Customer Service over the phone is Horrible and very unprofessional. They answer the phone asking how they may help you but talking to others in the background then ask or tell you let them place you on hold or call back in 10min. Then they can help you because their busy and people are at the front desk. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME NO 1 CAN SERVICE CALLS WHILE THE OTHERS HELP THOSE COMING IN 🤔 front desk some staff sitting texting on their phone, eating snacks legs prooped in chair Smh Hip hop work out class with 1 particular Instructor, Love it
The ABSOLUTE worst location! Not one person other than front desk is EVER available to speak with. The young lady who kept answering my calls this morning admitted if an email was sent they probably wouldn’t respond. This place of “business” lacks the communication it needs to be active in the community you’re trying to reach.

2022-06-08I dont know who runs this brand new YMCA but if this was the only Y I had to go to Id NEVER pay for another membership. At ANY given time you can go to a scheduled class only to find it’s been canceled or the instructor just doesnt show up. WOW really!! Ive been here 15 min waiting for a scheduled class that has no instructor. Glad I ask cause they sure did not offer to post anything or inform people coming in. Ask front desk what happened? Response is “Oh she couldn’t make it”! Website says pool is open and so I drive clear across town only to find it closed. Again, website says its open. All you get from them is Im sorry or ,we didnt know and other confusing excuses. Poorly run. Zumba class was a joke. Speaking with acquaintances that seem to have similar experiences. How they got 4 to 5 stars from anyone is baffling.

2021-09-16I enjoy working out her the machines are ALL in working condition, the face lity Id setup really nicely as well. The sign in is easy and if you have forgotten your card the staff will help you out, (but dont make that a habit). They have a great conversation pit with coffee and sometimes (pre-pandemic) there were snacks. Aerobics are offered and nice walking areas, I hear they have childcare here too, moms can get their workout in without the kids. Well, I like it, you will too.

2021-08-15Love coming to this YMCA. Especially the splash pad and pool outside! My kids love running under the giant bucket that dumps water. Great for all ages. We spend at least an hour every time we come!

2020-03-16My students and their families are enrolled in various after-school and enrichment programs here. A shout out to Daniel (front desk) and Mr. Lee for the warm welcome and transition into the Y Fam. We signed up online for membership - and was surprised upon visit by the up-to-date amenities and programs available within this facility. Great resources for both members and neighborhood. The spaces (especially the gym, aerobics area, and indoor track) were well maintained and accessible. We definitely felt a sense of community within all of the spaces here including the communal lounge and youth rooms.

2020-09-28UPDATE: I hoped this would only happen once, but if you plan to use this gym right when it opens, expect to have a 5-10 minute wait for the front desk employees to show up. I think if you say you’ll be open at a certain time, you should be open at that time.August post: I spoke with Jennifer over the phone, and she was very thorough when describing the cleaning procedures and mask regulations.

2019-10-07This YMCA is the true meaning of family. Every staff member treats you like family, their courteous, polite and caring. Mr.Lee and Stephie will walk you through every step of the way. Am recommending this place and giving it a 5star. I do a dance workout here thrice a week and Dee’s class is awesome.

2020-03-12I have been a member of the Silver Sneakers classes for many years. I enjoy the physical activities that are designed for the seniors and the other classes that are for healthy diets. It is also a great opportunity to make new friends to socialize with.

2019-10-09Very thankful for the staff at The YMCA, from the moment you walk in, you feel part of this family. The gals\/guys at the daycare truly give their 100% to All the children. Doing activities, helping them grow and all while having a good time! Theres something for everyone. Zumba with Myra and the Stepping class with DeMarcus being my all time favorite . Im so GLAD we join and have no plans on leaving!! Thank you all for what you guys do.

2019-08-19I attended the back to school event on Saturday 8-17-19. I was very disappointed to get there only 30 minutes after the event started to find that most of the vendors where not coming. There were no uniforms for the children, and to top it all off, my phone was stolen by a woman with 4 kids and her husband. I called the phone and they turned it off so that I could not get it back. Everything is in that phone. So, for someone to steal, at an event for people (mostly women) that were already struggling to provide for their children, I just feel like it was sad. I will probably never attend another event on the east, west, or south side of Fort Worth. It just really left a bad taste in my mouth. I just couldnt believe that this was supposed to be something positive for black people and it ended up being a very negative experience for someone from out of state. Overall, the facility was wonderfully built. I would recommend the facility, just none of the events that are thrown at it.

2016-12-16I was looking for a local Y and this was the closest one on the map. First off, to be fair, this location appears to be more of a community support center and less a suburban gym type of Y. Theres no shower room and no real changing room. Just man up, lean on the wall in the restroom and change clothes. There are some lockers available and small towels to wipe down with. I was there 5:30 - 6:30ish and it was empty. Hey! No waiting! The people were polite and the equipment was in good condition.
