Every time I reached out for customer service, the girls in the office were always rude and could never give a straight answer. They do not let you cancel your contract until you have fulfilled all 12 months. This is the worst pest control Ive ever dealt with and the pests always seemed to come back within days of application, then I would get attitude for asking for a re-application. Just use diatomaceous earth and you can get rid of pests cheaper and easier.
Bad experience i got talked into it. Service is not good at all. I clearly told them the problem i was having with spiders. They said they tried different solutions but i’m pretty sure they did not. I still have the same problem with the spiders there service does not work. atleast not for me
I did my last service obligation appointment in April and I specifically told them I will not be continuing service with them and for them to cancel my contract after April. With out me knowing, they recently rescheduled me for another appointment and after I told them about my cancellation, they said They don’t have any record of my cancellation and I would still have to pay for the service because you have to give a 30 day notice to cancel or they would still charge me because they get paid by commission. This is poor customer service and wouldn’t help me out. If you plan to cancel, make sure you get it in writing.
My girlfriend stayed home all day because they had sold me on coming out to do the initial inspection and part control with subscription. Come to find out after calling my account was started but nothing was input into it and nothing scheduled. No notification, no reschedule, no clarification on a resolution just Well call you when we figure out something? . Unacceptable!!!
I worked for this company and i can say for sure that this company is not worth the service nor the employment, i haved been with this company for 14 months and the SA office is a joke they do not comply to TDA REG and the Manager is worthless been waiting to take my tech exam and nothing they make it Is impossible to get a raise in pay and Your paycheck fluctuates This is just my opinion but do not Use white Knight for any services There are a few good techs but most are lazy and dont want to work Neither do they listen to the needs of the customer And they overprice for services
Constantly cancel scheduled appointments often without ever notifying us.The techs never know what the previous tech has done. They claim to put notes into the file but I dont believe itIt seemed like most of the people that would show up were contractors not employees of White Knight so there is no accountability.We still have the same bug issue.I can not recommend this company.
I just moved from a neighborhood these guys work on a regular basis, to a neighborhood they don’t. Drew made this so easy for me and worked with my schedule. Good customer service goes a long way. When they came to spray the good customer service carried through. The guy was fast and friendly and explained everything to me. There was no grey area in understanding what he was doing or how he was doing it. I highly recommend White Knight Pest Control.
Nate was the nice salesman that came to my door. I have owned my house for 4 years and have never done anything to protect it. Both Lee and Landon showed up on time. They were very polite and friendly. Both service guys were knowledgeable on what they were doing. They did a great job of explaining there process. I have a baby and 2 dogs. It was nice knowing that they will be safe. I am 100% satisfied with White Knight Pest Control. My house and family was well taken care of! I highly recommend giving them a shot! Nate even came by while his guys were doing there job! Trust them to protect you!
White Knight has been my choice for all my pest control for the last few years. The technicians that have come to my home have been courteous, considerate, competent, well trained. In short, they have been a pleasure to deal with. While I have nothing But good things to say about the service, dealing well the office has been less than pleasurable. Their office staff cannot answer any questions concerning pest control. There are a multitude of changes needed to improve services to the general public, by the office. Having at least one tech on hand to answer any questions that a paying customer has would go a long way toward instilling confidence in their ability to get the job done. In the end all I can say is “Thank God for best Tech’s in the business.”
My technician Lee was friendly and professional. He represents the company well. He explained what he will be do and both inside and outside service is offered. Lee made me feel comfortable and I was treated professional. MaKai the sales rep was so detailed and represented the company. Everything he told me would be covered in the service, Lee executed. I was sold at no charge to come out to service in between regular service if something comes up. I would recommend to give them a try. Prices are great, product used is kids and animal friendly.
The technician that came out on my last treatment was very professional and explained in detailed all he did. I believe he spent more time explaining and answering questions than the other technicians. The only problem I had with the company is they promised to rid the inside of my home of spider webs and didnt. All other services were great.
We just purchased our home and Drew came by as a courtesy to tell us about the company and what they do. He was very professional yet personable and friendly which made the experience better! He was attentive and made sure to note all of our concerns. The following day Kailen came over! He came and again mirrored the same care and concern as Drew and then began to work. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and set the expectations for the following weeks and moving forward. I had never heard of White Knight before and I’m glad we were able to work together!
We had a wasp situation brewing and they resolved it quickly and professionally. Trey was great to speak with in scheduling the service and sharing the best options for us and then Russell who came out to take care of the problem and spray our home did a wonderful and thorough job.
We will not be using this companys services ever again. The techs were thorough and prompt. The reason for the low rating is because the lack of leadership and people skills the call girl has that answers the phone. She was extremely rude because we wanted to terminate our contract. We called to cancel weeks ago, but yet they send us another bill for 175.00. Never again, this company better not show up to my door again!
Eddie is AMAZING!!!!! Always helpful and informative about the products he is using. He worked extremely hard to figure out what was in our backyard that was biting our pups and causing whelps. He figured it out and now has a concoction that he puts in our backyard and our pups have no more bites. I appreciate all the effort he put in to ensuring that our pups would not be bitten any longer. Has even gone the extra mile and come on a day we werent scheduled. I cannot say enough good things about him. This is why I will have ONLY him do my services.
Will never use this company again. Beware, they will not notify you when you sign anything that you are being put under contract. This is illegal and a violation of human rights, and Im going to turn you in and report it to channel 12. See if some TV exposure will change your ways. Will never use this company again. Dont like contracts, especially when Im not informed Im signing one.
We had someone solicit us at our house and offer us a free one time service if we were interested. The salesman was extremely pushy, but we said yes against our better judgement and he had us sign a tablet. He said multiple times it was just for that service only. Turns out it was a one year contract that we only had three days to cancel. We were NEVER TOLD despite the company’s insistence that we were. It happened to others on our street as well. We ended up having to pay for the service in the end to break the contract. They are predatory, there are better companies.
First off never sign a contract because you are stuck. These guys snooze you at the front door. Not even supposed to be in the Neighborhood soliciting but got business from easy targets like me.Being honest. And I had been needing it. First transaction they lost my check so the day I called regarding the bill for 1st service I thought I paid for already with the check. they charged my CCard without even telling me. Guess I gave them that too (Another No No!)So by then service was due again so I paid a total of 280.00 in one month. And still had some spiders told them from the beginning this is.our problem. It’s was confusing. Came out a second time for quarterly. Still having spider problems. The guy did outside and in but skipped a few closets, the garage etc. So time comes around for 3rd quarterly. I really wanted to cancel but I can’t or have to pay back the 200.00$ supposedly they gave discount at the initial visit. Still have spiders. So the guy comes out Never came to the door just starts walking around the house sprinkling stuff no sprayer this time!? Waiting To come to do inside I look out he’s gone.??I call office. Lady supervisor says . You have to tell them if u want inside? They have no notes about spiders!?!? I can’t cancel cuz I signed contract!! She did take me down to 99.00 quarterly but Charges me the regular 130.00 for this completion today ,Which ISNOT Complete!! The guy has to come back out and she will make notes not to skip the garage or closets!! LESSON is Don’t sign anything or give any checks or $$. AT THE FRONT DOOR!! You have no idea if you still want their service after the first time must less for the next year.
The only good service was the first one. For the follow up, the technician didn’t find the house and he passed me 3 times and never called me or asked me if that was the correct address. On the reschedule, they didn’t called me on time before to confirming so missed the appointment and needed to reschedule. When they technician came the third time, he didn’t even complete the service. Didn’t came to the back yard and I didn’t see any wet areas up front. He left without saying a word. Now they are trying to send me tho collections because I decided to close my account due to their poor services.
This service was a huge scam. Pressured into an 18 month contract. After 4 visits and ZERO results (and 800 dollars down the drain) we politely explained that our pest problem had not improved and we would like to utilize someone else (my wife got stung by a scorpion two weeks after a visit and we thought enough was enough). They agreed to let me out of the contract but two weeks later got billed another 300 for breaking contract. Pretended i wouldnt respond to their messages even though i returned their calls every time. Not a company of their word. And their product sucked. Didnt work at all. Orkin worked though, so yay for that.
Whatever chemicals they use cause my dog’s paws to swell and become very itchy. The vet said it’s an allergic reaction. They said they were pet friendly and organic but that is not true and for what they charge, the service is not working. We still have all the pests they said they treat for. It’s like have Terminix but with the added problem of my dog suffering for a week after they spray! Worst ever and you can’t even just cancel the damn service either!! So unhappy!!
Mr. Boston did an outstanding job treating our home. We just moved in and asked to make sure everything was treated. He took his time and made sure our home was covered. I really appreciate him not rushing and talking the time to listen to what our concerns were. I would love for Lawrence to be our permanent treatment specialist. Thank you for your thoroughness with our home today.
Met the salesman one day and had service the next day. I also received a discount for signing up with the door to door salesman. Looking forward to a pest free spring and summer!Ill update this review based on the effectiveness of the pest control services I receive.Update!Lee, the service technician who treated my attic and garage today, also treated the inside of my house. Lee is a conscientious, professional who takes pride in providing excellent pest control services.

ONE OF THEIR SALES PERSON CAME TO MY HOME, HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE CAMPAIN AND FIRST MONTH $1 AND THEN $80 BIMONTHY, AND HE TOLD ME I CAN CANCEL IF I DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE. AFTER 3 MONTHS I CALL THEM FOR CANCELATION, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TOLD ME , ``YOU SHOULD PAY $219 BECAUSE THE FIRST MONTH, `` WHAT WHY YOU LIE TO THE PEOPLE AT THE BEGINNING. YOU NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT CANCELATION FEE, YOU TOLD ME I CAN CANCEL WHEN EVER I WANT. I TOLD THEM ``I WILL NOT RECOMEND YOU ANY OTHER PERSON, AND I WILL WRITE COMMENS ON THE GOOGLE, BECAUSE YOU ARE TELLING LIE TO THE PEOPLE.`` SHE TOLD ME ``OK, BUT IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL , YOU HAVE TO PAY $219``.
My husband and I have been White Knight Pest Control customers for years and never had an issue until recently. The customer service is poor and we are sick of it. We had a scheduled service for today, June 18th. Knowing this I called and spoke to Marissa at White Knight on Wednesday, June 16th at 3:54pm to let her know that I requested time off work to ensure that the house was sprayed inside and that I NEEDED to be out the door by noon at the latest. She stated that she made a notation on account so that the person being scheduled would know this.Around 11:30 am no one had shown up so I called to get an ETA and the person helping me didnt know and would have someone call. Its 4:00pm now and someone has finally called my husband to tell him theyre thereDont waste your time calling or standing by have them work around your schedule. Its non- communication that makes a business lose customers.
The technician came out and serviced our home. He explained everything he was about to do and did them accordingly. The only gripe right now that I have was him not closing my gate after clearly seeing my dogs. The gate was closed when he began the service. My expectations of companies is to make sure things are properly and neatly done (i.e. closing the gate behind you). Overall, we have not had an issue in the last 2 years with them.
I gave White Knight a try. Their staff was friendly, but I needed a product that worked. Unfortunately, this was not it. We have seen more critters since they have been treated us. They put you in a contract, which does state that if you are unsatisfied that you can cancel. Unfortunately, they charge you upwards of $100 (they say that is discounted from the $180 they originally wanted to charge me) to do so. I very politely asked for a reconsideration and did mention I would not be able to give a pleasant review should they choose to charge me. They denied me which tells me they are more concerned about this fee then satisfying customers. As a former CS Manager, not good business practice. This was not personal, their product did not take care of what it promised which is the point of having pest control service. BEWARE! I would not recommend them.
I purchased a Groupon with this company and schedule for service to come out on June 3rd with a 2 hour call ahead. On the scheduled day, I never received a call nor did anyone come to my property. When I called the number listed, they took down my information and said someone will have to call me back. This company is unreliable and unprofessional in their business practices. They do not show up at their scheduled time and when you voice your disappointment, they dont care to make it right. I do not recommend this company.
I LOVE WHITE KNIGHT. I’m so glad they knocked on my door!! I needed the service bad due to hornets in my eaves. The sales rep was very informative and assured everything would be taken care of. For anyone getting mad at these kids for selling a great service, please get a life losers!!!
They miss scheduled service appointments without calling. At least 3 times one of their technicians came out and said they serviced my house when they didn’t and then sent me an invoice. They would just show up and ring the doorbell and leave if I didn’t answer the door when they were supposed to be servicing the yard and the gate was unlocked.
Had a cold call at my house, told the salesman that I had service and wasn’t interested. He still pushed to try to sell his service. Again said I’m not interested, but clearly he didn’t care and continued flapping his lips. I ended up shutting the door in his face, and for some reason he was shocked. Now I’ll be sure to tell everyone in my neighborhood how pushy White Knights salesman are. Note I live in a new development, so plenty of opportunities for new customers.
First time using White Knight and so far so good... They were affordable, on time, and did the entire house, inside and out within an hour. Their technical was friendly and informative. Only thing left to review is the product they used. Will keep yall posted...😁UPDATE: Im definitely going to cancel. They charged my card without completing the service and then gave me an attitude when I called customer service. They never give you a courtesy call before they plan on going just the date. They sneak up and only do the minimal and charge you. The service got worse as the months went by. Everyone in customer service that I talked to within the different phone calls Ive made all had an attitude and treated me with a take it or leave it attitude. And dont even think about sending them an email because they never recieve/ read them. Wont continue my service with them. Im tired of companies getting away with poor customer service and us customers just have to Deal with it.
This was my first time using White Knight having just moved to a new home from another state. The gentleman from White Knight took his time and explained all that he had done. He answered any questions that I had and was very personable. I was very pleased with the service.
The year subscription is a SCAM. Supposedly each service is $110. The year contract is only 5 services, the 1st one, then 4 quarterly, yet somehow at the end of your service you actually end up paying $6-700. That math does NOT add up. If for any reason you want to cancel your services its a whopping $150 fee, just for a technician to NOT come out to your house. This means the cancelation fee is actually more than the service itself....... So if you are renting your home and dont want to continue to pay for someone elses home to be sprayed for termites, or you just would like to cut down on your monthly expenses to make room for somethingelse, you are either forced to pay $150, or keep just paying the monthly payments, neither of which helps you. God forbid theres a pandemic and and you cant afford it....As for the service itself, the technicians were always polite and timely. But the contract itself is outdated, unfair, and frankly an all out scam. If I do not want anymore technicians to come to my house for fire services and I have payed for all of the prior services, then theres NO REASON I should have to pay an extra $150 for them to do nothing. The contract is comparable to basic cable. Trash.
The process of contacting White Knight, getting pricing without an in-person appointment and the availability of a tech to be at our home the next day was EXCELLENT..Dominic (sales) was professional, kind, and funny..!! And Eddie (technician) was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable..!!I’m looking forward to working with them going forward.. We’ve never had pest control service in any of our homes, my husband has always used over the counter products, so I will be back to comment on the product in the future and how it works on pests..!!
The price was reasonable and appreciated the service provided. However I moved recently and canceled my service and took off the automatic payment draft sometime in January. Well come to find out I’m still being charged and the house i NO LONGER LIVE AT was still being serviced. I called to take care of issue and ask why I’m still being charged. They told me that someone should have told me when I canceled that they still charge quarterly so there’s nothing they can do. I wasn’t told, I should not be responsible for negligence of the company. Any employee who answers that phone is a representation of them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS company and surely urge anyone who is considering their services to reconsider!!!!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have been to my house SEVERAL times and even came out for re-service calls but I STLL HAVE ANTS!!!! At this point I call to cancel service since they aren’t holding their end of the contract and they want to charge $200. I have to be home every time they come out, which takes me away from work or any other event I may have planned. They want to give a two hour window with no appointment. Which would be fine had I not wasted my time for them to come already.At this point I just want to cancel so they will quit wasting my time. They say I have unlimited service calls but you have to wait two weeks for their product to work. I’ve had ants for over a month yet I have to wait two more weeks? I’m ready to pay someone who knows what they’re doing because clearly white Knight does not. STAY AWAY FROM WHITE KNIGHT UNLESS YOU LIKE HAVING ANTS FOR ROOMMATES!!!!!
White Knight Pest control has been taking up residence in my residence trying to solicit door to door. However, in my neighborhood there is a strict no soliciting policy, White Knight doesnt seem to think that applies to them. Their representative stood at my door for 5+ plus minutes after being told we were not interested, was rude and cocky when informed about the no soliciting policies. The white knight rep also failed to read the signs on our property letting anyone know we dont accept or welcome soliciting. Its 2021 and a pandemic- do better.
Ben was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. He cover out entire area thoroughly and quickly. We are convinced that we made the right choice for our pest control needs. We will be keeping them on on a regular basis
The representative that came to explain the process was amazing but the person that came to spray was definitely not. He did not come at the time scheduled,and he only sprayed outside in two mins and left. He never came to advise me he was done or if I had any questions. And he also did not perform all the services the representative had promised would be done.
The gentleman who did the job was extremely polite, professional and efficient. He asked If there were any particular areas that needed to be treated and did not rush the job he was doing. The works that go out and do the work are always good at their job and I pray they stay healthy and safe.
This was our first treatment for our new home. They sprayed the outside, dusted the weep holes, and spread a granule to take care of the ants and spiders. Lee was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions. I would recommend White Knight to my friends in the area.
They were SO rude on the phone! The lady was yelling and told me she couldn’t transfer me, she told me that if I wanted to speak to a manager I would have to call back? Their cancellation fee is $300! My husband and I are moving and they don’t even service where we are going! NaDene was so rude and unprofessional!! Do not sign up with this company!!!
We use white knight for our quarterly pest control treatments and any one offs we have. They are always prompt, professional, and quick. They always ask if I have any specific concerns or area I want them to look at. We have not had any pest issues since we started using white knits.
We are overall satisfied with them. We have a membership and they come out on call. The reason I dont give them a five star review is because they do take a while to come out when we call and they fail to communicate with us if they cant make an already scheduled appointment.
White knight came out to my rental home asking if I wanted their service. I told them no because my husband is in the military and I knew we would soon be moving. The man insisted that the first month was free and they could move with us if their services allowed (White knight is in several states). I continued to say no thanks. The gentlemen continued to say that I could get the first month free and if i needed to cancel because of our situation that I was able to anytime, no contract involved, no charge. A few weeks later we are now moving so I call to cancel services and they want to charge me $200 for cancellation fees and for the first month of service that was supposed to be free. I did not WANT to cancel I HAD to cancel because we dont know yet where we are moving and I didnt want to pay for services I was not going to be receiving. Instead of white knight helping me they asked if there was anybody else I could pass my account to for the services to be continued. Of course I dont have anyone else. So they offer a price of one time service which is supposed to be cheaper then the cancellation fee. Its only about $40 cheaper. So here I am stuck having to pay a not so free month of service while moving to another state in which my husband and i have not received word of where to. I have also tried to call the guy that came out to my house because he told me to call him if any issues arise and he does not answer. This is how white knight treats service members. I would not recommend white knight to anyone.
James was not expecting to sell me on the service I think but he was professionally convincing and I liked how knowledgeable of the product and services. I hope he becomes my regular service tech.ohhh btw guys remember when anyone sprays for pest whatever they may be every bug under the sun that lives in your dwelling will come out to DIE so be patient let the chemicals do their thing.
These people are SCAMMERS stay away!! They give you a one time service for $50 and then you think you are just signing for that receipt, only to be set up for a full year of service. I was surprised when I received a bill for 4 services when we NEVER saw anyone come to the house or even call that someone was coming. I called the customer service and told them we had only paid $50 cash to get a one time service but they said we had actually signed for a full year. I asked to have that emailed to me and they never did. Now they have sent me to collections so I guess I am going to have to pay almost $300 for services I did not even receive. 0 STARS.
Worst 12 months contract I signed. My contract ended on May and I called on Jun to cancel my contract. I was charged another extra month and didnt get reimburse. Three months later, I was charged again. Abby stated that I didnt called on Jun to cancel it. That was BS. Again, I asked for reimbursement. She stated no and charged again. Do not sign a contract with White Knight. Its a scam to overcharge you and they did not work with you to get your reimbursement. They are sorry.
Our first treatment we called to treat for little roaches we kept seeing around the dishwasher and stove, the service technician came and spent little to no time inside and of course we still saw these little roaches every day for the next two weeks, I sprayed poison myself around the dishwasher and killed at least 25 small roaches that were trying to run. The technician did not treat the source nor did he do a good job. We called and complained and they scheduled a follow up treatment on Tuesday (TODAY) in a 3pm-5pm window. I emptied out every cabinet in the kitchen so that he could spray them as well as around the dishwasher and stove so I could be assured the bugs were killed. The technician was outside the house at 4:46 pm and gone by 5:51 pm. He did not knock, nor did he spray in our back yard or on the entire right side of our house. This company provides terrible service and is a terrible pest company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOR WOULD I EVER REFER SOMEONE to White knight pest control. They literally do absolutely nothing to kill a bug. TOTAL RIP OFF AND A TOTAL JOKE.
Have had WK at our previous home & when we relocated; had to have it there as well. We really enjoy the pleasure of having Mr. Eddie for both homes as he is not only professional but one of the most enjoyable individuals that we have had in a while. Thank you WK & Mr. Eddie for your continued dedication and your great, quality service that you provide to keep us Pest Free!
Typical Pest Control con artists, purchased one time treatment on Groupon, when I called to make an appointment the salesperson insisted on an up sale on how the Groupon service was inferior and would not help, he then went on to tell me I was outside the service area and could only sign up for recurring service. Find products from a reputable supplier and do the treatments yourself, I would give them zero stars if possible. Also, I am unable to get my money back from Groupon, complete scam, buyer beware!
Mr. Rodriguez provided excellent and professional customer service today. He answered all of my questions, did a great job and was very knowledgeable of his craft. Great price, polite scheduling staff that was easy to work with. I highly recommend White Knight Pest Control!
I am a realtor working as the buyers agent. I scheduled an appointment with these people for one of my buyers new home. We cancelled prior to the scheduled date. There was obviously a failed communication between Roxanne (office person) and the field rep and they still showed up to perform the services that I had cancelled. Unfortunately, we are still being billed for the services that were cancelled because Roxanne at the office did not follow up! I spoke with Bobbi who is the office manager. She was not apologetic but insistent that we are responsible for their mistake. I will never use White Knight again!
This company is a joke. We signed up for quarterly services upon the purchase of our home. They came out each time, but surprisingly the insects / bugs never got better. After their 4th quarter abetment we were still seeing insects / bugs in the home and outside. They came out 4 more times to try to fix the issue to no avail. I called today, to inform them that we got a different company to come out and the problem was fixed IMMEDIATELY. NO MORE BUGS. But due to the fact that I had another company come out, they would let me out of my contract without penalties but I still owed the final payment for the 4th quarter services. Guess what, I paid it and canceled their services. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Knowing what I know now, I could have saved money and had the issues fixed a year ago if I would have gone with the other company. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Salesman showed up at my door told him I wasn’t interested and he was rude and persistent repeated not interested and he demanded to know .I refuse any business that shows up at my door 100%. No business card , no flier , no truck present . Not professional. Next time I’m calling the police don’t want strangers showing up at dinner time like creepers.
Our neighborhood has a No Soliciting sign. He came to the door and knew our names and dropped our neighbors names and was really pushy. I already have a service that meets our needs and I told him so. He continued to push. I felt pressured and I didnt like their tactics.
Consistently had problems for the entire year and a half we had their service. They would never come on the correct days, cancel last minute, or not show up at all. They also, on several occasions, sprayed the non organic spray by accident despite our constant reminders to them that we have extremely elderly animals, chickens (who eat the grass they were spraying with poison), and a cat who has seizures and should not be exposed to any chemicals. Regardless of the reason why we wanted only organic treatment, we were paying a hefty price for that specific service. After a year and a half of empty promises and so sorry again We finally became so fed up and frustrated we cancelled our service. I would never reccomend this company.
Ive used this company for years. The last 6 months have been the worst. My appts get rescheduled over and over and the techs still dont show up. I have emailed and called to resolve the issues yet the issues remains. I had a guaranteed appt for my last service, no one showed up between my 8 to 10 window. I complained and was told someone came. I waited until noon and no one showed up. Its not good to not honor appt windows or acknowledge that the appt window obligation wasnt met by the company.
Technician seem a bit rushed. Forgot the webs around the house. Missed most of the yard. I was able to get the tech to clean up some of the webs in the front but he went so quick he missed the whole front entry. The tech wasn’t at all bad at his job but it seems like the company’s priority is in quantity not quality.
Very knowledgeable about the company and what the products they use can and will accomplish. We are very satisfied with how they presented themselves and how they walked through every step of what they did and the purpose behind it. We will continue to use them in the near future.
Did their job WHEN they showed up. Had an issue with them yesterday when they were suppose to treat the exterior of my house. The technician rang the doorbell, went to sit in his truck for 10 minutes, and then left. All of this caught on the doorbell camera which was just recently installed. Who knows how long this has been going on. Was willing to give them another shot, but management did not seem to care. Be careful if you have them treat the exterior when no one is home.
Surprise! I have family coming in this weekend, and desperately needed treatment for fleas!!! They were able to schedule us next day, we got a call from the tech when he was 30 minutes out, and got it done! Also answered all my questions. They were my knight 😉 in shining armor this weekend!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.They pester you on the phone constantly trying to come out and provide a service. Then the representative that calls you never takes the time to read your file/computer monitor to see the challenges I have had with them. So I have to repeat myself every time I get a call from them, which is a lot.I was very dissatisfied with the initial service so they had to come out again. The service is quarterly, they wanted to come out again a month later.......really? I made it very clear that I no longer wanted their service and they continue to send me invoices.If you use their service, this is what you can expect.
Your service rep Daniel Hagaman was very professional, neat and friendly. Went about his work in a timely manner and when finished he was very kind to explain the manual he left me. I would use White Knight again for my pest control service. Daniel represents you very professionally and is an asset to your company.

First they lied saying there is no contract, when we wanted to cancel, they said Per the agreement you have to pay for the initial treatment discount that we gave you $251.00 The first to visits were good the third one was terrible!!! He skipped rooms, closets. Also, I ask them not to come because I am out of town once, They sent someone anyway he sprayed the front yard, not the house, and not the back because we have big dogs and sent us a bill, we fought them for months and months, and we we gave up because we didnt want them to send it to collection, They know this weakness and will take advantage of you any chance they can!! DONT USE WHITE NIGHT, THEY WILL REAP YOU OFF!!!
Eddie was very informative, pleasant and knowledgeable about the services White Knight Pest Control was providing. This was my first treatment so I have yet to determine whether the treatment will be effective or not. I was very pleased with the representative’s professionalism.
We have had White Knight Pest Control for 8 months now. We have had some issues with ants in our new home, and as promised, White Knight has not hesitated to come out several times between scheduled visits. The problem has been resolved. Gene, the service provider for our area has been nothing short of professional and pleasant every time he has been out. Our overall experience with White Knight has been exceptional.
Ed Long has been to our home several times and again we cannot say enough good things about him. He is very professional in the way he speaks and how he listens to what we are asking him and answers any and all questions. Friendly, dependable with a dose of dishonesty and thievery! These guys are only interested in getting a minimum sale of 100 per month on a 1 year agreement at which point if you cancel they get another 100 plus tax. Thant calculates to over $2400/Year ... WOW! WHAT A GREAT SCAM ... THESE GUYS ARE LIKE NIGERIANS ... WONDER WHEN I WILL GET A CALL FOR MY 50 MILLION DOLLAR INHERITANCE ...BETTER YET WE SHOULD GO TO THE TV STATIONS TO INVESTIGATE THESE FOLKS AS TO HOW THEY CON PEOPLE AND SCAM THEM OUT OF EXTRA $100 DOLLARS IF THEY CANCEL THEIR AGREEMENT.
Extremely friendly and excellent service . Everyone that has been to my house had been so friendly and patient with all of my questions. I refused to pay for pest control before, but after my experience with White Knight I cant imagine NOT having pest control now! Highly recommended and affordable!!!
White Knight pest control so far has performed efficiently with respect and reliability. Their communication with the customer is 2nd to none, with phone calls and text messages for reminders of your up coming service. Loved the 30mins call for arrival time. Great job White Knight!!
I have enjoyed the service White Knight has provided. They call and text to let me know the day before they come out. If I have a problem they come out the next day to take care of it. When I need something special, like treating for fleas. I call them to let them know.
Dont buy a Groupon from them. They will hassle you into upgrading and then wont work you in the schedule (unless you upgrade). Poor customer service, the lady even laughed when I said never mind Id like to cancel. If you dont want to be on Groupon then take your company off of it! Dont hassle the customer around because they purchased from there, its just rude.
White Knight Pest came to my San Antonio house today & sprayed my YARD.I am currently working in NC so Im not home. I have been trying for the past 2 wks to get an appt with them when Ill be home next, 10/11-10/20. They keep telling me they dont have that schedule yet. I NEVER had an appt today, I havent been home since 8/12 & have known since then that I wasnt going to return for 2 months. When I tried today to call 2 phone #s I have for WKP, all I get are voicemails. I left message but noone has called back. I sent email but noone has answered that either. THEY BETTER NOT CHARGE ME FOR YODAY!!!!And 4 wks ago they charged me an extra $27.06 that I didnt owe. Dr Linda Mclaughlin
Just came out to do a New Service, and ED the technician, was very Curtious and understanding to areas that needed to be focus On. Ed was very Professional and Knowledgeable about handling the question I had for Him. He explained to me that Why and How they (White Knight) like to Help and Take care of Customers Needs.
This company makes promises that they never keep. We have been lied to, bugs don’t go away, and they will NOT do a thing about wasps. They’ll tell you over the phone the tech will get the nest...the tech comes and says we will have to call someone to get the nest out...which is confusing because that’s his job to do!!!! Instead he will just spray something that is supposed to last 6 months which did nothing at all to the wasps. Multiple times they called to reschedule either the day before or at the exact time they were supposed to be there!Do NOT use them unless you’d like to be lied to, spend all your time trying to contact them, and be hung up on numerous times.
Pushy door knocker who would not stop after I told him politely that I had an existing contract and was not interested. Had to close the door to stop the sales pitch. Our neighborhood has a no soliciting sign. Door-knocking does not present a good image for a company.
Mr. Phillips the service is fine sometimes I dont see a difference but I really found a friend in Mr. Phillips. You get rid of him you lost me too, he really breaks it down about the stuff he use and he really interact with my family and I so thank you white knight and Mr. Phillips
For the past several years White Knight Pest Control has come like clock work to treat our home and even in between treatments if I need them to and at no extra charge. White Knight Technician Daniel Hageman was extremely helpful. He called prier to his arrival and was very professional and performed his duties in a timely manor. I have used other pest control services in the past but returned to White Knight as a find their service superior to others.
Since I purchased my home in 2010, when the sales person can by and asked to speak with me about the product,she was honest ,and I needed to hear that,thi t is a great company and they have professional people that take pride in what theyre doing, also calls ahead of time,keeps you on schedule, and have their shoes covers,bef bef stepping in your home. They dont keep there appointment i have rental property they said have servicd it my tenants said they nevet showed up ever. I set up appointment for today sat from 8 to 10 rec email confirming they be there they never showef up ... but they still take my hard earn money
So I bought a Groupon for WhiteKnight Pest control and I loved the service I had no problems ... So I decided to buy another Groupon and the service wasn’t the same I called to book an appointment and the guy wasn’t friendly at all apparently they don’t take care of spiders then when I asked just to use my Groupon then all of a sudden they don’t service my area but they came to my home before so I decided to cancel my Groupon and I will never use them again

2022-05-16I used their services however saw no impact with insect activity. Their solution was to have another tech out which we did and still no results. I have better luck with products I buy at the store. I cancelled finally and attempted to get a refund for at least the last payment. Their solution was to enter another contract at a discounted rate. Saying that I wouldnt get a refund. Had I cancelled sooner I would have had to pay an even higher amount. Why would I continue paying for services that did not work. I just want my refund do NOT use this company. Im making sure to tell my neighborhood as well to stay away

2022-09-08Last two service they where in and out fast. There were ant mounds in the yard not treated and multiple wasps hives around the house. We saw an increase of insect activity in the last 6 months. I called to cancel my service and was told it was canceled. But then they called me back and said it was not canceled and I would have to speak with an account manager before it can be canceled. When we went to cancel our service they charged us a final fee and did not provide any service. Don’t use this company, they provide poor service, they lie and are cheats. Worst company I have ever hired.

2022-06-20BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! Stopped using this company since March 2022. I have been trying to get a refund from them since April 2022 thus far NO REFUND! Per employees they have been calling and texting the owner who has to write the check for $123.21 and he has not responded! I believe I have been patient long enough and it’s going on 90 days!!! I have not received my refund. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well. I am so upset because I need my refund and should not be having such a hard time in getting it. I paid on time and paid ahead thus the refund! I feel if the roles where reverse and I owed them money they would be trying everything and anything to get their money. Plus I am sure they would be charging me a fee. This is no way to run a business and I would be wary in using them!!!

2022-09-06Franco Flores was our service person and he was awesome! He listened to our concerns treated all the areas and when he was done he explained and went over everything he did. He was very professional and respectful. You should hire more people like him.

2022-08-03I wish I listened to the negative reviews but alas, my experience: Cancelled an appointment (traveling). A new appointment was rescheduled without my agreement or consent during the time I was gone. My home was locked, majority property is behind a lock. They send someone regardless who sprays the few feet accessible infront and leaves. Im charged $108.24 for this and its listed as a full service on the bill. They refuse to refund despite footage recorded. Company still demanded another $108 for cancellation in addition. Manager hung up on me after I explained the injustice of being charged for a full service that I was not provided and did not consent to at that date or time. . Disappointed.

2022-05-31We have wasted weeks with no communication, miscommunication, and ineffective treatments. After two unsuccessful attempts to resolve our issue, and a third technician who questioned whether we actually had a flea problem, and went on to explain how our actual problem was impossible, I was done. I called to cancel the service and get our money back. I declined to have a manager come out because I no longer have any confidence in White Knights ability to solve the problem, and asked to cancel the service contract and have our money refunded. Instead they are now planning to charge us MORE MONEY because we didnt allow them to keep stringing us along through a contracted service. A well-run business doesnt charge you for services not performed correctly through its own mismanagement and miscommunication. Each situation may be unique, but one would hope to have someone competent up front who is prepared to understand and effectively deal with the issue, not a series of techs who dont appear to know what theyre doing or have any idea what happened on previous visits. Save your time and your money; go elsewhere.

2022-07-16BEWARE.....follow their technician around your house or dont hire them at all!!!!! My wedding rings went missing RIGHT AFTER their technician came out to spray. It took FOUR DAYS of me calling them to finally get in contact with a manager. Naturally their technician had no recollection of my rings. Due to his non-recollection, they could do nothing but be cooperative with the police investigation I have going on right now.

2022-08-16They are absolutely horrible and unprofessional! Never show up on time and sometimes don’t show up at all! One time even showed up when we weren’t there, said they treated when they didn’t and left. Then charged our account for a service they didn’t complete. Called to cancel and they were super unprofessional and rude. Talked to Jacob and he said he was going to charge our account for canceling even though we didn’t receive any service. The services they did complete never lasted and ants came back
