I believe when one is in love everything is absolutely wonderful. Not taking anything away from the service, the food, or the ambiance, but sitting next to her made the moment more beautiful than words can possibly begin to describe. I think my new favorite flavor is Chipotle Raspberry.
Just dont go expecting wings. I got off and specifically asked if they had wings, which felt weird to ask. The girls said yes, so I ordered drinks and a 12 piece of wings. I got 12 little thighs, I asked for wings and they looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe change the name...
Haven’t been there for a while and had many problems I asked for Texas toothpicks and received at least 10 pieces and the rest crumbs, they didn’t even last more than 1 minute to bring the appetizer mostly had crumbs and fries asked to speak with the manager but he never came, to top it off got bone in wings of the tangesoraus and lemon pepper and they brought me garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper so I had asked the server to bring me the correct ones and still they just re toss the wings with garlic Parmesan with tangesoraus which tasted nasty and the fries were extremely soggy and cold worst food quality I had ever received the maneger never came to fix the problem and was hiding from the situation the server was the one fixing and doing his work
I havent been here in a while and I craved the wings cause it was really good but now that we went nope not at all. We went on a Tuesday for the special and they didnt honor the special even though it said in front of our faces about the special. Never again. I would rather go to the shack or wing stop any day. Dont waste your money here. The only thing the manager did was give us free ranch. Lol. Really. Lol. Ill spend my money elsewhere. Thank you. P. S. It was really empty. I should have took that as a sign. Lol
My husband and I went to this location because we were near but we usually go to the airway location. No one greeted us at the door to show us where we could sit. We waited at the bar area until a table was clear. The food took really long the come out. The manager approached us when she saw we were bored and make small talk and apologized for the wait but that didnt solve anything. We didnt enjoy our food and our waitress didnt check on us.
Place is the t*ts 👍 our go to for a quick buzz, sports, and great wings! I recommend the Tang-osaurus sauce, 20 wings feeds 2 big guys comfortably. Family of 4 may need more than 20 wings. Service is always satisfactory as well. With beers, wings, and some other sides came out to about $60 for 2.
I had the BBQ wings and everyone ordered a bunch of different wings. The food took a little longer than I would like. Staff was very polite and helpful. When the food arrived they mixed up an order, but made up for it and added an extra 20 wings to it for free. Good looking out. The food was worth the wait really tasty and delicious. Atmosphere was energetic.
Great place. Our server probably deserves a raise. Her name was Valerie. I spoke to the manager to compliment our server and ask that the music be played because it was a bit quite. The manager Alfredo was more than happy to comply. Great family place, definitely coming back soon! Wednesdays have the best specials!
I went there Friday January 14 and a young waitress attended us, and she sounded sick, I believe it was her second day there, she didnt have no mask, and told us that she wasnt sick that was just her voice, and 2 days later I got sick, and tested positive for covid today.
Great service but was not pleased that my food took long. My wife received her food first and mine came 20 minutes later. On top of that I was short on my food breaded shrimp. Management took care of it but I feel it was unnecessary for them to take care of it if it was just done right and a timely manner.
I have to say, this Lee Treviño location does not even deserve a one star. Horrible service from the start of the phone call to place an order for carry out. First of all, Lizbeth, waitress, was so unprofessional over the phone, cutting me off to place me on hold while I was talking, and rushing me all throughout the call. Second, when the order was picked up it was completely messed up. Third, we were missing one of the orders which I then called back to request. Michael, the manager, answered the call and told me that they would go ahead and have it ready for me to pick up. Not once did the manager, much less the waitress, took accountability of such bad service! I had been a regular of this place for quite some time this is why I decided to call this location to order for my team at work. It is a shame that such bad experience will definitely make me not go back to this location. Michael and Lizbeth, hope your customer service skills improve someday.
Do not order food from here, trust me. Unless you want everything wrong. They claimed we got another persons order. Simple fix we just went back all the way from home to get our correct order. Once back home again it was still incorrect ! At this point still decided to cut our losses and keep 2nd order. Chicken strips were burnt and regular wings were dry and No ranch either. I guess the only good thing was we had a small order. We will NEVER eat here again. Terrible customer service.
Horrible customer service on behalf of the manager and the bartender. Thankfully our waitress was amazing but she deserves a better staff than that. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at wingdaddys!! (& I go to wing daddy’s at least 3/4 times a week) All the other locations are very friendly and this one that is constantly having people has a sorry excuse of manager running it! A simple request was made on one of the beverages and he couldn’t manage to get it done and blamed it on the owners, Even when we made it clear that we would pay more for what we wanted. (Drink was asked to be frozen or blended in the blender)
Do not go to this wingdaddys umless you want to pretty much get your own food and drinks. I was extremely disappointed in the poor service and the food was not good. My salad was soggy and so were my wings! Oh and since when does a winghouse not serve ranch with wings? I love wingdaddys but the one on Lee Trevino is no longer a go to for me! If I could give 0 stars I would, maybe someone should implement some sort of training so the girls dont look lost and actually know what theyre doing
Used to be one of my favorite places but twice Ive gone and been told that dont have the buffalo chicken sandwich & as a cook I know thats an easy thing to make ... a manager told me they dont have the proper size breast however they can always put a few chicken strips instead but whatever....
Best service. Great food. And love the environment. New to the El Paso area. Husband wanted wings came out enjoyed and laughed haven’t had such a good time out since this whole corona virus. Will definitely recommend coming back. Server was awesome and manager as well. Dinner was amazing (:
Had dinner tonight with my husband and kids. Had the best experience ever. Server was great helped me out with everything I needed. Manager came around multiple times asking how we were doing. Had a conversation with us. Introduced himself which was Michael. Very GOOD AND AWESOME MANAGER!! Will definitely be coming more often!!! Used to go to the montwood location a lot but this one will be my favorite one now. Keep up the GOOD WORK!
Ordered through Door Dash Forgot to get ranch sauces. I Called them apologized asked if they can add ranches to my order I was willing to pay over the phone. Waitress said its fine not to worry will add it on. I get my order it didnt have any ranch sauces or even the sauce for The sleezeballs I ordered. Dissapointed as I offered to pay for them to add it to my order and was lied to. Was at 6:30 pm on 8/4/2021.
I’ve been here plenty of time. After so many times been here we are disappointed the cleanliness of this location is the worst. It looks like the staff has been cleaning with the most dirtiest mop ever. It smells like mold and bleach and feet, all put together. It smells like PACUSO.
Lee Trevino worst experience ever. Got my burger in a timely manner. After waiting 20 min my daughter did not have her wings . Within that time frame our server Emili went three times to apologize. I asked to speak with the very proud General manager FERNANDO DELGADO. I expected him to apologize and go check on the order. Starts giving me excuses about being bombarded with TO GO orders, Covid and Short staff. He manages to get me upset I tell him to walk away and tells me to clom down and cool down. He comes back with the wrong flavor wings, I ask for a tray to go comes back I grab it from him, without me saying a word and he start telling me to calm down again There is so much more to this. Our server Emily was a sweetheart n I apologize to her. Lee Trevino location never again.
It was awful. Ordered a frozen margarita and it tastes like it was watered down. I told waitress to bring me a margarita on the rocks and took two sips. That one had no flavor. Manager came to my table and asked how were drinks. I told her they were awful. She sent me another frozen margarita, saying it was the machine. By that time, I was feeling sick and prespiring. Needless to say it got me sick from my stomach. Never again will I go there again.
We dont get out as much now because of everything going on. We really wanted wings and a beer, so we stopped here. Our waitress was NOT wearing her mask. I was uncomfortable. My bf said we could leave, but it was his day off and he wanted to get out so we stayed. We got our beers and appetizer which was really good. 50 minutes later we got our wings and they were cold. Fridge cold! The waitress took them back and they were cold the second time. The manager was nice and offered to make the wings himself, but by this time we were just ready to go. We just ate our fries and onion rings and left. So disappointed. Not going back.
First time coming out to eat here with my family. Had a great experience. Got greeted when I came in by the host. Beer cold and great food. Server checked up on us several times. Manager came and introduced himself. Asked if we needed anything checked up on us several times as well. Felt very welcomed. Loved the atmosphere and absolutely LOVED the service I got. So I’m leaving this review on this El Paso location because I can’t leave multiple reviews on the same location, which was the little elm location. I’ve never been to the El Paso location, but I just received a call from someone with an El Paso area code. I’m not sure of his name, but I assume he’s the one who responds to reviews left on google. He called me to apologize and listen to my complaint, and I assume to offer me free food for my next visit. He failed miserably. He asked me what my complaint was and immediately began to disregard my complaint as if I just didn’t like the food, when I stated several times that that wasn’t my actual complaint. He even went as far as to say “Our wings aren’t for everybody”, as if Wing Daddy’s does their wings totally different from any other wing-centered establishment. I stated that I didn’t feel like whoever made my food cared about it, it was falling apart and tasteless. I didn’t feel like the taste or presentation of my food mattered. I explained this point several times, but this guy seemed like he wanted to defend Wing Daddy’s more than understand my complaint. I have friends who have eaten at this same location and have very similar complaints about the food they received. I’ve had a LOT of wings in my life, I have MADE a lot of wings in my life, and I can tell when someone made wings with care and attention. I even tried to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt by stating that maybe I just got a bad batch, but he didn’t even acknowledge that, he just didn’t seem like he cared much about my complaint. I ultimately asked him what the call was even for, because he only stated that he called to say he was sorry I didn’t like the food and he wanted to see if he could “get me some more wings” or “get some more wings on special”, which was very weird phrasing for “l would love for you to come back to give us another chance at making you happy and have some more wings on us”. My Wing Daddy’s experiences have been horrible on the food and customer service side. I don’t know if this review will be taken seriously, but it’s really disheartening to have my feelings about food I paid for and me and my family have to eat be argued against instead of finding a resolution to my issue. I currently have no reason to return to any wing daddy’s restaurant, nor recommend wing daddy’s to anyone for wings, but I hope you all make drastic improvements in your food quality and customer service, for your sake.
They have the WORSE service i’ve ever seen here!! The curbside girls never answer the phone and never know what they’re doing. The food is gross, I ordered lemon pepper wings and there wasn’t no lemon pepper seasoning just plain dry wings. I can’t believe how bad and unorganized the staff is here, it is beyond embarrassing! PLEASE DONT GO HERE, GO TO ANOTHER WING PLACE LIKE THE SHACK!!
By far the best wing daddy’s I’ve been too. Tonight brought my kids out to eat and had the best service ever. My husband birthday today. We ate food was perfect and even saw manager helping out girls bring out good and talk to tables. Don’t see that much often. Very nice guy as well. Introduced himself first time meeting him. New manager by the name of Michael. Will definitely recommend and definitely be coming back with family. Guys made a good choice of having him as a manager.
Came out to celebrate my wife birthday and niece birthday. Got a great server. She was on top of our food and drinks. Manager introduced himself. Came back multiple times to check on how we were doing. Don’t get much attention from managers like this. Great hospitality from him and our waitress. Just wanna thank wing daddy’s for that. And especially to them as well. My wife and niece enjoyed themselves. Will definitely recommend and be back
Ordered a 2 sauce 18 piece and also a riblet plate thru grub hub. The 18 piece was only one sauce the second choice they forgot the coleslaw on the riblet plate also there were no napkins. When I called and informed them they were rude had to talk to 3 different people. (who tried to blame grub hub) Finally I get to speak with the manager, (who also tried to blame grub hub) who then proceeded to give me the ultimatum of coming tonight and picking up my order or calling grub hub for a refund. The whole reason I ordered thru grub hub was to avoid driving. If -stars were possible I’d give them an overall of -3.
Great food, great margarita’s (try the passion fruit margarita), great service. Minus one star because of the smell when you walk in. You’ll stop smelling it quickly. I’m sure it is what they use to clean mixed with the smell of food. Definitely recommended! Owner or manager spoke to my husband when I was in the bathroom and was very kind.
Service was prompt. Was told no flour or french fries were available and I didnt want unbreaded wings so I got a mango habanero chicken sanwich. The breading was falling off the breast. The chicken was so dry that it didnt come together in a sanwich along with the fact that there was something off about the sauce since I have ate mango habanero wings in the past to be able to have a comparison. The only good thing about my lunch today was the fact that the service was awesome , next time will only stick to wings and the buffalo shrimp.
Everything went great but the waitress got mad with me cause she especially told me ur wings are ready in 2 min, and 10 min passed and nothing. Ordered 5 wings and got more , after that she never ask if i wanted a drink or anything. The maneger and the food was great.
I waited for 10 minutes to be helped no one ever came to ask if I wanted to be seated or wanted to order to go. The servers just looked at me from where they were gathered and continued to chit chat . The restaurant wasnt even that busy lots of empty tables. Horrible service
This is my friends and I to go to space every Thursday. We always have very polite and professional servers. Only once have we had one that seemed like she was tired and didnt want to work but the manager immediately came to the rescue and started attending us how it should be. Definitely recommend this place to eat and have a couple of drinks. We asked to have one of our near by TV changed to a sports game and it was done instantly. Will definitely keep the routine and go there every week. Keep up the good work!
Eh service. Okay food. Weird smell. We went there today and it smelled like dirty mop water. It was unpleasant i thought twice about how they clean the rest of the place. Maybe change the mop head more frequently? When our waitress arrived me and my husband both clearly heard her say im not suppose to be your waitress but I guess ill take your order.
Would not recommend. Very poor service. Went in for lunch today server was rude. Had to ask for a drink couple times server gave me attitude. Asked for a box to leave. Also stinks in there. Restroom not clean. Just somewhere I wouldn’t want to go away. Will be calling corporate and letting them know.
Some restaurants have adapted during Covid-19 and continue to grow and deliver quality food....Wing Daddy’s is NOT one of those restaurants. Ordered $50 worth of food and not worth one cent. Fries were undercooked, veggie sticks were old and not washed, wings were way too greasy and we ordered traditional wings naked, boneless bites and tenders...all were over saturated with grease. Sad to say because this USED to be my go to place. Manager at Lee Trevino should be fired. No pride to allow food to go out to customers like that. Now you have one less. GOOD LUCK!
No one attended us when we first showed up, then our waitress didnt keep tabs on us. To make matters worse the food was served cold! And to further worsen the situation, I asked them to microwave it, and it was still brought out to me cold. We had a coupon for a buy one get one free, but it was for a different off name branch of wing Daddys, but their manger was still gonna take it when we first tried the coupon, but the current one tonight didnt bother with it even tho their own manager signed it as ok to use. I used to love wing Daddys on lee Trevino but it has just gone down hill so bad every time I go. Good luck if u go, thats all Im saying.
First of all, the smell?? Why hasnt management done anything about it? Because of this, I have opted to order my food to-go. I picked up my order, and signed my receipt only to find out that they added more to their tip than what I agreed to. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this particular location. The first time this occurred, it was a very noticeable amount, $20 to be exact. This second time, it was a more subtle amount, but the fact that they took it upon themselves to add to their tip, is upsetting. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! I am sure that I am not the only person they have done this to.
Definitely a great place to gather with a small or large amount of friends. Although there might be a few rare times that you have to wait to be seated it is definitely a great time! They have some great specials all throughout the week and some BANGING wings! Overall a great chain restaurant. Definitely recommend for any occasion.PS Thursdays is margaritas specials 😛
This is the worse. Not family friendly. The service was bad, the wings were worse, and the management was non existent.I took my family there on August the 5th and were seated in Fri*#’s section. At first she was great at getting our drink order (all water, how can that go wrong). After she took our order she disappeared. After 30 minutes and still no wings, we had to ask another waitress to follow up on our order. We asked about management and the waitress was sent back saying he was busy. He was busy chit chatting with the bars day-drinkers.Finally the food comes out. Two out of the six orders were hot and the other 4 were cold. Our original waitress reappears out of no where with conflicting excuses on why our order was screwed up.Food and service is really bad. Take your business to a real wing place, not a bar.
Came in, signed up for a table, waited in like 15 minutes while same size parties were seated before us even if they just walked in. The floor manager was just yapping away with friends and what not. It took him 15 minutes to sit us at a table that had been clean since we walked in. Horrible service but the blasphemous bacon will always be good.
My husband and I are just done with this place. We went on a Wednesday, we were starving and standing in the entrance waiting to get seated when this girl comes up to us and with a mocking attitude tells us we can sit wherever we want. So we did, we waited for over 12 minutes to get someone to come take our drink orders. They had Lone Star on the menu as a special so we ordered it and the girl had this attitude saying that shes never heard of that beer and they do not sell it there. So we ordered Tecate, she leaves without asking if we wanted to order food... We waited 10 minutes to get our beers, we watched and waited as the beers were sitting on the counter waiting for the waitress. We order our food when she comes back and my sister in law and her girlfriend joined us. They got their drinks quick. They were even given free cheese and tostadas because their food was taking a little longer. Mind you, the cheese was grainy like it had dirt in it.. It was old and gross. Every time we asked for something as our meal went on the waitress would take a long time. Every beer we ordered would sit on the counter too long and get to us warm. At one point I got up to go to the bathroom and found that the light was turned off, I was trying to find the switch and there was a young blonde waitress standing in the doorway of what I assumed was the managers office just giggling away with the man in there. I asked for her help in finding the switch and she completely ignored me and kept giggling. I found the switch and went to the bathroom, I came back out and she was still standing there giggling with the man. It is unacceptable! Our waitress ended up disappearing and we just wanted to pay our check and leave... It wasnt even busy, there were 4 tables total in that place. We were still waiting for our check when they rudely started closing up around us. Awful experience..
My wife and I had been on a date in a long time. We went here because we heard the buffalo chicken sandwiche was really good. Well we had it. It was a thin piece of chicken, breaded thick in a bun. Nice, bread between bread. I didnt say anything because I didnt want to ruin the mood since we hadnt gone out by ourselves because of our daughter. Needless to say we wont be coming back and wont recommend the place to anyone. I guess the beer must be really cold because the place is packed. At least we got to eat, I guess.
Terrible experience on customer care. I went to the Lee Trevino location and i understand only so many people can enter the restaurant, so I anted to see our waiting time, and a little girl (waitress) was extremely rude! I really do hope Wing Daddys fires her, because I will never go back to that restaurant because of her. Terrible EXPERIENCE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY IF YOURE FROM OUT OF TOWN.
The worst service. Took 40 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich to come out. Had to eat with plastic forks because our server told us the silverware was being washed. Chicken was not seasoned, lettuce was passed its prime. No sense or urgency amongst servers. I will not waste my time or money in this place again.
First of all the place smells like feet and what are they doing in the kitchen?, the wings taste like plastic. We waited for an hour for our food and it wasn’t even fresh. I apologize to myself for coming to this wing daddy’s. It was my second time here and the first visit wasn’t great either, I can’t complain about their service. Hopefully they can improve.
Horrible customer service. Was the waiting for pick up for 25 min. Had to call manager while sitting down @ my table waiting. They had the wings sitting down for 10 min waiting for my salad to be ready. Nobody even knew what was going on. Manager said this was how things were at this location. Disorganized, un-managed, discourteous, and lethargic crew.
Came in today w/ my son. Excellent service. The Manager was superb as always. He knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen w/ out us even asking. Intuition is one of his assets. Lexi took great care of us. Jessica, though on her day off, went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. I will keep coming for sure.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Not only did it take 10 mins to take our drink order, but apparently there wasn’t any plates or silverware so my family and I ate our food on paper towels and with our hands. The food was so burnt and gross. The waitress was so rude and gave the worst service. I left my cash on the table for my $25 tab and my cousin paid with a card for a $26 tab. When we left we realized the girl had charged my cousin $26 and then added another charge of $54. My cousin did not sign this receipt so ultimately this waitress stole her money. How ridiculous! We’ve already called the bank to get refunded. I’ll never ever eat at a place that employs people who steal and don’t know how to do their job. The food is definitely not worth the trouble.
I had to change it since I went back and ordered a drink. And was gonna order food. Too bad the bar girl wouldnt get off her phone I asked for the curly haired manager and nothing was resolved. And was said they werent gonna serve me...so I took my business elsewhere
Awesome place. Good quality food, fast service, and friendly staff. Bar tender Diamon is super friendly and serves outstanding drinks and the manager Brian welcomes everyone with respect. Biker friendly, family friendly, not a 51% but will respectfully ask you to conceal if carrying open.
The service was ok up until the waitress took the liberty of tipping herself by never bringing our change or receipt after we payed. Very presumptuous. We had to call on a different waitress to get our change because our original waitress never came back out. A third (different )waitress gave us our change and we still didnt get a receipt. Never even told us her name. :/
Every time we come here they treat us bad I dont know if its because Im a women or What. The waitresses always speak to us with an attitude. With this time its already the third time they messed up my order. Since we are close to this location and its close to our work we have come here. Before we have always ordered the lunch special to go and today they told us they shouldnt have taken your order because the lunch specials are for dinning in not take out as much as I love wing daddys this is the last time Im ordering from here or even dinning in.
I myself am a big wing daddy’s fan. Too bad I will not be visiting this location anymore. Service was great. But when it came time for the check she had it all wrong and couldn’t get herself together. Double charged both my coworker and I. Then tried telling us it wasn’t closed out when our account showed other wise. So not only did we get over charged but when we asked for assistance the manager sat and had a full on conversation with the waiter. Very very disappointed. I can’t give 0 stars so only gave 1.
Really disappointed about this location, i love wings but today was just not a good day. The food was cold, the waitresses didnt have any costumer service, she also didnt even bother to ask to see how we where doing, nor asked if we needed refills. She took forever to bring the recits, yeah i get they might be bussy but today its a monday. It was just 10 people in total including us. Sorry but never going back to this location.
Service was not good at all. Waitress was nice, but not attentive. Waited for our drinks forever and food took twice as long as any other Wing Daddys. Husband got hus beer, but had to remind of other drinks. Waited for the check, refills, and boxes, and even to have our drink order taken after we sat down. First and only time at this location.
How can you love and hate a place equally? Great wing, great sauce. Worst service. WORST. and they Lie. I always think maybe Ill be lucky this time. its never the case. Ill come in once or twice a year when I have time and patience. Its rude to tell someone 15 minutes and then 45 minutes later, you are still waiting. not everyone just wants to hang and chat. Just disappointing, and they are unapologetic to top it off.

I ordered some fried pickles and it came with a ranch. I opened ranch and look like it was used had red sauce in it like someone dipped a chicken wing in it. I also order 2 plates one with chicken wings and chicken bites and no sauce was there and said it came with it.
Nasty, Bathrooms nasty Sanitary napkins with blood all over floor because trash cans where overflowing, floors where slippery almost fell and our waitress didnt have a clue!!! Wont go to that one again only because I mentioned to manager my concerns, said he would take of it. Before leave used restroom again, same nasty!!! Thats why it smell horribly ugh!
Always a pleasant experience here. Staff is always on point and the ambience and energy makes it a great place to either get a quick relaxing bite, or a blast to drink & eat for games.Big fan of their boneless bites & strips (honey BBQ and lemon pepper are my go-tos and are fantastic). Sweet jalepeno tastes amazing, even comes with small diced jalepeno pieces, a perfect combo of sweet and spicy, with spicy being at a very approachable sweet spot (pun intended).Keep an eye out for their chalk board on the wall. Usually has the flavor of the month, which is usually a flavor not normally on the menu.Another tip is that they do allow you to try the sauce flavors via a small plastic cup with a couple of fries, just do me a favor and please take advantage in moderation.
It was more than well staffed when we arrived, and not even busy, but all the servers stood in the corner talking to each other, and continued to do that the whole time. We should have just left then. But after we had stood there for a minute, we found a seat and ordered our food. The food came quickly, and it was good, but then we couldnt get our servers attention. She did check in on us a couple times, but when we were trying to get her attention, she sat a couple tables over with the rest of the servers. We tried to make eye contact, we turned and raised our hands, we waved and said, Excuse me...could we... and she continued to chat and ignore us. It was really embarrassing to try so hard to get her attention. Normally, its rude to do this, but there was no way to get her attention. When when she wasnt looking at us, her friends could clearly see us. And they all stood around talking. This was the most astoundingly inattentive service Ive ever had.
Ever since I saw their billboard with the bombpop margarita off of I-10 I wanted to try it out. This was our first visit to a Wing Daddys and my wife and I arrived just after 1100, the first thing I noticed when we entered was that the store smelled dirty. I ordered the bombpop margarita which was real good and my wife liked the bombpop, we ordered an appetizer with bone in and boneless wings and noticed that the bone ins were super oily. I ordered some boneless wings and my wife ordered a sandwich, when they came out I was really surprised on big the chicken pieces were and the sandwich was a good size as well.Overall the food and drinks were real good and we had lots of leftovers for later. For the service our server was nice and checked on us frequently. We will be back.
They used the wrong sauce on my wings, tried to cover it up by dipping them in the right sauce afterward, then after I asked them to fix the order they just put them back in the frier and sauced them again instead of making new ones. Tasted like the wrong sauce every time.
The food is good , sometimes its off but everyone has their off days. Service could be better these girls earn their tips from men that desperate. No attention to normal people . The servers could make a better tip by better service not by clevage. One thing I hope management reads and the owner of the company...ALL OF YOUR RESTURANTS SMELL DISGUSTING.Why is it that each restaurant smells like old mop water and Clorox ? Change your rags and mop heads more than once a month increase your sanitary budget. The smell is disgusting and not appetizing to eat with. I cant be the only one to think this. I feel for the workers that have to put up with this everyday.
My Compadre and I met there for lunch and some brews. We had their Tuesday 75¢/wing special and $7.99 lunch special-- selecting the Philly Cheesesteak meal. We washed it all down with tall glasses of ice cold tap Ultra. We ordered our wings grilled. Little known fact that they will grill them at no extra cost. The only thing that was below par was the hoagie bread. It wasnt quite fresh. But otherwise a great meal! :-)
Favorite place to eat in town. Great specials from Monday-Thursday. Wednesday is 5 strips for $5 and its totally worth it. Tons of sauces to choose from, Ive heard a lot of good things about the tangosaurus flavor. They do special sauces of the month which are worth trying. The deals on Buffalo shrimp on Mondays and Riblet slabs on Thursdays are pretty good. Ive tried most of the flavors on the menu now and the only flavor I havent liked was the sticky honey soy.
I will never be back to this place. To start off, when I recieved my drink the cup had lip stick from who ever drank from the cup last. I do not wear any make-up ever, so I definitely knew it was not mine. Second, we nearly waited an hour for wings and fries( the fries were cold and soggie) and the other people in my party got raw wings and dry and overcooked hamburger patties. Lastly, after checking my bank statement I realized that I had been charged extra from what I had signed off for. So I called to ask why I was being charged extra, their response was that what I was being charged extra was the tip I left. I will honestly say, if a server and the resturant deserve a good tip I will leave a good tip(my husband has worked in this work industry for 19 years I know what it is to live off of tips) but that night the service was bad and so was the food and there is no way that i left such a high dollar amount tip. The manager did nothing to resolve my issue. I do not care about getting my money back but what really bothers me is the fact that server or who ever charged me took the liberty to take that money. This situtation only hurts the integrity of your business.
I just left and it was horrible from the beggining till the end. After being sat it took 10 minutes for some one to service me, I ordered a water and received it with no ice. i place my order of 12 boneless wings on boneless night and I waited 25 minutes to receive them, between that time i finished my water and waited 10 minutes till i got up and asked a server that was not my server for a refill. In the time i finished my food i finished my water again and my server comes and asks want more water? At the end when i closed my tab I had to ask another girl to close out my tab. In the time i was there i looked for a manager to speak to and didnt see one anywhere, when one finally made his rounds and asked he if every thing was okay i said no and he went to the next table to ask them. It seemed like he was just making his rounds to get them over with and go back into hiding. Im very disappointed that this happened happened because i am a regular and the wing daddys on montwood and the comparison of energy, customer service, and wait till for service is ridiculous.
Horrible service.. ordered our apetizer and food.. got our apetizer almost 30 min later and it was cold. Asked for them to warm it up and they did.. then another 15 min later our food is still not out.. people that came in after us were already almost done with their food. Finally get our food and its cold!!!. Asked them to please warm it up and all they did was toss the boneless bites in warmer sauce and brought them back soaked.. horrible
So, I should preface this by saying I really like Wing Daddys. I get their wings to go all the time, BUT I usually go to the Montwood location. Today this location was closer, and well, Im gonna be blunt it smells like sewage. At first, it seemed okay, then the smell hit me. Its disgusting. Something seriously needs to be done about it because the staff seem nose blind. Yikes!!!
Arrived a bit before noon during the week to avoid the lunch rush, not too many patrons in the restaurant. 35 minutes later still no food.Walked out without an apology from our waitress nor did any management approach us about our issue. Highly unprofessional.Will not ever go here again.
UPDATE: 12/29/17Decided to give another try. Officially done with Wing Daddys. A man Im presuming to be a manager. and a waitress where talking about how she has the worst party and her customers suck she talking to the guy about hooking up and partying. Shame to hear a waitress talking about customers like thatFood is good. but all the servers are standing behind the bar gossiping. Drink was empty for about 10mins.
When I order the nachos minus the jalepenos and Pico de gallo. I MEANT IT! I could totally taste the fact that jalepenos were added to the nachos and then picked off. As for the Pico de gallo, there was more Pico then steak and chicken. I wish I had taken a pic, but my husband was half starved due to my indecisiveness he scarfed it down.
The Hell with this place me and my boyfriend where just here last nite for our 3 year anniversary we ordered wings 10 min later food is in our table that quick! we should of known they did not cook them right we ended up getting Food Poisoning now we are stuck at home did not work and still suffering ! Now we are both concerned deeply about our health. to think this was my fav. place i choose on our special day, and now is just a HORRIBLE experience! never coming back!! for sure we wherent the only ones that got sick last niteNov. 1st. @ 8:30pm
We have been going to wing daddys since it opened on montwood. The whole office used to go on Friday afternoons. Leaving a lot of money there for tip and on food and drinks. But we had a bad experience at the one on leetrevino. A bar maid baiscally called us liars when the order they gave us was short wings. The manager took her side. She said she had given us three bad with food. After they checked they had not charged us for the food. So we were right two bags we then told the manager the waitess had lied. You would figure they would nhave given us the ten wings. They did not, they even charged us .75 for the ranch. See ya Wrong daddys no more leaving two to three hundred dollars there on Friday evenings. Ofcourse between all of us. Hope it was worth you ten piece wings and .75 cent ranch.
I called 10 time to place an order and the phone just kept ringing and ringing a girl answers and she doesn’t even say please hold and left me on hold for 18 min !!!!! I could hear allot of noise as they were busy I heard laughing and girls talking in the back round about personal stuff very annoying
Walked into a rap concert. Ok, not everyone like the same music, but not at concert volume. The place smelled bad as soon as we walked in...i initially thought it was soap, but my wife and I decided it was something trying to cover the smell of vomit. We left without eating. Good luck with the food.
Talk about a nightmare, between being hung up on 3 times in a row, being ignored walking thru the doors and a managerial staff too busy to speak to anyone via the phone, this has to be the worst experience at a restaurant Ive had in a long measurable time. Dont get me wrong, the food is great. Its the people that bring this and other good places down.
My favorite location in El Paso. The manager Fernie was very attentive and helping his staff run food and checking in with us and other customers. Our waitress Itzel was kind and diligent in her service, continuously checking on us. I would definitely recommend the lee trevino location under Fernies management and Itzels service than the Montwood location. Idk what theyre doing over there.
This wing daddys is the best one. Waitresses are the best and attentive especially Leeandra, Janet, Jasmine,Paola and Bianca .... hostess Ashley seated us at a great table. Managers are very attentive Pat and Fernie especially. Will be going back soon! Drink specials are awsum 2.50 for draft talls 😃😃😃

2022-07-16The waitstaff was accommodating and the loaded fries were really good. The smell of the restaurant was atrocious. The bathrooms needed attention and the menus were filthy. This location needs a deep cleaning. Beside the flying object (fly) that was in my alcoholic drink the drinks were not on point. Now to the wings, the smoked wings were terrible and the other wings were edible. Not a good dining experience. I use to love their food. Ill give another location a try but wont be trying this one again.

2022-06-18Disgusting undercooked wings that made me sick . I woke up in the middle of the night feeling achy and with an upset stomach. My wife was feeling sick too. This was all we had eaten for the day . I’m happy to say I survived wing daddy’s undercooked wings . I’m never going back to this place ever again.

2022-03-02Update 3/2: Management reached out and offered to corrected order. General manager was very professional.Original: The cooks here are really special!!!!! It takes a lot of talent to burn wings and serve them cold. Its also hard to work at a wing place with 24 different sauces and forget to put sauce on your wings. But its not only the cooks that are talented, the waitresses have the ability to make you invisible. They dont see you until the manager acknowledges you. But the best trick is when you call in. Its impossible to get through the lines with an empty restaurant.

2021-11-03Ordered blackberry habanero and it needed more sauce, I tried the regular hot before and they were good but not today, also they didn’t add the ranch sauce, I’m not sure if you have to buy it separate but it didn’t hit the spot, also fries were super dry and cold, I am disappointed I used to love this place, hopefully they go back to flavorful food.

Im sorry but no need to explain my experience this time but this time my tab was almost $100 and im a frequent customer for you guys, my daughters love the food.. I will continue being a customer but not for the Lee Trevino location. Do not recommend 👎There was only 2 tables in whole restaurant when we arrived. Server came up to table nicely 👌 took our order which was only 2 order of wings and fries and appetizer cauliflower, she wrote everything down. She came back with only one order of wing fries looked at me like she forgot something and lied to me saying my order is almost done. She walked away came back 15 min later that my order is almost done tried act like it was kitchen fault when she just forgot my order. By that time the other wings and fries were cold. We asked 4 boxes paid and left. I just got off a 12 hour shift I wanted enjoy my food and drink.

2022-05-21Im an uber driver and whenever I am sent to make an order at this particular Wing Daddys, I am waiting for long periods of time to even make an order. The waitresses are incredibly rude and do not take into account of the people waiting for their meal when the order is made. I had to wait a complete hour before I got the food that I needed to make my delivery. The customer I was delivering to was very upset and I could understand why. He puts in an order and has to wait for a long period of time before he could get his hands on the food. The restaurant is careless and the managers are totally useless. I swear never to do anymore business with this wing daddys.
