Went to wing daddy’s yesterday and had an amazing day! Not going to lie, they need more servers, I saw how busy my server was which made me feel bad for her cause she honestly had like 10 tables at the same time however, she was doing a fantastic job! I saw how she was making sure that each of her tables had everything which shows how good of a server she is! Thank you Denise for being so friendly and energetic and for making sure we left with a great experience!
If I could give negative stars I wouldPut in a to go order for Fathers Day and it was horrible. The sleazy steak salad had some horrible version of steak on it. Nothing like the picture or the description. Full of gristle. The sleaze balls that come on the salad were not even put on the salad. The salad also came without dressing.An order of wings with 2 sauce choices was made all with one sauce and not one that was even ordered.Should have known better because it was a hassle to even try to get a hold of them.Upon further attempting to eat my horrible salad I found a molded tomato!Horrible! You can make people sick!
This is the first wing daddy’s where I feel welcomed thanks to my wonderful server Denise. She’s an excellent server, very attentive, very professional, and very sweet. She knew how to treat her customers and she has a smile with her all the time compared to the other servers who always look mad. I’ve been here before but I used to get horrible customer service by the other servers. Great experience, will definitely ask for Denise to be my server next time.
I have always had such a horrible experience at this restaurant only with takeout. The girls are always super rude or act like they hate their job. I went again today and the girl told me I couldn’t get a side of sauce so I asked for it on my fries(Cajun). When I get there there’s no sauce on my fries so I asked for a side of it, willing to pay for it, and she just rolled her eyes at me. I also waited 20 minutes just for someone to open the takeout door to ask for my name for my order. When she opened the door, there were four girls just sitting there talking to each other. I will continue to go to the restaurant on Mesa, they have better staff.Today’s experience was with Nikki.
This is going to be harsh… I wrote a review after my second time being here. Almost everyone here is worthless and needs to be fired. The manager especially. All he cares about is flirting with the waitresses. About the only people worth keeping their jobs are the waitresses.The question I have is how does a restaurant operate without a heat lamp above the ready food station. Everything I have ever ordered from here has been soggy and cold.Lastly, for Christ sake wipe the table menus down.
My first time at this location and it was a very good service that I received today!Lizbeth was very attentive and nice! And also the manager was very helpful too! Thank you so much for the service, good drinks and food! I prefer this wings daddy’s and I’ll come again! Thank you for the great experience.
I have been coming to wing daddy’s for years now and have never gotten disappointed. Great service from the waitress, good food, and environment. Great management to top it all off as well. The manager Eric is very attentive and checks up on the tables throughout the night.
Very frustrating. I placed a pickup order, and didnt check bag as they used to be very good when it came to food here. Once home found no dressing for the salad, and old lettuce. Ordered burger and fries for kiddos and the burgers where about a quarter the size of the buns. It took me halfway through plate to realize that the two orders of wings I got didnt have any sauce on them at all. Philly cheese steak was soggy. I usually dont review places but I paid quite a bit and left the young lady who came to car a $20 dollar tip based on my past experience there. Needless to say wont be going back.
I ordered out yesterday and it was so so disappointing. It just seems to get worse every time I go, which is super sad because wing daddys use to be my favorite. The fries we so stale and tasted like the nastiest old oil ever!! It seems like they tried to cover up how old they were by adding tons of seasoning, which is funny because they’ve been forgetting to put seasoning on the fries all the other times I’ve ordered 🙄. The wings were not covered in sauce like they should be and I requested sides of ranch and sauce which we didn’t get (I should have checked but not the point). It just sucks spending $50 on your favorite food just to get home and it be the worst food.
Kudos to managements customer service in particular, Isaiah. I had never been here before and came for a gift card. Isaiah kindly took care of me. I also made an order. The food and the customer service was so good I came back in 48 hours. As I was waiting on my order on this day, the manager Isaiah came over and greeted me. He remembered me (customers love that) and told me about another flavor I might like besides the honey bbq. Yummy, he was right. Only complaint I had the second time I came was that I ordered a 10 piece and my order had only one drummette. Isaiah and waitstaff were great! Kudos to this Wing Daddys.
We ordered ribs (among other items) and when we split them in half to share them, we noticed it was still raw in the middle! We order from here often, which is why we tried to get our issue resolved with the manager. We offered to send pictures since we had already brought our order home and started eating but the number they gave us didn’t work and after trying to call the store back multiple times nobody answered.
The food at all wing daddys is usually solid however the servers and bartenders always seem to not really care much. The bartender seemed like she didnt want to ve there and was literally complaining about everything. I wasnt even at the bar and could hear her talking bad about customers who called in to place orders and about her Co workers. Wouldnt really recommend this location
Made pick up order through door dash. It was marked ready when we got there. Waited 15 minutes then was told it was in fact not ready and had to wait because our ticket was 4th in line... terrible service the waitress was really rude about it as well. If I could give 0 stars I would.
First came in and should have known from the beginning, waited 5 minutes to be noticed by anyone working there and when saying Im the only one she kinda waved and sorta pointed to a table and began walking away, i asked is that where I sit? And she told me if its ok with you. The table was still dirty from prior guests with greasy hand prints and food scraps and after about 5 or so minutes a server with an overly bleached wet rag wiped it down.The music was overwhelming and caused my server to have to repeat herself several times which then caused eye rolls from her as I could not hear her.The salad and boneless strips took close to 35 minutes to arrive and in the meantime enjoyed cooks screaming from the window at servers that their orders were ready, and they werent being polite about it.The atmosphere was very chaotic, under staffed and very unappetizing as a whole.The food was ok, nothing special. The service was sub par and the store as a whole was one I will not want to return to.
Ive had great experiences with Wing Daddys, and not so great experiences as well. This last time was a great experience. My familys favorite wing is the Tangasaurus wings and would strongly suggest them. We have tried most of the other wings as well. The cilantro lime wings are creative, while the fried alligator is just unique (and pretty good). The atmosphere is loud, and TVs are everywhere. The restaurant just isnt my scene, so I normally order Togo now. I cant give them a perfect score as the last time we took our wings Togo (about 6 months ago), it gave me food poisoning from a raw wing.
It had delicious food, however Im giving it 3 stars due to the bathroom smelling horrible and how crowded it was. This isnt the type of restaurant I would go out of my way to go to, I would just stop by here on the way. Also food takes way to long to get to you. Would not come by if youre in a hurry.
Decided to give the place a try after a year and they only confirmed my last experience. Will not come back. Tried placing an order to go over the phone only to get a voice mail box full. Then went in store to place an orderto go of Chile con queso and 20 wings. Took over 50 min. Then only to get home and find out the Chile con queso is missing the chips. 05/21/22A year ago:The marinara sauce looked as if its been sitting out for quite some time.Got my main meal and the chicken strips were dry. Took an hour to get our food to us as well.
This location is bad service. Orders wrong more times than not and the managers arent even a little friendly when it comes to resolving a customers issue. Ive been hung up on by them so many times. My order is always pretty simple and they cant get it right or even be friendly. I only go there cus i love extra wet cilantro lime wings and all the other locations are far away from me😭
Pros: Their wing sauces are great and there are a lot to pick from. Its a great place to get a quick bite at lunch time. And they have a good selection of beers on tap.Cons: Their services and the quality have been declining. There isnt much attention to customer service. Very poor quality bone in wings. Staff is not rude but they are indifferent and inattentive to the customers.Opinion: I have gone to this place every time my best friend comes into town but I seen the decline gradually and the problem that brought me to this review is that in the last three visit I been dissatisfied with their services and products. I always picked here instead of wing stop, wing it or the new The Shack but now I will rather no longer get wings from anywhere at all. Until one of them improves back to their previous levels of quality.
Came here at 830 pm on 18 Jun and out server’s name was Leslie. Had the Carnitas Burger - it was on point. Probably enough to bring me back just with the burger. Fries were good, and plentiful. Waitress was attentive and friendly. $1.50 Tecate, continue that. Wife had the buffalo chicken salad. She said it was really good. All in all a positive experience. Only drawback was an inaccurate beer menu. Gotta get that right and start serving more craft beers.
We loved our foods everything we ordered i saw bad reviews decided to still give it a shot.Glad I did those reviews glad I didnt listen to would have missed out.My whole family loved the food we order nachos, the gator meat and raspberry chipotle wings.We loved everything especially the gator and wings nachos to but more the gator and wings.Will definitely go back I will recommend this place u dont know what ur missing.Give it a try and ignore bad reviews its worth it.
Wings were good and cooked perfect. Why a 3 star was because I called 5 times and no answer, had to go in order to go. I noticed that there was not a lot of people for them not to answer, plenty of staff in my opinion. They told me wings were going to take 30 to 35 minutes but after they were done I wasnt given my food I had to go and ask for the status and thats when I noticed that they had been sitting for 10 minutes.
I feel great when I make a positive review, but today unfortunately was not a good one. I dislike leaving bad reviews, but I feel I need to. I stopped by a little before lunch time. The server by the bar was not busy as I walked in. There was 4 plus servers by the door doing absolutely NOTHING but standing there. The server by the bar told me to wait to order, so that she can start putting the cinco de Mayo specials center pieces on the tables🙄I Finally ordered to have to wait 30 minutes to get my chef salad since it took me longer to oreder and. Also, they put my lunch in a dirty to go bag! Awful service, inexperienced staff including the manager. I do appreciate that the salad was made to order but the service was horrible. They discontinued Jalapeno Ranch Chicken strips, so not sure if Ill ever go back.
We really enjoyed Wing Daddys for dinner when we went! Their food does take a while to serve, but we also went on Halloween night so it was a given. But from the appetizers, to the chicken and the margaritas we thought everything was really delicious. I have seen a lot of negative reviews here, but I would give this restaurant a second chance. We thoroughly had a wonderful dinner here and would definitely go back in the future! Thanks!
I honestly dont know what happened to this location, but it s terrible. I no longer even eat there; just drink only. That being said, Im changing that up since both of the good bartenders have been fired or quit, and the new ones cant pour a freakn draft beer correctly. All spirits taste like their primary mixture (meaning coke and crown taste like 95% coke) so forth with the menu drink, especially the margaritas. The bar truly fell off when one of the best bartender quit. Yeap, poor management decisions when pertaining to employee health and well-being. Also, please provide your employees with new shirts every 3 to 6 months at least. I saw alot of wear and tear in the waitresses and bartenders restaurant brand shirts.
Horrible service! I’ve come here to pick up food and they take forever! The girl in the back that’s supposed to be giving me my to go order was rude when I asked her what time my food was ready and she made a face as if she was annoyed. Horrible service don’t recommend this location.
Ordered ahead of time over the phone, was told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. We arrived to the establishment about 30 minutes after order was made. Upon arriving we waited 40 minutes more. The food was carry out. When we got home the food was horrible, absolute trash. This place is poorly managed. The shrimp tacos; one had three shrimp and the rest only one shrimp and our tangasaurus wings had absolutely no flavor and very greasy. Last time I go to this place.
Ive ordered from here twice and its been a hassle to get them to answer the phone. I stop by the restaurant to order since they never answer expecting to see the place busy well no its not I see the place empty the staff standing behind the bar and I hear the phone ringing..I tried one more time today and I got the same experience..never again. We will stick to wing stop. Customer service is horrible here.
This Wing Daddys location food is terrible!!! Today I ordered 10 bone- in hot flavored for pick up and it was absolutely disgusting!! The wings were dry for two reasons; way over fried and fried in old oil. You could literally taste the old oil, because it was used so much that the oil properties were completely broken down. The chicken was so over fried that it nolonger possessed any nutritional value. Finally, on top of everything else, they didnt even cover all the wings with sauce!One of the most important things that a business must do consistently is to put out a quality product! Today, Wing Daddys failed and they have been failing a long time at this location. (My stomach is hurt now from the old oil and overfried wings) It has been at least a solid 2 years since this location has produced quality food consistently .....and thats the key, consistency!Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this local Wing Daddys location for a very long time. I just expect better service for $14 meal; 10 piece wings.Sure, Wing Daddys will be fine without my $14 x 2 per month x 12 month = $336 annually, plus tips. However, when its 10 or 20 people walking away from Wing Daddys, the numbers add up!
The quality of the food has greatly gone down. I came to this location on Sean Haggerty to watch the game and the bartender (Victoria) had zero personality. She also did not know what a pint was and automatically served me a tall beer. I understand why during the NBA playoffs this place is nearly empty. No, I will not message you on Facebook. I wont be back ever to see if there was any improvement. I doubt it anyway.
One of the Worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant, dirty, poor service and the manager doesn’t care. Went with my wife to remember a comfort place we used to go. We ordered a sleazy steak salad a Buffalo shrimp salad. After waiting an hour the waitress said the lettuce was ready. Then they brought out my wife’s sleazy steak salad and said I don’t know what is going on with the shrimp salad. We then asked for a manager and the waitress said she was busy making burgers and didn’t have time to come out. We then flagged down a different waitress, she came back and said she would be out. We waited 15 more minutes before walking out. Absolutely horrible service, horrible management and generally horrible experience. I would give zero stars if it was an option
They never answer the phone to take orders. I don’t know how many times we’ve called to try to order and they NEVER answer. Now we only order from wing shack! Or drive all the way to Air way if we want wing daddy’s. We don’t ever dine in there because it smells horrible
Bartender with attitude I arrived to bring food for my husband who works from home just like me. it is a special day it is our Anniversary. And what do I come across, bartender looked at me when I entered the restaurant with only one table occupied, she turns around and continues in the shisme completely ignoring me. After a few minutes I had to call her and apparently she got upset because with a sovereign attitude she told me what you want? ... what? What ? this is the deal wow not welcome , would you like somethingto drink since you seat at the bar!? ... I did ask for the menu which was in front of me. but it really surprises me to receive this treatment at a place where you are going to consume .... sorry if my presence bothered you. go home if you dont want to work !! CASSY!! THANKYOU GISSELLE FOR MADE MY DAY BETTER YOU ARE AMAZING 👏 💖!!
What a waist of time. As someone mentioned before. Slippery floor as if greasy, accident waiting to happen. The worse part we waited for our food over an hour. Some young kids next to us arrived way later, got their food and left. There was 5 of us and also ordered some appetizers. We only got one set of wings and one burger after 30 minutes and the rest of the food never came. After the hour of waiting we asked the waitress to bring us the bill and we would pay the food they brought us. They couldn’t get that right either we waited another 15-20 minutes to get our bill corrected. Incompetence, no compensation for our waited time and definitely will not go there again. Nor would recommend it. By the time we got out it was late and we were still hungry and almost everything was loaded already 😡
HORRIBLE!! I can’t even say how bad the manager is they either under cook the food or leave food out of the order and then NEVER pick up the phone when you call and try to complain. I called 5 times to tell them the left the chicken off my salad before I drove over there to be told oh sorry.. my husband waited an hour after they lost our order. The manager could care less. Will never eat there again which is sad because the food was good when we ate there before. Don’t waist your time here or money here!
Was in the area with my dad, we were supposed to go to chase the taste but they were closed so we decided to go to wing daddy’s. Should’ve gone somewhere else first they didn’t have sleezeballs and it took 40 min for 2 grilled sandwiches...i even had time for a nap! finally when the food comes out the bacon is barely even cooked. so upon taking it back it takes 5 min to cook bacon properly while one cook is goofing around with a waitress. Definitely won’t come again when pressed for time unless i have a clear hour for a plate. EDIT: Spoke with regional Manager Patrick, had a good conversation and i am glad to know he acknowledges their flaws and are actively working on in. I look forward to the improvements to come from this establishment
I had eaten there with 2 of my cousins on a Sunday evening. Everything went fine , although our waitress had only came by our table twice out of the 2 hours we were there , but that’s besides the point. Monday morning I get a notification from my bank stating an extra charge was made from wing daddy’s , so I call and I ask why.. and they proceed to tell me they automatically charge tip. I specifically wrote $0.00 on the tip line on the receipt because I had left a $20 cash tip on the table for the waitress, which was generous of us to do given the customer service wasn’t great. I spoke to the general manager twice on the situation and he assured me they would handle it and refund the extra charge. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my refund or a call back. Needless to say one of their workers had the audacity to steal from me .. and best believe I’m not going to let that go easily.
Been calling to place an order and they did not answer the phone went to the location near me to order and they didnt even came out the curbside. Both of the waitresses noticed we were there and act like they didn’t see us. Waited there for like 5 min and never came out to ask if we were picking up or placing an order. The place was not even that busy this is not acceptable.
If I could leave a zero star I would. We were seated almost immediately no more than 6 people were in the restaurant. The waitress took our order for drinks, and then food after giving us the drinks. We ordered an appetizer that came out 50 minutes after we ordered it and the appetizer was cold. 30 minutes after it was dropped off the lady then says itll be 5 minutes before the food is ready. We waited another 45 minutes after that promised 5 minutes. The food was cold again and did not come as ordered. The burger was almost as blackened as a coal and burnt to the taste. We had to ask the waitress for refills on our drinks and ketchup for the fries. The waitress only dropped one cup with about a tablespoon of ketchup in it as if it were enough for a table of 3 with plates full of fries. This is the worst experience I have had dining into any restaurant. Very displeased and not worth the 60 dollars we spent. Word of advice wing daddys. Your waitresses should be engaging the customers and taking care of them. Not playing on their phones or talking to each other while your customers are waiting on food.
This place is a mess. when I got there the girls didnt even try to take our order even though we had been sitting there for a while now. We noticed some guys with no work uniform were playing around with the cooks coming in and out the kitchen and playing around with the waitresses. The girl manager didnt even bother saying something to them until she saw many customers where already getting fustrated. The food was cold and the staff was just olaying and talking with no supervision whatsoever. I love wingdaddys but this is one of the most annoying and awful experiences.
Ordered the gator. I had two unknown breaded pieces of sauce. Literally just bread and sauce. I had literally 4 pieces of tiny little pieces of gator. The rest was just breading. They hid all of this with fries on top. It was to go. I did not feel like going back. 14 bucks for fries is what that was. Terrible.
Loved this place back in 2018-2020. Went there lastnight and was highly disappointed. Wasnt even packed and had to remind them 3 times of my order. Drinks tasted regular like there was no alcohol, my friends drink still had soap in the cup etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc. I hope they get it back together like it used to be. 0 stars but they wouldnt highlight the post icon with 0 zero stars.
***UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE***Food was good, environment definitely not good for a date night. Waitress could barely hear us. After ordering our food got told they were only accepting cash at the time which we were going to use a CC to pay. The GM was helpful in the matter but still was a rather big dump on our date night. Couldnt hear my wife sitting across the table because the guys at the bar were extremely loud (we were on the opposite side of the restaurant) Had to remind the person who took our order for ranch for my wifes wings. Got brought out an extra set if onion rings for some reason 🤣.Edit on review*** tried to call in an order and the phone wouldnt go through. Wife went up to the store to pick up an order, and asked them if there is a number she can call to place and over the phone order.....They had the audacity to tell her they unplug the phone when it gets to busy so the kitchen can catch up? That is TERRIBLE customer service. Ive worked at am extremely busy pizza place and even when we were backed up to the point it seems like we would never calm down we would never do this.....
Food has been good each time we’ve ordered from there but I can never understand the person on the phone over the volume of the music and it takes numerous tries to get someone or I get left on hold while the girl has a conversation with someone else. I had to call back twice this time after being placed on hold multiple times. Please, retrain the wait/hostess staff and turn down the music just a little so they can hear what I am ordering.Continued- got our food and this was the guac included with our nachos.
Went in to order take out, sent towards the bar and waited around for literally 20 minutes. They finally helped the one person in front of me order after he waited 30 minutes. They looked at me, looked away, I had to ask them if I can order now. The woman acted annoyed and said she needs to help the other person first. The other person was her friend who walked in 1 minute ago. Waste of time, garbage service, will never know how the food is now.To the owner, dont bother asking me to message you. I said everything that happened and Im not going to try again.
Everything tasted burned. As if they used old burned oil to cook it in. And they didn’t even have half my order. Which I wouldn’t make a big deal about because of the pandemic. But the food they did give me was disgusting. Imagine waiting 45 minutes and you only receive half your order and the part you get is gross.
Third time’s the charm; third time in a row my order from this place has been a travesty. The order is wrong, the food is cold, and the food is poorly made. Today, I ordered a large cauliflower, got the small. Limp, barely breaded bottom of the bag cauliflower, too. I’m truly done with this place. Can’t wait for The Shack to open on Trans Mountain.
Went for lunch and they pretty much took an entire hour to bring our food. Had to rush through our food. Waitress was apologetic and stated she had notified her manager. Normally the manager would come and apologize for the time. Manager never showed up Waitress again apologized. Please talk to your managers and teach them common courtesy. As I walked out I asked for the managers name IVAN.
Togo order placed in store waited over 45mins for the food. Not sure why. Kitchen staff definitely had too much time on their hands because I could see 4 individuals while standing by the doors waiting for food being unprofessional in the kitchen. I would recommend Wing Stop over this place, if you would like your food in a timely manner and quality food $77.91
Service was horrible, waited 45min for cold food. There was some sort of confrontation between two off duty employees who were both drunk and walking in and out of the kitchen area. The manager and wait staff seemed to be more concerned about the two drunks than the customers paying for at least decent customer service. Complained to the manager and treated with sarcasm and attitude. Will be contacting their corporate office about the experience.
I live 5 min away from this location. I try to order through the phone all the time and THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE !! This has been going on for a while and its just annoying. I have to drive to wingdaddys @ airway instead because of their better customer service. Just Awful!
All I can say is that the service was the best thing there. I ordered wings, salad and fried shrimp. The salad was acceptable but the wings and shrimp tasted like it was straight from the freezer. Ive never heard of Wing Daddys until I moved to EP but I cant tell you that Im never trying them again. Sorry to all the other franchises.
Ill start by saying the food is great! Wouldve given it a 4.9 but the customer service is terrible. I had to call a couple times to place my order cause the first time it was busy, the second no one answered, and I was able to get someone the third time. I ordered 3 different sauces on my 20 wings, which she confirmed she heard all 3, but only received 2. We would have made them redo it but it already took an extra 30 mins beyond the estimated wait time given. I feel torn to never come back but the wings are pretty bomb.
Nothing special... waited over 39 minutes for lukewarm food, bland fries with NO SEASONING not even salt, the chicken which supposed to be lemon pepper, had no flavor at all, adding the cornmeal to the chicken did not help the crispness, wasted money , try season the chicken from inside out, this place is okay if your looking to have a drink and hang out but the food is no go...🙅🏾 ...
First off, this is not my first bad experience. The only reason why I keep giving them a chance is because it’s the closest to my house. The other locations are a 30 minute travel. Today I went expecting a nice family time and ordered 10 piece bone in wings plus what the rest of the family ordered. First, we got the food within 5 minutes. Right away I knew it was way to fast for the food to even been cooked. Of course the first bite in and blood started coming out. By the time the server came to check on us the rest of my family finished their food. I asked to talk to the manager and he saw the chicken wings and let me know he would take them off the tab and asked if we “were good” and if there was anything else he could do. How does he expect everything to be good when I was planning to enjoy family time. They not only ruined our dinner but the rest of our day.
Wing Daddys fell a bit below my expectations. The drinks were average. I ordered their Top Shelf Margarita. Compared to other local restaurants, their Margarita was lacking in both lime and tequila flavor. I honestly expected more from a Top Shelf drink.I also ordered the 10 bone in wing set with their spicy cilantro lime sauce. There was a distinct lack of cilantro. Perhaps two of the ten wings actually had cilantro on them. There was only a mild attempt at spicy as well. It took almost 25 minutes for the food to come out, but only 10 minutes for the drink. My expectation is to have the food out in 15 minutes or less if it is a specialty of the house. On a positive note, the waitress was very pleasant and professional. She made the overall experience a pleasant one.
I was there awhile ago (12/31/2017). Service was horrible, and so was the food. The waitress forgot to enter our complete order. I had to get up and request missing fries since she never came back to check up on us. Then I needed to wait for a table to get up and leave so I can get a Ketchup bottle as our waitress never returned . I wanted to order a beer to eat with my nasty cold wings(seemed like they had been reheated but were cold & really did not have sauce on them) , but once again our waitress would not come near our table. I sat there with nothing to drink as I never got a refill on my water. When she finally did come I was already done eating. I go in there a lot (@ least 4 × a month). Never had the service been so bad and the food so horrible. They really were not that busy (Maybe 8 tables & our waitress only had two other tables). One of my favorite places to eat, but today was an awful experience.
I have never been to Wing Daddys. This March I went to check it out and they have a lot of sauces. Now I go twice a week Mondays and Wednesdays Mondays I get my shrimp tastic on special at the Tecate light on special I get mine without breading and buffalo hot the trim comes out delicious with a Tecate light lime and salt. On Wednesdays I get $2 Bud Lights a $0.55 buffalo bites I get half Buffalo and half lemon pepper it hits the spot🔥🔥🔥
As a doordasher Ive waited over an hour here for my customers food. A six piece and sleezeballs. They brought the wrong order twice and still got the customers order wrong after verifying everything with me! Another time they straight forgot my order was sitting there the whole time for 30 minutes! At least I was allowed to keep the customers order one time. It was delicious... my favorite part was the bloody center.
Six servers and we couldnt get one to pay attention. Had to ask whose section we were seated in. BTW, it was not a busy night. Finally got the drinks and appetizers in. Then manager approached to let us know theyd have to turn off the water due to an issue. Zero access to the bathroom. Theres still a gross smell the closer you are to the bar. That smell has consistently been there since my first visit to this place. Over all the service got remedially better but the pattern for poor service and ongoing plumbing issues plus that horrible smell cements this place as a dont in my book. Thats too bad because the wings arent half bad.
This used to be a nice place to get wings, grab a beer, catch a game. But the place has gone downhill bad.We started with an appetizer that was cold and sour. It wouldnt have been such a big deal except there was only five tables of customers. We then ordered two different types of chicken wings and a basket of fries for 3 all of us. Once again the food was cold after waiting no less than 20 minutes for food to come out. Our waitress was very good handling the situation. Without hesitation she picked up the food and returned it to the kitchen and gladly offered to remake it. At this time the manager in charge stop by our table to check on the situation. He was a pleasant individual, but when their food return to our table, it was the same food in the same basket the same paper lining it had been placed in a microwave. The manager nor the waitress stop by again to see if we are satisfied with our meal. The upside is if you want microwave food you have more options than just the 7-Eleven. The general condition of the restaurant was dirty and unkept and the restrooms were filthy. the owner needs to evaluate this restaurant and its leadership before its too late.
Our server/bartender, Mia, was fantastic. My Mom order the buffalo shrimp and it was good. I ordered the nachos with beef. Though they were loaded, they were cold. The meat was not very good at all. I ordered a big Sam Adams it had a little Tahín left on the rim and it tasted like Tahín. Had it not been for Mias big smile and attentiveness I would have been very disappointed.
Quality went downhill quick. Ate there in Aug it was great, Im not a big wing eater but these were good, tried again in SEP and Oct horrible. Seasoning was missing from the lemon pepper wings, and I got all drums when I visited in SEP, I didnt ask for all drums, then in Oct we got 2 flats and the other pieces were drums. Disappointed.
Horrible experience!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY RAN OUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT OUR CONSENT!! My boyfriend and I came to this location last week and not only did our fries smelled burned but also tasted super burned! We decided to make no big deal and just order a second basket of fries instead. The Second basket also tasted horrible, we then mentioned to the waiter that it was already the second basket of burned fries so then she took them back and brought another one that ended up tasting exactly the same!! So we decided we were only going to ask her to remove it off our receipt and forget about replacing the fries since we had finished the rest of our food long ago, but she took forever to come and check on us only to have her replace our fries with ANOTHER burned batch! We told her we didnt want them anymore and ended up paying for ONLY the wings that SHE charged and told us we didnt have to pay for the burned fries that we didnt even eat. However, my bf checked his bank statement 2 days ago only to find out she had ran our card WITHOUT his consent AND NO signature after we had left the restaurant the same day!! This is not the first time weve had a horrible experience with the waitresses at this location but I cant believe theyd actually do something like this!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE IT ELSEWHERE!
First and last time coming here. Food was good but the service was terrible. Our waitress only came to our table twice and I had to ask another waitress for refills then the ranch she never gave us and when I asked for regular ketchup from our original waitress she gave us an empty bottle. She was very attentive to the other tables but I suppose she just has her preference on who to give good service too because it was not out table thats for sure. Im so disappointed and would not recommend this location .
Not very impressed with the wings. The wings didnt really have much flavor or heat to them. Ordered the hot honey and the sweet Jalapeno wings and neither of them had any heat and wasnt flavorful. They were more greasy. The beer we had was flat from the tap. Ive had better wings. Will not be going back to that place any time soon.
Service here is horrible that I don’t recommend it to anyone. Used to be alright never a great service but alright. But lately is gotten worse and worse. That now is obscene! They don’t answer the phone to place an order. When you are at the curbside pick up they take forever either just to get your food or place an order. They forget things that you place in your order and if you don’t check your order 100% chance is that you are going to be missing things. But that they did charge you for. Honestly I don’t know what managers are doing but they seem more interested in just being “talking/ Flirting” with the waitresses and trading wings! for pizza! to the little Cesars that is next door. Guess that’s why waitresses decide what to do or what not to do! Seriously don’t come to this place take your business somewhere else!
The place was less crowded than the TM next door, and thats as positive as I will be with this place. The beer was beer , no doubt about that, but the service was not service. When we could have had 4, we only had 2 because of the terrible waitress we got. You may have better luck, but sure didnt.
Loved our first few trips in March 2018, then service went drastically down hill. Three bad experiences in a row. Wasnt busy but took over an hour to get 12 wings one night. Then was ignored slow service on another day. Then had a really bad experience one night. Servers and hostesses were openly rude. One was downright hostile.Wasnt going back but we gave it one more shot and actually had great service from Rosa on 4/27 but it was at lunch not dinner. Wings were dry though. Different staff. My conclusion is better cooks at night better wait staff at lunch.
I ordered their today and i called in my order and they quoted me 25 minutes. I waited 35 minutes before going there incase they were a bit busy. I went there and paid for my order and then waited another 25 minutes just standing there waiting for my order. I ordered Buffalo shrimp and boneless strips and they didnt come with any ranch. Was very upset with my experience
The only reason i didnt give 4 stars is that the chicken bites were a little too done. I ordered them for my 2 year old son thinking they would just be a little crunchy but i had to break off about half of each one because it was rock hard and he couldnt bite it(i couldnt really either though). Aside from that, every other time i have eaten there the food was perfect. The staff is always friendly and helpful when we eat in too.
This place is exactly what you want when craving Wings and a burger. Infinite wing sauce selection and very creative burger options. Forgot my money clip on the table and returned for it later and the manager himself was holding for it in his office. Nice to see the staff are held to high standards of integrity. Will definitely recommend and be back.
We had the worst service yesterday 2/19/19. Not really from our waitress because she was waiting on two tables in our area which were at least 10 each. We were a party of three. We did not get our french fries 2 orders, and our wings tips were ice box cold. To touch the chicken wing itself was like warm . When the Manager finally came to our table and we explained the situation, he seemed a little annoyed that we complained about the wings. My husband told him of the fries and he said that he didn’t order fries he ordered cole slaw. The manager then said he put the coleslaw on his plate . (Found out he was cooking) Which he should have put the cole slaw in a separate container but he didn’t and my husbands sandwich was all soggy. He obviously has no idea what goes on in the grill and has no business being a manager. He said, “Everyday I get complaints about the tip of the wings being cold and it is because when they sit underneath the heat lamp the wing tips are not under the light!” He was lying 🤥I asked him do what have you done to remedy this problem because it seems nothing has been fixed. He walked away with the two wing baskets and never came back. We asked our waitress and she got our food together in to-go boxes because this whole fiasco lasted 1 1/2 hours! Scratching this place off our list!
I am a resident out of Mississippi and every time I visit El Paso, I just got to have some Wing Daddy’s. The wings here are amazing and they are the reason why I always come back. I was a little disappointed this last visit though because I usually get ranch with my wings and this time we ordered a 30 piece bone in scorching cilantro lime. The wings look amazing but I just got to have my ranch with them. We cannot make these mistakes.

This is my to go place for wings. Never fails. The staff needs more attentiveness which to us is HIGHLY IMPORTANT. The prices are fair, drinks are good and beer is always cold 👍. Just wish theyd carry more of the darker beers. Gave a three because of the staff at this place need work.
Went for take out order and was immediately escort to front of the line. There I made my selection with the aid of the female waitress. Within, say 6 minutes plus my order was completed.Fast service for this particular day.I will be back f not soon, but in the far not to distance future.Chicken tasted superb.Keep up the fast pace but dont drop the quality of your tastie food.
Ive only ordered take-out from this location, so I cant attest to the overall experience. It can be tricky to call in an order since they dont always answer the phone. I usually have to call a few times before anyone picks up. The food is adequate for the price, and theres a nice selection. The servers have always been friendly and professional. If I could successfully place a take-out order more often, Id eat here almost every week!
I honestly don’t know why we keep giving them chances. Time and time again they prove to have the worst customer service for a place that claims to be a professional establishment. This last time was the final straw. We literally waited 30 minutes without refills or our food being brought to us. Mind you it was not busy it was a pretty steady traffic flow. I had enough when they finally brought us only a PORTION of our food out and to top it off “two” of the strips were about two inches long. I myself had to get up and walk into the kitchen since the managers seemed to be preoccupied with chatting and our waiter nowhere to be found. an insulting ending to this encounter was a $3 military discount after ruining our time there and I myself having to get up and do there job. Side story which I should have written a review on MONTHS ago was when their roof started leaking all over our food and they still made us pay full price! I have kept my silence but this is just ridiculous. People who give great reviews probably work their.They need to shut this place down immediately.
Everything was very greasy. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they had no seasoning. Fries are soaked in grease. The wings were delivered in a pool of grease. The waitress was friendly and on top of keeping drinks full. Over all I think its over priced for the quality of food.
Normally i love wing daddys, toys location however has absolutely terrible service. My family and i came in for a late lunch. There was almost Noone there. After we ordered it took almost an hour for my wife and i to get our food. My sons didnt come out at the same time. I had to talk to the manager multiple times to get his food. My wife and my food was cold once we started eating. Our waitress didnt even care that we were there either. The Waite l waitress should be fired and so should the cooks that cant even get a kids meal out in time. The management should be absolutely ashamed. Never going to wing daddys again after this.
The food is decent for the price. Their service is pretty terrible. It has to be a good day to get decent service. Forget placing a carry out order after work, etc. No one worries about attending the phone. The mailbox is full and something is wrong with the phone line. Only after calling 10 consecutive times did I get an answer, which either got disconnected or they hung up. Ordering out shouldnt be difficult. And after many difficulties, you can bet the NE Wing Daddys has lost a consumer.
I have ordered for take away 20 wings with bones and with hot honey and sweet jalapeno. Just at home recognized that i have got 16 wings and instead hot honey souce they put hot souce. Seems they were hungry an have eaten my 4 wings. So suggest everyone check orders for take away.
Used to go here up to twice a week but had a really horrible service experience. All the wait staff and hostesses were standing in front of the door blocking entry, doing each others hair talking loudly. Completely ignored usI stepped around them and asked the hostess if we should seat ourselves and she shrugged. After 10 min of no one coming to take our order because they were too busy playing by the door my friend asked who our server was and a hostile, tall girl snapped at her that they all had their own sections and we should just go wait for our server.One girl, Stephanie stepped up and offered to help us. She made the rest of the visit enjoyable. She was a good waitress. However we noticed MANY empty tables on 3 dollar margarita night so we thought wed do the manager a favor and give him some feedback.He told my friend oh, I know who you are. I was warned about you. No apology, just a creepy, rude statement that implied we had done something wrong by asking for service. He only apologized after she pointed out that we were doing him a favor giving him the chance for nonpublic feedback.So to your corporate office, I challenge you... check your sales. Numbers dont lie. How many other customers arent returning because your staff is really unwelcoming and your managers dont understand the basics. If your staff tell you someone is unhappy why didnt YOU come by and ask why? Why do you think you have empty tables on a night with 3.75 rib baskets?
Its in a close neighborhood so Ive gone quite a few times over the years but the wings come out lukewarm and soggy. This last time we had a good waitress who made sure they came to us hot, but they still seemed like they were flash fried from precooked wings and not fresh fried.
This is the Best Wing Daddys in Town! I think it is because of the regulars that frequent this Wing Daddys do not tolerate obnoxious or stupid behavior. The beautiful ladies here are nice and friendly. They always cater to your needs and wants. Food for some reason, tastes much fresher and better for some reason at this location. Best day to come is their Tuesday Wing Night. I have a new favorite sauce, Ghost Rush! If you are feeling adventurous and can take the heat, try this one. It has a smoky hot taste that is pretty unique. ProTip: Onion Rings with Honey Mustard is Divine!
Compared to Wing Daddys on Mesa, its like night and day. This store has very serious customer service issues. We ordered food for pickup over the phone late afternoon on a Sunday. When we called the first time, no pickup. We gave it another shot a few minutes later, and we were told it would be about 20 minutes. When my wife walked in, there were about five employees pooled around the drink station on their phones and chatting. Nobody addressed her or acknowledged her presence (it did not appear busy by any means) so she moved to the bar for assistance. After waiting for about 5 minutes, someone finally helped her out. In the end, roughly 20 minutes after we were told it would be ready, she left the store. As she left, the employees were still standing around the drink station on their phones and chatting. Luckily, the food was pretty good. Unfortunately, the customer service will keep us from ever returning or recommending this place to anyone. Weve had similar experiences every time weve been here (which is at least 6 times), and this was the final straw. There is a major management issue here where the store is overstaffed by employees that realistically arent pushed to do much. We will continue to avoid this place, and you should too.
I bought a buffalo chicken sandwich from this place and it had to be the worst I ever ate. The chicken was very chewy more than a well down steak. The chicken seemed like it was cooked a few days ago. This is the second time this happens. I will NEVER go back to wing daddys again. Their quality of food is not the best in El Paso.
How about 0 stars? Our waitress asked us to cash out because she was leaving. She didnt bother to send us a new waitress. After flagging down a waitress I notified the lady manager. She was a bit defensive and said our waitress probably thought that we were leaving. Bad managerial approach. I know some customers who have had similar experiences with this manager. Please send her back to wherever she came from. We need the manager she replaced. He was a great manager who knows how to treat customers. We might go back to Chilis.
Came here for the first time to order takeout for lemon pepper wings. Was not kindly greeted by any of the three girls at the front door. When I was ordering my takeout I was rudely bumped into by one of the girls passing by me (and did not at least apologize). The food was out in a timely manner, however once opened up at home the wings were burned and I found two hairs in them. VERY disappointed and will not be returning.
This place has gone down hill. We went for dinner and when we arrived everything went smoothly. After putting in our order the table next to us started getting roudy, they were yelling and cursing, while there were kids around. The staff did nothing to calm them instead just kept feeding them drinks so they became louder and louder. Finally after 30 minutes we received our food, it was all cold and hard. Sent it back, and it came back and tasted like it was cooked in burnt grease. We sat finished with our dinner for about another 10 minutes before the waitress finally came back around and finally gave us our check. Wont be back.
Good food. Waitress took her time. With everything. They were not busy when we went (3pm on a Sunday afternoon), but it still took quite a while to get our food. She took a very long time with the check as well. Food was pretty excellent and came in ridiculously large portions.
Food quality continues to diminish. Most people go here for the drinks but every time i go there is a problem, each time it is addressed with management saying they will fix the problems but generally dont get fixed. If they can fix the food issues and rude service can be a great place.

Awful food. I went there for lunch with a buddy from work and it was absolutely awful! Ordered Butterfly Shrimp in Lemon Pepper sauce with French Fries, a Coke easy ice and a Water with Lime. As Appetizer I ordered Sleezeballs. Appetizer came in and it was awful. Nice and golden brown on the outside but gooey, unflavored, unflattering taste. The Shrimp looked at first sight but the taste was not. They arranged it so that the bigger Shrimps were on top the the awful, greasy, little Shrimp were on the bottom. The French Fries were cold and untasteful. I did not finish anything just because I was unappealing and untasteful. Again, awful, untasteful food. The Service was good, our Waitress was attentive and was trying her best but the food was awful!
Worst Wing Daddys ever. Very unorganized and cant keep it together. First, they NEVER pick up their phone....ever. You have to place the order in person, the MANAGER tell me the order will be ready in 25-30 minutes...waited 50 minutes until i decided to get off. Her excuse is they got bombarded with orders...yet never a courtesy telling me about their bombardment. She did apologize. Sorry but Im taking my business to Track One, even if I have to drive further.
Went to this Establishment ordered wings from the bar I asked for wings and fries not only did they get my order wrong I had cold food . The bartender argued me down. During my order she never asked if I wanted anything to drink . When .I got home. my wings had holes in it I could see thru them. The quality of the food and service was a disgrace. When speaking to the manager he said he would accommodate me for my bad experience. When I called the next day the other manager refused to compensate me. I dont know whats wrong with resturant management teams in El paso but they really need to get thier stuff together. I would not recommend this place and I will never eat there again
Horrible service for curb side, servers never answer phone, I called more than 30 times and when I was at the restaurant I asked to speak to a manager I told her I called multiple times for about an hour or so and all she said was let me check the phones. I understand sometimes it is busy but for someone to not answer the phone is ridiculous.
Great food! Ruben was one of the best managers we have seen in a while! Attentive, well mannered, and very nice! They are a little understaffed, which is why our waitress was barely there, but Ruben made up for it and made us really enjoy our experience. Thanks Ruben! We will be back just because of you
8/11/17 afternoon visit confirmed why i have not gone back to this location for 2 years and i live around the corner. Visit other locations periodically with no issues. However at this northeast location whoever was the cook better be glad i did not bring my daughter if she would have cried i would have snatched the cook out the kitchen. Honey bbq wings were blazing hot. The waitresses had them remade and after 10 minutes to replace they were still very spicy. Cut my visit short, 1 beer no dessert had to go buy some tums. Planned on having a few drinks with my wife but after that took my business elsewhere. Only gave 2 stars because waitress was ok.
I call them, Natalie picks up, I order wings. Hang up, realize I forgot to say boneless and call right back. Natalie picks up again and says “okay I’ll fix that it’ll be done in 15 minutes” then I say thanks and hang up. 15minutes later I go to the restaurant and they told me they made me traditional wings, I clearly stated I messed up and wanted boneless when I called right back. So they take the traditional wings and barely put the boneless wings in their system and now I’m here. In the restaurant for 45 minutes with still no boneless wings. Thanks Natalie. I hope I don’t have to speak with you over the phone again for a simple 12pc boneless wings.
The service was OKAY ...took a while to be acknowledged. Ice tea was super watery...fries were meh no flavor unless dipped in ranch. The wing flavors were good (asian persuasian, garlic parm., sweet jala., chipotle rasp.). We also ordered fried pickles...which we sent back because they just tasted like fried batter. 3 pints pub has anyone beat on fried pickles! Wont be going back n def. Wont be recommending them either.
Simple design without the loudness of the regular Wing Daddys. If you like the food but dislike the entertainment of the regular restaurant, Wing Daddys Express is the way to go. You order at the counter, and they bring your food to you, similar to a Wing Stop. The servers are nice, and respectful. Recommended for a quick bite to eat.
Food is garbage! My son and I received overcooked and dry burgers and my daughter got wings that tasted like they were under the warmer for hours before they threw some sauce on top. But what upset me the most, was they were our of riblets for my older daughter so the server suggested a half rack. I asked how much more in price it was and she said the same price so I said ok. Nope! I got charged $6 more. Overpriced garbage. We will never come here again.
Giving three stars because the service was good and the wings were tasty. I ordered 5 bone in honey hot wings and an order of the nachos with beef. My husband ordered the stuffed mushrooms with an order of 10 bone in chipotle raspberry wings. Our appetizers arrived and my nachos were cold to the touch, I tasted them and they lack flavor. My husbands stuffed mushrooms lacked mushroom and the filling was gooey and salty. The texture and consistency are unappealing. I sent my nachos back and ordered the sleezeballs to replace the nachos. The wings were good and HOT. Moist and crunchy and the honey hot sauce is a lip smacker. Highly recommend! After I ate my wings, the “sleezeballs” arrived. Crispy on the outside but again, a gooey unappetizing mess in the middle. It just wasn’t good at all. My waitress voided the nachos but still charged us for the sleezeballs we didnt eat (I split one with my husband and didn’t eat the rest). I would highly recommend to the chef to try and execute the appetizers better. Point of my review: don’t order the appetizers, they will let you down.
They NEVER answer their phone calls EVER! During this time, I would think the company would appreciate every busy it can get. Especially with everyone losing their jobs. Ive been trying to call them to place an order for 45 minutes and no one answered. They even denied one of my calls. They need to have better service. If they dont want to work then they should give their jobs up to the many people who arent lucky to have a job right now. Very awful customer service.
Great place to eat only thing is to make sure pickles are not soggy if ordering through drive in and the phone just rings and goes to voicemail. They are usually super busy though which is quite understandable, however, maybe an app would help to mobile order. This would help the servers as well by freeing them up to service the customers waiting.
Called to place order and was put on hold. after 5 mins the girl came back only to hung up on me. called again and while ordering it seemed as she was on a rush. i order ribs a kids meal and wings. i did not get my drink nor my wings and they charged me for some fries that i also never got. Waited 15 mins to place a order over the phone for carry out. Never got the chance to place the order due to the fact that they put the phone on the counter and never came back. I could hear the girl talking to her coworker but she didnt have the time to take my order. I hung up and tried calling 4 more times but the phone was still busy. Guess she forgot about my call. So I drove over instead. Never got a chance to get any food because it was crowded and I refused to wait any longer.
BAD Service!! Bartender didnt acknowledge us. Manager/Supervisor (Santiago) came out and walked out too. I expressed my disatisfaction to Manager, didnt care!! If its not one thing its another. Last 2 times, weve had to send food back, cause its cold. We only go back for convenience....no more!! Santiago didnt seem to care either, if thats his name!
My husband and I find the wings and specialty sauces are tasty. The sauces are fresh and I like the fact that Wing Daddys changes the cooking oils in their fryers. We have enjoyed their beer selections and I got a good margarita. Its great that there is enough televisions for watching sports events.
When you order out and they say 30 minutes for ten pieces of shrimp, they really mean 45. It would be a lot more believable that the kitchen is backed up IF the food was actually warm when they give it to you. Oh well, just had to try the Cherry Chipotle sauce. The raspberry is still better.

2022-06-18I called to complain about my shrimp since I ordered honey hot shrimp and I ended up getting that tiny greasy shrimp, the girl transferred me to Arturo and once I complained with him he hung up on me. I drove all the way back to wing daddy because I thought that was rude since I had ordered take out. At the end the only person that helped me out was the GM not Arturo. (Person above Arturo) the GM made me fresh new food. The third picture you can see the huge difference from what I had asked for in the beginning. Very disappointed from the customer service I received from Arturo.

2022-05-14Our family ordered dinner for pick up tonight. My wife and I both ordered a side of potato salad. Her potato salad was fine. My order of potato salad was a yellow color and the potatoes had a odd consistency. I took a taste, and it tasted horrible plus it gave my mouth a slight burning sensation. I had to spit it out. It was unfit for human consumption. What a disappointment. If I could give you negative stars I would. It wouldnt let me post this without leaving 1 star. You have lost our business.

He specifically asked for no tomato or pickles and when we get home with the meal, there neatly sit tomatoes and pickles. Theres supposed to be a sauce with the burger... Missing. Must have been eloping with the ranch that never made it to my salad. The salad had large brown portions and just killed my desire to try and save the meal. (See the picture)They were over staffed and it just doesnt present well for customers to see a bunch of servers standing around a table with nothing to do. Not sure how they stay open.

2021-10-11I would rate them zero stars but it isnt an option. We arrived at 6 pm today and ordered a shrimp salad and a steak salad. After 40 minutes of asking the waitress (who constantly looked confused) if our food was ready she brings the steak salad out and says I dont know whats going on with the shrimp salad. We asked to speak to the manager...who never came out. I will never come back to this location. The attached picture was the salad I made after running to Walmart for a rotisserie chicken.

2022-02-19Amazing experience! Great food and great service by my server Denise! She’s a fabulous server and knows how to exactly talk to her customers. First time being there and I had a great time. The food is delicious by the way and I am glad I went there yesterday because I was able to taste my favorite margarita for only $4.00 which is a deal! Thank you Denise for being a great server and for making my wing daddy’s experience an awesome experience, will for sure ask for her next time I go.

2022-05-13I have seen a lot of negative reviews and I honestly stayed away because of them but I was invited with friends and it’s too bad I stayed away! The service was great, it was quick, the food was tasty. We had drinks and they were big and delicious. Nothing negative to say. Went back another weekend with my hubby and everything was great! Fast service, drinks refilled in a timely manner, food was good. Server was professional and sweet!

2022-06-19Even when they are super busy Asia took amazing care of us and always attentive to our needs. We have a rambunctious two year old who she happily said hi and even gave a hug. when we were nervous about him making a mess she always let us know it was no problem. Hands down the best server I have had in a really long time!! She always had a smile and made us feel like we could ask for things. I would definitely come again just for her customer service and the amazing food!

2022-01-30This place has really good food, sadly the service is terrible. We’ve gone in person 3 times and ordered pick up through door dash multiple times. We keep giving the place another chance b/c of the good food, but each time pick up or dine in… the service sucks. Doesn’t seem that there is a single adult working in the place. Everyone is standing around gossiping (like 5 servers) when the restaurant is nearly empty. We have always gone early- like at 4:30 or 5 and have never even received drinks for at least 30 minutes after we had to ask for a server. Every. Single. Time. So we decided to avoid the service to do pick up… problem is, they don’t answer the phone and their voicemail box is always full. The only way to get a to-go order is through door dash. Which is fine…however every time we go (4 door dash orders in a row) they don’t have our order ready, we receive the wrong order, or “they just received it” even though they confirmed the order through door dash 30 minutes prior. They are not even apologetic and the food “although not ready”, is usually cold already. I am sad that will no longer be giving this place another chance, we only have attempted this many times due to the food being really good. I hate to have to not be able to recommend a local business. Hope they get better in the future.

2021-09-21This was a horrible place. The floor was slippery as if grease was on it. The service was slow and ineffective. They had run out if chicken wings, any type of ribs and something else. We were a group of 7 and there were only 10 other people seated overall. The philly cheese steak was skimpy compared tp other venues that make them. 5 of the other people sitting with us waited 40 minutes for their food. As for the card picture. It was refused, even thou it was given to the person presenting it the weekend before. Will never return. I gave it 3 stars because I blame management for ill preparing their servers.

2022-03-01I have been going there for a while and I always get Denise as a server, I honestly get happy every time I get her because she is one of the best servers I’ve ever had at any place! She’s very professional and very sweet. If something goes wrong, she always tries her best to fix the problem and she always apologizes. Outstanding service this is why I am giving this store 5 stars. Thank you management for hiring Denise, it’s making the store stronger. I’ve been here before and I don’t like to give bad reviews but I would always get bad customer service or I would see the servers standing around. However, every time I go, I’ve been seeing improvement with everything especially with customer service, therefore, I just want to give a shout-out to Denise, amazing server!
