tech was Jay He was super Informative Started naming The Spider!!! (Wolf Spider) I kept seeing inside my home. Which At first I was kind of Skeptical of, How he Knew Just by asking me Two questions. But when he was treating the outside of my home I started googling Wolf Spiders and I was Really amazed at his Knowledge he was Right. So My husband got the Service with White Knight 6 months ago and No Complaints So far the other technicians are nice But Jay Really Took the Time to explain to me How Certain Insects behave and Enter inside the Home and what he was Going to treat and gave me advice on what I should do Keep my Home Pest Free!!! thank you Jay
They were fine at first, but their chemicals don’t work after a few visits. We tried to cancel due to more bugs and insects than ever before entering in our house and yard, but they asked if they could come out and fix the ant problem before we canceled. We agreed and they still didn’t fix the any problem. In fact, it’s much worse. We officially canceled after the visit as there was no change. They still charged us for a quarter visit which they never came for. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Jay Is the Best Technician I have received From White knight so far He is Super Knowledgeable for his age I Am VERY IMPRESSED.He was very Polite and Respectful to my Home and pets. As He was training someone He also Pointed Out A HUGE Hole on the side of my house No one has ever told me about! Thank you So Much Jay
I have been using white knight pest control for years and I have seen decline in their services.What used tl be full service between quarterly treatments is now just a quick spray on the loan.White knight used to be a good company for your pest control needs but no longer.Please, do yourselves a favor and find someone smaller in your area who really cares about a job well done!
This place deserves no stars. The biggest scammers out there, by far terrible communication skills at white knight. Just cancel with them if I was you I would RUN AND RUN FAR-AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Long story short I’m all about supporting family own business, but this one is a joke! The don’t ever return your calls or emails about your appointments, or if you have an appointment they don’t show up, I had an appointment from 8-10 waited around all day for them to come and guess what they call at 6pm to tell me they will be my place at 6:30. Last but not least I have it on recordings on camera I ask the gentlemen over and over again where there a subscription he was like no mam there isn’t. Today on canceling he was like you owe $320. I told him no sir if they want to charge go ahead but I will take it to court.Just don’t use this company.
Crystal is the go-to member of the White Night Team. The level of professionalism and class she exhibits each time she comes out is a breath of fresh air compared to industry standards. Crystal is the sole reason I am still a client of White Knight Pest Control. She is very thorough and provides top notch work. I have specifically requested Ms. Crystal as the only one to come out to my residence because I like the best... Thank you for all you do!!
Cannot treat all bugs, spiders were always the issue, now having ants problem too. Service has gone bad in recent years. I have been their customer since 2016 and never had any issue up until recently. More recently, I do not see bugs being treated around the perimeter. When I called to cancel the service, Customer Advocate Jacob told me that I have to pay for a last service since I am within 30 days of the quarterly service due. I asked 2 weeks back for someone to come out and take care of the bugs and ants and their rep did not show up, but I am liable to pay for the quarterly service.Jacob, did mentioned that I signed the contract in 2016 which states that I had to give 30 day written notice to them to cancel. I do not see any place where they mentioned how to cancel, so contacted them through their contact us page. Will wait to see what they will say.If you are a customer, make sure you check your account when your qtrly service is done and if you want to cancel do not wait.Service is getting horrible, so run and common tactics to charge as much as possible.
I am writing this review based on their relentless solicitation at my new home in a subdivision that has No Solicitation signs posted at the entry. Aside from coming weekly to knock on the door and leaving countless flyers, there was one day when 2 different sales people for White Knight showed up 2 hours apart to knock on my door. Yesterday my wife opened the door as we were expecting a contractor who was going to do work on the home. After speaking to the rep go on and on, she told him to email me a quote to review as she was unsure if I already had service for our home. Instead of sending a quote, they sent me a contract along with notification that my first treatment was scheduled for the following morning. How is this possible if I did not authorize the service? If anything, this company are the real pests that I would like to get rid of.UPDATE: White Knight responded below and no, I never did get a follow up email from them when I requested all this be cancelled.
This is the first of many service calls in the future. So far they were on time and dealt with all of the issues at hand. I am looking forward to what happens going forward. I will post as the service goes on. I am happy with how Kevin presented the service to me and the service worker who came out. So far so good! 👍🏾
I should have read the reviews before going with this company. I just canceled with this company and they charged me $357. The sales person that came by told me I would not be on a contract and I could cancel anytime, but what they failed to mention to me is that if I cancel before a year I would have to pay an early cancelation fee. They make it seem good as if youre not on the contract and you can cancel any time but youre basically on a contract because there is a fee to cancel. I also noticed other peoples reviews on how white Knights products isnt the best. I have used Orkin and I never needed them to come back in between services (they are pricey though). I probably needed White Knight to come out every week (I didnt have them come out every week). Im glad Im not the only one noticing that White Knights product isnt great.
Got accidentally SPRAYED IN THE FACE (and husband got sprayed on too) the first visit.Bi-monthly & mosquito shield were sprayed AND charged less than a month after 1st treatment, when it was ONLY scheduled for mosquito. They refunded the entire amount (was suppose to be bi-monthly refunded only) then called to collect payment for WHOLE balance again days later. They initially told me to wait 7-10 days for refund but then started getting calls for the entire balance all over again within days. I also had to have them remove the autopay from the account to avoid further unnecessary charges. I arranged to have them CALL to receive payment for treatment from then on.After allowing charge for mosquito (to bring account current), I scheduled a re-service because ants started popping up all over my kitchen. When the tech came he was originally scheduled for mosquito treatment and it was only 15-16 days AFTER the last treatment! I explained it was ONLY a RE-SERVICE for the ants (NO Charge). That tech was the nicest guy AND patient. He did JUST the re-service. But I had to make another call to make a SCHEDULED treatment date according to my budget.How did it get scheduled from re-service to another treatment???A few weeks after that, the ants moved to the other side of the kitchen. So, on the next SCHEDULED mosquito treatment I asked for re-service. When they called to receive payment they were STILL trying to charge me for that bi-monthly they messed up on! I told her I was NOT paying for that service that was their mistake. I requested to pay balance I owed for Mosquito only to settle account then CANCEL SERVICES. By this point it was WAY TOO MANY ISSUES. Rep wouldnt allow me to pay until she was able to get clarification on balance owed. She couldnt get answer the next few days but let me know a supervisor would call following day.They did...still trying to make me pay for a service that was NOT supposed to have been done.I tried cancelling and was only able to cancel half the services. The rep Jacob answered the phone with just a name and was not courteous and a bit rude. He did make sure to tell me to stop interrupting and let him finish a couple times too. Yet, he kept asking me same questions as if I had not just explained and he was not listening to why my call was even transferred to him to begin with.And because Im cancelling and I was given a discount I owe the difference of the initial charge to clear that bill. REGARDLESS if you were sprayed in the face and all the other nonsense they put you through. Dont bother giving the reps feedback on their services, because theyll just respond with sounds good.I DO NOT recommend White Knight Pest Control for your pesticide services.
I called needing treatment for an active termite infestation in my house. The sales rep suggested their quarterly plan for $112 would be the best option. Not knowing better, I accepted. 4 days later...Their employee arrived and sprayed around the outside of my house for insects and started packing up. When I asked what is his plan for the termites, he said he didnt treat for termites. I called the sales rep back and he said Id need to schedule and pay for a termite inspection so they could determine a quote for treatment. I requested a refund for the quarterly yard spray since thats not what I needed to treat termites. They wouldnt give me a refund. I would never refer this company, as theyre not interested in true and correct treatment, but only interested in setting up another account to charge you for.I called Coastal Exterminating in La Porte. They were booked for 2 weeks but came by on their lunch break and inspected, AND sprayed inside and outside to stop the termites long enough until they could get back 2 weeks later to perform a proper treatment.Forget White Knight Pest Control...Call Coastal Exterminating in La Porte if you want Real Professionals to perform High Quality Service at a Fair Price.
Do not ever use this company! They will try to rip you off and the service is terrible! We bought a new house a year ago and a sales rep came through a few weeks later and made it appear that White Knight Pest control was servicing all the new homes.... Found out later that was a lie and only a few were using them.... But we had signed a years contract with supposedly for monthly service which only lasted for the first 4 months than went to bi-monthly but was still paying monthly for only outside service. Never came inside although always having problems with ants! I canceled the service when the contract ended in June 2022 and had paid for 12 monthly payments for the contract then I am told by Banell the Customer Advocate in their Corporate office that I had to pay 13 payments for the 12 month contract and that if I did not make the 13th payment they would turn me over to a collection agency....
If I could give them 0 review I would. This company is a scam and a bunch of thieves. They dont dont tell you upfront that theyre signing you up for a one year contract. They lure you to sign up thinking its a one time thing and even offer you a discount. I called to cancel the contract but they charged me $200 for cancelation. This ridiculous! No one should fall for thier tricks and deception! Stay away for your own good.
Beware of their promo deal. They would set you up with a low-cost plan and if you wanted to cancel it, they would charge you 200$. Also, the unlimited reservice is just a spot treatment and not the entire house. All this wont be mentioned in the initial conversation, and they would just blame the customer for not reading the agreement on online document.
I can not express how awful this company is. We started service in January, we’re incorrectly informed of the original price and now that we are not seeing any results we called to cancel services, they are charging us. $350 cancellation fee that we have never heard about it. This “agreement” was never even sent to us, let alone signed. When I spoke with customer service they were rude and unhelpful, saying my only choice is to sign for services again or pay the $350. I felt like I was being black mailed, so inappropriate for a business to act this way.
Customers beware! I live in a brand new construction community, and a man came up to my house to telling me that he is the one of the owners of White Knight and that they were doing a complementary service for new customers and that I would be charged quarterly if I wanted to proceed. He asked me to send him some information, then I get an email showing that he forged my signature and initials on a service agreement. I immediately called him and told him that was not ok and I should’ve taken that as a sign of what kind of company this was.They came out and did a service but I was still seeing bugs a few weeks afterwards. I told him that I wanted to cancel and he told me he could cancel with no issue since he’s the owner. Never mentioned a cancellation fee. I waited for about a month to see if there was any change, and since there wasn’t I asked if I can go ahead and cancel and was told that I would be charged over $200 for a cancellation fee since there was a discount on the first services. The man told me that the first services were free for being a new customer. He also told me he was a part owner, which was found out to be a lie. This company is a scam, do not use them they have very shady business practices and don’t disclose everything to their customers. So now I’m stuck with a $215 bill for services that didn’t work!!
This company will tell you there is no obligation for their service contract and offer $50 to start services. There was minimal pest activity including ants and spiders when they started servicing my home. After their initial service I had to treat for bugs myself because they were very bad. They came to treat again and the problem was not resolved. When I called to cancel my no obligation contract they charged $200. Two people explained there was no cost to cancel, however now that I am unhappy and want to cancel there is a charge. Please beware of the deceptive sales practices of this company.Edit after calling Second Time - This company does not own their deceptive business practices and is saying for me to reinstate my account to receive my $200 as a credit for future services.I do not want future services from a company that is not honest.what I have experienced is the same as others in previous reviews. They are not owning what their sales teams explain to customers. They are willing to pull calls from customers to customer service, but they should pull the sales call to really determine why so many customers have this same issue. That seems to be a matter of convenience to deceive customers. Please beware and do not waste your time or money.Edit for Response to Owner - How can you find an account without a first and last name? That type of response from a business owner shows there is no effort made by the company to improve a situation. That is an excuse for poor customer services and sales practices. I spoke to your representative that I tried to resolve this issue with. Their response was that since you received a discount you have to pay $200. That is a hidden cancellation fee that was not disclosed. I will call your office again to resolve, but please provide a contact name.
They have been completely responsive over the past year that I have had their service. I had ants show up. After one call, they came outside the regular time and toke care of it with no extra charge. My only complaint is that I wish they would notify me before the day they come.
Got roped into a 1 year contract with a dood to door sales rep. First visit was good and everything went smoothly. The 2nd visit was a day late and tech sat out front in truck for 45 mins then came to door. 3rd Visit was to the point I wanted to cancel contract and just pay them off thru end to get rid of them. Last visit was with wife here alone and tech just shows up in back yard unannounced, no front doorbell, text or phone call, with a spider web brush. Not good as these days he could have been in serious issues. Wife contacted local office and the shop manager came over. It was explained to him we did not want further services with White Knight. Previous to the last visit I emailed and requested that out contract NOT be renewed as I was through with White Knight and the contract is at end. A week or so after, a rep saying he was customer service called and I again told him we were done and to send final bill. He either lied or misrepresented as I just got a bill for a visit which is over 1 year from the start date. These guys didnt even show up last week but send a bill. Wife is retired and here everyday, so the excuse of maybe we werent home is baloney. I am going to have to make a complaint with BBB and if it comes to it I will file a legal complaint.I liked the service at first but quickly went down hill after a couple visits. Customer service is a long hold on the phone and the next guy in behind my house unannounced isnt going to have a good day.I will trespass him when I am done with him and realize who he is with.
Terrible service. They seem diligent on the first couple of visits (notice how all the positive reviews are after the 1st visit) but quickly the quality drops. The guarantee they provide isnt not worth anything, its more half arsed work. Had a big ant issue post service, so they came out to revisit the issue. Just put some powder on one mound, didnt even look for others. This just moved the mound and I ended up with ants in my house. I called to cancel my service, and they promised to come revisit and if they resolved it they would book my next quarterly service. They came again, and two weeks later the ants are now in my kids rooms and my 2 year old has ant bites to the face as she sleeps. I then called to fully cancel my account, and the representative I spoke to accepted my reason for canceling. The next day I get charged for the next quarterly service despite canceling. When I rang up to dispute they said that because I canceled my service within 30 days of my next service I was charged. The customer service agent I spoke with to cancel had not mentioned this, and neither had I booked my next service. Instead once Whiteknight had finished their 2nd poor attempt at dealing with the ants they auto scheduled my appointment despite our agreement to wait to see if they actually handled the issue. This was simply a dirty underhand tactic to pull money from me despite their incompetence. The final customer service agent I spoke to was rude and frankly laughing at our situation, rather than help he said I just had to dispute it with my bank. Dont let their initial visit fool you, these people are frauds.Edit: Despite their reply, 10 days since and no one from whiteknight has contacted me and theyre still trying to charge the $108. In the meantime my 6 month old got an ant bite in her crib. I ended up getting another company to come out and resolve the ant issue. They found ants entering my house at 4 locations, which whiteknight missed multiple times.
I will NEVER use this company again. Had to call 3 times for reservice in the first 45 days. They told me that they would treat the yard and never did. Find someone else besides them to handle normal pest control.REPLY - That is not what happened. The multiple reservice calls were for the wasps nests that your guy did not take care of even though I SPECIFICALLY called for reservice for them. The last reservice was for the ants which I was then informed you didn’t cover that TYPE of ant.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Lets start with the guy who approached us before we could even get moved into our home. He said there was no obligation and tricked us into a contract that we didnt agree to. A year later when its time for the contract to end, they charged $129 without authorization when it was only supposed to be $34. I spoke to Danielle from their so-called corporate office and she was very rude and refused to remove the charge. HORRIBLE COMPANY, LIES, AND STEAL PEOPLE MONEY.
When they offer discount during signup don’t fall into the trap. It’s a 360 degree trap. Most importantly do not sign there contract until you have tested them. I had 2 services performed and both of them were less effective than the previous pest control. When I called them to cancel services due to unsatisfactory result , they wanted the honored discount back with taxes.I bet those 4 or 5 star reviews in google are from people who were honored more discounts to write a positive review.I have made aware of the whole community about this company scam on FB and Whatapp groups within my community.
Upon cancelation of service, this company scheduled an additional extermination service without consent and a charge was placed.The account was placed on pending cancelation on a Thursday. The following Monday, a service was done to our home, without consent.When questioning the additional $120 charge, the customer representative was addiment about having to pay the unwanted service before our account can be closed and refused transferring the issue to someone else.This is unjust, unethical, and unprofessional. Do not use Knights Pest Control Service. Now, it is stated that you need to cancel 30 days before any service is provided.
I had never used any pest control from my last 2 homes other than the builders recommendation. when I moved into my new home a rep. from this company knocked on my door and gave me a decent pitch. I declined at the moment, he came back a few months later and i said or well why not, let me give it a try. I delt with white knight pest control for about 5 months but from the day they sprayed the first drop on my property it felt like hell, all kinds of bugs started coming out, i called them a few days later and they told me that after the first few services the eggs start hatching and this would lead to a bunch of bugs coming out. I took that statement and was patient for a while. the issue continued to an extent my kids were scared to sleep in the beds or rooms because of how bad the situation was, mind you this a brand new house with new furniture because when i reported this infestation again, they came back thinking it was bed bugs which was not the case according to the technician. To cut a long story short, I think its a business scheme that this company uses, to spray some chemicals that will attract bugs in order for them to keep coming to your home and make money off you. since I dicthed them a few weeks ago, i have not seen a bug crawl in my home todate.
I wish I could rate this business zero stars, because there are zero stars working here. After confirming I was within service zone and purchasing Groupon, White Knight said they would not honor Groupon because they disputed that I was within their service zone. Yet somehow, even though I was not in their service zone, the tech offered to take the $60 value of the Groupon and apply it to their $250 service, which I would then have to pay full price for. THESE GUYS ARE CON ARTISTS!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
They kept forcing their appointments on us. Our entire yard wasnt being done. We asked to reschedule and they decided to come anyway. Then they billed us and are trying to enforce a contract that they breached. The techs arent the issue its the companys office MOB style approach. Then they send bills and collections for services we declined not including the partial service that we paid full price for for a few months. I called many times and to no avail. Buyer beware.
People are telling the truth here. RUN RUN RUN AWAY. Do not sign up. Absolutely delightful man signed me up. Liked him so so much I never read contract. I still trust him just not the company. Once I realized I was in a contract I have questions. Office said I could cancel within 72 hours if unhappy so I did. They then claimed I would be billed 220.00 for cancelling within my 72 hours. I just wanted a pest control co to come by every other month with no contract. Everyone is so polite with White Knight but RUN RUN RUN AWAY .Update: Owner asked through email that I call company so he/they/someone can discuss this with me. I tried but no one ever called me back. Also replied to his email and left my cell number with no reply. I was ugly and told him through email that I paid everything and go get your next victim. Again RUN RUN RUN AWAY.
I have had service with them for a year and every service is horrible and poor ... if you want a pest.control I would reconsider else where . Management is horrible as well they wont do nothing but quick to take your money. And not preform service. I will make surey neighborhood knows about them as well as the Next door app. Its a contract so you will be charged if you cancel close to 200.00
We have been customers of White Knight for about two years, they are always very professional they take care to make sure that your animals are in and safe and they’ve been very responsive when I had to have them come out for a second time. Would highly recommend them
Techs contact females from personal cellphones after treating house. This is inappropriate and unsafe. Spoke with a supervisor about it and provided text messages was told there would be a meeting with head of company and technician and they would follow-up with me. There was no follow-up. I re-read my contract and sadly I am locked into these creeps but I do not want them back to my home.
This is my 2nd review for this terrible company… They charged my credit card just now for an additional payment which make 13 for a 12 month contract… My contract was for 12 payments so I feel this 13th payment is a fraudulent charge…. Don’t ever use this company because they will rip you off!
We used White Knight for 4 years and will never again. They make you sign a contract which Ive now learned is illegal. They schedule appointments for you without calling to ask first and let you know a day or less in advance. There is no time frame of when they might arrive so you could be waiting on a tech to come all day long. Every tech with the exception of 1 has been whiny or given a lot of excuses when asked to look at or treat something. They are lazy and do the job quickly so they can move on to the next.Customer service at the office is the same way. They dont care about the customer, they just want the money. Dont believe a word they say, its all lies.
They were ok, but they didnt have full disclosure regarding exiting the service. I decided to cancel and was informed that I wud have to pay $350 to get out of the contract.I feel like I was played by the owners casual attitude convincing me to sign. They settled for an additional $150 to opt out.Not saying they are a bad company but I feel that a lot of these companies are predatory hang out in new sub divisions.To every new homeowner in Bridgeland I beg you to read evert contract carefully so as not to be trapped in a bad situation.
I wish I would have never entered into business with this company. I wish I would have read some of these reviews before using them. The majority of the reviews are bad but every once in awhile you see excellent review...must be family and friends. Please stay away from this company.
Im not sure what they are supposed to do but I can tell what they dont do. HARDLY ANYTHING. I would wait for them to arrive, leave and park down the street so I could time how long they were at my house. Usually about 7 to 8 minutes. When I confronted them several times about this they would send someone else and do it again. I saw zero difference in pests or ants for the 5 treatments so far with one remaining. I am calling them today to make sure they dont have an auto renew built in.Absolutely worst pest control company I ever had and I will go so far to say they are not only unethical but are borderline crooks. All this for $81 per treatment and dont try to get out of their contract because it will cost you several hundred dollars.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They charge you every month but lie about their services. Sometimes the technician doesn’t show. They charge but don’t perform the service. They lie and say they do things and I have security cameras and know they don’t always do it.

I never had an agreement with this company. However, they showed up and did a spray of the yard, per what they state. They sent me a bill, I called them and paid the bill. Then they sent me another bill for $144 saying that since I didnt continue with service the story they did was $180 in total. This company is a fraud. Dont sign an agreement with them. Dont do business with them unless you want to be ripped off. Dont even answer the door for them because even if you tell them no they will sign you up for service anyways.
The incompetency exhibited by this company is absolutely astounding. In all of my years on Gods beautiful Green Earth here have I ever come across a company that is run so incompetently that I have been this disgusted to the point of writing a review like this. I would be willing to bet on my grandmothers grave that their sole business model is to try to collect a $150 termination fee from people that are dissatisfied with their service. I had a technician show up in my house weeks after my scheduled appointment, long after I cancelled services with them trying to do the services promised to me before that were never completed. The tech then got on the phone with the customer support corporate office and they told that guy that they would charge me a $150 termination fee for services that were never provided. Luckily for me they will never receive that $150 early termination fees because they angered me so much 2 weeks ago that I cancelled the card just to prevent them from doing such.I know that this might be slightly long-winded, but just know that I am so angry with this company but I would rather unleash wild Texas rattlesnakes into my own home than to have them come out for a pest control service.
Worst Pest Control company to work with., They lure you into signing up by giving all discounts and then after 2 months of they do nothing., They also changers me an early termination fee when I have completed my 12 months agreement and now I am going in rounds with their customer service team., If they knock your door, just send them off., Not worth using them.,
I hired White Knight for routine pest control service on my home. They were decent at first, and then they went completely down hill. The technicians would mark my home as complete; but they never arrived. This happened on multiple occasions. I provided video evidence to them and they would send a reservice but sometimes that person would not show up. We have two members of the household who are incredibly allergic (epi-Pen type allergy) to ants, so we need reliable pest control.I also had a note on my account that I wanted the interior treated as well, but they would always try to get around doing that as well; and would never show up, or ring the bell if they did show up.I finally canceled my contract after 30 minutes of conversation with the company; but they are unresponsive when it comes to refunding me for a service they did not complete.Save your time and energy and hire a different company altogether.
We used White Knight for over a year, and always had issues with insects. On the last visit, we tried to get in contact with them to let them know we were seeing red wasps and spiders when we shouldnt be, so they could come out and re-treat but we could NEVER get a reply or anyone to follow-up with us to get this scheduled.Then, on our last scheduled visit, the technician spent less than 5 minutes on our property (verified with security camera that watched him the minute he pulled up to the minute he pulled away). He didnt treat for the wasps like we needed him to, and he only sprayed part of our property, completely ignoring the back yard when we have paid for that area to be treated.I called to cancel and was given the worst runaround I have ever experienced by one of the absolute worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. She kept trying to get someone out to re-treat the yard instead of honoring my request to cancel the service.Finally, after arguing with her for nearly 15 minutes, she canceled our services but refused to do anything about the invoice we had open with the services that were not completed from the last visit.She said someone from billing will reach out and no one ever did.I finally had to call them, when I received an email stating my account was overdue and the lady on the phone said she couldnt remove the charge.Rather than fight with her about it, I paid the balance and then reported it as fraud/services not completed with my credit card company.DO NOT USE WHITE KNIGHT!! EVER!!
White Knight Pest Control came out to our house and did an outstanding job of killing Bugs. If it wasnt a Dog or Human, it got Terminated. Thats exactly what we wanted. They were very professional, friendly, courteous, and a good price. I highly recommend you using them.
Like many others weve had technicians that dont show up but the money just goes to them via online transactions. The technicians incorrectly report that homeowners are not home or unresponsive when thanks to the pandemic thats the only place we are ....at home all the time. They talk big about a great service and but they are only good at taking payments. Because when I asked them to cancel the account and refund for the service I never got ..yet paid for. They dont call for two weeks and hang up after 4 rings. I waited on the phone for 10 mins and still couldnt reach their customer advocate. I also left a note to call back, which they called back once and again just left a note saying this is the final attempt in trying to reach you. Finally instead of refunding the money, they charged us $218 because we received promotional pricing. I was still trying to be fair and asked them to refund for the service we never got, but apparently I need to cash in that only by getting that service. Chicken or the egg situation, they dont come but thats the only way to get money. If you have the patience to read this long review, you probably have the patience to deal with these crazy company!
SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!!! We started our service in June, the tech was scheduled to come out June 29th..... he showed up unprepared and only did a partial job. He said he would be back in 2 days. He never showed, when we called, we were given excuses and rescheduled for July 3rd. The morning of July 3 the tech called to cancel stating that he did not have any product to do our mosquito shield treatment. We waited a few days to hear from WK, but no call ever came. So, we once again called the office trying to figure something out, It was about this time when I also tried calling the owner with no luck. Then on the third appointment (after numerous phone calls, and some rude customer service people) they sent a manager out on July 7 to finally finish the first job. So, I paid for June service that I didnt receive until July, and then I paid for July service that I did not receive at all because they stated that they just did my service in July. I also received an email stating that I would be charged a $10 fee for a re-servicing fee, from when the manager came to finish the original job. Then, they said had me scheduled for August 23, but werent going to come because we were talking about canceling our service. So Ive paid for multiple months of service and only received once. We have been calling and asking numerous times to speak with a manager about this issue, we are always told that somebody will call us back but then never does, and as we wait for our call back we are being charged late fees for not paying our bill that we are disputing. When we try to dispute charges and explain our unhappiness with the situation we are then told that because we want to break contract early that we have to pay additional fees. I feel that it is not us breaking contract but, White Knight. They are failing to show up and perform their job the proper way, and still expect me to continue paying a monthly service that Im not receiving, and then charge me cancellation fees for breaking contract.
We switched to white knight after a neighbor suggested it to help with the spiders our previous company was unable to get rid of. At first, I was hopeful but the issue got MUCH worse before it got better. I finally stopped seeing grass spiders a few weeks ago, about 5 treatments and retreats later. We pay monthly for mosquito service and it does NOTHING. I regret not keeping the other company for their mosquito treatment which is night and day to this garbage. At this point I’m considering switching to another company. The techs never call ahead(one time only the lady called 30mins ahead of time for mosquito treatments). When they arrive, they treat and don’t speak to let you know they’re here. I got a surprise in the backyard by a tech who didn’t announce himself, just let himself back there and scared me senseless by walking past the dining room window. Today, it happened again, only this time I got a notification that someone was at the front door right after a package was just delivered. I assumed it was a porch pirate because I had no call ahead and no time frame. The communication is nonexistent. They don’t spray inside of the house/garage unless you ask because they don’t even tell you they’re there.
This was David’s first time coming to the home and boy was I impressed. I have been working with this company for over a year now. David was very professional he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was already excited about the services but this makes me even more secure with this company. Use them it’s going to be the investment you can make.
Our last technician, Michael is a very knowledgeable person and lives up to the standards of the of your company but by far is the nicest & most personable technician that we have met from your company. Michael was very thorough in his service to my home and my Mother-in-laws home on my property. I would appreciate it if Michael could be our dedicated service technician going forward. When we tried to get a refund of the charges, we were told by three different people we cant give you a refund and they kept trying to get me to let them come out and reservice my property. No. No chance. You get the job done right the first time, you dont get a second chance.They talk a big game about customer service, but the only thing they are really good at is taking your money.STAY AWAY!
Alex was going door to door in my neighborhood and I usually don’t talk to sales people but he was AMAZING and since we were in need of Pest control I knew I wanted to use their service! He courteous, professional, and on time. Their customer service rep was perfect, as well as the quality of the service. .10/10 recommend!
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Never received the first service for them to spray the inside of my home, after they promised multiple occasions it would happen on my next visit. I have tried canceling them for months and every time I call they never pick up, and the say they don’t have records of me trying to cancel. If you want bad service and even worst customer service that’s the only thing they are good at!
I have no complaint. But I will say that when my contact expires I will not be renewing it. Company has good service and good employees. But I 67 years old and have owned several homes. I have exterminated all my homes and never had any issues with insects. For me I cannot afford almost 500.00 per year. And I really was told I could cancel any time. For me I made a decision and regret it later. I will recommend this company to young couples with jobs and dont have time or knowledge to exterminate. Thank you for time.
I signed up for white knight beginning of this year. They appear to be knowledgeable and prepared to handle any insect infestation you may have, but don’t be fooled. This is definitely not the case. My primary concern was roaches. After the first treatment, there really was not a noticeable difference. I waited a few weeks and still I saw roaches scuttling around at night. I reached out for a retreat which they happily did. However, once again this has no effect on the roaches. I kept being patient and wanted to give them a chance. This went on for about 11 months. Meanwhile multiple treatments and retreats later the roaches still seem to be thriving. By November, there seems to be even more roaches.It was only when I reached out to cancel my service that at that time a representative said “ has anyone identified the species of roaches to ensure you’re receiving the proper treatment?”, shouldn’t that be the first thing they do on the initial treatment? Shouldn’t someone have questioned whether or not they were using the appropriate insecticide when I was constantly calling for a retreatment? It was only when I decided to cancel my treatment that they thought, “hmmm maybe we aren’t doing something right?“ , The representative then offered to retreat my home with a specialized service for German roaches for a cost of $250 the first room and an extra $100 for any extra room. So you’re telling me after 11 months of me paying for this service in which they were not able to address my problem correctly you want to charge me another $250-$400? This is absolutely absurd. In addition to me terminating my service agreement due to their failure as company to deliver what they promise, they thought it would be appropriate to charge me an additional $150 for basically a cancellation fee. Just trust me on this one guys, take your money to a company Who can actually fulfill their promise.
The company requires that you enter into a 1-year contract before trying the service to even see if you are going to like it. This should have been a red flag and would have been if I had been told up front about the contract. The initial treatment was marginally okay. The follow-up treatment was a disaster. I wasnt even home. I would never have know that they were there, except for the charge to my bank account the next morning. I told them from the onset that I was to be notified each and every time they showed up. In other words, I was suppose to be home. This did not happen. The technician spent all of about 5 minutes on the property and reported that he had done full service. I called the office and they told me that the technicians have GPS in their vehicles and that the service was indeed done as reported. I then informed customer service that my home has security camera and those cameras tell a different story. The technician never entered the front yard, never entered the side of the house and never entered the back yard. They could argue with me, but not with the security cameras. Another technician was sent out FREE OF CHARGE. A curious thing happened when I was on the phone with them. My bank will send me a text message as soon as any transaction is posted to the account. That is how I found out about their visit. Within 2 minutes of telling customer service that I was upset with the service, the charge to my bank account went from pending to approved. This only happens when someone in account receivable pushing the payment through, otherwise, it is pending for a couple of days. So, they heard my complaint, put me on hold and accounts receivable stopped what they were doing and made sure the pending transaction was pushed through and they got their money. This is not a company that you want to do business with. My bug and ant problem has gotten worse. I walked outside on the back porch into a spider web. I have ants everywhere. Dont be fooled by a 5-star rating. I own a blog and I can tell you that 5-star ratings can be bought. Rating can be completely controlled by the administrator of the blog. I checked Angies List and no one has heard of them. They also claim ratings with Home Advisor and this isnt true either. They give you a link for a twitter account that doesnt exist. So their Check Us Out is just a lie. I have cancelled the service and I have been given a bill because of the 1-year contract. The bill has a note that I will be charged a $10 late fee if not paid in 30 days. Their representative told me that the 1-year contract was standard in the industry. I disagree. A company that has good products and good customer service doesnt have to threaten customers with the threat of a termination fee for breaking a contract. White Knight Pest Control, you are put on notice. You will release me from this 1-year contract termination fee, or my story will go Social Media Virial. I suggest other people do the same.
Unbelievably unprofessional. Did not show up at all for 3 different appointments. Lady on the phone argued with me about my time frame being an all day appointment, and did not honor the email that they sent me verifying my 2-hour time slot. They want to charge me an additional fee for them to come out for a service that they did not even perform. I will be making a formal complaint as well as calling my bank and getting a refund for services not rendered.
We found lots of bugs after first service and we about to cancel the service but we received call from main office if you cancel then we charge you $326 for whole service and over the phone I told representatives please hold we seen going to give you call for confirmation about canceling service we didn’t decided yet on that the company charge us before letting us know, this not professionalism and not good service hitting our money without authorization.
I was very impressed with the original canvasser Bryson. He was kind and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. He offered me a really great deal and I am very happy that I took it.I was also impressed by the 2 technicians that came out to the do the actual spraying. They were efficient and again were really excited to help me understand what they were doing. They even offered to spray the problem areas inside my house as an added bonus, I really appreciate that. To those 2 guys, I believe one of their names is Jeremy, I apologize that my dogs were barking at you non-stop while you were here.I will surely be continuing with this contract and most likely renewing again next year!
This company is a rip off. I hired this company sometimes in september and all three services they did is not working, rather the pest kept on increasing. they had to come out on two different occasions to refix it but the problem remains the same. I had to cancel my services because its a waste of time and money.
I was sold a bill of goods that has been subpar. The first couple of technicians were thorough, timely and professional. The next one was late and told us she was struggling with a hangover. Unprofessional. I was told when I signed up by the friendly kid on the hoverboard that I could cancel my service at anytime. That has proven false. White Knight has pestered me relentlessly for a $374 cancellation fee that was never discussed in my initial visit. Not to mention, I was charged for each individual date of service so Ive paid them in full for services rendered. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
This company has chemicals that are safe and work well in my house. However, the company has bad customer service and it appears they don’t know how to speak to each other. I have had a really bad experience with them when you call the company to cancel services and it appears they are not well trained to do the job. One lady said she was the lead on customer service and when I asked for her supervisor— she put a fake supervisor. Then this fake supervisor told me that he would reduce my price and didn’t. I advise everyone to get the name and ID of each person you speak to because you will need it as evidence to prove you didn’t get what you requested due to the lack of skills and training in customer service.
Stay far far away from this shady company. They’ll solicit their business and have you sign on an iPad to treat your house. They won’t tell you it’s $100 to cancel the service and you’re entering an agreement. Their business practices are unfair and deceptive, they play games with their current clients. I received no communication about a discount or cancellation fee until after I wanted to close my account because I had moved from the address they were treating. What kind of shady company has to lock you in like that and not be up front about a service level agreement? Not to mention they had to respray a few times because it didn’t work. Horrible horrible experience will absolutely advocate to anyone I know to never use this company.
They harass people. Violate a private residence sign, ringing door bells and waking up kids. Looking around for cameras... Even spreading covid by not wearing a mask. Shamefull... you call and complain to the company and they wont do anything.... just say to bad they should have worn a mask. Nobody wants your pathetic salesman on their property.
They knocked on my door asking me to change to their service. The price was right, and the service started ok for the first 2 treatments maybe. I called and asked to be notified ahead of each time as I wanted to also have them treat the interior (which I thought was standard treatment). I had noticed that on treatment 2, the tech only was prepared to spray the exterior - thus my first experience with calling them. They made notice supposedly in their system to all me in advance, but when I started seeing large spiders inside, I called and asked why hadnt they been out in a while. They claimed to have been out just 3 weeks prior. So..... no advanced notice, no day of notice, no evidence they were there, no notes, no nothing..... I have now tried to get them out to spray AGAIN (likely first time in a while), and they simply do not have an answer and say they will call me back. Its been 12 days and im on the 3rd phone call with them. Oh.... they also dont appear to record any events of any phone calls with history, so its becoming impossible to deal with them at all actually. They say they will call me back, but havent done so yet. Wish I didnt change pest control services. It was a sales pitch that didnt deliver.
Had the service for a few months. Overall customer when contacting the business along with visit’s. However the plan that we were on what not explained correctly, we also began to see a decline in service as the visits. The business however is really great at taking certain claims and trying make it right with their customers which I appreciate. Hopeful for better service on the last visit.
So far, so good. Trey at the Houston office made scheduling my first appointment a painless process. He was very polite and courteous and he was upfront about the policy and procedures as well as with the pricing. Russell, the technician that came out for the first appointment, was awesome! He too was very polite and courteous. He took the time to listen to all of my questions and he was able to answer them all. He also seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products he was using to treat around my home. So far, I am very pleased with the service I have received from White Knight.
The original salesman was very knowledgeable when making the solicitation appearance. He was friendly and answered all our questions. Informed my husband and I of all the steps in protecting our home. Showed a photo of the technician Jessie whod be actually providing the services the following day so there where no hiccups in this pandemic.Jessie was polite and he also gave a step by step run of what would be done on our yard and in our home. Quick accurate and efficient service overall. We are pleased with our initial experience.We were told what to expect in the next couple of weeks as the insects have been stirred up sort of speaking and to call for a second application at that time then they will automatically come out every 90 days thereafter.
When I first started using White Knight, they were amazing. The owner/boss took care of the spider webs on the house, sprayed inside and out. Now things have changed, I haven’t seen the same guys and they are now telling us that they don’t need to spray inside anymore to take care of the bugs. The price hasn’t changed, so why is the service changing. We are gonna give them another chance and if it’s the same then we may be switching to a different pest control company. We live on a bayou and we get all kinds of weird bugs and I don’t want them in my house.
It was painful to work with White Knight. The communication was atrocious. We asked for a courtesy calls before service appointments to make accommodations but it never happened. They failed to get me scheduled for my first visit and did not get to my first appointment until I called in weeks later. I’ve been unhappy but I wanted to wait to finish full term. My last “bimonthly” service was not scheduled until I called in as well after waiting close to 3 months. I was told they would be here last week while on the phone with a rep but was not told it was now scheduled for a week later. I am normally very lenient as a customer but this was just the worst experience with a company I’ve ever had. So much so that I decided to pay the cancellation fee and skip the service. I recommend not using this company.
Beware of what they make you sign! A pushy salesperson solicited our home and said that they had a special for a ONE TIME service for around $50 and we agreed. We offered to pay cash but they didnt accept it. They took our credit card info. We asked them specifically to make sure this was gonna be the only charge and nothing else and the salesperson said this was the only charge. This week we started receiving text messages and calls about the subscription service that they claim we signed up. We tried to explain that we never ever signed any contract with them for a subscription service but the people in the office were so rude, they started yelling at us on the phone and they said they will stop the agreement but they will charge us for the discount they gave us. We do not have a signed contract on our end and they cant provide us with a signed contract either. The only thing we signed was the ONE TIME credit card charge but We believe the sales person tricked us into signing something else on his tablet. The salesperson obviously doing this knowingly and try to get his commission from the company. We should have checked these reviews before we fall into their scam. We left a review on Better Business Bureau too.
Donovan and Jason assisted us in getting an extremely competitive quote and setting up/completing our first treatment this week. I cannot say enough how great these two gentleman were. They were so friendly and easy to work with, I really felt like I was being taken care of. They were knowledgeable and professional making sure to answer all of my questions before they left. John Gamez came today for a termite inspection. He was great! He was fast and efficient. Came in and knew exactly what the problem was and showed us where the termites were located. He was informative and explained everything in detail of what was needed to be done. Great guy, super nice and friendly. We have a bimonthly plan with them. They’re always on time. I always get an email before they come and the exterminator gives me a call the day of to let me know what time they’re getting there. Never had a bad experience with them. Emailed them that I might have a termite problem, they called me the next day and someone came out the day after. Great/fast customer service.
Just spoke with Andy in sales regarding pricing as I have been offered more discounted services from other providers. Andy informed me that White Knight was top of the line and that other providers were proving watered down products from Asia. I then inquired about promotions/discounts to which Andy replied that he was transferring me to the cancellation department because he would not entertain discounting my services and proceeded to place me on hold without my consent and transferred me to the cancellation department. I was appalled! Previous customer service reps have been very respectful and helpful. Andy by far has been the most rude and disrespectful sales rep that I’ve worked with. Unacceptable! Because of his behavior I am seriously considering canceling services with White Knight.
Our technician Nick Charles did an amazing job! He sold us on the mosquito/flying insect treatment. He was very thorough and made sure to get all the wasp nests out, and used a power hose to treat all easements and fence lines. I’ve never seen any of our technicians do that before in the 3 years we’ve used White Knight and he said they’re supposed to every time! I would like for Nick to be our technician every time!
Do not use this company, they are dishonest about price/discounts. My wife and I had just moved into a new home in a new neighborhood and a white knight salesmen came by and told us about their services. I gave him my debit card information and he had me sign on his ipad claiming I was signing authorization to charge the card and I would receive a receipt which I did. Come to find out I was signing a contract for 12 months with a $300 cancellation! I called the company and let them know how dishonest the salesman was and they seemed to not care. Unprofessional and dishonest this company is. Do not use them take your business to HONEST pest control service. I have been a customer of white knight for several years now and I have most of the time received great service from the specialist that were scheduled to treat my quarterly. But today they sent a gentlemen named Daniel West that went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. He actually took his time and explained the service to me that he was during and this was only suppose to be a drop off from the previous specialist from my quarterly. This gentlemen is very knowledgeable and shows pride in his work.
Richard is a good technician. Does a thorough job. Not sure about other techs. As when I get a technician who does a good job, I Request that individual each time as I feel much safer this way. Customer service with this company is a bit lacking. I’m a new customer and haven’t had the best customer service so far. Merely requesting the same person was an issue. I had to request that they actually schedule the appointment with me in advance as opposed to informing me via text at closing time that my appointment is the next day as that is NOT acceptable to me. I am aware that this company doesn’t require the homeowner to be present. However, as a rule, I do not like anyone on my property for anything when I am not home. I keep locks on my gates and all serviceable equipment for this reason. Since I am home most days except a few hours per week scheduling an appointment is not an issue at all. It is merely good customer service. I did notice that most of this companies bad reviews come from a lack in customer service. The product itself does seem to do a good job. I have seen bugs in my home however they are either dying or are dead. Of course I’d prefer not to see any bugs but this is not likely to happen. It has been raining quite a bit and that tends to drive bugs inside homes. I am happy this product works as well as it does. I know it has cut down on the bugs as we’ve also seen many dead bugs outside around the house too. The product they use seems very effective. For this I am grateful. I remain optimistic about customer service and hope it will improve going forward.
The salesperson came to my house three times in a week each time offering me a lower rate; final deal was for one dollar ($1.00) they would service my house once and then I tell them if I want to start a service plan; no strings attached. A week later I got a call saying I owed $350 and was now on a one year plan, to which I said no I wasnt and my account needed to be cleared. Over the course of a month I got more calls and emails, I even called White Knight myself to clear this up because the salesperson lied to me and set me up on a plan that they have no record of me signing up for. They acknowledge that the salesperson wasnt honest with me but would not say he lied. They tried numerous times to make me a better deal but I refused so now along with the service plan they are charging me a cancellation fee; so I told them they had two options; #1 clear my account that I was falsely setup on and we both walk away OR #2 send me to collections in which case I would never pay but I will ensure that I write reviews on every platform possible to include my community Facebook page. I allegedly had service at my home at 7:04-7:28pm. No one showed up at my house. I checked my cameras and no one showed up for service at my home. I had to call 3 times to get to speak to someone. Then when I did I was told I would get a call back the following day. Wrong, I had to call again. Then the lady was rude to me and basically called me a liar telling me I have to provide the video proof. So, after offering me to worst customer service I submitted the video. Then I called back. They transferred me to the same lady with no customer service skills. She told me they will have to review my video and get back to me before I get a refund. I told her I did what was asked and I want my money refunded now.So I was lied to, stolen from, then treated like a second class citizen. If you value your time and money please use someone else for your pest control needs.White knight pest control lack integrity, trustworthiness, and customer service.
Joseph did a great job today and it all began with effective communication. We walked the area and discussed the best course of action to take in order to treat the red ant issue I have due to the recent weather. Joseph was very thorough in his work; he removed multiple wasp nests , treated my interior, to include the attic and he completed his work within an hour. Very satisfied with his effort.
This review is a heads up for prospective new customers. While Ive had some great contacts and communication with some of their representatives, overall, Id say they really need to do a better job communicating with their customers. Be prepared to have to call and work with them to truly get your needs met. Even after requesting someone notify me when they were here, it took 2 more times for them come out and even a supervisor to handle the 3rd attempt to reach out. If you have it in you to stay up on it and ensure that things get done-- then Id say they did a pretty good job. As far as keeping my house/property pest free-- they eventually did it, but at the cost of me having to reach out repetitively and cash in on their guarantee. Their agents who answer the phones arent really personable and at times unprofessional. Also, be aware that you cannot suspend your service- they will just cancel the contract, make you pay the remainder, and then have you call back to re-enroll later. That seems like a bad service choice during the pandemic when many people are without extra income. Side note: Their phone number has been flagged as Spam by a couple of the cell companies so their reminders may or may not come through as a call based on your phone preferences.
John and Daniel were great. I had my first service today. They went over and beyond. I recently cancelled Home Team Pest Control and I must say they did a MUCH thorough job than Home Team Pest Control ever did! They sprayed in and around the house, the garage, they went into the attic, they spread granules, cleaned the eaves, sprayed my fence!!! They got to everything!!!! Very reasonable in their pricing also. Thank you guys!! I hope this is the kind of service they give each time. Awesome!!
Terrible pest control company. Highly NOT recommended. They spend a very short time at our house during the quarterly visits, if you don’t see them, they don’t come inside or do half of what is promised unless you specifically ask the tech to do the full service. They do not treat the eaves with spray, which is where many bugs make their homes. We have had issues in between treatments and asked them to come back out, and twice they have charged us for that service (we have had to call and escalate to get it refunded) because they told us it was free if you were having issues between visits. Three of three neighbors we know who hired them are in the process of getting out of the contract which is a very long and “jump through hoops” process. Our neighbors who have White Knight (and trying to cancel) have a second story and a big wasp hive, but white knight says they don’t treat anything above 10’. :I Do NOT recommend this company, I have no idea how they have any good reviews. We live in a new neighborhood, not an area where there is any type of excessive pest control issues.
The only positive thing I can say is that their office seems to care about the customer. The technician that came to my house sprayed everywhere inside, carelessly and needlessly leaving puddles of poison in the middle of the floor. I contacted them to complain and the technicians boss called me back. I stated what happened and that I would like to cancel my service, he promptly apologized and got me in touch with the people to cancel. They did give me a discount on that first treatment when I canceled, so I only had to pay half. If the people you send to peoples homes are not well trained, you shouldnt be in a service industry.
Had our initial spray today and very happy.Great salesman who was very informative.Nick, the tech, came today and serviced our home. He arrived in the time window we agreed to with the salesman and introduced himself before starting. Did a great job listening to my concerns and focusing on specific areas where I saw a roach and spider earlier in the week. After completing the service he rang the doorbell and gave me a recap of what all he did and had me electronically sign.Very happy overall with the great service we received.
Overall this was a positive experience. They have very good pricing compared to other companies and offer many different services. I would refer their services to a friend. My only complaint is that they didnt give me a time-frame for when they were going to show up so I was waiting for them until the late afternoon. Other than that, the service was great.
A salesman came to my home and said that his company was running a special for a one time extermination that would be $50 so I agreed to the service and he took my credit card information. The next day they came out to exterminate. After the extermination I started getting texts/calls about the bi monthly service that I had signed up with them. I immediately called in and explained that I did not sign up for a bi monthly membership with the company and that I just agreed to the one time extermination for $50. The representative told me that I would need to pay an additional $200 for the service because that was the discount I received for the service. I explained to him that his salesman said that it was a one time service for $50. The representative said that I had signed a contract and I received a welcome call explaining the terms of the agreement, both of which are untrue. I asked him to email me a copy of the contract that I signed and I still have yet to receive it. Bottom line this company is a bunch of crooks. Their salesman lie to the homeowners and fluff the paperwork so they can get there commission. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have no idea how this company has over 1000 reviews and mislead buyers like this.To the owner of this company - if youre going to advertise your service as FREE to market yourselves, great, but do so with no strings attached! Ive lost trust in the people running this company and strongly suggest you deal with more honest folks. Very rude customer service. They hang up on you and talk over you. They serviced my house once and it took 4 different technicians and 1 whole month to get the job done correctly.and they even went and serviced the wrong address on the 4th try. So unprofessional the techs are never on time and show up when its convenient for them never at the set appointment times, Their products leave a nasty smell in the yard . And keep in mind this is a brand new home . I do not recommend them at all.
Initial Review: Sales Team very courteous and professional. Home had an initial treatment within the first hour. White glove treatment, kept home clean with shoe pads. Informed me about the chemical being used was plant based and shouldnt be harmful to people or pets (just let it sit for 10-15min before letting them Rome around).Technician did everything the salesman pitched. So far very Transparent. I do see negative reviews for this company (seemed more so from lack communication or transparency), but will give them a shot and do periodic reviews. Overall very pleased. I had a 1 year contract with them and they never got rid of the problem, then they charged for a extra month with out letting us know and we denied the service and they still charged us. Said there is nothing they can do. Even though they had not performed the service, they still charged us. I would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE unless you want a Headache. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The technician Michael Triggs was fast, courteous and extremely professional. He explained what he was doing and why in a simple and concise manner. This was my first treatment so I can’t rate on how effective this company and their products are as of yet but so far the staff has been wonderful.
At a previous rental property, our landlords paid for pest control through White Knight for one year. We really enjoyed and appreciated their service. We recently bought our own home and through some research I discovered that White Knight has the best rates and offered the most coverage in their services. I already knew they were excellent, so we didnt hesitate to set up our own account. Better yet, they are a local company to the Houston TX area. Communication has always been easy (you get a human being on the phone), the initial service was wonderful, and I know I can always count on White Knight to take my concerns seriously and address any issues that I (or they) may find.
We called White Knight to come out to spray our new property as a preemptive measure to keep the critters away. Brandy and Jeremy were professional and very efficient in getting the work done. Brandy explained the process and was super courteous and friendly. Great service!

My husband said he was a very nice man and he appreciated the work he did outside our home. I was even informed that as the Tech was putting away equipment he noticed some webs in our fig tree which he then removed.The only thing that I must relate is that I did not get a phone call prior to his visit. The scheduled appointment was between 5-6. My husband was just leaving for the store thinking he had a couple hours when the Tech showed up closer to 3:30. A phone call 1/2 hr to 1 hr prior to arriving is what we need. Its in our contract. Thank you.
We received a great price and switched to White Knight on the spot, saving a total $594/year. Our technician was very thorough and responsive compared to our last provider. I highly recommend White Knight for all of your pest control needs. We are now paying half the cost for more than double the quality.

Ive had so many issues with this company. I signed up for bimonthly service last May and I dont think there has been one month that I have not had to call back for a reservice. In previous months they for some reason only want to service the outside of your home so they treat outside and have to be called backed to treat inside. (no I do not have a pest control issue but the reason I pay to have my house serviced bimonthly is because I do not want to end up with a pest control problem. I make custom cakes from home so having a bug and rodent free home is important to me). Another month this company had the nerve to charge my card for service when it was thunderstorming outside and again did not feel the need to treat inside. How the heck they treat the outside of a home when its raining all day is beyond me. Then there was this month....I was guaranteed a $25 discount off of this months service because after last service I tried to cancel and buy out the remaining services on my contract just to be done with this company, but of course I was still charged the full amount for this months partial service. Then yesterday when the lady came to service my house I was on a very important conference call at work and declined the call thinking that theyd ring the freaking door bell cause I made sure my daughter was there to open the door for them for when they came, but nope the doorbell was not rang. Im so over this company. Please spare yourself the problems and hire someone else.UPDATE: I called to see about getting my $25 credit that was promised to me off of this months service and canceling my service with this company and was treated horribly by the advocacy dept. I expressed my frustrations with the man in the advocacy department, asked him why the service is so poor and he ignored my question so I told him that I was going to leave negative reviews on social media (because Im beyond frustrated and I do not feel like they are doing a good job at customer retention) because Ive had nothing but problems since I started my contract and this month was the straw that broke the camels back. His response to me was he would not give me the $25 credit that I was guaranteed because I threatened to leave negative reviews on social media and when I asked to speak with someone above him he hung up on my face. Like is that seriously how a reputable company handles a complaint? I did call back and speak with a lady named Daniella and she told me that she got the $25 refund approved and that it would take 5 to 7 days to receive it. So thank you to her!
I had White Knight’s service in Austin, TX when I previously lived there. Now living in Houston I still have the same great service, but better! Johnny came out last and he was so respectful, helpful, educating and did more than I have ever had any of the other techs do. He knocked down anything that looked like a bee hive and I literally see cockroaches dying at my door step weekly! Which are my worst fear. Thank you Johnny and white knight!
Would not recommend! Even after they spray we still have bugs. I have them come out every couple weeks even though they say it protects for up to 3 months and we still see spiders/earwings/ants. I originally signed up with them explaining we have rodents under our outside deck and asked if that’s included. Dominique assured me it’s included in the service no extra charge. That’s not true. Sticky pads are and everything else is an up charge. If my deck is outside and it’s constantly raining what is sticky pads going to do for me. Poor communication, I rarely get a curtesy call when requested, each technician is different and apparently all trained differently because they all contradict the one before, and when I asked to cancel my service since the gentleman lied to me when I signed up and now I’m in contract they want me to pay $70 to get out! JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service and training.
I spoke to the technician through my ring doorbell that he will be treating my garage and I will open the garage later and he agreed. After the technician was completed he rang my doorbell once that I did not hear waited for about 30 seconds and left. All caught on my ring doorbell. He could have at least rang my doorbell one more time or even called me to let me know that he was ready to spray my garage so I could have it opened. He left without spraying inside my garage. Secondly, I prefer to be called at least an hour or 30 minutes before a technician arrives at my home. I did not get that call either.
We started this company in April 2020. First service was great..next few service we horrible. When I mean horrible I mean horrible. The guys were not detailed they didn’t do a full service job I was so disappointed that I paying for a service I was not fully getting. We looked into canceling the contract because that how upset we were about it. They asked what they could do better but really your lack of training for you people out in the field working. They wanted to much money to cancel the contract so we just have to stick with the company at this point. So very disappointed! After this communication with the company the gentleman that came was again not really into his job. I told him what I needed and he wizzed through it and I went outside after he was done there was still spider webs in the windows and he didn’t spray the perimeter of our house, I only know this because you can clearly tell if it was sprayed or not. So again frustrated with this company. Then I recently just had a service and this gentleman was amazing! He told what he was going to do and I actually did it! This is service I could pay for and be happy with. I really hope they get it together! I love writing reviews and recommending people a company. It’s hard to do that when you don’t get great service yourself.
Scam. I’ve been told by the sales guy that they charge per visit and you can cancel anytime when in reality you’re buying a year worth of “service”. When you try to cancel, they’ll bill you $300+ because they believe they can charge you for doing absolutely nothing. Save your money and just buy some $15 insect repellent at Home Depot.
I just started gardening and noticed the bugs (flies, gnats, moths...) Plus not to mention they ruin your plants. I was referred to White Knight pest control. They were efficient, reliable and the exterminator was courteous. He did every room and heard my concerns. I have a corner house and they did the inside and outside in less than 2 hours. I cant wait for my lawn in the spring.
HORRIBLE! I honestly dont know how this company can have more than one star. The products dont work and if you have issues they dont care. You cant cancel even when I had months complaining because they charge you for cancellation a big amount. When I was toldmy service or contract was done FINALLY I keep getting messages on amount owed and that my account was still active. At that point I had called four times, texted and emailed multiple times. Seemed like they didnt note or communicate to each other. It has been a nightmare for me. I so regret the day I hired them
I’ve been a customer of White Knight Pest Control for over a year now and they are very responsive when I call for a re-service if I have an increase in ant piles and spiders. They are thorough and very professional! Inside of my house is insect free thanks to their treatments!
As new home buyers, we were turned on to White Knight through a concierge service. Initially we were excited to have such a reasonably priced yearly service, however we ran into issues when we needed additional treatments. The house we moved into was infested with fleas, and White Knight treated the base boards and said wait two weeks. After two weeks, the fleas were not gone, so they returned and treated in the same manner. A week later, still fleas. Contacted a different company who came the same day, treated the entire yard and whole house. All fleas were dead that night and have not seen one since. Also, make sure you read the fine print and do your math because there is a cancellation fee that is not clearly explained in the contract which states that you must pay the difference of the remaining savings of fees from the time of initial service. We have no idea about their quarterly service, but anticipate it would be much like what was already experienced.
Hello, this is Aqueela shaikh regarding my recent pest control appointment. This was the 4th treatment and yet I’m still unsatisfied this is the worst service I ever got and received and unfortunately. My first three appointment timings never showed up I waited the whole day and the company didn’t have enough courtesy to call and let me know that the appointment was cancelled. Later I was given the appointment for Wednesday and no timing was mentioned, when asked for the timing the receptionist told me they’ll call me for the timings which was 2 min before she arrived? Like I have a job too, how can you expect me to be home all day and come without letting me knowing. My main concern was cockroaches in my kitchen which was not done at all. She was here early in the morning and I had to cook and while my kitchen was busy she refused to treat the only thing I asked for?? Like Atleast know me the time so that I can keep the kitchen empty for y’all to treat.So considering all the reasons and draining my $80 to waste I would like to cancel my membership from white knight as there are much better services available in the market.Thank you
When I first started my service they were amazing and truly professional and got the job done. I have a new service person and I just feel like its a rushed job, hes on his headphone on a call, doesnt pay attention and not thorough, just going through the motions. Last time he said he came and serviced the inside which was a lie. When I called I said I got home as he was leaving and said he did a rainy day service outside but honestly considering he told his office he did a full service I wanted outdoors done again. Office wasnt pleasant or concerned when I called and told them my service was poorly done and threatened to sue me if I cancelled. He comes again and doesnt do outside and harass inside. Now like I said originally the service was great. Was very happy, so maybe its just this person but really disappointed.
Very unprofessional!!!! They will lie and take your money for a 12month contract that they call a card authorization . Beware Beware Beware.......... They will lie and say a supervisor will call u in 24 hrs...... Never get a call. DO NOT agree to auto pay they will randomly charge your card. This company or its execs have any morals and will steal from your debit card as they wish!!!!
The sales person was not real open in explaining this was a one year contract. My bad for not being more alert, but in the middle of unpacking from move and had seen ants. I was tired, had several other services coming at about same time rep showed up. I’m sure their service is reputable, but be sure of what you’re signing.

2022-07-25Be careful with their so-called promo, this would be a year contract and if you cancel within this period you will charged, $179.00 for me. Eventhough youre not satisfied, you will still pay for it. I think this would be reported to the business bureau or to the state.Quality is not good. Ants, Spiders, and other insects still present after 2 services. Its even getting worse.Personnel are nice. No problem with the staff.

2022-07-14A salesman came to the door and offered their service claiming it was friendly to pets and also they offered rodent bait boxes. I was told there was no contract and I could cancel at any time. I agree to try them and would consider their bi-monthly service. I received service that day plus paid extra $50 for rodent bait boxes. Whatever they treated the yard or house with caused my dogs to itch…badly. It took a month to wear off. I called to cancel the service. They said I couldn’t cancel until I spoke to a customer rep. And of course, all the reps had left for the day. Some one finally called me and informed me I had to pay $129.89 to cancel. When I asked what on earth for I was told it was for canceling the “agreement”. This was a no contract, cancel any time service. I am furious. I highly recommend that anyone considering these people, think again! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the TX State Attorney’s office. I haven’t seen a single dead bug in my house. Either their product is useless or I have no need of it.

2022-08-23Weve been using White Knight for a year and a half now and we love the service. The technicians that come out to service our house are always thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. They keep our house pest free inside and help keep the population outside to a minimum. Their prices are fair as well. They will even come back out to your home to spray, free of charge, if you end up having pest that are persistent after they do a treatment. Highly recommend.

2022-07-07Been a customer for 5 years I dont I think that speaks for itself. And I have had the service for 5 years because I like to keep home free of any unpleasant visitors. But I really dont have any visitors at all since the first time I solicited their service. The products they use are excellent. No complaints . I am super happy and satisfy. The associates are very professional . They really know what to do. The last agent in particular went above and beyond. He called Like every time they do to make sure I was home and I wasnt. I had doctors appointment and I asked him to please come back later and he agreed to do it in the afternoon as her last appointment. And he did. Hw came back and I was so embarrassed because I wasnt at home and on top of that I was far from home. I explained that to him that someone was on the way but it will take about 15 minutes he wasnt sure first because they can wait 10 minutes. I totally understand it was the second time in a day coming home and this was his last appointment of the day. I bet he was tired and wanted to be home but he kindly and patient wait for my son to come home and open the door for him. I dont have words to describe and do justice for this act of kindness and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Love love love White Knight Pets Control I recommend it 100 per cent 👌

2022-09-15I am always impressed with Claude. This is my third service with him, and he’s always so cordial, mannerly, sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. I just can’t seem to get rid of ants in my grass. He is patient and always willing to walk around with me and is a good listener about my issues with these pests. I am a happy customer with Claude as my technician. I am happy knowing he will be there for me whenever (and I mean WHENEVER) I have to have my home re-serviced due to pest issues. There’s never been any problems scheduling… Overall I am a happy customer and will gladly give 5 Stars for my review of top notch service. Thank you, Claude! You’re an amazing employee and I wish all employees were as well efficient and cordial as you. 😃

2022-06-22The route representative came by and offered services at the rate of $50 down today and then $39.00 monthly. I thought this was a great deal! I went ahead and let them do the initial spraying. Then I paid for it. I get a call from the office informing me that I signed up for a 1 year agreement (no one informed me that it was for a year, we are moving before that out of state) and also that I am paying monthly, but they will be servicing the house every other month??? (does this even make sense?) When I informed her I didnt know it was a year agreement, she said I couldnt cancel with them now that the first service occurred. I am extremely disappointed in how the service was explained (including omitting the year agreement and that they were charging monthly, but only coming every other month.) Poor explanation of services and office staff not willing to work with me. On top of that, she tried to collect an additional $49.00 dollars I had already paid to the technician. I would not recommend them to anyone until they get their sales pitch and services in order.

2022-08-27I have recently made the annual agreement with White Knight Pest (4 quarterly services plus the discounted initial visit), and am writing this from an initial point of view.Jeff with the company left me with a very good first impression if White Knight Pest despite other reviews Ive read, so we decided to try them out as we have had quite the bug issue this summer. He was very professional, invested, and left no surprises in his discussion with my wife and I about the services to be provided.We just had our first treatment today with their operator, Jimmie, who was also very professional and very respectful of the boundaries of our home (we were not expecting indoor treatment, and he was very prompt in accepting that and made some extra effort on the exterior for us).As I said this is an initial review that I will update as services are provided and results seen, but so far I am impressed with White Knight Pest Control.4/5 Stars depending on results and continued service.

2022-06-10Overall I am decently satisfied for using them but will add a huge warning to anyone looking to use them. I think in general they will do a good job. The technician was professional and they have competitive prices. However the caution comes to the actual service they perform and more specifically the interior service at initial visit. I wasn’t very happy with the VERY LIBERAL spraying of pesticides inside the home. I am of the perspective that quality exterior protection and spot interior, when needed, is the best approach to pest control. That said they sprayed very liberally, in just about every interior room in the house, seemingly with disregard to what was around the baseboards in the room or the contents/occupants. I have two small children and a dog and they really went to town in all of the rooms, which I was not expecting and didn’t realize until too late. When I asked they said baseboards inside and I expected the kitchen and bathrooms (where I’ve had service before). It wasn’t until later than I realized they did a perimeter spray in both the kids rooms and also the game room where kids are actively exploring all corners of the room with themselves and toys. Honestly quite disappointed with the lack of communication around that knowing I had two small kids and a dog. Perhaps it is safe but honestly I have no idea and I doubt the tech was all that knowledgeable as well in regards to exposure to the spray.I did sign a 1 year contract and there will be no more interior service, so I will continue to honor the contract… but I would caution anyone of this approach when considering white knight pest control.

2022-04-22Please do not use this company. I was smart enough not to use a credit card for the service, so I wrote the driver a check which he lost. Gave them enough time to find the check which was never found. So, I had stop payment on said check, drove to Norman to the place of business which is a warehouse with a new check and told them to cancel my service (contract). They are still sending me statements in the mail for 290.00, and now the amount is 315.00 from the collection department. I have called them several times to resolve this issue and wrote a letter explaining the issue.

2022-08-24I wish I would give zerooo. Very bad Custmer service I have been with them 3 month and they did not do anything for the treatment of my house. It is a lot of Hustle to even Contact them they love to collect money not about the service
